Cartoonist Matt reminds me of two Americans’ dreams and visions of Big Ben

Inserting Matt’s cartoon of collapsing Big Ben, and having reblogged Tony’s vision of the snake and Theresa May in the House of Commons I was reminded of several prophetic dreams and visions along those lines. So I went to Tony’s blog and entered a search for ‘big ben’ and here’s what popped up – take especial note of his most recent towards foot of the screen:

BIG BEN (31 Aug 2016)

Shortly after posting the dream about England on 08/29/2016 I saw a vision of Big Ben being struck at its base by what looked to be a missile.  Then I saw it fall just like the twin towers did in the 9-11 attack where the towers, instead of falling over, crumbled to the ground. Big Ben’s clock face was now on the ground but was undamaged.

As to the meaning of this vision or why I saw it in haven’t a clue. I am praying about it though and will add to the post  further revelation  as it is made known.

EAGLES OVER ENGLAND (24 Dec 2017)

I had dream this morning where I saw eagles flying from the sea over the English countryside and finally perching on Big Ben. What is interesting is that there seemed to be a lead eagle, if you will, looking back to see that the others were following and secondly I saw all this from the vantage point of the eagles.

BIG BEN (12 Feb 2017)

I’ve had several dreams concerning Great Britain.  The latest was last night. In the dream I could see Big Ben and the hands on the clock’s face were both in the 12 o’clock position. I remember hearing the bong of the clock’s Bell sounding as well.

That for the time being was the extent of the dream if I am given further revelation I will add it to this post.

BIG BEN, ANOTHER DREAM (11 Mar 2017)

In August of 2016 I had the following vision. I saw a vision of Big Ben being struck at its base by what looked to be a missile.  Then I saw it fall just like the twin towers did in the 9-11 attack where the towers, instead of falling over, crumbled to the ground. Big Ben’s clock face was now on the ground but was undamaged.

The morning of 03/11/2017 I had another dream about Big  Ben only this time I saw it arise from the clock face on the ground to  its original height, perhaps even taller. I remember hearing it bonging, however, it did not cease as one would have expected when it had chimed the hour of the day but was a continual bonging.  Then I saw people in beds asleep and I perceived that the bonging was to awaken from slumber those who were sleeping.

It’s my personal belief that England is going to play a significant role in the coming awakening hence the dreams about Big Ben.

BIG BEN, ATTACK BY INSIDERS (13 Sep 2017)

I had a dream where i saw a group of people gathered around Big Ben. Everyone in the group had sledge hammers in their hands. Not the kind one would see if one were breaking up rocks or driving a railroad spike but rather the smaller one but nonetheless still capable of inflicting damage if used to do so. With that said I saw people gathered around Big Ben and they were beating it with sledge hammers and inflicting damage to it, However, each time those striking Big Ben would inflict damage to it, the damage inflicted would miraculously be restored as if nothing had happened. I remember hearing Parliament in the dream so I am assuming that it was them who were attacking the clock although their attempts in the dream were futile. This is the first time that I recall in dreams I’ve had about Big Ben where the government was involved in attacking it. (Emphases added)

A search on this blog brings up dozens of posts but specific ones are tagged Big Ben.

A couple of items especially springing to mind are the inexplicable stoppage in 2005 forty days before the attack on London transport, and the summary in Interesting Reflection of  UK-US Connection – and Big Ben with its reference to Charles Shamp’s prophecy on the significance of the return of the clock’s regular chimes. I closed that posting by concluding,

‘Therefore, it will be astonishing if and when something supernatural happens with our iconic clock to gain the world’s attention, as claimed by Charles Shamp in what he’d heard from the Lord (Keep your eyes on Big Ben). OR, perhaps that stoppage is part of what is meant…:

In June 2017 he advised “Keep your eyes upon Big Ben something supernatural is about to be seen…As I was praying today I was taken to Big Ben in London, England. I heard the Lord say,

“My eye is upon this land and my hand upon the nation’s time, a kairos moment is about to come! I will cause a sign to come from Big Ben that will mark the moment that I have changed the time and season for the nation of England and the city of London. Everything will stop and people will turn to see and hear. Tell my people to mark the moment when it comes to pass for it will be sign of great change in the land.”

 

Prophetic vision of Britain being purified by holy fire

Thank you to UK Prophetic Words and Rick Davis for the following published yesterday – and a political cartoonist seems to have caught something of this vital message:

HOUSE AND LAND MUST BE PURIFIED BY FIRE

During the very early morning of 8th January, I had a dream (or maybe a vision). I wasn’t told to release it and the meaning I was given for it until today.

The vision was of a house burning, and then I saw it burnt down. Next I saw it rebuilt. I have never seen the house before that I know of. I either knew or was told when wondering what this meant, that God burned the house down because it was not adequate or right for the future, and in it’s place He built a new one that WAS adequate; in fact perfect for the future.

In thinking about it that morning, it was like the old wineskin/new wineskin idea — new wine requires a new skin. (Even we, when we are fully changed at His coming, will require a new skin, a spiritual skin.)

I asked the Lord who or what this was about, to whom or what this applied. He answered,

“This is about the UK and Brexit. Brexit is a change of governmental leadership for the UK — the moving of the UK from being ruled in many ways by the kingdom of darkness to being ruled by the Kingdom of Light, the Kingdom of Heaven, the Kingdom of God.

“For the UK to survive and then thrive this seismic shift in government, the old house, being completely inadequate and inappropriate for habitation by the Kingdom of God, must needs be burned down with My Holy Fire, and rebuilt with My foundation, wall and roof, with more adequate room and facilities. Simply tearing it down is not enough, for the house and land MUST be purified by My Holy Fire.

“Your part in this, My people, is the throwing down, the tearing down, and then afterwards, the planting and building up, all through your declarations and petitions guided by My Spirit. My part is the carrying out of these and the purifying which only I can do.

“So, I say to you, My watchmen, My prophets, My intercessors, My Church, listen well and heed the instructions of My Spirit, nothing doubting, for as you have asked and will ask for My strategies and blueprints for the future through which you will align yourselves with My will, My agenda, My purposes, thoughts, ways, and plans, you will hear the Voice of My Spirit guide and direct you, and My will will be done on earth in the UK.”

American’s vision: Brexit must NOT be allowed to fail

This is what I read today in the news concerning Brexit. “Theresa May’s withdrawal agreement was voted down 432-202, the largest defeat for a prime minister in the history of the House of Commons” As I was reading this I saw a vision of grappling hooks being shot over from Europe to England to pull the country back into the E.U. . Britain must  be totally free from the E.U, or, I feel, that it will share in the judgement that is coming to Europe. Additionally I saw in this vision Theresa May standing at her podium looking out. As I saw her looking out I saw a very large snake  slithering up and down the rows of the House of Commons. I feel in my spirit that this snake is fear and deception and I do believe that this has to do with the rise of the antichrist and…

Is tonight’s vote ‘checkmate’ for PM May? British MEP likens EU to Tower of Babel

You may recall the ‘chess-pieces’ vision of Theresa May and Brexit in which Veronika West encouraged ‘ALL who are praying and warring for the Nation in this hour that in spite of the chaos, confusion and frustration, God has not changed His mind on Brexit, He is shaking and He is shifting and He is turning and redirecting our nation. He will bring to perfect completion that which He began on June 23, 2016 in our nation…!’

Therefore, we thank and praise you Lord for what You are doing in our nation, and I thank all intercessors for your dedication to Him and our nation and fellow citizens.

Whilst watching the news on 11th December Veronika saw Theresa May momentarily locked in the back of a car upon arriving for talks with Angela Merkel in Germany.  Then Veronika heard these words: “FEAR NOT! FOR THERESA MAY IS LOCKED IN PLACE FOR JUST A LITTLE LONGER AND THEN SHE SHALL BE REMOVED BY MY HAND”

In view of proposals on 12th December for a ‘No Confidence Vote’ on the PM, Veronika writes that she was ‘a little taken aback as the Word I heard yesterday was very clear and very precise…so prophetically could that be for a day or could it be that indeed she will remain in place for A LITTLE LONGER UNTIL THE GREAT CHESSMASTER HAS PERFECTLY ALIGNED ALL HIS PIECES ON THE BOARD OF OUR NATION AND THEN WE WILL HEAR HIM CALL “CHECKMATE”?’

And now on Saturday she notes and quotes, ‘A POWERFUL CONFIRMATION OF HOW GOD IS SPEAKING AND MOVING CONCERNING BREXIT; EXACTLY A MONTH AGO TODAY,’ :

The broadsheet version of the above appears in The Sunday Telegraph, and another columnist – 20 years a Conservative Member of the European Parliament for South East England – pens penetrating personal insights that The EU offers its members a terrible choice – integration of democracy – it is a ‘must read’!

BRITISH MEP LIKENS EU TO THE TOWER OF BABEL

Without any forethought or realisation upon my part until now, Daniel Hannan happens to feature in two consecutive posts. In blogging on 22 biblically-related news headlines in one week I got nudged to close with a link to Europe and Two Daniels, in which I emailed on 25 June 2009:

‘At least one of our MEPs, Daniel Hannan, may be near the truth of these EU matters..”British voters must be denied their general election so Eurocrats can have their Treaty…lack of democracy in Brussels…has spilt over into its constituent nations. In order to make an undemocratic system work, they too must become less democratic…” (emphases mine) Is this why we have an unelected PM (Gordon Brown) and unelected Deputy PM, who wants to abandon Sterling for the Euro?? Dangerous days…watch out…’

Doubtless the Lord is now drawing our attention to this particular matter to emphasis its import!  Daniel begins his latest,

‘The EU is not only undemocratic in itself; it also degrades the internal democracy of its constituent nations.

‘Everyone knows that the EU is run by unelected officials. What is far less widely appreciated is the way that, in order to sustain a fundamentally oligarchic project, the member states are obliged repeatedly to distort their domestic constitutional arrangements. 

‘Consider what happened in the House of Commons on Wednesday. Ignoring the advice of parliamentary officials, the Speaker, John Bercow, intervened to declare admissible a Europhile amendment that was plainly inadmissible under the rules. Challenged about his partisanship, he didn’t really deny it. Instead, with a hint of a smirk, he declared that obeying precedent would mean that nothing ever changed. He was, in other words, rubbing MPs’ noses in the fact that there was nothing they could do about his bias…’

In the middle of this splendid piece of quality journalism, this Member of the European Parliament explains his insights into the demonic nature of the European Union, which will come as absolutely no surprise to those of my readers familiar with the content of this blog’s staunch anti-EU stance, summarised in main menu hubs Brexit vs EU and Brexit Prophecies. So it’s fascinating to read Daniel Hannan’s insight:

‘The readiness of democratic nations to twist themselves into unnatural postures in order to meet the requirements of EU membership is an awesome, even frightening, phenomenon. I think of it as the EU’s “Hideous Strength” – the name of CS Lewis’s 1945 adult novel about a literally diabolical plot to conquer Britain through an apparently benign bureaucracy. (Lewis had borrowed the title from a 16th-century Scottish poem about the Tower of Babel, which makes it especially apt, given the overweening ambitions of the multilingual EU.)’ (Note: illustration at Flag ‘A’ in UK/EU in/out #2 Significant Spiritual Signs.)

‘Again and again, I have watched domestic politicians sacrifice their positions, split their parties and betray their voters in order to advance deeper integration. In Ireland, for example…Perhaps the most extreme manifestation of the EU’s Hideous Strength was in 2011, when Brussels orchestrated civilian coups in Italy and Greece, removing the elected national leaders and replacing them with Eurocrats…

‘Perhaps you imagine that such things couldn’t happen in Britain. We, after all, are not a fragile democracy whose politicians wear sunglasses. Think again. Margaret Thatcher was ousted in 1990 for much the same reason as Silvio Berlusconi in 2011, namely that she opposed the euro…

‘The Establishment is still at it. Following the 2016 referendum, those who had supported the losing side were showered with honours and knighthoods. The winners, meanwhile, have been subjected to low-level state persecution. I don’t use the word “persecution” lightly. Donors to Vote Leave were suddenly told in late 2017 that their contributions counted as gifts, not political donations… Nor did it stop there. As well as investigating their referendum donations, officials began demanding full audits of the personal and business tax records of Leave donors, going back several years…

‘Americans sometimes talk of the “deep state”, meaning the permanent officials who wield real power, regardless of who has been elected. But what we are seeing here is harassment by the “shallow state”…’

He concludes, ‘ We may be about to see its most terrifying manifestation yet. Our MPs, whichever side they were on in the referendum, must be aware of the consequences of overturning the vote. People would be convinced that politicians really are a class apart, that votes count for nothing and that democracy is a sham. The world’s oldest and most successful parliamentary system would be delegitimised. The MPs who had trooped through the lobby to cancel Article 50 would be deposed at the subsequent election. And yet, incredibly, they might still do it. Marvel at the EU’s Hideous Strength.’

PM Theresa May: the way ahead is blocked…the door is locked (GPS#25.3)

Further to the intriguing ‘chess-pieces’ vision Veronika West had on 12th December upon seeing the PM’s car arrival for her visiting German Chancellor Merkel, Mark Maddock emailed me on the 16th from somewhere in the Middle-East as follows:

‘I’m busy over here in…but still enjoying your regular collating of key words from Jesus into the UK scene.

‘During the amazing last week in politics (from Dec 10, 2018) two incidents caught my attention:

1. Theresa May was in Europe for one of her crucial meetings with a European leader.

Her car pulls up… the official goes to open her door. Nothing. The door is locked; frantic twiddling of various knobs and switches follows… nothing. She’s still hemmed in, unable to get out. After an agonising wait, with the cameras still rolling, the lock is released
and out she comes!

2. Back in Westminster a few days later:  She’s survived the vote of confidence. She’s still like a dog with a bone with her ‘best deal, only deal’ approach continuing. Her cavalcade swoops towards Downing Street but, oh dear, the same problem! Someone’s lost the key… they can’t open the gate for her. Rather than staying still, exposed and at risk, off they whoosh. But, sadly for her, the cameras are rolling there as well to record her embarrassment.

‘What is God saying? I sense the following:

“I’m blocking your way, Mrs May. No matter how hard you try to do the ‘right thing’, because you are dealing with people of an opposing spirit they will not give you the slackening that you need. I have locked the gates ahead of you; I have constrained you into a tight place where you have to lead this nation into a No Deal situation. You have tried your best.

“But because of the spirit over the people you are dealing with, your reasonableness will not be enough to change their hearts. They want to be in control of this process. I am in control and it is My plan that will succeed. The gates are barred ahead of you; I will block your efforts. I am calling this nation into a No Deal with Europe.

“When the way ahead is blocked you should do what your driver did…you drive off and find another way. You don’t sit and wait for a European to open the way for you. You make No Deal with the E.U. and you return to Me as a nation and make your deal with Me.

“Britain… return to me; find the joy of repentance… return to your God who you have rejected.  I will discipline you through the pain of No Deal but, as you return to Me, I will raise you up spiritually to finish the task I called you to millennia ago… and blessing will then flow socially, economically and in other ways.”

I asked Mark for the source of item 2 and he replied:

‘Good practice to always go back to sources for evidence. I’m fairly certain I saw it on Sky News 24 on their International Service. I’ve emailed Sky News if that clip is still available and, if not, if they can post a link on their website. I think it was when she returned from Europe after her unfruitful pleas to EU leaders for reassurances and concessions on December 14th.

‘It’s quite common for the news coverage to be filtered in the UK. When I was in Egypt some years ago I was amazed at how much interesting stuff was in the public domain which we just don’t get at home. The news editors and other senior staff are key people… and who is pulling their strings? Let’s pray for a revival amongst the media!’

NB (RB): the PM has since decided to ignore the EU’s intransigence and to steer the UK towards that other option for getting Britain out of the E.U.!

After having considered the 8th, amongst many, sign of progress towards the complete fulfillment of the prophetic word delivered by David Noakes three years ago of the Lord bringing about the downfall of the E.U., we now check progress on two other prophecies, which you may wish to check first via links shown:

Thank you to Roger Jervois in South Africa for alerting me to background briefing by the BBC on the historical and unique legal nature of The Republic of Ireland’s relationship with the EU. He says it “gives clear background to possible sources of divergence.”

At the close of link 4, I noted that Leo Varadkar, prime minister of the Irish republic, has ruled against setting up a hard border and thus no need for any Brexit ‘backstop’ as part of the EU Withdrawal Agreement. This week he confirmed that’s the case and Jacob Rees-Mogg MP picked up on that declaration:

‘The issue of a hard border has been used by Brussels in the EU negotiations, with the much-hated backstop one of the end products of that. The attempt by the EU side to lock the UK into their orbit is why Theresa May’s deal currently has no chance of getting through Parliament.

‘But the simple fact is that the British government aren’t going to put up a hard border, nor are the Irish government. Are the EU going to send over their soon-to-be army?

‘As the Republic of Ireland’s plan makes clear: “In planning for the real possibility of a No Deal Brexit, the government’s approach will continue to be guided by the same priorities…the protection of the peace process and the Good Friday Agreement, including the principle of consent and there being no hard border”.’

Whatever is the Lord saying?

And that all-enveloping tree symbolic of the EU is the significant feature in the vision of Great Britain and the EU received by Wendy Alec thirteen years ago.

Prayer Point to Consider, Take Note; Veronika, interesting historical fact, 777 years ago, the Mongols invaded Europe, the invasion into Western Europe was finally halted when Khan Ögedei died on DECEMBER 11 1241, this feels like it could be significant, and prior to the death of this man, his armies had laid waste to everything between China and Europe, they conquered and occupied all of Russia and Eastern Europe, in addition to the Middle East. Now 777 years later, Europe is being invaded again, by immigration. Let’s believe! Thanks, Abe Troyer.

My People must focus on hearing My Voice and moving by My Spirit for surely the trumpet is sounding and the times and seasons are growing short. You must leap past the things that weigh you down.

The Telegraph’s editor presumes Mrs May prayed for divine help in church yesterday!

Well, Jesus did give instruction on how to pray to our heavenly Father, including to ask for ‘deliverance from the evil one’! – “and no (ie reverse) you-may-be-into-carrying us into trial but rescue-you us from the wicked-one…”  [Matthew 6:13, Literal Greek]

It’s an interesting headline in view of not only many words of prophecy but also a couple of contributions to this blog on The Lifeguard and on The ‘Rescue’. And a friend informs me of seeing a financial advisor’s proposal to investors for an ‘Exodus Strategy’!

As the 2016 Referendum vote was an Act of God, one that even challenges churches, we know that the reality of Britain’s leaving and be freed from the shackles of the EU is one gi-normous spiritual battle. Therefore, we know Mrs May’s ‘deliverance’ is not so much from politicians and leaders, whether here or abroad, as from ungodly spirits that use them for satanic strategies and purposes.

Moreover, many were praying for as well as making prophetic declarations over the PM, her government and all MPs yesterday, eg. Catch The Fire Bournemouth (see National Day of Prayer Fb reports), Call The Nation To Prayer etc; as well as daily declarations of Passion For The Nation’s 12-Days to Shape a Nation.

AND today is the 40th day since Chuck Pierce brought a powerful prophetic promise and decree especially for London, during this critical time in our national history:

“Angels are above you, aligning you around this city, to move in ways they’ve not moved…It’s been 13 years since I felt like this about this city – God’s eye is on this city right now. He’s watching you and He’s moving in the city.

“I’m here to announce to you; there will be an alignment of angelic hosts after the next 40 days that will help you…

“Lord, I decree: in the next 40 days there will be a rolling away (of the old season and its reproaches, thus removing whatever the enemy can use to manifest as you move). You are starting anew and afresh!”  [Read full transcript here.]

I recall the astonishing and alarming accuracy of the word he brought in 2005 (as here and here) at the time of Big Ben inexplicably and coincidentally stopping, and the gross outrage committed my maniacal muslims on the 40th day, all of which was followed by an extensive vision for Wendy Alec about Britain breaking free of the EU’s shackles.

‘Brexit Plan B’ leader doesn’t grasp democracy

To follow up on my closure to Truth of EU’s Trap Revealed, the former attorney general, ‘Dominic Grieve, led a successful plot by 25 Tory Remainers to give MPs the right to dictate a “plan B” to Mrs May if she loses the Brexit deal vote’, so writes political editor Gordon Raynor towards the close of content to this morning’s banner headline The day May lost control.

‘The Prime Minister saw 25 of her own MPs, including several former loyalists, join forces with Labour to pass a crucial amendment to her deal by 321 votes to 299, a majority of 22.’

Gordon provides details online in The end of hard Brexit; How rebel Tories won right to force ‘Plan B’, but I want to draw your attention to his quoting what the ‘fox’ thinks:

‘Mr Grieve suggested that MPs would now be able to force a second referendum.  He said: “Parliament has asserted its sovereignty to ensure that amendments – such as for a People’s Vote – can be made to any motion if or when the Government’s proposed deal for leaving the EU has been defeated.

“Parliament must now take back control and then give the final decision back to the public because, in the end, only the people can sort this out.” (Emphasis added)

We learned this person fulfilled within days Veronika West’s prophetic word on betrayal within government by his public exposure of being in cahoots with EU leaders.

Watchers of political events know that Grieve’s long been working to reverse the results of the 2016 EU referendum by holding a so-called peoples’ vote – which is exactly what that referendum was anyway!

But now he’s abdicating all democratically designed responsibility. He claims we, the people, can sort out the sheer, shambolic mess politicians of all shades and opinions – here in Britain and in Brussels, including himself – have made of the UK’s governing process!  And there’s many with him – it beggars belief! Let’s think about it, clearly.

Even so, perhaps it would be a good thing to get rid of incompetent politicians because ordinary folk – or better still, trained Spirit-led disciples of Christ (not clergy) – could do a much better job.

So it continues to fascinate me how next week’s voting on Mrs May’s Brexit ‘deal’ will turn out. With no pre-arrangement on either party’s part, this takes place on the final day of Chuck Pierce’s powerful word on crucial 40 days for London!  The 40-day prophecy he brought in 2005 proved to be explosive when London suffered a terrorist outrage – so perhaps this year’s prophecy will prove not only politically but also supernaturally explosive!!

Maybe this shaking we’ve been experiencing will ricochet deeply into all organisations comprising the European Union. After all, it’s just been rocked by Spain!

Truth of EU’s trap revealed

After reading Neil Mackereth’s theme on ‘Divine Designs’ implicit behind a chain of totally unexpected events, ones that confounded “experts” and suggest the Lord’s hand was in them, this week has extended that list.:

The longer and more twisted became the EU’s negotiations over Brexit, the more has Brussels tyrannical heart become evident to all – that truth is being revealed and confirms what a Ukrainian pastor told David Hathaway, “The EU is a hundred times worse than communism”!

Hopefully, ALL Britons will drop our differences in ‘Brexiteers’ and ‘Remainers’ becoming united in loathing of the contemptuous, disgraceful way Great Britain has been treated over the past two years because of our desire to regain our sovereignty.

The EU’s true colours are now nailed to its mast!

When the British people wake up to see the fully tyrannical nature of the EU, then any fresh referendum should surely show a far greater percentage voting to ‘LEAVE’.

This week’s momentous, historic political events prior to Parliament’s voting upon PM May’s personal deal with Brussels are evidence of a great shaking, thereby proving Christian prognostications of such to be true prophecies.

Before covering today’s latest news, we should continue the ‘Divine Designs‘ listing by looking at just a few of this week’s events (courtesy Telegraph’s live newsfeed):

Early this afternoon the paper’s Brexit and political correspondents write:

‘Britain will be trapped in the Brexit backstop even if talks with the European Union on a trade deal break down, according to explosive legal advice finally published by the Government…

‘The legal advice is likely to confirm the worst fears of opponents of Theresa May’s Brexit deal because it sets out in stark terms that the UK cannot unilaterally exit the backstop and it will apply “indefinitely”.

‘It states: “In conclusion, the current drafting of the protocol, including Article 19, does not provide for a mechanism that is likely to enable the UK lawfully to exit the UK-wide customs union without a subsequent agreement…

‘Nigel Dodds, the deputy leader of the DUP, described the legal advice as “devastating” and it was “no wonder” the Government had “tried to hide” it.

‘Sir Keir Starmer, the shadow Brexit secretary, said having reviewed the legal advice it was “obvious why this needed to be placed in the public domain”. He said: “All week we have heard from Government ministers that releasing this information could harm the national interest. Nothing of the sort. All this advice reveals is the central weaknesses in the Government’s deal.

“It is unthinkable that the Government tried to keep this information from Parliament – and indeed the public – before next week’s vote.”

‘Divine Designs’ re. Britain and the European Union

In updating me on his thoughts about Britain and the EU, Neil Mackereth (author of SIGNS) enables our further consideration of the prophetic word on the Lord being in control of Brexit.

Neil writes, “I have amended the last section ‘Spiritual Significance’ somewhat, mainly to emphasise that understanding comes with hindsight. The reasons for the present political confusion and turmoil will become clear. My view is that it is necessary to ensure there is not an inappropriate compromise deal (appeasement). No political consensus may be the only way to ensure a proper severance.”

DIVINE DESIGNS

THE SPIRITUAL IMPERATIVE

A spiritual indifference has taken root in the world today. The rulers, leaders, decision makers and diplomats are trying to direct nations and solve problems using the wisdom of this age – their own “wisdom”, world-view, self-interest, conceit and disdain (see 1 Corinthians 2:6, 14.).

As always, God is in control and is working out His purposes. We need to keep our spiritual eyes and ears open in these turbulent times and seek to understand the Kingdom perspective and significance of events. We may be mystified but we can still choose to go with God in the fulfilment of His purposes. His ways are not our ways; however, He wants us to be involved and what matters most is maintaining our relationship with Jesus and doing our utmost to fulfil the great commission.

Is there a link between following biblical guidelines and the wellbeing of the nation? The secular world ridicule suggestions that God is in control. They are mistaken.

An Example of the Significance of Blessing Israel – The Balfour Declaration

The Balfour Declaration of 9 November 1917, promising a national homeland for the Jewish people in Palestine, shows the efficacy of the principle expressed in Genesis 12.3 “I will bless those who bless you”. The declaration, first aired on 2 November, became agreed Government policy a week later. It was heartfelt and undoubtedly blessed the Jews: there was an almost immediate counter blessing!

General Allenby, the British commander in the Middle East, launched an offensive to capture Jerusalem on 31 October 1917. He took Gaza on 7 November and Jaffa on 16 November.  As Allenby’s forces approached Jerusalem the German and Turkish forces decided to withdraw from the city.

General Allenby and his commanders walked into the undefended city of Jerusalem on 9 December 2017. That was truly remarkable!

Unfortunately, subsequent governments have not shown unity or clarity in their endeavours to bless God’s chosen people!

THE UNEXPECTED

I meet many disheartened Christians who do not see God’s hand in the events unfolding in our nation. I, on the other hand, am intrigued and excited by a chain of unexpected outcomes. Examples where the “experts” were confounded:

  1. The Scottish independence referendum of September 2014 (unity of UK)
  2. PM Cameron, promising a referendum on EU membership, re-elected to government with an unexpected overall majority – General Election May 2015
  3. Mr Corbyn elected Labour leader – September 2015 (against all expectations)
  4. EU referendum (PM hoisted by his own petard having only anticipated a coalition government and hence no likelihood of having to honour the pledge)
  5. BREXIT – June 2016 (referendum outcome against expectations)
  6. The Labour Party, which might have influenced the Remain vote, in disarray
  7. PM Cameron resigns July 2016
  8. Mrs May elected PM July 2016 (virtually unopposed – a professing Christian)
  9. PM calls a snap general election June 2017 – unexpectedly loses her majority (against all pundit expectations/forecasts!) and has to rely on DUP support to form a government (the significance of the DUP holding the balance of power becomes more evident as Brexit progresses – unity of UK)
  10. The pessimistic ‘experts’ have repeatedly been proved wrong:
  • The stock market will crash – it has reached record highs
  • Unemployment will rise – it has fallen
  • The economy will go into recession – the opposite is true
  • The value of the pound will fall – it has but that has not been the predicted disaster. It has proved beneficial to trade and made the UK an attractive proposition/haven for overseas investors, the pound is recovering.

Cracks are appearing in the unity of the EU nations: their instability is ignored by the UK prophets of doom who continue their barrage, many demanding a second referendum. The amazing thing is, the pundits are still held in high esteem!

SPIRITUAL SIGNIFICANCE

We have a God of the unexpected and the above list indicates that God’s hand is on Great Britain. The significance and progressive nature of each step only becomes clear with hindsight. Similarly, I am sure that the reasons for the current political confusion and government disarray will be apparent “after the event”. I am reminded of Habakkuk; we watch to see God’s plans unfold, confident in the knowledge that however turbulent the immediate future may be, His plans will not be thwarted. Furthermore, God told Habakkuk to tell the nation what was to happen.

I don’t know whether a deal (i.e. with fair contractual agreements) or a no-deal Brexit is best, but He does: instead of being in the worst position, as so many argue, knowing Him puts us in the best position.

We are at a pivotal moment. The signs of demonic influence in the EU are startlingly obvious, to those who have eyes to see and ears to hear. Brexit threatens to hasten the break-up of the EU (I think it was inevitable). Whatever people may say; Brexit is a calamity for the EU. God is rescuing the UK from an unholy alliance, to be a tower of strength, a light in a dark place, a refuge and a sanctuary.

Our God is not a God of compromise. Pray, pray and pray again for a clean, fair and complete break from the EU. Pray for the adoption of the underlying principle that UK policies will be biblically based and will seek to bless the Jewish people (this does not mean endorsing or condoning any unreasonable actions/words of secular authorities or leaders. It does mean help in safeguarding the rights and security of Israel, and of the Jewish people worldwide).

Watch and be amazed: we constantly underestimate the greatness of our God and we constantly underestimate the power and authority of His Word. He is birthing something new for the nations of the world, which apparent from the shaking and repositioning we are witnessing. It heralds the time of tribulation, which will culminate in the return of Jesus.

Prophetic word on Brexit: ‘The Lord is in control and will have His way’

This reassuring, encouraging article from Call The Nation To Prayer brings a word from an intercessory group affiliated to Churches In Communities International, and which is in line with other words noted on this blog. BREXIT – ‘THE LORD IS IN CONTROL AND WILL HAVE HIS WAY’

‘CTNTP has been careful to keep out of the ‘Brexit fray’. The whole subject has become a very difficult one for The Church at large in our nation, as within our congregations, like during the Referendum, many hold one position, many the other. It has divided us, at the very time when The Lord is surely saying, we must be ‘As One’.

‘Our view is that The Lord has already gone far ahead of us! His overall plans and purposes for the United Kingdom have been in place from the beginning of time. They are good plans, plans that give us a real hope and future. It is all to easy for us to react, to ‘knee-jerk’ to the daily pendulum swing of news and commentary.

‘We are not absolved from the responsibility of prayer and of seeking The Lord, for He works alongside us, ‘co-labours’ with us. It is a great mystery, but He truly uses us to bring His plans to fruition. Prayer leads to ‘mission’ – we must hear from Heaven and deliver our personally assigned part in God’s plan.

‘We have already believed the Lord is speaking to many Christians in Britain about releasing a ‘sound of heaven’ over our Land, for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Read more about this – click here. The plans of the enemy are defeated when God’s people rise up, and standing in love and unity, stand, sing, speak and declare His Glory! (see 2 Chron 20). This should surely be our focus?’

A Prophetic Word from Quiver

‘We have been made aware of a Statement from the Christian prayer organisation, Quiver, written by its Convenor, Jennifer Abigail Lawson Wallace, that was released a couple of days ago. This powerfully speaks into the Brexit situation and is reproduced below. As usual, we ask you to weigh the words before The Lord.

‘We are in a time where we must keep our eyes fixed on heaven, let The Holy Spirit direct your thoughts and prayers, not the BBC (or other) news!’

A STATEMENT FROM QUIVER CONCERNING BREXIT – 24 November 2018

Last Tuesday was exactly two years ago, when we finished the intercessory journey around the UK. I had totally forgotten about that, but was at a prayer meeting at Emmanuel Centre on Tuesday 20th November (2016), when the Holy Spirit reminded me. He said “Today is exactly two years since you completed your intercessory journey around the UK.”

He began to remind me of the things He said at the end of that assignment; that He has taken control over the nation, and that whatever transpires, we should rest assured that He is in control. After the assignment, He had also said to me, “I will take you to Buckingham Palace and there you’ll complete this task, for I have taken over the nation.” A few months later, I attended the Queen’s garden party at Buckingham Palace, and there, I proclaimed Psalm 45 over the nation, declaring that Christ will rule this land with the Church, His Bride!

Since then, even though we have continued to pray concerning Brexit, the focus of the Lord to us at QUIVER has been the Church. To pray and prepare her to rise up boldly and work. The Lord need His Church to stand firm, and prepared and ready to reach out to the nation again. (Haggai 2). Hence our 36 days of fasting and prayer throughout the year, which concludes next week.

However, whenever I have felt panicky about the current situation with Brexit, I have been reminded that the LORD IS IN CONTROL AND WILL HAVE HIS WAY. I have a deep sense of peace, and the Lord has asked us to enter into rest and praise Him.

The Lord gave 2 Chronicles 20:

In the midst of a fierce threat of war from several nations, King Jehoshaphat declared to Judah and Jerusalem “Believe in the Lord your God, and you shall be established; believe His prophets and you shall prosper.” Then he assigned worshipers to go before the army. They declared, “Praise the Lord, for His mercy endures forever.”

We, therefore, believe that this is not the time to panic but rather hold on to every prophetic word received regarding the UK, and stand firm and declare it. This is the time to believe that God answers prayer and He has heard and will answer and help us. This is the time to praise, worship and thank God and ask Him to glorify His name.

Indeed, it’s not by might but by His Spirit. Who are you O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become a plain. And he shall bring forth the capstone with shouts of “Grace, grace to it!!!” Zechariah 4:6-7

As I prayed last night, I heard word: “The outcome of Brexit has already been determined in the courts of heaven.” We, therefore, believe that the counsel of God alone shall stand in regards to Brexit! No human being shall determine the outcome, God has already determined it.

After, praying last night, the Lord asked me to make a Prophetic Declaration over Britain. (I have an audio recording of this). After making the prophetic declaration, I had a vision of the Lord as the Lion of the Tribe of Judah! I saw the Lion but He was with a Lioness. (This the first time I have seen the Lion with a Lioness). With this I had an assurance that the Lord, the Lion of the Tribe of Judah is with His Bride, the true Church. Jesus Christ is with us in this battle for our nation. Victory belongs to Jesus.

Let us do what King Jehoshaphat and Judah did, and stand firm on His word, promises and prophecies to our nation. Let us stand in faith and believe in the Lord’s ability to deliver. Let us have a confident assurance in our God and praise, worship and thank Him. Let us stand still and firm and see the salvation of our God. PSALM 46. Amen!!!

Lion of Judah“FEAR NOT, FOR THIS IS THE HOUR OF YOUR DIVINE TURNING, A TURNING TOWARDS THE ‘SON’, FOR NOW A NEW DAY AND A NEW DAWN IS BREAKING UPON THE LAND, LOOK NOT TO THE RIGHT NOR TO THE LEFT BUT LOOK UP, LIFT UP FOR YOUR EYES TO THE MOUNTAINS FROM WHERE YOUR HELP COMES, IT COMES FROM THE LORD THE MAKER OF HEAVEN AND EARTH, FEAR NOT! FOR I HAVE HEARD THE CRIES OF THE OPPRESSED IN THIS NATION, I HAVE HEARD THE CRIES OF REPENTANCE AND I HAVE DECREED LIBERTY AND JUSTICE OVER THIS NATION, WATCH! AS MY GLORY NOW RISES UPON THE PEOPLE OF THIS GREAT LAND, WATCH AND BE STILL, FOR WHERE THE ENEMY HAS COME IN LIKE A MIGHTY FLOOD, I AM NOW RAISING A NEW STANDARD IN THIS NATION. LISTEN! PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT WILL NOW TAKE PLACE IN THIS NATION, FOR MY SPIRIT OF TRUTH AND RIGHTEOUSNESS NOW GOES FORTH TO UNCOVER AND EXPOSE WHAT HAS BEEN HIDDEN IN DARKNESS, FEAR NOT! BUT REMEMBER JUDAS, REMEMBER THE KISS OF BETRAYAL, FOR SURELY I TELL YOU THAT WHICH I HAVE STARTED IN THIS NATION SHALL BE BROUGHT TO DIVINE COMPLETION AND PERFECTION AND THAT WHICH HAS BEEN PLANNED AND PURPOSED BY THE HAND OF THE ENEMY SHALL NOT PROSPER BUT SHALL FALL TO THE GROUND AND DIE”, says the Spirit of God.

THE MOTHER OF PARLIAMENTS

Thus, Solomon’s wisdom excelled the wisdom of all the men of the East and all the wisdom of Egypt…And men of all nations, from all the kings of the earth who had heard of his wisdom, came to hear the wisdom of Solomon” 1 Kings 4:30-34

We thank You for every Christian foundation within the United Kingdom, for every Godly model that has been released in the past, and we acknowledge Your call to live according to Your laws and demonstrate Your principles to the nations. We specifically thank You for Parliament, known as the Mother of Parliaments, built upon Your truths, acknowledging Your Sovereignty and standing for the God- given place and freedom of the individual.

We decree and declare, in the days ahead our Parliament will model and release not only a past structure but also the power, wisdom and heart of the Kingdom.

Now, in the Name of Jesus, we continue to praise You and to worship You. We speak Your peace to every minister, Cabinet minister and MP, to hear, to consider and to be strong. We decree and declare every decision made today concerning this nation will shape and align the United Kingdom for the fullness of its God-given future.

We declare over the relationship between the United Kingdom and the European Union, that which You would separate will be separated, that which You would connect will be connected, and the boundaries and borders, spiritual, political and economic, will be established according to Heaven’s blueprint.

A POWERFUL DREAM CONCERNING UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE UNITED KINGDOM..!

THE FOUR WINDS OF GOD WILL NOW BLOW FORTH ACROSS THE NATIONS, LOOK TO THE NORTH, TO THE SOUTH, TO THE EAST AND TO THE WEST; WATCH! FOR THE THICK WEB OF DECEPTION AND WITCHCRAFT WILL NOW BE BLOWN AWAY, ITS TIME TO CROSS OVER AND POSSESS THE LAND…!

Last night I had a very powerful dream concerning BOTH NATIONS, the UNITED KINGDOM AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA..! I have to say, I am AMAZED at how God seems to be unfolding HIS DIVINE PLAN AND PURPOSES ALMOST SIMULTANEOUSLY OVER BOTH NATIONS in this hour.

BACK to The Dream, I saw BOTH NATIONS in this dream and both Nations were covered in a HUGE THICK BLACK SPIDERS WEB, as I looked at both Nations I saw many big black spiders crawling all over both Nations, now looking at the spiders in the dream I knew that they were highly toxic and poisonous even if touched, now as I watched these venomous spiders move, I saw them crawling with great speed weaving their web which got thicker and thicker as they went back and forth and back and forth across the Nations. Now As I looked again at the thick black webs on both Nations, SUDDENLY I heard the sound of a GREAT RUSHING WIND And I looked to the EAST and I saw a GREAT WHIRLWIND MOVING towards both Nations and I heard these words, “A STRONG EAST WIND WILL NOW BRING FORTH DIVINE DELIVERANCE FOR MY PEOPLE, FOR NOW THEY WILL CROSS OVER ON DRY LAND”, as I heard those words it was quickened to me in the Spirit Exodus 14:21 that says, “Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the Lord caused the sea to go back by a STRONG EAST WIND all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided.”

Now as I continued to watch the East Winds blow across both Nations in the dream, I saw the EAST WIND BEGIN TO BLOW HARD AGAINST THE THICK BLACK SPIDERS WEB CAUSING THE WEBS AND ALL THE SPIDERS TO BE COMPLETELY WIPED AWAY, then I heard these words coming from within the strong East Winds,   “THE TIME OF DIVINE DELIVERANCE HAS COME TO THE NATIONS”!

Then suddenly the dream shifted and my eyes caught glimpse of yet another GREAT WHIRLWIND FORMING IN THE SOUTH, and I heard these words, “MY PEACE, MY PEACE WILL COME FORTH ON THE WINDS OF THE SOUTH, MY PEACE, MY PEACE WILL SOON CRUSH THE HEAD OF THE SERPENT SPIRIT”, then the dream shifted again and I looked and I saw another strong and mighty Whirlwind forming in the NORTH, and I heard these words, “WATCH! FOR THE NORTH WINDS NOW BRING FORTH THE SPIRIT OF THE FEAR OF THE LORD, FOR MY GLORY IS NOW STEPPING IN TO DISMANTLE AND DESTROY THE WORKS OF DARKNESS”, then my eyes shifted again and I saw YET ANOTHER WHIRLWIND FORMING TO THE WEST, and I heard these words, “WATCH! FOR MY STRONG WEST WINDS WILL CARRY MY RESURRECTION POWER, WATCH! AS MY WEST WINDS NOW BRING FORTH RENEWAL, RESTORATION AND REVIVAL, FOR I WILL MAKE ALL THINGS NEW”.

Now as I heard those words in the dream, it was quickened to me by the Spirit, ‘Exodus 10:19’, which says “And the Lord turned a MIGHTY STRONG WEST WIND, which took away the locusts, and cast them into the Red Sea; there remained NOT ONE locust in all the coasts of Egypt.”

A WORD TO ALL THE ELEPHANTS (REPUBLICANS), “WATCH! FOR A SUPERNATURAL ACCELERATION IS COMING UPON THE REPUBLICAN PARTY, THEY WILL BECOME UNSTOPPABLE AND UNCONTAINABLE, THERE WILL BE AN EVEN GREATER SHAKE-UP, BOTH POLITICALLY AND SPIRITUALLY, TAKING PLACE OVER THE LAND; WATCH AND PRAY! FOR THERE WILL BE A BREAKING OF THE BACKS OF MANY DONKEYS (DEMOCRATS) IN THE DAYS AHEAD, THEIR CRIES WILL GO UNHEARD FOR GOD HAS HARDENED THE HEARTS OF THEIR TASK MASTERS…!

A few nights ago I had a VERY STRANGE AND PECULIAR DREAM; In this dream I heard a strange sound it was like the sound of the rumbling of thunder in the far distance, as I listened the sound grew louder and louder and the ground beneath my feet began to shake and tremble, then I could feel a wind begin to blow across the place I was standing in and suddenly I saw in the distance a LARGE HERD OF ELEPHANTS STAMPEDING ACROSS THE LAND. Now in the dream as I looked with great astonishment at these incredibly large and powerful creatures it was quickened to me by the Spirit that I was being shown something beginning to unfold concerning the Nation of America. As I looked at this great herd of Elephants stampeding across the land I heard these words,

“WATCH! FOR WHAT I AM ABOUT TO DO IN THIS NATION WILL BE UNSTOPPABLE AND UNCONTAINABLE, FOR THERE IS NOW COMING AN EVEN GREATER SHAKING BOTH SPIRITUALLY AND POLITICALLY TO THIS NATION, WATCH! FOR MY HAND OF RIGHTEOUSNESS AND JUSTICE IS NOW MOVING TO SHAKE, SHIFT AND SIFT THIS NATION”!

Then suddenly the dream shifted and I saw a small herd of DONKEYS walking towards me. Now as I looked at these donkeys I saw that they were HEAVY LADEN carrying a great number of clay bricks upon their backs. As I looked again I saw that there was a man walking behind them with I long stick and he was beating many of the donkeys shouting at them to keep walking, then suddenly I saw one of the donkeys collapse under the great weight of its load and the man with the stick immediately ran over to the creature and began to beat the animal, I saw that the animal was dying but the man began to kick the donkey and shouted even louder telling it to get up and walk, but the donkey was severely exhausted and I watched as the animal lay down and died. Then I watched as the man unloaded the bricks from the dead donkey’s back and proceeded to load up the clay bricks upon the other donkeys who were already heavy laden and then I watched as the man left the dead donkey’s corpse behind him and then began to beat upon the backs of the donkeys that were now carrying the extra load. Then I heard these words,
“WATCH! FOR THE BACKS OF MANY DONKEYS WILL BE BROKEN AND THEY SHALL PLEAD FOR MERCY BUT THEIR CRIES WILL GO UNHEARD AND UNHEEDED, FOR I HAVE HARDENED THE HEARTS OF THEIR TASK MASTERS”! (The dream ended)

LISTEN, WATCH AND PRAY; “Whoever remains stiff-necked after many rebukes will suddenly be destroyed–without remedy. When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; when the wicked rule, the people groan”!

Let us PRAY; FOR THE GOVERNMENT AND THE CHURCH IN THIS HOUR, LET’S SEEK GOD’S FACE FOR WISDOM, UNDERSTANDING, KNOWLEDGE, STRENGTH, POWER, COUNSEL AND THE FEAR OF THE LORD.

Father in Heaven, we come into agreement with Your word in Matthew 17: 20 “you can say to this mountain, ‘move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible to you”. (Also: Zechariah 4:7)

We declare You desire that this nation will display Your Kingdom and Your Kingship, moving in agreement with both Your Spirit and Your statutes.

We declare God is the Master Planner of heaven and earth. His plans are for good and not evil, greater than every plan of man or of the enemy to bring confusion, division or hopelessness.

At this critical time in the final Brexit negotiations, we come into agreement with His word in Romans 4:17: He is ‘the God who gives life to the dead and calls into being that which does not exist’  – God over all matters concerning Brexit under discussion; the potential UK-EU Customs partnership; the issues of the Irish Border and all matters relating to trade, so we stand as the Ekklesia and in the Name of Jesus we call forth the strategies of heaven.

We declare over all negotiations and stumbling blocks, nothing is impossible to You and we speak “grace, grace and more grace” to every seeming impossibility, in Jesus Name. (Zechariah 4:7)

We speak Your clarity into the atmosphere of confusion between Europe and UK over the hindrances, diversions and weariness and we declare “the purposes of God will be fulfilled.”
