2020 “man-made” Covid-19 prophecy: DNI Gabbard on bioweapons (full circle #40)

The timing of ‘wheels-within-wheels’ returning us to the Lord exposing rotten politics has pointed me to part of that also being His answer to my query about the origin of Covid-19 and the global pandemic caused by its release, as recounted in Prophecies – Fulfilled / Covid 19 Bioweapon.

A couple of developments on this matter takes Richard’s Watch to our 40th full circle!

BACKGROUND

Therein, I refer to a prophetic group’s discussion in March 2020 on the origins of the global pandemic and I raised questions about virus and do they fit into God’s design and plan for Creation, or maybe they’re from satan’s post-Genesis activities?

Mulling over various scriptures, prophetic ‘opinions’ as well as rumours on the issue, especially that according to rabbinic doctrine El Shaddai, the Lord, is ‘The God of utter ruin and devastation’, together with my own thoughts, I put them like imaginary piles of papers spread out on my desk before the Lord and sought His advice, as Boss!

So, I mulled all those options over in asking the Lord as I fell asleep. Upon awaking Tuesday morning, 24th March 2020, I recalled it all and thus asked the Lord, “Is the pandemic from You?” ~ and got an immediate answer: “No, it is man-made!!” 

Thus, the possibility of Covid-19 being engineered as a weapon of biological warfare!

VALIDATIONS

The next day a couple of confirmations were received to that prophetic answer, as recounted in my revisiting Charlie Shamp’s 2018 vision of demonic laboratories.

A couple of months later, six years ago this month, validations by official sources began to appear in the Press and were blogged herein, as in the above-linked prophecies library, as well as tagged as ‘bio-weapon‘ – not to mention deeply troubling news on dangers of the mRNA vaccines. In toto 218 postings on Covid, of which 62 are about it as a weapon.

BIOLABS & DNI 

Last Monday on his on his Telegram channel anon ‘Astute Observer’ Bioclandestine began posting about his knowledge of CV-19 as a bioweapon and his subsequent ‘cancellation’ by media.  As they’re in the public domain I’m sharing his allegations below, emphases are mine:

He reacts to the above news of US Director of National Intelligence and I’m surprised to learn later about his personal connection with her:

“Now DNI Gabbard confirms she is investigating more than 120 US-funded biolabs around the world, and specifically mentions 40 in UKRAINE!!!  It appears that Trump and his administration are securing rogue biological and nuclear threats worldwide!”

How? Covid was a man-made virus, that was created with US taxpayer dollars via CIA/USAID Project PREDICT, and it’s release led to mass mail-in ballots in the 2020 election, which the Dems used to steal the election and overthrow Trump.

Covid was the next phase of the treasonous coup to remove Trump, after the Mueller investigation and impeachment attempts failed. Covid was a tool used by the Deep State to create the conditions for them to steal the election. It’s all part of the same plot.

Tulsi is telling us what she is doing with her actions. The entire case is being built, and they know exactly where the trail ends.

Pre-2016 Election “Eruption of corruption” prophecy and explosive exposures – Revd John Kilpatrick

In revisiting the start of hearing the Lord on exposing rotten politics and corruption my focus moved from Obama’s appeasing Iran to the upcoming election for his successor. So I’ve checked the follow-up to my Footnote on the Domino Effect and need to draw your attention to the astonishing confirmation I heard from Revd John Kilpatrick when addressing Church of His Presence in Daphne, Alabama, on Sunday 4th November 2016:

So for the record, the pertinent part of his message transcribed in Fulfilled Prophecy #10 cont’d – Eruption of Corruption relating to that week’s presidential election reads:

“While I was in prayer last week I had three things that the Lord spoke to me. Number one, the first thing the Lord said Saturday afternoon was,

“I want you to spend this next few days with me. I want you to be in isolation.”

He then said, “This is a season of great peril.”

Usually when God speaks to me it’s just a few words, not a sentence or a paragraph, and He said, “Great peril”. The next morning the Holy Spirit spoke to me and said,

“There’s going to be an eruption of corruption. There’s going to be an eruption of corruption”. (He said) “The nation will see it!”

…I thought it probably wasn’t going to manifest or something we wouldn’t actually see but would be important; but the third thing He told me was,

“Thursday through this coming Tuesday (last week to tomorrow) is going to be very, very critical – and 25 days after Tuesday, the election day, is going to be critical.”

“So I told people and I didn’t know anything was going to happen on Thursday or would be evident but I know that something’s going on behind the scenes – I know that it is – and so He said ‘Thursday through to this Tuesday is critical…’. So we’re going to spend some time in prayer…”

John then preached on ‘An Eruption of Corruption’ based upon the Israelites’ escape from bondage in Egypt,…’

As prophesied, this eruption exploded in a perilous, protracted impeachment of the new president based upon falsehood known as the Russiagate hoax, as covered in nearly five dozen postings on this blog.

A major contradiction involves Russia holding back damaging material on Clinton such as details of her alleged emotional instability and tranquilizer use. If electing Trump was the goal, this information should have been released.

The disinformation convinced many that Russia hacked voting machines, fueling the Mueller investigation, media hysteria, censorship, and deep distrust in elections. Obama and his team did what they accused Russia of: undermining faith in democracy.

Brennan’s testimony on the Steele dossier is now under fresh scrutiny given its unverified nature and political origins.

This is about accountability for years of smears against Trump. As files come out, the deep state’s biggest cover story is collapsing.

Trump’s post escalates the battle. Gabbard’s actions place the question before the public: who really attacked American democracy from within? The narrative is escaping deep state control.’

As in Saturday’s urgent post citing three prophetic words received by Veronika West, last week’s UK local council elections delivered a powerful rejection blast against Prime Minister Keir Starmer and the Labour party AND Britain’s unity, as prophesied!
Truly it is ‘STARMAGEDDON’! and this ‘nickname’ itself has a peculiarly predictive derivation, as in the Footnote below!

There doesn’t appear to be a formally credited inventor of the term “Starmageddon,” but the earliest traceable public uses online predate Keir Starmer becoming Prime Minister. One of the earliest discoverable examples is from a September 2023 Reddit discussion on UK politics, where a commenter casually suggested “Starmageddon” as a nickname connected to Starmer and Labour politics. The phrase became much more widely used during and after the 2024 UK general election, especially in commentary about Labour’s huge victory and later about potential electoral backlash against Starmer. Italian newspaper coverage in July 2024 referred to the Labour landslide as the “era of Starmageddon.” (ilGiornale.it)

By 2026, the term was being used openly by politicians themselves. Stephen Flynn used “Starmageddon” to describe potentially disastrous election results for Starmer’s government in Scotland, Wales and England. (ITVX)

  • The earliest publicly visible use is in September 2023. (Reddit)
  • The term entered broader political/media during the 2024 election period and was mainstreamed further in 2026 by Stephen Flynn and news outlets. (ITVX)

Dershowitz, Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law at Harvard Law School (cited as “the nation’s most peripatetic civil liberties lawyer” and one of its “most distinguished defenders of individual rights,” “the best-known criminal lawyer in the world,” “the top lawyer of last resort”) as saying,

“The Alvin Bragg case against President Donald J. Trump is the worst case I’ve ever seen in 62 years of practicing Law in the United States of America. It was totally contrived, unfair, and unjust. It should not be allowed to stand!”

PS INSERT:
The Chairman of the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board (PIAB), Devin Nunes:
“I can say this, those days are over.”

Despite the fact that the President of the United States had declassified the 40-page ICA report, it was seditiously ignored.

In other words:
Jack Smith had no probable cause to raid Mar-a-Lago.

Looks like we’re getting to crunch-time with exposures of political rot and corruption in America and Europe, as in these items from the Director of National Intelligence and FBI’s Director and Deputy – all emphases mine:

1. DNI Tulsi Gabbard:

‘Putin wasn’t the only one sitting on a bomb — Barack Obama was too. Obama knew, James Comey knew. They all knew — Hillary Clinton was a psychopath and mentally unfit for the White House.

3. FBI director Kash Patel reports on CIA and Soro’s OSF subversive activities:

1/ In 1954 the CIA secretly created “The Asia Foundation” (TAF) as a fake NGO to wage cultural/psychological warfare across Asia. 6/ Soros’s greatest hits? Scripting color revolutions:
• Serbia 2000 (Otpor trained w/ NED/USAID cash)
• Georgia 2003 Rose Rev ($42M from OSF)
• Ukraine 2004 Orange + 2014 Maidan ($100M+, Soros bragged he wrote the strategy)

PM Starmer betrays Britain and the Lord’s desire for Brexit

Starmer also flagged the new emissions trading alignment and boasted of progress on trade agreements. But he avoided the key question: how much sovereignty is he willing to trade away for marginal economic tweaks that Brussels always demands come with strings attached?

And here’s the real point. The direction of travel is obvious. You do not talk about “getting closer” unless the plan is long-term integration. Remainers inside Labour are already salivating over customs union entry. Brussels wants alignment. Starmer nods along. And before you know it, Britain finds itself walking backwards into the very structures it voted to leave.

Voters were promised stability. What they’re getting is the slowest, sneakiest march back towards EU control.‘

‘The Supreme Court should strike out Starmer’s EU reset — which returned us to dynamic alignment with EU rules – based on the Indictment below.

1. The British people have never voted to give up the sovereignty of their nation state and 544 MPs (84%) voted for a referendum on EU membership, saying that it is for the people to decide.

2. Thus in 2016, around 408 constituencies voted to leave the EU with a turnout of over 72.2%, compared with only 60% at the 2024 general election. Then in 2017, 498 MPs voted to invoke Article 50 and then a majority voted to take back control, with an 80 seat majority for Boris Johnson.

3. MPs have given an Oath to be faithful and bear true allegiance to the Monarch, their heirs, and successors. Requiring any UK serviceman – or Civil Servant – to transfer allegiance to a foreign entity would contravene that.

4. The Privy Counsellor’s Oath includes the words to “bear faith and allegiance unto His/Her Majesty and shall assist and defend all civil and temporal jurisdictions, pre-eminence and authorities granted to His/Her Majesty … against foreign princes, prelates, states or potentates.”

5. But Starmer’s Reset directly contravenes Clause 38 of the subsequent Brexit agreement, which reinforces British Sovereignty, which is surely treasonous.

6. His Defence and Security Union (DSU), seems to require the UK to accept terms of the Lisbon Treaty, in contravention of Brexit potentially leading to the transfer control of our security forces and our foreign policy to the EU.

7. Clearly Parliament has no mandate to do anything, other than respect the decision by those who voted to have decisions made in our Parliament, by directly elected MPs, in the 2016 Referendum.

Starmer should have been incarcerated in the Tower for Treason by now, allowing us return to life as a sovereign nation.’

Regarding reactions to four congressional Democrats calling for a US military coup, as blogged last week. For visitors’ information, recent years made my ‘Societal Equation’ evolve into:

We now have very sad news of two National Guardsmen having been ambushed on the streets of Washington DC and in seriously critical condition, shot by an Afghan who’d overstayed his visa and travelled from west coast across the States to commit the terrorist crime, undoubtedly encouraged by Democrats’ non-stop sedition, and now encouragement of insurrection:

Writer Walter Kirn Goes Off on Senator Mark Kelly Over ‘Illegal Orders’ Message: ‘This is Civil War Talk’ (VIDEO)

‘Walter Kirn is a writer and literary critic who does a regular podcast appearance with journalist Matt Taibbi. During a recent episode, Kirn went off on Senator Mark Kelly of Arizona for the ‘illegal orders’ video put out by Kelly and other Democrats.

Kirn suggested that Kelly and the other Democrats in the video knew what they were doing and that this is basically ‘civil war talk.’

He also suggested that Kelly belongs in the brig over this:

“I think Mark Kelly should specify what he believes these illegal orders to be, give cases of them. Um, you know, describe them, both as they compare to historical illegal orders – in other words, have there been past times in America where this has happened or is he talking about Nazi Germany?

He better clarify himself, because if he doesn’t clarify himself, and I’m just gonna go out on a limb, he belongs in the brig. He belongs in the brig.

Since the US War of Independence, military law takes precedence over all federal and states laws, so perhaps not only the retired naval officer but also the other five seditious Democrats who encourage treason may face a military tribunal.

Scott Jennings, the lone conservative on CNN, appeared on Mark Halperin’s 2Way program and commented on this topic. Jennings sees this for what it is, but for some reason, Mark Halperin kept trying to excuse it by asking what about it was illegal. That’s hardly the point….’
