Lion Bites ‘God-incidents’: wall of water in church – revelatory levels

tsunami_edOn Sunday morning during worship a tall wall of bright blue water stood over on my right. Motionless, it was across the aisle near me, standing down the length of the hall we meet in outside Guildford and was as high as the hall’s ceiling.

The photo here (credit Scotland Ablaze) is not an exact representation because what I saw was flat-faced like a brick wall with a lattice-like pattern of foam right across it – and there wasn’t any water at the foot of it.

As the floor was dry and the fact I’d been musing upon Joshua taking the Israelites across the Jordan, then maybe it was the fruit of my imagination projecting it into my perception.  Or, maybe of Moses and the Red Sea?

If that were so then where’s the other wall of water?  I didn’t sense another to my left. And then I noted the stationary foam looked like that on Japanese artist Katsushika Hokushai’s painting of Mount Fuji Seen Below Wave at Kanagawa. – a huge tsunami!

Then it dawned on me – what I was seeing was symbolic of a spiritual tsunami from the Lord. And hadn’t someone reported having seen the same recently? (‘Torrents of living water about to flow’, in addition to what I’d ‘seen’ of something like the river Severn’s tidal bore in motion – as here and here respectively.)

Wave upon wave

Confirmation came  within minutes from our worship leader Danny. He’d been ‘motoring’ on his acoustic guitar and ‘pressing into’ heaven for about an hour and then sang about, Jesus’ love as “a raging sea” that will sweep over us. Not in our library of worship songs, he confirmed afterwards it was what he was inspired to sing about!

A couple of days later (Tuesday) a related daily Lion Bite from Glasgow Prophetic Centre dropped into my mailbox.:

A New Creative Wave

‘There is a new wave of creativity pouring out from the throne room of God into the earth realm at this moment. It is not that there isn’t already creativity on the earth – there certainly is – but this is a new level. With this new level will come new anointings, expressions, sounds, colours, movements, songs, writings, scripts, materials, products and more!

‘There are ways to create that have not yet been discovered that are being released by God and new levels that are coming into familiar creative expressions. There are dormant gifts in the people of God that are being awakened. Sounds that have yet to be discovered and colours that have not yet been seen before.

‘The Lord encourages you to explore with Him this new creative wave that He is pouring out. Find out who you are as a creative individual. To those who already move in the arts: press in for the new and cutting-edge, do not settle in the expression you have at this moment but seek for what is in you that you have yet to discover.’

Moreover, there are many workmen with you, stonecutters and masons of stone and carpenters, and all men who are skilful in every kind of work. “Of the gold, the silver and the bronze and the iron there is no limit. Arise and work, and may the LORD be with you.”

TODAY: Planning to finish yesterday’s draft on the recent general election I searched for a cartoon on the result, recalled a reader’s vision of bells ringing in Scotland and wanted to check out prophecies for that land. Immediately, I came across this photo and a dream from Isabel McKie in 2009 that relates even more closely to Sunday’s tsunami. Read her account in full here; she interprets the dream as follows

“I believe in these last days when the great wave of God’s Spirit comes there will be a greater movement than ever before and the dried-up churches will spring up into life. The dry land will be watered by the great tsunami that God has in mind to bring in, washing away all our concepts.  What a God of mystery we have, unpredictable, even the wind and the sea obey Him, and bow at His command! God help us to live in great expectation, for our God is an awesome God with secrets on His mind, and He is revealing them in these last days to His people!

“These people who sat on the shorelines were so certain of their safety for a set time. They were so sure the tide would roll in at it’s usual time. Spiritually we are the same but God has other ideas. His Holy Spirit will be poured out at His command, and our son’s and daughters will be pulled in by the power of the flood, which is going to flood the land, and pull them into the safety of Himself when we least expect it. He is the God of the unusual and He holds the key to mysteries!”

The following is today’s Lion Bite – and where did I read about ‘levels of revelation’ only yesterday?

Levels of Revelation

‘For many this past season has lacked revelation and direction. You have found yourself unable to hear the Father like you once could and your perception of what the Spirit has been saying has diminished. As one who once heard God with clarity and surety, you may have found this strange and unnerving.

‘I heard the Lord say,

“I am stopping this cycle in this moment and I am pulling you up through levels of revelation into a higher place of clarity and sight. In this place not only will you be able to hear me like you once did, but you will be sharper, quicker and more in tune with what I am saying and what I am doing than you once were. I am releasing to you such a grace and ability to perceive what I am saying in these days that you will be unable to live life as it is at this moment. Your perception of what you see before you will shift and as a result, your ability to overcome situations that you face will increase. You will find yourself unable to contain the words that I place in your spirit and the sharing of what I am saying will become so normal that you will often not even notice you are doing it.

This is a new day. This is a new time. I am marking it with an increase of revelation and an ability to hear me like never before. Allow me to break off you assignments of ‘blurry vision’ and of ‘spiritual deafness’ so that you might experience the fullness of this new grace that I am releasing. 

Revelation will become part of your armoury for battle and, for many, will become your most effective weapon. Tune your ear to me in these days. Allow me to speak to you in ways that will cause maximum transformation.”

“And it shall be in the last days,’ God says, ‘That I will pour forth of my spirit on all mankind; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions and your old men shall dream dreams.”

YESTERDAY: It just so happened that I was researching the Biblical meaning of ’70’, as I’ve been doing since hearing Charlie Shamp speaking about the prophet Daniel at the start of his recent visit. (Have yet to share as promised, but am still ruminating upon insights on the ‘corkscrew’ nature of time and 40, 55 and 70 year cycles – and the latter relates directly to our recent general election!)

So I searched for ‘meaning of 70’ and found the following link and remark from 1982:

“Seventy Years: A New Beginning The nature of Torah is such that even after 70 years of in-depth study, one can discover entirely new levels of insight.”

It proved to be a video about a renowned rabbinical leader (or Rebbe) of the Chabad Lubavitch, an orthodox Jewish religious philosophical movement that originated in the Russian ‘city of brotherly love’.

‘God-incidents’ validate cycles and point to the near future – 2

Next came an astounding surprise on the Friday – making a triplet of consecutive ‘coincidences’, again!

An extraordinary confirmation

I was completely unaware on Thursday 26th March that a Richard Barker – my namesake – had emailed me. However, in the busy-ness of getting a blog published that afternoon I’d not checked incoming mail. Unusually for our regular long weekends off-line, I was ‘nudged’ to check my email on the Friday.

I was amazed to find one not only from someone with my name, but also because what he wrote covered the very subject matter I’d heard on the Wednesday evening – ie., Dr O’s brief remark about the early Church’s rejection of its Jewish roots. This was on the evening before Richard emailed me!

We’re both writers, retired Civil Servants and our journeys in Jesus have a common factor which has taken us along different paths, which have now crossed.  Taking the decisive step in 1970 to follow Jesus, Richard joined the evangelical Reformed Church. After studying the early Church Fathers, however, he became convinced the Reformers were mistaken and was received into the Catholic Church 15 years ago.

My journey went from Catholicism of my childhood to the ‘New Age’ when a young man and engaged in occultism until Jesus rescued and ‘saved’ me in 1989. Then, to provide a solid Biblical grounding, He put me in a ‘Free’ Baptist church and a few years later I was baptised in the Holy Spirit. Subsequently, I received training and practised prayer counselling and deliverance ministry, and after moving and marrying entered ‘the River’  that honours the Charismatic and Pentecostal movements, as well as the prophetic.

So, I appreciate the other Richard’s Catholic, ex-Calvinist perspective as being highly informative as well as interesting.

Moreover, Richard’s profound encounter with Holy Spirit in July 2013 introduced him to the prophetic and revelatory realm, about which he has been led to write. This brought about a deep interest in Apostle Paul and he ‘stumbled upon’ my blog in doing a search on his own name and his e-book centred on Paul’s letter to the Ephesians – and which he’d published that very day!

[It’s noteworthy that another writer blogged that same month about an exciting trend of the Spirit drawing Christians together. Also, a New Era for the church was dawning, as prophesied by many; eg. Keith Powell spoke of “2011 being pivotal” and Bill Johnson upon 1st September being a turning point in the UK – see ‘2011’ in Library.]

So it’s good that Richard can think outside the institutional box, and especially in being blessed by Holy Spirit’s direct revelation – and is being faithful to what he’s received.

My namesake has kindly allowed me to quote his email about a prophecy he believes the Holy Spirit gave him,

“…the main thrust (of which) concerns the re-unification of the churches and also the reconciliation of our Jewish Fathers of the Faith with their Gentile children (us) whom according to Paul have been incorporated into the Kingdom ahead of them to “provoke them to jealousy”  (Rom 11:11). That reconciliation I believe will be achieved when the churches (not least Rome) acknowledge misunderstandings concerning the promises to the Jews in the Old Testament (pertaining to “the fellowship of the secret” (Eph 3:9-11 Greek) which I am clear nobody has really understood including myself until my encounter with the Spirit.”

On the last point and in view of his background, Richard has probably realised that the Replacement Theology taught since the early Church is widely recognised as an error. Nevertheless, as he states, a higher revelation beyond most theological understanding could be emerging.

The concept of inter-denomination reconciliation/re-unification to which Holy Spirit has led Richard reminds me of the words Heidi Baker brought last October on a new move of God within the UK, for which this brief extract cannot do justice:

Heidi at CTF Wembley“There’s going to be a movement of unity in the UK that’s going to shake the world, says the Lord. I hear the prophetic word of the Lord. It’s going to flow through the universities and the colleges of the universities. It’s going to flow through denomination and the non-denominations. There’s going to be a move of unity within the Body of Christ.

“… There’s going to be something that the people of other faiths are going to see in this nation, as believers come together in radical love.

“… There’s going to be another historical move of God…

“…And there’s something specific happening as you start just lining up in this unity. There’s going to be a unity beyond anything the UK’s ever seen. It’s like there’s something, I feel like you’re going to become like these radical lovers of God that’s going to cross all denominations, all the barriers.” (Emphases reflect emphasis in Heidi’s voice.)

The ‘Mysteries’

Richard and I share an appreciation of the Kingdom ‘mysteries’, or secrets, as in Paul’s letter to the church in Ephesus. About the time of blogging An insight into the supra-natural I searched out all NT references on ‘mysteries’ in my study Bible, highlighted and mulled over them – including Jesus’ comment to His disciples,

“To you it has been given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God, but to those who are outside all things come in parables….” (Mark 4:11 NKJV)

I particularly note Apostle Paul’s quiet sojourn in Arabia where he must have deepened his relationship with the living Lord thereby beginning a life of revelations on “The Way” of Christ. There’s frequent reference throughout his letters to his personal insights.

I look forward to reading Richard’s prophetical-cum-theological ‘take’ in his e-book The Fellowship of The Secret. He describes it as identifying, “the key that unlocks an age-enduring  mystery surrounding the apparent disconnection between OT prophecy and the out-working of the Church/Gospel age.” 

This claim, however, is not so new or surprising to those who study prophetic scripture outside the confines of the Catholic or Reformed churches, especially in view of the latter’s wide consensus on the cessation of Holy Spirit’s activity after the 1st Century.

In the overview of his e-book (as above link), Richard focuses upon Paul’s statement in Ephesians 3:8-11 about his personal revelations. I especially appreciate this conclusion regarding the mutual failure in Jews and early Christians to understand one another:

“…Christendom’s part pertains to a failure to grasp the “the fellowship of the secret” – its implications to broader providence and God’s as yet unfulfilled terrestrial promises to the nation He first chose for Himself.”

Dipping into the extracts Richard makes available online, I like his hammering home on what the Church has lost and missed, and especially note the following from the first chapter ‘The Hidden Dispensation’ of ‘The Fellowship of the Secret’:

“The New Testament “elephant in the room”: the biblically unexplained and largely undebated non-fulfilment (or subversion) of scriptural prophecy regarding the terrestrial and political aspects of the Jewish apocalypse pertains to a secret disclosure, revealed to and through Paul of which I was previously unaware but now realise is the key to understanding Old Testament prophecy…”

Preceding that section Richard’s remarks are of direct relevance to recent posts on this blog about keys to and unsealing of the Book of Daniel, with emphasis added:

“In the religious sphere an on-going learning curve has been guaranteed through the intentionally cryptic profundity of Holy Scripture that was never intended to be entirely unravelled until the end of the age, for it contains at least one significant mystery (or secret) that was not to be disclosed until such a time (Dan 12:1-4 & 7; Rev 10:4,7)…”

I suspect that those who love to sink their teeth into a theological treatise topped by a prophetic icing will gain by reading my namesake’s e-book – especially in broadening  our own understanding of End-times. I certainly will.

Summary

Reflecting on all this I notice the trio of ‘coincidental’ and thereby significant events, took place over 3 successive days, making an excellent example of ‘God-incidence’. That is, one that confirms and validates what I’d heard and recalled, as shared above.

All this suggests the Lord’s invisible hand is distributing keys to a complex network that connects Biblical and private prophecies and events to interweave them with historical cycles, as well as with personal destinies – wheels within wheels.

Next, we consider a 70-years period and how it points to 2017, as well as confirmatory teachings Charlie Shamp brought at the Passover-Easter conference; eg., on Daniel, the Age to Come, Blood Moons, the Temple and the Old Testament power behind Islam; taking us full circle and up another level – what else!

Kingdom Invasion Tour UK – attend the Shamp’s tour if possible

As you may expect from the previous, illustrated post about Charlie Shamp’s visit to Guildford, I can recommend your making the effort to attend, if at all possible.

Those who travelled from south and central Hampshire. London and north Kent were blessed to receive healing. And others came from several hours away, even Ireland.

Those wanting fresh insights into scripture will not be disappointed – but be prepared to be challenged!  For example, rather than ‘doom and gloom’, Charlie brought uplifting thoughts and revelation from the Book of Joel on the ‘blood moon tetrad’.  As in my covering note to the re-blog of Justin Abraham’s announcement, I was blessed many times, especially by confirmations of recent insights!

Healing Passover conference in Guildford area

Resurrection weekend featured healings from long-term ailments, and encouragement from the Lord for Nina, plus insights and confirmations of a personal nature through Charlie’s teaching.

Charles_Brynn_Shamp_250px[1]Well Church International in Bramley was the first of two locations in the area starting Charlie & Brynn Shamps’ Kingdom Invasion UK tour before they head off to Germany and France. This time last year I blogged about their visit and prophetic words for the UK (tag). So it’s very interesting this time to hear Brynn speak about a vision she received at Jacob’s Well (outside Guildford) during that visit. After praying about it, they realised this was a good reason for them to return to the UK.

When Brynn referred to ‘the ground opening up’, I recalled what I’d seen in an open vision during worship in 2004. Here’s her account from Diary of a Preacher’s Wife; A New Chapter (highlighting added):

On a Saturday afternoon, as we ministered in a place called Jacob’s Well I saw a vision during worship. What I saw was a great shaking in England and the blood of the martyrs (the revivalists and believers that have gone before us and laid down their lives for the Gospel) rising from the ground. As it rose, the rains from Heaven began to pour with the weight of God’s presence. Mid-air the droplets of blood and water collided, instantly transforming into golden drops. These liquid drops of golden glory fell back to the Earth, covering the ground – saturating the land. It was a declaration and confirmation that God’s glory was about to cover the Earth, but first a shaking was going to take place.

Selah!

“We arrived in Guildford, which is just south of London, on Thursday and started the Passover Conference at The Well Church, Friday night.

“Wow, did God ever move in power! The presence of God moved uniquely in each meeting. Many people were touched and testified of receiving miracles throughout the weekend.

“On Friday night a woman testified to having a scar that she had for twenty two years vanish while the power of God swept through the building.

“Then Saturday night three woman had tumors dissolve from their bodies. One woman had multiple growths for more than twenty years leave her body! These are just a few of the wonderful things that took place over the past few days.”

PREPPED TO ADVANCE

The Lord says to you,

For I am about to transition my people, my army, into a season of acceleration and advance – but in order for you to be effective and quick in this you must not be carrying anything that would slow down your pace.

“The day is drawing near for the advance of my army. The day is drawing nearer to when my people possess the land that I have for them and enforce my victory in new territories. But in this preparation season I am calling to my children, I am calling them into a life of purity – a life that is set apart.

“I come to burn from you worry about finances, family and work and sift out of you fear that has paralysed you. I am cutting from you lust that you have been unable to shift, thoughts that seem to flood your mind and desires that you cannot cap. I come to make you burden-free and light-weight. I come so that you may be an effective foot soldier in the coming days.

Prophetic Word: It’s a New Season…can you see it?

Life has many seasons. There are seasons of dreaming, periods of preparation, times of silence and eras of learning. This is true of people, families, organisations and of course, churches. It was even true of Jesus. You can’t fight it, you’ve just got to recognise it and live accordingly.

But I believe many people and churches are entering a new season right now, and it is the season of possessing the promise. Of crossing over into hopes and dreams that we have been preparing for, for years. It’s time for favour, for fulfilment, for ownership, of breakthrough!

Coming Wave of the Holy Spirit to the US

This is most intriguing because I posted today what was intended for last week but which got delayed by material relating to the prophet Daniel. Having done that, Tony reminded me of relevant visions and his concluding reference in this one to rising demonic reactions reflects my own thoughts on anti-Semitism’s apparent presence in proposed prayers for Lent in the UK. Thank you Lord for confirming my thoughts.

I had a vision on the morning of 9/3/2010 , I kept hearing the word, “wave”, and wondered as to its meaning. I was then shown a wave the size of a tsunami and I was on a surf board riding the wave. The Tsunami was heading for the United States, and, as you know, A Tsunami is caused by an earthquake in the sea which indicates to me a shaking, a great shaking. This tsunami is a move of the Holy Spirit of gigantic proportions that is coming to the United States. It is my belief that it will impact the west coast first as this is where surfing is popular. Wave of revival heading for UK

At the School of the Prophetic held in Leicester on 25th January Simon Braker brought the following:

In a dream last night I saw a giant green wave approaching the entire borders of the UK. As it hit the beaches it swept through the whole of the UK touching every town village and city. Not one street was left untouched.

In its wake thousands of fires began to light up all over the UK, in houses, church buildings, office buildings everywhere!

I asked the Lord, “What is this Lord?”  He answered and said,

“A great prayer awakening is about to hit the UK, this new passion and burden for my presence in prayer will be the John the Baptist of this day, every place where this fresh voice of prayer is heard my presence shall flood into.

“This next move of my Spirit will show no regard for denominational lines and steams or styles of ministry. The only defining factor is hunger,

“In this season those who truly thirst shall be filled, some places that appear to be alive shall be shown to be dead and other places that appear to be dead shall break out into vibrant life,

“This is a season that many of my hidden ones shall be revealed, I have had many hidden who are called for such a time as this.”

Thank you Suzanne Payne for this transcript, the content of which reminds me of Rev. Norman James’ reaction upon receiving a similar ineffable vision to that of his prayer-partner Smith Wigglesworth of a holy visitation to Britain. (For details click here.) Also, the lighting of fires is similar to Jean Darnall’s vision in 1967.

I particularly  note the above reference to ‘hidden ones’, which may relate to the theme of dreams he has been having recently on the prophet Daniel’s ‘time of the end’ visions, as here.

Uncap the ancient wells

Thank you to Suzanne Payne for this transcript from the Secret Place Conference at Revival Fires UK in Dudley.

On 22nd January David Herzog brought the following word:

“I was laying on the floor worshipping, I was taken up in the spirit and I saw the map of England and I saw all these little wells that God wanted to re-uncap and that you don’t have to re-dig the well, you don’t have to create a new well, all you had to do was re-dig the ancient wells and start there, you already have a head start, the great moves of God that England already had, they’re all over, they’ve just been dammed up.

“The Lord said just uncap them, uncap them and it’ll be able to spring up again, and that’s one of your best defences against what’s happening in Europe and in England is (to) uncap the ancient wells, and let the King of Glory enter in.”

At the Constantinople council in 553 there was a lot of argument about what should and should not be included in the canon of scripture. Many books were removed at that time, and some wanted to throw out even the books of James, Peter, and Jude (all with a lot of the supernatural in them). Dale Mast: There’s a river running through this nation

The following prophetic impression was given by Dale Mast whilst speaking on Jesus and the throne of David. In closing 2015 ‘The Year of Promise’ with a personal note I was reminded of that mentoring day last September and dug out my jottings.

As Dale stepped onto a low platform at the invitation of Dr Sharon Stone, I had an open vision of a high wall of flame stretching across the front of the hall and through which he passed. During his message he spoke of having seen a huge flame under the south pole, as told in Holy fire from southern to northern hemispheres.  So I could not but pay him very close attention. I hung on every word…

Now however, I recalled not having published his prophetic impression of being in the UK. Here’s what he said:

“I felt like I saw this river flowing through the middle of this gathering (and) there’s a river running through this nation and the Lord says, “And the river of God is getting ready to run through the land again”, and the Lord says, “This is going to be a time to come and think and come and drink”.

“And the Lord says, “I’m refreshing the anointing that has been dormant”, and the Lord says, “There’s an authority that’s rising in the land”, and the Lord says,

“And I’m starting with you!”…and the Lord says…

“Would you become my friend? Would you enter into the Holy of Holies? Would you walk in to receive a new mantle for the next season? Would you allow me to shift your identity?

“Do not expect me to shift the nation until I shift you!“

“And I just saw God’s hand – like people were going uphill where they couldn’t go – and I saw God’s hand go and push them right in. And Lord I thank you that, literally, that you are advancing people.

“And I felt like – sir, you have hand up, right there. Stand up [he means me!]…

Dale Mast credit Branchmill PhotoGalleryDale delivered a prophetic word from the Lord about Joshua and Caleb’s faith outlasting 40 years of doubt, to see what it was they’d believed come to pass. This relates to a dream that God delayed but which will come to pass for me. That’s really intriguing because another 15 years would pass before I became a believer – but 40 years ago my ‘dream’ was to find the real truth. (See this part of my personal story.)  Yet even older was a passing childhood fancy of how marvellous it must have been to see Jesus teach and heal people.

Aliss Cresswell: 2015 ‘The Year of Promise’ – a new map for the New Season

In my humble opinion this is extraordinary for the reasons given in my appended Notes. And there are lots I’d like to underscore!

Thank you again Suzanne Payne for transcribing another prophetic word and preparing introductory material. (It is, therefore, most helpful in view of our present situation.) This word was brought on 7th January and I concur with her opinion,

“This is an excellent word from Aliss Cresswell…It is in line with much of what God (is) saying through others”.

Aliss and husband Rob Creswell head up GloryFires, MorningStar Europe in Chester, UK. There, they are witnessing hundreds of miraculous healings and salvations in their shop, café, in their churches and on the streets. MorningStar Europe is the European arm of MorningStar Ministries representing Rick Joyner and the MorningStar Ministries team in the UK and relating to other ministries all over Europe.

“The Lord’s given me a prophetic Word for 2015, and I’m excited to share it with you.

2015 ‘The Year of Promise’

“The beginning of 2015 marks the end of preparation, the end of wandering in the wilderness and the beginning of a new season of possessing the land of your inheritance. Everything is changing. Have you not been aware of it? The transition from one existence to another. Just like the Israelites, the wilderness was a place where you simply survived to get to the next test. You fought battles in order to get by. Miracles of provision or healing were to get you through. In the wilderness Israel was continually passing through, and the whole point of the wilderness was preparation and training.

“I believe that the Body of Christ has been in the wilderness for a long time. You may have become discouraged as the months of patiently waiting and battling have turned into years. But I want to tell you, the season of waiting is over. Hallelujah! As this year opens up, you have an invitation to enter the promised land, and possess those promises, to occupy the land of your inheritance from the Lord. The wilderness time has come to an end and you are now poised to inherit your promises, just as the Israelites were invited by God to take the promised land. All that the Lord has been doing in your life so far has been in preparation for this day. It is time to take possession of the riches that are in Christ Jesus. All that Jesus accomplished on the cross for you and for me is ours for the taking.

“But a choice lies before you. Life in the promised land will be very different from how you existed in the wilderness. Church will not look the same. What worked up til now is not necessarily going to bear fruit in this next season. Mindsets and wineskins need to change. As the Israelites entered the promised land, God declared that Moses My servant is dead. (You can read that in Joshua ch 1 v 2). The old style of leadership that led us through years in the wilderness is over. Leaders need to stay closely in step with the Holy Spirit at this time, as the old style of leadership is not going to be adequate to advance and occupy the territory the Lord is giving us.

“Don’t worry that previous streams of provision are changing or drying up. The manna that has sustained you is ceasing, and you’ll begin to live off the fruit of the land the Lord is giving you. The Lord will teach you how to cultivate the land in this new season. New streams of revenue and blessing. No more living just to get by. The Lord desires to give you the ability to produce wealth. New creative ideas and businesses, downloads from heaven, new streams of income.

“This is a time for receiving strategy. A time for the Apostolic mandate to be embraced. For being on the offensive not the defensive. It’s a time to advance. Keep gaining ground. Remain humble and reliant on the Lord, and give generously. Be obedient to His voice and worship Him. (You’ll find more in Deuteronomy chapter 8)

“Do not be like the 10 spies who declared the enemy too powerful to overcome when Moses sent them to check out the promised land. (That was in Numbers 13 you can read more about that). They instilled fear in the rest of the people, and because they believed the lie, that whole generation had to die out in the wilderness.

“This is a crucial time you are in. Do not give fear a place in your life but boldly proclaim the Word of the Lord, and you will overcome, for the Lord is with you mighty warrior. It is only you that can now hold you back.

“Yes there are giants in the land, giants will manifest, in fact many are now facing the greatest opposition they’ve ever faced in their lives. However, it is not a time to come into agreement with the enemy, but it’s time to stand your ground. Don’t back down, but step out in faith and move forward as you follow the Holy Spirit’s instructions. The enemy manifests when he’s threatened. But take courage, it is he whose afraid not you.

“This is a time for some big decisions. Make them in line with the Holy Spirit, not in line with your circumstances or your human emotions.

“Do not be afraid. Be strong and courageous for the Lord your God is with you. Now then, you and all these people, get ready to cross into the land the Lord has promised you. The cloud of witnesses and the host of heaven are cheering you on. It is your time to extend the Kingdom of God in love and power such as you’ve never imagined before.

“Like Jesus, it is time to only do what you see the Father doing in heaven, and speak only what you hear the Lord speaking to you. Your spiritual senses are awakening. Encounters with the angelic realm and supernatural occurrences are increasing, and it is imperative you pay attention to heaven at this time. Just as Joshua ordered the men circling Jericho not to utter a sound until they were told to, so you are to learn to speak and declare at the right time, in accordance with the Lord’s direction, and you will see strongholds of the enemy fall.

“Work alongside angels as you step out in faith and do exploits miracles signs and wonders like never before. You are now standing in unchartered territory. New opportunities, new realms of the Spirit and new adventures open up before you. Like Joshua, you have not been this way before.

“The old has gone, so let it go. It’s time for freedom, for liberty. No more boundaries. You have stepped off the map of the old. It is time to write a new map, the possibilities are endless.

“This is great, this is from Joshua ch 5 v 9. It says (this is the Lord speaking to you) : Today, I have rolled away the shame of your slavery from you, it is a time of freedom. This is radical, and it will take a radical, liberated, fearless and bold generation to occupy this territory, but it is glorious. So wonderful and full of liberty, love, joy and peace. My presence shall go with you says the Lord, and I will give you rest. (That’s from Exodus ch 33 v 14)

“This is a time to bear much fruit, as you abide in Him. The fruit is huge, the harvest is unprecedented. It has begun. Jesus said, all authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me, therefore go – you go. He says I am with you always, to the very end of the age (Matthew 28 verses 18 – 20).

“So, this is your time, this is your day. We have just entered into the promised land, so go!”

Personal Notes:

  • This was the 1st of 3 instances on two consecutive days that the Lord gave the word, “Go!”. The three individuals who are involved are unknown to one another. I just happen to be the ‘news-boy’ on the wall. This in addition to His similar urging through Heidi Baker in October (as here) wherein identical “Go!” phrases had also been given to Ginny Cryer (Culture Changers UK) the night before she read Heidi.
  • The reference to Numbers 13 and the Israelites sent to spy out the Promised Land connects into a prophetic word about a 40 years-old promise, as given to me from the front by Dale Mast at September’s mentoring day.
  • The above references to Joshua directly plug into the theme of an imaginary train journey published almost two years ago (see Abiding in God’s Word).

Heaven Around Us, Heaven Within Us

TransfigurationAnd He was transfigured before them; and His face shone like the sun, and His garments became as white as light (Matt 17:2).

The Greek word ‘metamorphoó’ (the same root from which we get the English word ‘metamorphosis’), is translated ‘transfigured’ in this passage and ‘transformed’ in Romans 12:2 (‘but be transformed by the renewing of your mind’).

When Jesus was on the mount of transfiguration he was representing mankind. He was showing people what it would be like if they were fully able to reflect God’s glory through their lives. They would literally be shining. As we are fully transformed into the image of Jesus and mature into becoming joint heirs with Him, we will begin to shine as He did when He was transfigured/transformed. Something of God’s glory will be seen in us.

One of the ‘hardest words’ its authors encountered was from ‘…someone coming out of Satanism: “The Church is powerless, because they do not live in their inheritance”!’ (See Paws 4 thought: Christian inheritance and the End-times church.)

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind… (Rom 12: 2).

We are to be transformed so that we will know the will of God for our lives, what our destiny is, ordained by God in eternity past, when we were a spiritual being.

We are all unique; we all have an individual destiny, but for each one of us it is to bring the rule of God into our own particular sphere of influence. God called Adam to subdue the earth and rule over it, to bring heaven to earth, so that earth would be a reflection of heaven. If we don’t know what it is like in heaven, we cannot reflect it here on earth.

Dr Sharon Stone: Word of the Lord for 2015 and the New Season

I’m grateful to the Lord for these dreams and their interpretation, and prophetic words brought by Sharon. Also to Michael Marcel for sending me his transcript, to which I’ve indented scriptures for ease of reference, as I was unable to attend the conference. He writes,

“I believe this is a very important word and very exciting. She plans to teach on (5) below during her Monthly Mentoring days. I think she describes where many of us are trying to be or indeed are already.”

2015 WORD OF THE LORD, Dr Sharon Stone

“Of the increase of His government and peace there will be no end, upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, to order it and establish it with judgment and justice from that time forward, even forever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.” Isaiah 9:7

The news around us each day reminds us that we are surrounded by:

  • Global crisis
  • Economic instability
  • Onslaughts against our religious freedom.

So as we prophetically look into this next season, Heaven’s advance continues toward an eternal goal, with God’s government and peace increasing.

Last month I had three dreams related to the new season we are entering into:

1. First dream

Rev Dr Sharon Stone, courtesy CIEI was touring a small beautiful ship. This yacht was finished to very high standards. I was impressed. Then my view was drawn back. I saw there were many diverse boats, but they were sitting upon rocks and sand without water underneath them. The fact there was no water did not seem to be noticed by those on the boats.

  • The water representing the Holy Spirit (The presence of God).
  • The boats representing Jesus’ church in the earth.

I understood there is a focus of God upon us individually and corporately concerning our inability to understand the hosting of His presence.

Jesus did everything on earth as a man not God, yet He is eternally God (God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit). The Holy Spirit (the presence of God) came upon Jesus during His baptism, but Jesus set His capacity aside and said:

“The Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner.” John 5:19

Jesus was able to model the character of the Father and reveal the will of God on earth. He emptied Himself and demonstrated what life would look like without sin. Because Jesus did it as a man, we can no longer be satisfied to stay where we are. We are compelled to pursue the example Jesus gave, whilst knowing we will always need a Saviour, Deliverer and Redeemer.

Somewhere in church history, the church started gathering around a sermon. The Bible tells us Israel encamped around the presence of the God. God is bringing us to the place where we will live conscious of God’s presence with us. This will enable us to release His presence to society around us.

Back to the dream of the boats without water. The Lord is releasing forerunners and prophets of:

  • The spiritual rains
  • The spiritual floodings
  • The turning of the spiritual tides

These forerunners are a people that know what it means to manifest the presence of God. There has always been a remnant, an unofficial band of men and women as spoken of in Matthew.

“From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been forcefully advancing, and forceful men lay hold of it.” Matthew 11:12

They recognize an urgency of the hour, so they press into the depths of God and are consumed with a passion for the Lord. We will see a greater increase of those who are thirsty for God presence, willing to pay a price in order to see the manifestation of God’s presence and power in the world. We will see and hear of extraordinary, special and unusual miracles spoken of in Acts.

“And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul”. Acts 19:11

2. Second Dream

This related to the new season we are entering into.

I saw a thatched cottage. It was cosy, comfortable with grass as the roof instead of tiles. As I gazed upon this thatched house I kept thinking the grass belongs on the ground not the roof. I understood what was our ceiling in the last season is now our floor in this season.

This can be a “Turnaround Year” for you:

  • There will be a Re-establishing
  • We will be Resetting
  • We are going to Recalibrate the way we do things
  • There’s a Rediscovering of how to advance God’s kingdom on the earth

In the economy, it is an important time to put our affairs/debts in order. The economy of Europe is going to be shaken again in order to be reset and recalibrated.

3. Third Dream

This also related to the new season we are entering into:

I saw a truck/lorry driving into a drought area to unload its cargo. As the gate was lifted a great and glorious lion bounded out of the back of the truck. It was like documentaries I had seen, where animals were relocated from drought areas to sustainable areas, but this was in reverse.

  • The lion represented Jesus the Lion of Judah
  • The drought represented draught areas in our lives

Jesus is bounding into our areas of drought bringing hope.

Today, Prophets are prophesying to the dry bones of the church, as Ezekiel prophesied to the slain army.

“Prophesy to the breath, prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe on these slain, that they may live.” So I prophesied as He commanded me, and breath came into them, and they lived, and stood upon their feet, an exceedingly great army

(Note) 11.…Israel says; ‘Our bones are dry, our hope is lost… “ Ezekiel 37:9-11

Verse 11 shows the reason Ezekiel needed to prophesy; “our hope is lost.”

There are “Architects of Hope” now arising and releasing:

  • Fresh dreams
  • Fresh vision

God is asking us “Can we believe again?”

The graveyard should no longer be the place where the majority of dreams end up. Buried desires will receive a Resurrection of Hope.

4. Turnaround Season of Reverses and Versus.

a) The Fear of the Lord vs. The Fear of Exposure

God has begun and will continue to deal with any uncleanness, unrighteousness, and injustice in us and in society. There will be exposures of that which remains undealt with and hidden.

Exposure is not the aim of this season but the outcome of the rising of the river of God’s presence. And it will bring with it the Fear of the Lord.

God’s grace will provide the enabling we need to cultivate a new level of holiness and righteousness in our lives.

b) Imprinting vs. Indoctrination

Imprint: A learning process in early life whereby patterns of behaviour are established.

“Jesus is the sole expression of the glory of God and He is the perfect imprint and very image of [God’s] nature…” Hebrews 1:3 AMP

Jesus is the perfect imprint of God. What is important in our life is growing into the likeness and image of Jesus Christ.

Indoctrination: Teaching someone to accept doctrines uncritically or unbiased.

This also contains a warning about deception, as we need to study to show ourselves approved.

Then I saw God the Father position Himself as the father of the prodigal son waiting in expectation. God spoke and said He was expecting the Prodigal Gospel to return. I sensed this was a gospel that offers all the good things about our inheritance in Christ the blessings, healings, deliverances, grace, forgiveness, mercy but it is a gospel without cost, a gospel understood from a benefit entitlement mentality. Our identity, beliefs and behaviour must be established by an imprinting of Jesus. The image of Jesus in our lives must be our goal.

“Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children,” Ephesians 5:1

c) Kingdom Entertainment and a Media Resistance Army vs. The Corruption of Family Films and Fear Monger Media

God is speaking about news and movies. Hollywood is responding to biblical films. Kingdom films are going to be financially valuable. Many young creative David’s will bring down entertainment Goliaths.

This is a season of Film and Underground movements. New underground bloggers will rise up as a resistance army. Underground media will be Whistle Blowers, where there has been the “Good Old Boys Club” of agreed silence.

The most impactful revelation I saw was:

5. The Army of the Lord is being released.

I had a vision of a living room in the 1940’s with the family seated around the radio, and I heard Winton Churchill speaking into a war season.

God needs a people of power, authority and authorisation, who can tell the devil as Jesus did; “You have no part in me”. Those who can deal with the Confrontation of the Ages.

These are the Third Level of Overcomers

“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death. Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time.” Revelation 12:11-12

The devil is angry and demons that have been on reserve are being released to the earth. The demonic world is ruled by violence and control. The higher demons sit on their thrones ordering the minor demons to do their bidding. During these last days (however long that might be) the higher power demons that have been saved for the last days will be our giants to confront.

When Joshua and Israel crossed over into the Promised Land they entered a military campaign. They had to fight the giants for their territory. Symbolically we have crossed over. We are at our Jericho and Ai. At Jericho it took a miracle and strategy to breakthrough. At Ai the people partnered with God’s holiness and judgment. We are entering this Army of the Lord Movement for our territories and nations.

We are the God’s part of Joel’s Army. An army that never existed before and never will again. Like the two witnesses of Revelation we will operate in unlimited faith, grace and power without measure.

This army will have a volunteer spirit as stated in Psalms.

“Your people shall be volunteers in the day of Your power.” Psalms 110:3

God is going to make being a part of this army attractive. His people will be willing. So we can see that God is going to deal with our fear of spiritual warfare. Remember after Ai, after Achan was judged, no more soldiers were lost.

The main purpose of an army is to protect or take territory. During this Kingdom establishing movement “forceful men” are going to take hold of their territory.

The problem is that most of the church are civilians not army personnel, and we only see God as love, which He is. As army personnel we will be subject to training, authority over us. Remember we were bought with a price, we are not our own.

“…and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price.” 1 Corinthinians 6:19-20

As Generals we will need to teach and train others the principals of success and warfare, realising what it says in Romans.

“And the God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet.” Romans 16:20

6. We will see “Convergence” as never before.

It will look like coalition of movements, people and leaders coming together.

We will see points of convergence even in the Seven Mountains.

  • Religion
  • Business/Finances
  • Arts/Entertainment
  • Government
  • Family
  • Media
  • Education

Which will also bring merging agendas. We need to look for these points of convergence.

Holy lightning beyond ‘The Pond’ strikes in the UK!

The ‘bolt’ struck in our lounge Sunday afternoon before last and hit my wife!  Not real atmospheric lightning but, nonetheless, the effects are electrical. It’s happened not a few times whilst live streaming to a morning’s service in Alabama. (It was 7th December 2014.)

Nina’s face contorted and emitted an indistinct sound as she squirmed in her seat. Eyes staring wide, eyebrows mid-forehead, electricity pulsed up and down from head to toe and back. It was caused by what was going on a quarter the way around the world southwest from us – on the Gulf of Mexico’s north coast!

Lindell_CooleyIt was the final night of Dedication Weekend for Church of His Presence moving into a brand new building by Daphne, Alabama. Reinhard Bonnke had opened the first night with being interviewed by pastor Kirkpatrick on how he was led into his evangelistic outreach (over 73 million souls saved) by Holy Spirit’s power healing the totally blind – incredible!

Eighteen minutes into Sunday’s worship Lindell Cooley burst into a song new to us, but which became popular when he led praise at the Brownsville Revival,

Five minutes later he speaks and declares under a strong unction the importance of Ephesians 3:10 for the Church moving into the new season:

10 to the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places,

Maybe you question Nina’s reaction? Let me explain. Since being born-again 25 years ago on 1st of this month, she’s been blessed with the Holy Spirit’s gift of discernment!  Thus, she’s able to tell instantly whether anywhere or anyone has an unclean spiritual influence. This gifting has proven very useful for prayer-ministry – and when visiting Toronto Airport Church, in view of claims that manifestations there were demonic and nothing to do with God.

Also, in Nina’s growing closer to the Lord and leading a Spirit-led life, this sensitivity to Holy Spirit’s prompting has only heightened, as demonstrated above.

Thus, when someone speaks or sings under Holy Spirit’s anointing then His presence within her reacts noticeably, as with this song. It is unmistakably clear acceptance and endorsement of the Godly nature of what’s conveyed. Worship under the stars with Lindell

cruise0129Silkily gliding under the stars in the cool of an early Caribbean evening, delegates with Toronto’s ‘Catch The Wave’ conference at sea headed to the ship’s swimming pool nestled below restaurants. But it was planked over – musical kit and our musician/vocalists Kelley Warren and Lindell Cooley were warming up!

2nd March 2006, an unforgettable evening worshiping God under the heavens as we sailed in the dark towards Cuba en-route from Jamaica to the Bahamas. My attempt at short video capture completely fails to do it justice, but the psalmist’s ‘King of Glory’ praise left an indelible mark in my soul.

It got fired up a couple of years later upon hearing Roy Fields play it in Florida and then here in England. Even now, the fire burns deeply whenever I hear King of Glory.

Fulfilled prophecy #1 – Jean Darnall visions for UK

A couple of weeks ago friends told us about noticeable, encouraging changes in their localities. Also, the church we attend is in touch with developments in Gloucester, the Midlands, London and St Albans, as well as in Norway and Germany.  I recalled the three-fold vision Jean Darnall had in the 60’s of small fires all over Britain multiplying and joining up – and then came heaven’s lightning strikes. She writes,

What I saw was the British Isles, as in a bird’s eye view. A kind of haze was over the whole, like a green fog. And then little pinpricks of light began to appear from the top of Scotland to Land’s End. Then the Lord seemed to draw me closer to these lights, and I saw that they were fires that were burning. They were multiplying from the top of Scotland to Land’s End. Then I saw lightening come and strike those fires, the brightest spots particularly, and there was a kind of explosion, and rivers of fire flowed down. Again, the sense of direction was from the top of Scotland to Land’s End. But some of those rivers of fire didn’t stop there. They went right across the Channel and didn’t stop there. They went right across the Channel and spread out into the Continent…

Jean DarnallThen I asked the Lord, “What does the lightning stand for?” And He said, “Unlike the first part, in which I will be speaking to Christians and preparing My church and renewing it and reviving the saints, the lightning represents a second part of the vision, in which I will bring a spiritual awakening to the nation that will be a witness to the unsaved, to the un-churched, to the non-Christian. Through these believers I will bring a witness to this land. They will be an army of witnesses. And I will begin to release their ministries so that when they give their testimonies there will be apostolic signs following and accompanying their testimonies…”

Within days I read Michael Marcel’s transcript of Cindy Jacob’s Prophetic words for the UK on his UK Awakening site, as well as from one of my subscribers who’d transcribed Heidi Baker’s stirring prophecy about a new move of God in the UK. The next day an email arrived from a most enthusiastic Michael reporting:

“… I believe that revival has begun. I am sensing that the atmosphere of Heaven is increasing in the land and I am hearing others say the same.

This does not mean though that thousands are going to be instantly saved in the coming days; no, if we want that to happen it is down to us to make it happen.

This is the time for stepping out and being bold and offensive. If we continue to do what we have always done in this season we will miss what God is doing. We need to partner with what Holy Spirit is doing and change this nation. This is not a time for waiting it is a time for extending the Kingdom of God in your area.

Unless we take what the Lord is doing into the streets, into prisons, into restaurants etc, we will not be able to give testimonies of the incredible things God has done through us. This is the time to fill your journals with testimonies.”

Those whom we spoke to have just emailed their reports to me and this also came from Michael:

“I went to hear Rodney Howard Browne last night. He has come to tell everyone to get out there and start bringing in the lost, heal the sick etc. Same message I am giving but his platform is 1000 times bigger :)” (Read in full under Dec 5)

In May I published three posts about overseas visitors arriving in Britain and noticing changes in our spiritual atmosphere. It sure seems this is growing – dare I say ‘opening up’? – as in fulfilment of Jean’s vision and recent words from Cindy and Heidi.

Examples from East Hants and South Devon

First, news of something we’d planned to attend locally but couldn’t because of an unscheduled medical situation. We wanted to hear all about it and were pleasantly surprised to learn much, of which RG writes only a part:

“We’ve received encouraging reports of showing a new Billy Graham film, “The Cross”, which was launched nationally last month.

“Christian friends in Liss, Hampshire, hired the village hall, appropriately enough on Remembrance Day, 11th November, to show the film, which briefly looks back over 60 years of Billy Graham’s ministry in the UK, beginning with Haringey in 1954, but focuses on remembrance of a much earlier, history-changing event, the crucifixion of Jesus Christ.

“Despite his great age of 96 years, Billy Graham is still passionate about reaching men, women and young people with the unchanging message of the Christian Gospel, and the film contains powerful testimonies from young people about how they found Christ.”

‘The Cross’ is a professional, well-crafted film and its showing was part of our friend’s work as a local leader of The Gideons Bible society. He’s taught about the Gospel in schools but this was the first time we’d heard him so excited about what’s happening.

Our friend was surprised because reactions to the film he’d planned showing were that it’s irrelevant for today. So it was expected to be a flop – but it wasn’t.  Support came from unexpected places and has enabled a greater harmony between churches.

Next, came news from RP a few hundred miles away west of Dartmouth:

“A Catholic church is inviting anyone of any denomination to join them in prayer on an occasional basis when some significant event raises a need: the Ebola outbreak was one example. Another church, having gone through several very difficult years, is now being rebuilt on strong foundations of the Word, and there is a real sense of the Holy Spirit at the meetings. I am finding it increasingly easy to make connections with other prayer groups in the area, and I am receiving information about groups which I never even knew existed. A distinct lightening of the spiritual atmosphere. This is small but exciting stuff!”

Thirdly, RG mentioned an area prayer meeting in Liphook being convened by a person unknown to us but whose name had cropped up twice before in that very week. So I  made contact and was invited to a well-attended meeting at the parish church. That was the same week in which I received Michael’s email. So I mentioned it, and a retired vicar said he’s noticed an improvement across inter-church relationships in the Alton area.

NW, convener of that local meeting, took us through the Book of Amos, the first of the writing prophets, because it is highly appropriate for these times.
