President Trump’s speeches in videos such as this one are all pre-recorded Proclamations. They’re specific to the Military Operation and Occupation.
They’re also consistent as they should be because they’re specific and Strategic in Operation.

February and March videos and speeches were HEAVILY focused on China, Communism, the Deep State’s ties to China, and their “Bureaucracy” and “Diplomacy” with Defense Contractors and Lobbyists in which he promised and has obliterated.
Consistent with his post about Iran yesterday and the Deep State ties for 47 years with what all they covered up not just physically but also fiscally, financially.
President Trump DESTROYING Iran’s Military and Nuclear Facilities is not a ‘War’ by traditional terms and standards. It’s the Peace through Strength mentality to decimate what the Deep State had built and grown in their secret residual monetary investments unbeknownst to the American Taxpaying Citizen.
They consistently used Laws and Orders rhetoric to the American Public as they consistently covered up their monetary gain through secret residuals in what they used on the public termed: “Diplomacy.”
Jimmy Carter signed Executive Order 12170 and declared a National Emergency with Iran on November 18, 1979… that EO and NE have been continued every single year active to date.
Iran did NOT capitulate to PDJT – therefore – due to their cockiness and delusion – but having built their Nuclear Facilities up with American Taxpayer Dollars for 47 years, the $1.7 BILLION in Cash on Pallets that Obama flew over with our United States Military and Aircraft, plus the other $150 BILLION guaranteed to them in other forms, they felt invincible to stand their ground.
This ties into the “Great Iran Deal” Obama signed with Iran. Iran was to reduce their Uranium Enrichment level of 98% to 3.67%.
No enrichment will be allowed at the Fordow facility at all, and the only centrifuges Iran will be allowed to use are their oldest and least efficient models.
This was all IAEA approved.
These all tie in with the 2021 to 2025 National Defense Authorization Acts.
The 2021 NDAA does not mention Iranian Enrichment.
The 2022 NDAA mentions Iran deciding to increase to 60%.
The 2023 NDAA mentions any quantity of Uranium-235 exceeding 10kg.
The same IAEA reported Iran at a 60% Enrichment well over 3.67% in the Obama Deal.
The same IAEA reported:
Up to 2% U-235: 2,391.1 kg
Up to 5% U-235: 6,024.4 kg
Up to 20% U-235: 184.1 kg
Up to 60% U-235: 440.9 kg
The same IAEA reported that Fordow had the most enrichment out of the other locations.
If Iran was for the rest of the world and humanity, why would they break a deal on Nuclear Facilities and Capabilities simply because a new President was at the helm?
Perhaps because this ‘new’ President wasn’t just any ‘new’ President?
Perhaps because this ‘new’ President wasn’t a part of the Global Establishment aka The Swamp?
Perhaps because this ‘new’ President could not be bought and controlled.
Perhaps because this ‘new’ President is the face of a Strategic and Special Operation outlined in unique Laws and Orders still invoked?
When President Trump says, “all you needed was a New President”… That’s an obliteration blow to the Deep State as simply using the SAME Laws and Orders of what past Congresses have Legislated… He has EXPOSED the Deep State and their verbal abuse with their rhetoric using Laws and Orders as a smokescreen to an uneducated and dummied down American People.
By simply enforcing the Authorities and Powers in a single National Emergency, 120 Statute Powers, on a single issue, he has exposed ALL their secret monetary residuals that paid their accounts NOT the United States of America Treasury.
Guess they should not have been continuing National Emergencies with Nations they never sought to resolve. Hence the exposure of their agenda(s).
24 National Emergencies are still open and in effect aka active from 1979 to 2016 alone.
4 Overarching Powers of a National Emergency are:
Military and Defense: Authorizing military construction projects without specific congressional appropriation (10 U.S.C. § 2808) and calling retired military officers to active duty.
Economic Controls: Using the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) to block or regulate international transactions and freeze assets (50 U.S.C. § 1702).
Communications: Allowing the President to shut down or take control of radio stations and telecommunications facilities (47 U.S.C. § 606).
Transportation: Giving the Secretary of Transportation control over domestic transportation systems (49 U.S.C. § 114).
