Simon Braker: 2nd wave of the Spirit and season of visitation

Over the last few weeks I’ve found the number 5 has been popping up all over the place and then finally my wife and I were eating a meal at table 55.

I already felt the Lord was speaking about grace but this second 5 has opened the word of the Lord.

I heard him say the second wave of my Spirit has begun, this is a season of visitation, it is a time of encounter all who are thirsty shall be filled (Isa 55) this is a time to enter in and drink deep of the fresh release of my presence.

Many will be visited in the night, many will experience my presence in new ways. The last move was Holy joy and laughter the sign of this move shall be holy tears, many will weep in the outpouring of my glory.

At the start of the year these verses from Song of Songs have been highlighted to me –

5:2 I was asleep, but my heart was awake. There’s a sound! My beloved is knocking.
5:3 “I’ve taken off my clothes—am I supposed to put them on again? I’ve washed my feet—am I supposed to get them dirty again?”
5:4 My beloved reached out his hand for the latch. My feelings for him were aroused.
5:5 I got up to open the door, and my hands dripped with myrrh, my fingers with liquid myrrh, on the handle of the lock.
5:6 I opened the door for my beloved, but my beloved had turned away; he was gone! My very life went out when he departed. I searched for him, but couldn’t find him. I called out to him, but he didn’t answer

It’s only as I write that I notice these verses are in chapter 5 and most importantly what is written in 5:5 –

This highlights what I feel is a major key at this time, as God’s people we must respond, when he calls we must open the door to him for him to come in, it would be very easy for us to be settled in our current location and not respond got his call for us to leave our current realms of comfort.

It is time for the bride to rise from her bed to arise from her sleepiness respond to the Lord’s voice and enter into the great awakening!

2016 prophetic word and 11-year cycles

Doug_Addison credit Elijah ListOn 12th January Doug Addison published 2016: Get Ready for Realignments and New Assignments, which refers to a cyclical activity of the Lord throughout the 20th Century. It just so happens that early posts on this blog may confirm his thesis.

To read the full word Doug brings, click its above title. After mentioning major adjustments for many folk in how we regard and operate in church, this word covers a number of matters at length. He refers to an encounter on Christmas Day which gave him an insight into Bob Jones’ ‘Lumber-yard Experience’. Also, leading up to that Doug sensed a “distant rumble in the spirit” of the Lord coming and that His “glory is returning like never before”(!), adding this noteworthy caveat: “It is not coming in the current Church structure, though churches are invited“.  Another of the several details of this word is that keys of authority have been reassigned….“God is lining things up for a breakthrough in March!”

Now here’s what’s of special relevance. Doug explains,

“Why 2016 Could Be The Start Of Something New

“The last global movement of God’s power started 22 years ago this month in January 1994 with the Toronto Blessing. It was very powerful and lasted a few years [over 10! RB] but was eventually spoken against and some major leaders disassociated themselves with it. This caused division and even brought judgment on the ministries and churches of those who spoke against what God was doing. This amazing move of God got bound by people with keys and authority and the result is that we have not seen a sustained global movement of God for 22 years. This is related to the keys that I saw being redistributed.

“There has been a move of God every 11 years dating back to the Azusa Street Revival in 1906. The 11-year intervals fall on the 1950 Healing Movement, the 1961 Charismatic Renewal, the 1972 Jesus People Movement and in 1983, the Third Wave Charismatic Movement. 1994 had the Toronto Blessing and 11 years later there would have been a movement that actually did start around 2005. But this amazing movement from God never got off the ground because of judgments. It was cut short, judged and bound by those with the keys of authority. The 2005 move started with unusual signs of God’s glory such as gold fillings appearing in people’s mouths, gold dust and gemstones appearing supernaturally in meetings. But the move never went global as God intended and was very limited. It is now 11 years after 2005, which is 2016 and there is a move of God coming this year. It will be with fire and oil from Heaven that cannot be touched by those who have not been prepared. This is what I saw in my Christmas morning encounter—an angel measuring for it and worker angels being assigned to bring it about.”

Being my birthday’s date, the opening reference to ’22’ naturally caught my attention right away (as well as being the number of letters in the Hebrew alphabet). Next, Doug’s count of 11 years reminded me I’d written about the same periodicity soon after starting this blog. (Anyone who took up my 7th Anniversary hint to check the outlines in Cycles & Time will be ready for what’s below.)

[Also, Paul Keith Davis has said 11 years after the birth of modern Pentecostalism in 1885 at Bethshan Conference on Holiness and Healing in London, saw the publication in 1896 of Theodore Herzl’s famous call, The Jewish State. That year also saw Alexander Dowie commission his apostolic church calling for a return to an apostolic period”; see ‘Days of Wonder’, August 2014.]

Other 11-year Cycles

BillKoenig_hdrOn 5th January 2012 in Points to ponder: 2011-12 and Biblical historical/financial cycles I introduced my first readers to The White House accredited Christian correspondent William Koenig (Bio here) and his deep investigation of the work of Erik Hadik. Briefly outlining the nature of cycles I referred to their effects not only upon the environment but also upon our political and economical activity. For example, the cycle of conflict in the Middle-East corresponds closely with the 11-year sunspot cycle.

For almost  20 years this publisher of Koenig World Watch Daily and weekly Koenig’s Eye View from the White House has monitored important matters relating to Israel and likely connections with Biblical teaching and prophecy. That is, the simultaneous, or following closely, linkage between the way Israel is treated and various upheavals elsewhere has been found to be highly probable.

Moreover, a database of empirical evidence amassed from business affairs and observing international events gives a firm foundation for theories of cyclical influences.

Later that year, in concluding Paws 4 thought: weather quakes and cycles I referred again to Erik’s findings and quoted specifics on that 11-year period, as cited by Bill:

  • end of WWII – 1945, adding 11 years:
  • Suez War – 1956, another 11 years:
  • Six Days War – 1967, plus 11 years:
  • Camp David Accords – 1978-1979 (also Iran’s Islamic Revolution):
  • Persian Gulf War / Desert Storm (Part I) – 1990-91, another 11 years:
  • Sept 11th 2001 terror events and subsequent Afghan and Iraq wars (Part II).
  • 2012 – may introduce Persian Gulf Wars Part III? – Sunni/Shiite conflict?

Hadik claims the above dates are, in fact, preceded by those for the Palestine mandate (1922) and Hitler’s ascension (1933).  Furthermore, there is a 50/100 year cycle of major wars. He cites the Napoleonic war of 1812, US Civil War (1861-65), the Balkan Wars of 1912 as the real start of WWI,  1961-2 Cuban missile crisis and SE Asian wars.  2012 next!  (Source: page 5 of Hadik’s Earth in Transition 3+3 II.)

An Accurate 11-year Forecast

On 5th September 2012 Bill hit the nail of the head! I blogged about receiving his News Alert forecasting another ‘historical day’ in connection with Israel, militant Islam and the USA. It was headed:

  • A New World Order Speech – Major Terror Attacks – Is Something Coming?
  • 9-11-1990 plus 11 years = 9-11-2001 plus 11 years = 9-11-2012

On 11th September 2012, the American embassy in Egypt and consulate in Libya were besieged by Islamist mobs. This led to the cold-blooded murder of Ambassador Stevens and three consular staff in Benghazi. Hence, the 11th anniversary of the 9/11 attack in New York became another date in infamy for the Middle-East.

Conclusion

So, in view of a demonstrable historical record for the 11-year cycle we can validate and give credence to Doug Addison’s claim about the importance of 2016 as another ‘peak’ in activity of a spiritual 11-year cycle. It is one to rejoice over rather than despair over…

Thank and praise you Lord for your mercy and grace and what You’re doing in the earth.

Upon reading the earlier of these words last week I recalled and sensed a deeper meaning of a dream from a couple of weeks beforehand. The dream featured a large tarn, or lake, at the top of an extensive grassy fell (as in Lake District) that started overflowing to run over my boots and gush down to and start flooding a level area not far below the crest. 

Thank you to Prophetic Releasers for UK Revival’s Suzanne Payne for alerting me to this from Patsy, and that recently at Revival Fires, Dudley, Chuck Pierce had said it’s time to declare “Spring up o’ wells!”. Also that last year there, David Herzog had a word about re-digging the wells.

RE-OPENING THE WELLS (posted: 2nd March 2016)

Patsy SouthwayLast year, whilst in Europe God spoke to me about WELLS. Everywhere I visited at that time, even an Italian restaurant, had a Well, in the Ladies toilets! These last few days he has been speaking to me again about the Wells and I’ve had such a battle to get this blogged up, I’ve decided to press on with it!

Genesis 26:18
‘Issac reopened the wells of his father Abraham, the ones the Philistines had filled after his fathers death and gave them the same names that they had before, when his father had named them.’

Abraham had dug wells to find water and to open a ‘source of blessing’ for the people. Everyone needs water. We need water, animals, lands, plants etc all need water. So in those days to (and in many countries today) a Well is of the utmost importance.
We read that after Abraham’s death the Philistines had filled the wells in, to stop the flow, stop the blessing of this source of life, to the people. But Issac reopened these wells and once again everyone and everything is refreshed!

This is what I was sensing in all this:
1. If we know that there was, a well, a flow, even a trickle, of something of the flow of heaven, of life in an area (place) a village, town, city wherever that the enemy has ‘filled in’ stopping the flow, I would encourage you to gather a few people and uncap the well – remove the stones that the enemy has used to fill it with.

2. In your personal life maybe that flow, that well within has somehow become a bit dry, maybe now just a trickle when it used to be a flow! But due to circumstances, difficult places on your journey your heart may have drifted away from God and you have drank from ‘other springs’.

Come back! Return to Him and drink from those living waters that give us that LIFE in
abundance! John 10:10

I saw many people beginning to meet around these wells. In homes, where families gather together and in other places where friends and family were authentic, honest, just plain real!! To be themselves and to grow in the knowledge of God, the things of the Kingdom.

Last week God also spoke to me about ‘The Meltdown’ that’s happening, globally, and I could see some ‘streams’ flowing into a larger river. I saw an even greater coming together to work together in the plans and purposes of God.

I also saw great gatherings of women, embracing other woman, teaching, releasing, imparting and so on, and I could see a HUGE cloud had been made by their PRAYERS & INTERCESSIONS hovering and brooding over NATIONS!

Lastly, I understand, I believe I understand, that the opening up of Old wells will not be releasing the same ‘old’ flow, but a FRESH flow that Father has been preparing our hearts for. I see the wells, as places of previous ‘Heaven touching Earth’ flow and places where people came to drink. I also see that many of these places have been saturated in prayer and are ripe for release once again.

So…….let’s drink, and rise up, even as the battle rages, we will continue to see the release of the Kingdom of Heaven upon the earth.

Let every knee bow! Glory to God!

THE MELTDOWN (posted 25 February 2016)

As I was praying and walking on Thursday I took a small video of the snow melting off the trees. I was walking in a National Park that was eerily quiet at the time and as I stood to record this moment God spoke to me. He said there is a great ‘Melt Down’ happening in the NATIONS at this time. (Initially I was thinking Europe) but he said the nations.
The snow and Ice is melting and everything is being exposed.  Some of the trees were simply ‘winter bare’ after the snow had melted. For many, God has had to prune, to cut back, during our last season in PREPARATION for what he wants to take us into this year.

Also, with all this melting, in the natural realm the rivers are FULL and OVERFLOWING so it is with the Supernatural realm – there is an OVERFLOW happening.  God is causing our lives to SPILL over into other areas and arenas.

For me personally he is causing connections in the BUSINESS arena too.  Although this is embryonic at the time of writing, I see the overflow particularly with the Prophetic giftings flowing with ‘an arrow touching the bullseye’ type accuracy into Business Forums.

I saw ruined buildings being restored and used for the Kingdom of God. I saw again the Prophetic Hubs and the ‘Fireplaces’ that God spoke to me about last year, where ‘families’ will gather together and love, learn, encourage, pray, prophesy and support one another.

As I continued to walk and pray through the woodland God also said that there is a ‘MELTDOWN’ of the enemies strongholds.   As we continue to PRAY & PROPHESY over the nations I could SEE that exposure after exposure of the enemies strategies and plans will surface.

RESPONSIBILITY
I saw that our responsibility is to CHOOSE to BELIEVE – and to LEAN IN and walk the John 5:19 LIFESTYLE that Jesus walked in.  That’s a BIG call!
Personally to arrive here in Prague with NO AGENDA but just to walk in whatever was on His heart for these 10 days, is a NEW thing for me.
We often talk about ‘New Things’ one of my founding verses is from Isaiah 43:18/19 that God wants to do but our responsibility is to be FLEXIBLE and to remain ‘FLUID’ to the promptings of Holy Spirit.

KEYS
In my previous blog (copy here) I spoke about the KEYS that God was showing me.  And I have been using these for myself and in the lives of others to UNLOCK the opening of the NEW!
I certainly have had my challenges since I’ve been here – the enemy does not want the Kingdom of Heaven to invade the Earth!  We know that!  But it’s too late it has been happening for years and will continue to happen until Jesus comes!

A CHALLENGE FOR YOU
What needs unlocking in your life right now?
A location, finances, business, employment, promotion, creativity?   I encourage you to take the KEYS that HE is offering;  as this MELTDOWN continues and to UNLOCK and BELIEVE again the things that God has promised.
I firmly believe that this year 2016 will be such an ‘ALIGNMENT YEAR’ where we SEE the plans and strategies of heaven being released upon the earth with such an explosive power we will be in awe of His LOVE – His MERCY – and His GRACE.

What is the Lord saying to the UK Church in 2016?

An especial thank you to Valerie Williams and Prophetic Releasers for UK Revival for alerting me to this encouraging word. It’s opening sentence and closing image of a child are of personal relevance, as well as other parts and our needing to remind the Lord of personal promises. I invite you to weigh it with the Lord:

The Jewish calendar reveals that we have now entered the 70th Jubilee since Joshua entered the Promised Land in the fifteenth year of their crossing over. This holds great significance for the next seven years within the United Kingdom. We need to hear the Trumpet sound from Heaven. For those who seriously seek the Lord and stand on His promises, this will be their time of seeing their lost ones restored, backsliders returning home, restoration from debt and liberation from bondage to habitual sins, family iniquities and transgression.

It is a time of hope, life-giving transformation and destiny.

The waves of His wind must continue to blow, along with the burning of His all-consuming fire to expose those things that have remained hidden in Government, within family and within every sphere of influence. Everything that can be shaken will be shaken! For “He reveals deep and hidden things and knows what lies in the darkness (Dan. 2:22).” It is also a time of cleansing and purification for the Church.

The rescue of children from child abuse and the lack of parenting (absent fathers) will continue to be highlighted. This is the time for the hearts of the fathers to be turned back to the children and the hearts of the children to be turned to the fathers. Note that it is the hearts of the fathers that sets this restoration in motion. God is restoring fatherhood.
God is now raising up significant numbers of men and women, positioning them in key places both within the Church and the market place. They have been trained in the furnace of affliction having humbled themselves before the Lord. They have no hidden agenda other than to please and delight their God in all they do. They are truly submitted worshippers who will passionately take the Kingdom by force into the market place. They have become unoffendable! They daily seek His agenda and so know that what they declare will come to pass as they simply proclaim what is on God’s heart. They are walking in godly authority to decree release of the captives from seemingly impossible situations. Thousands of minds will be released this year to see the light of the Gospel. Evangelists will rise up and speak out wherever they go. Their Gospel message will be followed by great signs of instant healing to make people wonder and there will be a fresh stirring in men and women’s hearts as their dry bones come to life. It is the year of the suddenlies.
Isaiah 48:3 “I declared the former things long ago and they went forth from My mouth and I proclaimed them. Suddenly I acted and they came to pass”.

Declare open doors of opportunities, God ordained encounters and favoured positions. “Ask Me and then see Me turn up and create opportunities for you to share your faith. Be God centred. It’s easy when I am in your midst! I will reward your mustard seed faith and courage (because my power is dynamic) and heal those you prayer for. I am more passionate than you to bring healing and restoration. Believe and I will release healing angels to accompany you. Isaiah 61:1-3.

“The fires of revival are already ignited though the workers are spread out. Revival has started for those with eyes to see and ears to hear what the Spirit is saying. For them it will be a year of celebration and the homecoming of backsliders. There is a river flowing for the restoration and reconciliation of broken families. Take your feet off the bottom and allow the Holy Spirit to carry you.” God is good. He is totally trustworthy and reliable. His mercies are new every morning for great is His faithfulness.

Remind the Lord of His promises to you and declare that which is not as though it is and it will come to pass. Refuse to doubt. Be teachable for the Holy Spirit is your enabler. He will do what you thought impossible for He is the God of the impossible. It’s not by might, nor by power but by His Spirit. Mountains will start to shift and deeply rooted impossible situations will be uprooted if you speak to them and command them to be planted in the midst of the sea. Decree a thing or two and it will be established according to your faith. Persevere and he will give you the desires of your heart for it is impossible for God to lie.

“So Church, arise! Christians, you are the light of the world. Demonstrate My love towards one another and see hardened hearts melt. Reject negative attitudes with positive ones; rebuke fear which keeps you from your destiny and seek My face with passion and great determination. It’s your hearts I desire; to be intimate with you. Remember you are human beings, not human doings and that a gentle word turns away anger. Become unoffendable. Love your family, Church and neighbour with My love and see transformation spring forth.
My promises to you are about to be birthed like a baby positioned in the birth canal of its mother. As midwife, declare the baby’s safety and correct positioning ready for delivery. Those awaiting backsliders and family reconciliation, declare the forthcoming new arrival as if it’s already taken place. Dance over your circumstances and celebrate in this unique year of Jubilee and see the desires of your heart come to pass.”

Amen!

Deeper and higher – and catch fire!

They’re also related to an invitation and spiritual sighting of a huge blank scroll seen a week ago today and, as stated in closing the last post, are a personal directive:

DIVE DEEPER INTO THE WORDS OF GOD (Lion Bites Friday 26 Feb)

Still yourself and listen to your heart. Can you hear it cry out for more of the nourishing word of God, as a hungry stomach rumbles to be fed – or as a deer pants for the water?

If you dive in and read and listen to the word of God you will be rewarded. There is most certainly a need and a time for slow, careful study and quiet reflection (always!) but this particular urgency is to dive into new and deep places, reading longer passages and dining on larger portions. You will be rewarded and refreshed. If you can, read aloud, so that the words bless your mouth and your ears, as well as your eyes. Dive deep, swim into a new adventure in the word of God! There really are few things that you can possibly do in this world that will be more beneficial and radically transforming.

What are you waiting for?!

How can a young person stay on the path of purity? By living according to your word. I seek you with all my heart; do not let me stray from your commands. I rejoice in following your statutes as one rejoices in great riches. I meditate on your precepts and consider your ways. I delight in your decrees; I will not neglect your word.

“WHAT DO YOU SEE?” (Lion Bites Monday 29 Feb)

There is a deep place of revelation and a higher place of sight that God is pulling you up to in this time. Like Jeremiah, you will be one who sees the word of the Lord, interprets it and brings it into a place of action and application.

Where there has been hinderance with your spiritual sight, God now releases ease. Where a fog of confusion obscured what you saw, now there is a release of clarity and understanding. As you receive this anointing, God asks you, ‘What do you see?’ There are new revelations and insights that you have yet to receive that now you will.

But God also asks you, “Where do you need to look again?” There are places, peoples and revelations that you are being prompted to look at again through this new anointing. In the previous season, as you looked at these things, you may have missed some of what God was doing but now, as you look again, you will have a wider view and a higher perspective to see the fullness of what the Holy Spirit is orchestrating in this hour.

Receive the gift that God freely gives you; open your eyes and look at the new things but also look again, through fresh spiritual eyes, at previous things.

Jeremiah 1:11
“Moreover, the word of the Lord came to me, saying, “Jeremiah, what do you see?”
And I said “I see a branch of an almond tree.”
Then the Lord said to me, “You have seen well, for I am ready to perform My word.”

And today’s Lion Bite returns to the subject of holy fire, what else:

THE ALL-CONSUMING FIRE

God has placed His fire around you; to those who seek Him it is a fire of love, warmth, protection and provision.

He desires that you would come closer to His fire, as if you were embracing the flames of love and feeding from Him – He is the fire. He is a holy fire that will consume all those things that would set themselves up against you, leaving you safe and in a place of his warmth and love.

All you have to do is say, ‘yes’ and draw ever closer in your worship and adoration. Let Him do the rest for you. Remember, He wants to give you more than you care to receive. He cries for you to surrender all, so that His fire is in you, as well as around you. He is an all-consuming fire.

Deuteronomy 4:24
For the LORD your God is a consuming fire, a jealous God.

Hebrews 12:28-29
Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our “God is a consuming fire.”

7th Anniversary of Watching

On the last day of February seven years ago I emailed some friends in various churches about how I’d been stunned upon opening my Bible. Having been in touch about the previous year’s events in Lakeland, Florida, we continued chatting occasionally. However, my attention was suddenly directed to look at Biblical prophecies in much more depth.

Coals of fire are being released for prophets – Lana Vawser

WOW! This word confirms and thus speaks directly into a dream of 11 days ago whilst attending the Awake conference (and which plugged into the podcast on Time). ALSO, for some reason this word was missing from my email notifications, although the next (Angels of Recovery) was in today’s in-tray! It was found by looking in my WordPress’ Reader folder, which I don’t always check upon blogging as I usually go straight to its admin desktop.

Bobby Conner: “Behold! The Centricity of Christ!”

Steve Schulz at The Elijah List writes, “This is both an exciting and sobering word from Bobby Conner about the days we are in. Yes, “…the glory of the LORD will be revealed, and all people will see it together. For the mouth of the LORD has spoken” (Isa. 40:5). Bobby had what he called an “electrifying prophetic experience” that is a MUST READ!

These are some of the most exciting days in human history. Prepare for the dawning of a new day!

In an electrifying prophetic experience I was shown an emerging glory cloud covering the entire Body of Christ. As this cloud emerged I watched as Masterful hands with hammer and chisel forged this statement into the cloud of Glory:

“THE CENTRICITY OF CHRIST!”

At the completion of these words chiselled in the cloud, as Heaven’s host joined in victoriously shouting out the declaration, all Heaven and earth shook with the proclamation.

NOT WHAT BUT WHO!

Behold the Lamb in His Glory!

These are days of destiny, filled with wonder and excitement. The awe of God is returning to the people of God, filling the heart of God’s people with great expectation.

Something new and revolutionary is at the door—but the question is not what is at the door, but Who. A cry for the manifest Presence of God is about to be answered (see Isaiah 64:1). Every eye shall behold His brilliance and magnificent Glory (see Isaiah 40:3-5) and every veil shall be removed in order to behold the Lamb in His Glory (see 2 Corinthians 3:18).

Indeed, much will be discovered in these revelatory days concerning the Glory of God and the God of Glory. Now is the time for every child of God to behold the Lord Jesus in His revealed Glory (see John 1:14). The Word of God plainly declares that the entire earth will be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of God.

For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea. Habakkuk 2:14

As we prepare the way of the Lord, the entire earth will behold His grandeur—and God’s plans for these end-time days will result in the entire world discovering that His Son, Christ Jesus, is King of kings and Lord of lords ( see 1 Timothy 6:15)!

These are some of the most exciting days in human history. Prepare for the dawning of a new day!”

Behold God’s Warnings!

Yes, we are living in unprecedented times. We are observing end-time events unfold before our eyes. Intense anticipation is building within the saints of God. However, we are also clearly beholding the fulfillment of Biblical prophecy concerning the condition and conduct of humanity at the end of the age (see 2 Timothy 3:1-5).

In many places and among many people, it is the norm to mock and belittle Christ Jesus. Mocking and blasphemies, however, are about to come to a sudden halt. We would do well to take time to read the “coming attractions” of Revelation 19:11-16:

Now I saw Heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself. He was clothed with a robe dipped in Blood, and His name is called The Word of God. And the armies in Heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses.

Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.

Let the heathen rage: his mind is filled with vain, blasphemous thoughts. God will bring a swift end to mockery and scoffing (see Acts 12:23). Scripture states that every knee will bow and every tongue shall confess that Christ is Lord:

Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in Heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:9-11

Let this warning flood the earth—starting with our own hearts from Psalm 2:1-12:

Why do the nations assemble with commotion [uproar and confusion of voices], and why do the people imagine (meditate upon and devise) an empty scheme? The kings of the earth take their places; the rulers take counsel together against the Lord and His Anointed One (the Messiah, the Christ). They say, Let us break Their bands [of restraint] asunder and cast Their cords [of control] from us.

He Who sits in the heavens laughs; the Lord has them in derision [and in supreme contempt He mocks them]. He speaks to them in His deep anger and troubles (terrifies and confounds) them in His displeasure and fury, saying, Yet have I anointed (installed and placed) My King [firmly] on My holy hill of Zion. I will declare the decree of the Lord: He said to Me, You are My Son; this day [I declare] I have begotten You.

Ask of Me, and I will give You the nations as Your inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth as Your possession. You shall break them with a rod of iron; You shall dash them in pieces like potters’ ware. Now therefore, O you kings, act wisely; be instructed and warned, O you rulers of the earth. Serve the Lord with reverent awe and worshipful fear; rejoice and be in high spirits with trembling [lest you displease Him]. Kiss the Son [pay homage to Him in purity], lest He be angry and you perish in the way, for soon shall His wrath be kindled. O blessed (happy, fortunate, and to be envied) are all those who seek refuge and put their trust in Him!

Behold the Harvesters!

The Spirit of God is, at this point in time, harvesting the harvesters and reaping the reapers. Why? The Body of Christ is standing at the verge of the greatest harvest the world has ever seen—the harvest at the end of the age when all seeds become fully ripened and mature fruit, both good seeds and evil seeds.

Never forget: the Lord will have His harvest. In the midst of the world’s confusion and chaos, the Kingdom of God is advancing swiftly across the nations. The Spirit of God is anointing ordinary people to do extraordinary exploits for the Glory of God (see Philippians 2:13) and countless multitudes are turning to Christ. Soon, more than one billion people will be brought into the Kingdom.

Beloved, be confident: you were born for this day. Don’t delay: move forward in victory, taking your place as a harvester and as an overcomer, embracing fully the destiny God has planned for you (see Ephesians 2:10).

Truly, as stated in Esther 4:14, we are in the Kingdom for such a time as this. You can know for certain that the Kingdom is in you for such a day as this. Take your stand be a bold and brave beacon of God’s love and light.

THE POWER AND PURITY GENERATION

I am calling a generation to walk in both power and purity. In this day there are many influencing forces trying to pull my children from left to right and those who would dilute my word and my revelation. Yet with power and purity married together in your life, you will stand and not be overwhelmed by these influences.

I come to you today to baptise you with the spirit and with fire; to fill you with power and to set you apart as a pure one. I desire that you live life in the undiluted, raw, power of my gospel but also that your life would be established on an ever sanctified, set-apart, purity.

Would you allow me today to first baptise you in my fire: to burn and refine you and fill you with my Spirit and a greater measure of my power?

What is the “Gospel of the Kingdom”?

Since posting a couple of items on orthodox Judaism’s reconciliation with Christianity (here and here) – as well as on Time – I revisited Romans 9-11 (which continues in 12:1 ‘Therefore…’ ) to prepare a follow-up. So this weekend I was mulling over the disciples’ prayer, “Our Father…Your Kingdom, let it come” and their wanting Jesus to tell them when that would happen (Acts 1:6). We are sons of the kingdom, sent to colonise this world, the very same mission God gave to Adam and Eve:

God blessed them; and God said to them, ‘Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it, and rule over it’ (Gen 1:28).

They were to rule over it in the authority God gave them, and so bring it under the rule of God. God still calls us to bring that rule of love into the world, to make earth like heaven. To make earth like heaven you have to know heaven, so we need to access heaven.

The realm of heaven is a dimension that is right in front of us. It is not somewhere up in the stars. It is here…

Dream of Pope and Potus on a plane

Credit Reuters_Kevin LamarqueA headline on Barack Obama’s ‘stand-out’ moment of praying with Pope Francis reminds me of a dream I had a few weeks ago. [2 Jan’25, I don’t recall this, but had it been another’s I’d have cited the source. ]

Christian Post’s reporter Stoyan Zaimov briefly summarises Potus’ wide-ranging interview on ‘CBS This Morning’ and quotes him as singling out the Pope’s visit to the White House last September as a ‘stand-out’ moment in his presidency. Obama shared thoughts and prayers with the leader of the world’s Roman Catholics and says, “He’s somebody who is the real deal. I think he deeply cares about people, about the vulnerable”.

I recall awakening from an unusual dream about the two famous personages, wondering what it meant.  The dream had no sequential story or dialogue but was simply a snapshot. That is, I saw them in a large room on board an aircraft high in the stratosphere and my first thought was they were on the renowned Air Force One.

An obvious inference is they’re both ‘high flyers’ as global leaders. But my understanding upon asking as I awoke is that, despite appearances to the contrary, they’re both moving so far above ground as to be out of touch with real affairs – if not in ‘cloud-cuckoo land’! For instance, announcements during the official visit to New York indicate their agreeing that the world’s number one priority is tackling climate-change – not the on-going genocide of Christians in the Middle-east and Africa!!

More importantly, such a dream scenario signifies seclusion to confer and plan in secret well away from prying eyes and minds – BUT nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of Him to whom we must give account! (Hebrew 4:13 NIV)

Furthermore, let’s not overlook Neville Johnson’s prophetical remarks about these leaders activities during that visit (Why this September is special – 2: refers).

God wants to be seen in our wilderness experiences

JMK“I want to share the most supernatural thing that’s ever happened to me in my life” said associate pastor John Michael Kilpatrick when he started addressing online viewers of Sunday’s service at Church of His Presence.

He’s experienced things that were beyond comprehension at the Brownsville Revival, which his father hosted from 1995 – but last Friday morning was so “very special…I’ll never forget”.

John Michael recounts how he was awakened at 1.30am by a ‘chirping’ smoke-detector to warn of flat battery. After dealing with it, it just wasn’t possible to return to sleep but he lay trying to wind down and not think of anything. He tells what happened next.:

“God’s my witness – I’d never lie to you anyway….I’m telling you this happened – I’m not drifting off to sleep, I’m just laying there (and)

“Like a speaker came on in my room and an English accent – a man with an English-accent voice – spoke these words to me. He said,

“Would you like to see me in your wilderness experience?”

“I was so blown away I could not believe what was happening. I heard, I did not sense in my spirit. The Lord did not speak to me in my spirit – (tapping his left ear) these ears heard an Englishman talking in my bedroom!

“I wasn’t scared, I wasn’t alarmed, I didn’t freak out. I knew it was of God, sending some messenger…

“I’m here to tell you I don’t know what you’re going through but God wants to be a part of it…”

Listen to the full 5-6 minutes, beginning at the 1:05:25 mark on this archive video. This includes John Michael’s response, his brief man-to-man chat and declaration of break-through, and receive the blessing conveyed to everyone after he emphasises,

“I’m telling you: God wants you to see Him in your wilderness experience – alleluia!”

Maybe the use of an English voice means this is especially for Brits. But whatever, as an Englishman I seized upon this word straight away for application wherever suitable. Also, knowing others in the UK who watch CHP, maybe this word could encourage them too.

As blogged the next day, that morning’s Scottish Lion Bite Suddenly I Acted echoes and expands upon what the American brought. For example,

‘…the Lord says that this is the day that He begins to manifest into your midst that which He has spoken!…’

Lastly, this was highly amusing because we chuckle at the occasional funny oddities of father and son’s Alabama accents and love their friendly way. Leaders and members of CHP are very well acquainted with our accent from Nathans Morris and Marrow’s work during The Bay of The Holy Spirit Revival.

Is this my exploding Bible’s 1,000th ‘piece’?

This month is the 7th anniversary of when my Bible exploded upon opening it!

Courtsey StoonnIn connection with a controversy over an outpouring of the Holy Spirit in 2008 in Lakeland, Florida, I’d encountered two conflicting claims about Jesus’ explanation of the parable on the end-time harvest of wheat and tares (Matthew 13:36).

So I went to check that scripture but, upon opening my Bible, I was hit by a deep excitement EXPLODING WITHIN as I heard,

“This is ALL about to be fulfilled!” 

I informed some friends and church leaders by email, reminded them about my earlier remarks on a sifting of the Church – and that Jesus had urged His disciples to look out for signs of the times (see The Endgame is now in play). On their questions about His return at the end of this Age, I noted Jesus stressing 7 times, “Watch…be alert…on your guard“ (Mark 13).

That was the start of my regularly writing about these matters. Just a few months later that decision was confirmed by a visiting prophet, and after a couple of years I went public with this blog in Nov 2011. (Sept 2011 was a turning point in UK according to Bill Johnson – as herein.)

Last Thursday I’d almost finished the previous post and, unusually, was able to dash it off on Saturday and continue with our weekend. But I spotted something! I don’t often look at the list of posts from WordPress’ working area or ‘desktop’ but I clicked from there into the listing and saw that post was the 960th of published posts.  Now I knew the blog’s menu has 60 static pages, and realised this latest makes a COMBINED TOTAL of 1,000.

Is it ‘coincidence’ that The most momentous world-changing events in 2,000 years?  is the ‘1,000th piece’ on this blog?  Or is it a ‘God-incidence’ confirming that the subject is especially significant in the Lord’s plans??

Most extraordinary, but it had to wait ’til I was back at my desk this morning. AND look at today’s Lion Bite “Suddenly I acted”  >

“I have spoken and now I am acting. My word has gone forth and now I am fulfilling”, declares the Lord. 

The detail of that prophetic word mirrors what pastor John Kilpatrick taught yesterday at CHP in USA about the importance and power of retelling testimonials of what the Lord has done, not only in scripture but in our own lives too.

AND more specifically, it reiterates detail of what his son, assistant pastor John Michael, shared about hearing the audible voice of the Lord, “speaking like an Englishman”

“Put Me into the middle of the wilderness you’re in”.

The Lion Bite has it: ‘…the Spirit of the Lord says that this is the day that He begins to manifest into your midst that which He has spoken…’

MOREOVER, along with that daily ‘Bite’ comes news of another prophetic word received yesterday that’s relevant to this post. It also includes an appropriate prayer for us:

“I pray that revelation will just explode in you about this!”  AMEN

LOL! And I was going to wait for the 7th anniversary of that first email on 28th February – good job I didn’t, methinks.

World-changing socio-economic and spiritual trends in 2016

A fortnight ago today (21 January) Rick Joyner, founder of Morning Star Ministries, wrote,

“The premise of my last Prophetic Bulletin on the five trends that would change the natural world in 2016 began unfolding faster and with more impact than I expected. I wrote that it would happen in the first quarter of this year, but I honestly did not expect it to begin on the first day as it did. My prayer now is that what I’ve been shown that will unfold in the Spirit will likewise come faster and with greater impact. What is coming in the Spirit is the antidote to the troubles of the world. It is far more exciting than anything the world has seen…” (emphasis added)

In referring to ‘natural world’ Rick means geopolitical and socio-economic realms. I’ll briefly outline that Bulletin’s content before considering its follow-up, which leads into something of fundamental historical importance that’s been brewing. Rick doesn’t refer to this special seismic shift. Nevertheless, it’s implicit in the conclusion of his subsequent Bulletin.

Published on 14 December his Prophetic Bulletin #96, Five Trends that Will Change the World in 2016, opens as follows:

“A geopolitical shift has taken place at the end of 2015 that could change the world more than we have seen since the collapse of the Iron Curtain. Core beliefs and values are being challenged across the globe. With such a major change of direction happening, where are we headed? The following are the five major events that will likely define our immediate future and impact world affairs for the foreseeable future….”

Rick presents these five in chronological order of occurrence, which isn’t necessarily the sequence of importance or impact, namely: 
  • China’s stock market crashes
  • falling energy prices
  • Russian military intervention in Middle-East
  • terrorist attacks in Paris and San Bernardino
  • the candidacy of Donald Trump.

Having closely watched political events in the States with increasing concern throughout Obama’s terms, and thus being one of 300 founding leaders of The Oak Initiative, Rick’s brief analysis is well-worth noting.

Therefore, in looking at each of those five events of major impact upon the world and their potential consequences Rick starts, “First we will briefly discuss the most basic change factor in world affairs—initiative. In military operations and world affairs, having the initiative is necessary for success…”.  He goes on to examine factors in each case and draw ‘the bottom line’. I note his gentle indictment of Obama regarding terrorism:

“…most people are smart enough to understand the politicians try to come up with politically correct and expedient solutions instead of a real strategy. Even so, the Paris and San Bernardino attacks did a lot to wake up the people. This awakening is helping to throw off the delusions of unrealistic idealism and political correctness. This is crucial for sustainable war that will defeat ISIS and other groups whose primary strategy is terrorism. Although French and British leadership are waking up some, it is an awakening among the people that is creating a sharp turn to the right in Europe. Putin has chastised Europe for its attempt at multiculturalism…”

Read Rick’s brief evaluation in full here and note, as does he, that other factors are also affecting current events and trends; but the far more positive ones are spiritual trends. To continue from my above opening quotation.:

“We all “see in part,” but these are the five most important trends I saw unfolding that we will begin to see emerging this year:

  • A new reformation of the church will begin to take definition.
  • Councils of leaders will begin to form with true apostolic authority. 
  • A kingdom economy will begin to form.
  • A new generation of prophets and teachers will begin to emerge with unprecedented authority and influence 
  • So many Christians will rise up in Europe and North America with zeal and focus that it will be recognized as another Great Awakening, while the moves of God in the rest of the world will gain new traction.”

In particular I like this promise:

“…The Lord really has saved His best wine for last. The quality of what He will serve His people will eclipse anything ever experienced before.

“Knowledge has greatly increased in the natural. What is about to be released in the Spirit will mirror this. For those who love knowledge, truth, wisdom, and understanding, there has never been a better time to be alive. This increasing love for the Scriptures will be contagious, helping to feed and strengthen every move of God now unfolding.”

…as well as Rick’s closing remark:

“We are entering the first stages of the great harvest that is the end of this age. This will be the greatest in-gathering there has ever been. It will change the spiritual and moral fabric of nations, profoundly changing the church throughout the earth. The church is then going to help change the earth and prepare the way for the coming King.”  

His reference to spiritual and moral fabric reminds me of the open vision that appeared in front of me of Britain and hearing/seeing the Lord’s plan, “The fabric of society is so rotten – (like old, wet sacking) – it will tear apart”.

I then watched as the centre of England was ripped apart and forced open by a huge rock. That is, the rock that is Christ Jesus will arise throughout the land, becoming the bedrock of our nation once again – Praise the Lord. (See Comments Upon the Collapse of Society)

AND, in connection with Rick’s remark another truly historic and exceptional trend has started, which I reported upon last year. The next post will update you…

“I had an encounter with the Lord today where I saw Jesus standing before me and I knew that He was before me to speak to me concerning the greatest outpouring of His Spirit across the earth. As He stood before me, I felt such a tugging in His heart, the only way I can describe it was a deep yearning, I was undone by the level of yearning I could feel pulsating from His heart….”

Lana tells of the surprising words He brought and, “...All in one moment I felt the purest form of love that I have felt…”

“God’s 1st World War was when He so loved the World that He sent His commander-N-Chief of the armies of Heaven and Earth as a Baby Human. He won the Battle for the redemption of Mankind and purchased His Church by His blood shed on the cross. He won the war against Satan, took the keys of death and hell from the devil. Gave the keys of the kingdom to the Church. Then His Apostolic Generals with their army of Saints established Christ’s Church in the world. God Won His 1st World War!

“God’s Second World War was to recapture all territories of truth and ministries that Satan had taken from the Church. The war began in 1500 and continued for 500 years, until all truths and ministries lost during the Dark Age of the Church was retaken and restored and activated in the Church. God Won His 2nd WW with the birthing of the Saints movement in 2007. In 2008 Heaven revealed to God’s Prophet that God’s 3rd World War was declared. From 2008-2015 – 7 years of intensified training and testing of the preachers and saints. 7 years completed the testing and Gideon’s process of elimination to determine who would be God’s Generals, Lieutenants and Warriors in God’s 3rd WW. God’s 3 wars correlates with His 3 Church Reformations. The 3rd Reformation Reformers have been chosen.

“This is a short summary of the 1st 2 pages of my 5 pages of 2016 Word of the Lord to let you know that God says, most of you have passed the test and now are chosen to be Generals in God’s 3rd World War. NOW – in 2016 – God says, your major tests are over. Boot Camp training is completed for WW-3. Now in this 8th year since God’s World War 3 was declared, it’s a new beginning and new level, where you will receive your greater weapons of war. War strategy for winning. Victory after Victory in 2016.

“This is your year to see prophetic fulfillment, great prosperity, increase in the miraculous – personally and in your ministry. Like Joshua we are past the “Achan” situation and now it’s victory all the way. Battles, yes, but they are all won. We are receiving the spoil and capturing our inheritance like Caleb did at age 85.

“Battles will not cease until the great battle of Rev. 19:11-21 takes place when Jesus comes forth with His Army of Saints and wins the final battle which ends God’s WW3. Then the Kingdoms of this world will become the Kingdoms of Jesus and His Church. God Wins His Spiritual World War III.”
