Simon Braker: a dream of judgement/revival in USA

In drafting an email about developments in UK, I wanted to insert a link to my latest posts. BUT something made me check that its opening link does work and WOW! I don’t usually bother with Facebook but this opened up Simon’s main page and I saw the first lines of what he’d just posted this morning. Intrigued, I clicked ‘More’ and read:

I’ve held this word for quite some time it came as a dream –

A dream for the United States of America

I found myself sat in what can only be described as a frantic courtroom …
I sat and watched as one witness after another presented their evidence
One came forward and shouted with tears look at this wickedness!
I looked and saw horrific pictures of dead babies and children,
Then another came and shouted look at this greed
Then another look at this pride
Then another look at this corruption
This went on as more and more irrefutable evidence of guilt was given.

It got to the point that the courtroom was in a frenzy of outrage

Yet the high judge just sat and listened until every accusation had been given and all the evidence had been submitted,

Once all this was done he still sat silent,
All the people stood and chanted guilty, guilty, judge them, judge them!

Finally with a loud voice the judge said, “Silence!!”.
Immediately every person became silent and sat down

The judge spoke and said – “I have heard all and seen all, the guilt of these lands of the United States of America is indeed great!

“I have decided judgment is indeed due and right!”
The people cheered, he commanded them to be silent!

“Before I pass my judgment I have one last witness, can the Holy Spirit take the stand please,”

An old woman came forward she was old but not frail in any way her eyes shone as she stood in the dock –

The judge spoke – “Do you have your evidence?”
“I do indeed” and she pointed to the video screen.
There appeared an image of a small child on her knees praying then a teenager then an adult, image after image appeared of more and more Believers of every age, class and race falling to their knees in prayer, then screen went black,

The judge spoke – “Is this the last of your evidence?”
The old woman responded “Yes!”

“Please step down” the judge replied.

All eyes in the room were fixed on him.

“Your evidence is indeed compelling, yet the guilt of this land is indeed great, in fact it grows daily I have therefore chosen judgment”,

He place a black cloth over his head took the hammer in his hand and struck the gavel and said “I find this land worth of………

“A Great revival the likes of which has never been seen before or will be seen again!”

As he said this blood poured forth from his throne and swept every accuser out of the room,

I then saw a map of the United States going up in flames as God began the answer the prayers of his burning ones,

the Lord spoke and said, “The guilt of this land is indeed great but my praying church and my shed blood is greater! So I grant a great revival that will take every street town and city for I will not have the cries of my people unheard, this land will arise and she will indeed shine!

“In what seems to be her darkest hour she shall shine at her brightest!”

This is especially interesting in view of yesterday’s correspondence with Pat Schatzline. One of my regular contributors emailed after I’d précised his recent teaching at CHP (as here), and so I replied and copied to his ministry, little expecting to get a reply from him. He’s deeply moved by the dream and I responded as follows on revival in USA:

I kept Simon in the loop on his Facebook, to which he responded and I’ve emphasised:

“Bless you for helping to get the word out my friend, much appreciated! And I’m glad it’s blessing. I have to say it was one of the most profound words I’ve ever been given“.

Let’s continue boasting about who Jesus is…

Continuing the previous post, we exalt with Pat Schatzline the identity of the fourth man in the fiery furnace, whom Nebchadnezzar described as a ‘Son of God’ and officially declared and affixed his royal seal thereto that,

“…No other god can save in this way!”

Excitedly, Pat continues recounting His identities in the New Covenant as follows:

“Hallowed be Thy Name”:

in Matthew, He is The Messiah.
in Mark, He is the Wonder-worker.
in Luke, He is the Son of Man.
in John, He is the Son of God.
in Acts, He is the Holy Spirit and Fire.
in Romans, He is our Justifier.
in Corinthians, He is the Gifts of the Holy Spirit.
in Galatians, He is the Redeemer from the curse of the law.
in Philippians, He is the God Who Supplies All Our Needs.
in Ephesians, He is the Christ of Unsearchable Riches.
in Colossians, He is the Godhead Bodily.
in 1st and 2nd Thessalonians, He is the Soon-Coming King.
in Timothy I and II, He is our Mediator between God and Man.
in Titus, He is our Faithful Pastor.
In Philemon, He is the Friend that Sticks Closer than a Brother.
in Hebrews, He is the Blood of the Everlasting Covenant.
in James, He is the Great Physician.
in I and II Peter, He is the Chief Shepherd who shall soon appear with a crown of unfading glory.
in I, II and III John, He is the Everlasting Love.
in Jude, He is the Lord Coming with Ten Thousands of His Saints.
in Revelation, He is the Alpha and Omega, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

“Do you know my King? Do you know the fourth Man? Lift your hands and praise…praise Him!”

Reading from the overhead screen Pat had to interrupt these exciting declarations after saying “Soon and Coming King”. Rapidly speaking under the anointing he declared,

“He just told me to remind this house who He is. There is nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, not a thing! You can’t write it down because, He said to Moses “Tell them I AM sends you, Elohim, the I AM, sends you: LORD, Sovereign LORD. Tell them that’s who sends you”.

“It means I AM everything that you could ever imagine will supply My people’s needs!”

The last description applies to His Name as El Shaddai, which reminds me of how Paul Keith Davis tells of a Jewish listener saying that, “El Shaddai is the God of utter ruin and destruction, who’s able to supply all that man cannot”.

More biblical boasting on who Jesus is…

‘Live wire, rapid fire’ Pat Schatzline says, “I have a sleep disorder called revelation!”.

His focus last Sunday prompted me to resurrect a ‘Do You Know Him?’ video from a menu page published in April 2012. Hence, this week’s earlier post, Let’s boast in who Jesus Christ is, because…

Pat’s message is based upon the story of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego refusing to bow down to king Nebuchadnezzar’s golden idol, and the fourth man with them in the fiery furnace. The king describes him as “like a son of the gods” (Aramaic; ‘being-like to-son-of Elohim’, Daniel 4:27).

First, however, Pat stresses the importance of ‘bragging on the Lord’ because the Lord told him that’s the difference between meetings where there’s lots of healing miracles and none. Pat wants to go to churches with ‘ed’ on Sunday, where he can talk about what God did there and brag about it, all in accord with scripture!

His prophetical message (see ‘Revival on the Gulf Coast’ header here) about the new era notes that the days ahead will require a new level of praise, as in Psalm 150:1-6 and the congregation rises up with him:

“It’s what washes your mind. You gotta praise when you get up, praise when doing things in the day, praise when you go to sleep – it will keep you from doing dumb things.”

Pat’s been on a very intense journey since being there last Summer because the Lord’s been saying, “If you’ll allow me to take you to the places of revival, you’ll be part of the next one”. So he’s been reading history books and writing one on the present lack of altar-calls to repentance, which thereby break demonic bondage rather than as in some services where demons are sanctified.

“He hasn’t abdicated! He is still on the throne and He’s calling us back to the altars…You’ve GOT to get your eyes on Him because the culture’s intense right now: right is wrong and wrong is right – faith is being challenged at every level!

“When you use scripture the world’s against you because of political correctness and so you’ve got to know who you are in Christ…

“I’m watching prophets running round who are friends of mine and they’re declaring gloom and doom. I get it – the four blood moons, the shemitah, signs and wonders on earth – I understand all that kind of stuff and believe it! But I’m watching all that and think:

“We’ve gotta talk some life here, we’ve gotta realise everybody ain’t saved yet…BUT what if we praise Him, we just praise Him!

Pat quotes 1 Peter 4:12 and 13 – ‘Dear friends do not be surprised at the painful trial you are suffering as though something strange were happening to you but rejoice that you participate in the suffering of Christ so that you may be overjoyed when His glory is revealed’, reinforced by The Message version of Matthew 6:26. He continues,

“God told me what to tell you is to brag on Him and things in your life will change – turn that stupidity off your TV! Learn to brag on Him, brag on Him, brag on Him…Look what it says in His Word at Isaiah 60:1-5,

‘Arise and shine for your light has come and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. See darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon YOU. Nations will come to your light and kings to the brightness of your dawn…’

Recounting, with video, the account of Daniel’s friends being saved in the furnace by the fourth man, he reminds us the king issued an Empire-wide decree that anyone saying anything against these three men’s god be executed and homes demolished. Why? Because “No other god can save in this way”!

So too, ‘the fourth man’ is with us in all our trials. As Pat struggled in the night preparing this message the Lord told him to boast about Him because of what’s about to be done and seen wherever He’s praised.

He concludes by revealing the identity of that fourth man whereby we may boast of the Father and Son; or in other words, to introduce our King:

in Genesis, He is the Seed of the Woman.
in Exodus, He is The Passover Lamb.
in Leviticus, He is the our High Priest.
in Numbers, He is the Pillar of Cloud by day and the Pillar of Fire by night.
in Deuteronomy, He is the Prophet like unto Moses.
in Joshua, He is the Captain of our Salvation (and of the heavenly host).
in Judges, He is our Judge and Lawgiver
in Ruth, He is our Kinsman Redeemer.
in 1st & 2nd Samuel, He is our Trusted Prophet.
in Kings and Chronicles, He is our Reigning King.
in Ezra, He is our Faithful Scribe.
in Nehemiah, He is the Rebuilder of the Broken-down Walls in our lives.
in Esther, He is our Mordecai.
in Job, He is our Dayspring from on high and our Ever-living Redeemer.
in Psalms, He is The Lord our Shepherd.
in Proverbs and Ecclesiastes, He is our Wisdom.
in the Song of Songs, He is our Lover and our Bridegroom.
in Isaiah, He is The Prince of Peace.
in Jeremiah, He is the Righteous Branch.
in Lamentations, He is the Weeping Prophet.
in Ezekiel, He is the Wonderful Four-faced Man.
in Daniel, He is the Fourth Man in our Fire (and Son of Man).
in Hosea, He is the Faithful Husband, forever married to the ‘backslider’.
in Joel, He is the Baptiser in the Holy Spirit and Fire.
in Amos, He is our Burden-Bearer.
in Obadiah, He is the Mighty To Save.
in Jonah, He is our Great Foreign Missionary.
in Micah, He is the Messenger of Beautiful Feet carrying the Gospel.
in Nahum, He is the Avenger of God’s Elect.
in Habakkuk, He is God’s Evangelist crying out, “Revive Thy work in the midst of the years!”.
in Zephaniah, He is the Saviour who sings songs over me.
in Haggai, He is the Restorer of God’s Lost Heritage.
In Zecharia, He is the Fountain Open in the House of David for sin and uncleanliness.
in Malachi, He is The Son of Righteousness Risen with Healing in His Wings.

“Do you know Him?

“I don’t care what you’re walking through;

“He said, if you put me as pre-eminent, I’ll change the atmosphere,

“If you’ll learn how to praise me, I’ll change the atmosphere,

“If you’ll learn how to trust me again, I’ll change the atmosphere…I have the power to transform your…to transform what’s been coming against you..”

An exceptionally inspirational message! Much of it reinforces the prophetic word from Jerusalem received on the first day of the past Feast of Tabernacles – read it again.

Also, those are Old Covenant identities of the Fourth Man – so there’s more to come in the New. First, however, let’s mull over and appreciate Who the Lord is.

Dr Maurice Sklar vision: “Tell them all, the Day of The Lord is upon you now!”

As well as receiving a prophetic word re. Israel (on war, times of the Gentiles) during Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles, 28 Sept – 4 Oct), Dr Maurice Sklar reported another personal experience on Facebook. Similar to the vision in chapter 5 of the Book of Revelation, it is re-posted below:

“THE DAY OF THE LORD IS HERE!”

Nearly every day since I have arrived in Jerusalem this year, I have received something from God. Yesterday, as I was brushing my teeth in the bathroom, Connie Wilson, who was in her kitchen preparing a brunch, and who is flowing so strong in the prophetic, began to quote the old praise and worship song from Joel:” Blow the Trumpet in ZION, ZION…for the day of the LORD is….and she paused for a second…it’s HERE!”.

As soon as she spoke the word…HERE…I was caught up in a prophetic experience / vision which lasted several hours. Though I could still function in “the natural” somewhat, I was overwhelmed in my spirit. This is what I experienced:

First, I saw I was in what looked like a Cathedral, and a courtroom at the same time. There were two rows of twelve angels. One to the left and one to the right in parallel columns facing each other. They had long golden trumpets in their right hands. They simultaneously put them to their mouths and blew a long blast. It grew louder and louder until the building itself began to shake and I could not bear the sound and fell on my face. Then, after I was helped up to my feet again by my angel, I saw a majestic throne. I could see the Outline of our Heavenly Father, but I could not see his face. It was just blinding light that I could not look at for very long. Under him stood Michael the Archangel. He was a giant warrior, clothed in glorious armor and stood like a statue almost, with his arms folded. A great sword was in a sheath at his right hip. He had a bronze-like color to his face, and a grim, but noble and exalted expression. He was standing right under God’s throne and in the middle between the two columns of angels who blew the trumpets. Then, I was allowed to look around, and I saw other thrones that were grouped in a semi-circle around and above them. They had black robes on, and looked like they were judges. I knew that this must be like the Supreme Court of Heaven. As my eyes seemed to adjust to the brightness, then I could recognize some of those who were Judges in this great meeting. They were some from the Bible, and others who were from both Jewish and Christian history that were Overcomers. They were seated with crowns on their heads of stunning glory and majesty. It was clear that this meeting was extremely important and there was a great awesome holiness in the giant room. The Angels that blasted their trumpets seemed to exit to the sides of the room. Michael stood like a statue in the same place. Then, Gabriel stepped forward next to him and cried out, “THE DAY OF THE LORD IS HERE!!” Then, in absolute unison, every one on their thrones dropped to their knees and began to worship. Then, an Angel that I could not recognize, came forward with a scroll in his hand. It had an old-fashioned type of wax-like seals on it that held it closed. There were seven big wax-like seals on it that were bright red. He gave it to the Ancient of Days who took it. Then the LORD spoke, “WHO IS WORTHY TO OPEN THIS? WHO IS FOUND WORTHY TO BREAK THE SEAL?” Then, every one began to weep. Suddenly, I started weeping as well. None of those great men and women were worthy. We all could see where we had sinned and failed in our lives. None were worthy. Then, the Lord Yeshua our Messiah just appeared in front of the throne, but facing us. He was looking at each of us as if we were the only ones in the room. Then, I saw he changed! He became a Lamb…then He became the biggest and most noble Lion that I had ever seen. And every few moments, He would transform from a Man, to a Lamb, and then to a Lion, and then back to a Man. When He was in the form of His body as a Man, I could see the holes in His hands. Then, he turned around and took the scroll from the Father. There was total silence. Then, a huge shout came! It seemed that all of heaven was watching and joined in! A ROAR of PRAISE erupted. Now all the Judges were on their feet. They said in unison, “WORTHY IS THE LAMB THAT WAS SLAIN TO TAKE THE SCROLL AND LOOSE THE SEALS THEREOF!!” This proclamation, though I heard it in English, was shouted by all of heaven in every language at the same time. Yeshua then sat down on His throne next to the Father. He took the scroll, and it seemed like I zoomed in and could see it clearly. He broke the first seal, and said, as He was looking into me with His glorious eyes of fire and love, “TELL THEM ALL, THE DAY OF THE LORD IS UPON YOU NOW!”. Then the experience ended.

May God have mercy on us all! Amen and AMEN.

Is Obama complicit in the persecution of Christians?

The claims made by Lord George Weidenfeld about president Obama’s inept Middle-East policy only gloss the surface of what a multitude of highly informed experts have been continually saying – including Russian president Putin, as below!.

It’s notable, for example, that on the very same day that interview was broadcast one expert (who warned of the likelihood of the 9/11 atrocity) published his ‘One-Minute Guide’ on POTUS’ foreign policy.

That and this peer’s preference to assist Iraqi and Syrian Christians escape barbarity, deserve deeper consideration in the light of recent events.

Without writing in depth on this I’d refer anyone who’s interested to read the following by Raymond Ibrahim, a few of whose writings I’ve reposted here on this blog. The last of these is on the US’ policy of preventing Christian testimony of persecution. So let me direct you to some of his latest on our matter-in-hand:

Leading publisher contradicts BBC HARDtalk on Obama, Mid-East & terrorism

An extraordinary interview popped onto our TV screen last night after a dvd closed down. We rarely bother with ‘talking-heads’; however, we stopped in our tracks upon hearing a question on the persecution of Christians. Joining as the first question was asked, we remained ‘glued’ to the dialogue.

News-makers and personalities around the world are interviewed in-depth on BBC World Services’ and News channel’s HARDtalk by presenter Stephen Sackur. Last night he interviewed British peer Lord Weidenfeld, who made London his home for the past eight decades after escaping nazi Austria and the Holocaust just before World War II. He became one of Britain’s best known publishers of high quality, prize-winning fiction and non-fiction (see Weidenfeld&Nicolson).

The programme was billed: ‘Now 96 years old, his life says much about the modern history of Britain, Europe and the Jewish people. But as he reflects, is he filled with hope or something darker?’. It reflects Sakur’s stance, quite contrary to that of his guest! And he didn’t cave in to the presenter’s polite grilling…

The opening question was about why he’d set up Operation Safe Haven, as publicised last July (eg. see Daily Mail article). His answer is that it’s in gratitude for and repayment of his debt to Christians because they’d helped him and his family to escape Austria, as well as when problems arose in pre-war Britain.

As the Operations objective is being purely to assist Iraqi and Syrian Christians, Sackur objects by referring to USA’s reservations about helping and says such help should be humanitarian only: his work shouldn’t be religiously selective but include Muslims too because they’re also suffering.

Weidenfeld recognises it’s an important point and counters by referring to his inter-faith work in improving relations between Jews, Christians and Muslims. The presenter then pushes for the logical consequence of such cooperation by rescuing those of any faith.

But the guest is candid and forthright in saying Christians in those lands “get a raw deal, they don’t get sufficient support” and because of his personal experience wants to repay them.

“Let me put it bluntly” retorts Sackur and posits a position of his guest refusing to help those in the migrating masses who are not Christians.

Weidenfeld is forthright about this ‘academic question’, reminds him of the Communist and Nazi persecutions and that nothing is being done by the Western world to help the ancient Christian world. He contradicts Sackur’s typically BBC pro-Palestinian and anti-Christian moronic mind-set,

“A great deal is being done for the Muslims…logistically they’re in the situation and their safe havens are pretty close by and a huge amount of money is available for them – but the Christians get the raw deal: that’s what I’m saying!”

Not content, Sackur pushes his point by referring to Europe and problems here only for his guest to be equally blunt,

“The Western world is in a bad moral shape and, I’m afraid, I blame the leader of the Western world, President, Obama for a lot of what’s happening now”

“You can’t surely blame him for Europe’s failure to lead on this (migrant) crisis…?” blurts the Beeb’s man.

“I blame him for having created situations in the Middle-East and undulating, uncertain, weak foreign policy that has done a great deal to bring about this present situation. I could go into great detail on this…”

As regards Europe and jihadist attacks they discuss the safety of Jews, the call for their return to their original, ancient homeland (now the state of Israel), anti-Semitism and the roots of terrorism. In view of the peer’s connections and experience in Germany a good discussion develops. Regarding anti-Semitism he thinks,

“There are two roots of anti-Semitism: a religious root and an economical root….the first is no longer valid for people don’t say, “You killed the Saviour” – so that root died out in the 18th Century. The economic root is also not so valid because, if you look at the phone directories of most European capitals many (Jewish) bankers, lawyers and dentists no longer exist there because of Auschwitz.

“So it is Jihadism – the hatred of Jews brought about by radical Islam. There’s no question about that! It’s anti the Jewish state, it’s anti-Zionism – that’s what it is really.”

Sackur notices his disquiet over the Obama administration and asks what’s made him so angry. Having spent time in the States, Weidenfeld responds that,

“…he is someone who has no talent or knowledge about foreign affairs. He may be a good orator, possibly quite well equipped to deal with home affairs, but he hasn’t got a feeling for foreign affairs. He is naïve. He builds up Putin into a position of where he’s a mixture of Disraeli and Bismarck as arbiter in the Middle-East; in Syria he made him the man for opening the debate with Iran to his own disadvantage – and I think he has weakened, he has alienated, some of our allies to a point of great bitterness. So I make him responsible for a lot of what’s going on today in the Middle-East.”

The presenter offers, as though speaking for that administration, their objection based upon delivery of democratic mandate, getting out of the M-East and making a deal with Iran, which earns the peer’s gentle but forthright rebuke,

“With Iran it is a very dangerous situation now because – although there may be a way of curbing the atomic ambitions – you’re dealing with a theocratic government of extreme violence – and the present president just has a better table-manner than his predecessor – but I think that by filling their coffers now you make it possible for them to support Hezbollah, to support all kinds of extremists and you’re probably going to have another intifada or full-fledged war before long because the Iranians are again going to be on the warpath.”

Neville Johnson 2: the ‘BIGGER picture’ of post-blood moon era

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.

Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.

What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? (Romans 8:28-32)

But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. [Those introductory verses were jotted before last week’s quiet day that ‘just happened’ to touch upon them, as in the previous post.]

Hopefully the meditative morning coffee and my sharing about last week’s significant quiet day will act as contemplative interludes bridging my comments on Charlie Shamp and Neville Johnson, and between two posts on Neville’s August visit to California.

Anyone concerned about Neville’s dismissal of pre-Tribulation rapture, as in his first message, is directed to an excellent discussion on this ‘American’ theology by Nelson Walters in Simplified Evidence for Rapture Timing.

After the warnings in his first message, let’s now consider the more positive follow-up in session 6.

Neville starts by saying,

“Exciting! – We really need to know what we’re fighting for. You know, it’s not good enough to get into a fight unless we really know what we’re really fighting for. Right?

“So we need to see the BIGGER picture! It’s important to understand that… What are we fighting for? …What is it about?

“You’re fighting for a new America that will usher in the Millennium Age of Christ – a brand new world…a world where Jesus will be the head of and running it!”

He refers to having been blessed with seeing glimpses or excerpts of the Millennium: an incredible world. However, according to Revelation there’s a lot of cleaning up to be done, defiled cities will fall because they can’t be allowed to enter the Millennium.

“We are fighting for this planet. God gave this planet to Adam but he lost it and we’re going to retake it! His assignment was to bring heaven to earth…

“You’ve got to see the bigger picture – this is all worth fighting for. What we’re fighting for is the Millennium. Decadence will not be allowed to exist in the Millennium!”

Notes on the Message

As in part 1, this selection of my notes (1) gives a flavour of what Neville says and (2) enables comparison with Charlie Shamp’s remarks on 2015-20 and scriptural context of the recent blood moon as well as mine on the Age to Come (all as herein). For ease of reference [numbers] denote approx. elapsed time.:

We have an incredible future: God is going to fill this world with His presence and His people and it will be better than heaven – “And that’s just a beginning!” [6]
1969 moon landing’s ‘leap’: prophetic sign for mankind as Charismatic movement followed that shook Catholic church – and Neville’s! [8]
What now? God’s signpost in Solar System: ‘New Horizons’ spacecraft took 9yrs to get to Pluto, 9th planet at end of Solar System = we’re getting to the end of this dispensation. No 9 used 49 (7×7) times in Bible and conveys meaning of finality – God’s completeness [12]. 9 = end of an era & beginning of judgement. Israel’s last king reigned 9 yrs: “he that has ears to hear”. WE’RE NOW ON FINAL LAP TO CONSUMMATION OF THE AGE – to be 7 times greater outpouring of Holy Spirit than at Pentecostal birth of Church. [15]
Church is appointed to tribulation (as now?: RB) but not wrath of God, when the world will be physically changed – we’re coming back to a perfect world. [18]
“The Lord began to speak to me about how we’re to change, to be transformed by being more heavenly minded…next step is holiest place of all and needs our going through transfiguration…Jesus was transfigured in His flesh and it changed Him for new things and we’re to be physically transformed so we can handle powers of the Age to Come!” The more heavenly minded we become the less the attraction of the world. [21]
2 Cor 5:20, Phil 3:20, Col 3:1 – As Christ’s ambassadors our citizenship is of heaven and, being risen with Christ, we should seek those things which are above. [25]
God gave us the privilege of coming here and we’ve got to make our lives count for the time we’ve got left – can’t/mustn’t lose sight of that! [29]
This is KEY – it must become a daily reality, we must let our minds be renewed, lose grip with earth, thereby heavenly realm opens and becomes accessible. [30]
We’re fighting for restoration of this planet and bringing it back under rule of God. [32]
It’s what we become – not have done – that counts ie. how much we become like Jesus and the Age to Come [34] determines our role in eons to come [43].
As evil matures in the earth and will be reaped – the gross darkness, people will be terrified and come to our light. [52]
This year’s Feast of Tabernacles (28th Sept) is going to bring change. [54]
Jesus is going to reveal Himself through His people first before He returns – check scripture re. disciples going to Feast of Tabernacles without Jesus, for He went in secret but disciples openly. [55]
Tabernacles ushers in new dimension that begins at this blood moon – door will open to combine fullness of Passover and Pentecost and ushers in new dimension. [1:00]
The mind needs to be sanctified and renewed by removal of untruths learned in our lives – needs to be consecration of mind to Lord like never before. [1:40]
If we’re to enter Tabernacles it will require greater dedication and consecration to open whole new level of consciousness and physical conditioning before powers of Age to Come open up. [1:43]

On these matters I’d draw attention to an interactive vision Neville had in 2010, on video staring at 1:44:20:

“…in which I found myself on a boat at sea – and it was as real as this (pointing to platform )…and I was at the back of the boat and I looked at the front of the boat and Jesus was standing at the front of the boat and I thought, ‘That’s ok, the Lord’s here – everything’s fine!’

“I was watching as the Lord opened a very ornate chest…I saw Him take an instrument out of the chest and it was a sextant…(explains this non-satellite’s use for finding ship’s position at sea).

“It went ‘click’…the Lord locked the sextant on the horizon and then He looked up and went ‘click’, taking a bearing on a star – and I knew that star was Venus, don’t ask me how I knew, but I knew it was Venus…

“I noticed there were 14 segments on the sextant. I looked at the Lord and He looked at me and He said:

“The time spoken in the Word regarding the Morning Star is beginning NOW!”

“I thought ‘ok’ and He said,

“The Morning Star will arise over the next 14 years and become brighter and brighter.” He said,

“I will arise in My people like never before, and at evening time it shall be light.”

“I knew that last was a scripture but couldn’t figure out where until I came out of this – it’s Zecharia 14:7… but what does it mean? He said to me,

“Transfiguration will start in many of My people and they will become truly lights of the world.”

Zecharia 14 refers to ‘the Day of the Lord’ and in the NKJV verse 7 reads,

It shall be one day
Which is known to the Lord—
Neither day nor night.
But at evening time it shall happen
That it will be light.

The Word of Prophecy

Only now do I notice that Neville talks about the ‘Morning Star’ quoting a reference of personal relevance that I’d completely forgotten about. At 1:47:55 he reads 2 Peter 1:19 as follows:

“We have a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawns that the star rises in your heart.”

[That particular verse was one of the very few referred to by the initiatory mystical group I studied under before I was rescued from Satan’s domain. Presumptuously they used it to suppose they’d attained a special level of transcendent knowledge. But it was nothing of the sort compared with true prophecy that comes by God’s Holy Spirit. It’s abundantly obvious had the verse’s full context been considered. Shortly after the Lord rescued me I asked Him about that group as I opened my Bible. It fell open and I was transfixed by 2 Peter 2:1 – ie. just a few verses on from those abused ones, as told in this part of my testimony.]

Now, Neville asks what verse 19 means and reminds us that Peter was referring to his awesome experience years previously when he saw the transfiguration of Jesus. (As in accompanying text of verses 15 to 21 shown at the foot of this post.)

Apostle Peter maintains his mission is true and valid because; 1) he witnessed Jesus’ glorious transfiguration, 2) he has the word of prophecy bestowed by Holy Spirit and which is not for private interpretation (as that group presumed!). Neville notices the juxtaposition of those two principles and submits that they’re not only relevant to that vision of 2010 but also specifically reveal what the Lord’s now doing in His people.

Therefore, I submit that Neville’s profound message is worthy of careful consideration and prayerful application.

2 Peter 1:15-21

‘Moreover I will endeavour that ye may be able after my decease to have these things always in remembrance. ¹⁶For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty. ¹⁷For he received from God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. ¹⁸And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount. ¹⁹We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: ²⁰knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. ²¹For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.’ [Authorised KJV, courtesy BibleGateway.com]

Not blogging but the Lord confirms the current theme

Awestruck! ‘Pieces’ of an ‘invisible jigsaw’ showered around me last Thursday. That’s the day normally spent blogging before weekends offline – but not so last week. Had it been as usual I’d have downloaded what’s in mind as a bridge between notes on two sessions by Neville Johnson. But the Lord more than made up for that in what He was to provide.

Last Thursday was a day’s retreat with the contemplative focus being ‘Sit, Walk, Stand’ at the nearby Acorn Christian Healing Foundation. ‘Quiet Days’ are ‘an opportunity to lay burdens aside and to allow God to minister to your heart, mind and body through His Holy Spirit’.

But I went with an agenda! – to catch up on several scriptures quoted in my blogs that week. Yet it seemed wiser not to overlook and speed by them, thereby missing what the Lord may have for me. My reading covers many fronts and blogging takes a great deal of time, so those verses had been plucked and stuck down without proper assimilation in my mind and spirit. I wanted to digest them decently in peace and quiet.

To say I was stunned by three events that day is no understatement – and what I’d fully intended blogging got amazingly augmented by the day’s events!

Before entering the chapel a few of us were looking at photos of paintings done during the recent creativity day. As the others chatted I had a sense of the Lord building upon that centre’s purpose for its new season. Upon entering the modern chapel, however, this would be confirmed in a surprising way..

Holy Fire

My eyes almost popped out upon being seated when I saw the limb of a tree placed in the centre of the floor. In its midst was a flickering flame, albeit imitation, from a brazier placed within the branches.

The reason chaplain Elizabeth Knifton had dragged this old branch into the chapel (and swept up its consequential trail of bits) was because of what had happened during that Tuesday’s powerful service for healing. Then, she’d had a distinct impression of the Lord saying the ground they’re standing on is holy and, therefore, to remove shoes – as in Moses’ encounter with the Lord at the burning bush.

For my part, however, what I’d previously noticed outside and thus mused upon during a service several months ago had actually come about. Also, Elizabeth’s explanation of what happened and why she’d made this presentation reflected my earlier thoughts!

During that earlier service I’d seen outside a pile of logs trimmed from the surrounding woods in the grounds. It reminded me of Gary Beaton’s photo of a pile of smoking logs but which had apparently shown flame-like angels. I was prompted to pray that such a spiritual fire would come inside the chapel and become a beacon of light in the region.

Sit, Walk, Stand

Next, Elizabeth introduced her opening devotional talk based on Paul’s superlative letter to the church at Ephesus. In teaching about our posture of sitting with Jesus Christ in heavenly places she soon went into the heart of my intended introduction to Neville’s message on the urgent need for us to be ‘heavenly minded’!!

Beginning with, ‘For we are God’s handiwork created in Christ Jesus to do good works which God prepared for us in advance for today’ (Eph 2:10) Elizabeth went to preceding verses, ‘God raised us up with Him and seated us with Him in heavenly places in Christ Jesus so that in coming ages He might show the immeasurable riches of His grace and kindness towards us in Christ Jesus’ (Eph 2:6-7).

I took particular notice that she connected verses from a different letter with this theme but which are personally relevant because they’re directly related to my testimony:

‘For He has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son He loves’ (Col 1:13-14) – see Rescued from Satan by the Lord of Hosts.

Furthermore, the second pre-lunch message on walking in the Spirit not only mirrored the scriptures in my recent blogs but also referred at length to Enoch’s having pleased God by walking with him! (I’d underlined related verses in those posts.)

Personal Ministry

Flying up in the stratosphere after the morning’s events, a period of personal ministry brought the third major blessing of the day: although I was away from blogging it tied into what I would have written about – a heavenly perspective and becoming heavenly-minded. Wonderful how our Father knows our most intimate desires and thoughts, and fulfils them when aligned with His will.

After sharing my excitement with the Spirit-led chaplain and a ministry leader, these two handmaidens of the Lord prayed some scriptures over and into me. First, and perhaps most important are the verses describing the glorious visionary encounter Daniel had experienced, as in Daniel 10:10-21. (Very interesting this refers to the prince of Persia (Iran) and Daniel’s people, the Jews – demonic issues still continuing today!! AND I’d recently blogged with great difficulty about Jews searching for their true Messiah.)

Also with a relevant bearing are the vision of Isaiah (chapter 6) before the throne of God and his mission; Apostle John’s anointing as a visionary writer (Rev 1:10-19); a double reference to Joshua’s mission plus another from Exodus.

Confirmation of Scriptures

Although I’m used to frequent ‘God-incidents’ in my life and blogging, it’s impossible to become blasé. Such events are always surprising – and praiseworthy! The latest repeated and thereby confirmed the relevancy of scriptures and concepts blogged only days beforehand – AND of what would have been written that very day!!

Meditative morning coffee

Mulling over the content of the latest post upon awakening I knew which scripture would act as a bridge to follow-up teaching from Neville Johnson. (I didn’t expect yet another instance of what I’d noted of Charlie Shamp’s New Year word on the increase in prophetical sight and comprehension.)

It would be sensible, however, to check that verse’s context and so I dug into Romans chapter 8. And so I invite you to check and meditate along with me. I trust this will enable a good grasp of both posts. Here’s the NKJV text of Romans 8:14-22 with relevant and associated verses underscored:

‘For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.”.

‘The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together. For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

‘For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope; because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.

‘For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now. Not only that, but we also who have the first-fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body.’

In reading the chapter I especially noticed several other foundation points about living and walking not according to the flesh but to the Holy Spirit. This means we’re very different to those who are carnally minded. They’re figuratively ‘the walking-dead’ for they’re not blessed with the indwelling Holy Spirit, per verses 9-11:

‘But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His. And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

‘But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.’

Contemplating the depth of Apostle Paul’s exposition I let those word soak into me, especially regarding suffering and what we’ve endured this year and previously.

Afterwards used my phone to log into WordPress (blog platform). It’s not an entirely satisfactory method of blogging so gets rarely used other than for a quick check of my site’s appearance so I can see what some visitors will see.

This time I did something really unusual – I drilled down into yesterday’s statistics and looked at something I’ve never bothered with! It has various listings the lowest placed being ‘Clicks’. It seems this shows which links I’ve placed within the blog were clicked by readers to access those websites. I decided to follow one of them to see what my visitors would have seen – it’s ‘080808’.

It’s one I haven’t myself visited for a while and is a listing of revival prophecies for the British Isles opens by blogger by Chris Welch. His motto’s exactly appropriate for our consideration of ‘The Age to Come’.:

“Prepare for an adventure into the unknown, into a type of Christianity that has never been known before…”

He was recommended by a friend and so I checked the latest on his home page via my phone. His Google BlogSpot gives a convenient listing of that page not available on PC and I spotted a tantalising title and opened up The biggest breakthrough of all time.

It opens intriguingly,

Morris Cerullo says all truth is parallel.
What he means by this is what is spiritually true NOW and being revealed NOW is also working itself out in natural parallels.

Soon followed by,

THERE IS NOTHING HALF-HEARTED ABOUT ROMANS 8. Everyone should read it regularly, for the same reason that a whole generation of us have repeatedly listened to this 1975 message by Ern Baxter.

But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.

WOW – only minutes before had I read that in my study bible!!

Lion Bites word for today: Invite My Fire!

INVITE MY FIRE

I will come and cleanse like a roaring fire, clearing a way for you to complete the work I have given you to do. Ideas have become tainted, projects have lost their potency of holiness, and weariness has set in because the outcomes are no longer fulfilling the original vision and desire that I put with in you.

Remember that I commanded Joshua to burn the towns of the newly invaded promised land with fire, to claim the land. Repent – turnaround – and invite My fire. I will show you what needs to be burned away if you seek me on this. Then walk again into My promises. Take no prisoners. Do not be compromised. See that I can clear the way by cleansing anything that is not of Me and sending My Spirit to empower and re-envision you.

Psalm 97:3-6
Fire goes in front of him and burns up his enemies around him. His lightning lights up the world; the earth sees it and trembles. The hills melt like wax before the Lord, before the Lord of all the earth. The heavens proclaim his righteousness and all the nations see his glory.

Why this September is special – 2: Pope, POTUS & Messiah

Part 1 covered the first of at least three reasons why this month is highly significant:

international events of eschatological relevance. (Brief intro here about this.)
the current Shemitah Year 5775 closes on Elul 29, Sunday 13th September.
last of the current Blood Moon Tetrad occurs on Monday 28th September or Tishri 15, first day of Sukkot, the Feast of Tabernacles.

Please note I’m not a ‘doom and gloom’ merchant and not being alarmist in presenting the first item’s ‘September Schedule’. A couple of those events need a closer look to enable us to better understand what’s going on.

We’re living in exceptionally exciting times as Biblical prophecies move towards fulfilment. In August, Neville Johnson followed-up last year’s ‘Urgent words about a ‘cut-off time’ in God’s timeline’, . In his later session he taught in-depth upon the necessity of our being heavenly minded. Thus, we’d see ‘The BIGGER Picture’ God has for His children and for the new earth, now and in the near future – the Age to Come!

POPE and P.O.T.U.S.

In Part 1, the 23rd Sept entry quoted John Kilpatrick’s observation on Pope Francis’ official meeting with President Of The United States, Barack Obama: “He’s the 226th Pope visiting the president on the 226th day of the Gregorian calendar. Many wonder if something’s being birthed because that’s the gestation period of the human – it’s 226 days!”

In this connection, at the recent Lancaster Prophetic Conference’s first session, Neville taught about the false prophet and the false church (Revelation 13). He spoke about a very powerful encounter he had with the Lord a year ago:

“He said to me, “I want you to watch for something”. He said, “When the present pope will address the United Nations and Congress it will be the beginning of the rise of the false church”…(Neville then quoted Rev 13:11-14)

“This year, during the last phase of the Blood Moon, the pope, this present pope, will be addressing the United Nations (the day after) he will be addressing your Congress…that’s right after Yom Kippur – and just before Tabernacles.

“That speech will mark the first time ever a Roman Catholic pope has addressed Congress.

“This is a historic visit in a historic year when the United Nations marks its 70th anniversary.” (From 1:48:35 mark)

Neville went on to refer to many leaders thinking that unifying religions is the answer for bringing the nations peace, but

“The world church will include all of the world’s religions, except Judaism – and Christianity…This meeting will be the catalyst of that beginning.

“Our greatest problem isn’t going to be the Antichrist but the false church because legislation will be introduced that will forbid activities except for those who are of the false church…plus higher taxes to wipe out churches…

“The false church will have great political power and clout. It will strongly advocate the mark of the beast – that’s what scripture says!…

“This won’t affect the true church because it will arise in greater power, greater glory and strength to the dismay of the false church as millions of people come into the kingdom of God!”

Note: 1) 20th-26 Sept – the World Council of Churches is sponsoring the World Week for Peace in Palestine Israel: 2) 21st Sept – UN’s annual International Day of Peace: Bill Koenig asks, could this be the day the UN Security Council resolution establishing a Palestinian state is actually adopted?

JEWS LOOKING FOR MESSIAH

To my mind the most remarkable promise of this month is that Jewish rabbis are expecting Messiah. Those who took the link to an earlier post will have read the secret Rabbu Yitzak Kaduri kept about having met Yeshua and that the timing of PM Ariel Sharon’s death (11 January 2014) meant it would not be long before Ha’ Mashiach would come to Israel.

Thus, in seeing beyond Breaking Israel News’ report we could reasonably expect thousands more orthodox Jews will to be given dreams and visions of the Messiah and to learn his true identity. Is this not prophesied in Zecharia 12 and that it will happen when the status of Jerusalem is constantly under international threat?

^¹⁰“And I will pour on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem the Spirit of grace and supplication; then they will look on Me whom they pierced. Yes, they will mourn for Him as one mourns for his only son, and grieve for Him as one grieves for a firstborn…

For example, in July David Hathaway reported in Jesus Is Coming! (emphases mine):

“Jesus will come when the Jews call upon His Name! In June 2013 what the taxi driver said on the way back to the airport was an amazing revelation. He knew who we were, and was a religious Jew wearing a kippah, yet from the moment we got in the car he began the conversation so animatedly that he kept taking the wrong road! He kept saying, ‘Why did we kill Yeshua? He was a good man, He did nothing wrong, He killed no one but healed all who came. Was He Messiah, if so why did we not recognise Him, were we blind? We thought many people in our history were Messiah, but they are not alive today. I search the Scriptures for Him; can you show me where to find Him? All our nation is looking for Messiah at this moment, no one else can save us, can you show me the way?’

“This is why it is so important that we preach the Gospel – suddenly Israel is opening. God, through the Holy Spirit, is opening their hearts and minds to search for Him. The Bible is so clear, Jesus said, ‘If you seek Me you will find Me’.”

That widow who never gave up

This reinforces an aspect of what was taught at last month’s prophetic conference in Lancaster, California; the necessity to fight for what the Lord’s bringing in preparation for the Millenium (Session 6A).

The Kingdom

I’ve been asking the Lord what he meant by the question he asked “When the son of man returns, will he find faith? Luke 18:8.

When Jesus asked this question, he’d been describing a courageous, indomitable widow who did not give up her petition for justice. ‘Grant me justice against my adversary,’ she petitioned the judge in Luke 18:3. He used her to show us what prevailing prayer looks like,

He told me to read the parable. It’s been another parable I didn’t like because it left me wondering whether God was like the judge. But after asking the question about what he meant by faith, I could see he wanted us to look at the widow.

He confirmed by sending me to see a movie last night called “The war room.” Now I had no idea what it was about. The way it started off, I thought…

Simon Braker: UK moves into time of encountering the Lord and harvest…

On 12th August Simon Braker noted the following on the Facebook page of School of the Prophetic Leicester. His reference to numbers 7 and 8 is particularly interesting as I’ve mulled over them for some months.:

In recent days I’ve found the Lord putting a strong sense of press in my Spirit to be pressing after him and that as a nation we have entered into our time of encountering him and harvest.

I have just got home from chosen camp with our dear friends Rod and Julie Anderson, I was woken up twice by a visitation of the Holy Spirit coming upon me very early on 7th of the 8th, I felt there was a prophetic word in it but it’s not until now that I’ve understood it.

7 is the number of fullness 8 the number of new beginnings.

Matthew 7:8 states – Because everyone who keeps asking will receive, and the person who keeps searching will find, and the person who keeps knocking will have the door opened.

I believe we have stepped into a season where doors have opened the seeking will find and those who have been asking will see answers.

I felt the Lord highlighting.:

Luke 5:4 When he had finished speaking, he told Simon, “Push out into deep water, and lower your nets for a catch.”
Luke 5:5 Simon answered, “Master, we have worked hard all night and caught nothing. But if you say so, I’ll lower the nets.”
Luke 5:6 After the men had done this, they caught so many fish that the nets began to tear.
Luke 5:7 So they signalled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them. They came and filled both boats until the boats began to sink.

These men were professional fishermen they knew what they were doing, yet there was no catch, they had been working all night but seen no fruit, but now the season shifts for them, it’s the same net, the same lake the same men and the same boat, yet what had been fruitless now becomes fruitful, unity comes about as a result of the abundant harvest not to get harvest but because of it, the presence of Jesus in the boat shifts their efforts into overdrive as they push out into the deep with him they see harvest with him this highlights the following about this new season we have come into.:

1) a season to push out into the deep waters with Jesus, a time to push out deeper into intimacy with him where we become increasingly sensitive to his voice

2) At the same time as we push in in prayer and worship we must also push out in signs and wonders for the harvest and set to work again in our great commission mandate

3) This next season of harvest will be of such a scale that the church must unite its efforts or the nets will split and the harvest lost

4) Luke 5:10 and so were James and John, Zebedee’s sons and Simon’s partners. Then Jesus told Simon, “Stop being afraid. From now on you will be catching people.”
In this new season the spirit of fear will break off his church and a new courage will up in the going, I felt strongly that it’s only in the going that this courage will come.

Angelic reveille over Great Britain & Ireland

GREAT BRITAIN – ANGELS OF WAKE-UP!

I had a dream over a week ago that I’ve been processing and I’m sensing to share it this morning.

Close friends know that previous to this dream the Lord has been speaking to me about the ‘BUGLAR’ [sic]. I had pulled into a garage for fuel and a guy walked right in front of my car, causing me to brake quickly and on the back of his overalls was a large label with ‘BUGLAR’ on it. On the same day I was stuck in traffic and a van pulls in front of me that says, ‘BUGLAR’.

During that same week whilst taking my son to work I saw TWO cows give birth. Although I was in my car the cows were so close to the fence that I could have got out and touched them.

In my previous blogs you’ll read about the DOUBLE that God has speaking to me about for this year. So I’ve been spending more time with Him this past week to get a handle on all this.

During this time the Lord gave me a dream:

I saw a map of Great Britain and Angels with Bugles have been placed in specific places in Scotland – England – Ireland – Wales. Behind the BUGLAR Angels were taller Angels holding long, large trumpets.

I could also see that many people had become tired in the process of journey. Some had given up, others had adapted an attitude of ‘why bother’ and apathy had set in. But intercession has been made and I sensed that in response to all of that God was showing me how to continue to pray for the unfolding of His plans for this nation.

The Bugle is used in the armed forces to awaken the soldiers at dawn. God has placed these Angels in strategic places to blow their bugles – to AWAKEN the Church; the people of God to HIS plans and purposes for this nation at this time.

It appeared that these Angels will AWAKEN – sound the alarm, first, then the taller Angels that I could see behind them will blow their trumpets. I understand that these trumpets are used for the purposes of HERALDING in the NEW – and ANNOUNCEMENTS of ARRIVAL (In Royal circles and Government) they have also been positioned to announce the ARRIVAL (the NEW births that I had seen earlier).

I could see the tiredness, the apathy that the enemy has released over the nation being turned around.

There has been things done in secret, in, and over our nation that God IS revealing as we are awakened!

I was reminded of this scripture: Luke 8:17 ‘For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest: neither anything hid that shall not be made known’.

I’m sensing that this is only Part One – I’ll be sharing Part Two as and when He releases it to me.

Please join me in prayer as we continue to see the unfolding of God’s rule, God’s reign, God’s righteousness over the nations.

“Just as I was reading about ‘the handwriting on the wall’… as I was reading that scripture, rabbi Jonathan Cahn called me. My eyes were on that scripture where the finger wrote on the wall, and I said, “Rabbi – you won’t believe what I’m reading!” He said, “John, you won’t believe what I’m going to tell you…”.

As the expected ‘shaking’ has already started, next month may see its amplification as a prophetic, historic event. So, the evening promises to be most interesting.

That poor widow

38 As he taught, Jesus said, “Watch out for the teachers of the law. 40 They devour widows’ houses and for a show make lengthy prayers. These men will be punished most severely.” Mark 12:38-43

How many of us have heard the story of the widow’s mite as an example of sacrificial giving? Jesus made the observation that she gave more than all the rich people. He did not commend her for that. He just stated a fact after warning about the Teachers of the Law, who liked to devour widows houses! (Mark 12:38-43)

When he did talk about commending people, he used the example of the unjust steward! (Luke 16) Really? How does that work? I asked the Lord for his wisdom on that, because it appeared he was being contradictory.

Economic crises as Shemitah year draws to a close – updated

What do economists and accountants have in common with prophetic and messianic Christians?

Both acknowledge the likelihood of global upheavals if not severe financial disruption in the next couple of months. Both groups are conversant with the cyclic nature of these events, as previously noted on this blog, but the latter group know how they relate to the Lord’s ordinances as revealed in holy scripture.

Let me update you with brief points from a couple of well-informed secular and Christian sources respectively, namely:

John Ficenec, editor of the Telegraph media group’s market analysis Questor column as well as qualified accountant and award-winning chartered financial analyst.
William Koenig , White House accredited journalist and founder of the international news service Koenig World Watch Daily, which monitors key world indicators.

In Monday’s Doomsday clock for global market crash strikes one minute to midnight as central banks lose control, John pulls no punches (emphases mine),

“Time is now rapidly running out. From China to Brazil, the central banks have lost control and at the same time the global economy is grinding to a halt. It is only a matter of time before stock markets collapse under the weight of their lofty expectations and record valuations. The FTSE 100 has now erased its gains for the year, but there are signs things could get a whole lot worse….”

The strap-line to his video-led report reads: China currency devaluation signals endgame leaving equity markets free to collapse under the weight of impossible expectations. His brief summation outlines why “the great props to the world economy are now beginning to fall”.:

China slowdown
Commodity collapse
Resource sector credit crisis
Dominoes begin to fall
Credit markets roll over
Interest rate shock
Bull market 3rd longest on record
Overvalued US market.

That article by John Ficenec featured prominently in Monday’s Koenig World Watch Daily. On Friday, William issued the first in-depth analysis of the Shemitah year situation for subscribers to his weekly report, Koenig’s Eye View from the White House.

[Soon after launching this blog I introduced his long investigation of economic cycles and the work of leading financial analyst Eric Hadik in my 2011/12 and Biblical Historical/Financial Cycles. It was in the same month in which Jonathan Cahn’s The Harbinger was published.]

In the latest Eye View, William takes a different tack and introduces this new study as follows.

“While reviewing Jonathan Cahn’s ‘The Mystery of the Shemittah’, I felt led to place his revealing and extremely interesting work into the context of what we focus on most weeks and the events and catastrophes detailed in “Eye to Eye—Facing the Consequences of Dividing Israel”.

“When my study got close to being 20 pages long, I decided to divide the work into two parts over the next two weeks. This is the type of work where the more you research, the more the Lord reveals (Yes indeed! Emphasis RB). Next week’s part will go into fascinating detail about what took place in each Shemittah year from 1973 to the present.

“The following comprehensive study points to an amazing connection of the land of Israel to the events that have happened at the times of the Shemittah—the last year of a sabbatical seven-year period—and what took place in the last year of the 50-year Jubilee (7 x 7-year periods equaling 49 years, with the final Jubilee year bringing the total to 50)….”

He continues by covering the following points in detail.:

Obama’s dubious deal with Iran
Collision course with the God of Israel
Shemitah pattern: 1973 to present
Potential triggers and catalysts
Unprecedented pivotal events in Sept 2015

‘ On the third day…’

A triplet of ‘coincidental’ prophetic words occurred on three successive days last week – on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I regard such events as unquestionably clear-cut actions by the Lord (ie. ‘God-incidents’; learn more here).

It’s as though He’s standing at the door knocking with a with rapid knock-knock-knock to get our attention.

1st knock, Thursday 13th – I read an email of words brought by Val Williams and Aliss Creswell but as I intended blogging a two-part item, I acknowledged and popped them into ‘pending’. BUT when finishing for the day I decided to copy and paste content and schedule for publication the next day.

AND that evening I called my son about visiting him and his family for the first time this year. Also, I wanted to ask about taking my 11 years old grandson out for a day. I was amazed at my son’s suggestion that he join us and we three go together – nothing like that has ever happened – praise the Lord!

(My wife and I didn’t get to see the inspiring video by Aliss until the weekend – if you haven’t seen it I recommend your arranging 20 minutes to do so.)

2nd knock, Friday 14th – the morning saw the auto-publication of those words, which inspired a couple of readers, of whom Lynne at Father’s House of Prayer I thank for:

3rd knock, Saturday 15th – prophet-psalmist Kim Clement emailed this to FHP:

“During my search for God’s will in my prayer garden this morning, the story of the prodigal son came to me by the Spirit. These words were impressed on my heart,

“For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found.”

“As I heard this, the Spirit of God showed me multiple things that He intends to do, starting this weekend.

America-Israel Restoration:

“Regarding the backslidden state of our leaders in Washington, DC, I was led by the Holy Spirit to immediately act this weekend and get our team in Israel and in the USA to position themselves with YOU as we prophesy, proclaim, pray, and bless together. God showed me that something would begin to shift and He would release us from a certain judgment for the way our leadership has treated Israel. However, it would require a mass of people who have faith and prophetic perception to stand together. He chose us.

You and Your House:

“A deep compassion rose from within me and I began weeping as I heard the heart of God towards you and me, and our loved ones. An anointing has been released as a result of this revelation for many of your ‘dead’ and lost loved ones to return ‘home’ to God. “

Prior to sitting at the piano and after worship at his keyboard, he brought a word concerning Saudi Arabia’s new king, Iran and ‘spiritual leprosy’ coming out of America’s dealings, which only the Lord Jesus can change – and “He will…”!

Prophetic word for UK: the Lord is gathering in the lost ones

I am moving across this land. I am gathering in as the shepherd of My sheep, and I’m seeking those who’ve been lost, I am seeking the sons, I am seeking the daughters, I am seeking the brothers, I am seeking the sisters.

I am seeking family, says the Lord, and I am gathering, I am bringing them back. Particularly those of My children, says the Lord. I am seeking them, I am searching them out, says the Lord.

I am gathering families, I am bringing unity and reconciliation across this nation into family. I am gathering the families back so that they can be one again.

It’s not by might, it’s not by power, it’s by My Spirit, says the Lord. I will set an ambush for the enemies that have taken your loved ones captive. I am doing a deep work throughout this nation. I am bringing them, says the Lord, I will bring them in in ones and two’s and threes and fives. I’m bringing them in. This is the time of destinies to come forth.

I’m gathering My children. I’m gathering the lost ones. I’m gathering them to Myself. I’m bringing them through the cross. They come broken, crushed says the Lord. They’ve had a hard time, satan is a hard taskmaster, but they’re coming back, they’re coming back. This is a time of celebration, says the Lord. Start to worship and celebrate over your lost ones because they are found. For I am the Good Shepherd and I seek for My lost sheep, the lost sheep are coming home. Worship with glorious joy in your hearts, for I am on the move, says the Lord. I am on the move. I have stood up, and I am on the move.

Amen. may it be so Lord.

Aliss Cresswell issued a similiar word on 7th August on her Facebook page, saying that week the Lord had been showing her that it’s time for our loved ones to know Him and be walking in all He has for them:

I put out this video yesterday where I demonstrate how to release salvation, healing and deliverance for your family and show some recent video of family miracles and reconciliation that will really encourage you to keep contending. A vision: sowing into the Kingdom of God

Eyeballing me as he speaks, I’m not fully attentive for I’m transfixed by an open vision right in front of me.

What I see swirling around Charles Shamp reminds me of those toy snow-scenes popular at Christmas. Also, perhaps you’ve seen how the wind can pick up and carry things away – like a ‘dust devil’ or tornado starting up – yet this one wasn’t going anywhere.

But this wind doesn’t bring invisible snow or dust: just money! – that is, currency notes – lots and lots of them! The space between us has become a blue-grey misty haze with the notes ‘swimming’ around him. Apparently, Charlie doesn’t see them for, although he may refer to something he senses during a meeting, this time he carries on speaking to everyone but I’m not listening as keenly as usual.

Charlie had started as we sat down after worship at the Passover-Easter meeting. Yet I remained standing, not so much out of politeness as he was looking at me, but because of what I could see in the spirit.

It was another of those times I’ve mentioned earlier: Charlie looks at someone and keeps eye contact for a minute or so as he teaches. Every time that’s happened to me, he said something that resonated on something with which I was very well acquainted. It’s not like a prophecy being delivered, yet it must be related to that because what’s said is relevant and increases my understanding – ie. they’re words of knowledge, wisdom and revelation.

This time what he says connects not only right into my experience as a bank officer but also into the open vision! He tells everyone about the value of sowing into a ministry and makes an unusual analogy that I’d not heard before from any preacher.:

Charlie is of the opinion that financial sowing is similar to lending money. (The normal approach is that, like any offering, sowing into a Christian ministry is donating to the Lord’s purposes and we’re paying back a little of everything we owe Him. I recall, “God is a debtor to no-one”, as He told Job and summarised by Max Lucado in God Owes Nothing.)

However, Charlie is saying – whilst I watch the money swimming around in the six feet separating us, “Consider what a banker does when offering a loan: he sets the terms to our taking the loan and expects it to be repaid”. So too, we may legitimately expect a payback when sowing by reaping some of the fruit that manifests. Moreover, we may remind the Lord.

This new concept of being a banker ‘setting terms for our sowing’ catches my attention because it’s about something with which I was familiar as a bank officer – but not what we’d associate with giving to the Lord.

Also during that session, I recalled what I’ve long known of the promise about the only test we may make of God. And He allows this ‘test’ to emphasise He’s providing a way to enable His people to answer His righteous complaint against their robbing Him! It is the foundation for all tithes and offerings:

“Test me in this”, says the Lord Almighty, “And see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it…”. (Malachi 3:10 NIV)

So I must seek the Lord on Charlie’s claim and check it against scripture. Upon doing so early the next morning Lord directs me to an appropriate scripture (see Note 1 below).

I’m reminded of the parable of talents (Matt 25:14-30) wherein Jesus instructs disciples to put what God gives us to wise use and multiply it.

Although applicable to all gifts He gives us, this parable’s focus upon money supports Charlie’s claim that, in donating funds to what the Lord is doing, we may expect and are promised a reward. Furthermore, as God’s children there’s no reason for not discussing this further with Father and in being quite specific in our requests.

In closing this descriptive account, I’d add that last Sunday pastor Kilpatrick reminded the congregation at CHP about “Sowing into the atmosphere“, especially for prophetical speakers. So, I’ve unexpectedly gone full circle on the post that recommended watching Jonathan Cahn and Bill Salus!
