‘Judges overstepping the Law again.

Our Founders made the 3 Branches of Government co-equal to each other…

But put them in a specific sequence on purpose…

Legislative who writes and passes the Laws.

Executive Branch who enforces the Law.

Judicial who interprets the Laws.

We vote in the Legislative Branch aka Representatives and Senators.

We vote in the President and Vice President.

Judicial Branch are nominated by the President, Executive, and confirmed by the Senate, Legislative.

When the Judicial Branch, Judges, are deliberately ruling against our, Majority, elected officials…

They’re violating the Laws our Executive Branch Officials are enforcing.

If a Law goes against the Constitution, Marbury vs. Madison – 1803, then it’s up to us, the people, to tell our Elected Representatives, to amend or abolish the Law.

It is NOT that difficult to see the overreach and abuse by these Obama, Bush, and Clinton appointed Judges.
