Breaking News: landmark legal ruling for Freedom of Speech

Praise the Lord for the landmark legal ruling overturning a High Court decision and allowing Freedom of Speech, thus enabling Christians (and others) to express their belief in public and declare the fullness of scripture without fear of judicial, educational, professional or business-related censorship, intimidation and unemployment.

In A Victory For Christians Everywhere Andrea Williams, Chief Executive of Christian Concern and the Christian Legal Centre comments on the judgment handed down this week in the case of Felix Ngole, the student who was expelled from Sheffield University for expressing Biblical views on sexual ethics (emphases RB),

“I am delighted by this victory for free speech. The judges in the Court of Appeal have ruled in favour of Felix Ngole and against the university, saying that he should not have been expelled merely for expressing his Christian views. His expulsion was a serious violation of free speech that threatened Christians and others with a bar to employment for expressing what the Bible says about sexual ethics.”

‘…The university argued that even expressing Biblical views in a church, or any community where the speaker could be identified, should result in a bar to employment in social services. Even if such views were expressed in private, they would risk being reported. This amounts to endorsement by the university of something akin to a totalitarian regime where people are reported to the state authorities by informants for expressing politically incorrect views. As it was, Felix’s Facebook posts were anonymously reported to the university by someone with a clear political agenda.’

Andrea’s detailed announcement concludes,

A resounding message for freedom

‘This judgment must send a resounding message to Universities and employers across the land. Christians and others should be allowed to express their views. This is what free speech means. No one has freedom not to be offended. We must be able to disagree with tolerance, and not with silencing or bullying. Places of work, and universities in particular, should not be places where certain views are deemed politically incorrect and worthy of expulsion.

‘This judgment means that we are free to speak, free to express Christian views, to advocate for those views at university, in the classroom, and at work.

The truth sets us free

‘Christians should use our freedom of speech and unashamedly proclaim Biblical truth, however unpopular or out of fashion it may be. The truth will win out in the end. We hope that this judgment encourages Christians to be bold and fearless in expressing their Christian faith at work, at university, in church or elsewhere. All truth is found in Jesus Christ. In Colossians 1 we are told:

“For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him. He is before all things, and in him all things hold together”.

‘The world needs the truth for in the Truth all things hold together. And it is by the Truth we are all set free.

‘Felix is exactly the kind of person that we want in social work. Today he stands vindicated; today justice has been done. But it’s not just for him; it’s for us, the Church here in the UK. Let’s ensure that this emboldens us to speak of the life-giving good news that is found in Jesus Christ.’

The Shaking: first Britain’s politicians, now Judiciary?

This morning’s politi-chatter was about  humiliating Michael Gove in the latest lap of the Conservatives election for Mrs May’s successor, for having stabbed Boris Johnson in the back during the Leave campaign. This then propelled her into power and later Gove failed to take a stand with him at Chequers when she demanded her Cabinet accept her EU deal, which subsequently led to her premiership being humiliated in not only Brexit negotiations but also the related Parliamentary voting.

According to the word Emma Stark heard from the Lord, the really good part of that is it would have been part of His strategy to deal with our pride:

“I am making some situations [to] bring nations to their knees right now, and even a humbleness to come within the British Isles”, says the Lord, “that I may break the spirit of Leviathan off you and your pride.” For the Lord says, “I cannot come near the British Isles while there is pride, because I am held by my word that says I must resist those who are proud.” But the Lord says, “As there is humbleness and as confusion even opens a door to a hands-up that says, ‘I don’t have an answer’” – and as that brings a sense of “Oh God! We need to look to you outside of ourselves” – the Lord says, “Then Leviathan breaks”, and then that revival rushes towards us.’

And of course we’re all well aware that many are associated with the ‘Pride’ movement, and politicians and some clergy trashed God’s holy ordinances. As posited in revisiting a most glowing prophecy claimed to have been for Mrs May’s premiership, her failure to stand upon scripture would have been part of her unraveling.

Therefore, the same process could apply to Michael Gove for his anti-Christian role as Lord Chancellor, head of the Judiciary. I believe the Lord may now call him to account.

The details are recounted in this Press Release Judgement in magistrate Richard Page’s case shows ‘deep intolerance’ of Christians issued by Christian Concern, emphases mine:.

‘A Christian magistrate has today lost his appeal against the Lord Chancellor and Lord Chief Justice’s decision to remove him from the judiciary.

‘In the decision by Mr Justice Choudhury, the decisions of the Employment Tribunal were upheld, ruling against his claims for discrimination and victimisation because of his Christian faith.

‘Mr Page was removed from his post as magistrate in 2015, after 15 years of exemplary service, by then Lord Chancellor Michael Gove and Lord Chief Justice, Lord Thomas, for expressing his belief that it is in a child’s best interests to have a mother and a father.

‘Mr Page was later also blocked from returning to his position as a non-executive director of the Kent and Medway NHS Trust for having expressed the same view on a BBC Radio 4 documentary on Christians being squeezed out of public life. In a second judgment handed down this morning, the Employment Appeal Tribunal rejected Mr Page’s case against the NHS Trust, saying that it was not Mr Page’s belief but the fact that he expressed his belief that led to his removal…(!!!!)

‘Mr Page will seek to appeal these decisions, given its important ramifications for the freedom of Christians to hold and express their beliefs in public life…’ cont. reading here.

Update on illegality of extending Article 50 for leaving E.U.

Footnote 1 to UK Situation Summary #4 reads, ‘Democracy 17.4 supports English Democrats lawsuit against the PM to obtain a declaration in Law that the Law states the UK left the EU on 30th March 2019, and in blocking any extension to Article 50.’

One of few parliamentarians with a backbone for resolutely defending democracy, the chairman of the European Scrutiny Committee and former shadow Attorney General Sir Bill Cash MP, as a back-bencher in the Commons last week demanded Theresa May’s resignation of Prime Minister. After hours of discussions with QCs and former judges, Sir Bill believes the British Government’s extension of Article 50 is unlawful.

He writes in Theresa May’s Article 50 extension is illegal, and will be challenged in the courts (emphases mine):

‘It is a fundamental principle of UK constitutional law that the Government may not use its powers, including its powers to make international agreements, to frustrate the intention of Parliament. Parliament’s intention is to be found, and is only to be found, in the laws it makes. Resolutions of the House of Commons may sometimes be politically important, but they are of no legal effect unless an Act of Parliament expressly gives them legal effect.

‘The intention of Parliament is, and remains still, that the UK must leave the EU. This is clear from the legislation to trigger Article 50 (the EU Notification of Withdrawal Act 2017), in which Parliament referred to and declared “the United Kingdom’s intention to withdraw from the EU”. The EU Withdrawal Act 2018 gives effect to the decision to withdraw by repeatedly referring to “exit day”.

‘The Withdrawal Act expressly states: “The European Communities Act 1972 is repealed on exit day”. Parliament originally set that day precisely at March 29 2019, but the Government has purported to extend this by statutory instruments. These can be challenged in the courts.

‘It is essential to note that Parliament’s legal intention for the UK to leave the EU is not conditional upon a withdrawal agreement. While many MPs have said that they do not want the UK to leave without a withdrawal agreement, and the House of Commons has passed a resolution stating this, the law of the United Kingdom is not affected by their protestations. Our law is simply that the UK must leave the EU...

‘It follows that when the Prime Minister exercised her power to act for the UK at the EU Council, she was obliged under our law to refrain from doing anything that would frustrate the intention of Parliament that the UK must leave the EU with or without a withdrawal agreement.‘

These are only Sir Bill’s opening paragraphs but his strong argument is so important I recommend your reading in full by clicking here. He continues by cutting to the quick:

‘These are manifest limitations on the Prime Minister’s competence. They concern rules of UK internal constitutional law of fundamental importance. In these circumstances, I believe that it would be impossible for the Prime Minister, acting lawfully under UK law, to accept an extension of the kind proposed. When I called on her to resign last week in the House of Commons, I reminded her that she had promised over 100 times not to extend exit day.

‘For the Prime Minister to agree to such an extension in these circumstances is to knowingly use her power in a way that she herself believes would risk frustrating Parliament’s intention that the UK must leave the EU. This is legally beyond the pale!’

Sir Bill concludes his well-grounded case:

‘We have been told by the Prime Minister that “we will not have truly left the European Union if we are not in control of our own laws”. The repeal of the European Communities Act 1972 achieves that control as the law of the land. The Withdrawal Agreement drives a coach and horses through the constitutional status of Northern Ireland and undermines the repeal of that 1972 Act.

‘This is a political betrayal of the referendum vote in June 2016.That vote was expressly given by Parliament under the Referendum Act 2015 to the people and became the law of the land. It cannot be taken back by mere resolutions of the Commons nor by unlawful statutory instruments. Indeed, on Friday evening, five minutes before the deadline on the statutory instrument for the regulations to confer the extension to October 31, I tabled a block against the regulations which continues until the House returns.’

Unity News Network has been reporting extensively on the court case undertaken by Robin Tilbrook of The English Democrats over what he believes has been the illegal extension of Article. They write in Sir Bill Cash in STUNNING confirmation of Article 50 ILLEGALITY!!! that Mr Tilbrook and certain leading legal minds believe that Britain has, in law, already exited the EU on the 29th of March.

Within the Brexit Central briefing received this morning I read this (emphasis mine):

‘Of course, one of the scare stories that has repeatedly been propagated by anti-Brexit voices about the prospect of a no-deal Brexit is that it would demand a hard border between the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. So it was intriguing to read yesterday not only that Taosieach Leo Varadkar is now confident of keeping border invisible in ‘No-deal’ Brexit, a special arrangement can be found to keep the border in Ireland invisible in such a scenario but also that the EU is now saying they are “working very closely with Irish authorities to try and perform controls away from border”.

‘All of which prompts the question as to why such arrangements could not have been on the agenda all along, rather than the EU insisting on the potentially suffocating Irish backstop being included in the Withdrawal Agreement. Do we think the EU has been negotiating in bad faith?’

In 10 years on and freedom of speech is now in handcuffs I covered the example of Christophobia exhibited in the dubious arrest in February of street preacher Olewole Ilesanme outside Southgate tube station. The police have changed their story and so Christian Concern has issued this press release about his case:

There is so much to update you on as the story of street preacher Oluwole continues to develop, and we want to ask if you will pray with us. Over the past week:

Tomorrow (Thursday 21 March) Oluwole’s amazing journey since the video of his arrest went viral will continue at London City Hall. From 10am, London Assembly members will address three questions to London Mayor Sadiq Khan. Read the questions that will be put to the Mayor of London.

This represents an important opportunity to ask the man responsible for the police in London about the treatment of Christian street preachers on our capital’s streets. The whole session will be live-streamed and we plan to provide coverage throughout the day on our Facebook and Twitter pages.

In a country that used to lead the way in upholding Christian freedoms, freedom of speech is now under attack.

We’ve reached an important moment.

Will you join with Christians across the world to pray for street preacher Oluwole and our team?

Significant word on the solution to Backstop and Ireland issues

I’m very pleased to be able to present this video by Emma Stark, founding director with her husband David of Glasgow Prophetic Centre, as I’d long intended blogging about an ‘indication’ sensed in early February about Eire and Ulster relating to Great Britain and Ireland leaving the European Union together. (It got over-ridden by dealing with an inter-denominational issue; ie. diverted by satanic strategy?)  But the time is now!

Emma is a respected prophetic voice around the world and I know the Starks through their association with Revd Dr Sharon Stone, leader of Christian International Europe,

Whilst in Belfast on 27th February, Emma asked the Lord for a ‘heads-up’ on what He’s going to do in what looks like a chaotic situation – “Where is the solution to Brexit. God, what are You saying about the Backstop and the Irish border?”

Emma shares the exceptional, in-depth reply she got from the Lord in this video, and asks intercessors to partner with her in prayer and stand upon this prophetic word:

 

“The Spirit of the Lord said this to me: “Emma, the solution is in Dublin!”

“Well I was shocked. And the Lord said, “There is a tangled ball of wool that is sitting in the parliament building in Dublin and the end of that ball of wool is in the hands of Leo Varadkhar”.  Now (he) is the Taoiseach, or leader or Prime Minister in Ireland and they, of course, meet in Dublin….”

Emma then shares what the Lord told her about His specific purpose for this man:

“The Lord said this to me, “I put an anointing on Leo Varadkhar” and He says this is a dormant anointing, but the Lord says He made him one who would challenge the rules, one who would challenge the status quo. He made him different to other leaders in Ireland. And the Lord says….” (continue on the video; for transcript see PS below).

In view of today’s busy on/off-line schedule I’ll listen later, as this needs writing..:

PERSONAL PROPHETIC TRAIL

It was at Dr Sharon’s Mentoring Day in Windsor on 9th February that I began to get that ‘indicator’ of the Dublin-Belfast link. During worship I recalled that it was 7 years ago at a conference in Torquay when I told her about what I thought was from the Lord upon seeing Windsor Castle and a dynamic link between heaven and earth. The turreted, circular Norman keep symbolised a cog-wheel into which an invisible spanner or lever could be inserted in the heavenlies to wind up spiritual matters here on earth.

Next, I was reminded that later in that year, 2012 (which has direct significance to my destiny, as told here), was the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and Olympics in London. In connection with that Nina and I started daily prayers and blessing for Great Britain AND Ireland, as recounted in UK/EU in/out #10: Prayer of Protection for Britain & Ireland.

Therefore, and in view of what I’d blogged in Prayer and Brexit-related Dream of Ireland vs Germany (Simon Copley dreamed of Germany / EU having invaded Ireland and thus being at war), I mused over any significance in our having prayed for Ireland as well as for Britain for 7 years.

Then came ‘confirmation’ at coffee-time when I spoke to the lady sitting behind me. She had flown in from Belfast and I recalled Dr Sharon had ordained her into CIE last year, but that was when she was living in Dublin. So although she’s moved to Belfast there is still a ministry connection.

The next morning, I got another ‘confirmation’ when a friend at church caught me to tell me about a surprising news item he’d just seen about the EU blackmailing Eire over the Brexit ‘backstop’ – see below. So once again it spoke to me of about Ireland being part of the whole  British Isles and thus needing to be as separate from the EU as we are geographically from the continental land mass of Europe.

To summarise, in addition to having ‘God-incidental’ confirmation relating to the 7 years, it included a triple reference specifically to the Republic of Ireland.

Now let’s look at that news item my friend spotted in a listing of news items in Express: IRELAND BREXIT ULTIMATUM: EU to enforce hard border or KICK DUBLIN OUT of single market…(emphases mine):

‘Dublin will be forced to make the tough choice if Britain quits the EU without a deal, according to a number of senior EU figures. The European Commission sparked fury from Ireland after declaring Dublin would have to implement a hard border in the event of a no-deal Brexit. After significant protests from, which involved a heated debate between Leo Varadkar and Jean-Claude Juncker, Michel Barnier, the EU’s chief negotiator, suggested “operational solutions” would have to be found in order to prevent a hardening of the border.

‘But now high-ranking MEPs have hardened their position, insisting the single market must not be compromised even to maintain peace on the island of Ireland.

‘Elmar Brok, a German MEP with close ties to Angela Merkel, insisted that if Ireland failed to police its own borders the EU would have to take its own protectionist action.

“We would have to set up a customs border with Ireland,” the German said.’ (!!!!)

Take a stand for freedom of speech to preach the Bible

Further to Freedom of Speech is Now in Handcuffs, relating to my ’10th anniversary’ posting, the arrested/’de-arrested’ street preacher is now receiving help from the legal centre at Christian Concern, who have opened this invitation to the public:

‘If you want to make a stand for the freedom of Christian street preachers to preach on the streets of our nation without suppression, please sign this petition.’

I’ve spent some time checking their Video of Street Preacher Arrest Goes Viral and the  content of its links and details therein from the witness who took the video. It also has a copy of the response from a police commander.

Our police officers need to uphold the freedoms that are enshrined in law to preach in public, so you may wish to join me in petitioning the Home Secretary for the protection of street preachers.

10 years on and freedom of speech is now in handcuffs

The previous post included the opening part of my email dated 10 years ago today, but omitted the following after the reference to nurses forbidden to pray for patients:

‘However, this is just one instance of the growing persecution of believers, principally through a policy supposedly promoting toleration but that’s now a tyrannical tool of intolerance – Equality & Diversity. The Westminster Parliament appears to be tearing itself apart. The current turmoil resembles the time before party whips came to play the role they do today. In the old days, parties were not stable: a leader could not depend on the votes of other MPs and Lords as a matter of course. Much of the time, a member of the legislature had to be persuaded or cajoled into voting in favour of a proposal.

NEO ran a post at his blog, yesterday, commemorating George Washington. The post is well worth a read. In particular, I was struck by George Washington’s dislike for political parties (especially on the basis of geographical divisions). He knew history well, and he was a true patriot. Decree & Declaration over Church & Government

We join and stand in agreement with Passion For The Nation’s publication this morning of the following (issued under heading ‘Government’, which I’ve extended as above):

“The remnant lifts up its voice with a joyful shout. From the west they praise the majesty of the Lord Yahweh, and in the east they give glory to the Lord God!” Isaiah 24:14

Lord, we declare in this season a new desire to praise and to worship will come upon Your people, that the sound of the Name of Jesus will arise, transforming atmospheres and touching lives.

We decree and declare in this season, the church will carry and model Your message of reconciliation and unity into our nation with power and sensitivity, that all communities divided through religion, culture, social status and political opinion will be healed in Jesus’ name. We decree, destructive past experiences will be replaced by new positive ones, that respect will replace hatred and love replace fear.

We declare in this nation, a new level of unity and “oneness” is being released, so in the Name of Jesus, we speak over the separation between the indigenous British church and the spiritual sons and daughters from other nations within the UK that the love of God will overcome every personal and cultural divide, that all giftings and callings will be honoured, welcomed and utilised.

We declare Apostolic and 5-fold ministries within the land, the leaders of streams, of spiritual houses and denominations will recognise the significance of the times, standing together and moving together as respect, honour and trust increase between them.

We declare a new spirit of love and co-operation will rest upon all generations to work together and we call forth the spiritual mothers and the spiritual fathers, in the Name of Jesus.

Now Lord, we thank You for all those You have positioned within our Parliamentary System for this time, irrespective of party allegiance. We speak Your strength, Your wisdom and Your mantle of authority upon them, that Your voice will be heard clearly sounding above and beyond every other voice.

We decree and declare over every secret discussion, debate and vote in these days, the boundaries, borders and sovereignty of this nation; judicial, legislative, physical, spiritual, political and economic will be marked out, established and concluded according to God-given Kingdom purpose and timing.

We declare the Cabinet, Government and Opposition parties, will work shoulder to shoulder, as God-given direction rises above party allegiance, political agendas and personal preference. We stand in Your grace and we declare a fresh alignment of the words and thoughts of our leaders with Your will, that Your plans for this nation will be established.

Lord, we declare You are the Alpha and the Omega who rules over the nations with love, wisdom and truth, and we thank You for the power of revelation, anointing and Your grace within our lives.

We praise You for the depth of change You are working in this nation at this time; for all that You desire to release, for the healing, the restoration and the Kingdom-purpose You are bringing forth.

We declare, that which You have begun You will complete by the power of Your Word and the strength of Your might.  Now, we call Your people into Your Presence, to hear Your voice and to understand Your ways, that the power of prayer will be exercised and increased across this land.  (Isaiah 55:11.)

We declare in this day, the old pattern, leadership and Governmental connections are passing.

In the Name of Jesus, we speak over the totality of this round of talks, over the political shifts, the economic shifts, the shifts of boundaries and borders taking place, and over every associated mindset, heart and value; and we decree and declare the New Season God has planned for this land will be delivered in full, in order and on time.

We silence every opposing voice, network, agenda, manipulation, foolishness and control.

Now Lord, over the negotiations taking place this week, we speak Your wisdom and Your favour, that every hindrance, intransigence and difficulty caused by man or the enemy will be removed.

UK Situation Summary #2 – Suzanne Ferrett on this season of opportunity for Christians

Suzzanne Ferrett kindly permits me to republish this from Passion For The Nation. She posted it as an informal chat on the message she’s been teaching for the past couple of years.  Yet it’s timely in my own considerations of prophecy and politics arising out of a personal challenge to my referring in Cranmer to the Lord’s mind on Britain and the EU. Your attention is drawn to Suzanne’s outlining differences between Britain and Europe and to our laws in particular, further details of which may be found in two footnotes.: 

I thought with all the confusion and the noise of the challenges in our nation right now, It would be good for me to explain why I believe this is a season of huge opportunity for the Body of Christ.  Let me take a moment to explain why.

I am aware that even with the promises of God that we stand on the brink of huge revival, many are still struggling.

My whole journey with praying and speaking into government, began with a number of revelations God gave me around 2015 and the beginning of 2016, when I moved with my husband to Windsor in Berkshire, not long before the 800th Anniversary of the Magna Carta.  At that time, with several other ministers, we called a Convocation to celebrate this document, which had never been overtly successful, yet had shaped our nation and the nations for 800 years.

During that time, God showed me how the roots of our nation, Government, justice system, democracy, institutions and way of life are based through the Magna Carta on Christian principles and foundations. The Magna Carta itself was not totally original, but drew on the Law Code of King Alfred, a Christian who is often called the first King of England, although that title should really go to his grandson.

At that time, as we looked backwards to celebrate the past, I felt the conviction of the Holy Spirit to look towards the future, and we released a decree about the rising up of a governmental army, who would through their prayers govern in the spiritual realm above natural government. At that time, I felt God said, what we “have seen in the past of Godliness in this nation is only a shadow of what is possible in the future as His people rise up and take their place.”

Around that time, I also felt there would be a void in government and that would be the time when the Ecclesia would arise!  (In my book Declarations to Change a Nation – published 2016)

About a month later, in July 2015 God spoke to me clearly in the words of a poem:

‘It’s the day of clash of Empires,
It’s the Day of the Clash of Sounds,
It’s the Day of the Clash of Spirits
as they seek to take the ground,
The no-man’s land of England will become a Battleground,
The forces are preparing, The swords are being ground,
I’m calling to my church now to listen to the sound.’

This speaks of a spiritual battle in the nation, which is affecting many areas of society, and right now is sitting very squarely on our Government.

It is very clear from the gospels, that Jesus was really concerned that the “yeast of the Pharisees, Sadducees and Herodians” did not infect His church. Those three groups, the religious, the wealthy and the political, have historically held the power in many nations, and the key word is power – which is so often, the DNA of the world systems.

What is God doing?

I believe God is shaking nations, because it is the beginning of a new era.  When things are stable, change is difficult, but great shaking has the capacity to bring great change, therefore as everything moves, there is room for the establishment of something new – which right now, for simplicity, I will call the Government of the Kingdom of God.

Resounding above all the noise is the Kingdom call. A day for the Kingdom to come in all its glory and fullness, embracing the call for salvation, but also bringing righteousness, mercy, truth and justice to the earth. The DNA of God’s Kingdom is very different from the world’s systems and kingdoms, and yes, it is a Spiritual Kingdom, but it will touch and affect every part of society.

Jesus gave the coming of the Kingdom huge priority: pray “Kingdom Come” and “Seek first the Kingdom of God.”

The danger is that as everything shifts and moves, and changes take place, voids open up, and there is confusion and fear. But if God’s people will see from His perspective and stand in the assurance of His covenant and His blessings, we are those who have the potential to fill those voids with everything from love and hope, to the righteousness and justice of the Kingdom. Otherwise, something else will fill those spaces.

I believe what we are seeing in the shaking around Brexit, is part of the shift God is seeking to bring. The roots of Europe are different from ours. Their spiritual heritage is different, more based on the Roman model and influenced by Enlightenment thinking, and they have a different view of democracy.

The nations which hold the same values as ours, from the freedom of choice and the value of life, to the value of the individual, are those whose heritage roots back to the UK and to our political system.

What’s Unique about our Democratic System

It is because of the early roots through the Magna Carta and back to King Alfred 200 years before it, that our democracy is founded on the truth that there is a Higher Authority – God the Judge, the Lawgiver and the King. It means there are absolute truths which underpin everything else.

This is the foundation which has made us the nation envied around the world; the freedoms we have enjoyed, the expectation of truth and honesty, the value put upon life and the freedom of religious belief and more. The nations which were part of, or influenced by the British Empire, for all its faults, can still be identified by a similar, if eroding value system and interestingly, are also the only nations which carry all these values.

Other democracies are different.  I remember being taught at school that Democracy of itself carries the seeds of its own destruction. Without the understanding of that Higher Authority, Parliament is at the whim of the current flavour and belief of the people.
I have had people say to me that democracy is not Biblical, God wants a theocracy. I agree, however, a theocracy still needs a system to deliver God’s government. If you look at the book of Genesis, Israel went into Egypt as a family, they came out as a nation, but a nation with no laws, and no understanding other than their experience as slaves in Egypt.

God took Israel aside, He gave them a leader and through that leader He gave them laws, instructions and principles, but He told them to choose for themselves those who would be the Judges of those laws – those who would interpret and apply that law. For the United Kingdom there is a linking of some of those concepts; the coming of the Kingdom –  righteousness, justice and mercy –  in our nation is  linked to the battle for our democracy and the Christian heritage contained within it, but I believe the primary goal, is the increase of His Kingdom government in our land. (Peace and goodwill to the people)

A Question

How do we view our present situation, if the nation and parliament no longer recognise or submit to a Higher Authority?

I stand in amazement of what God is doing at this time. Coinciding with Him shaking our nation, He is shaking the church, and that means you and I are being shaken. We stand at the end of 500 years of the reformation and restoration of the church, the Body of Christ, during which He has been restoring New Testament truths and values to His people. Even in the past few years, we have seen the Father’s Heart message, the call for the church to go beyond its walls, the inner healing movement, restoration of the five-fold ministries to name a few, and recently the understanding of the word Ekklesia.

What is God doing now?

God is raising a people who know their identity, who know they stand positioned in blessing despite the situations around them, who know God is with them, that they are both kings and priests, and who also recognise and carry His heart for the people around them, crying out for a revival which will transform lives and situations.

And, there is fresh revelation into the prayer movement to know how to legislate in alignment with heaven, through declaration and decree. In this way, through the power of His people praying according to His will, God takes His place as the true lawgiver in our land.

A Parliament of Christian MP’s will never replace the authority of God’s Ekklesia.

The reason it’s been such a confusing season is that the changes God has been bringing to the nation, the Church and His people are all coinciding.

Why? I believe, it is so that we can go out and be all He has called us to be, we can fulfil the unique call on the inside of us – filling those voids of hope and need all around us, but also through prayer and declaration, aligning our government with His will and purpose for this time – turning the nation back to Him and discovering a new national identity.

One thing about our nation is obvious, we are called to lead and influence others. As we fight for our land, we are really fighting for the nations.

An amazing season of opportunity for the Kingdom of God.

We thank You Lord for the rich spiritual heritage of this nation, for the gift and call upon this land and we declare the Name of Jesus will be exalted, the sovereign purpose for the UK fulfilled and the Kingdom of God come in all its variety and fullness.

On this significant day, we declare righteousness will exalt you, and we speak righteousness into every negotiation, discussion and vote taking place.

As when Moses’ arms were lifted up Your purposes prevailed, we speak strength to Your people, that Your love, hope and vision will sustain them. In the Name of Jesus, we decree and declare over the completeness of our connections to Europe, that which You would disconnect will be disconnected and that which You would connect will be connected.

We speak to the very fabric, foundation, DNA and godly mandate of the United Kingdom, and we call you forth in the Name of Jesus.

Now, we stand as the Ecclesia in this nation, and we decree and declare: the United Kingdom will  rise up and lead the nations once more, releasing not a vision tainted by man’s desire for power, but the heart of the Kingdom, in purity and in love.

Another valuable contribution, with discussion, to our joint-consideration of training for the Millennium. Nicholas, your timing with this must be ‘God-incidental’ because someone took issue via Cranmer with my remarks about prophecies on God desiring Brexit, thereby ‘hijacking god for my purposes’! (Eg. “..The very concept that God intervenes on the micro-scale in politics is contrary to the New Testament doctrine of a church separate from the world and a people whose citizenship is in heaven…”)

Premillennialism teaches that there are Old Testament passages describing the Millennium, that it is not confined to the Book of Revelation. A holistic overview of both Old and New Testament passages about the Millennium shows that there will be those who resist the Messiah’s rule. Consider the following passages.

And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no rain; there shall be the plague, wherewith the LORD will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.

Two visions regarding America’s Supreme Court

This guest post by Dave Hood written last Friday, 5th October, is about what happened whilst interceding for the serious issues facing the United States. He arrives at a most interesting conclusion, which relates to a prophecy from 10 years ago – more on that in the next post. Please weigh and wait upon the Lord:

THE SUPREME COURT – 3 inputs

Last night, Thursday 4th, during a short group impromptu prayer time that focused on current and vital issues in America, 2 short visions were received. I share them here, but I’ve been unable to use graphics to help with the content.

Vision 1 – Seesaw:

I saw a wooden seesaw. It was weighed down on the right side of the seesaw by men in “silhouette form” (men dressed in black) holding 3 things in their hands:

  • Unrighteousness
  • Injustice
  • Lies

These 3 things seemed to be winning, weighing the nation down… the weight held the opposite (left side) up in the air.

Then I saw again the same seesaw, but it now looked different.

The left side now, God took a step and placed one foot, one boot of God standing on the left side, holding it down. Also that represented that side as being weighed down by 3 things:

  • Righteousness
  • Justice
  • Truth.

The side that was previously weighed down with/by unrighteousness \ lies \ injustice
was now … up in the air … with nowhere to go because it was weighed down by God’s characteristics and focus and not man’s.

No matter how much they tried, they on the right hand side could not move or budge one iota the left side weighed down by God; His Foot, Boot, Righteousness / Justice / Truth. Neither could they move, alter or shift from their ‘up in the air’ place.

Boot in scripture represents battle, boot of a warrior in battle; reflective of a firm, bold stance.

But earlier today, Friday 5th, I note Veronica West posted a video of a dream she had on Thursday night of The Lion of Judah on the stairs of The Supreme Court.

In her dream she vividly outlines how The Lion of Judah, with roars and the attendance of archangels, sends forth Righteousness, Justice and Truth … offering confirmation, and scope for further prayer.

That evening of 4th October, following the Seesaw vision, was a 2nd short vision called “conjoined”

Vision 2 – Conjoined:
I saw the outline of the USA with all its states in different colours and state boundaries marked out.

And I heard …”How can two walk together unless they agree”. This is from Amos 3:3 Can two walk together, except they be agreed?

As I looked at the coloured blocks of states I thought … they are not in agreement … they are all individual and not cohesive.  And the thought that darkness loves to keep it this way … because it causes/fosters division.

I then saw 2 neighbouring states, that seemed to have one common boundary line –
And down the length of the join of that common line … I saw God drawing His line along on top.

Only that it was drawn in fire and where the fire touched the common boundary line … it turned to … molten red lava … this had the effect of welding, sealing the boundary line, melding what was two, into one. (For example the common boundary line one a map, between say Colorado and Utah in western USA)

But then, as a result of His action, one could see the central common boundary line had disappeared all together – resulting in the 2 states becoming one! And Utah/Colorado would turn all pink or all brown using the example of the states colour on a map … the colour I actually saw the two states meld into, in the vision was, the colour red.

They were now one … but really they were the same 2, but walking in agreement.

And I saw this happening again, in various other parts of the USA with other states that were neighbours.

UNTIL

there were more pairs of conjoined states than there was the sum total of the separate, individual ones combined.

The conjoined ones were all in agreement with each other.

My thoughts, suggested, this might well be a healthy thing and that it would determine that the total number of conjoined states have the majority over those states that were still individual.

50 states … as I’m from the UK, I think that means at the very least … 13 pairs need be conjoined to represent any majority.

… both pictures – seem to be God’s response – that came out of the ascending prayers during the end time of that meeting, which no doubt also bears the weight of many other groups and individuals elsewhere that have yearned for God’s intervention

Each state has 2 senators…so there is a dynamic internally to each state as well, that will determine any leaning, result.

The question is … Is the introduction of the conjoining aspects of the States, to be seen as characteristic of voting patterns? If so, what vote is being represented and, if so, where, if so, when?

Today as I write, it is Friday 5th … and we only now see the result of an initial vote, the one regarding Judge Kavanaugh and the Supreme Court nomination.The result as being 51- 49 in favour of the proposal going through to a final vote. There is tomorrow’s (Saturday) vote to come.

Veronika’s dream is situated on the stairs of the Supreme Court, before any vote was taken. The understood common factors between the dream and mini-visions were the announcing, highlighting of Righteousness, Justice and Truth… that were to be instigated from there. There is a need to gain understanding.

So it is Saturday … the concluding vote will be known here after 20:30 here in the UK

Whatever transpires …or when. For it seems that some form of representation, with the inclusion of a numerical process is brought into the timeline. For the Lion of Judah has shown what He purposes, whether it be sooner in His time and/or later.

The following comes to mind. May He who begun a good work, perfect it. Shall I bring to the point of birth and not give delivery?” says the Lord. “Or shall I who gives delivery shut the womb?” says your God.

Psalm 114 and America’s 114th Supreme Court Justice

In noting at almost midnight Saturday 6th October on Ignite Ireland Ministries that Brett Kavanaugh has been sworn in as 114th Justice on the US Supreme Court, Veronika West reprinted the text of what she received from the Lord at the start of that week along with that of Psalm 114.:

AMERICA; “YOUR ENEMIES ARE RUNNING SCARED..”! BRETT KAVANAUGH IS THE “114th” SUPREME COURT JUSTICE..! (see link at His Kingdom Prophecy, which also refers to Senate Democrats having vowed in July to resist the nomination).

I hear the Spirit say, “See! For your enemies are running scared in this hour!
“See! The head of the serpent spirit has been cut off!
“See! How its headless body is writhing on the ground!
“See! The dust is rising, BUT FEAR NOT!
“For surely I tell you, the thief has been caught and will repay, repay and repay what he has stolen from My People!
“Yes! Seven times he shall REPAY,” says The Spirit of God.

PSALMS 114…! PASSOVER SONG; ENTERING INTO THE PROMISED LAND…!

114 ‘After Israel left Egypt, the clan of Jacob left those barbarians behind, Judah became holy land for him,
Israel the place of holy rule.
Sea took one look and ran the other way;
River Jordan turned around and ran off.
The mountains turned playful and skipped like rams, the hills frolicked like spring lambs.
What’s wrong with you, Sea, that you ran away?
and you, River Jordan, that you turned and ran off?
And mountains, why did you skip like rams?
and you, hills, frolic like spring lambs?
Tremble, Earth! You’re in the Lord’s presence!
in the presence of Jacob’s God.

NB: If you’ve already read previous post you will wish to note that I’ve since checked the dating more carefully of when Veronika heard about ‘seven-fold’ and the three promised time-spans. I’ve therefore, amended my opening remark to that last section accordingly!

YET AGAIN media uses words Christian seer heard from God! (Fulfilled Prophecies #35, #36 & #37)

Thursdays are normally a writing day prior to the long weekend, so I’d have noted and blogged the following news but for being busy on necessary repairs. Therefore, it was late in the day when I read yet another mainstream media headline using words that Veronika West had brought as from the Lord on the contentious nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the US Supreme Court.

As I hadn’t opportunity to emphasise the earlier instances then, as well as looking at the latest, we need to refer back to details of Update on Prophecies re US Supreme Court. Listed therein are several of Veronika’s reports of visions and words received on that matter, together with an apparently unrelated one about ‘puppet-master’ George Soros’ influence being cut – and then we learned of his link to anti-Kavanaugh protesters!

So let’s revisit and flesh-out details noted from her Facebook, noting that the latest to be confirmed is the oldest:

Friday’s Daily Telegraph (5th October) closes its US Editor’s report ‘Republicans believe FBI probe clears Kavanaugh’ as follows:

‘Sarah Sander, the White House press secretary, said, “We have allowed the FBI to do exactly what they do best. We haven’t micro-managed this process.”

‘ A clearly exasperated Mr Trump tweeted last night; “This is now the 7th time the FBI has investigated Judge Kavanaugh. If we made it 100, it would still not be good enough for the Obstructionist Democrats.”

Finally, beware that these shenanigans could happen in the UK too as a result of the judiciary beginning to make politically-based judgments instead of those based solely upon case law (Charles Moore: Will our judges be judged as Brett Kavanaugh has been?).
