Upwelling spiritual water from unblocked wells in UK

Like snowflakes three more pieces of the ‘invisible jigsaw’ gently waft down, yet remain unsuspected. They’re noticed only when they settle and although single, sit side-by side as though fitting like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle.

Saturday: Dominic McDermott commented as follows on the re-post of Patsy Southway, Re-opening the Wells:

‘I have heard “unblock the wells!” a number of times from the Lord over the years but recently especially in relation to the Celtic anointing that he poured on these British Isles around 1700 years ago. We are a small lay community in the Catholic church looking to express some Celtic elements of our spirituality. I work/minister in a prison and a few years ago on a lawn there God had spoken about some new grass shoots springing up which will become a whole lawn of new things in the land, but these shoots had in reality only grown poorly through lack of water.

‘Then on 6/10/15 the grass there began to spring up tall and lush as an underground pipe had burst under the lawn and watered it and ran off down the hill as a stream down the road up to the prison. The Lord called me to go and look at this leak as contractors had dug a hole to expose the pipe so it could be mended. What I saw was a 1.5 metre deep hole which was now a pool of crystal clear water roiling slightly in the centre over the hole in the pipe. The water had washed away all the dirty water and continued to flow down the hill.

‘I understood that this represents the Celtic anointing which had been poured out to evangelise these once pagan islands and which has been buried for centuries but is now being released for us again now that the land has returned to a new pagan darkness. This clear and fresh revelation and anointing will see many new communities spring up with a Celtic spirituality, with an understanding and wisdom coming from the north of England where this anointing has first been released as the Upper Springs and we as the Nether (lower) springs (Judges 1/14-15) and will spread quickly into Europe as a source of revival of the ancient and dying churches.’

This is particularly interesting in view of a dream signifying a connection between the ancient Celtic foundations of the church across Britain and a renewal of belief within traditional churches (Confirmation of 2016’s Prophetic Words for a New Season).

Sunday: Arriving late by agreement from a pre-arranged event we quietly enter the chapel where holy communion and anointing of celebrants is taking place. It is no normal service but part of a weekend course exploring Christian healing, thus training some for this foundation’s ministry team. The Holy Spirit’s powerful presence can be sensed right away – and I almost see the presence of some holy witnesses from time immemorial. I’m reminded of when we visited the lower chapel of St Basil (‘The Great’ 4th Century Cappadocian Father and doctor of the Church) in Basilica of the Holy Blood in Bruges and I almost went back centuries to Jerusalem; Nina wept in the power from centuries of prayer vigils focussed upon The Passion.)

Monday: From Glasgow I receive today’s Lion Bite!:

SPRINGS OF LIFE

‘I am releasing my springs of life in the dry place. Where you sought to establish my kingdom and have dug a well in a desolate place, but have found rock instead of water and death instead of life, I am now causing my springs of life to bubble up and begin to overflow in these wells.

‘With my springs of life will come abundance and blessings and you will see breakthrough. My kingdom will be established in these formerly desolate places. Watch and see as my grace begins to overflow and see my glory abound more than you had ever hoped for. Blessed are you that dug deep in my name, your faithfulness shall be rewarded.’

Isaiah 44:3
For I will pour out water on the thirsty land, and streams on the dry place; I will pour out my spirit upon your offspring and my blessings on your descendants.

NB: in my opinion, timing and similarity of topics between both words, as well as the resonance between the contrasts stressed, clearly indicates the Lord’s drawing our attention to what He’s saying and doing.

In particular, Dominic’s encouraging insight contrasts with prison authorities’ outrageous censorship of minister Barry Trayhorn’s biblical teaching within a prison chapel AND of BBC’s wicked slandering of scripture and scandalously reprehensible treatment of Revd Trayhorn, as reported here by Christian Concern.

Confirmations of 2016’s prophetic words for a New Season

A week ago this morning, last week got kick-started before I was even awake! It was an eventful dream, which I’ll relate shortly.

In fact, someone had already tried getting in touch in connection with the dream! That may seem astonishing but this sort of coincidence isn’t at all unusual. ‘God-incidents’ always make me rejoice for we have a God of surprises.

When I got around to checking the weekend’s email one near the top of my in-tray was from the senior leader of Falkirk Full Gospel Church in Scotland, Thomas Harry. In view of what I’d dreamt his message stunned me!…It reads:

‘URGENT: Word for 2016 – New Season – Building on the Apostolic & Prophetic’

“I have attached an urgent word from the Lord that has had an overwhelming number of confirmations…regarding the new season we are in and ensuring we build on the biblical foundation of the Apostles and Prophets found in Ephesians 2:20.

“It has been confirmed by respected Christian leaders globally and the document includes 10 confirmations including from Catherine Brown, Sharon Stone, Cindy Jacobs, Peter Wagner & others.

“This will affect us all one way or another, so I felt it was vital I shared with someone like you. Most of us realize there’s a great move of God coming and the Lord wants to ensure we have our foundations and houses ready for this …’

“I believe it signals the biggest shift in the church since the reformation…”

I agree with Thomas that this prophetic consensus warrants church-wide circulation to leaders and congregations for serious consideration and weighing with the Lord.

Thomas’ document begins:

‘The Lord has confirmed that the church as a whole has shifted to a new season and consequently we must build on the Apostolic and Prophetic foundation laid out in Ephesians 2:20. The attached document has been collated by Thomas Harry, through the leading of the Holy Spirit in order to communicate this word to the global church. Due to the urgent nature of this word, please circulate this to believers and leaders both here in the UK and beyond. I urge every believer and leader to take the time to read through this as it is certainly one of the most important words for the church in many years.’

I’m grateful to Thomas for kindly quoting a couple of items from this blog. Furthermore, we know from recent posts there are many more confirmations than those he quotes. (Not to mention the content of daily Lion Bites from Glasgow Prophetic Centre.)

Moreover, this blog’s A New Era for the Church lists over 40 prophetical promises made before November 2014 and building up over the following year; presumably leading to a tipping point!

A Revival-related Dream

The dream I’d had a few hours before reading his email was this.:

A crowd that I supposed had come from a church were milling around and confused. One man of some standing sharply accused me, “You’re not a Christian”. Upon my addressing that issue the scene changed and time seemed to pass, as though the dream’s earlier part was about historical events.

At one point my spectacle lens is about to fall out and so I use my special screwdriver to adjust and tighten it. (This symbolises a change in clarity of vision in order to understand the dream’s meaning – and what was about to unfold!)

Then I find I’m looking into large hall inside a building – the ceiling’s not visible but I sense it’s open to the heavens(!) The distant walls resemble many side chapels in a large cathedral. One is noticeable and commemorates the period of Celtic saints in pre-Catholic British church.

And NOW – actually whilst typing – I’m getting distinct ripples and chills down my neck as Heather Clark sings, “For the Lord our God He is holy…holy, holy, holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty…” in her distinctive rendition of Exalt The Lord. (‘Glorious Praise’ cd.)

The hall in my dream is jam-packed with excited believers, quite the opposite of the earlier scenes. Someone nearby holds his Bible to his mouth (signifying not only he will speak in accordance with scripture but also as led by the Lord; ie. with full prophetic anointing). And so I understand he’s going to preach with a holy unction….

But then the alarm goes off!

The dream’s impact left a lingering impression. So I chuckled upon reading our morning prayer focus from Keep Praying and Bless. The day’s scripture is 1 Chronicles 16:29,

“Ascribe to the Lord the glory due His Name!

We decree that a day will come when every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord.

After the daily prayer of blessing for our family, friends, locality and that day’s particular city came its specific blessing:

“We bless the nation to receive a spirit of worship, to give glory and honour to Almighty God, that His Glorious Name be praised by all men.“

How appropiate – even more so when I read Thomas’ email.

2016 prophetic word and 11-year cycles

On 12th January Doug Addison published 2016: Get Ready for Realignments and New Assignments, which refers to a cyclical activity of the Lord throughout the 20th Century. It just so happens that early posts on this blog may confirm his thesis.

To read the full word Doug brings, click its above title. After mentioning major adjustments for many folk in how we regard and operate in church, this word covers a number of matters at length. He refers to an encounter on Christmas Day which gave him an insight into Bob Jones’ ‘Lumber-yard Experience’. Also, leading up to that Doug sensed a “distant rumble in the spirit” of the Lord coming and that His “glory is returning like never before”(!), adding this noteworthy caveat: “It is not coming in the current Church structure, though churches are invited“. Another of the several details of this word is that keys of authority have been reassigned….“God is lining things up for a breakthrough in March!”

Now here’s what’s of special relevance. Doug explains,

“Why 2016 Could Be The Start Of Something New

“The last global movement of God’s power started 22 years ago this month in January 1994 with the Toronto Blessing. It was very powerful and lasted a few years [over 10! RB] but was eventually spoken against and some major leaders disassociated themselves with it. This caused division and even brought judgment on the ministries and churches of those who spoke against what God was doing. This amazing move of God got bound by people with keys and authority and the result is that we have not seen a sustained global movement of God for 22 years. This is related to the keys that I saw being redistributed.

“There has been a move of God every 11 years dating back to the Azusa Street Revival in 1906. The 11-year intervals fall on the 1950 Healing Movement, the 1961 Charismatic Renewal, the 1972 Jesus People Movement and in 1983, the Third Wave Charismatic Movement. 1994 had the Toronto Blessing and 11 years later there would have been a movement that actually did start around 2005. But this amazing movement from God never got off the ground because of judgments. It was cut short, judged and bound by those with the keys of authority. The 2005 move started with unusual signs of God’s glory such as gold fillings appearing in people’s mouths, gold dust and gemstones appearing supernaturally in meetings. But the move never went global as God intended and was very limited. It is now 11 years after 2005, which is 2016 and there is a move of God coming this year. It will be with fire and oil from Heaven that cannot be touched by those who have not been prepared. This is what I saw in my Christmas morning encounter—an angel measuring for it and worker angels being assigned to bring it about.”

Being my birthday’s date, the opening reference to ’22’ naturally caught my attention right away (as well as being the number of letters in the Hebrew alphabet). Next, Doug’s count of 11 years reminded me I’d written about the same periodicity soon after starting this blog. (Anyone who took up my 7th Anniversary hint to check the outlines in Cycles & Time will be ready for what’s below.)

[Also, Paul Keith Davis has said 11 years after the birth of modern Pentecostalism in 1885 at Bethshan Conference on Holiness and Healing in London, saw the publication in 1896 of Theodore Herzl’s famous call, The Jewish State. That year also saw Alexander Dowie commission his apostolic church calling for a return to an apostolic period”; see ‘Days of Wonder’, August 2014.]

Other 11-year Cycles

On 5th January 2012 in Points to ponder: 2011-12 and Biblical historical/financial cycles I introduced my first readers to The White House accredited Christian correspondent William Koenig (Bio here) and his deep investigation of the work of Erik Hadik. Briefly outlining the nature of cycles I referred to their effects not only upon the environment but also upon our political and economical activity. For example, the cycle of conflict in the Middle-East corresponds closely with the 11-year sunspot cycle.

For almost 20 years this publisher of Koenig World Watch Daily and weekly Koenig’s Eye View from the White House has monitored important matters relating to Israel and likely connections with Biblical teaching and prophecy. That is, the simultaneous, or following closely, linkage between the way Israel is treated and various upheavals elsewhere has been found to be highly probable.

Moreover, a database of empirical evidence amassed from business affairs and observing international events gives a firm foundation for theories of cyclical influences.

Later that year, in concluding Paws 4 thought: weather quakes and cycles I referred again to Erik’s findings and quoted specifics on that 11-year period, as cited by Bill:

end of WWII – 1945, adding 11 years:
Suez War – 1956, another 11 years:
Six Days War – 1967, plus 11 years:
Camp David Accords – 1978-1979 (also Iran’s Islamic Revolution):
Persian Gulf War / Desert Storm (Part I) – 1990-91, another 11 years:
Sept 11th 2001 terror events and subsequent Afghan and Iraq wars (Part II).
2012 – may introduce Persian Gulf Wars Part III? – Sunni/Shiite conflict?

Hadik claims the above dates are, in fact, preceded by those for the Palestine mandate (1922) and Hitler’s ascension (1933). Furthermore, there is a 50/100 year cycle of major wars. He cites the Napoleonic war of 1812, US Civil War (1861-65), the Balkan Wars of 1912 as the real start of WWI, 1961-2 Cuban missile crisis and SE Asian wars. 2012 next! An Accurate 11-year Forecast

On 5th September 2012 Bill hit the nail of the head! I blogged about receiving his News Alert forecasting another ‘historical day’ in connection with Israel, militant Islam and the USA. It was headed:

A New World Order Speech – Major Terror Attacks – Is Something Coming?
9-11-1990 plus 11 years = 9-11-2001 plus 11 years = 9-11-2012

On 11th September 2012, the American embassy in Egypt and consulate in Libya were besieged by Islamist mobs. This led to the cold-blooded murder of Ambassador Stevens and three consular staff in Benghazi. Hence, the 11th anniversary of the 9/11 attack in New York became another date in infamy for the Middle-East.

Conclusion

So, in view of a demonstrable historical record for the 11-year cycle we can validate and give credence to Doug Addison’s claim about the importance of 2016 as another ‘peak’ in activity of a spiritual 11-year cycle. It is one to rejoice over rather than despair over…

Thank and praise you Lord for your mercy and grace and what You’re doing in the earth.

What is the Lord saying to the UK Church in 2016?

An especial thank you to Valerie Williams and Prophetic Releasers for UK Revival for alerting me to this encouraging word. It’s opening sentence and closing image of a child are of personal relevance, as well as other parts and our needing to remind the Lord of personal promises. I invite you to weigh it with the Lord:

The Jewish calendar reveals that we have now entered the 70th Jubilee since Joshua entered the Promised Land in the fifteenth year of their crossing over. This holds great significance for the next seven years within the United Kingdom. We need to hear the Trumpet sound from Heaven. For those who seriously seek the Lord and stand on His promises, this will be their time of seeing their lost ones restored, backsliders returning home, restoration from debt and liberation from bondage to habitual sins, family iniquities and transgression.

It is a time of hope, life-giving transformation and destiny.

The waves of His wind must continue to blow, along with the burning of His all-consuming fire to expose those things that have remained hidden in Government, within family and within every sphere of influence. Everything that can be shaken will be shaken! For “He reveals deep and hidden things and knows what lies in the darkness (Dan. 2:22).” It is also a time of cleansing and purification for the Church.

The rescue of children from child abuse and the lack of parenting (absent fathers) will continue to be highlighted. This is the time for the hearts of the fathers to be turned back to the children and the hearts of the children to be turned to the fathers. Note that it is the hearts of the fathers that sets this restoration in motion. God is restoring fatherhood.
God is now raising up significant numbers of men and women, positioning them in key places both within the Church and the market place. They have been trained in the furnace of affliction having humbled themselves before the Lord. They have no hidden agenda other than to please and delight their God in all they do. They are truly submitted worshippers who will passionately take the Kingdom by force into the market place. They have become unoffendable! They daily seek His agenda and so know that what they declare will come to pass as they simply proclaim what is on God’s heart. They are walking in godly authority to decree release of the captives from seemingly impossible situations. Thousands of minds will be released this year to see the light of the Gospel. Evangelists will rise up and speak out wherever they go. Their Gospel message will be followed by great signs of instant healing to make people wonder and there will be a fresh stirring in men and women’s hearts as their dry bones come to life. It is the year of the suddenlies.
Isaiah 48:3 “I declared the former things long ago and they went forth from My mouth and I proclaimed them. Suddenly I acted and they came to pass”.

Declare open doors of opportunities, God ordained encounters and favoured positions. “Ask Me and then see Me turn up and create opportunities for you to share your faith. Be God centred. It’s easy when I am in your midst! I will reward your mustard seed faith and courage (because my power is dynamic) and heal those you prayer for. I am more passionate than you to bring healing and restoration. Believe and I will release healing angels to accompany you. Isaiah 61:1-3.

“The fires of revival are already ignited though the workers are spread out. Revival has started for those with eyes to see and ears to hear what the Spirit is saying. For them it will be a year of celebration and the homecoming of backsliders. There is a river flowing for the restoration and reconciliation of broken families. Take your feet off the bottom and allow the Holy Spirit to carry you.” God is good. He is totally trustworthy and reliable. His mercies are new every morning for great is His faithfulness.

Remind the Lord of His promises to you and declare that which is not as though it is and it will come to pass. Refuse to doubt. Be teachable for the Holy Spirit is your enabler. He will do what you thought impossible for He is the God of the impossible. It’s not by might, nor by power but by His Spirit. Mountains will start to shift and deeply rooted impossible situations will be uprooted if you speak to them and command them to be planted in the midst of the sea. Decree a thing or two and it will be established according to your faith. Persevere and he will give you the desires of your heart for it is impossible for God to lie.

“So Church, arise! Christians, you are the light of the world. Demonstrate My love towards one another and see hardened hearts melt. Reject negative attitudes with positive ones; rebuke fear which keeps you from your destiny and seek My face with passion and great determination. It’s your hearts I desire; to be intimate with you. Remember you are human beings, not human doings and that a gentle word turns away anger. Become unoffendable. Love your family, Church and neighbour with My love and see transformation spring forth.
My promises to you are about to be birthed like a baby positioned in the birth canal of its mother. As midwife, declare the baby’s safety and correct positioning ready for delivery. Those awaiting backsliders and family reconciliation, declare the forthcoming new arrival as if it’s already taken place. Dance over your circumstances and celebrate in this unique year of Jubilee and see the desires of your heart come to pass.”

Yesterday – 2nd item

Facebook is weird – well my blog’s page is. It doesn’t work like normal personal profiles and timelines as it got set up as a business page. I comment on some Facebook pages but can’t on others, and although I ‘like’ others’ pages I’ve yet to find a way to get their updates. So I check Facebook occasionally. Yesterday was the first time this week and I was nudged to check what Canon Andrew White may have posted on his page. I was amazed to read his latest:

“23 February: WELL IT IS NOW OFFICIAL I AM A MAJOR TERRORIST THREAT.

“Not only did I have problems in Israel the other day the Americans have assured me I am a major terror threat to the USA and they have given me a piece of paper to prove it. They let me in this time but next time I have got to get official approval before I come. So I have not even got to the Nashville meeting yet, missed our flight there and don’t even know how and when we can get there. As I always say “Take Risk’s”. Blessings from Chicago.”

Only a few days before that Andrew had been in Jerusalem and Jordan, where he’d met an archbishop of the Syriac Orthodox Church. On FRRME he reports what happened in en-route to USA …“I set off for America where I am speaking at the National Religious Broadcasters Convention in Nashville. On my way there I was stopped under terrorism legislation and detained at the O’Hare International Airport in Chicago. After many hours I was given a temporary visa and allowed to travel inside the US. It just goes to show how suspicious American security agencies are of Iraqis and those of us who still visit that beautiful but divided country.”

What else can we expect of a once-superpower nation? As Potus (President Of The United States) isn’t concerned about worldwide persecution of Christians – effectively genocide! – and appoints not even half-baked sycophantic administrators who kowtow to his gross failure to understand and recognise the roots of terrorism (as I’ve blogged many times, eg: here, here, here, here and dismissal of CIA/FBI intel), then such crass stupidity at O’Hare is par for the course.

And that’s not even touching the way Obama personally treats allies!!!

Yesterday – 1st item

Before checking Canon White’s Facebook I’d already noted Joel Rosenberg again blasting Potus for insulting the USA’s close ally, Jordan’s King Abdullah II: “In January, Mr Obama snubbed the Hashemite monarch on his visit to Washington. The White House initially said the President was too busy to meet with the King. In the end, the President spent a mere five minutes with His Majesty at Andrews Air Force Base before departing on a political trip…he had refused a serious, substantive meeting with the West’s most important and faithful Sunni Arab ally a priority, and America’s allies and enemies were watching.”

However, after their meeting in The White House later yesterday the official joint press release opens:

“We spent the bulk of our discussion around the situation in Syria, Iraq, and our joint efforts to combat ISIL. Jordan has been an outstanding partner in that process. As I’ve said publicly, we have seen progress in pushing back against ISIL in territory both in Iraq and now in some portions of Syria. But a lot of work remains to be done. And so the coordination between our nations and other coalition partners is absolutely critical. And Jordan has made enormous contribution. Jordan is a country that punches above its weight when it comes to the fight against ISIL…”

In closing President Obama remarked,

“Finally, we discussed the situation in Israel and the West Bank, and the increasing tensions that exist between Israelis and Palestinians there. His Majesty has been a critical component of reducing some of the immediate sources of tension around the Temple Mount and visits there. But we continue to agree that it’s important for us to provide both sides a sense of possibility and hope, and not simply despair. That’s hard to do. And so we have explored ideas in terms of how we can make progress. But His Majesty has continued to be a voice of reason and moderation and tolerance for all the parties concerned in this issue. And we very much appreciate his partnership in the process….”

However, The Hill (Washington-based newspaper covering Congressional affairs) reports an article in West Point’s Combating Terrorism Centre by the former head of US Central Commander as saying the truth is exactly the opposite of what Potus and senior advisors are saying about ISIL. (Read Joel Rosenberg for extracts.)

More on Palestine & France

I also read Debka’s special report about US Secretary of State John Kerry in Jordan, ‘Abu Mazen rebuffs Kerry’s appeal to cool Palestinian terror against Israelis’.:

‘US Secretary of State John Kerry came away empty-handed from his latest meeting with Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmud Abbas (Abu Mazen) in Amman on Sunday, Feb 21 – which shouldn’t have surprised him as it was par for the course. Debkafile’s Middle Eastern sources report Kerry was finally persuaded that Abbas would not give Israel an inch on any political or security-related matters. The Palestinian leader has never swerved from his conviction that it was the duty of the international community to force Israel to present the Palestinians with a state of their own – without direct negotiations.

‘To this end, Kerry found Abu Mazen clinging to the initiative put forward by French President Francois Hollande, for an international conference that will establish a Palestinian state, while letting the Palestinians off the hook of talks with Israel. France in fact warned Israel that without progress towards a two-state solution of the conflict, Paris would go ahead and recognize a Palestinian state on its own.

‘The Palestinian leader is determined to campaign on behalf of the French initiative in the coming month, undeterred by the US Secretary’s repeated warning that Washington will not go along with it, even if France puts it before the UN Security Council…’ (emphases RB) Read the full informative report here.

Further to my coverage of Caroline Glick’s excellent articles on political anti-semitism in France, I regret to report support for this by Dr. Guy Millière, professor at the University of Paris, author of 27 books on France and Europe. In France’s Relentless Hostility to the Jewish State published by The Gatestone Institute, he opens:

“France today is one of the main enemies of Israel — maybe its main enemy — in the Western world. France’s disregard of the threats faced by Israel is more than simple willful blindness. It is complicity….”

This synopsis doesn’t cover the outrageous Dreyfus Affair that rocked France around the turn of 19th/20th Centuries. It was one of a myriad intriguing aspects of my school studies on modern European history because it centered around a ‘miscarriage of justice arising from faulty espionage and blatant anti-Semitism’.

Also yesterday

As a known supporter of Israel, PM Cameron spoke in Parliament against settlements built around East Jerusalem. His future will be of interest in these changing times…

BUT as the Palestinian leadership has never been serious about peace negotiations an intelligent person would ask, why should Israel hang on for decades getting nowhere? It’s only commonsense to get on with ordinary life and make sure there’s somewhere to live. Had Abbas the brain to abandon the moribund mindset of victim-hood and settle with Israel, these issues could have been resolved years ago and settlements no longer an issue.

THE GREAT AWAKENING: please pray

Pat Schatzline: prophetic message for 2016 on ‘The Lord’s joyous shout’

It’s not unusual for the Lord to direct my attention online and, as explained below, the following message from Patrick Schatzline is no exception – click title for original:

THE LORD WILL SHOUT IN 2016!

The year 2016 will be a year of reformation for the believer. I have never felt such a deep stirring to bring forth a message concerning a new year! For several days I have felt a deep impression from the Lord that I deliver a prophetic word for the year 2016. Each day I have sat on an old church bench that came from New London, Connecticut. This old pew sat in a church that experienced the Great Awakening in the 1740’s. As I sat in the pew to pray I would hear over and over the Lord say to me, “Son, I will shout over my people in 2016!” I have never written a prophetic word concerning a new year; yet, I have personally been deeply grieved over the last several months. While I hold onto the vision of the Remnant Awakening I also know that time is running out. In 2015 we have seen much of the diabolical plan of Satan begin to reveal itself bolder than ever before. We saw marriage redefined by an over reaching court, Isis take more ground, the exposure of Planned Parenthood’s selling of baby body parts, and many of the main stream Christian movements move closer towards the euthanasia of the Holy Spirit movement. But, I am here to announce, “all is not lost!” Wake-up and prepare yourself for a new day.

As I have already stated, I heard the Lord say over and over to me, “Son I will shout over my people in 2016!” This stirred me so deeply, because I once heard a powerful quote by C. S. Lewis, “God whispers to us in our pleasures, speaks in our consciences, but shouts in our pains. It is his megaphone to rouse a deaf world.”[1] I also began to study the places in the Bible where God shouts. Here is a verse that declares the Lord’s shout in Psalms 47:5-6, “God went up with a shout, the Lord with the sound of a trumpet. Sing praises to God, sing praises; sing praises to our King, sing praises.” (MEV)

I have personally heard this shout on several occasions. Once, was in the middle of the night in Kingman, Arizona, when God awakened me in my hotel room. It was March 7, 2011, at 3:30 in the morning, and the Lord informed me to write my first book called, Why is God so mad at me? This interruption changed everything. I also heard the Lord say to me in July of 2014 the term, “Ah Sovereign, Lord.” This became a message of repentance and also a chapter in my last book. My wife, Karen, also had this experience with her first book. I also believe for many of us that God waits till the stillness of the night to awaken us, because during the day we speak more than we listen. The Bible says in Psalms 78:65, “Then the Lord awoke as one out of sleep, and like a mighty man who shouts because of wine.” (MEV)

I asked the Lord what it meant that He would shout over His people in 2016. He led me to Psalms 89:14-15, “Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne; mercy and truth shall go before Your presence. Blessed are the people who know the joyful shout. They walk, O Lord, in the light of Your presence.” (MEV) The shout of the Lord is “joyful” to those who know His ways! I then heard Father say,

“I have heard the cries of the righteous”, and He is declaring respite for His children. “My shout will cause the enemy to cower and take refuge from my glory.” Then He said, “Deliver a message to my people”.

The following is what I felt the Lord has told me to deliver to you:

2016 will be a year of reclamation, restoration, revolution and revival. The righteous will experience an unprecedented awakening of those whom have grown weary and tired in the battle. The righteous whom have lost their will to fight will suddenly be endued with power as never before. They will be given visions and dreams. They will suddenly find themselves with opportunities that have caused Heaven to smile at their obedience. Doors will swing wide open that no man can shut. God is handing out parchment and scrolls in prayer closets to those who know His heart. The parchments are announcements of what the Lord is about to do in the land, and these scrolls have hidden in them the keys to the kingdom of God. The Lord is clothing His righteous ones with humility and boldness. The Lord has reserved for Himself a Holy Remnant that know His voice. These are those whom have decided to go deeper and walk out His precepts. Favor will be upon their heads. They will suddenly find access to places once considered locked, and they will walk with supernatural influence.

There will be much civil unrest across America. The civil unrest will be caused by different political and social movements. It will look like the late 60’s. This will cause the righteous to stand up and say enough! God will awaken the mom movement. Mothers will stand up and declare leave our children alone. Their passion will be to tell culture, government and politicians that they will not stand by and watch their children’s identity be stolen. If they listen to the Lord they will be more powerful than the suffrage movement. These women will not be led by celebrities, but by prayer warriors.

God will visit the churches that have and are declaring His holiness and the pure Gospel. They will experience supernatural growth. Even churches that many have said will never grow will suddenly become shining voices in their cities. Waves of His glory will roll through the services like a fog in the early morning. The services will be marked with repentance and miracles. There will be a mass exodus from the churches that do not preach the whole council of God. Prayer and intercession will once again mark houses of worship. God is causing new wells to spring up. Children’s ministries services will resound with the sound of worship, gifts of the Spirit and miraculous moves of God. There will be a renewed call to evening worship in places that are hungry for more. A new sound of worship will come forth from psalmists. This will be a sound that is birthed by Heaven. God will awaken older and retired ministers to realize that their job is not complete. They will be endued with power to once again proclaim God’s truth. Youth services will no longer be about the crowd or the party atmosphere, but rather sacred assemblies where God will ignite a fresh fire.

Righteous church leaders will suddenly find their physical and spiritual selves renewed with wings like eagles. They will be cured of disease and find themselves resting like never before. Mentally leaders will find that depression has lost its grip on their lives. They will brim with fresh vision. They will also see their households refreshed. Their marriages will glow with renewed love, intimacy and spiritual bonding. Their children will become enamoured with the joy of the Lord. Prodigal children will return to the front doors to once again embrace the awesomeness of God. The Lord will bless their homes with uncanny finances. Many of these leaders will be reminded of prophecies and promises from the Lord as He brings them into fruition. These leaders will also write books birthed in the prayer closet.

Warning: For the leaders who no longer preach a message of conviction and truth, and those who declare their pre-packaged humanistic messages, their words will not go farther than the pulpit. It will be as if the people in the congregation have earplugs keeping them from hearing. These leaders are on trial in the court of God’s kingdom, and if not careful they will be found in contempt. Even now Father is visiting many of these leaders, and they are being given an opportunity to repent. If they do not repent they will find themselves staring at empty chairs in their palatial structures. Their places of leadership will be vacant. God is shouting over them.

God is visiting homes both Christian and secular. God is restoring broken marriages. Family altars and times of worship will be released in homes that have grown stagnate and comfortable. God is breaking off lethargy. There will be a renewed sense of conviction in homes that have allowed God to be locked outside. Prayer rooms will take over rooms reserved for guests. For the houses that are willing to restore God to His rightful place they will feel Him walking through their home. Healing will be in their water. Fathers and mothers must anoint their families. Worship will come from the bedrooms of children. Father’s will have their voices restored as leaders in homes where they were subjugated by culture. They will rise early and pray. Prodigal fathers and mothers will return to their place of leadership as the Lord’s grace calls to them.

The gatherings of the “unknowns” will take place across America. These gatherings will be planned and impromptu. They will be powerful movements that lead people to repentance and adoration. They will not be gatherings with well-known speakers or worship bands, but rather those whom have been awakened by the awe of the Lord will lead them. I believe that the Remnant Awakening will be a part of this.

In 2016 there will be a great awakening in parts of Asia, Europe, Africa, South America and parts of the USA. The enemies of the cross will rise against these movements and in return they will experience great calamity and disease. Their evil plans will be exposed in supernatural ways. Israel will once again turn back the tide of Islam, and its borders will be enhanced. America will experience several close calls by terrorists and all but one will be thwarted. This will cause our nation to once again cry out to God. A renewed sense of God’s sovereignty will over take many communities, and with that people will awaken to the lies of the secularist. God’s people will suddenly stand in opposition to the lies of the enemy. They will find themselves marching as if to war.

There will be many outbreaks of God’s glory on university and college campuses. Christian universities that no longer stand behind their creed and original plan will have opportunity to return to the Master’s Plan! God will use the quiet and meek to be a powerful voice of freedom to those whom are blinded by the enemy.

There will also be a holy awakening of God’s love and deliverance within the homosexual community. There will be those whom have experienced and know God’s presence that will be driven to their knees. God is fiercely jealous of His kidnapped children. He is answering the prayers of righteous parents who are demanding that their seed be returned.

USA Presidential Election: There will be a major surprise during the USA presidential election. Christians must pray for God to show them the right candidate. They must not listen to the hype, but ask for discernment. The church must pray for the Lord’s will to be done.

Finances: The global market will grow increasingly unstable. Yet, the Lord is releasing finances to the righteous. Conviction will fall upon many wealthy to sow into ministry. This will allow the churches and ministries that the Lord trusts to experience financial growth for the vision. The camels are coming to the places where they can drink fresh water. We will see the systematic reduction of large ministries that have lost their compass.

Lastly, the Lord declares that,

“His shout will not be heard by all, but only by those whom have made themselves attentive to His ear!”

He is close to the broken-hearted and your cries are before Him. The shout coming from Heaven is preparation for the final shout found in 1 Thessalonians 4:16,

“For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet call of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.” (MEV)

I challenge every believer to pray and fast! I believe that the Lord is giving us an opportunity to change our world. We know that in Psalms 103 it says, “The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in mercy” (MEV). Yet, we also know that in Psalms 7:11, “God is a righteous judge, and God has indignation every day” (MEV).

The Lord is shouting! Are we listening? Revelation 2:17, “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give the hidden manna to eat. And I will give him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written, which no one knows except he who receives it.” (MEV)

We must awaken. It is a new day! The Remnant is rising!

Footnote: In view of a busy time leading into the holydays I’d intended republishing the previous post only and nothing else last Wednesday. But upon getting online we found friends had sent an email headed ‘Joy’ with a link to USAF flash-mob. I realised it should go on this blog before the Christmas blessing, thus postponing that to Christmas Eve.

After copying video and modifying text I dashed off a new title because its terse one word needed improving upon. So I found myself quickly referring to our Father’s joy in His Son.

After publishing it I checked my emails before closing down and found Patrick had sent a link to the above message. So I printed a hard-copy to mull over at leisure – only then did I read that message is based upon the Lord’s joyful shout! LOL 🙂

Surely the Lord’s using this ‘coincidence’ to confirm and stress the importance of this word for 2016!

On ‘crossing over’ and a coming Revival

The week after I’d marinated fruit for three days and then baked our Christmas cake I was sent the following by Patsy Southway wherein I read she’d also baked a cake!

Here’s Patsy’s reflections and insights from PICK Ministries posted on 29th November.:

‘Last night as I was journaling, I saw a long line in the sand – the Lord said that many of his children have been persistent in prayer, with declarations and believing hearts and have been patiently waiting to see the results – the breakthroughs.

Preparation
’But Father has been preparing OUR hearts to move into the ENLARGEMENT of His Kingdom that is coming. He reminded me that as I made a Christmas cake this week, the amount of ingredients, the time mixing it altogether and then, of course, the hours it took to cook, was a lot of preparation so that we can enjoy a slice or two of Christmas cake!
How much more, the preparation of our hearts. He is such a faithful Father, rich in mercy and compassion, loving us beyond our comprehension.

Birthing
’In a previous blog I wrote on the BIRTHING of Gods promises which He confirmed to me on the same day, while I was in a bank and a school room in the Czech Republic. His promises have NOT changed! He is bringing together ALL that he has promised.

CROSSING OVER
’This long line that I saw in the sand, was very long. I could see some people were right up against it and others not too far away. I sensed that God was showing me wherever they were on their journey depended on where they were positioned with Him,; they would all come to the line before crossing over. There were no shortcuts!

‘Today is the last day of November and tomorrow brings the start of a new month, December. ‘Shiftings’ have continued throughout this year, and as we move into the final month of 2015 and the time of CROSSING OVER this line in the sand has come, I could see HUGE waves of blessing were falling upon us as times of ABUNDANCE and REFRESHING had come!

‘It’s been a long haul for many of us but everything is for a Divine Purpose – it’s all about KNOWING HIM and making HIM KNOWN.’

ON REVIVAL

The subscriber who sent me a copy of the above commented that on the previous evening “the Lord spoke to our church and said in the next few weeks we would begin to see the first signs of revival”.

In view of what William Smith shared over lunch a few weeks ago on revival, I forwarded the email to him. That he’s truly a humble servant of the Lord is clearly evident in the way he told his testimony, this part of which I’m sharing with his kind permission:

“I came to faith at 15 years of age and was preaching on the streets of Liverpool before I was 16. Preaching came so naturally to me that I knew that I was born for such an honour. I spent hours in prayer and bible study as a youth, while making time to be involved in some church based activity most nights of the week. ( I was born into and out of a Baptist background).

“Seeking God in prayer for my life, knowing that my dreams of being a footballer, or an actor, or classical singer were now irrelevant because of the fire in my soul, I lived in a desperation to hear His heart for me. I knew Bible College awaited me and it was during these prayer times that Father spoke so clearly to me. He said :

“You will see major revival in this land in your lifetime and you will be instrumental in its happening.”

‘The term ” in your lifetime” was stamped on my mind and spirit. It meant that I would physically be on the earth and hands on in this revival. I would not be a witness from heaven to the events.’

That was 1963 and so Bill’s been carrying a prophetical promise for over 50 years just as Arthur Burt did (details here). I shared that I know the awesome nature of such promises. (Years ago my wife and I were briefly commanded, “Await His return!”, by a well-known prophet as he quickly walked by intent on talking to someone else.)

Bill thanked me for the copy email of Patsy’s and commented as follows.

‘It is a very encouraging word as well as confirming so much we are hearing from Abba God right now…

‘Something I noted in her words. The waves of blessings do not disturb the line in the sand. I see real significance in that. It is not a temporary line, it is established in Father’s plan and purpose. The waves of blessing may well be a means of many reaching and crossing the line.Not to be sad spectators, rather to become fully involved in the great commission of these last days.

‘So blessed by today’s word from you…’

Prophetic words of blessing and fire for British Isles & Ireland

This Word for the UK, dated 17th November, is brought by Monica White, a member of Prophetic Releasers for UK Revival:

“England, oh England… have I not promised you that I would rekindle the ancient flames across the land? See, even now it comes to pass… Holy fire lit here, there, and soon the fires will join and your land will be aflame with my Spirit. For I have loved you and have loved your forefathers who served me and their prayers and their cries even amidst of burning reached My throne and I will never forget.. I will come as the whirlwind and as the Fire and as the Dove and you will see me across the land!

“Ireland my beloved.. in days of old I sent your children into the nation with My Zeal for Holiness, for signs, for wonders… for a time the signs I gave you became strange beings that were not in My image, but according to your understanding… yet my Promise never left you and my Purpose never left you and you will blaze again with Holy Fire! Watch and see, it will be in your time.

“Scotland oh brave one… I gifted you with wisdom and restraint and with mighty generals… you will again break out and in My Power go forth and conquer in distant nations and on your own soil and do great exploits… but in My Kingdom and with my Power! And the work will endure.

“Wales, I visited you and will visit you again. For the remnant that have remained faithful are many and the prayers and supplications of those that have gone before are echoing in the Heavenlies…Surely I hear you and the incense of your love please My Heart and I will bless you again ! “

“It was one of the most profound words I’ve ever been given” – the USA in heaven’s court

The above quotation is Simon Braker’s on Facebook to me about that most remarkable dream of judgement and the Lord’s decision to send a great revival.

Last night I sensed the Lord wants me to re-emphasis the dream’s significance just in case any American reader or visitor to this blog may not yet have had opportunity to read and consider it.

Hence, this short note in case you may wish to read and be blessed by it; in which case please click here.

I was particularly interested that its publication followed close on the heels of hearing revivalist Pat Schatzline. I’d reported upon the main part of his message in my 3-part post on boasting over Jesus, in which I quoted his rejection of all ‘doom and gloom’ prophecies but left out his own on revival for another blog.

Therefore, I’d encourage everyone now reading Simon’s dream to follow that up with what Pat brought, as in Revival in the USA. In my humble opinion they’re directly connected. You may also like to note in the comments to that post a poetic prophecy brought a year earlier by Jerry Savelle.

Revival in the USA – a prophetical perspective from ‘over The Pond’

The possibility of a fresh Holy Spirit-led revival in the United States seems far-fetched in view of the deep spiritual darkness there and its being long overdue for holy judgement – but…

In the last week we’ve noted prophetic words about a revival coming to the USA, as in Simon Braker’s dream in Leicester, and changes for the church as in posts on James Bailey and Chuck Pierce in America. I’d like to add to these with an update as well as to list earlier posts on this subject for ease of reference.

Let’s not forget that many prophetical voices consider the injunction brought by prophet Isaiah applies today for Spirit-led Christians:

‘Arise and shine for your light has come and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. See darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon YOU. Nations will come to your light and kings to the brightness of your dawn…’ (Isaiah 60:1-3)

Last year I started blogging about visitors to Britain noticing good changes in our spiritual atmosphere. So why not ‘turn the tables’ by giving my perspective from here on a coming revival in America? Several times I’ve noted similarities between what’s been prophetically heard and declared here and over there, as in posts bearing ‘Bridge_o’Pond’ tag.

Revival on the Gulf Coast

Soon after opening worship on Sunday 18th October at Church of His Presence in Alabama, pastor Kilpatrick spoke about the necessity of buying adjoining land for extending their new premises.

“What’s that got to do with revival?” you may well ask!

Had it not been for local residents’ recent opposition that land would have been sold for industrial development. Last year, CHP had been mightily blessed with being able to buy and build there within months, thereby no longer needing to hire facilities in Mobile Convention Centre.

Bear in mind also that the Lord blessed pastor John with hosting not one but TWO Holy Spirit led revivals: in 1995, a repentance revival in Brownsville, Pensacola, Florida and, in 2010, The Bay of the Holy Spirit healing revival in Daphne, Alabama. Remarkably both started on Fathers’ Day of their respective year.

That morning Pat Schatzline preached upon the fourth man in the fiery furnace and ‘bragging on Jesus’, as reported here and here. Those posts focussed upon what the Lord had stressed to him on the importance of praising Him in these times. In avoiding over-complication I didn’t tell about an important prophetic word for revival with which Pat opened his message (at 1:39:30 of this video),

“Praise Him…we’re not done here, we’re not done praising! You have no idea what I’m about to preach on. Some of you know I have a sleep disorder called ‘revelation’…

“A few days ago when pastor called me…I was praying after you called and asked me to come. I was supposed to be in Ohio but the Holy Spirit said “You’re to go”! How many of you know when ‘a father’ calls, you go? That’s the rule…

“But I was praying about this property and I saw that new area and the Lord said, “Revival is to come from that land”.

“That’s what He spoke to me. He said this house will raise up revivalists that will touch the world.“

Of course, some cynically presume he’s just trying to raise finance, but says he…

“No, no, no, for we’re living in intense times. And just as there’s many ‘preppers’ out there, it’s time to prepare the way for revival.

“He’s coming! A move of the Spirit’s coming to America. God’s not done with America yet – I’m a missionary to America. I so deeply honour this house and know this general’s motives that the Lord spoke to me early this morning, “The camels are coming!”…”

Pat says, as blogged earlier, he’s been on an intense journey with the Lord for over a year because He promised, “If you’ll allow me to take you to the places of revival, you’ll be part of the next one”. Pat continues,

“I was standing over there a minute ago and asked the Lord to bend me…I prayed then I felt the hand of God hit me and He started pushing me over! I’ve never had that happen to me before” (Pat indicates a doubling over)…

“People are going to come from north, south, east and west – not just to come and be part of this church; that’s not what it’s about – but they’re going to come in here because they need to be washed, to have an encounter, to have their cognitive dissonance ripped off, scales broke off of them – this is a Restoration Place of the Lord – and I’m telling you from the Holy Spirit we’ve seen nothing yet…we’ve seen nothing yet!

“And it’s not by chance that one of my heroes is here: Jeri Hill’s here today (evangelist Steve Hill’s widow)…there’s another wave of the Spirit that’s coming – it was prophesied 50 miles to the west of Brownsville: right here!

“Now why’m I telling you that – because in the next few minutes I’m going to brag on God…(as in More biblical boasting on Jesus.)

On the coming Revivals

For information purposes, revivals prophesied for the USA are covered in earlier posts, as below. The sequence is in chronological order of events (date format dd.mm.yy):

John Kilpatrick (1986): If you preach what I give you and preach it unafraid and un-intimidated on television…I will open the heavens from the I10 all along this Gulf coast.” (Then 1993): “I’m about to open the heavens over Pensacola. I’m about to pour out My Spirit in this place, but first you must make it a house of prayer.” (Revivals in the USA cont’d.)
Dr Yonggi Cho (1993): “I’m not going to judge, I’m not going to bring My judgment on America, I’m going to pour out My Spirit. Get your atlas out of your attaché case and point! – I’m going to pour out My Spirit first in Pensacola, it will burn like a match-head, fiery, there and it will go west along the I10 to the Mississippi river, (Spanish, ‘River of The Holy Spirit’). Then it will back up along the Gulf coast, go down the peninsular of Florida, go up the Eastern seaboard and come down into the Mid-West and South-West and shoot out through the North-West; and before My Coming ALL of America will be ablaze with The glory of God!” (Revivals in the USA cont’d.)

John Kilpatrick (7.12.14): lady pastor brought ‘fire’ from Toronto to Pensacola and the Spirit fell – prophecy about the American Gulf coast: “I believe there’s going to come a powerful shift that will begin in Alabama, and the shift that takes place here, among other places, is going to begin to shift this nation back to where it should be! Now don’t make this mistake…that whatever God does next He’s done before, because it’s not! There’s a new sound that’s coming! There’s a new level of worship that’s coming! Confirmation of prophetic word: holy winds of change

After Howling Fresh Wind by Patsy Southway was auto-published on this blog today, I tinkered around with news relating to climate change. Unbeknown to me Angela Jelf was beavering away with a comment on that post and which warrants publication as some may have missed it. Angela writes as follows, and I’ve taken the liberty to show the Lord’s word as a quotation:

After reading this, I just felt prompted to share a word that God gave to me on June 15th last year (strangely enough, when I went to find my old journal which I’d written this word down in, lo and behold, it was folded open on exactly the right page!)

“For some time the church in the UK has been battling against a head wind. We’ve had the wind against us. Despite our best efforts, particularly in the area of evangelism, progress has been slow. It’s as though we’ve had the wind and rain in our face, and been buffeted by the elements. There’s been a sense of three steps forward and two steps back. But there is a fresh wind blowing! A wind of change is on the way! It’s the wind of the Holy Spirit and its coming to our aid! It’s a tail wind which will propel us forward! Acceleration is suddenly coming. The Lord has heard our cry, He has seen our growing hunger for breakthrough. Suddenly those things that were difficult will suddenly be done with ease, because it’s not about your effort. Hope is carried on this wind. When you feel this wind you must hoist up your sails! Hoist up your sails and get ready for acceleration! Some of you have longed for things, for salvation for family members, for breakthrough in healings and miracles – let fresh hope arise today for it will surely come about.

“This wind comes upon my church to propel you out! You will go out into the community, to the highways and byways. You will no longer stay hidden behind four walls. This wind will send you OUT and propel you to new horizons.

“This wind also blows through the harvest – it is blowing on the lost and broken, the sinner with the hardest heart – this wind is stirring the harvest. It’s blowing now! I see dandelion clocks, the little seeds caught on the wind. The seed of the gospel will be caught on this wind and will travel far and wide! It will propel the lost and the prodigal into my house. They will not be able to resist this wind as it carries such power. For it’s the wind of my Spirit!”

Praise God – I truly believe the time is now!”

In response to my reply Angela added, “Thanks Richard – I haven’t blogged about it. Just shared it at our church…The wonderful thing is, we are beginning to see a shift. Prodigals are beginning to return, and last week five people responded to the gospel on a course at our church!”

Praise the Lord – more, much more Lord!

The Lord seems to be turning our attention back to this prophetic promise – even halting us in our tracks, turning us around so we don’t miss what He wants us to realise!! That is, He gave a similar word not only to Patsy last May but also to others during the first half of this year about waves and winds, as well as a few years ago in what I’d term a ‘tame tornado’.

Simon Braker: a dream of judgement/revival in USA

In drafting an email about developments in UK, I wanted to insert a link to my latest posts. BUT something made me check that its opening link does work and WOW! I don’t usually bother with Facebook but this opened up Simon’s main page and I saw the first lines of what he’d just posted this morning. Intrigued, I clicked ‘More’ and read:

I’ve held this word for quite some time it came as a dream –

A dream for the United States of America

I found myself sat in what can only be described as a frantic courtroom …
I sat and watched as one witness after another presented their evidence
One came forward and shouted with tears look at this wickedness!
I looked and saw horrific pictures of dead babies and children,
Then another came and shouted look at this greed
Then another look at this pride
Then another look at this corruption
This went on as more and more irrefutable evidence of guilt was given.

It got to the point that the courtroom was in a frenzy of outrage

Yet the high judge just sat and listened until every accusation had been given and all the evidence had been submitted,

Once all this was done he still sat silent,
All the people stood and chanted guilty, guilty, judge them, judge them!

Finally with a loud voice the judge said, “Silence!!”.
Immediately every person became silent and sat down

The judge spoke and said – “I have heard all and seen all, the guilt of these lands of the United States of America is indeed great!

“I have decided judgment is indeed due and right!”
The people cheered, he commanded them to be silent!

“Before I pass my judgment I have one last witness, can the Holy Spirit take the stand please,”

An old woman came forward she was old but not frail in any way her eyes shone as she stood in the dock –

The judge spoke – “Do you have your evidence?”
“I do indeed” and she pointed to the video screen.
There appeared an image of a small child on her knees praying then a teenager then an adult, image after image appeared of more and more Believers of every age, class and race falling to their knees in prayer, then screen went black,

The judge spoke – “Is this the last of your evidence?”
The old woman responded “Yes!”

“Please step down” the judge replied.

All eyes in the room were fixed on him.

“Your evidence is indeed compelling, yet the guilt of this land is indeed great, in fact it grows daily I have therefore chosen judgment”,

He place a black cloth over his head took the hammer in his hand and struck the gavel and said “I find this land worth of………

“A Great revival the likes of which has never been seen before or will be seen again!”

As he said this blood poured forth from his throne and swept every accuser out of the room,

I then saw a map of the United States going up in flames as God began the answer the prayers of his burning ones,

the Lord spoke and said, “The guilt of this land is indeed great but my praying church and my shed blood is greater! So I grant a great revival that will take every street town and city for I will not have the cries of my people unheard, this land will arise and she will indeed shine!

“In what seems to be her darkest hour she shall shine at her brightest!”

This is especially interesting in view of yesterday’s correspondence with Pat Schatzline. One of my regular contributors emailed after I’d précised his recent teaching at CHP (as here), and so I replied and copied to his ministry, little expecting to get a reply from him. He’s deeply moved by the dream and I responded as follows on revival in USA:

“What I particularly noted was the word about revival the Lord gave you for Pastor John (Kilpatrick), which I’d previously noted and blogged after the New Year (see later half of https://richards-watch.org/2015/01/06/prophecies-fulfilled-3-contd-revival-to-re-visit-usa/)”

I kept Simon in the loop on his Facebook, to which he responded and I’ve emphasised:

“Bless you for helping to get the word out my friend, much appreciated! And I’m glad it’s blessing. I have to say it was one of the most profound words I’ve ever been given“.

More biblical boasting on who Jesus is…

‘Live wire, rapid fire’ Pat Schatzline says, “I have a sleep disorder called revelation!”.

His focus last Sunday prompted me to resurrect a ‘Do You Know Him?’ video from a menu page published in April 2012. Hence, this week’s earlier post, Let’s boast in who Jesus Christ is, because…

Pat’s message is based upon the story of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego refusing to bow down to king Nebuchadnezzar’s golden idol, and the fourth man with them in the fiery furnace. The king describes him as “like a son of the gods” (Aramaic; ‘being-like to-son-of Elohim’, Daniel 4:27).

First, however, Pat stresses the importance of ‘bragging on the Lord’ because the Lord told him that’s the difference between meetings where there’s lots of healing miracles and none. Pat wants to go to churches with ‘ed’ on Sunday, where he can talk about what God did there and brag about it, all in accord with scripture!

His prophetical message (see ‘Revival on the Gulf Coast’ header here) about the new era notes that the days ahead will require a new level of praise, as in Psalm 150:1-6 and the congregation rises up with him:

“It’s what washes your mind. You gotta praise when you get up, praise when doing things in the day, praise when you go to sleep – it will keep you from doing dumb things.”

Pat’s been on a very intense journey since being there last Summer because the Lord’s been saying, “If you’ll allow me to take you to the places of revival, you’ll be part of the next one”. So he’s been reading history books and writing one on the present lack of altar-calls to repentance, which thereby break demonic bondage rather than as in some services where demons are sanctified.

“He hasn’t abdicated! He is still on the throne and He’s calling us back to the altars…You’ve GOT to get your eyes on Him because the culture’s intense right now: right is wrong and wrong is right – faith is being challenged at every level!

“When you use scripture the world’s against you because of political correctness and so you’ve got to know who you are in Christ…

“I’m watching prophets running round who are friends of mine and they’re declaring gloom and doom. I get it – the four blood moons, the shemitah, signs and wonders on earth – I understand all that kind of stuff and believe it! But I’m watching all that and think:

“We’ve gotta talk some life here, we’ve gotta realise everybody ain’t saved yet…BUT what if we praise Him, we just praise Him!

Pat quotes 1 Peter 4:12 and 13 – ‘Dear friends do not be surprised at the painful trial you are suffering as though something strange were happening to you but rejoice that you participate in the suffering of Christ so that you may be overjoyed when His glory is revealed’, reinforced by The Message version of Matthew 6:26. He continues,

“God told me what to tell you is to brag on Him and things in your life will change – turn that stupidity off your TV! Learn to brag on Him, brag on Him, brag on Him…Look what it says in His Word at Isaiah 60:1-5,

‘Arise and shine for your light has come and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. See darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon YOU. Nations will come to your light and kings to the brightness of your dawn…’

Recounting, with video, the account of Daniel’s friends being saved in the furnace by the fourth man, he reminds us the king issued an Empire-wide decree that anyone saying anything against these three men’s god be executed and homes demolished. Why? Because “No other god can save in this way”!

So too, ‘the fourth man’ is with us in all our trials. As Pat struggled in the night preparing this message the Lord told him to boast about Him because of what’s about to be done and seen wherever He’s praised.

He concludes by revealing the identity of that fourth man whereby we may boast of the Father and Son; or in other words, to introduce our King:

in Genesis, He is the Seed of the Woman.
in Exodus, He is The Passover Lamb.
in Leviticus, He is the our High Priest.
in Numbers, He is the Pillar of Cloud by day and the Pillar of Fire by night.
in Deuteronomy, He is the Prophet like unto Moses.
in Joshua, He is the Captain of our Salvation (and of the heavenly host).
in Judges, He is our Judge and Lawgiver
in Ruth, He is our Kinsman Redeemer.
in 1st & 2nd Samuel, He is our Trusted Prophet.
in Kings and Chronicles, He is our Reigning King.
in Ezra, He is our Faithful Scribe.
in Nehemiah, He is the Rebuilder of the Broken-down Walls in our lives.
in Esther, He is our Mordecai.
in Job, He is our Dayspring from on high and our Ever-living Redeemer.
in Psalms, He is The Lord our Shepherd.
in Proverbs and Ecclesiastes, He is our Wisdom.
in the Song of Songs, He is our Lover and our Bridegroom.
in Isaiah, He is The Prince of Peace.
in Jeremiah, He is the Righteous Branch.
in Lamentations, He is the Weeping Prophet.
in Ezekiel, He is the Wonderful Four-faced Man.
in Daniel, He is the Fourth Man in our Fire (and Son of Man).
in Hosea, He is the Faithful Husband, forever married to the ‘backslider’.
in Joel, He is the Baptiser in the Holy Spirit and Fire.
in Amos, He is our Burden-Bearer.
in Obadiah, He is the Mighty To Save.
in Jonah, He is our Great Foreign Missionary.
in Micah, He is the Messenger of Beautiful Feet carrying the Gospel.
in Nahum, He is the Avenger of God’s Elect.
in Habakkuk, He is God’s Evangelist crying out, “Revive Thy work in the midst of the years!”.
in Zephaniah, He is the Saviour who sings songs over me.
in Haggai, He is the Restorer of God’s Lost Heritage.
In Zecharia, He is the Fountain Open in the House of David for sin and uncleanliness.
in Malachi, He is The Son of Righteousness Risen with Healing in His Wings.

“Do you know Him?

“I don’t care what you’re walking through;

“He said, if you put me as pre-eminent, I’ll change the atmosphere,

“If you’ll learn how to praise me, I’ll change the atmosphere,

“If you’ll learn how to trust me again, I’ll change the atmosphere…I have the power to transform your…to transform what’s been coming against you..”

An exceptionally inspirational message! Much of it reinforces the prophetic word from Jerusalem received on the first day of the past Feast of Tabernacles – read it again.

Also, those are Old Covenant identities of the Fourth Man – so there’s more to come in the New. First, however, let’s mull over and appreciate Who the Lord is.

John Kilpatrick vision: ‘The United Apostates of America’ (+ updates)

We listened intently when pastor Kilpatrick interrupted taking up the offering on Sunday to announce the Lord had given him a vision that morning.

He said, “I’m not given to having visions for the Lord usually speaks to me, but the Lord gave me a vision this morning and I’m going to share that in just a few minutes.
“This shook me up when the Lord showed it me. I didn’t see any pictures – it was just words that I saw.”

After welcoming Holy Spirit, he mentioned that He’d broken out on Friday at Perry Stone’s conference. There the Holy Spirit baptised a United Methodist pastor after John taught on the Leviathan spirit and how its scales are so tight it prevents pastors from allowing Holy Spirit to move.

As soon as John received his invitation to preach on 26th June he asked the Lord what He wanted him to bring. But the Lord’s response caused a sharp intake of breath,

“Oh Lord please not that one. Not that one – please! So I cringed and so I thought between now and then I’d talk the Lord out of it!”

He much preferred to bring a refreshing message but it was to be something difficult. The Lord was steadfast over this and remained so, even when John checked at 4 am on the day. He was to use a message he’d delivered to Church of his Presence over 2012-2013 entitled, Leviathan, the King who Rules over the Children of Pride!

In this John quoted Ezekiel 16:49-50 in the Bible, as shown on the gathering’s overhead screen:

“Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom: pride, fulness of bread and idleness was in her and her daughters; neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and the needy. And they were haughty and committed abomination before me: therefore, I took them away as I saw good.” (KJV)

That was the scripture he was reading about the sin of Sodom and Gomorrah, when Perry interrupted saying he’d heard, “The Supreme Court’s just passed the equality of marriage law”!

Disquieted he continued preaching, but afterwards John asked the Lord to be shown how He views this grave matter. John received nothing until about to brush his teeth on Sunday morning when these words appeared by a vision in his spirit:

On 13th September, John stressed his deeply patriotic nature in carefully considering a number of scriptures describing the location and nature of the modern equivalent of the ancient Babylonian empire as foreseen by OT prophets Isaiah and Jeremiah. Their term for this futuristic, end-times version of the nation with which they were well acquainted is, ‘mystery Babylon’. Picking up a golden thread in the Lord’s tapestry

In weighing words that prophesy heavenly waves, tides, tsunami and tornado coming to earth, let’s pick up a golden thread that’s also been brought by many – that of God’s glory!

We continue weighing those words with a couple of scriptures:

Arise, shine; for your light has come and the glory of the LORD is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth and deep darkness the people; but the LORD will arise over you, and His glory will be seen upon you. (Isaiah 60:1-2 NKVJ)

This beginning of signs Jesus did in Cana of Galilee, and manifested His glory, and His disciples believed in Him. (John 2:11 NKJV)

And how do we ‘weigh’ His glory. According to my New Spirit-filled Life Study Bible’s notes for those verses, the Hebrew provides an excellent clue. On Isaiah 60:1 it reads:

‘Glory, chabod (Strong’s#3519): Weightiness; that which is substantial or heavy; glory, honor, splendor, power, wealth, authority…etc. The root chabad, “to be heavy, glorious, notable” or “to be renowned”. In the OT, “heaviness” represented honor and substance, whereas “lightness” was equated with vanity, instability, temporariness, emptiness.’

On John 2:11 the ‘Word Wealth’ note reads:

‘Glory, doxa (Strong’s #1391) Compare “doxology”, “paradox”, “orthodoxy”. Originally an opinion or estimation in which one is held. Then the word came to denote the reputation, good standing and esteem given to a person. The NT doxa becomes splendor, radiance and majesty centered in Jesus. Here (2:1) doxa is the majestic, absolute perfection residing in Christ and evidenced in the miracles He performed.’

The latter concept is the one that probably springs into mind whenever we read or hear of ‘glory’. Yet when the Lord’s holy presence comes into a meeting, a sudden sensation of a weighty atmosphere can be tangibly felt. Very often, those gathered can no longer remain standing but sway or bend, even fall to the floor and remain there for a long time – some refer to it as “being ‘slain’ in the Spirit”.

In finding yesterday (Wed), then arranging in a seemingly right sequence, three prophetic words for the UK > four waves > tsunami and tornado > the nation will turn, a few things popped into mind as I wrote.

One of them related to having seen in a night vision the brilliance and awesome powerful effect of God’s glory upon heaven opening, rather than referring to the very few occasions it’s fallen on me in meetings.

Simon Braker speaks of a third wave that “swept across the nation and washed the nation clean to the point that it shone!”

Graham Brown reports, “I saw a window opening in heaven and it was gradually going back further and further and further. And then I could hear voices from glory, with the glory of God shining down, upon the tornado and the tsunami.”

The third person, Amanda Wells from Queensland, refers to England “coming into a time of amazing wonders, or supernatural phenomena, and miracles. This is going to manifest in an amazing release of glory breaking out all around you, everywhere you go.”

I’d searched for some information on each person and the words attributed to them. At the last of the three, I went to her website and learned about Amanda’s experience in the Glory during her recent visit to Europe. Her account on 12th March reads as follows (emphases mine):

“YOU’VE DECLARED IT; AND I’VE ESTABLISHED IT!”

‘I have just returned from a ministry trip to the UK and Germany and while I was there had an amazing encounter with God that has totally changed my life. The words ‘You’ve Declared It; and I’ve Established It,’ resounded in my spirit for the 3 weeks I was there!

‘This generation is at a pivotal time. Things are shifting. The heavens are leaning in and angels are watching and showing up…. God is moving and shifting things in ways we’ve never anticipated or expected. Are we ready?

‘Hope for tomorrow and strength for today is found in Jesus. It is entirely, completely and always found in Him. His love is unending and faithful. His grace and mercy always true. Through the years He’s always been there and He will always be. The single greatest tragedy in the people of this generation is a lack of encounter with Him. [Nathan Morris often stresses this point. RB] We are continually trying to push forward, without stopping to connect with heaven so as to download what we see and hear onto the earth. For the past four years when I pray before I preach, I have sensed to say the same thing, ‘ Your kingdom come today, let Heaven be on earth today and signs and wonders follow the Word’.

‘After declaring this in the first meeting in the UK, just 4 hours after a long 28-hour flight, I heard the Lord say, “You’ve declared it, and I have now established it”. Suddenly God broke out in amazing healings, but also ‘wonders’, that had everyone astounded. Pastors struck dumb, young teens struck dumb, some frozen in the one position for hours, older people in their late 70’s – 80’s seeing and hearing the angelic realm, to name a few occurrences that happened.

‘God gave me a word that has laid heavily on me for the few weeks, for the United Kingdom and for Australia. It came out of Isaiah 8 v 18 (a) ‘Behold, I and the children, whom the Lord hath given me, are for signs and for wonders… This is the time of wonders, outstanding signs and wonders. England is coming into a time of amazing wonders, supernatural phenomena in an unprecedented outpouring, where the River is being poured out like we have never seen before.

‘During this trip God gave me a message that I have never preached or looked at before, about the Glory. I saw a picture of myself in darkness yet ascending up a mountain and as I was on top I saw God’s glory in a cloud descending upon me. The Lord then showed me how the Glory, isn’t for us to just enjoy but it is His invitation to marriage, and the bedchamber. The cloud or as the Hebrews call it ‘a huppah’ is where the bridegroom sends out an incredible invitation, He calls, ‘will you marry Me.’ Is it any wonder the Israelites were in mortal fear as they heard not just One voice but a voice that thundered from the Heavens, ‘will you marry Me?’

‘The Hebrew for thunder and lightenings is ‘glorified voices of fire’. Can you imagine back in that day, hearing God cry ‘”Will you marry Me?”. Only one responded, Moses! (You can purchase the MP3 ‘the cloud of Glory, please contact me) ‘Christ in us, the Hope of Glory’.

‘Our link to heaven and our intimacy with the King is the hope for the world. How we connect with Jesus, and how through that connection we live THROUGH Him and not just for Him will result in revival. Great is His faithfulness. We can’t perform on Sunday our way forward; we can’t make the things of heaven happen here on earth, apart from Him. We declare it and He establishes it, but as He establishes, we have to believe and receive His signs and wonders! The signs and the wonders are released, when we lean in.

‘When we press in. When we lay aside our best plans and rise up in all that He is through us. He’s always been here, and He is leaning toward us today. I made a fresh commitment in the UK to lean in more, to encounter more, to ‘wait on the Lord’ longer, and to live in the presence of heaven. In all I do: in life, ministry and business, I want to live in heaven and see it manifest on earth. I want to partner with heaven.

‘I want to live in a prophetic realm where angels dance and sing and all the answers I could ever need and they are poured out like a waterfall, ever flowing, from His River, always available.

‘Champions, who are brave enough to stand and live in freedom, need to live in prayer, presence and worship leading to a constant encounter!

‘The world needs a revival. They need refreshing. They’re struggling, groping and seeking for something to change…for something to shift. We are their shifting point, we are the alignment they need, and we are the conduits that heaven uses to download into the earth.

‘This is a pivotal time and all of heaven stands waiting. Will you join me? Will you lean into an encounter with Him and be the manifestation that all creation is crying out for?’

Thank you Lord – and Amanda, as well as Kingdom Vision for posting her on their site. Oh Lord, let this be time for your Glory, as seen on Norman James’ face 20 years ago when he was blessed with the same vision of Britain his prayer-partner Wigglesworth had (as here). Amen, and again amen.

To conclude, we have very encouraging words from the Lord to our prophetically gifted brethren and which we’re obliged to weigh carefully. Also, I think we’ve come across yet more pieces to the ‘Invisible Jigsaw’!

Wake up and be set on fire!

A loud noise from builders outside awoke me with a start! It’s the first time in a long time I’d overslept! The alarm had gone off early for Nina to get up (I’d already been up with the dawn). I jumped up as I’d just over half an hour to ‘break fast’, get ready and get out with her before the local crowds descended in town.

An hour later at my desk this Lion Bites email was near the top of my in-tray: L.O.L.!

WAKE UP AND BE SET ON FIRE!

“I heard the Holy Spirit repeat the same phrase three times:

“Wake up and be set on fire!”
“Wake up and be set on fire!”
“Wake up and be set on fire!”

“As these words were decreed, I ‘saw’ the phrase shooting out over all lands, all nations and, ultimately, landing on all His people.

“To those who chose to listen to the wake-up call from Heaven there is an encounter with the fire of God that will equip you to fulfill His coming purposes. In your response to the call to rise up from your slumber there is a whole new wave of power coming into your midst, to equip you to bring Kingdom transformation.

“Respond to this wake-up call from the Lord! Allow Him to come into your midst, right now, to wake you up in areas that you have been sleeping and allow Him to set you on fire for the sake of His name.

Ephesians 5:14 For this reason it says, “Awake, sleeper, And arise from the dead, And Christ will shine on you.”
Isaiah 60:1 Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you

Confirmation of the vision

The WORLDWIDE vision referred to above is similar to, but more extensive than, Jean Darnall’s 50 years ago of multiple fires being lit across Britain (see Prophecies fulfilled 1).

However and moreover, it reminds me of what I’d sensed a week ago yesterday and which was God-incidentally confirmed the same day by Angela Jeff. She commented early the next morning on my post about Nathan Morris’ prophetic outburst, “London’s Burning”, as follows:

“Yesterday I was reading a wonderful book by James A. Stewart, called “God’s New Thing” – all about Revival. It says this “The two symbols of Pentecost are WIND and FIRE . There is no set program for a cyclone or a prairie fire. A great revival is like a forest fire”. I began to think about the fact that wind conditions have a HUGE impact on the spread of a WILDFIRE.
“The Great Fire of London sprang to mind…and so I googled it and began to do some research…there are some very interesting spiritual parallels that I believe God wanted to remind me of:
“In London in 1666, conditions for the blaze were perfect. A long hot summer had left London DRY and drought had depleted water reserves (does this not sound a bit like the spiritual condition of London today – a dry and thirsty land where there is no water?!) This, coupled with a STRONG EAST WIND meant that all that was required was a SPARK! That SPARK began in a bakery (house of bread) and boom! Suddenly that SPARK became the “consuming fire” that had so often been predicted.
“Cindy Jacobs spoke of a coming “marriage of wind and fire” and Julie Meyers UK prophecy speaks of a move of God like a WILDFIRE!! I feel so stirred that God is calling us to press into these things in prayer. I believe that a second “Great Fire of London” is coming! Another interesting factor which is food for thought is that the Great Fire followed the dreadful plague which had gripped London in 1665. Some say that the fire, as dreadful as it was, was God’s mercy on the city because it purged the city of the plague. Oh how we need that burning cleansing flame to sweep through our capital city! Let’s pray for London!!”

I especially thanked Angela, saying that only yesterday I’d had a strong sense of a likely coming spiritual fire. It may have been specifically for the chapel and establishment we were gathered in for a service for healing.

After communion, I’d gazed at piles of logs on the lawn outside that had been gathered from the small wood around the premises. Right away I recalled a photo taken by Gary Beaton at a similar scenario. It showed two ‘angels of fire’! (I blogged on this a year ago this month in Sighting of angels in a fire.)

Also, I took the opportunity to refer to the “unstoppable firestorm” word brought by Bobby Conner 7 years ago this month.

Angela refers to Julie Meyer’s well-known song “The Bridegroom Cometh” reference to “wildfire”. Delivered at Voice of the Apostles conference in Pennsylvania on 20 October 2012 it prophesies revival coming to Great Britain and Europe. So I replied that Johnny Enlow had brought something in a similar vein 7 days earlier in Windsor UK. (Read my notes on him in Visitors notice heavens more open in England – posted last May! 🙂

Yes Angela, let us all agree to press in prayer for this revival.

Smith Wigglesworth’s vision for UK and Cindy Jacob’s word from the Lord

What I’d planned doing last week went wrong! Not badly so, but even so…

I was trying to download a brain blog-jam of prophetical aspects of the general election. But as I wrote more came – but I quickly got diverted by the ‘tsunami’ of what was coming from the Lord. So I couldn’t turn from or escape it but had to give a new post priority – and what a blessing it brought, as emailed privately by a few readers! Thank you Lord.

My vain plan was to schedule that election post for automatic publication in two parts on Friday at the start of our week away. The first part being the main body would be quickly followed by a word from the Lord delivered by Cindy Jacobs. However, I realised in the early hours there was more for the main bit, and so it would be better that it be delayed and Cindy’s published first (as here).

In my busy-ness I’d not really taken in that prophetic word’s immensity – and importance of priority. It ‘sat well’ with my spirit and I knew to get it ‘re-blogged’. Then, having a hard copy for Nina and I to read, I wondered if it may connect into the open vision I had in 2004 of the Rock that is Christ arising from the land – and with what I learned 20 years ago from Norman James about his renowned prayer partner Smith Wigglesworth’s vision of revival in the UK.

Also, two highly contrasting comments were soon submitted after it was published. One was highly critical and not in a Godly spirit and, thus, unable to assess the word. Yet the other, emailed privately from David Robinson stirred my spirit. He’s kindly allowed me to publish his following remarks:

“Richard, I especially resonated with Cindy’s word. PTL that we are on the verge in the UK of a great move of the Lord. I have sensed for sometime in common with many words I read, doors opening and a new move of His Spirit. We are indeed in the year of the Open Door.

“For me, I have sensed a real call to step out more and that’s just what I have been doing for several months on the streets of Banbury, my local town. I am ‘retired’ now but there is no such thing as retirement in the Kingdom :). The Lord has called me out onto the streets to share His love through prayer and healing with people He leads to me. I have also felt called to open the door to bring together Churches and launch a Healing on the Streets (HOTS) Banbury ecumenically. He has certainly opened many hearts locally. We will be launching with His help on the street at the end of June. I can’t wait to continue to see what God is doing as I really sense an alignment with Cindy’s word – it’s time for us to step out, be bold and courageous and speak healing into the atmosphere by our very presence and carrying the Holy Spirit within us. Additionally our new MP is a committed Christian and we are praying for her that she will continue to be a much-needed strong voice for Christian values in the House.

“What further excited me was two readings (God incidences?) that caught my attention today also. In Friday’s (Fri May 22) Elijahlist posting Jeff Janson spoke of a 4.2 magnitude earthquake that occurred near Kalamazoo and he spoke of Malachi 4.2 “The sun of righteousness will rise with healing in His wings” and the new roar of the Lion of Judah – see http://www.elijahlist.com/words/display_word.html?ID=14741. And today BBC also reported a 4.2 earthquake in Kent – http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-32840579. Coincidence? [RB emphasis added.]

“I searched for Kent, or Britain, on Richards Watch and I came across this word: https://richards-watch.org/2014/05/15/keep-your-eyes-on-britain-is-the-time-now/

“These events seem significant to me and I wonder if you have heard from others in the coming days? Pentecost is here and the Lion could roar this May (2015!).”

Over the Pentecost/Bank Holiday (which used to be called ‘Whitsun-tide’) I read this email and recalled having been with a group of charismatic Baptists, Independents and Catholics led by a Spirit-filled Anglican in 1997. We’d gathered in Leicestershire to pray and commemorate the Welsh Revival and were blessed by the company of 80 years-old Rev Norman James, who’d known Wigglesworth personally. (Moriah Chapel website states Evan Roberts retired after the long gruelling schedule of meetings to the home of William and Jessie Penn-Lewis in Leicestershire in Spring 1906. By 1907 he had recovered his health and became a prayer intercessor, spending up to 18 hours a day in prayer. His close and constant communion with God gave him great authority when he was moved to speak or counsel.)

In Revival – 2: prophetic word I recounted why that prayer meeting was v. remarkable:

“When this small group stood in a close circle to pray, Norman was less than a yard right in front of me. As he was quite short, my eyes opened to gaze fully into his face and I couldn’t help but notice his eyes alight with excitement. A huge, beaming smile – he was radiant!

“Norman could hardly speak, save to whisper with intense awe, “I’ve just seen what Wigglesworth saw – Britain in revival – on fire for the Lord!”

“Ever so briefly he explained that in Wigglesworth’s 88th year the Lord had given him a vision of a future revival in Britain. He knew it would happen decades ahead but he so desperately desired to see such days. Thus Norman confided, “No wonder he wanted the Lord to keep him alive!“. But he couldn’t find the words to describe its wonder.”

Two Words from Wigglesworth:

A recent word via Cindy Jacobs reminded me of these two words from Smith Wigglesworth, with my emphasis [ie. Mark’s]:

1. Smith Wigglesworth’s 1947 rare prophetic word about the coming move of the Holy Spirit:

“During the next few decades there will be two distinct moves of the Holy Spirit across the church in Great Britain. The first move will affect every church that is open to receive it and will be characterized by a restoration of the baptism and gifts of the Holy Spirit. The second move of the Holy Spirit will result in people leaving historic churches and planting new churches. In the duration of each of these moves, the people who are involved will say ‘This is the great revival’. But the Lord says ‘No, neither is this the great revival but both are steps towards it.

“When the new church phase is on the wane, there will be evidenced in the churches something that has not been seen before: a coming together of those with an emphasis on the Word and those with an emphasis on the Spirit. (I think we need to be actively involved in this process now – MM) [RB: a few years ago the Baptist Union, so I was told by a Baptist minister with a marked prophetic gifting, formally agreed to such a balance! PTL!]

“When the Word and the Spirit come together, there will be the biggest movement of the Holy Spirit that the nation, and indeed the world, has ever seen. It will mark the beginning of a revival that will eclipse anything that has been witnessed within these shores, even the Wesleyan and the Welsh revivals of former years. The outpouring of God’s Spirit will flow over from the UK to the mainland of Europe, and from there will begin a missionary move to the ends of the earth.”

2. This account of Wigglesworth’s End Times vision comes from Lester Sumrall’s book (pgs. 168-169), “Pioneers of Faith”:

‘Shutting his eyes again, he said, “I see the greatest revival in the history of mankind coming to planet earth, maybe as never before. And I see every form of disease healed. I see whole hospitals emptied with no one there. Even the doctors are running down the streets shouting.”

‘He told me that there would be untold numbers of uncountable multitudes that would be saved. No man will say ‘so many, so many,’ because nobody will be able to count those who come to Jesus. No disease will be able to stand before God’s people… “It will be a worldwide situation, not local,” he said, “a worldwide thrust of God’s power and God’s anointing upon mankind.” Then he opened his eyes and looked at me and said, “I will not see it, but you shall see it. The Lord says that I must go on to my reward, but that you will see the mighty works that He will do upon the earth in the last days.”

‘… The idea that I would get to see this revival was almost overwhelming. And in the last decade or so, I believe we have seen this revival begin to sweep the earth. We have seen amazing moves of God in Africa… Recently, I was in China and met with the underground church. I was told there are at least forty-five million Full Gospel Christians in China. (Now over 100 million – MM). I discovered a depth of prayer and integrity there that I have not felt anywhere else in the world…

‘So I believe we are seeing Wigglesworth’s prophecy begin to be fulfilled. We are seeing the first stages of it.’ (Lester wrote this in 1995… MM)

Revival breaks out in Gloucester

Praise You Lord!

Have just received news of revival having broken out two months ago at Clearspring Church in the city of Gloucester, as announced here:

The church’s website succinctly refers to it as follows:

On Sunday March 1st, 2015 spontaneous worship broke at Clearspring church, Gloucester. With it, wave upon wave of the Holy Spirit’s power began to fall on the members of this small church.

Since that time, God’s power has intensified week on week. Traditional church services have been set aside, and the fire of God continues to fall.

Remarkable scenes are occurring. Christ is being exalted.

Regarding Wales, a friend at Ffald-y-Brenin reported this weekend that their site is seriously affecting ungodly activity in the Preseli mountains. They’ve received a ‘thank you’ card requesting removal of their large outdoor cross! It is strategically postioned on a shoulder of Carn Ingli (Hill of the Angels) overlooking the lovely Gwaun valley. So ‘Amen’ to your prayer Justin!
