The pillar of cloud and fire is a picture of the baptism in the Holy Spirit (most of us have received that baptism in cloud: perhaps not so much in fire – though that is coming, if you have not encountered it already).
The wilderness: testing, preparation, transformation.

Finally, in crossing the Jordan they were embracing their destiny. But they could have done so a generation earlier:

Dr Sharon Stone: Word of the Lord for 2015 and the New Season

I’m grateful to the Lord for these dreams and their interpretation, and prophetic words brought by Sharon. Also to Michael Marcel for sending me his transcript, to which I’ve indented scriptures for ease of reference, as I was unable to attend the conference. He writes,

“I believe this is a very important word and very exciting. She plans to teach on (5) below during her Monthly Mentoring days. I think she describes where many of us are trying to be or indeed are already.”

2015 WORD OF THE LORD, Dr Sharon Stone

“Of the increase of His government and peace there will be no end, upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, to order it and establish it with judgment and justice from that time forward, even forever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.” Isaiah 9:7

The news around us each day reminds us that we are surrounded by:

Global crisis
Economic instability
Onslaughts against our religious freedom.

So as we prophetically look into this next season, Heaven’s advance continues toward an eternal goal, with God’s government and peace increasing.

Last month I had three dreams related to the new season we are entering into:

1. First dream

I was touring a small beautiful ship. This yacht was finished to very high standards. I was impressed. Then my view was drawn back. I saw there were many diverse boats, but they were sitting upon rocks and sand without water underneath them. The fact there was no water did not seem to be noticed by those on the boats.

I understood there is a focus of God upon us individually and corporately concerning our inability to understand the hosting of His presence.

Jesus did everything on earth as a man not God, yet He is eternally God (God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit). The Holy Spirit (the presence of God) came upon Jesus during His baptism, but Jesus set His capacity aside and said:

“The Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner.” John 5:19

Jesus was able to model the character of the Father and reveal the will of God on earth. He emptied Himself and demonstrated what life would look like without sin. Because Jesus did it as a man, we can no longer be satisfied to stay where we are. We are compelled to pursue the example Jesus gave, whilst knowing we will always need a Saviour, Deliverer and Redeemer.

Somewhere in church history, the church started gathering around a sermon. The Bible tells us Israel encamped around the presence of the God. God is bringing us to the place where we will live conscious of God’s presence with us. This will enable us to release His presence to society around us.

Back to the dream of the boats without water. The Lord is releasing forerunners and prophets of:

The spiritual rains
The spiritual floodings
The turning of the spiritual tides

These forerunners are a people that know what it means to manifest the presence of God. There has always been a remnant, an unofficial band of men and women as spoken of in Matthew.

“From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been forcefully advancing, and forceful men lay hold of it.” Matthew 11:12

They recognize an urgency of the hour, so they press into the depths of God and are consumed with a passion for the Lord. We will see a greater increase of those who are thirsty for God presence, willing to pay a price in order to see the manifestation of God’s presence and power in the world. We will see and hear of extraordinary, special and unusual miracles spoken of in Acts.

“And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul”. Acts 19:11

2. Second Dream

This related to the new season we are entering into.

I saw a thatched cottage. It was cosy, comfortable with grass as the roof instead of tiles. As I gazed upon this thatched house I kept thinking the grass belongs on the ground not the roof. I understood what was our ceiling in the last season is now our floor in this season.

This can be a “Turnaround Year” for you:

There will be a Re-establishing
We will be Resetting
We are going to Recalibrate the way we do things
There’s a Rediscovering of how to advance God’s kingdom on the earth

In the economy, it is an important time to put our affairs/debts in order. The economy of Europe is going to be shaken again in order to be reset and recalibrated.

3. Third Dream

This also related to the new season we are entering into:

I saw a truck/lorry driving into a drought area to unload its cargo. As the gate was lifted a great and glorious lion bounded out of the back of the truck. It was like documentaries I had seen, where animals were relocated from drought areas to sustainable areas, but this was in reverse.

The lion represented Jesus the Lion of Judah
The drought represented draught areas in our lives

Jesus is bounding into our areas of drought bringing hope.

Today, Prophets are prophesying to the dry bones of the church, as Ezekiel prophesied to the slain army.

“Prophesy to the breath, prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe on these slain, that they may live.” So I prophesied as He commanded me, and breath came into them, and they lived, and stood upon their feet, an exceedingly great army

(Note) 11.…Israel says; ‘Our bones are dry, our hope is lost… “ Ezekiel 37:9-11

Verse 11 shows the reason Ezekiel needed to prophesy; “our hope is lost.”

There are “Architects of Hope” now arising and releasing:

Fresh dreams
Fresh vision

God is asking us “Can we believe again?”

The graveyard should no longer be the place where the majority of dreams end up. Buried desires will receive a Resurrection of Hope.

4. Turnaround Season of Reverses and Versus.

a) The Fear of the Lord vs. The Fear of Exposure

God has begun and will continue to deal with any uncleanness, unrighteousness, and injustice in us and in society. There will be exposures of that which remains undealt with and hidden.

Exposure is not the aim of this season but the outcome of the rising of the river of God’s presence. And it will bring with it the Fear of the Lord.

God’s grace will provide the enabling we need to cultivate a new level of holiness and righteousness in our lives.

b) Imprinting vs. Indoctrination

Imprint: A learning process in early life whereby patterns of behaviour are established.

“Jesus is the sole expression of the glory of God and He is the perfect imprint and very image of [God’s] nature…” Hebrews 1:3 AMP

Jesus is the perfect imprint of God. What is important in our life is growing into the likeness and image of Jesus Christ.

Indoctrination: Teaching someone to accept doctrines uncritically or unbiased.

This also contains a warning about deception, as we need to study to show ourselves approved.

Then I saw God the Father position Himself as the father of the prodigal son waiting in expectation. God spoke and said He was expecting the Prodigal Gospel to return. I sensed this was a gospel that offers all the good things about our inheritance in Christ the blessings, healings, deliverances, grace, forgiveness, mercy but it is a gospel without cost, a gospel understood from a benefit entitlement mentality. Our identity, beliefs and behaviour must be established by an imprinting of Jesus. The image of Jesus in our lives must be our goal.

“Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children,” Ephesians 5:1

c) Kingdom Entertainment and a Media Resistance Army vs. The Corruption of Family Films and Fear Monger Media

God is speaking about news and movies. Hollywood is responding to biblical films. Kingdom films are going to be financially valuable. Many young creative David’s will bring down entertainment Goliaths.

This is a season of Film and Underground movements. New underground bloggers will rise up as a resistance army. Underground media will be Whistle Blowers, where there has been the “Good Old Boys Club” of agreed silence.

The most impactful revelation I saw was:

5. The Army of the Lord is being released.

I had a vision of a living room in the 1940’s with the family seated around the radio, and I heard Winton Churchill speaking into a war season.

God needs a people of power, authority and authorisation, who can tell the devil as Jesus did; “You have no part in me”. Those who can deal with the Confrontation of the Ages.

These are the Third Level of Overcomers

“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death. Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time.” Revelation 12:11-12

The devil is angry and demons that have been on reserve are being released to the earth. The demonic world is ruled by violence and control. The higher demons sit on their thrones ordering the minor demons to do their bidding. During these last days (however long that might be) the higher power demons that have been saved for the last days will be our giants to confront.

When Joshua and Israel crossed over into the Promised Land they entered a military campaign. They had to fight the giants for their territory. Symbolically we have crossed over. We are at our Jericho and Ai. At Jericho it took a miracle and strategy to breakthrough. At Ai the people partnered with God’s holiness and judgment. We are entering this Army of the Lord Movement for our territories and nations.

We are the God’s part of Joel’s Army. An army that never existed before and never will again. Like the two witnesses of Revelation we will operate in unlimited faith, grace and power without measure.

This army will have a volunteer spirit as stated in Psalms.

“Your people shall be volunteers in the day of Your power.” Psalms 110:3

God is going to make being a part of this army attractive. His people will be willing. So we can see that God is going to deal with our fear of spiritual warfare. Remember after Ai, after Achan was judged, no more soldiers were lost.

The main purpose of an army is to protect or take territory. During this Kingdom establishing movement “forceful men” are going to take hold of their territory.

The problem is that most of the church are civilians not army personnel, and we only see God as love, which He is. As army personnel we will be subject to training, authority over us. Remember we were bought with a price, we are not our own.

“…and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price.” 1 Corinthinians 6:19-20

As Generals we will need to teach and train others the principals of success and warfare, realising what it says in Romans.

“And the God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet.” Romans 16:20

6. We will see “Convergence” as never before.

It will look like coalition of movements, people and leaders coming together.

We will see points of convergence even in the Seven Mountains.

Government
Family
Media
Education

Which will also bring merging agendas. We need to look for these points of convergence.

Scotland votes ‘NO’ – prophetic words revisited

“2014…you’re going to give birth to twins…”

In case you haven’t yet heard:

The Scottish people’s Yes for independence was expected to lead in yesterday’s voting. Opinion polls were expecting a close finish either way.

But the first results showed a clear swing to No, with a resounding final result announced around 8am. A terrific turnout of 86% gave ‘NO’ 55% and ‘YES’ 45%.

One could assume this means Scotland will become an equally divided people. But not necessarily so because the threatened separation should bring betterment for them and the UK as a whole. The equally comparable collective sizes of both groups suggests we could regard them as ‘twins’ rather than opponents.

It was a historic and momentous day as Scotland voted to stay in the Union, or as the Independent headlines it, “The re-united kingdom”. The main advantage is expected to be an improved devolution of power to the Scottish parliament but there’s other hurdles to overcome (see analysis).

The main lesson we must learn is that complacency nearly broke up the UK, as Dan Snow reports. Now where’ve we heard that before? From God last year!

And it’s a massive ‘WAKE UP!’ call to we English, not just to all sectors of society but to the full spectrum of church to get serious and not miss our ‘Day of Visitation’!

Thank you Lord the break up didn’t happen!

It’s proper that we review what He gave Dr Sharon Stone a year ago about Britain for 2014-2016.

Her 3-part ‘clarion call’ has been this blog’s most popular post throughout the year AND its statistics support the admonition about complacency!!

Part 1 has words for Scotland, Wales and Ireland. Those for England are in Part 2 but it has had only half as many hits as Part 1 has. And only 1 in 5 readers went on to Part 3, on England’s coming battle. In view of its nature my notes are circumspect, but it may be related to that for which we will “need the strength of Scotland for what’s coming”, as heard by Justin Abraham (UK: the Father’s heart is for unity).

So, I recommend born-again Christians to study ALL parts of that important prophetic word!

Not a nation divided, but ‘twins’!

This is my transcript of what Sharon brought for Scotland during her mentoring day in October 2013, now with relevant parts emphasised:

“For Scotland, the Lord says,

“In 2013 you were pregnant with purpose. 2014 though, you’re going to give birth to twins and there’s going to be a double-anointing released upon Scotland.

“The first ways you’re going to see it is it’s going to be the Father’s Heart and the second is Justice.

“You have started a quantum momentum for the rest of the UK and Europe for you are no longer at a crossroads but you have crossed over. As with the Israelites when they crossed over from the desert to the Promised Land everything changed. A warrior mentality had to be restored, prophetic activity released…

“Now I used to live right underneath Scotland and the things that the Lord is speaking to me now about the nations He just wasn’t talking about before, and so I’m very excited about this! (emphasis RB). The Lord is saying,

“Prophetic activity released is this: the asset of Scotland is its families. No longer a fatherless nation but a refuge for families. Scotland you are not a mother nation like England but a father nation who fights for what is just. So prophetic warfare, praise and intercession will shift your land and help align England and other nations as well.

“Eventually, you will declare new freedoms. Freedom to see in a new way, freedom to govern yourself financially in a new way…

“And the Lord speaks to Scotland AND Wales and says,

“I will not let the complacency of England hold you back any longer. The hunger and the violence to take My Kingdom by force will be released within you.”

“Now before England gets upset there, you know that complacency means there is a relaxed wait and see position that you take, rather than a forcefully advancing Kingdom position – that’s the difference there…

“A friend of mine Chuck Pierce said this,

“Wales and Scotland you will be thorns in England’s side”.

“England, you’re going to get prodded, you’re going to get irritated, from your borders. That’s what’s going to happen at this time. And remember that God’s not speaking to us as one because we’re in different time zones spiritually – but we are a catalyst and a complement to one another.

“So, Wales and Scotland is going to assist England to spiritual hunger – repeat after me, ‘Hunger not jealousy’ – hunger for the Kingdom and God Himself…”

Rifts will come in old structures and My people will unite in a new way. The Babylonian aspect of the Church’s ‘New Era’

This title is ‘puzzle’ theme number ‘8’, which I challenged readers to ascertain from an ‘invisible jigsaw’.

It refers to the dichotomy between the old and new elements within the full spectrum of the Church’s traditional, evangelical and charismatic styles. This ‘Babylonian aspect’ also means many churches and believers may not desire to move into the new era, or new season, prophesied in recent years – which is already happening. Note that ‘new’ is not what many secularists may surmise!

I trust all will become plain as I explain.

Also, we’ll find that a weekday conjecture was to become weekend confirmation!

‘Theme 8’ is inherent in the data, or stylised ‘jigsaw pieces’, of detailed prophetic words that were separately brought on opposite ‘sides of the pond’ by Dr Sharon Stone and Revd John Kilpatrick. Although I’d sensed it whilst musing upon An Invitation to the Threshing Floor it’s fitting for this theme to be logged with Paws 4 Thought because that’s when it opened up. Also, as stated, those were very brief first thoughts for I was getting a sense of timing, a ‘kairos’ moment, from what Sharon brought. And that’s only to be expected with the gift of prophecy.

The ‘pause for thought’ gave some background about the priest Ezra because Sharon had opened by referring to the 4th chapter of his Old Testament book. On that Tuesday I’d read about Ezra in a primer on Hebrew and decided to share some information. In fact, upon reflecting upon the Threshing Floor Invitation, I had a sense of how what had happened in those days, over 2,500 years ago, is also applicable today!

It’s as though a gigantic cycle has gone around, not in a repetitive way but like a spiral. This allows for advancement through lessons learned and what’s to be achieved as well as the differences between the ancient Hebrews and modern Christians. I’m of the opinion time proceeds not in a linear fashion but like a slowly turning corkscrew that opens and closes events.

It all needed mulling over with the Lord. So I wrote a brief bit, intending to write more fully later. I nearly did so a couple of days later, the Thursday, but instead drafted thoughts on the perceived threads linking several topics I’d just blogged about.

Double Aspect to Ezra

Writing about Ezra’s major contribution in producing the early Bible, I was struck by his double relevance to today’s ‘new era’ for the Church. It seems directly related to the historic return of the people of God from captivity in Babylon to Jerusalem. Here’s Sharon’s opening words:

“In Ezra 4 we see a resistance to the rebuilding of the temple in Jerusalem. We have been in that “season of hindrance”. Thank God we are now coming out!

“There is a New Generation that is now leaving captivity into ruling with the manifestation of the power of God (signs and wonders). Abraham, Issac and Jacob are the generations leaving captivity. This is not just one age group…”

These words cover both aspects of ‘hindrance’ connected with the Exile. That of being deported and held in captivity, and that of being prevented from building when released home. Let’s take a brief historical detour.:

Towards the close of the Jews’ 70 years exile the Persian king Cyrus, conqueror of the Babylonian empire, was directly inspired by God to issue an edict. This permitted the exiles to return in 538 BC and rebuild the destroyed city and temple of Jerusalem.

The first returning group under Zerubbabel began work but, although started, rebuilding the Temple was delayed because of local opposition. It got under way when God raised up the prophetic ministries of Zecharia and Haggai to inspire and direct the work. NB: Ezra 5 clearly indicates the importance the Lord attaches to the prophetic office, and thus implies its fundamental necessity in this new era of the Church.

Almost 60 years after the first group, Ezra himself returned with the next lot to bring more funds and valuables from King Artaxerxes to enhance the Temple worship. Commissioned by the king, Ezra appointed leaders and he began a reforming spiritual leadership to re-establish the place of the Books and the Law, now written in a new alphabet.

So, Sharon opens our Invitation to the Threshing Floor for the anticipated harvest of souls by referring to believers having come out of a ‘season of hindrance’. This is corroborated by John Kilpatrick’s ‘video word’ on Redefinement, the first part of which is about believers being released from bondage! [This word came to him upon waking in mid-February and was published the Friday after my own musings.]

The Invitation continues, not with reference to the rebuilt Temple, but to its foundation over 400 years earlier! This is to connect spiritually with the original site of the location of the altar for the first Temple built by David and Solomon.

Therefore, I submit there are two significant and gigantic spiritual ‘opposites’ in our invitation, both of which relate to Ezra’s foundational activity.

JERUSALEM: Ezra’s compiling existing books and writing them in a new alphabet signifies today’s necessity of a better appreciation of and deeper revelations into the canon of both Testaments (and perhaps even the Apocrypha?).

That is, we may expect a revelatory empowerment of Spirit and Word to manifest and not only re-invigorate the Church but also empower us to do what Jesus did, especially the ‘greater works’ He promised (John 14:12). This will be obvious to the ‘New Generation’ of believers, and necessarily so,

For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. [Hebrews 4:12]

This is clearly implicit to The Invitation because it doesn’t just dwell upon the rebuilding and renewing our belief at a much higher level. It brings our focus right back to when the Lord instructed where the ‘Holy of Holies’ should be located – the threshing floor of the Jebusite Ornan on Mount Moriah, reputed to be where Abraham offered up Isaac. This is where king David was required to establish a house for His Presence.

Therefore, as the Jews went back to the centre of their belief and life, so too are Christians now required to go back to the very centre of ours – to Jesus and His Words. But more than that, in re-turning to Him in person it needs be devoid of Churchianity! It also means we will have access to heavenly realms and see our Father as Jesus did.

It is a getting back to base: scripture and Saviour. Also, to preparing for when the Bride will be full of the Holy Spirit so the New Jerusalem will manifest on earth (Rev 21 and 22).

BABYLON: Many Jews remained in Babylonian territory because of their accustomed prosperity and the uncertain prospects in a poorer land, of which they probably had only dim memories. They weren’t slaves but had favour with the king and influence in the land. Is that not like too many modern church institutions and ministries?

They’re not fully focused upon the author and perfector of our faith, much less open to Holy Spirit’s presence. Some are even in bed with false doctrine and reprobate worldly values!

Consequently, I disagree with Bible scholars who interpret ‘Babylon the Great’ as meaning the Roman Catholic Church alone.

‘Babylon’ is synonymous with ‘confusion’ especially of a spiritual nature. Jane Hamon in The Cyrus Decree writes,

Every idolatrous system of this earth, every spirit of false religion, every occult form of power had its beginnings in Babylon. The city of Babylon was built upon the foundations of rebellion against God: pride, independence and humanism (the belief that man is God).

Therefore, the Babylonian aspect of the ‘new era’ in the Church’s history represents the world’s influence upon those parts of the wider church that have deserted their ‘first love’, Jesus Christ, and taken on board the non-values of a decadent and immoral society.

Consequently, the prophetic invitation to God’s Threshing Floor indicates a distinct winnowing, a sifting, a separating out of the ‘Babylonian’ church married as a spiritual adulteress to the world, and the Bridal ‘remnant’ who’s focussed upon Jesus.

Previous Prophecies

As recounted in 5 years Ago Today: the End-game is Now in Play, my first writing upon End-times referred to,

“my previous remarks about a sifting of the Church – in preparation for a rapid ‘sHifting’?”

So I had that in mind during my first reflections upon the Threshing Floor Invitation, as well as chapters 18 and 19 of The Apocalypse of John (Book of Revelation) foretelling the downfall of ‘Babylon the Great’, which is described as a ‘harlot’.

Also, I recalled that after launching the Prophecies hub of this blog I found a prophetic word from 1992 about that entity’s existence within the Church, as recounted by Colin Winfield in The Separation of the Bride and the Harlot.

Concluding Confirmation

The above musings were confirmed within days on the Sunday with what John Kilpatrick brought under a strong anointing. Teaching upon ‘Season of suddenlies’, he prophesied that God’s redefining of churches involves “a shifting“. This will result in a radical difference between the two kinds of believers and churches – in my terms, those in worldly ‘Babylon’ and the ‘New Era’ Spirit-led ‘remnant’.

That separation and shifting is happening NOW!

Theme 9

Parts of an ‘invisible jigsaw’ point to a bigger picture

In Enjoy puzzles?… I challenged readers to discover an eighth theme hidden within recent postings on this blog. The aim was to imagine these main themes as pieces of a jigsaw puzzle and to try to fit them together.

It was intellectual rather than a physical puzzle. Also, there was no design by which pieces could be matched and fitted together. Furthermore, they wouldn’t form into a complete mental picture because there’d probably be some gaps.

The idea was to develop discernment in considering the data within each piece’s ‘design’ as well as to appreciate the timing of their appearance – like perceiving and mentally handling chunks of information within an invisible matrix.

So, it was a trifle tricky but my intention was to convey a sensing of invisible links between those several blogs in order to get insights into the much bigger picture.

Anyway, here’s my own interpretation of how the puzzle could be started:

Prophecy can involve teamwork

Now and again I’ve mused upon fulfillment of Biblical prophecy being similar to completing an immense ‘invisible jigsaw’, as may be read on the Jigsaw tag.

The Holy Bible is the design’s template and global events form the pieces which can be ‘seen’ falling into place. This concept in its finality is ably conveyed in Thanunkhorn’s image ‘Puzzle Globe and Book’, copied by courtesy of Freedigitalphotos.com

A knowledge of scripture and personal revelation from the Holy Spirit helps born-again believers gain insights into how, when and where the pieces fall into place.

We also have the advantage of being able to have insights weighed, tested and confirmed by leaders who are not only blessed by Holy Spirit’s gift of prophecy but also have access to those recognised as authentic prophetical voices.

In view of the scriptural fact that even accurate prophets prophesy only in part (1 Cor13:9), their words are augmented by prophetic fellowship under the headship of Jesus Christ, whose ‘testimony is the spirit of prophecy’ (Rev 19:10).

So, prophetic data shared and insights gained through the above postings have all come through sanctified yet separate teamwork; in this instance they are William Smith, Paul Keith Davis, John Kilpatrick, Bob Jones, Arthur Burt, Jane Hamon, Sharon Stone and Emma Stark (as with the 8 pieces below! God-incidence?).

Stretch your intellect and imagination to complete this jigsaw. Although invisible it’s not imaginary, because its material content really exists.

Divine data downloads as gently as snowflakes. As insights, or revelatory notions that drop into mind, they seem independent until sticking together like flakes. In fact, they get plugged in, a switch is thrown, the connection made and my inner light bulb starts flashing!

Then I perceive they’re really like jigsaw pieces. Each fits somehow, somewhere, into an invisible jigsaw puzzle, the overall design of which is beyond my ‘ken’. Last week’s downloads do fit snuggly together! Someone looking over my shoulder whispers what sequence I’m to slot them together. Only as I do that, like moving in faith, does a new, unseen design start to appear. I could almost handle it and discover its intricacies…

The challenge

Would you like to try this puzzle? It’s not as complicated as may seem at first. As in a ‘whodunnit’, clues need to be assessed to identify actors, locations, sequences of activities and inks before a crime mystery can be solved.

We’re avid fans of the tv series Death in Paradise set in the Caribbean. The climax always features Detective Inspector Goodman puzzling over the many clues garnered from investigations, as shown on the team’s whiteboard. Each episode, he stares for ages until getting a flash of inspiration on how the invisible threads link every piece together and solves the puzzle. He tests his theory by confronting suspects and the unequivocal solution enables the criminal’s arrest.

Shall we tackle our ‘invisible jigsaw’?

The Jigsaw Pieces

Our novel jigsaw is like a tapestry but we can’t see the design from our perspective underneath the fabric. We can see differently coloured threads and sewing according to instructions we grasp only that part of the tapestry in our hands. Yet it’s not impossible to guess the eventual design that’s being created.

In our jigsaw each piece displays information upon one or more obvious themes. These pieces are recent posts on this blog, as listed below with shorter titles and main themes underlined. Numbering helps us to see them (especially if the title isn’t obvious) and the connecting ‘lugs’ of the pieces.:

Like any pictorial jigsaw, we can fit most matching pieces together. First, we select the single numbers and put them down. Next, pieces with two numbers, or two lots of data and, where possible, we can connect one cluster with another and leave them on the ‘board’. As with a real jigsaw puzzle we see pieces that have bits of an image, fit them together and then connect with other images. It may help by drawing your own Venn, or ‘bubble’, diagram showing logical relationships.

Please note, we won’t get a completed jigsaw in this exercise, just joined pieces. Were we to look at previous posts we’d get more clusters joining up.

Can you see how we can fit them together? For example 2’s are about Bob Jones, 3’s and 4’s about Jesus and His Bride, 5’s about the recent flooding, etc..

But what does ‘8’ represent? Can you solve that from the puzzle? If so, then please comment below. (Regret no prize other than that of satisfaction.)

The answer is hinted at in Paws 4 Thought and links what downloaded last week, like the pieces dropping out of the sky as illustrated above. In my opinion, it’s to do with the link between Dr Stone’s words about the threshing floor and an aspect of the new season the Church is moving into. But what, or who, is it?

Some may say it’s contrived to claim connections, or I’ve published selected material in a way that lends itself to being linked! Let me assure you that, much as I prefer to write posts in an orderly manner, what’s in the pipeline often gets delayed because topical events are more relevant for publication, as on this occasion. I couldn’t get this item out in time for close-down last weekend. Nevertheless, what happened over that weekend was also to prove a piece of this ‘invisible jigsaw’!

It’s all like an open door, or rather a time-tunnel connecting a Biblical template with what’s soon to happen. But just what is that template? More about that soon…and hope it’s not too big a tease?

Also, I will reveal how the unknown theme ‘9’ relates to the invisible hand behind our invisible jigsaw.

I trust that ‘grasping’ this puzzle’s pieces will develope a discernment of likely, hidden links between events.

I gave him a draft hardcopy of John Kilpatrick’s prophetic words and he said it’s all “like a jigsaw”. I laughed and confided my attempt at describing an invisible jigsaw in another item, to which he responded with 1 Corinthians 13 verse 9:

Revd John Kilpatrick: God is re-defining His people

The next post will have notes taken from the pastor’s teaching upon this important yet brief prophetic word.

The first remark about believers “being bound” harmonises with Dr Sharon Stone’s first words upon an Invitation to the Threshing Floor referring to “a season of hindrance”, from which “a new generation is leaving captivity to rule with manifestation of the power of God”.

I trust most readers can appreciate and weigh words said to be from the Lord and, thereby, check with scripture and how what’s been delivered ‘sits with’ their own spirit and the Holy Spirit. For what it may be worth, I humbly submit my brief thoughts on the words about the ‘Threshing Floor’:

Also, I’m suspecting a sense of ‘timing’ in what Sharon has delivered. This isn’t so much from its relevance to the record-breaking extreme weather but more from a possible link to what was written recently on this blog.

Ezra

First, the reference to Ezra relating to this prophecy is interesting. His priestly role in writing the revealed word of God is second only to that of Moses. He is credited with accurately transcribing the Pentateuch’s Old Hebrew, borrowed from the seafaring Phoenicians, into square characters of the Hebrew alphabet based upon the Aramaic alphabet. That was the language spoken by the Jews during their captivity in Babylon and upon returning to Jerusalem over 2,500 years ago. About 70 years before that the lost Book of the Law from Moses’ time about 700 years earlier had been re-discovered in the Temple.

After the discovery the Jews were taken into captivity and their teacher and spiritual leader Ezra devoted himself to studying the five books of Moses. He organised their compilations into a single entity, was inspired to write scripture and started the process of replicating God’s Word through a school of scribes (Sopherim). The original meaning of that Hebrew word is ‘people who know how to write’ – and count. Numeracy was vital because they counted every single letter in many different ways in order to transmit the Word as exactly as possible. That target was achieved to almost 100% accuracy.

Hence, the significance of commencing this current prophetic word with reference to Ezra’s book.

The Threshing Floor

Although not quoted, the words Sharon brought are directly related to John the Baptist’s description of Jesus’ mission, as Matthew recounts:

“…I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. ¹²His winnowing fan is in His hand, and He will thoroughly clean out His threshing floor, and gather His wheat into the barn; but He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.” (Matt 3 NKJV, BibleGateway)

Later, Jesus refers to this truth in the parable of the wheat and tares (weeds identical to wheat until the grain appears). He explains it as follows:

“He who sows the good seed is the Son of Man. ³⁸The field is the world, the good seeds are the sons of the kingdom, but the tares are the sons of the wicked one. ³⁹The enemy who sowed them is the devil, the harvest is the end of the age, and the reapers are the angels.

⁴⁰Therefore as the tares are gathered and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of this age. ⁴¹The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness ⁴²and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth. ⁴³Then the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!” (Matt 13 NKJV, BibleGateway.com)

This parable is one of three ‘coincidental’ repetitions from 5 years ago that I mentioned in Friday’s blog. Fascinating that it’s re-surfaced at this time. Perhaps the Lord may be stressing its relevance for the coming season? In 2008 the leader of a ministry in which I served had taken other leaders to task over quoting that parable as a reason for not correcting Todd Bentley during the Lakeland outpouring. I was uneasy with how this issue was being handled and with the mishandling of this scripture in criticising others. So I found Paul Keith Davis’ insights into the parable to be most helpful. Satan’s Strategy

“We must know the wiles of our enemy” is a very sound reminder. Even those familiar with deliverance ministry may fall foul of these ways that distract us from our prime purpose of knowing God and following Jesus’ command to love one another, thereby honouring our brethren.

Romans 13

Lastly, another scripture of special personal significance is Romans 13. This is pertinent to my encounter with Jesus, as I was to discover a long time afterwards. It features in the liturgical readings assigned for the First Day in Advent, which is about Jesus’ return. The verses Sharon quoted from Romans 13 were those which deeply encouraged me upon finding and reading my late mother’s Missal for that date – click on image to view. Dr Stone: the flooding and an invitation to the threshing floor

I’m grateful to UK Awakening for this Prophetic Word for 2014 from Dr Sharon Stone, inspired by Jane Hamon. Please note this is not meant to downgrade or belittle the loss of homes and livelihoods, as well as life, many have faced since mid-December:

THERE IS A THRESHING FLOOR INVITATION FOR US FROM GOD

In Ezra 4 we see a resistance to the rebuilding of the temple in Jerusalem. We have been in that “season of hindrance”. Thank God we are now coming out!

There is a New Generation that is now leaving captivity into ruling with the manifestation of the power of God (signs and wonders). Abraham, Issac and Jacob are the generations leaving captivity. This is not just one age group.

They are fulfilling 1 Cor 4:20 ‘The kingdom of God is not in word but in power’.

Joel 2:23-26

…rejoice in the Lord your God;

For He has given you the former rain faithfully,

And He will cause the rain to come down for you —

The former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.

That is, a double anointing the latter and former at the same time. In England it will be known for its rain in this season. The flooding will be a spiritual sign of the dry and parched land entering their spiritual rain.

The rain causes the threshing floors to be full. God is meeting us at the Threshing Floor even before there is much to thresh. God calls this a Threshing Floor/Harvest Season.

One of the most important places to be in harvest time is the Threshing Floor and this is a tremendous time of Harvest. God is thrusting in His sickle and reaping in ways we have never seen before. How is that possible?

Amos 9:13

“The days are coming,” declares the LORD, “when the reaper will be overtaken by the ploughman and the planter by the one treading grapes. New wine will drip from the mountains and flow from all the hills.”

1. God has brought us to the threshing floor to gather from the natural and spiritual realm what was grown in the last season.

Some of us must put the pressure of Holy Spirit upon any dormant seeds or delayed harvest. That we might be aligned accurately.

2. The Threshing Floor has always been a symbol of separation and sanctification.

A place of spiritually separating the good from the bad. A place of separating the useful from that which is no longer beneficial.

This season will measure us by a Baptism of Fire, from the Refiner’s Fire, bringing us to another level of Holiness. Why now? I believe history will record this time as; “The Age of Righteousness”. Thank God as darkness increases in the earth, so does His glorious Light.

Romans 13:11-14

And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed.

The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore, let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.

Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy.

But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfil its lusts.

The Lord is the master purifier. He is cleansing His temple so His kingdom can come through you. God wants His Church to function with all the resources of heaven, but He also wants His people to function with His character. That is why He said; “But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh…”.

This season is not about you (sic) great ability to discipline yourselves into holiness.

This will be a joyous time as the Spirit of Holiness invades you.

There are promises to the righteous (those who put holiness into operation).

The Bible tells us during the last days shaking of the world things get worse. There are more wars and young men’s hearts fail for fear, but these are just the birth pains. Yes, there is a shaking going on, but the Lord wants you to know this: “The righteous will never be shaken”.

3. The Threshing Floor is a place of forceful activity.

Winnowing demands purposeful and forceful activity.

The Kingdom is forcefully advancing and the forceful lay hold of it. You are going to catch the advancing Kingdom of God mentality.

A Threshing Floor is built upon a hill or open plain that it might catch the wind. We are catching the thrust or the wind of Holy Spirit.

4. The increase of the threshing floor…(Numbers 18:30)

This is a season of abundant blessing. This is not just supply to pay past debts, but the harvest is also resources for the future season.

God is giving us the ability to project vision not just to survive.

5.The Threshing Floor is a place of sacrifice and a place for curses to be broken.

David bought the Threshing Floor of Ornan the Jebusite to offer a sacrifice, in order to break the curse upon Israel. He said; “I will not give The Lord that which costs me nothing”.

We will have opportunity to give the largest offerings of our life. We will also see curses of ‘Generational Sins’ and the sins of the fathers that have been passed down upon the children fully broken over our families.

6. The Threshing Floor is a place of connections for destiny.

Ruth and Boaz found each other at the Threshing Floor. For some that will be a place of literal fulfilment.

For all of us it will be a time for our Kinsman Redeemer. Jesus will have encounters and connections with us His bride bringing us into greater destiny and intimacy.

7. Biblical History often speaks of enemies who sought to rob the harvest at the Threshing Floor. We must know the wiles of our enemy.

The enemy seeks to steal the harvest where he did none of the investment or labour. This will be a time when the enemy will not only attack our weak places but our strengths as well. Then enemy seeks to attack your harvest not just your barren places.

We already read Joel 2:24 The former and Latter Rain in the same month. Continuing with that scripture;

The Threshing Floors shall be full of wheat, And the vats shall overflow with new wine and oil.

The New Wine is already flowing! The New Wine is available to you right now!

“So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, The crawling locust, The consuming locust, And the chewing locust, My great army which I sent among you.

You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, And praise the name of the Lord your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you; And My people shall never be put to shame.”

8. At the Threshing Floor when the thief has been exposed, that is when he has to make restitution.

We have entered a time of Restitution! In Luke chapter 15, we see restitution. The recovery of the lost sheep, the lost coin, and the lost son. The sheep speak of those who will come to salvation. The coin represents recovery of your finances and wealth that has been lost. The prodigal son promises many Christians who have walked away from Jesus, will return.

We have been invited to the Threshing Floor for a season of recovery and breakthrough. We will walk out of limitations for the purpose of advancing the Kingdom of God. We are leaving the place of lack and restriction in order to experience the abundant provision of the Kingdom of God

9. The Threshing Floor will separate us from our past to our present and future destiny.

This will get rid of our old baggage that has anchored us to past failures and delay. We will be aligned to this present season and to our destiny.

10. The Threshing Floor will separate the church from her past successes and failures.

This will offer a positional readiness for the church.

ENGLAND cont’d

Recap: Revd Dr Stone stated one of the things the Spirit of the Lord spoke to her about England she’d never heard before is, “England is a key to release the wealth that is needed”. She believes part of that is to deal with injustices that are going on in the earth.

Clash of Kingdoms

Chuck Pierce and other prophets have foreseen a great conflict or clash of kingdoms manifesting in or around 2015. Britain may be in the middle of this conflict but he did not share the details [Note 1 below]. I’m reminded of earlier this year when Lydia Stanley Marrow burst out with a prophetic word [2] during worship, as well as what evangelist Nathan Morris brought for 2012 [3].

“And so,” says Sharon, “I have spent some time before God saying, “God we need to know more about this. What are some of these things?”

“Well, first of all, if we’re called to release wealth then one of the issues is going to be over money. There’s going to be a conflict of economy…of righteous ways to deal with money and unrighteous Mammon…”

Also, I’d add, Christian leaders worldwide are well aware of the increasingly aggressive advance of secular humanism and its antichrist spirit. Many consider it worse than the Islamist aims of establishing a global caliphate.

Sharon stresses, however, that whoever those involved in the conflict may be, “We love all people. We’re talking about the spirit and the agenda” (ie. entirely different things). “You’re mature enough for me not to have to teach upon that…it’s a spirit that has an agenda against God’s agenda! Just because issues are politically incorrect to deal with…it wouldn’t be wise for us to let it simply pass by.

“Now God says the battles are going to be in Great Britain. Let me tell you why I believe its going to be here: where there are great battles there are great victories!

“So God’s not saying, I’m choosing you as a place of war, I’m choosing you as a place of conflict, because I don’t like you…No, the Lord says,

“I’m choosing you as a place for victory, so that the victory won here has an ability to be a victory that affects other nations!”

“Do you hear this? Not just for England, or for Great Britain. So what God is doing is He’s setting up His own agenda that we might have a victory here that releases us to deliver other nations, and puts us back into a functioning position of where our true identity is.

“And we’re not talking about something that takes 10 years to come to pass any more (as with other things) but we’re talking about the next two and a half to three years! Those who have ears let them hear!” [NB: That is, APRIL to OCT 2016’s lead up to and aftermath of the surprising jolt and uproar following the UK’s referendum vote to leave the EU!]

A Spiritual Centre

This photo of a cloud formation looking like England, Scotland and Wales was shown to delegates. It was taken across the street from the meeting’s venue, namely the entrance to Windsor Castle, on the day in 2011 when Her Majesty’s Most Noble Order of the Garter met in Saint George’s Chapel. The prophetical Old Testament Book of Daniel records a royal decree issued by the Persian king Darius, from which Sharon quotes verse 27.:

²⁶I make a decree that in every dominion of my kingdom men must tremble and fear before the God of Daniel.

For He is the living God, And steadfast forever; His kingdom is the one which shall not be destroyed, And His dominion shall endure to the end. ²⁷He delivers and rescues, And He works signs and wonders In heaven and on earth, Who has delivered Daniel from the power of the lions.

“The note sent out with this picture says, ‘Signs of revival that will flow out of the UK, and a significant spiritual centre of the UK is Windsor’…I don’t believe we are the centre, or main area, just a centre of spiritual activity to affect a shift in the nation. Well first of all, any place that you get a body of prophets gathering and releasing God’s perspective in, then you are in a place like that.

“Any place where you have people who know how to see by the Spirit and know how to respond to what God’s saying versus what the newspaper and evening tv news is telling them, you have a people helping to bring shift in the midst of a nation. So I believe that you’re some of those, just as God has called you to be here with us…

In connection with Windsor, however, Sharon mentioned an angelic army in the area being available for helping to bring shifts in the nation. (Maybe like the one reported as being encamped in Buckinghamshire – see Note 4.) Thank you Lord!

This session then drew to a close with prayers and declarations over England.

The International Gathering of Apostles and Prophets representing 30 nations held last weekend in Windsor brought more revelation plus action upon these words for England.

Prophetic words for 2014-16 for UK & Ireland from Dr Stone – part 2

A brief recap, or ‘bridge over to England’, of the previous post’s close.:

Sharon brought the Lord’s encouragement for both Scotland and Wales,

“I will not let the complacency of England hold you back any longer. The hunger and the violence to take My Kingdom by force will be released within you.”

“Now before England gets upset (she says), you know complacency means there is a relaxed ‘wait and see’ position that you take, rather than a forcefully advancing Kingdom position – that’s the difference. Chuck Pierce said, “Wales and Scotland you will be thorns in England’s side”. England, you’re going to get prodded, you’re going to get irritated, from your borders. That’s what’s going to happen at this time. And remember that God’s not speaking to us as one because we’re in different time zones spiritually – but we are a catalyst and a complement to one another. So, Wales and Scotland is going to assist England to spiritual hunger…”

Out of Sync

Sharon refers to Chuck having been hosted in England 40 days immediately before the bombings in London on 7th July 2005. Upon landing here he saw a sword in the sky and, with others, sought the Biblical meaning for this [1 below refers]. She recounts that Chuck sensed the Lord saying, ‘Whoever wields that sword will be in control’. Consideration was also given to it being the sword of Islam.

Whatever the fullest meaning may have been, thousands started praying and fasting in intercession for Britain. Right after that prayer period Islamist terrorists bombed London transport, but compared with the infamous 9/11 attacks there were relatively few deaths [2]. She continues,

“Many of us were excited by that fact and felt (the situation) had been turned. But since that point, the Spirit of God has said this, and God doesn’t always see things the way we do:

“We’ve won a battle but we didn’t continue to win a war!”

“I believe what happened to England at that time (was) we got out of ‘time sync’ at that moment. God gave us very clear information saying in 40 days something is going to happen. It was like an ‘enema moment’! It came but we weren’t able to take full victory; but we did take a bit of a battle victory at the time but it put us out of our area in time [3].

“And so we have been catching up and felt a little bit ‘out of sync’ ever since…You can be doing the right things but, if you’re not in the right time, you’re not getting the right results that you feel like you should have. You have revelation from God, but if the ground is not cooperating with you then you’re not seeing the fruit from the ground.

“I believe that what we’re doing now is coming to a chance to catch up, IF we will let Ireland, Scotland and Wales assist us by prodding us to a greater spiritual hunger for the face of God. (Look at each other and say, “You need this!”)

“I believe that’s where we got out of sync and I believe the Lord’s giving us a chance to catch up with that. Before I go on about England, let me say this:

“We moved into this season of Hebraic New year at Rosh Hashanah. (It’s symbolised by) an opening of a tent door [4]. The season means you have access to either go out of that door into the things God has for you, or else you can keep ‘polishing and fixing’ what’s within and stay in the tent. Now ministry-wise, many people do this and they just make things get better and better. It doesn’t affect many people or have any influence elsewhere, but the spirit of excellence keeps rising…

“But this is a time where we have an opportunity – a door of access – to move out into a greater realm. So here we are as England and we’re out of time and God says,

“But I’ve given you a door, I have given you an opportunity that during this time you can get caught up and be ‘in sync’ and that you are not going to be behind, or lose your destiny in any way, but instead you’re going to have to depend upon the Spirit of God to get you caught back up to be in the right time at the right place.”

“How many here say, ‘That’s not my favourite message to hear’? It’s the truth! I don’t want to hear that!

“I’m living here in England – this is my home – and many of us go to prayer meetings where it’s ‘England is first’, ‘England’s going to enter in’, ‘England’s going to do this’…

“England has an amazing destiny, but we don’t lie to ourselves about where we are, or we can’t benefit the nation! Let me take a moment here:

“You’re all prophetic people, we’re a ‘tribe’, that’s why we join together – as prophetic people, what responsibility you take is what authority you get!

“So what responsibility we take for our nation is what authority we have to be able to release and to benefit the nation. So…

“ENGLAND”

“We’ve always spoken about England as being an apostolic nation, have always spoken about England as representing the majesty of God. How many people have heard those two things before?…Only a few, ok.

“But I have to say, as I was seeking the heart of God during this season, the Lord told me something different that was a surprise to me! I can honestly say it, and I took the time to call a few other prophets and bounce it off them.

“And again they (too) said ‘I’d never heard it but I bear witness with this’. Listen to what God says about England [an aside: one of the reasons it’s been so hard for the English to find their identity is not because we’re dealing with the British and the English, and because there’s so many different countries here.] The Lord says that,

We are an apostolic delivering nation that will display God’s majesty and the reason we could be so good at developing an empire is that our anointing was to deliver nations – we just didn’t always use it rightly!

“So here we have a great destiny to deliver nations. What an amazing call of God that is upon a nation! You may say we’re not doing anything different to what other nations are doing (secular laws and anti-Israel stance).

“As prophetic people we’ve got to get beyond that. The Word of God says to him whom much is given, much is required. So that means we can’t measure ourselves by those who are next to our shoulder. You measure yourself by the purposes and by the destiny of God that He’s speaking forth into this nation.

“So again; the Lord is saying the identity of this nation is of one that’s called to deliver other nations. It’s going to be known as an apostolic delivering nation that displays the majesty of God.

“The other thing the Spirit of the Lord spoke to me about England I’d never heard is,

“England is a key to release the wealth that is needed.”

“And I believe part of that is to deal with injustices that are going on in the earth…

Prophetic words for 2014-16 for UK & Ireland from Dr Stone – part 1

A clarion call has been released for the UK not to miss its Day of Visitation (because of England’s complacency over advancing the Kingdom of God), as well as for intercessory prayer covering the next phase of God’s move here.

Rev Dr Stone stressed the importance of words received recently from the Lord, and told why England has been ‘out of sync’ with God’s timings and how that can be corrected.

THE CLARION CALL

As ever, prophetic messages Sharon delivers are a guide for teaching, prayer and alignment with our heavenly Father’s purposes. The usual invitations for October’s mentoring day had been re-issued and flagged ‘Urgent’. Sharon stressed that was not a marketing technique but it was because she believes she has an important prophetic message which, she says,

“…Is actually the blending of several prophetic utterances that need to be heard and understood so that you and I know how to align and how to partner with it – but also so that we’re not frustrated by what we see going on around about us…

“We’re going to release a clarion call for the UK not to miss its Day of Visitation, and I believe that the Spirit of God is declaring over the UK that He has not passed us by, that we are on God’s calendar NOW.

“But you need to know what that looks like and, if you will allow me I can be prophetic without saying ‘Thus saith the Lord’ every few minutes; I want to take that and put some meat on the bones so that we have more understanding for our alignment.

“Now, I know that we hear many accounts in different nations of the Holy Spirit’s activity going on across the earth. Some of the major nations where we see that are Indonesia, Brazil, China and even in Nigeria.” (In the last, where there’s been many murderous atrocities committed against believers by maniacal fanatics, Sharon sees the Spirit’s activity as moving them out of religious and into truly apostolic structure.)

“Also, in Iceland where last week we saw Franklin Graham, Billy Graham’s son, and for the first time 100s responded and came into salvation. Iceland has never, ever, seen that! And so I believe we are seeing some amazing things going on in different nations.

“Most people always judge what’s going on in other nations by what’s going on in their nation. And when somebody talks about nations being first, or nations that enter into things first, everybody believes their nation is one of those! But how many know everybody’s nation is not?

“And so we have to have some understanding prophetically of what’s going on so that we partner with God. We need to know whether we’re to drag our nation into the timing of God, whether we get behind it and push it in, whether we intercede it in, whether we declare it in, whether we release the manifestations of God to cause it to walk in the fullness…We need to know these things!

“And so I’m particularly going to target the next three and a half years for the UK…I know we have people here from other nations and we’re not preferring (the UK) but I believe that’s what’s so different about what I’m speaking at this time challenges most people that have put the entire UK into one pot and mixed all the prophetic words!

“I believe that God is not speaking to us as the United Kingdom at this time.

“I believe that God is speaking to us as Wales, as Scotland, as Ireland and as England, and the reason that He is speaking to us individually as countries at this time is because we are not on the same heavenly ‘time zone’. [Note 1 below also refers.]

“So if that’s true then we need to know where we are in the heavenly time zones of God. But at the same time we need to realise that we are there and what’s going on in each one of us is meant to complement and is meant to benefit the rest of the United Kingdom, as well as other nations.

“So the UK is not getting passed by!”

Sharon then asked those present from those parts of the British Isles to stand up on behalf for their fellow citizens. She then prayed, blessed and spoke prophetically over each country in turn, especially for acceleration into national destinies (not transcribed here).

IRELAND

“In speaking into Ireland it doesn’t take a genius to see that’s the western gate of revival for the UK. That means that if God is moving from the west eastwards they’re carrying something that those in England have need of. Does that make sense?” Sharon draws attention of intercessors to her points, then reads from her notes of what she heard:

“This is what the Spirit of God, the Lord says,

“You’re the western gate of revival, so it’s crisis time for your heart. (Speaks to intercessors) In the heart of the nation I am bringing a brief shock, like a defibrillator.

“In the heart of Ireland I am bringing a brief shock to reset the heart rhythm. The reason is because Ireland has always been a ‘sending’ nation (ie. of people all around the world) but they have benefitted more nations than they’ve benefitted themselves).

“It’s now time to revive the heart of your nation. Just as man has cut the nation in half (Eire and Ulster) I will heal the laceration portion with prayers for revival. From the west coast to the east coast on your border scar I will turn yesterday’s violence into an arm of strength. An arm of strength that will hurl My spear of revival on into the rest of the UK.”

WALES

“The Lord says,

“2013 began your time to awaken but 2014 will be your time of a new outpouring. An Outpouring that is very new and very different from the past. (That means people can’t go back and say “I want the Welsh Revival all over again”.) An outpouring that will overlap not only the season that you’re in now but the season that will come after 2014.”

“An outpouring of your worship will break through the 100 years of barrenness since the last Visitation. (Listen!) Creation’s voice is crying out for my Glory. So altars of corporate worship are going to need to be built to release My Glory. Glory will turn your barrenness into a fruitful land. Your corporate worship will influence and calculate your harvest and your fruitfulness.

“I am going to pour Myself out on you but I’ve been waiting for you to pour yourself out on Me. So, My Church of Wales, it’s time to cry, to strain, to exert yourself with tears of intercession for a new quickening power because you are called to seek manifestations of My Spirit.”

“Look at the Welsh people here and say, “You’re called to do strange things for the Lord!” And the Lord says,

“And the prophetic anointing will prepare Wales for new Visitation and a new move. Wales you are placed for an outpouring visitation that is going to spread like lightning to you and beyond to Scotland and to England. But before it travels to the nation, nations will travel to you for refuge and My Presence. But you must mend your broken families and then I will give you a building anointing to heal your fractured churches.”

SCOTLAND

“For Scotland, the Lord says,

“In 2013 you were pregnant with purpose. 2014 though, you’re going to give birth to twins and there’s going to be a double-anointing released upon Scotland.

“The first ways you’re going to see it is it’s going to be the Father’s Heart and the second is Justice.

“You have started a quantum momentum for the rest of the UK and Europe for you are no longer at a crossroads but you have crossed over. As with the Israelites when they crossed over from the desert to the Promised Land everything changed. A warrior mentality had to be restored, prophetic activity released…

“Prophetic activity released is this: the asset of Scotland is its families. No longer a fatherless nation but a refuge for families. Scotland you are not a mother nation like England but a father nation who fights for what is just. So prophetic warfare, praise and intercession will shift your land and help align England and other nations as well.

“Eventually, you will declare new freedoms. Freedom to see in a new way, freedom to govern yourself financially in a new way…

“And the Lord speaks to Scotland AND Wales and says,

“I will not let the complacency of England hold you back any longer. The hunger and the violence to take My Kingdom by force will be released within you.”

“Now before England gets upset there, you know that complacency means there is a relaxed wait and see position that you take, rather than a forcefully advancing Kingdom position – that’s the difference there…

“A friend of mine Chuck Pierce said this,

“Wales and Scotland you will be thorns in England’s side”.

“England, you’re going to get prodded, you’re going to get irritated, from your borders. That’s what’s going to happen at this time. And remember that God’s not speaking to us as one because we’re in different time zones spiritually – but we are a catalyst and a complement to one another.

“So, Wales and Scotland is going to assist England to spiritual hunger – repeat after me, ‘Hunger not jealousy’ – hunger for the Kingdom and God Himself. So before I go onto England itself, let’s pray over Scotland…”

ENGLAND – is covered in Part 2, which goes on to refer to a clash of kingdoms and a spiritual centre in Part 3 (which includes link to record of angelic visitation).

To summarise thus far, Sharon prophesied that:

Ireland is a revival spear thrown from the heart of Ireland into the United Kingdom.
Wales is positioned now for an outpouring Visitation. [See also Note 2]
Scotland is the first nation in Europe to ‘cross over’. [See also Note 3]

In Nov 2008 Chuck Pierce closed his report on visiting Germany and England as follows: The Spirit of the Lord says to the people of England, “This is your season for your light to come forth as never before. Rifts will come in old structures and My people will unite in a new way. A message will come forth from pulpits in this land” Then I saw a picture of 5 nations and the Lord said, “I will radiate in each land. I believe it’s an exceptionally significant message, perhaps the most important heard during the 9 years I’ve kept appraised of her powerfully prophetic ministry. Sharon has spoken about Wales’, Scotland’s, England’s and Ireland’s separate yet related places within the Lord’s plans, as well as elaborating upon Chuck Pierce’s recent words.

Is Britain taking a totalitarian route?

“Your blog about new decrees for the UK was a tad off-beam,” remarks Steve as we take our coffees into a quiet corner – our wives chat about the new baby prince with some friends seen sitting by the bay window. Revealing what’s bugging him, our friend of long-standing continues…

“The Coalition For Marriage [C4M] had already circulated its grave concern at how the voting had been hijacked! They emailed me about leaders of all three main political parties using their muscle to force through the same-sex marriage Bill without any proper debate whatsoever – totalitarianism, is what it is…copied from Hitler and Stalin!”

Sitting down stems Steve’s flow as he adds reflectively, “Seems the lady preacher you quoted may have been mistaken. Maybe we are at a crossroads, but what she said was supposed to happen didn’t – quite the opposite!!” [Ref 1 below]

I’m taken aback, not knowing Steve to be a secret reader of my blog! When we four lunch together, all talk about ‘glory stories’, ministry or scripture goes straight over his head. Being a keen golfer and do-it-yourself guy, his skills prove useful in the local parish church. Maybe having a newly licensed vicar who’s passionate on prophetic preaching has inspired Steven to dip into my musings?

“I received the same mailing”, I replied. “In debate on other blogs I’ve pointed out there’s no real electoral mandate whatsoever for this Bill to have been introduced. It’s a mockery of parliamentary democracy. I agree – it is a totalitarian procedure. They ignored over half a million protest signatures in preference for a sham so-called consultation. Not even the gay lobbyists were wanting this Bill.”

Steve nods, “That Bill’s not had unanimous support. According to C4M, it has not been plain sailing for the Government with over 300 MPs and Peers voting against it. C4M effectively highlighted many problems with this legislation. Many Peers tabled amendments to protect civil liberties but none of the Bill’s backers – leaders in all parties – saw to it that they were voted into the Bill.

“Moderate and reasonable changes were wanted, according to C4M, yet both Government and Opposition objected – even hysterically! – and made sure none were added to the Bill. A shameful travesty – tyranny, if the truth be known!”

Taking the email out of a pocket he points out its second page’s points on legal protections required for

> Teachers > Workers > Chaplains > Councils > Free Speech > Siblings.

I read the details and what C4M’s Colin Hart writes:

We wanted Clauses on the face of the Bill to protect civil liberties. Instead Government ministers only agreed to a couple of amendments and gave verbal assurances that people should not be victimised, saying that people would be protected by equality laws.

Evidence from the very recent past proves the brazen falsity of that empty promise. No wonder my friend is so annoyed.

Re. Prophetic Decrees

I ask Steve, “When you read my piece did you think what Sharon Stone and her team did would change the course of events?”

“Your blog implies she said what God had given her would affect Parliament’s votes on redefining marriage…”

“Hold on Steve, not quite so. The news I read in that morning’s paper on the overwhelming opposition the Archbishops and Lords Spiritual encountered was a clear sign of difficulties [2]. Archbishop Welby is reported as saying,

Anyone who listened to much of the Same Sex Marriage Bill Second Reading Debate in the House of Lords could not fail to be struck by the overwhelming change of cultural hinterland. Predictable attitudes were no longer there. The opposition to the Bill – which included me and many other bishops – was utterly overwhelmed, with amongst the largest attendance and participation and majority since 1945. There was noticeable hostility to the view of the churches.

“To my mind his words contrasted strongly with Sharon’s solid teaching from a completely different stance – one to be taken by the Anglicans, if they knew how!”

“What do you mean Richard?”

“Rather than being browbeaten by sinners within the worldly, unclean House of Lords it is much better to speak from where they are in spirit – seated with Christ in heavenly realms above. That is, to take real spiritual authority from over and above the darkness. Now that you’re into my blog I’d suggest checking out Sharon’s ideas on ‘perspective’ in her words for 2013 [3].

“Parliament’s approval was already a foregone conclusion when I wrote about her mentoring day’s profound declarations. Even so, I went ahead and published and thought readers may question it. So, I doubt you’re alone Stan.

“Yes, an immediate turnaround would have been fantastic – and proof of answered prayers. My understanding is; what we declared vocally and from our spirits was released into higher realms. The same way Jesus spoke ‘woe’, that is, cursed a barren fig tree, we were breaking and overwriting thoughts and attitudes seeded and concreted into people’s minds by pronouncements from the unrighteous who are in power and authority over them. Therefore, it will take time to change but it will – and so the near future will be most interesting, even if things get even more difficult as the darkness increases.

“I’ve only to think of a couple of profound changes the Lord showed me many years ago and are now taking place here and in the Middle East.

“The good thing about this SSM Bill from a Christian viewpoint is…”

Mentoring Day part 1 – apostolic/prophetic alignment and surprises!

Let’s first consider these verses in chapter 4 of Paul’s letter to the Ephesians (NKJV):

⁴There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; ⁵one Lord, one faith, one baptism; ⁶one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. ⁷But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift. ⁸Therefore He says: “When He ascended on high, He led captivity captive, And gave gifts to men.”…¹¹And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, ¹²for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, ¹³till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; ¹⁴that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, ¹⁵but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ— ¹⁶from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.

In his ardent teaching upon the benefits of apostolic/prophetic alignment for churches, Jerome Joseph stated pastors and teachers have been leading church for a season, but this new season needs them to align to, and thereby be strengthened by, the apostolic and prophetic ‘ascension’ gifts.

It is time to move away from adherence to a local church/pastor/priest, for that is a form of idolatry which is past it’s ‘sell-by’ date. And that is not of God.

It is time for an uncompromising, ruthlessness for righteousness and God’s gospel to be expressed throughout the body of Christ. When the Commander-in-Chief speaks through the apostolic/prophetic we should obey Him – we’re not a peace-keeping ministry but a militant calling.

Before that hour’s solid teaching I’d taken my seat after worship. Out of the corner of my eye I’d sensed a long grey, vertical shape whiz down the aisle invisibly carving a deep furrow through its carpeted floor! I thought it was like an ice-breaker but upon analysis thought it may be an axe or adze being swung. (See next post for correct answer!)

These photos may help you gain an impression of the impact I sensed – imagine the ship without its white superstructure and the motion of the other’s prow through ice.

Coffee break

Over coffee afterwards I chatted with a couple of fellow attendees. One mentioned she’d been praying with friends the previous evening because of a recommendation (here) for a prophetic word from Kim Clement relating to the Book of Esther. It was about wicked Haman’s fate being applied today. So, I filed it away mentally for reference (as here), but along with the above impressions, it proved to be related to what Dr Stone was about to teach!

This was the first of three references to the Book of Esther that I drew attention to in respect of the video on the Welsh Outpouring. The second and fullest occasion was when Sharon taught about a new level of being able to decree and overwrite what’s going on with this nation’s legislature. The foundational principles are contained in the book of Esther, as indicated in the last post, and continued in Mentoring Day part 2.

“A season unlike anything I’ve lived in” – Dr Sharon Stone

Arise, shine;
For your light has come!
And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.
²For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth,
And deep darkness the people;
But the Lord will arise over you,
And His glory will be seen upon you.
³The Gentiles shall come to your light,
And kings to the brightness of your rising. (Isaiah 60:1-3 NKJV)

Note that verse two begins in the imperative mood, ‘Behold!’, or ‘See’ (as in the New International Version of the Holy Bible) – ie. notice and look at how dark the earth has become with a gross/thick (KJV/NIV) darkness upon everyone – rather like today, is it not? Without itemising everything evil that’s afflicting unbelievers and secular leaders most rational folk can tell that a form of unnatural darkness is overtaking mankind.

Transformational and Increasing Glory of God

Now however, there is far more than hope, there’s the supra-natural light that originates in and comes from the Living God. In last Saturday’s mentoring day, Dr Sharon Stone developed upon the opening theme of her prophetic words for 2013. As before, she stresses that busy-ness prevents encountering the glory of God.:

“Right now”, says Sharon, “We’re in a time when we need to cultivate the glory of God in our lives and you need time to be able to do that. And to be glory carriers that attract the glory of God you need to be ‘set apart’. So if you’re so busy you don’t have that time you end up with a theology of God’s glory rather than the intimacy and the relationship, and the presence and the power that the glory of God has the ability to bring.

“I love the scripture that says we’ve all fallen short of the glory of God because…(it can also) mean we were intended to live in the glory of God. And so we have to get to a place where God is restoring that back to us. When Jesus brought us into restoration, glory is one of the things He’s restoring us to.

“Glory can come when we spend time in the manifest presence of Jesus. But we are in a season unlike anything I’ve ever lived in before, one where His glory is more readily available to us than at any time I’ve ever seen. And we’re seeing more of His glory being poured out, we’re hearing of more encounters with the Presence of the Lord – it’s no longer being a wonderful testimony of one out of a thousand people any more, but you’re hearing 99 out of a 100 talking about encounters with the Lord…

“And here’s the reason why we’re talking more about this: we believe the prophetic consensus of the season we’re in is as in Isaiah 60 [see above and full text here].

A definition of God’s glory

“Let me give you a definition: the glory of God is the fullness of ALL that God is and ALL that He has…it is part of His provision, His miracles, His blessings upon you…there is nothing that you desire that is not in the glory of God…

“In that scripture we have contradiction: great glory and great darkness upon the earth. That’s always been a contradiction, but what is different about it right now, there is an extreme in this area now…No longer is it just darkness and glory, now it is great, gross, darkness – but it is not only the glory of Jesus but now it’s also His Presence and His glory rising up on you – and it’s going to bring an attraction of others to you…”

Sharon considers the contrasts in 2 Corinthians chapter 3 and reads verses 7-9, which the NIV heads as The Greater Glory of the New Covenant. The NKJV has:

⁷But if the ministry of death, written and engraved on stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not look steadily at the face of Moses because of the glory of his countenance, which glory was passing away, ⁸how will the ministry of the Spirit not be more glorious? ⁹For if the ministry of condemnation had glory, the ministry of righteousness exceeds much more in glory. ¹⁰For even what was made glorious had no glory in this respect, because of the glory that excels. ¹¹For if what is passing away was glorious, what remains is much more glorious.

¹²Therefore, since we have such hope, we use great boldness of speech— ¹³unlike Moses, who put a veil over his face so that the children of Israel could not look steadily at the end of what was passing away. ¹⁴But their minds were blinded. For until this day the same veil remains unlifted in the reading of the Old Testament, because the veil is taken away in Christ. ¹⁵But even to this day, when Moses is read, a veil lies on their heart. ¹⁶Nevertheless when one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. ¹⁷Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. ¹⁸But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.

“There have been those who have been able to put up with your words and overlook you, but they’re not going to be able to ignore the glory that God is going to put on you! (As explained in those latter verses) there is something about the glory of God that is now going to separate you out from others around about you (and those verses) mean the glory is going to be visible to one or more of the five (natural) senses…

“So that means people around you are going to be able to see something, hear some-thing, taste something, feel something or smell something. The glory that’s going to manifest upon us in this day is going to be a mighty, a mighty, witnessing tool and I believe that once we learn to cultivate the glory of God, once we learn how to carry the glory of God, once we know how to attract the glory of God, we’re going to see that it affects relationships around about us….”

So, my reader, it was a privilege to receive such teaching of which this brings a glimpse of a tremendously blessed day. Sharon spoke of her first encounter of the glory when a young pastor and of later learning how to endure its weightier power – verse 16 is key.

At the close, fellow prophets brought words from the Lord, one of which reminded me of what the Lord had once brought to my attention regarding the Wedding of the Bride and Lamb-Lion of God of Rev 21:9). (That insight is recounted in Revival:1 – glory stories.) But what happened in these precious moments cannot be conveyed…

I have learned to be no longer surprised by our God of Surprises because those words and ensuing worship brought time forward and took us deeply in our spirits to…
