“Prepare your hearts. Know the times and season you are now in…”

The following prophetic word was emailed to me this morning. Upon receipt, I knew for reasons given below it’s of the Lord. Also fascinating is the fact today is the anniversary of my post Who is Arthur Burt? announcing his passing to glory and a prophecy about a powerful healing revival he’d carried since 1937 – “And There Shall Be No Ebb”.

I was later privileged to receive A clarification from his daughter Mary Carpenter Burt, aka. ‘Moriah’.

This prophetic word was first published on her Facebook page ‘5 hours’ ago, as follows:

His Word received to me this morning 10:10 am 1st Sept 2015 to God’s people.

“Prepare your hearts. Know the times and season you are now in. Be not ignorant. Be not foolish. Do not remain blind. I have come and come to bring light that you might see, that you might know. I speak of cataclysmic (apocalyptic) events and change soon to be revealed, soon to be known. During this season will My Glory be revealed in you and through you? Will My Light be seen in your darkness and upon the earth? My people are blessed but are blind to their blessing. Disobedience has blinded them. Turn around and repent that you may see. That you may know Heaven here on earth and that the earth may be filled with My Glory through my people. Be strong and courageous in this hour. Do not falter between two opinions, do not serve two masters. Let not your ears be tickled or your heart deceived that you stray from truth. Follow Me. Let Me lead you to ‘still’ waters when this earth begins to shake violently and the world trembles. I am your Rock. Your steady Hand. I Am the lifter. Be lifted above. Stay lifted. Be found amongst the faithful. Be found in My Presence. Be filled with My Peace. Again I say do not remain blind.” Selah

Mary Carpenter Burt ministers locally and abroad with husband Joseph. The vision and fuller details of their ministry may be read at Word and Spirit International Ministries. They attend Sure Hope Church in Old Colwyn, North Wales, UK (Pastor David and Cristell Hatch). At Sure Hope Church people can experience vibrant and inspirational worship and where the manifest Presence of the Lord is increasing in a visibly tangible way.

Confirmation of a dream

Instantly, I knew this word’s of the Lord because of ‘more than a dream’ I’d had before waking up this morning. The dream was stirred by watching Neville Johnson’s inspiring message of 14 August about the urgent need for us to be heavenly minded, and of seeing the much bigger picture of what the Lord has for us now and in the age to come.

I was amazed upon receiving the above email whilst writing about the significance of this month because it connected into that dream!! As it came just before I went to the mid-week service morning service for healing at Acorn I ran off a copy to read there.

It was an extremely eventful dream culminating in a powerful Holy Spirit-filled service in which I may have been reminded of a couple of things from childhood. As a youngster I’d not had any inkling of any significance behind them, and never even thought about those long-buried things.

In this dream I noticed during worship that Nina skipped and danced free of the effects of this year’s severe spinal problems. Also, that the packed-out service seemed to have a distinctly Welsh connection for some unknown reason.

Upon waking I thought of Arthur Burt and wondered if it may be related to a prophetic word of healing revival (“No Ebb…”). When I told Nina about a possible connection to my distant past I said, “Perhaps Penmaenmawr?”. That was where father took us for holidays in early 50’s and features as one of my earliest memories.

Then, whilst catching up on my PC an email arrived of a prophetic word received only minutes earlier. I scanned it quickly and saw its closing background ‘bio’ referred to ‘Penmaenmawr‘!! WOT! Hence my immediate recognition of the validity of that word brought through Arthur’s daughter-in-law ‘Moriah’ – BUT later she emailed me to tell me that ‘bio’ is out-of-date as they’ve moved away to a nearby town. (So I’ve amended the above details.)

AND, I’m doubly amazed about today’s anniversary of my ‘remote’ link with Arthur!

Mary and Joseph Burt believe Jesus is about to walk through the land of Wales and the UK – open hearts will see Him, open hearts will receive Him. ‘Who so ever will….’

So the Lord REALLY IS up to something – we need to take heed…

Angelic reveille over Great Britain & Ireland

GREAT BRITAIN – ANGELS OF WAKE-UP!

I had a dream over a week ago that I’ve been processing and I’m sensing to share it this morning.

Close friends know that previous to this dream the Lord has been speaking to me about the ‘BUGLAR’ [sic]. I had pulled into a garage for fuel and a guy walked right in front of my car, causing me to brake quickly and on the back of his overalls was a large label with ‘BUGLAR’ on it. On the same day I was stuck in traffic and a van pulls in front of me that says, ‘BUGLAR’.

During that same week whilst taking my son to work I saw TWO cows give birth. Although I was in my car the cows were so close to the fence that I could have got out and touched them.

In my previous blogs you’ll read about the DOUBLE that God has speaking to me about for this year. So I’ve been spending more time with Him this past week to get a handle on all this.

During this time the Lord gave me a dream:

I saw a map of Great Britain and Angels with Bugles have been placed in specific places in Scotland – England – Ireland – Wales. Behind the BUGLAR Angels were taller Angels holding long, large trumpets.

I could also see that many people had become tired in the process of journey. Some had given up, others had adapted an attitude of ‘why bother’ and apathy had set in. But intercession has been made and I sensed that in response to all of that God was showing me how to continue to pray for the unfolding of His plans for this nation.

The Bugle is used in the armed forces to awaken the soldiers at dawn. God has placed these Angels in strategic places to blow their bugles – to AWAKEN the Church; the people of God to HIS plans and purposes for this nation at this time.

It appeared that these Angels will AWAKEN – sound the alarm, first, then the taller Angels that I could see behind them will blow their trumpets. I understand that these trumpets are used for the purposes of HERALDING in the NEW – and ANNOUNCEMENTS of ARRIVAL (In Royal circles and Government) they have also been positioned to announce the ARRIVAL (the NEW births that I had seen earlier).

I could see the tiredness, the apathy that the enemy has released over the nation being turned around.

There has been things done in secret, in, and over our nation that God IS revealing as we are awakened!

I was reminded of this scripture: Luke 8:17 ‘For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest: neither anything hid that shall not be made known’.

I’m sensing that this is only Part One – I’ll be sharing Part Two as and when He releases it to me.

Please join me in prayer as we continue to see the unfolding of God’s rule, God’s reign, God’s righteousness over the nations.

Light and Fire in today’s first emails!

What a ‘coincidental’ surprise on booting up my PC this morning and downloading overnight emails. I noted these two from opposite sides of ‘the pond’ at the top of the listing.:

MY LIGHT IS RUSHING IN

I hear the Spirit of God say,

“Do not allow worry about the current waves of darkness and despair that you see washing over the shores of the earth to consume you and drag you into that despair. Do not become anxious about the depth of darkness and demonic activity that you see where you go. Rather, believe my Word and see that darkness is an optimum condition for a bright move of my Spirit. Despair invites my reformation. Sickness invites my renewal. Lack invites my abundance.

“See that I choose to move in the darkest places for that is where I am seen the most. Just as a lamp in a bright room has less effect than in a dark room, so me and my people will be seen as I begin to rise upon my children and release new waves of my glory and new measures of my goodness.

“I will be your pillar of fire in the night and I will be your pillar of cloud in the day as I begin to turn up in seen and visible ways. I am not tiptoeing in through the back door in this season but I am rushing in and sweeping through in a way that will be noticed as I reveal more of who I am.

“Do not despair in this season of darkness, for I am coming and the darker the room, the brighter the light. See from my perspective as Heaven rejoices in preparation for a move of my Spirit.”

Isaiah 60:1-3
Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you. Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn.

ENGLAND ABLAZE – updated

I saw a vision of the country of England as I was driving today, August 16th 2015. What I saw was a topographical map of England. In what looked like the uppermost right hand corner of the country I saw a small fire begin. What came to mind here is what the Lord told me a while ago which was don’t despise small beginnings. I saw a mouth blow on the small flame and the flame grew to a fire and the fire eventually engulfed the whole of England.

Along with this vision I saw a country (ies) in the same way I saw England which was a topographical map. I saw deep cracks which I saw as division in the Land and got the sense that healing will be forthcoming as well of these lands. The lands were related to England.

(Update) This morning August 17th, am adding to the vision I saw yesterday. In today’s vision I saw many, many row boats – note that I said row boats and not ocean liners – leaving the shores of England for other parts of the world. Each of the boats had a small crew and I only saw one person rowing (ie. leaving as evangelists TP).

Prophetic points on the SCOTUS marriage decision

In view of the suppression of free speech, Friday’s decision on equal marriage by the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) has ramifications beyond America.

I’m so pleased not to be alone in understanding the possibility of a spiritual ‘crossover’ effect from here across the Atlantic, as asked in Does a spiritual yet political trend link UK and USA? In the prophetic word Cindy Jacobs brought for the UK whilst passing through Heathrow in May, the Lord is exhorting us,

“If you will stand up now and be the voice to the nations this awakening that you have prayed for is on its way; it is coming, it is coming like a mighty rushing wind…this is the season where I am giving you a loud voice, Body of Christ, and if you will speak now I will amplify that voice and it is going to begin to tip the nation. If you miss your window you will not have the effect…” (read in full here).

Therefore, it’s now time for followers of Jesus Christ to stand up, speak and dissent for the sake of not-yet believers and our society – even if civil disobedience is necessary, as in the anti-Vietnam war and anti-racial segregation demonstrations of yesteryear.

Consider some points from what little reading I’ve done on this and I thank a couple of readers for informing me. Be warned – these tend to highlight the culpability of churches in failing to follow Jesus properly:

The Church Disappears

Tony Puccio of Tucson blogs about a most accurate observation on 1st July,

“I was shown a vision 07/01/2015 where I saw a church situated in what I will call a jungle of vegetation. There was vegetation all around but the church building stood out and was recognized as a church. Then I began to see a vine creep its way toward the church building. It was very small and most probably gone unnoticed had I not seen it and my attention drawn to it in the vision. The vine was left unchecked and eventually it covered the church building, although you could still make out the shape of the church it no longer stood out as it once did. Finally, the vine grew so dense and thick that the church disappeared altogether and you could not see the church any longer.

“The creeping vine is worldliness and it was allowed to creep into the church unchecked and most likely unnoticed. It was allowed to grow until it totally engulfed the church. The church went from a building that stood out for all to see to one that blended in with its surroundings to finally disappearing from view altogether.

“The vine got its nourishment from the outside and not from the inside.”

I read this earlier upon logging into WordPress and a short while later an email brought directly related information, as follows:

A Surprising Prophetic Word

William Smith in Bournemouth area sent a link to this Prophetic Insight from Charisma, which I quote in part but deserves reading in full. Jeremiah Johnson sought Father on the SCOTUS decision and believes the Lord said to him (emphases added):

“In the natural, the Supreme Court justices have just legalized homosexual marriage in America, but little do they know that they also just authorized an awakening of the Spirit in My bride. For know that now is the time to turn inward, it is a time of repentance and fasting for My people. Has their laziness and blindness on the issue of sexual immorality in their midst not given the homosexual agenda its true power? America has now legalized homosexual immorality because the American church legalized heterosexual immorality first.”

Then came a vision of intercessors in which he heard their prayers and was asked:

“Do you know what’s wrong with these prayers Jeremiah? They are all focused on the call for America to repent when I have called My bride to repent! You must tell the intercessors to shift their focus from America to My bride. Their self-righteous hearts and blindness to their own sin is a stench in my nostrils. The issues coming forth in the United States is not an American problem, it’s an American Church problem.”

Therefore, Jeremiah writes,

“America is in a crisis, but the American church is in a greater crisis. We are and will continue to reap what we have sown and that is seeds of silence and tolerance on the key issues of our day that have come before the Father as sin…While I do believe that these individuals are choosing to blatantly sin and will be judged by God Himself for their behavior (Romans 14:12), we have an obligation as believers in Jesus Christ to look within our own lives and in our own spiritual communities and ask the Spirit of truth to search us inwardly before we begin calling others to accountability (see Psalm 51:6).”

Four Key Things to Consider

In case you haven’t read the re-blog of Joel Rosenberg’s remarks on the implications of SCOTUS’ decision let me briefly cover his four main points. Joel asks if Christians may be hyperventilating over the issue. No! “Unfortunately, this is a very big deal and it puts America on a perilous path”.

He draws attention to key things on the Court’s ruling for believers at this critical time:

The Supreme Court is over-reaching its Constitutional authority, and is thus undermining its own legitimacy and pouring gasoline on a highly-politicized issue that will deeply divide Americans for years to come.
It forces 320 million Americans to embrace overnight a radical re-engineering of the entire social compact of marriage that even some of the nation’s most liberal political leaders strongly opposed just a few years ago.
It opens the door for a frontal and massive assault on religious liberty… Christians all over the country who hold to the Biblical definition of marriage are beginning to be taken to court and fined — some are even in danger of losing their businesses and their homes…The 1st Amendment to the Constitution plainly states, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.” But the Court’s ruling seems to put the un-enumerated “civil right” of a same-sex marriage above the enumerated right of religious freedom…gay political activists are not content with mere legalization of same-sex marriage. They want to force the rest of the country to embrace and support them. Thus, they and their supporters in Washington will likely move aggressively to criminalize the Biblical definition of marriage and to severely penalize those who teach and follow it.
Most troubling, the Court has acted in direct and brazen defiance of the Word of God — painful as it is for me to say it, this will likely accelerate us towards judgment if America does not soon change course.

The Supreme Court v. The Supreme Being

In his inimitable style Rick Joyner is on target in his Prophetic Bulletin #94’s brief on the ‘legal contest’ implicit in this decision and uses ‘three questions’ from US Army Manual for dealing with a crisis, viz.:

What is happening?
What is not happening? (spiritually)
What can we do about it?

In tackling the first question Rick majors upon the foundation of the Union and ‘creeping tyranny’. He opens,

“As the four dissenting justices pointed out, the Supreme Court does not have the constitutional authority to make this decision. First, even though SCOTUS has taken this authority upon itself, it is a usurped authority and nowhere does the Constitution give it this authority. The authority to determine the constitutionality of laws was given to Congress, not the courts. We are now suffering under the very tyranny that the founders warned about if the courts ever presumed this authority. Regardless of our position on same-sex marriage, every American should be deeply troubled by the actions of SCOTUS that this case is just the most recent and dramatic.”

From his fine argument I wish to quote only two points made from a global perspective rather than the nationally introspective. This isn’t to imply US laws or policy should be based on what other nations think, but does need to know how they are perceived because it affects international relations. (“It’s been a major wedge driven between the US, Russia and China, as well as Africa and South America. To much of the world, the US and Western Europe now look like Sodom and Gomorrah”.)

On this he writes:

“Paul the Apostle wrote to Titus that even false prophets can sometimes tell the truth (see Titus 1:12-13). Pravda, the Moscow daily newspaper, has been predicting for years that the United States would break up into several pieces just like the Soviet Union. Their reasoning was not based merely on sour grapes, but on the historically proven consequences of the kind of direction in which our government has been going. To date, we have most alarmingly followed the pattern predicted. We really are close to breaking apart.

“Islamists consider America “the great Satan” because of our moral and spiritual debauchery that has made us “a homosexual nation”—so perverted that the only remedy is to wipe us off the face of the earth. Their belief about the U.S. has now been affirmed by this Supreme Court decision. This decision will likely make their recruiting to this cause much easier. This is not the only issue fuelling these groups, but it is a major one.”

Like Joel Rosenberg, Rick concludes his brief with a solid action plan.

Prophetic Warning of a Divided Nation

In The River and The Schism Chuck Pierce refers to having visited the Grand Canyon, which reminded him of a vision received in August 2007 of a coming division within his nation. Another one came in May 2011 about a deteriorating relationship with one of its closest allies – Israel.

We have good Biblical grounds for understanding that, as America treats Israel and Jerusalem, so too will its well-being be guarded – or not. As mentioned before, its initials are in the centre of the capital of Israel; ie. JER-USA-LEM. Therefore, its leaders can either protect the ‘apple of God’s eye’ by holding it together – or else divide it – with all the inherent consequences of Zechariah chapter 2.

John Kilpatrick vision: ‘The United Apostates of America’ (+ updates)

We listened intently when pastor Kilpatrick interrupted taking up the offering on Sunday to announce the Lord had given him a vision that morning.

He said, “I’m not given to having visions for the Lord usually speaks to me, but the Lord gave me a vision this morning and I’m going to share that in just a few minutes.
“This shook me up when the Lord showed it me. I didn’t see any pictures – it was just words that I saw.”

After welcoming Holy Spirit, he mentioned that He’d broken out on Friday at Perry Stone’s conference. There the Holy Spirit baptised a United Methodist pastor after John taught on the Leviathan spirit and how its scales are so tight it prevents pastors from allowing Holy Spirit to move.

As soon as John received his invitation to preach on 26th June he asked the Lord what He wanted him to bring. But the Lord’s response caused a sharp intake of breath,

“Oh Lord please not that one. Not that one – please! So I cringed and so I thought between now and then I’d talk the Lord out of it!”

He much preferred to bring a refreshing message but it was to be something difficult. The Lord was steadfast over this and remained so, even when John checked at 4 am on the day. He was to use a message he’d delivered to Church of his Presence over 2012-2013 entitled, Leviathan, the King who Rules over the Children of Pride!

In this John quoted Ezekiel 16:49-50 in the Bible, as shown on the gathering’s overhead screen:

“Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom: pride, fulness of bread and idleness was in her and her daughters; neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and the needy. And they were haughty and committed abomination before me: therefore, I took them away as I saw good.” (KJV)

That was the scripture he was reading about the sin of Sodom and Gomorrah, when Perry interrupted saying he’d heard, “The Supreme Court’s just passed the equality of marriage law”!

Disquieted he continued preaching, but afterwards John asked the Lord to be shown how He views this grave matter. John received nothing until about to brush his teeth on Sunday morning when these words appeared by a vision in his spirit:

UPDATE 2: Is America in Bible Prophecy?

On 13th September, John stressed his deeply patriotic nature in carefully considering a number of scriptures describing the location and nature of the modern equivalent of the ancient Babylonian empire as foreseen by OT prophets Isaiah and Jeremiah. Their term for this futuristic, end-times version of the nation with which they were well acquainted is, ‘mystery Babylon’. Heidi Baker, Cindy Jacobs: prophetic messages verified and applied

Buzzing with irritation up in the corner of our conservatory warmed by the morning sun, a bumble bee distracts me from starting to tap out my thoughts. Catching it with a fishing net and rod, as used by children for crabbing, I take the bee to the open doors and release it.

Perhaps there’s a timely message in this minor distraction for my thoughts had been on ‘timing’ – and dare I bore readers by referring to that once again? But it is significant, as I’ll explain below.

That bee’s busily been buzzing away aiming for the light, only to be confined by the glazed ceiling – yet now’s the time for release and he’s up and away! So too with this post. A vow had lain dormant – but never forgotten – at the back of my mind since I started blogging in late 2011. I’d intended writing about a new mission venture within the UK that was being launched as I was going public – Culture Changers.

Then after 3 years, it started buzzing after I’d posted the prophetic word of last October Heidi Baker brought for the UK. And it got louder with the word Cindy Jacobs delivered upon changing flights in Britain. That new mission is directly related to the application of both words and it’s time to release that ‘buzzing’ around me into the cyber-sphere.

Personal Connection

Culture Changers was launched by Hugh and Ginny Cryer after their leadership of the Winchester Vineyard church came to a close. Based in a large converted warehouse at the city’s perimeter and conveniently close to the M3, it was a most welcoming place for outsiders such as ourselves, but a tad too far to travel to attend regularly. We have fond memories of several conferences and Summer Saturday evenings devoted to worship once a month, when Hugh would deliver a ‘nugget’ or jewel of succinct teaching upon a Biblical topic.

Also, I was blessed with attending excellent courses on the End-times hosted by Keith Mackereth.

Being unable to attend a Revival Alliance gathering in London in Autumn of 2011, we were privileged to be at Hugh and Ginny’s briefing with their WinVin team. I was humbled and over-awed to learn that what I’d dreamt about the Kingdom related to a prophetic word brought by Bill Johnson. (Details under ‘2011 Sep’ in this blog’s Library.)

Culture Changers incorporates the values of Kingdom culture espoused by the Revival Alliance (UK website and Facebook page). I’m especially impressed with their practice of honouring all brothers and sisters in the Lord and avoidance of criticism and being judgemental. (Had that been practised by ministers when I was young I wouldn’t have rejected Churchianity.)

Let Hugh and Ginny tell you about themselves before we learn the deep relevance of the prophetic words Heidi and Cindy brought for the UK.

Reconnecting Different Parts of God’s Family

In introducing themselves they also tell of the enfolding vision the Lord is giving them and how:

the Lord called them out of the established church to pioneer His Culture Changing Families.
He told them that the time for a “policing style of leadership” was over.
He supernaturally gave them a physical key of encouragement at a time of great adversity.
the Lord spoke about Culture Changers as being part of something bigger.
our heavenly Father approves of ‘organic’ as well as established churches – longing for all followers of Jesus, Messianic Jews and Gentiles of all churchmanships, to be reconnected in His Family with Jesus as our Head.

In view of my experiences it’s most heartening to hear Ginny’s closing words,

“Hugh and I suddenly began to realise it isn’t so much our connecting, or being part of connecting, Anglicans and Catholics, Revival Alliance and streams, and all that sort of thing, but it’s the established and ‘organic’ church together that He is wanting to bring together, as His family is reconnected – as the Body of Christ is reconnected – in preparation for the Return of the King.”

The Heidi Baker Prophecy

On 21st December 2014 I was astonished with suddenly being reconnected ‘out of the blue’ by receiving Ginny’s most encouraging email (emphases added):

The Cindy Jacobs Prophecy

The word Cindy brought is published in ‘Ezine’, Culture Changers’ web magazine, and prefaced by,

On 13th May Michael Marcel sent us a word from Cindy Jacobs when she came through Heathrow for a few hours and gave this word. It is particularly interesting to us as it confirms the word we had when we were in Israel in February when the Lord said to us that it is time for our voices to be heard. Cindy prophesies (click to read in full)

Here’s the edited part of the second word Cindy brought that would apply:

“This is the season where I am giving you a loud voice, Body of Christ, and if you will speak now I will amplify that voice and it is going to begin to tip the nation…Go and see your MPs, make appointments. This is the season where you are to speak and be that loud voice, and if you will do that”, says the Lord, “I am going to give this window of awakening; that the power of God is going to rush into the UK, not just England; the power of God is visiting the whole of the UK.”

Some have already started to act upon this directive by writing to their MP and/or the Home Secretary. We’re now exhorted and encouraged to do so as well as to support, for example, the work of Prayer for Parliament.

Hence, now is the time to fulfil my personal vow by enabling all my readers and visitors to hear Hugh and Ginny and learn about their God-ordained ministry, Culture Changers.

Cleansing Wind – Winds of Change

Thank you to ‘Tucson Tony’ for reminding me of a dream of his featuring a tornado and about which we’d corresponded. Along with another dream, we think they’re relevant to my post on Weighing waves, tsunami & tornado… and which are as follows (NB.dates US-style):

CLEANSING WIND – posted February 8th 2013

‘I had a dream 02/07/2013 where I saw what looked like a tornado except it didn’t come down from the sky. It didn’t move haphazardly but had purpose and direction. I called it a tornado as I mentioned above, however, in the dream I heard it get called a cleansing wind. I saw the cleansing wind enter a church and I saw books and other things being blown out the window of the church. I believe the books to be man-made doctrines. The wind did not miss anything inside of the church. It was truly cleansing the church of things that didn’t belong in the church. As for the papers in my dream, they could be indicative of such things as church bylaws which make the church an organization and not a body which is a living organism.’

WINDS OF CHANGE – posted August 27th 2012

‘On Friday August 24, I started hearing the phrase, “winds of change”. As I began praying about this, I saw a woman holding onto a flagpole and she was perpendicular to the flagpole because the wind was so powerful and she was hanging on for dear life. I then began to be reminded of a dream that I had 2 years prior that I am re-posting below.

‘I had a dream 9/8/2010 about a large storm that was out in the Atlantic ocean and it was just sitting there, not moving at all. Then I saw a man standing on the state of Florida and he was holding in his hands a pair of the red tipped flash lights that the guys on the tarmac use to guide the jets in and he was signalling to the storm to come towards him.

‘These 2 things are related, I believe, to one another. There is a political convention happening in Florida from which it is hoped that a new leader will be chosen and subsequently elected representing a change in regime. This storm is both physical and spiritual in nature.

‘Neither party can be the change that is needed here in America which will be brought about by repentance and turning back to the God of our Fathers.

‘Something to definitely take to the Lord in prayer.’

Stunning General Election results – is God behind them?

Three weeks ago today citizens of the United Kingdom voted for their representatives as Members of Parliament. Overnight exit polls and the next day’s final results shocked most analysts and pundits.

MAGNA CARTA

In fact, such a change is highly appropriate for this 800th anniversary year of a far more revolutionary political act: King John’s agreement to affix his seal to the Magna Carta. The gathering of his barons in a Thames-side meadow at Runnymede, a few miles outside Windsor, to present the large petitionary document to the king, will be commemorated in a civic ceremony on the actual anniversary,15th June, at a memorial built by our American cousins.

The world famous Magna Carta or ‘Great Charter’ was a practical solution to the political and financial crisis facing the king in 1215, yet it laid the foundation of liberty – of individual freedom, parliamentary democracy and subjection not to royalty, but to the supremacy of law.

That is, it established for the first time the principle that everybody, including the king, was subject to the common law of the land. The British Library states that, although nearly a third of the text was deleted or substantially rewritten within ten years, and almost all its clauses have been repealed in modern times, Magna Carta still remains a cornerstone of the British constitution. I’d add that its great influence extends to the Commonwealth’s and to the United States of America’s legal systems.

Now let’s consider some apolitical observations and possibly prophetical points. I’m rather ‘long in the tooth’ and therefore cynical about politics. At the time of the election we were preparing to go away for some rest and recuperation. Hence the delay in blogging. Even so, when I got around to starting this post’s draft last week I was directed to look up a special photo, as above, which sync’d into what I had in mind, as explained below.

ELECTION RESULTS

Three of UK’s main political parties got thrashed and trashed on 7th May 2015. Leaders of the coalition Liberal Democrats and opposition Labour parties resigned and the leader of the UK Independence Party lost his seat with ensuing furore over leadership. Astonishing wins of the Scottish Nationalist Party in taking its seats from 6 to 56 brought a wholesale change to politics north of the border, as indicated in this cartoon by Adams (click image for more). It was a night of shocking surprises for many well-known MPs in the loss of their seats.

Something unique happened and marked 8th May as a historic day – maybe a tipping point in not only Britain’s political but also spiritual status? It presages remarkable winds-of-change blowing right across and re-shaping the political spectrum. It stunned not only politicians but also pundits – and particularly in proving the latter unsound.

We’d taken scant notice of pre-election news and discussions for we loathe carping speculation of ‘talking heads’. As Christians, we have serious reservations about most parties’ policies, but the Prime Minister’s saving grace is that of not being anti-Israel. As the Lord was behind the changes, that point may well have helped David Cameron. AND, he is going to sort out the BBC at long last! (See Tories going to war with BBC.)

That said, here are my observations in sequential relevance:

1. Cloud Over Windsor 2011

Alan May’s above photo of a cloud taken from Windsor on Garter Day June 2011 seems prophetical. Does it hint at a separation between Scotland and mainland Britain? The fact it was taken there may be of profound significance. (More details in this post about prayers in Parliament and about Windsor – note reference to ringing of bell in the first. The link to the photo has been taken down because of overwhelming demand upon the source article – a newspaper in Newbury, Berks.)

2. Vision of Bells in Scotland

Does Tony Puccio’s vision in far away Tucson, Arizona, of bells ringing in Scotland relate to the great jubilation of the SNP and voters? It sure does! In early April Tony blogged:

“I’m going to go out on a limb here and post this. Earlier in the afternoon of 4/16/2015 I was driving home and I began to hear bells ringing. I saw and heard church bells in steeples ringing smaller bells as well were ringing. They were ringing over Scotland. I’m not sure as to their purpose but I just am posting what I was seeing and hearing.”

It attracted many comments and I remarked, “Ha bells again Tony – that’s how we linked up in 2012! (see ‘Get Ready’ – Paul Revere’s Ride and revival in UK) This time my first impression is of definite warning in view of next month’s elections…nationalist party strongly rocking the boat, probably going to trash Labour Party… There have been plenty of strong prophetic words for Scotland, however, and maybe it’s time to ‘ring out these changes’!” (eg see Dr Sharon Stone, Jane Hamon and the McKies – emphasis added)

3. Lord, Turn The Tide!

I was astonished the election results could show that my prayer request “Lord, turn the tide in the UK” seems to have been met in a promising way. Also in connection with the strongly anti-Christian policies dominating and contributing to the decay of society’s moral fibre, maybe it relates to the Rock (being Christ) I saw emerge through a tear in the rotten fabric of our national life, as in the open vision that confronted me in 2004. 4. Sharon Stone’s Remarks

At her Windsor mentoring day on 9th May Dr Sharon Stone taught on patterns and principles of developing a ‘forerunner’s heart’. She said on these occasions there is always a tug-of-war between disappointment and excitement but this shaking leaves a vulnerability because of people resigning and leaving their positions. So, there’s now an unexpected period of re-establishment and things manoeuvering around that the enemy can take advantage of.

Therefore, prophetic intercessors should be taking advantage of this to turn things around because, even though there have been significant changes, all these things need praying through. As a historical example, Sharon referred to the monarchy’s actions in Windsor of calling out the sick to line up for healing prayer! (Akin to Maunday Thursday practices?) She then said,

“God is shifting the church today. We all have to be more inclusive in all areas, we’ve got to ascend from the priestly area of worship and devotion to that of prophetic revelation and to the apostolic decree as well in both worship and prayer – (thus) we can proclaim what He says.”

Sharon taught on how the account in Acts 12 of Peter’s supra-natural release from prison can be applied to opening up civic and governmental places and situations to the Kingdom of God – keys to open and shut gates of our cities. We’re not just to watch and protect but open up our communities to the purposes of God, that Jesus be glorified in the midst of people, seen for who He really is and that He be loved and accepted there.

5. Revd Ken Gott

The next session on the power of Godly inheritance was delivered by Ken Gott of House of Prayer Europe in Sunderland. He gave an example of how this happened personally via the influence of a man, whose mother had been saved through a miraculous, re-creative healing at a meeting held by early 20th Century evangelist Stephen Jeffreys. That young son’s very first convert was Ken’s great-grandmother.

On the recent election, Ken remarked,

“Something of God happened in the election….I confirm that something of the Spirit moved in that election, moved in our nation. Political commentators got it drastically wrong, the commentators were shocked, the pollsters were amazed how wrong they got it – and everybody’s looking at each other saying we never saw this, we never saw it!

“I’m not saying I’m for the Tories, for a Tory government, for David Cameron, or whatever – but what we need is God. And God orchestrated it…

“I believe we will yet find out that God orchestrated something in the last couple of days! I’m 100% totally, totally convinced of it!”

“We’d been praying all day that we would have Godly men, men who were taught righteously, that they would be courageous in their decision-making and be Godly. We prayed and covered the whole election from the time the polling stations were opened to the time they closed and the ballot boxes were opened…and God heard…

“And yet when that exit poll came out I knew God had answered that prayer, not only of ours but of others too…”

6. 70-year Period

After his message I approached Ken and Michael Marcell, who was with him, and asked both if they’d noticed the ‘coincidence’ of the previous day’s doubly historic events being related to a 70-year period – and possibly a Biblical one at that!

The 8th May not only brought the amazing election results for a new government’s historic victory but also celebrated the 70th anniversary of VE-Day (1945 Victory in Europe over Nazi Germany). Also, that day’s VE-Day memorial service at the Cenotaph, Whitehall, was attended by all political leaders – The Telegraph’s sub-line: ‘Cruel quirk of timing throws defeated leaders Ed Miliband and Nick Clegg together with victors David Cameron and Nicola Sturgeon’.

7. Cindy Jacobs’ Word for UK

A few days later Michael met Cindy Jacobs, who too remarked upon the significance of the election and brought a greatly encouraging prophetic word for the UK, as copied in this earlier post.

Significance of 70-year cycle

Now, 70 years after victory over a common foe, could Britain at last have an opportunity to move out of ‘Babylonian captivity’ (as in The Babylonian aspect of the Church’s ‘New Era’)? The ancient Jews were held captive there for 70 years after the fall of Jerusalem in 586BC before being allowed by Persian king Cyrus to return to their holy city.

Lion Bites ‘God-incidents’: wall of water in church – revelatory levels

On Sunday morning during worship a tall wall of bright blue water stood over on my right. Motionless, it was across the aisle near me, standing down the length of the hall we meet in outside Guildford and was as high as the hall’s ceiling.

The photo here (credit Scotland Ablaze) is not an exact representation because what I saw was flat-faced like a brick wall with a lattice-like pattern of foam right across it – and there wasn’t any water at the foot of it.

As the floor was dry and the fact I’d been musing upon Joshua taking the Israelites across the Jordan, then maybe it was the fruit of my imagination projecting it into my perception. Or, maybe of Moses and the Red Sea?

If that were so then where’s the other wall of water? I didn’t sense another to my left. And then I noted the stationary foam looked like that on Japanese artist Katsushika Hokushai’s painting of Mount Fuji Seen Below Wave at Kanagawa. – a huge tsunami!

Then it dawned on me – what I was seeing was symbolic of a spiritual tsunami from the Lord. And hadn’t someone reported having seen the same recently? (‘Torrents of living water about to flow’, in addition to what I’d ‘seen’ of something like the river Severn’s tidal bore in motion – as here and here respectively.)

Confirmation came within minutes from our worship leader Danny. He’d been ‘motoring’ on his acoustic guitar and ‘pressing into’ heaven for about an hour and then sang about, Jesus’ love as “a raging sea” that will sweep over us. Not in our library of worship songs, he confirmed afterwards it was what he was inspired to sing about!

A couple of days later (Tuesday) a related daily Lion Bite from Glasgow Prophetic Centre dropped into my mailbox.:

A New Creative Wave

‘There is a new wave of creativity pouring out from the throne room of God into the earth realm at this moment. It is not that there isn’t already creativity on the earth – there certainly is – but this is a new level. With this new level will come new anointings, expressions, sounds, colours, movements, songs, writings, scripts, materials, products and more!

‘There are ways to create that have not yet been discovered that are being released by God and new levels that are coming into familiar creative expressions. There are dormant gifts in the people of God that are being awakened. Sounds that have yet to be discovered and colours that have not yet been seen before.

‘The Lord encourages you to explore with Him this new creative wave that He is pouring out. Find out who you are as a creative individual. To those who already move in the arts: press in for the new and cutting-edge, do not settle in the expression you have at this moment but seek for what is in you that you have yet to discover.’

Moreover, there are many workmen with you, stonecutters and masons of stone and carpenters, and all men who are skilful in every kind of work. “Of the gold, the silver and the bronze and the iron there is no limit. Arise and work, and may the LORD be with you.”

TODAY: Planning to finish yesterday’s draft on the recent general election I searched for a cartoon on the result, recalled a reader’s vision of bells ringing in Scotland and wanted to check out prophecies for that land. Immediately, I came across this photo and a dream from Isabel McKie in 2009 that relates even more closely to Sunday’s tsunami. Read her account in full here; she interprets the dream as follows

“I believe in these last days when the great wave of God’s Spirit comes there will be a greater movement than ever before and the dried-up churches will spring up into life. The dry land will be watered by the great tsunami that God has in mind to bring in, washing away all our concepts. What a God of mystery we have, unpredictable, even the wind and the sea obey Him, and bow at His command! God help us to live in great expectation, for our God is an awesome God with secrets on His mind, and He is revealing them in these last days to His people!

“These people who sat on the shorelines were so certain of their safety for a set time. They were so sure the tide would roll in at it’s usual time. Spiritually we are the same but God has other ideas. His Holy Spirit will be poured out at His command, and our son’s and daughters will be pulled in by the power of the flood, which is going to flood the land, and pull them into the safety of Himself when we least expect it. He is the God of the unusual and He holds the key to mysteries!”

The following is today’s Lion Bite – and where did I read about ‘levels of revelation’ only yesterday?

Levels of Revelation

‘For many this past season has lacked revelation and direction. You have found yourself unable to hear the Father like you once could and your perception of what the Spirit has been saying has diminished. As one who once heard God with clarity and surety, you may have found this strange and unnerving.

‘I heard the Lord say,

“I am stopping this cycle in this moment and I am pulling you up through levels of revelation into a higher place of clarity and sight. In this place not only will you be able to hear me like you once did, but you will be sharper, quicker and more in tune with what I am saying and what I am doing than you once were. I am releasing to you such a grace and ability to perceive what I am saying in these days that you will be unable to live life as it is at this moment. Your perception of what you see before you will shift and as a result, your ability to overcome situations that you face will increase. You will find yourself unable to contain the words that I place in your spirit and the sharing of what I am saying will become so normal that you will often not even notice you are doing it.

This is a new day. This is a new time. I am marking it with an increase of revelation and an ability to hear me like never before. Allow me to break off you assignments of ‘blurry vision’ and of ‘spiritual deafness’ so that you might experience the fullness of this new grace that I am releasing.

Revelation will become part of your armoury for battle and, for many, will become your most effective weapon. Tune your ear to me in these days. Allow me to speak to you in ways that will cause maximum transformation.”

“And it shall be in the last days,’ God says, ‘That I will pour forth of my spirit on all mankind; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions and your old men shall dream dreams.”

YESTERDAY: It just so happened that I was researching the Biblical meaning of ’70’, as I’ve been doing since hearing Charlie Shamp speaking about the prophet Daniel at the start of his recent visit. (Have yet to share as promised, but am still ruminating upon insights on the ‘corkscrew’ nature of time and 40, 55 and 70 year cycles – and the latter relates directly to our recent general election!)

So I searched for ‘meaning of 70’ and found the following link and remark from 1982:

“Seventy Years: A New Beginning The nature of Torah is such that even after 70 years of in-depth study, one can discover entirely new levels of insight.”

It proved to be a video about a renowned rabbinical leader (or Rebbe) of the Chabad Lubavitch, an orthodox Jewish religious philosophical movement that originated in the Russian ‘city of brotherly love’.

Lord, turn the tide in the UK

In closing the previous post I referred to a meeting convened for local churches that would be praying for this week’s General Election. That was last Wednesday evening, the day in which I’d been re-wording a reference page on the nature of Time to include a little something on the mathematics of tides. I was reminded of that in the meeting and was prompted to pray for the Lord to “Turn the tide”.

It was, in fact, the first of two evenings’ meetings which contrasted interestingly. Both were informal and capably led by Anglican ministers with the first being based upon the scriptural account of Samuel and Saul. We compared their lives and anointing, as well as obedience, and considered the lessons applicable to today’s events and prayed accordingly.

The next evening was one of worshiping the Lord and this centre’s director led on guitar as we waited on the Lord. Styled as community worship with prayer for healing, it was open to the Holy Spirit’s leading, inspiration and ministry. Therefore, I’ve increasingly sensed the presence of the Lord and other impressions at these times. Later in the free, unstructured gathering we were invited to pray for politicians.

Having ‘closed down’ from blogging for the Bank Holiday weekend, I was startled to be reminded of that for I sensed, going across the room, a tidal bore like that of the River Severn. Its back-white tone was similar to the above photo of the bore. (The tidal range is second highest in the world – learn more by clicking photo.) As attendees were well disposed towards Holy Spirit’s activity I shared the vision and prayed, “Lord turn the tide in Britain”.

Afterwards, I recalled having blogged something about torrents of water flowing in the land after having referred to a vision of a river flowing through Britain (here and here). Moreover, I’d since had an email on that subject but not had opportunity to assimilate it.

The content is noteworthy, as is its reference to Chuck Pierce on a river that will reverse direction! (underlined). This is similar to what ‘Chabod’ reported when commenting upon Dale Mast, but which had occurred many years before Chuck’s time in Liverpool. And of course he wasn’t speaking about the Mersey! Chabod’s comment is appended in full to this post.

“As we were praying I saw the oceans around the coast of Great Britain become turbulent to the extent that waters swept up the estuaries of our country. “I just sense that there’s a wave coming into Bristol in the Spirit. And that Lord You want us to get in the water and You want us to be on our boards, and You want us to be standing on those boards, and riding that wave. And as that wave comes in, to be shouting out the Name of Jesus, there is no other Name, there is no other power, but the Name of Jesus. And that Lord God, we need, as we ride that wave, as it comes in, to be able to see from a different perspective.”

Word for Liverpool from Chuck Pierce – 22nd January 2014

Mantle presented to Toronto via Barbara Yoder and Chuck Pierce sent a mantle to Liverpool – A river mantle for the days ahead.

“It is being sent all the way to Liverpool and we are going to decree that the river of God for Liverpool will start flowing. It will align I hear the Lord saying there is a divine alignment of my glory that is going on in this nation at this time which has never gone on before. This night is the beginning of a divine alignment of my glory.

“Father we send a new mantle to the Liverpool area. We say the mantle, the river of God will flow from Liverpool, it will move through Manchester, it cannot be stopped. It will begin to align with others rivers that are forming, the one in Dudley. It will cause London eventually to come alive. I say to you, you must go all the way to the south of this nation for I will create a strange thing: I will cause a river to flow north and I will be flowing from north to south, south to north. The alignment of God’s glory is beginning tonight here at Burton-on-Trent. This begins a new movement in this land.”

“Just let it release and some will say it is causing destruction but I will say I am re-building that which is of ancient times. The Lord says I will bring your sons and your daughters back, back to the place of my plumb-line back to the place I have bought in the land.”

2 visions: the Cross and America’s foundation

Clearly a warning Tony, but there are prophetic promises of renewal yet to be fulfilled in line with Isaiah 60’s immense encouragement despite deep darkness covering the earth and enmeshing the masses.

My Dreams and Visions

I have seen 2 visions So I am putting both here.

In the first one, I saw the cross of Jesus. I saw a group of people and starting from the west coast of the United states they were pushing it out, state by state, across America. As the cross was pushed out of a state I saw the state go dark. This continued until the cross had been pushed across the entire United states . The days are definitely getting darker so we need to be vigilant to make sure our lamps are burning brightly so that we do not stumble in the darkness. Remember the parable of the 10 virgins.

The second vision was of a foundation stone. In this vision I again saw a group of people with sledge hammers and they were trying to destroy the foundation stone. America was founded on Judeo- Christian beliefs that…

Torrents of living water about to flow

“I am not releasing a trickle or a drip. I am sending forth gushing, overwhelming, forceful waterfalls which will move in power to you, through you and from you.

ARE WE GOING TO FLOW WITH GOD IN THE RIVER? THE RIVER WILL GO OUT TO THE COMMUNITY. (Sandra Sullivan, Sanctuary Church Bristol, 12 April 2015)

God gave me a picture and He’s opening up the floodgates of His Spirit. He’s making way. And the Holy Spirit represents the river, the river of God. And it’s about to flow. It’s about to flow in this place. Now God gives you the opportunity, are you going to get in the river, are you going to flow with Him, or are you going to be on the sideline, and not get in the river? It’s your choice. God’s giving you a choice. He wants us all to get in the river, the river of His Spirit. And who knows where He’s going to lead us. It’s our choice. He’s opening up the floodgates. The river’s going to flow in this place, and it’s going to go out to the community. It’s real, it’s going to go out to the community and it’s going to bring life. It’s going to bring healing; it’s going to bring restoration in people’s lives. It’s going to flow, and are we ready? Are we ready to step into the river? Are we ready to do our part? Are we ready? It’s up to us. The river of His Spirit. The river to flow wherever He calls us to flow. Whatever He’s calling us to do. Let’s get in that river, and let it flow in us and in this place.

Comment:

This from Bristol reminds me of a vivid dream I had whilst in the city of Bath in 2006. I saw previously unknown large sluice gates open in the side of the river Avon to flood the region north of the river. Although I was on the raised towpath, the bank towards the lower now flooding area slowly gave way and I waded in the river.

However, what no-one knows, is that since last week I’ve been preparing a post that starts by referring to Dale Mast’s vision There’s a river running through this nation!!! Also, as that draft covers another ‘trio’ of God-incidents, as with Battle for Inheritance regarding strongholds, I checked an earlier reference to such events and noticed it starts,

“Just go with the flow” was an oft-used quip of my youth. Now I’d add, “And see where I go!” for it seems the Lord has dropped me into the river of life flowing from under His throne… (A trio of ‘God-incidental’ prophetic prompts).

Furthermore, a few months ago a friend remarked that things are opening up in the Bath and Bristol region in accordance with many promising prophecies.

Healing Passover conference in Guildford area

Resurrection weekend featured healings from long-term ailments, and encouragement from the Lord for Nina, plus insights and confirmations of a personal nature through Charlie’s teaching.

Well Church International in Bramley was the first of two locations in the area starting Charlie & Brynn Shamps’ Kingdom Invasion UK tour before they head off to Germany and France. This time last year I blogged about their visit and prophetic words for the UK (tag). So it’s very interesting this time to hear Brynn speak about a vision she received at Jacob’s Well (outside Guildford) during that visit. After praying about it, they realised this was a good reason for them to return to the UK.

When Brynn referred to ‘the ground opening up’, I recalled what I’d seen in an open vision during worship in 2004. Here’s her account from Diary of a Preacher’s Wife; A New Chapter (highlighting added):

On a Saturday afternoon, as we ministered in a place called Jacob’s Well I saw a vision during worship. What I saw was a great shaking in England and the blood of the martyrs (the revivalists and believers that have gone before us and laid down their lives for the Gospel) rising from the ground. As it rose, the rains from Heaven began to pour with the weight of God’s presence. Mid-air the droplets of blood and water collided, instantly transforming into golden drops. These liquid drops of golden glory fell back to the Earth, covering the ground – saturating the land. It was a declaration and confirmation that God’s glory was about to cover the Earth, but first a shaking was going to take place.

Selah!

“We arrived in Guildford, which is just south of London, on Thursday and started the Passover Conference at The Well Church, Friday night.

“Wow, did God ever move in power! The presence of God moved uniquely in each meeting. Many people were touched and testified of receiving miracles throughout the weekend.

“On Friday night a woman testified to having a scar that she had for twenty two years vanish while the power of God swept through the building.

“Then Saturday night three woman had tumors dissolve from their bodies. One woman had multiple growths for more than twenty years leave her body! These are just a few of the wonderful things that took place over the past few days.”

Coming Wave of the Holy Spirit to the US

This is most intriguing because I posted today what was intended for last week but which got delayed by material relating to the prophet Daniel. Having done that, Tony reminded me of relevant visions and his concluding reference in this one to rising demonic reactions reflects my own thoughts on anti-Semitism’s apparent presence in proposed prayers for Lent in the UK. Thank you Lord for confirming my thoughts.

My Dreams and Visions

I had a vision on the morning of 9/3/2010 , I kept hearing the word, “wave”, and wondered as to its meaning. I was then shown a wave the size of a tsunami and I was on a surf board riding the wave. The Tsunami was heading for the United States, and, as you know, A Tsunami is caused by an earthquake in the sea which indicates to me a shaking, a great shaking. This tsunami is a move of the Holy Spirit of gigantic proportions that is coming to the United States. It is my belief that it will impact the west coast first as this is where surfing is popular. Wave of revival heading for UK

At the School of the Prophetic held in Leicester on 25th January Simon Braker brought the following:

In a dream last night I saw a giant green wave approaching the entire borders of the UK. As it hit the beaches it swept through the whole of the UK touching every town village and city. Not one street was left untouched.

In its wake thousands of fires began to light up all over the UK, in houses, church buildings, office buildings everywhere!

I asked the Lord, “What is this Lord?” He answered and said,

“A great prayer awakening is about to hit the UK, this new passion and burden for my presence in prayer will be the John the Baptist of this day, every place where this fresh voice of prayer is heard my presence shall flood into.

“This next move of my Spirit will show no regard for denominational lines and steams or styles of ministry. The only defining factor is hunger,

“In this season those who truly thirst shall be filled, some places that appear to be alive shall be shown to be dead and other places that appear to be dead shall break out into vibrant life,

“This is a season that many of my hidden ones shall be revealed, I have had many hidden who are called for such a time as this.”

Thank you Suzanne Payne for this transcript, the content of which reminds me of Rev. Norman James’ reaction upon receiving a similar ineffable vision to that of his prayer-partner Smith Wigglesworth of a holy visitation to Britain. (For details click here.) Also, the lighting of fires is similar to Jean Darnall’s vision in 1967.

Also, as Tony Puccio reminds me below, there’s a vision he received for England last May and which was re-blogged here and further commented upon here. I particularly note the above reference to ‘hidden ones’, which may relate to the theme of dreams he has been having recently on the prophet Daniel’s ‘time of the end’ visions, as here.

Incredible timing of ‘unsealing’ and ‘keys’ re. Daniel’s visions

Extraordinary!

This must rank as one of the most amazing examples of ‘God-incidence’ I’ve ever come across. And it’s Invisible Jigsaw and Bridge over the ‘Pond’ tags all rolled into one! (Not to mention anything to do with ‘Time’, as blogged a year ago.)

On unsealing Daniel’s prophetic visions

The ‘sealed up’ prophecies within the Book of Daniel are coming under increasing scrutiny. This blog has relayed news of a couple of nuggets dropped into our hands, and we’ll consider a third in this post.

The first nugget from Freedom ARC serves as a useful introduction to the ‘sealed up’ words. It also grounds us in the vital centrality of Jesus Christ and letting Him remove every obstacle so we’re prepared for new things God is about to reveal and do.

Next, we considered the historical details of how the prophet Daniel’s visions remained sealed and their relevance to current and likely events, as in the ‘Four Signposts’ theory of Mark Davidson.

Now, let’s dig deeper into those scriptures with Nelson Walters’ introductory thoughts from Why Is No One Talking?. His insights warrant re-posting in full:

THE UNSEALING OF THE BOOK OF DANIEL

“In my opinion the root cause of most of the arguments in the church about end times stems from a little realized fact: God has prevented us from understanding the book of Daniel in the Old Testament where most of our end-time prophecies originate. If you read Daniel, it won’t be obvious. It appears to be like any other book of the Bible.

“The story of the Daniel in the lion’s den and all the other words Daniel wrote are exactly the same as they were nearly 2,500 years ago in ancient Babylon. But God has supernaturally placed a “clay seal” with his holy imprint on them and kept their full meaning secret until the “time of the end.”

But you, Daniel, keep the words secret and the book sealed until the time of the end.” (Dan. 12:4 NRSV)

As for you, seal up the vision. (Dan. 8:26 NRSV)

He said, “Go your way, Daniel, for the words are to remain secret and sealed until the time of the end.” (Dan. 12:9 NRSV)

“I realize this may seem a bit strange. It has always been strange.

“Although we should have known better, throughout the ages Christian expositors have ignored the sealing of Daniel and guessed at its meaning. This is where the problem started. Many of these men were intelligent and led by the Holy Spirit. Although they were able to rightly interpret most of the Bible, their guesses based on sealed scripture were completely off track. God limited their understanding and this has caused division and argument throughout the entire church era. I would dare to say that the biggest reason why the modern church avoids preaching on the end times is this division caused by the sealing of Daniel.

“If that is true, why did God do this? I don’t know. I have suspicions but they are only my opinions. My first guess is we didn’t need to know until now. People who would not live to see the end times had no need of unsealed verses. For 2,500 years these prophecies have been a moot point. Winning souls for the kingdom is what mattered to John Wesley or D. L. Moody. They obviously died prior to the end times and their God-given call had no need of the sealed prophecies.

“Secondly, in my opinion, God sealed the prophecy of future events so that we would walk by faith. “Without faith it is impossible to please him” (Heb. 11:6 NASB). If we know every detail of every step along God’s Roadmap we will be walking by sight not faith. In the next post EAT THIS SCROLL! we will learn there are seven seals on the Book of Daniel. God will break the seals sequentially allowing us only the information we need to take our next step of faith. God repeatedly commands us to keep watch during the end times. Without these seals on Daniel we would not be required to be watchful. We would understand God’s entire plan.

“My final opinion on this topic is that God sealed Daniel so the wise could know what will happen and be saved, and the foolish would not know and be given over to their unrighteousness.

“The wise among the people shall give understanding to many … None of the wicked shall understand, but those who are wise shall understand” (Dan. 11:33, 12:10 NRSV)

“With them indeed is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah that says: “You will indeed listen, but never understand, and you will indeed look, but never perceive. For this people’s heart has grown dull, and their ears are hard of hearing, and they have shut their eyes; so that they might not look with their eyes, and listen with their ears, and understand with their heart and turn— and I would heal them.” (Matt. 13:14-15 NRSV)

“These verses have the same message as the parable of the ten virgins we saw in “IT’S ALL ABOUT THE GOSPEL.” The foolish virgins have the scriptures; they have their lamps, but without the oil of the Holy Spirit they can’t interpret the sealed scripture. They will be taken by surprise by the events of the end times and caught unaware. The end times will come like a thief in the night and like the virgins, these churchgoers will be unprepared.

“Although these are just my opinions, what is known is Daniel will be unsealed in the time of the end. God will give his church understanding of the sealed verses and prophecies when they have need of them. I believe the time of the end is already upon us.”

A couple of visions about Revival in the USA

Readers who liked the last two posts may wish to consider the following by my friend Tony Puccio, as posted on his blog of dreams and visions. He was one of my earliest subscribers and I’ve noted the increasing depth and significance of his ministry as a prophetic seer. (As with all prophetic material, these need weighing and checking against scripture. Click sub-titles for original post and associated comments.)

Coming Revival

I had a night vision on 01/22/2014. In this vision I saw people on the streets. I saw people being prayed for and coming up out of wheel chairs. I saw others, with people gathered around them, preaching the gospel. What I did not see and perhaps this was the most significant part of the dream is the fact that the people preaching and healing in the streets had no faces. In other words, theses were ordinary people without big names and ministries. Celebrities have names and faces we recognize and tend to therefore idolize The second thing in the dream that I found significant is the fact that this was not going on in a building but rather in the streets and in the outdoors. Remember, “The Word became flesh and dwelt (tented) among us”. In a building you are sheltered from the elements and can isolate yourself. One has no such luxury in the outdoors and in the streets.

Coming Revival, a Second Vision

I had a second vision after the one I posted yesterday. In this vision I saw what I will call a miniature battlefield which I believe to be different geographic regions of the world. The battlefield replica laid flat I am guessing on a table. I also saw a hand with a a bunch of miniature flags in it. These looked like small pennants. As flags were placed on the battlefield replica, I noticed that each one had a number on it. The number on the flag was facing the one putting it there and only He could see it. I am guessing that there was a sequential order to the placement of the flags that was not for humans to know. I am guessing that each flag represented battles and victories. When the hand that held the flag would place the flag on the battlefield replica I would the see the flag being breathed upon. I am assuming that this was the breath of the Holy Spirit and this, I believe, to be revival.

A Dream About An Earthquake In Tucson, Arizona, Revisited

“As the posting states below, I had this dream back in March of 2012. Why I post it again, is because of what has been reported on the internet.

“I get the sense that this earthquake is just the beginning and a much larger one is coming.

“I had a dream early the morning of March 1, 2012 about Tucson having an earthquake. The dream was real enough that I wanted to and intend to purchase earthquake insurance for my house. I personally believe that the dream is indicating both a spiritual and physical event about to hit Tucson. What comes to mind as I write this is the vision from Ezekiel 37 regarding the valley of dry bones. “So I prophesied as I was commanded. And as I prophesied, there was a noise. And behold, a shaking! And the bones came near, a bone to its bone”.
(Eze 37:7 MKJV) Some of these bones are buried and we walk over them not knowing that they even exist. So an earthquake would definitely reveal that which was hidden from view, at least that is what I am thinking.

“The Hebrew word used for shaking here is, ra‛ash, and following is the definition of the word:

“A masculine noun referring to an earthquake, a shaking, a rumbling, a commotion. It indicates a quaking of the surface of the earth (1Kings 19:11-12); the quivering and shaking of a warhorse as it engages a battle (Job 39:24); or the brandishing, shaking of a javelin (Job 41:29 [21]). It refers to the roar and commotion, the clatter of a battle itself (Isa 9:5 [4]); or the preparations for war (Jer 10:22). It depicts the noise of a rolling chariot wheel, hastening into battle (Nah 3:2). It is used of the sounds made by the Lord’s chariot appearance and movement (Ezek 3:12). It stands for an earthquake itself, a great shaking, trembling (Amos 1:1; Zech 14:5).

“When I spoke to my former Pastor regarding the dream he said the following, ”It’s very similar to a prophecy that several shared with him 4 years ago in Tucson. The urgency seemed to be centered around the airbase at that time. For whatever reason. I pray it’s a spiritual awakening, but the concern has been there about disaster”.

“The Lord gave me a word the following day about the dream of the Earthquake I had which was, ”the dead in Christ will rise first”. I have been seeing in visions of tombs opening up. What I feel the Spirit saying is that the ‘dead’ here have to do with His church. The earthquake will wake the church here in Tucson. In addition, the ‘dead’ are spoken of in Ephesians and says the following, “But all things become visible when they are exposed by the light, for everything that becomes visible is light. For this reason it says, “Awake, sleeper, And arise from the dead, And Christ will shine on you.” The word, “sleeper”, here comes from the Greek word,”καθεύδω katheúdō which means to be spiritually asleep, i.e., secure and unconcerned in sin, or indolent and careless in the performance of duty. The word, “dead”, comes from the Greek word, “νεκρός nekros”, which metaphorically means, spiritually dead, destitute of a life that recognizes and is devoted to God because its given up to trespasses and sins; inactive as respects doing right; destitute of force or power, inactive, inoperative. (Ephesians 5:13-14 NASB)”

Dr Sharon Stone: Word of the Lord for 2015 and the New Season

I’m grateful to the Lord for these dreams and their interpretation, and prophetic words brought by Sharon. Also to Michael Marcel for sending me his transcript, to which I’ve indented scriptures for ease of reference, as I was unable to attend the conference. He writes,

“I believe this is a very important word and very exciting. She plans to teach on (5) below during her Monthly Mentoring days. I think she describes where many of us are trying to be or indeed are already.”

2015 WORD OF THE LORD, Dr Sharon Stone

“Of the increase of His government and peace there will be no end, upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, to order it and establish it with judgment and justice from that time forward, even forever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.” Isaiah 9:7

The news around us each day reminds us that we are surrounded by:

Global crisis
Economic instability
Onslaughts against our religious freedom.

So as we prophetically look into this next season, Heaven’s advance continues toward an eternal goal, with God’s government and peace increasing.

Last month I had three dreams related to the new season we are entering into:

1. First dream

I was touring a small beautiful ship. This yacht was finished to very high standards. I was impressed. Then my view was drawn back. I saw there were many diverse boats, but they were sitting upon rocks and sand without water underneath them. The fact there was no water did not seem to be noticed by those on the boats.

I understood there is a focus of God upon us individually and corporately concerning our inability to understand the hosting of His presence.

Jesus did everything on earth as a man not God, yet He is eternally God (God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit). The Holy Spirit (the presence of God) came upon Jesus during His baptism, but Jesus set His capacity aside and said:

“The Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner.” John 5:19

Jesus was able to model the character of the Father and reveal the will of God on earth. He emptied Himself and demonstrated what life would look like without sin. Because Jesus did it as a man, we can no longer be satisfied to stay where we are. We are compelled to pursue the example Jesus gave, whilst knowing we will always need a Saviour, Deliverer and Redeemer.

Somewhere in church history, the church started gathering around a sermon. The Bible tells us Israel encamped around the presence of the God. God is bringing us to the place where we will live conscious of God’s presence with us. This will enable us to release His presence to society around us.

Back to the dream of the boats without water. The Lord is releasing forerunners and prophets of:

The spiritual rains
The spiritual floodings
The turning of the spiritual tides

These forerunners are a people that know what it means to manifest the presence of God. There has always been a remnant, an unofficial band of men and women as spoken of in Matthew.

“From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been forcefully advancing, and forceful men lay hold of it.” Matthew 11:12

They recognize an urgency of the hour, so they press into the depths of God and are consumed with a passion for the Lord. We will see a greater increase of those who are thirsty for God presence, willing to pay a price in order to see the manifestation of God’s presence and power in the world. We will see and hear of extraordinary, special and unusual miracles spoken of in Acts.

“And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul”. Acts 19:11

2. Second Dream

This related to the new season we are entering into.

I saw a thatched cottage. It was cosy, comfortable with grass as the roof instead of tiles. As I gazed upon this thatched house I kept thinking the grass belongs on the ground not the roof. I understood what was our ceiling in the last season is now our floor in this season.

This can be a “Turnaround Year” for you:

There will be a Re-establishing
We will be Resetting
We are going to Recalibrate the way we do things
There’s a Rediscovering of how to advance God’s kingdom on the earth

In the economy, it is an important time to put our affairs/debts in order. The economy of Europe is going to be shaken again in order to be reset and recalibrated.

3. Third Dream

This also related to the new season we are entering into:

I saw a truck/lorry driving into a drought area to unload its cargo. As the gate was lifted a great and glorious lion bounded out of the back of the truck. It was like documentaries I had seen, where animals were relocated from drought areas to sustainable areas, but this was in reverse.

The lion represented Jesus the Lion of Judah
The drought represented draught areas in our lives

Jesus is bounding into our areas of drought bringing hope.

Today, Prophets are prophesying to the dry bones of the church, as Ezekiel prophesied to the slain army.

“Prophesy to the breath, prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe on these slain, that they may live.” So I prophesied as He commanded me, and breath came into them, and they lived, and stood upon their feet, an exceedingly great army

(Note) 11.…Israel says; ‘Our bones are dry, our hope is lost… “ Ezekiel 37:9-11

Verse 11 shows the reason Ezekiel needed to prophesy; “our hope is lost.”

There are “Architects of Hope” now arising and releasing:

Fresh dreams
Fresh vision

God is asking us “Can we believe again?”

The graveyard should no longer be the place where the majority of dreams end up. Buried desires will receive a Resurrection of Hope.

4. Turnaround Season of Reverses and Versus.

a) The Fear of the Lord vs. The Fear of Exposure

God has begun and will continue to deal with any uncleanness, unrighteousness, and injustice in us and in society. There will be exposures of that which remains undealt with and hidden.

Exposure is not the aim of this season but the outcome of the rising of the river of God’s presence. And it will bring with it the Fear of the Lord.

God’s grace will provide the enabling we need to cultivate a new level of holiness and righteousness in our lives.

b) Imprinting vs. Indoctrination

Imprint: A learning process in early life whereby patterns of behaviour are established.

“Jesus is the sole expression of the glory of God and He is the perfect imprint and very image of [God’s] nature…” Hebrews 1:3 AMP

Jesus is the perfect imprint of God. What is important in our life is growing into the likeness and image of Jesus Christ.

Indoctrination: Teaching someone to accept doctrines uncritically or unbiased.

This also contains a warning about deception, as we need to study to show ourselves approved.

Then I saw God the Father position Himself as the father of the prodigal son waiting in expectation. God spoke and said He was expecting the Prodigal Gospel to return. I sensed this was a gospel that offers all the good things about our inheritance in Christ the blessings, healings, deliverances, grace, forgiveness, mercy but it is a gospel without cost, a gospel understood from a benefit entitlement mentality. Our identity, beliefs and behaviour must be established by an imprinting of Jesus. The image of Jesus in our lives must be our goal.

“Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children,” Ephesians 5:1

c) Kingdom Entertainment and a Media Resistance Army vs. The Corruption of Family Films and Fear Monger Media

God is speaking about news and movies. Hollywood is responding to biblical films. Kingdom films are going to be financially valuable. Many young creative David’s will bring down entertainment Goliaths.

This is a season of Film and Underground movements. New underground bloggers will rise up as a resistance army. Underground media will be Whistle Blowers, where there has been the “Good Old Boys Club” of agreed silence.

The most impactful revelation I saw was:

5. The Army of the Lord is being released.

I had a vision of a living room in the 1940’s with the family seated around the radio, and I heard Winton Churchill speaking into a war season.

God needs a people of power, authority and authorisation, who can tell the devil as Jesus did; “You have no part in me”. Those who can deal with the Confrontation of the Ages.

These are the Third Level of Overcomers

“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death. Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time.” Revelation 12:11-12

The devil is angry and demons that have been on reserve are being released to the earth. The demonic world is ruled by violence and control. The higher demons sit on their thrones ordering the minor demons to do their bidding. During these last days (however long that might be) the higher power demons that have been saved for the last days will be our giants to confront.

When Joshua and Israel crossed over into the Promised Land they entered a military campaign. They had to fight the giants for their territory. Symbolically we have crossed over. We are at our Jericho and Ai. At Jericho it took a miracle and strategy to breakthrough. At Ai the people partnered with God’s holiness and judgment. We are entering this Army of the Lord Movement for our territories and nations.

We are the God’s part of Joel’s Army. An army that never existed before and never will again. Like the two witnesses of Revelation we will operate in unlimited faith, grace and power without measure.

This army will have a volunteer spirit as stated in Psalms.

“Your people shall be volunteers in the day of Your power.” Psalms 110:3

God is going to make being a part of this army attractive. His people will be willing. So we can see that God is going to deal with our fear of spiritual warfare. Remember after Ai, after Achan was judged, no more soldiers were lost.

The main purpose of an army is to protect or take territory. During this Kingdom establishing movement “forceful men” are going to take hold of their territory.

The problem is that most of the church are civilians not army personnel, and we only see God as love, which He is. As army personnel we will be subject to training, authority over us. Remember we were bought with a price, we are not our own.

“…and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price.” 1 Corinthinians 6:19-20

As Generals we will need to teach and train others the principals of success and warfare, realising what it says in Romans.

“And the God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet.” Romans 16:20

6. We will see “Convergence” as never before.

It will look like coalition of movements, people and leaders coming together.

We will see points of convergence even in the Seven Mountains.

Arts/Entertainment
Government
Family
Media
Education

Which will also bring merging agendas. We need to look for these points of convergence.

Thank you Lord for this timely prophetic vision. It’s similar to a startling open vision right in front of me just over 10 years ago (as told in Comments upon the collapse of Society).

My Dreams and Visions

I saw a vision 11/19/2014 as I was driving. In the vision I saw people that looked like they were being tossed about as one would be were they in the ocean except they were bit in the ocean, they were on dry land. In the vision they were even having a hard time time keeping their balance. There was a shaking going on, a violent shaking. There seemed to be no ceasing of the shaking. In the same vision I saw other people who were standing on round rocks slightly elevated above the ground. They were not shaking as the others around them, they were at peace. The people who were being shaken saw that those standing on the rocks were not being shaken and tried reaching out to them so that they too would have secure footing as well.
