The timing of ‘wheels-within-wheels’ returning us to the Lord exposing rotten politics has pointed me to part of that also being His answer to my query about the origin of Covid-19 and the global pandemic caused by its release, as recounted in Prophecies – Fulfilled / Covid 19 Bioweapon.
A couple of developments on this matter takes Richard’s Watch to our 40th full circle!
BACKGROUND
Therein, I refer to a prophetic group’s discussion in March 2020 on the origins of the global pandemic and I raised questions about virus and do they fit into God’s design and plan for Creation, or maybe they’re from satan’s post-Genesis activities?
Mulling over various scriptures, prophetic ‘opinions’ as well as rumours on the issue, especially that according to rabbinic doctrine El Shaddai, the Lord, is ‘The God of utter ruin and devastation’, together with my own thoughts, I put them like imaginary piles of papers spread out on my desk before the Lord and sought His advice, as Boss!
So, I mulled all those options over in asking the Lord as I fell asleep. Upon awaking Tuesday morning, 24th March 2020, I recalled it all and thus asked the Lord, “Is the pandemic from You?” ~ and got an immediate answer: “No, it is man-made!!”
Thus, the possibility of Covid-19 being engineered as a weapon of biological warfare!
VALIDATIONS
The next day a couple of confirmations were received to that prophetic answer, as recounted in my revisiting Charlie Shamp’s 2018 vision of demonic laboratories.
A couple of months later, six years ago this month, validations by official sources began to appear in the Press and were blogged herein, as in the above-linked prophecies library, as well as tagged as ‘bio-weapon‘ – not to mention deeply troubling news on dangers of the mRNA vaccines. In toto 218 postings on Covid, of which 62 are about it as a weapon.
BIOLABS & DNI
Last Monday on his on his Telegram channel anon ‘Astute Observer’ Bioclandestine began posting about his knowledge of CV-19 as a bioweapon and his subsequent ‘cancellation’ by media. As they’re in the public domain I’m sharing his allegations below, emphases are mine:
He reacts to the above news of US Director of National Intelligence and I’m surprised to learn later about his personal connection with her:

Further to our 39th ‘full circle’ on Obama-Iran nuclear negotiations nonsense I found a brief article on his version of events whilst America’s president on this Facebook :

In a resurfaced CBS interview clip making the rounds amid the current chaos with Iran, former President Barack Obama pats himself on the back for the 2015 JCPOA nuclear deal. Here’s the key part transcribed straight from the video:
“We pulled it off without firing a missile. We got 97% of their enriched uranium out. They were able to maintain a modest civilian nuclear program for energy… So there’s no dispute that it worked, and we didn’t have to kill a whole bunch of people or shut down the Strait of Hormuz.”
Obama continues: “Even Israeli intelligence thought it was working. Even our intelligence services thought it was working… There was some dispute that it didn’t work well. Our present president believed that it didn’t work, which is why he pulled out of it… It’s not clear he didn’t believe it didn’t work. He just said it didn’t work. Worst deal of all time. Yeah, because I did it.”
He adds that the deal wasn’t aimed at regime change or dismantling Iran’s military threats across the region.
Reality check: Obama shipped pallets of cash to the world’s top state sponsor of terrorism. The deal had sunset clauses that let Iran sprint toward nuclear weapons later. Tehran never stopped its missile program, proxy wars, or secret enrichment. Trump ripped it up for good reason. Iran ramped up enrichment dramatically after the U.S. exit, hitting levels that threatened the region and forced tough action.
Weak diplomacy didn’t stop the mullahs. It funded and emboldened them. Strength and maximum pressure keep America safe, not photo-op handshakes that leave enemies stronger. The current mess proves it.
In revisiting the start of hearing the Lord on exposing rotten politics and corruption my focus moved from Obama’s appeasing Iran to the upcoming election for his successor. So I’ve checked the follow-up to my Footnote on the Domino Effect and need to draw your attention to the astonishing confirmation I heard from Revd John Kilpatrick when addressing Church of His Presence in Daphne, Alabama, on Sunday 4th November 2016:
So for the record, the pertinent part of his message transcribed in Fulfilled Prophecy #10 cont’d – Eruption of Corruption relating to that week’s presidential election reads:
“While I was in prayer last week I had three things that the Lord spoke to me. Number one, the first thing the Lord said Saturday afternoon was,
“I want you to spend this next few days with me. I want you to be in isolation.”
He then said, “This is a season of great peril.”
Usually when God speaks to me it’s just a few words, not a sentence or a paragraph, and He said, “Great peril”. The next morning the Holy Spirit spoke to me and said,
“There’s going to be an eruption of corruption. There’s going to be an eruption of corruption”. (He said) “The nation will see it!”
…I thought it probably wasn’t going to manifest or something we wouldn’t actually see but would be important; but the third thing He told me was,
“Thursday through this coming Tuesday (last week to tomorrow) is going to be very, very critical – and 25 days after Tuesday, the election day, is going to be critical.”
“So I told people and I didn’t know anything was going to happen on Thursday or would be evident but I know that something’s going on behind the scenes – I know that it is – and so He said ‘Thursday through to this Tuesday is critical…’. So we’re going to spend some time in prayer…”
John then preached on ‘An Eruption of Corruption’ based upon the Israelites’ escape from bondage in Egypt,…’
As prophesied, this eruption exploded in a perilous, protracted impeachment of the new president based upon falsehood known as the Russiagate hoax, as covered in nearly five dozen postings on this blog.

Then the bombshell. The HPSCI team reviewed every single piece of underlying intelligence, and the conclusion inverted the official narrative:

The timeline makes sense. Trump leaves office January 2021. The IC believes he kept the only physical copy outside government control. 𝟏𝟖 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 — the raid.

A major contradiction involves Russia holding back damaging material on Clinton such as details of her alleged emotional instability and tranquilizer use. If electing Trump was the goal, this information should have been released.
The disinformation convinced many that Russia hacked voting machines, fueling the Mueller investigation, media hysteria, censorship, and deep distrust in elections. Obama and his team did what they accused Russia of: undermining faith in democracy.
Brennan’s testimony on the Steele dossier is now under fresh scrutiny given its unverified nature and political origins.
This is about accountability for years of smears against Trump. As files come out, the deep state’s biggest cover story is collapsing.
Trump’s post escalates the battle. Gabbard’s actions place the question before the public: who really attacked American democracy from within? The narrative is escaping deep state control.’

Continuing Richards Watch 39th full circle from Patsy Southway’s 2016 post Month of May: Domino Effect we return to examine at length an aspect of her open vision relating to events not only then but nowadays too.
My having corrected a historical fact about Barrack Obama’s political past may have a bearing upon an allegation of his likely illicit involvement now!
“I cannot but think one of those domino-trails is in the secular world in view of recent, unexpected exposures of political activities. Eg., of anti-Semitism in the Labour party and its leader’s concessionary Mayday speech; of David Cameron’s ‘gaffe’ to the Queen and Archbishop about ‘fantastic’ corruption in Nigeria (read President’s reaction here); President Obama’s unwelcome interference in the UK/EU Referendum and his aide Ben Rhodes’ outrageous boasting about their manipulating media lackies with sheer fiction and duplicity over the Iran nuclear deal. NB: The admittance to secret contact with Iran as early as 2011 is incorrect – TWO years too late! It started very early in Obama’s first term and prior to his infamous Cairo speech, as I wrote 7 years ago on 18 May 2009 in Today’s Importance in History:
‘This [diplomatic storm] involved attempts to turn the Arab world and Europe against Israel, and to appease Iran – even to ‘blackmailing’ Israel over its nuclear defence! (It’s reported Obama wanted to be able to use Iran’s territory for supplying US troops in Afghanistan and Pakistan.) Also, there’s been dismay in Cairo and Riyadh over his courting the terrorist mentors in Teheran.’
Repeating that Footnote a fortnight later and noting the Daily Telegraph’s tax investigation into Trump on possible avoidance activities by the presumptive GOP presidential nominee, my prophetical musing asked Is The Lord Exposing Rotten Politics? This led to setting up a reference page Prophecies-Fulfilled / Exposures of Corruption and to the consequential 700+ postings on my musing coming to pass!
TEN years later, and over 350 postings focusing on Obama since I went public in 2009, recent updates on his failed appeasement of the Iranian regime follow below.
First however, a Fact Check site looked into a report alleging, “After Obama allegedly sent a “representative” to the US-Iran meeting in Pakistan, Trump called it a clear Logan Act violation” but reported that claim as being false.
Yet Obama recently met Canada’s Prime Minister in what may possibly breach the Act, as some infer. However, Newsweek reports, ‘Obama traveled to Toronto to deliver a keynote speech at a Canadian think‑tank gala event, the CBC reported. Carney posted a video on X welcoming him—a standard courtesy extended to former world leaders…. There is no indication Obama engaged in negotiations, policy discussions, or any attempt to influence Canadian government positions.’

HOWEVER, there may well be a grain of truth in view of my above reference to Obama having back-channel contacts with Iran in the early years of his presidency! AND in view of his seditious scheming against Trump, he may be trying to hide or correct any more skull-duggery committed with the Iranian regime, as hinted in red comment below.

Upon reading comments upon our inter-church men’s breakfast Bible group on the developing peace proposal to close the 3 years-old war, I got ‘nudged’ to check the historian I’ve occasionally re-blogged, Dr Pat Walsh, and found this informative, independent confirmation of his coverage of the Ukraine-Russia war.
This 10-pages long-read gives readers a solid summary of real events from an international monitor’s on-the-ground experience enabling him to confront an official cover-up!
In Who Is The Aggressor In Ukraine, Dr Pat writes (emphases mine),
‘The Western narrative is clear about this question: The Ukraine war began with the Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. Alternatively, it began with the Russian takeover of Crimea in 2014.
It is seldom admitted that the present conflict in Ukraine actually began with the Maidan coup of 2014, organised and supported by elements acting on behalf of the United States, in conjunction with far-right Ukrainian nationalists. That fact is in the public record through Victoria Nuland and WikiLeaks.
Another thing that is seldom mentioned since February 2022 is that Kyiv’s effort to repress or drive out the Russian Ukrainians of Donbass between 2014 and 2022, was the primary driver of the conflict, resulting in the launching of the Russian intervention.
Now Benoit Paré, a French military analyst with the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), who worked for the Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMMU) within the developing conflict in Ukraine between 2015 and 2022, makes it clear where the blame lies. This is contained in a newly translated book, What I Saw in Ukraine, 2015-2022, Diary of an International Monitor.
Paré describes how, having set the course toward conflict within Ukraine as a means of luring Russian forces into the country, Washington put all its efforts into frustrating any attempts at a settlement. This left the Russians with a choice between preventative but costly intervention or accepting a humanitarian disaster of the Russian population of the Donbass and Kyiv gaining NATO Article 5 immunity for its actions.
Paré began his time in Ukraine with the standard Western understanding of the Ukraine conflict.
During the course of the conflict, prior to the Russian SMO, Paré interviewed hundreds of people from all corners of Donbass, and from Odessa and Lviv, “frequenting the opposing camps of an extremely polarized country.” Few people, even among Ukrainians, had been able to learn as much as the foreigner Paré did about “the grey areas of Ukraine.” He had access to many confidential files, denied even to his OSCE colleagues.
Disturbed by the media narrative he was reading, being presented by Western politicians and the media, Paré, who personally observed events on the ground, decided he needed to tell the truth from his accumulated, first-hand knowledge of the situation. He was aware that his revelations would mean he would “probably never again be able to work in my original professional environment.” But he determined, nonetheless, that: “Truth was his only compass” in writing the book.
He was also encouraged by the return of President Trump to the White House and signals that there might be a movement toward ending the conflict. He had become convinced that the conflict had been primarily driven by the Biden administration and Trump had not been as enthusiastic about it. In such circumstances the return of Trump meant that the truth would be more palatable than during the period of war hysteria and lies.
Benoit Paré’s book begins with the beginnings of the conflict, which took place prior to his arrival in the country during 2014 and early 2015. In brief, the Yanukovych Government, had bargained between the EU and Russia about its economic future. It was faced with a dilemma. If it linked itself with Russia, its economic development could continue without basic alteration. If it went to the EU, its industrial economy would be decimated, and it would be deprived of the favourable trading links it had already established with Russia. It put itself on offer to the EU for a sum that would compensate for the loss of industries that would not be viable in the EU and for the loss of subsidised energy from Russia. When the EU would not meet its terms, it turned back to Russia and the EU went frantic with rage over the rejection.
