Battle-lines now drawn for a Divine dismantling – Veronika West
BATTLE-LINES HAVE BEEN DRAWN FOR A DIVINE DISMANTLING
“Battle-lines have been drawn — a Divine Dismantling and Acceleration — Seed Time and Harvest!”
In the early hours of this morning; 24 September 2022, I heard The Father say,
”Watch! For the next seven years there will be short supply for the wicked, as I strip the stiff-necked and rebellious of their wealth and fortunes.
Yes! But watch, for in the midst of famine, there shall be seven years of abundant supply for My Righteous Remnant!
For that which was stored up by the hands of the wicked, shall now be given into the hands of My Righteous Ones.
Watch! For this will be that which has long been prophesied by the mouths of My Prophets, for now a great transfer of wealth has begun.”
As I heard those Words, I saw an Hourglass come up before me, and I saw the grains of sand within the Hourglass, and the grains looked as if they were suspended in Time.
I heard these Words, ”A Divine Pregnant Pause. Nations in The Valley of Decision. Nations in midst of Birthing!”
Suddenly, I saw The Finger of God come down and draw a line in The Sands of Time, and I heard these Words, ”The Battle-lines have been drawn! For it is time to draw a line in the sand.
Look! For the old has gone! Behold, I do a new thing! Do you see it? For it now springs forth!”
Then suddenly I saw the grains of sand begin to fall again, and a great Acceleration began to take place within the Hourglass and the grains of sand began to fall rapidly.
Then I watched as the grains of Sand became grains of Seed, and I heard these Words, ”Seed Time and Harvest has begun! For the days are here when The Reaper will be overtaken by The Plowman, and The Planter, by the one treading grapes!
New wine will drip from The Mountains, and flow from The Hills!”
Then I saw the Seed within The Hourglass turn to Wine, and I heard these Words, ”Watch! For the Miracle I did at first, where Water was turned into Wine, so shall I do again in these coming days.
For even now, a greater Acceleration shall move upon The Sands of Time, for the times and seasons are in My Hand.
Watch, as the Old Wine-skins shall fall away, and the New Wine-skins shall come forth, and I shall pour out My Spirit upon all flesh!”
On hearing those Words, suddenly I saw The Mountain of Business and Government, and a complete dismantling to the financial structures that we have known, began to rapidly take place.
I saw an Altar rising. It was an altar to the Beast, to the kingdom of this world, and I heard these Words, ”Watch! For the beginning of a Cashless System and Society shall suddenly begin to rise, but “Watch!!!”
Suddenly, I saw a second Altar rise, and it was an Altar to The Kingdom of God, and I heard these Words, ”For two Altars will rise in the coming days. One to the Beast, and one to The King of kings.
For I shall raise up a New Financial System in the midst of a Global Financial Crisis, that will bring forth a great Transfer of Wealth for the Advancement of My Kingdom Purposes in the earth!”

Nations Now in Ninth Hour: Daniel’s Prayer – Veronika West
It was such a blessing to find over the weekend that this was received and published on my birthday when I’d had an unusual Holy Spirit-directed evangelical encounter with a young busker playing an acoustic guitar in Chichester:
NATIONS ARE NOW IN THE NINTH HOUR
“Nations Are Now in the Ninth Hour — Fear Not! — I Will Put You in the Cleft of the Rock, for Now My Glory is Passing By!”
This morning, 22 September 2022, The Holy Spirit again spoke to me concerning the Prophetic Significance of the Number Nine (9) and the Word: ”A Stitch in Time Saves Nine” was swirling in my spirit, ”A Prayer in Time Saves a Nation From Judgement.”
While this Word was given to me at the time for my own Nation, I believe that this Prophetic Word is a now word for the Nation(s). See HKP Word: “UK: A Stitch in Time Saves Nine — Confirmation“
I kept hearing The Holy Spirit say, ”Nations are now in the Ninth hour,” as I prayed fervently for the Nations, and being sensitive to everything The Spirit of Revelation was saying, I was suddenly led to Daniel 9:1-19 (below), and again I heard these words, ”A Stitch in Time Saves Nine”, and the number Seventy (70) came up before me, and I heard these Words,
”Watch and Pray, as a time of even greater shaking brings an even greater awakening. Yes!
For this must take place that Nations may come into perfect alignment with My Kingdom Purposes.
Watch! As a divine re-ordering begins.
I say, go up to higher ground and watch as My Hand shakes, shakes and shakes The Nations in The Valley of Decision.
Ha! Have I not said I shall have what I AM looking for? I shall not be mocked, but Nations shall surely be moved, shifted and re-arranged.
Boundary lines shall be reordered, landscapes shall be forever changed. Fear not! I will put you in the cleft of the rock, for now My Glory is passing by!”
As I heard those Words, I was led to take verse by verse and pray to the God of Mercy and Forgiveness for The Nations, even as Daniel prayed at the end of a 70 Years’ Rule [compare with our late Queen Elizabeth’s 70-year reign. RB].
I believe God is revealing this morning, both a Prophetic Timeline and more importantly, a powerful Prophetic Strategy for the hour. [RB emphasis]

At midnight Seasons are Shifting more than usual for Autumn Equinox – Christopher Wickland
NB: the ‘coincidental’ numerical values of date and time of this Autumn Equinox in the UK is Friday 23rd September at 02:03 hours and occurs at the same moment worldwide as the sun crosses the celestial equator!
This prophetic message was brought on 31st of July by Christopher Wickland to Living Church Network, Hampshire. His explanation of the tidal flow of time is similar to my showing its mathematical sine wave, as in my blog’s The Nature of Time.
Readers may recall the very powerful prophecy that Christopher was given just before satan almost took his life, as linked at foot of this post. For reference, I’m extracting the prophecy as a prelude to the full long-read, lovingly transcribed by his wife Tracey onto Facebook. Prophecy Progress Update 20: ‘Two Presidents’ and America in ‘back of beyond’
Upon our visiting this morning’s Alton Market the fruit and vegetable stall-holder spoke very highly of Archbishop Welby’s brief but pointedly evangelical address at yesterday’s State Funeral. “All my customers are talking about it!” she exclaimed. That’s not surprising in view of Queen Elizabeth II’s Christian faith being attested to world leaders and the whole world in such a historic, spiritually significant gathering that’s without precedent..
Whilst watching it on TV we noticed the Bidens arriving later than and thereby getting separated from the tightly scheduled arrival of other leaders. So upon entry they had to wait whilst holders of the Britain’s highest bravery awards, the Victoria and George crosses, processed to their seating.
As a result of the decline in the once great nation’s reputation it was not surprising to see America’s so-called ‘first family’ relegated to seats at the far end of a transept of Westminster Abbey:

Prophetic Warning….
So, I was in prayer this morning (15 Sept) and suddenly I saw a dark cloud rising on the horizon, and as I watched it rise, I felt the ground beneath my feet tremble violently, and a great sense of urgency came over me.
I felt a shift in my prayer language, and I began to War for The Nations, not sure of what I was specifically warring against, but as I continued to press in, I felt what was like a deep and painful contraction taking place deep within The Spirit Realm, which then seemed to very quickly radiate like a mighty wave after wave, that suddenly hit the earthly realm.
Then I saw a great shaking taking place in the natural. (Earthquakes and Tsunamis suddenly took place over regions and Nations given over to Idol Worship.)
”Watch! Asia and the Middle East!
Watch! As something very significant will take place over Russia and Ukraine that will suddenly shift the Nations of Europe!
Watch! The Nation of America — a Mega-Shift will begin to take place over specific States that will bring Nations to a divine tipping point. A time of sifting and greater separation is now happening.
Watch! London, for “Time is Up” — tick-tock, tick-tock, go the hands of the Big Clock. A Nation in Transition will see an even greater shaking.
Only Prayer, will build a Bridge over its troubled waters.”
And then I heard these Words, ”Call the Watchmen to the walls, and The Guardians of The Gateways to be alert and take their place, for Nations are now in the midst of birthing.
Watch! For now the seven-headed serpent spirit is circling and seeks to bring forth swift and severe destruction just before a time of long-awaited delivery.”

A SPIRITUAL SHOWDOWN – LET MY PEOPLE GO.
The LORD has given me powerful words for 2022. He gave me the first word at the beginning of December. I heard the Spirit say, “Sheep nations in [an] exodus shall be led by a cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night. For My glory shall overshadow them and My fire shall protect and preserve them. I shall lead them to the land I have promised them!”The LORD then led to me the book of Exodus and took me to the portion where Aaron’s rod turned into a snake and swallowed up the other rods that had turned into snakes; the ones which belonged to the magicians and sorcerers of Pharaoh (see Exodus 7:8-12).
…Consider also the budding of Aaron’s rod: Hebrews 9:4 tells us that Aaron’s rod remained in the Ark of the Covenant as a testimony of God’s choice of Aaron and Moses to lead His people. Aaron’s rod was also a reminder that God does not put up with rebellion against Himself or His chosen representatives on Earth (see 1 Corinthians 10:10).
Then I heard The LORD say this concerning 2022: “Listen for a cry of ‘Let My people go’ [that] will reverberate across the nations of the earth. For a great spiritual showdown has begun between the power and authority of the key of David vs. the power and authority of the counterfeit spirits of Leviathan. See! For it will be a showdown between satan’s smoke and mirrors vs. beholding the power of God’s glory made manifest in the nations of the earth. For ruling counterfeit spirits of light will seek to mimic and masquerade as the real and the genuine in the midst of the undiscerning and those [who] have chosen religion over intimate relationship.
“Therefore, beloved, listen and take heed and fear not and think it not strange. For My ways are not your ways, and My thoughts are not your thoughts. For I will harden their hearts [so] that I may display the powers of My glory in the nations of the earth. Watch and pray! For have I not said, ‘Be as shrewd as snakes and as innocent as doves’? Watch! For now is the time when My governmental hand of justice and judgment will move to strike down the counterfeit powers of the serpent spirit of Leviathan that rages over the birthrights and destinies of the nations of the earth.
…”Watch, for I say to you: the authority of the key of 22:22 shall be in your mouth, and you shall bind and loose, and He shall open and none shall shut; and He shall shut and none shall open. For the powers of the serpent spirit of Leviathan shall be swallowed up by the jaws of My truth, My righteousness, My justice and My victory!”
As I heard the Spirit speak these things to me, He then quickened to me the book of Isaiah, the 11th chapter. As I went to read the 11th chapter, which speaks of the seven-fold Spirits of God, I heard these words: “Watch, for My 11th hour kings and high priests are rising in this hour. For a divine convergence of the power of My seven Spirits is now taking place. For I shall pour out a double portion of My anointing upon the heads of My servant kings and high priests in this new era.”
…Then The LORD quickened to me the 22nd chapter of Isaiah (Isaiah 22:22) which says, “I will give him the key to the house of David—the highest position in the royal court. When he opens doors, no one will be able to close them; when he closes doors, no one will be able to open them.“
Then He led me to Matthew 16:19: “I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven. Whatever you bind on Earth will be bound in Heaven, and whatever you loose on Earth will be loosed in Heaven.”
….Then the Spirit of Revelation took me back to Isaiah 22:22 and I heard these words: “For 2022 shall be a year of the key of David being laid upon the shoulders of My righteous remnant, and they shall rule and reign in the kingly anointing of David that shall break and shatter to pieces the heavy yoke of oppression and deception over the nations of the earth.”
The LORD showed me a powerful, prophetic parallel between the word for 2022 (the spiritual showdown between the power and authority of the key of David vs. the power and authority of the counterfeit spirits of Leviathan) and the vision of the fatted calf being prepared for sheep nations that will return in repentance.
…I saw that as prodigal nations returned to the altar, they received the kingly robe, the key of David and a gold signet ring. This all symbolizes the governmental authority of the key of David. Sheep nations will begin to rule and reign in great power and victory over the antichrist spirit that will arise to govern over goat nations! We will see that the powers of the serpent spirit of Leviathan will be swallowed up by the jaws of truth, righteousness, justice and victory.
…”Vision Given on December 20, 2021: The Fatted Calf Has Been Prepared”…!
Now, amazingly, God then took me back into this encounter. Again, I saw an altar rising in the midst of the nations that had been gathered up by the rainbow whirlwind, and I saw a fatted calf lying upon the altar.
I heard the Spirit say, “Daughter, look! For the fatted calf has been prepared for prodigal nations. For a new Kingdom era of the gold signet ring, the royal robe and the key of the house of David has now begun!
“Watch, for prodigal nations that have eaten with the pigs will suddenly come to their senses and turn and return to the altar in repentance, and be fully redeemed and restored!”
Then suddenly, I saw two archangels of The LORD standing beside the altar. One held what looked like a royal robe and an ancient key in his hand, while the other held what looked like a gold signet ring.
Then I heard the Spirit say, “Watch! For at the altar of awakening, a gold signet ring of My power shall be put upon their finger[s], and royal robes of righteousness shall cover their nakedness, and the authority of the key of David shall be laid upon their shoulders. For the true identity and Kingdom destiny of prodigal nations shall be fully redeemed and restored at the altar of awakening!”
As I heard those words, suddenly I saw, again, a great door appear in the skies above me, and I could see the altar of awakening standing before the ancient door. I watched as prodigal nations, that had emerged from the dark valley of decision, were going before the altar of awakening and in deep repentance. Their cries filled the atmosphere.
Suddenly, I saw fire from Heaven fall upon the altar where the fatted calf was laid. As the fires of God’s glory fell upon the altar, I saw the archangel of The LORD, with the royal robe and ancient key in his hand, step forward. The archangel who held the gold signet ring also stepped forward, and I watched as those that had been kneeling before the altar suddenly stood to their feet. I watched as one-by-one an ancient key was given, a royal robe was thrown over their shoulders, and a gold signet ring was put upon their fingers.
Then suddenly, I heard the sound of a lion’s roar, and I heard these words: “Watch! For sheep nations shall arise at the sound – the roar – of the Lion of Judah, and they shall rule in righteousness and they [shall] reign in great power and authority over the nations of the earth!”
As I heard those words going forth over the prodigals and over the sheep nations that had returned to the altar, I heard the Spirit speak Isaiah 22:21-22, “I will clothe him with Your robe and fasten Your sash around him and hand Your authority over to him. He will be a father to those who live in Jerusalem and to the people of Judah. I will place on his shoulder the key to the house of David. What he opens, no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open!”
Now, As I heard the Spirit speak those words, suddenly my eyes were drawn back to the great door which stood behind the altar, and I heard these words: “Come up here and I will show you what must take place after this!”

The 14th September 2022, I awoke with such a presence of Glory but not certain why. I later heard the news reader say the body of the Queen is leaving Buckingham Palace, to rest at Westminster Hall at “precisely 2:22” [ie starting fully escorted walking pace of 37 minutes for 3pm arrival].
A few weeks ago I was shown a picture of Big Ben bent over and twisted, as in a DNA shape. The clock face was as an eye and it poured tears of travail and mourning into the river Thames and rising the waters. Westminster bridge was in this vision, seven Canada geese and monarch butterflies, rising up from the waters of mourning. I wasn’t meant to release this vision until today.:
The words heard – “the waters come before the fire”. This is something I have heard several times along with the song ‘London’s burning’.
The words heard – “fires of absolution” (pronouncement of remission (forgiveness) of sins to the penitent). The Lord is about to pour his fire over this nation to draw many, many souls to the cross of salvation. Where hopelessness has gripped the nation in so many ways, Jesus is revealing that he is the hope!
THERE IS A WARNING! There will be a fire that God will allow that will tear down and destroy old systems so they cannot rise again. Natural and/or spiritual fires.
Do not be surprised by earthquakes, even in London. Do not be surprised by the squeezing to cause lack in the food system and material desires. This must come to pass to draw even the hardest hearts to himself – to break off spiritual death.
“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” (Isaiah 41:10)
The covenant the Lord made with Queen Elizabeth (name meaning ‘God’s oath’) was very much apparent with the rainbows on hearing of her passing, and God will pass this covenant promise down through the family.
The Queen has kept the ways of the LORD; she has not done evil by turning from her God. (2 Samuel 2:22)
“I AM RESTORING THIS NATION OF UK TO THE BLUEPRINT I MADE HER TO BE. ESTABLISHING MY CHILDREN TO RISE UP IN NEW BIRTH, TO SOAR AND THRIVE, TO BUILD UP AND TEAR DOWN. I AM ESTABLISHING MY GOVERNMENT, MY KINGS AND MY QUEENS. BELIEVE IN MY PROPHETS AND YOU WILL SUCCEED!”
As the geese represent the Holy Spirit, I believe the Lord is speaking that He is in this moment, entering into the UK –
“Then a shoot will spring from the stem of Jesse, and a branch from his roots will bear fruit. The Spirit of the LORD will rest on Him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and strength, the spirit of knowledge and the fear of the LORD. And He will delight in the fear of the LORD, and He will not judge by what His eyes see, nor make a decision by what His ears hear……(Isaiah 11:1-3)
The bridge symbolises the bridging in prayer by the body of Christ for the Lord to cleanse the catacombs, (underground and hidden) of the government and the nations of England, N Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
“He reveals deep and mysterious things and knows what lies hidden in darkness, though he is surrounded by light.” (Daniel 2:22)
I believe the geese is another confirmation to the Canada/UK link from a previous word released, and symbolic of the commonwealth strengthening and uniting at a deeper level in the years to come.
The church is being made pure to gather the harvest of souls in the UK and beyond – So we are to flee youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart. (2 Timothy 2:22)
John 10:9-10 has been a constant recently for encouragement and as Jesus says he is the door, those who enter will be saved and find pasture. The nation of the UK and many more are being graced with this new pasture yet, we must remember that the battle must always be fought in the spiritual realms, seated in authority from the throne room.
We are to witness answered prayer and decrees over the UK – God establishing the governmental, kingly authority in the spirit of kingdom order.
“I will place on his shoulder the key to the house of David; what he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open.” (Isaiah 22:22)

- I heard Big Ben’s bell toll every few minutes as they matched with the Queen’s Coffin [RB: procession from Buckingham Palace, down The Mall into Horse Guards Parade and along Whitehall to Westminster Palace.]
- 12/07/22 I saw Big Ben fall into dust and a golden Big Ben was raised in it’s place – a voice said that the edifices of man will be torn down, that the glory of God can be raised. Big Ben is a part of the Uk’s DNA, I think because there is so much connected to him and because he is so iconic, he has a richer history than other monuments in that he’s been a part of the House of Commons and royal family’s history too. Will pray into it ..

Triple validation of Jesus’ night-time visitation and my rescue
‘…but mercy (full of glad confidence) exults victoriously over judgement’ – James 2:13 (The Amplified Bible)
Quite some time was needed to gain a full understanding of that awesome visitation 33 years ago and being confronted by the absolute holiness of the Lord Jesus Christ. No wonder I was intensely convicted and suddenly knew personal judgement definitely IS TRUE! As mentioned, I fully expected to take my last breath there and then and be dropped down into Hell.
It was a few years until I heard that “mercy triumphs over judgement” – yes indeed it does and thank you for being so gracious to me, my Lord. May it be similarly so for the multitudes who don’t yet know You.
That life-changing encounter used two personally intimate aspects of my life, unknown to any living soul, to grab my attention and thereby validate the experience as being real, not imaginary. Even more amazingly, both validations are directly related to the 1st and 2nd Advents! Thus, they could not but enhance my interest in End-Times that had begun only a few years earlier when reading The Invisible Hand (as described herein). Yet it took me 30 years for it to dawn upon me that when that happened I’d been given the first two pieces of an ‘invisible jigsaw’!!!
The First Advent was when Jesus Christ was born in Bethlehem of Judea about two thousand years ago. Hence, the four weeks leading into Christmas are designated within the church calendar as Advent, and which start the church year. The Second Advent is coming soon and is expected to begin in the city of Jerusalem.
FIRST VALIDATION
I inwardly ‘knew’ that heavenly visitor was indeed Jesus Christ himself, and that His impressive swift descent was a foretaste of His promised return in all His glory.
The event reminded me of my favourite picture in mother’s Missal, or service book of the Roman Mass. This gave the scriptures for Sunday services throughout the year together with a picture symbolising the theme for each service. As a boy very keen on astronomy I’d been fascinated by the picture for the First Sunday in Advent. It depicted Jesus standing on the clouds over a burning earth in the midst of sun, moon and falling stars, telling of events before his Second Advent!
The validation referred to above came almost as unusually. On a healing retreat six years later, a minister told me God would show me something after lunch. Indeed He did for a lady whom I’d never met and was seated at my table confided after lunch that the Lord told her to show me something she greatly treasured.
It was a photo taken from an aircraft over a thunderstorm. When developed, the photo bore an image of Jesus Christ as though standing within the clouds. But the facial features were hazy; exactly like Jesus in my dream because I’d not seen His face!! (I seem to recall hazy clouds at the foot of the image. This one shown is published by Bible Probe.)
My legs gave way upon seeing this photo as I couldn’t remain standing but had to drop down into a nearby chair! My companion, Yvonne, said I went so white she thought I was going to faint or fall. Continue reading
33 years ago in night-battle in the heavens Jesus swoops down on me…!!!
Upon awaking on 14th September 1989, I was UTTERLY happy to find I’m still alive after having had such a very close call with death in the night!
The previous evening in Pangbourne, Berkshire, I’d firmly shut the door to hearing any more about God’s Good News! But that night had been spent at my childhood home at 212 E___ Rd, Stockport, Cheshire, to undergo a life-changing event.
In a most unusual dream I went back in time and space. A dream so lucid that even four decades later it remains vividly etched within me. Here’s what happened (copied from original with comments in italics, pls bear with close-type as too much formatting code to revise).:
A HEAVENLY VISITOR
‘I am in my childhood home and standing in front of the very tall casement window in one corner of the lounge. I look up into the inky, dark night sky outside.
‘A small flotilla of large, wingless aircraft drifts slowly across from left to right at high altitude and I groan, “Oh…not that flying saucer nonsense. I must be dreaming!”
‘I’m sceptical about the existence of UFO’s, but now another ‘fleet’ of some sort appears from the right and heads towards the first.
(The dream now changes gear by going up a level from the usual mix of mental material to that of absolute lucidity…)
‘The ‘light goes on’! In my ‘knower’, I realise the first fleet is demonic and the second is masses of angels under the command of Jesus Christ. (I did not believe in them, and regarded Jesus as one of many world teachers. Here, I see no individuals but inwardly know the situation.)
‘I think I’m about to watch an amazing heavenly battle…but…OH NO! Somehow, I now know Jesus has espied me far down below and is coming down directly towards me!
‘All I see is a distant bright light very rapidly getting brighter and larger as it drops down to my location, just like an airliner approaching a runway to land at night.
‘Instantly, I realise my life has been one of sin that contrasts starkly against Jesus’ own holiness. Right away I realise what’s claimed about the Judgement is true – but mine is about to happen right now!
Beyond any doubt whatsoever I suddenly realise my involvement in the occult was most definitely wrong. Consequently, I deserve the undesirable abode!
‘Groaning “My number’s up!” I inwardly tremble in fearful knowledge I’m about to die at any moment. An invisible trapdoor I’m standing on will drop me straight into Hell.
‘Utmost mortal terror strikes! I dive under the drop-leaf table by the wall to the left of the window so I can hide from Jesus. But he knows I’m hiding there and swoops down straight through the wall on the other side of the corner window. He’s standing in the room and right beside the table!
‘Cowering below the table with my back turned towards him, I glance over my shoulder and see him from the knees down, his body and face out of sight above the table.
‘Most unexpectedly, somehow I have the courage to reach my hand out backwards to grab at the hem of Jesus’ robe…
‘As I tug, the event goes into yet another level of revelation regarding my childhood…Then I awake! Thoroughly alert, further sleep eludes me!’
The dream reminds me of an evocative small picture that strongly impressed me when a child – the return of Jesus Christ:
Later I understand that my terror had been ‘the fear of God’ brought by Holy Spirit’s convicting me of my personal wrongdoing and, thus, preparing me to receive God’s grace (ie. undeserved favour).
Also, what happened after reaching for Jesus, and which I’ve yet to tell, proves He’s so closely acquainted with my intimate thoughts when a boy. The dream’s conclusion shows He’s going to topple those childish concepts and replace them with a sure knowledge of His true identity.
“The Lord is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and rich in love” (Psalm 111). Mercifully, He plucked me from the domain of darkness to bring me into His own kingdom and receive its blessings. I deserved none of that. Truly, Amazing Grace – how awesome and wonderful..!
As a result of the most remarkable dream I’d ever had, I was left with no choice but to seriously reconsider all my New Age and occult notions. Meditational and mystical exercises had resulted in my having some unusual, ‘psychic’ dreams, but none whatsoever like this one.
The only one remotely similar was that of being in an ‘altered’ state of consciousness known as ‘nirvana’, or bliss, but where I’d been taken behind its alluring golden light. Sheer ecstasy turned to abject terror as the light I was in got swept aside like a curtain being removed to reveal a hideous, devouring beast of utter blackness approaching me – far, far worse than any nightmare!
I wasn’t into drugs but was ignorant of the scripture ‘satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light‘ (2 Cor 11:14). Upon reading that verse years later, I realised its truth had been dramatically demonstrated to me as a non-Christian!
But in this new dream my terrifying fear had been overcome by Jesus Christ Himself and His wonderful mercy and love. He ‘arrested’ me in my sin only to rescue me from falling into the pit of Hell.
In this stunning night the Truth I’d been searching for since a teenager turned up in Person – thank You Lord. And lots more Truth was to come as I began to open the door to His Good News!
Moreover, this amazing encounter was yet to be validated on three occasions!!!

Searching for ‘Truth’ leads me into captivity
A reprise from 2013 for background to my upcoming prayer for my contemporary, the then heir to the throne: Charles the Prince of Wales:
1962, age 14 years, at my Aunt Jenny’s house in Leicester
The intellectual freedom of higher education in the ‘swinging 60’s’ enabled me to break loose from the values of my parents and their generation. Even so, I recognised their values had enabled them to come through the destruction and deprivation of the Great Depression, World War and post-war Britain austerity with great fortitude.
As outlined in “You Shouldn’t Be At Our School!”, a formative influence upon a child of the post-war ‘baby boom’ was the disharmony and hypocrisy between churches. In my mind it tarred all Christians with the same brush and badly reflected upon the God they believed in.
Nevertheless, when a child I’d once thought it must have been awesome to have been around Jesus and seen everything He said and did.
Also, two verses from Sunday Mass got embedded into my brain and, although buried in the unconscious, they never got overwritten. One was of Jesus telling his disciples they’d do even greater works than He was doing! The other was by someone who’d been with Jesus, and who surmised: If everything He’d done was written down there wouldn’t be enough room in the world to contain the books! [John 14:12 and closing sentence of that Gospel.]
In view of that eye-witness account and churches’ misrepresentation of their founder, I became convinced a lot of what he’d taught had been lost, or even suppressed, by the early church. Continue reading
Weird weather or sign from God? Rain without rain-clouds – and sudden departure of heavy rain for Queen Elizabeth!
Oh well back to Monday morning tasks – but far better than needing to earn a crust, thank you Lord. Upon returning home in the warm sunshine from a short walk to shops , the next task was to hang out the washing. BUT collecting it from the kitchen and going to the conservatory at the back of the house we heard rain – HUH???
We’d seen NO dark rain clouds – then I saw the rain drops on our garden furniture!!
It wasn’t from any neighbour’s sprinkler as there’s a hosepipe ban and they don’t use them. Just look for yourself….
Over morning coffee and flipping through the paper I noted this letter from a reader and, in view of its closing paragraph, became even more bemused:

We spent only minutes watching TV about our sad news yesterday BUT was pleasantly surprised to hear on the 10pm ITV news that rainbows appeared outside Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle when her death was announced at each site!!
