‘Days of Wonder’ gathering in Wales

With the phrase “in the regeneration” of Matthew 19:28 emblazoned in mind and setting a seal of expectancy for our short holiday, I was also alert to another claim.

At the back of my mind about the gathering in Cardiff was a reference I’d read to its being of ‘strategic importance’.

I must be frankly honest, however, for on checking all through the ‘flyer’ I cannot find what I saw and read – but in my opinion, it was indeed an important meeting for changes going on in the wider church

To continue from the 2nd part of this regenerating week in South Wales, on leaving Ffald-y-Brenin via Fishguard we headed south and eastward for Cardiff and thence to Cwmbran for the evening’s scheduled ‘Outpouring’ service at Victory Church.

That was our intention but we got halted when a large, sliding mirror met my big toe!

There was time to book into our hotel in Cardiff and have a bite to eat before heading for Cwmbran. However, on unpacking and hanging my clothes in the wardrobe its mirrored sliding doors jammed and somehow one door dropped on my left foot – OUCH! A first aider and manager were soon with us and ice pack padded my blue toe-nail. And in the heat we found the air conditioning unit didn’t work. The upshot was a move to a larger room and free drinks with our meal. The outing to Cwmbran had gone out of the window.

But there was a track record for such setbacks being an indicator of a terrific time coming up next – and remember the promise in Prophecy of a roller-coaster ride – get ready…?

Back in 2005 we attended a week-long school on the supernatural in scripture. It took longer to arrive in that Midlands town than planned but, with only 5 mins to the school’s start, I found a nearby car-park and arrived at the venue in time. At lunch-time we went to book in at our hotel and grab a bite of lunch.

“Your room’s been cancelled Mr Barker!” the hotel’s receptionist told me.

“What? How? When?”

“Our note says you phoned at 10:25 this morning to cancel…” was her reply.

“Ridiculous! That was about the time we parked in town for the event we’re attending !”

It was a most instructive week. Although trained thoroughly in healing and deliverance at Ellel Ministries we’d not had such in-depth instruction for 12 hours/day in these aspects of the Bible. I asked tutor Todd Bentley, “Where were you 40 years ago?”. Had all this knowledge and instruction been available when I was a teenager, I wouldn’t have sought it from Eastern religions and the New Age (see Searching for truth leads me into captivity).

I recall looking at the large local parish church’s cemetery opposite the school’s venue of an old converted cinema. The thought struck me that church was as dead as those in its massive graveyard! (Hence my remark in the previous post.)

So now, with throbbing big toe and its purple-blue nail I was hoping for an exceptional time. And we had just that! Thank you Lord God.

Days of Wonder

How can words describe what was heard and experienced? I’ll try with a few snippets after this shot of us between the ladies’ raised arms…

Three worship sessions daily were literally ‘out of this world’. On one occasion it seemed as though not only the entire 300-odd assembly but also the room were suspended high in orbit (maybe between earth and moon?). The ceiling with its thick beams became a vast window/skylight through which dark space and stars could be seen. And the sound of our worship at times was like what I’d heard in Newport at the foot of the ‘Hill of Angels’.

[I recalled the sound of angels joining with spontaneous worship at the Revival Alliance in 2012. It got captured on cd and the contractor sound engineer testified that there were instruments registering which they’d not connected. And the way spotlights were spinning in time to the music was wonderful. An ‘invisible jigsaw’ falls into place refers.]

The convener Justin Abraham’s sessions were very good, especially his emphatically stressing that a deep, burning desire to know Father God is essential for entering heavenly realms. And it’s key to everything taught at his gathering.

I was interested in seeing how the two main teachers Paul Keith Davis and Ian Clayton would deliver their different subject material. Each has a sound understanding of our living Lord and his word, yet have their own distinct experiences and style of speaking

We’ve known of Paul Keith since we heard him in Bath several years ago, and have attended some of his UK conferences as well as following his regular newsletters.

In those early days he once went by, heading towards someone else, but glanced at us. In doing so, he spoke an awesome personal word about Jesus’ return that remains etched in me.

The timing of that word’s fulfillment may present a personal problem, so I presumed. However, it so happened that Ian Clayton would teach upon longevity!

It’s 2 years since we first went to Well Church International and Ian was due to teach. He brought novel insights into scripture and on getting close to the Lord. I was pleased to hear him speak about coincidences, but very surprised when he used the same description of it that had popped into my mind a few weeks earlier! (See closing Note to this post.)

So that ‘link’ enabled me to accept his explanation of ‘God-incidence’ and to appreciate his other material. Also, I able to follow and understand everything he was teaching on these novel, perhaps radical, and often scientific but biblical concepts.

Paul Keith opened the gathering with,

“I believe that we’re on the verge of something significant… the spirit realm is saturated, its bursting, we’re at a tipping point. You never know when..the next session might be the one, the next prayer, the next prophetic word…We’ve got to keep doing what we know how to do and it will happen…”

“From Day of Atonement 2014 to Day of Atonement 2015 we are to have things and structures such as ‘apostolic’ hubs and communities in place for a spiritual jubilee…the next major juncture and anointing to build structure for the Millenium to forge the future from the unseen realm…

“It’s time for every born-again Christian to be able to SEE the kingdom of God…”

As an example he mentioned how Jesus appeared to Maria Woodward Etter and then saw a Bible appear on her wall with the glory of God shining from it. Thus, she understood its entire content supernaturally, but Paul Keith was quick to say that doesn’t mean she didn’t need to study scripture. He continued,

“I’m just telling you that in a place in God we can connect with heaven, all the dots get connected. I’ve had some of the revelations where suddenly you see it and think ‘How did you miss that!’

“There’s great truths, there’s great mysteries in the Bible that are going to be revealed to this last days’ generation that have been there all along but we just haven’t seen them yet.

“The blind is about to be removed and we’ll see things we haven’t seen because God’s reserved them for this hour. There’s truth reserved for this hour to present the Bride of Christ without spot or wrinkle

“They’re truths about the spirit realm, truths about the word, truths about who we are in Christ and Who Christ is in us and all of that…”

And that was just to start…!

What’s prophetic about contending for The faith?

Will you stand and contend with me?

Being contentious may seem un-Christian and contrary to Jesus’ command to love and forgive not only one another but also our enemies, to turn the other cheek when wrongly accused, as well as to avoid judging and condemning others.

However, the opening lines of the letter penned by Jesus’ brother Jude is foundational to Nathan Morris’ message wherein the Lord had told him, “Contend, don’t pretend!”. If any of this is stirring within your spirit then you may like encouragement from watching his fiery message in full on this archive (from 98 mins, starts 107 mins).

Apostle Paul’s letters to his young associate Timothy included instructions for tackling false teaching and he gives the basis for this at 2 Tim 3:16-17. That is, that:

All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Therefore, what Jude also wrote under inspiration is prophetic in ‘telling forth’ that the Lord is exhorting His people,

…to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints. For certain men have crept in unnoticed, who long ago were marked out for this condemnation, ungodly men, who turn the grace of our God into lewdness and deny the only Lord God and our Lord Jesus Christ. We note from these words how applicable they are today too. What the Lord is saying through Nathan shows the situation is no different to 2,000 years ago. What he teaches is indeed prophetic, as were the instructive warnings for 2012. This time he outlined the lessons to be gained from the example of the Shunammite lady’s assistance to prophet Elisha (2 Kings 4).

[Note: I added a little about that to my extracts transcript. Also, apologies to anyone who found the links in previous post failed. Sometimes my ISP filtering may drop connection when editing – HA!HA! Now in checking those links whilst drafting this I see the v latest on Nathan’s Facebook is an open Bible quoting 2 Timothy3:16 ! So it would appear that THE LORD IS CONFIRMING this issue! Drafting was done last week.]

A few Biblical examples

Being contentious comes with the territory for Old Covenant prophets in calling God’s people to repentance; that is, it’s a life-style. I need only to cite the lives of the major prophets Jeremiah and Isaiah, plus John the Baptist’s denunciation of Pharisees as a “brood of vipers”. And Jesus was definitely contentious, especially when dealing with Satan; whose minions recognise Jesus’ identity as ‘the Holy One of God’ (Mark 1:24).

Also, this One of ultimate authority said the Jews of His day had failed to change after being warned by Isaiah, whom JHe quoted when explaining why the mysteries of the Kingdom were being given to His disciples only – no-one else was worthy! As Matthew 13:10 goes on to note Isaiah 6 verses 9-10:

“And the disciples came and said to Him, “Why do You speak to them in parables?”.

^“He answered and said to them, “Because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given. For whoever has, to him more will be given, and he will have abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him. Therefore I speak to them in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand. And in them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled, which says:

‘Hearing you will hear and shall not understand,
And seeing you will see and not perceive;
For the hearts of this people have grown dull.
Their ears are hard of hearing,
And their eyes they have closed,
Lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears,
Lest they should understand with their hearts and turn,
So that I should heal them.’

“But blessed are your eyes for they see, and your ears for they hear; for assuredly, I say to you that many prophets and righteous men desired to see what you see, and did not see it, and to hear what you hear, and did not hear it. “

SO it is with atheists, whose hearts and minds are firmly encased in concrete and spirits not allowed to function. As demonstrated only today in ‘dialogue’, they have absolutely no grasp of spiritual matters and demonstrate intense bigotry in deriding our knowledge. As ‘walking dead’ they’re most pitiable in refusing the freedom Jesus bought for them! Although denying you Lord, bless them with personal revelatory encounters so they may understand Your kindness, mercy and grace and sincerely repent. You did that for me Lord, so may they be similarly blessed.

A Call to ‘Stand’!

In a shocking open-vision of Britain being ripped apart, because the fabric of society is so rotten, I understood Christians are to stand upon the emerging Rock – for details see remarks accompanying Dr Stone’s Comments upon the collapse of Society.

Hence my appreciation of Gillan Scott’s outstanding work on his leading blog, God and Politics in the UK, as well as that of at least a couple of my readers. I started blogging about the same time as Gillan and have contributed my tu’pence worth many times in comments threads, as has one of your fellow UK subscribers. Another out in the States, has bravely withstood attacks against her own blog by worshippers of atheism. Bravo, my friends!

In online discussions I’ve often stated unbelievers should find out for themselves by seeking an encounter with Jesus. Thus it was good to learn about Justin Welby’s own encounter on Gillan’s blog and, as in mine, that Nathan Morris had also stressed from his experience as an evangelist, “…You can’t persuade people into the Kingdom. They must have an encounter with Jesus!”

Therefore, those who share my concern over the deep religious illiteracy and hostility to Christianity, may like to consider contending actively in online discussions whenever the Lord so leads. If you’re so disposed, and time permitting, you may care to get a feel for this by dipping into some of Gillan’s recent posts and signing up to receive new posts upon his return from Summer break.

As well as loving patience and ‘thick skin’, a good grasp of scripture is required because some brethren write with a distorted doctrine and, although knowledgeable, others can be judgemental of adherents of ‘Sola Scripture’ – scripture alone. As this is in the public domain it is essential to correct with kindness thus avoiding confrontation.

In closing, only this morning I have an email about Franklin Graham’s call to Christians to battle culture; to stand for God and Biblical values despite social opposition.

Time to don our spiritual armour, as instructed by Paul (Ephesians 6:10-17 NIV):

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armour of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armour of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled round your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

Praying the prophetic word for June 2014

Here are some suggestions on how to respond to the words declared by the Glasgow Prophetic Centre and re-published in two parts here and here:

ADVANCE WITHOUT DELAY

Ask:

“Am I positioned for advance and breakthrough, or do I have the brakes on and the anchor down?”
“Am I procrastinating – is there something I should be birthing / building / establishing in this season?”
“Is there anything I need to drop that is fruitless?”

Pray:

Pray that we, the church, might individually and corporately fix our gaze on God like never before.
Pray for breakthrough for the people of God in every sphere and sector of society.

UNITY AND INTIMACY

Ask:

“Where are the areas that I have my guard up and where I’m not living vulnerably with my brothers and sisters?”
“What can I do to favour and promote other people and the work they do?”

Pray:

Lord, help us to do what it takes to be fitted together, living heart-to-heart.
Thank you Lord for sacrificially loving us. Help me to love sacrificially – show me what this looks like in this season, Lord.

LEADERSHIP

Ask:

Is there someone unexpected that needs to be given more responsibility?

Pray:

For all leaders, as Jesus Christ would pray for them.
For young people and those who have been overlooked – that they would answer the new call to leadership.

JUSTICE AND CHILDREN

Ask:

How can I be a Kingdom solution for children – in politics and in education?

Pray:

…that unrighteousness would be exposed and that no evil would remain hidden, for the sake of those who have been victims of abuse.
…for healing, hope, peace and life on the streets of our villages, towns and cities and for our children.

SCOTLAND

Ask:

(For those living in Scotland) Ask yourself, ‘If God asked me to vote differently to how I had intended/would like/feel I should, how would I feel? How easily could I be obedient to him?’
Do I need to spend more time in prayer and listening to God over my vote in the Scottish Independence Referendum?

Pray:

That Scotland, England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Ireland and all the nations of the world would choose to come into greater union with God.
That God will dwell in glory upon the land of Scotland.
Pray that all partnerships with ungodly spirits such as the political spirit, the religious spirit, the divisive spirit, pride, fear and poverty would be broken and not made in this season.
For love, not enmity, between nations and peoples, especially between Scotland and the other nations of the UK.

Urgent prophetic word: advance the Kingdom now!

According to a national prophetic word for June declared from Glasgow, time is now short for starting new things of God’s Kingdom. How can we be sure now’s the time to do this? It isn’t because we’re at the summer solstice – this blog does NOT advocate ancient pagan or new age ideas: quite the contrary, as is obvious from our personal testimonies (here and here).

As with all prophecies and visions, the following is to be weighed, tested and checked for harmony with God’s character and purposes, as revealed in the Bible. A personal assessment follows the first part of this word:

PROPHETIC WORD, JUNE 2014

ADVANCE WITHOUT DELAY!

The anointing for this time is for advance and breakthrough. It is time for a new level and God is opening the doors of heaven to facilitate advance and breakthrough for you – personally, in your family, your business, your church, your community… God wants to take us to a new place.

2 Samuel 5:20
So David went to Baal Perazim and there he defeated [the Philistines]. He said, ‘As waters break out, the Lord has broken out against my enemies before me.’ So that place was called Baal Perazim [means ‘God of the Breakthrough’]

God, as Master of the Breakthrough, is advancing His people and His church into a vastly different place. Just as an advance in science changes thought processes and practical applications, so the advance in the Church and in individual lives will change how we think and do things.

You can consider yourself successful in this season if nothing looks familiar to you and there is a little bit of mess around!

There is favour for birthing new Kingdom projects, relationships and businesses, building new Kingdom projects, relationships and businesses and establishing new Kingdom projects, relationships and businesses.

There is an urgency and a blessing in birthing, building and establishing. However, time is short, so be quick to act now, whilst there is a favour from heaven. Do not procrastinate, for this is an ‘open door’ time for advancing through!

In this season of advance, God is asking us to fix our gaze on Him like never before – for in this we will see His BIGNESS, and it will shift what we expect to see flow from His hand. If we don’t fix our gaze on God we will build too small and it will cap us for several years to come.

And the Lord would ask us to drop what is fruitless and to walk away from dead projects and relationships. If you have been stuck or frustrated in trying to build something that is not getting to where it should, now is the time to let it go. Don’t waste more years on the fruitless tree but instead sow the seeds that you have within you into a new, fertile soil for the season.

PERSONAL OBSERVATION

Second jaw-dropping moment of the week! Little did I suspect that, whilst I was writing over Tuesday-Wednesday about the ‘Word’, as in ‘God’s Signature’, this prophetic team were putting the finishing touches to a closely related prophetic word! Thursday morning I added scripture to my draft and varied my concluding remarks to refer to the ‘Open Door’ as a means of breakthrough. Also, I had a very distinct concern over the fact that only a few months are left in this Hebraic year.

Therefore, it was so encouraging after publishing that post to have opened the team’s email that had dropped into my in-box earlier that morning. Thus, we find at least two or more people are receiving similar insights from the Lord. (See others’ comments below and other overseas ones bear witness to June’s prophetic word.)

Visitors notice heavens more open over England – part 2

Since hearing Johnny Enlow in October 2012 (as in Part 1) I’ve heard of other overseas ministers coming to Britain who notice a change in our spiritual atmosphere. Not only a New Zealander and South Africans but also our pastor upon returning from our groups in Norway and Germany, could each sense that the heavens are more open here than over other nations.

At her dance workshop in Guildford, Canadian worship leader Heather Clark taught from the scriptures about a woman gate-crashing a meeting of men to anoint Jesus with nard, an expensive aromatic oil. Her paraphrase of His reaction to those indignant men was an exact confirmation of my reaction to criticism from a friend of my looking forward to her workshop. Visitors notice heavens more open over England – part 1

Who says so? And what do I mean?

This 3-part post will attempt to answer by looking at prophets’ observations made three years ago and prophetic ones from other ministries within the past two months.

Have you ever gone abroad and seen how different upon your arrival the foreign land is from ‘home’? The nature of a different country, its people and environment are obvious points but a there’s also a more subtle sense of atmosphere. I don’t mean air quality, I mean an intangible ‘feeling’.

The term ‘heavens’ means the sky and everything beyond; outer space with its planets, stars and galaxies. There’s also a definition of ‘heavens’ as ‘invisible, spiritual realms’ wherein dwells Almighty God and His heavenly host, where their direct influence and activity manifest. Whenever we gather together and are able to hear from the Lord easily or receive obvious blessings, such as healings, and spontaneously engage in high praise, then the spiritual heavens immediately over a locality are said to be ‘open’. The glory of the Lord becomes obvious in one way or another, as He deems appropriate.

Several years ago I saw a huge, ugly brown tornado bearing down upon a town. I could tell it was an evil power. Then the clouds parted and so too did the sky far above and a supernal, glorious light broke through. As it seemed to smile down on me I noticed all the power had drained out of the advancing tornado. All that was left of it was a blot on the ground, like a tea-stain upon paper!

The ordinary sensing of a nation’s atmosphere can be more enhanced for born-again Christians led by the Holy Spirit, especially if endowed with prophetical gifting. It’s even more so for those operating in the clear discernment of a prophet, as happens for Chuck Pierce.

“Keep your eyes on Britain” – is the time now?

The Spirit has been stirring deeply in me since our spectacular Resurrection Sunday.

Its more than a reminder to blog a couple of transcripts of prophetic words from visitors – it involves a timing sequence, a process of unfolding as though with a revelatory purpose. As previously, pieces are falling into place!

For the past week this prompting has become pronounced. A large picture displayed somewhere, maybe hanging on a wall at one of Dr Stone’s meetings, persists in my mind as though hanging right in front of me. How I wish I could find it and insert here for you to see…but try using your mind’s eye as you read on..:

This picture is a map of mainland Britain but, most unusually, all land is coloured sky blue. No doubt its designer is symbolising spiritual or heavenly things. It’s the exact colour I see through the window behind my monitor – this fresh, sunny morning’s wall-to-wall blue sky. That is, the picture’s blue Britain may mean the heavens are now open.

And all over this map, at locations of cities, towns and elsewhere are symbols of fire. Each fire is depicted by three flames coloured bright crimson red.

This image has been coming to me from about a week last Tuesday when I prepared to republish my transcript of Bobby Conner’s ‘firestorm’ word and scheduled it to appear automatically. It’s most unusual for me to work in advance, especially as I was catching up on the remarkable events on Charlie Shamp’s visit. And on his website I’d spotted his wife’s personal testimony, Baptism Of Fire, which I knew was important to re-post.

Then along came his recommended video about fire angels, or ‘burning ones’, being photographed after a time of worship.

Both blog posts led straight into the 6th anniversary of the prophetic word for the UK of a “Holy, unstoppable firestorm”.

Also connected is the unscheduled consideration at yesterday’s house group of older, well-known prophetic visions for the UK given to Smith-Wigglesworth and Jean Darnall. Our elders and another had met her and I’d been with SW’s prayer partner Norman James when he received the same awesome vision about our time of visitation. Our pastor then asked us to bring these before the church to consider our role in this.

So, this morning I intend featuring the prophetic song Julie Meyer brought in October 2012 about “Keep your eyes on Britain”. Also, I tried searching the net for that picture and was ‘led’ to check out a site, Prophetic Anointing UK, and quickly espied this on ‘Britain, England, London‘ as part of a longer word for Europe dated April 2010 :

…The nation was Great Britain, and the portal was over England, and the light was targeted at London, then spreading through the nations of Great Britain and the Isles (Habakkuk 2:14). I then heard the voice of the Lord say; “Now!” This time the Lord was answering to a question that had not as yet formed in my heart. He knew I would ask that question before I knew, and to save on time He answered me (Isaiah 65:24). Again the Lord answered to the angel saying; “Now!” and finally, with a smile as of One who knew the end of a matter from its beginning, the Lord answered; “Month of May”.

That dating caught my eye and so I’ve emphasised it. Maybe it’s this May 2014? This would line up with the later word about God’s glory being on display this Spring?

So, let’s carefully consider the words Julie brought and listen to her song:

“Even today…I can see the Bridegroom Jesus –

And He’s got His eyes on Europe – He’s got His eyes on Europe, Europe, Europe.

Even this morning – I can see the Bridegroom – dancing, dancing –

He’s making His plans, He’s making His plans, He’s making His plans –

His eyes are on Europe – His eyes are on Europe –

He’s going to dance all over the land –

He’s going to set the captives free – He’s going to set the captives free – He’s going to set the captives free…free.

And it’s going to start in Britain –

The Lord says, “Keep your eyes on Britain –

Keep your eyes on Britain – Britain – Britain – Britain.”

There’s something greater – there’s something greater coming to Great Britain,

There’s something greater…than John Wesley – there’s something greater.

God, God, God’s the bridegroom – He’s going to dance all over the land –

He’s going to start in Britain – and that’s where John Wesley started.

Oh, you’re part of the great, great storyline – Britain –

And it’s not over – it’s getting bigger – it’s bigger, it’s bigger, it’s bigger.”

“You’re NOT left out Europe – you’re not left out Europe –

I’ll make you a sign – and a wonder – a wonder – and a sign

For the nations are Mine – for Europe is Mine – for the nations are Mine, are Mine –

500th post: brief review and ‘blood moons’ cont’d

A very special ‘Thank you’ to all my several friends who kindly put up with my first reports and thoughts in early 2009 along with subsequent emails, and then subscribed to my blog after its launch in November 2011.

As those who’ve read Why I’m Writing will know, a book was inside me – it wanted out! And I found that blogging was like watching a book develop and grow. So email updates on Biblically related events in the Middle East got translated from the domain of a few dozen friends and contacts into the realm of cyber-space and a larger circle of public readers.

Also, blogging has the advantage over a book in being able to target topics at liberty rather than being constrained by a books’ title and themes. And blogs are published and ready for worldwide reading right away!

So, my thanks also go to every single visitor as well as to regular subscribers.

Brief Personal Review

In the 2nd anniversary post I recalled the reason for being driven to write regularly. In February 2009 I checked the parable of the wheat and tares but, upon opening my Bible, an excitement exploded within as I heard, “This is ALL about to be fulfilled!”

So I circulated a two-part email The End-Game is now in play, and followed up with occasional brief reports on current events seemingly connected to Biblical prophecies.

Some unusual dreams in Autumn 2011 proved to be ‘game-changers’. The first plugged directly into what I was later to learn of Bill Johnson’s prophetical sensing, on the same date, of a Kingdom change in the UK. So I circulated an email about the Acceleration in Kingdom activity. It was becoming clear such news and related developments needed to be circulated more widely, and that I was being directed towards blogging.

By then, contemporary prophecies were being regularly included. Although the Biblical kind is canonical and sacrosanct, and words brought by today’s prophets secondary to and to be weighed with Holy Writ, both forms of prophecy do seem related – as though they are ‘two witnesses’ to what the Lord is doing today.

The increasing coverage of current prophetic words generated a larger readership and was complied into a Library. This resource now holds over 100 prophetic words and is regularly viewed by visitors.

The blog was launched with brief reasons for watching events and with my personal testimony, the timing of which was soon confirmed. Thus, I was assured that moving from private to public writing was right. In considering those changes from old into new year I introduced readers to the predictive aspect of time cycles, as outlined by William Koenig.

Very soon, and unexpectedly, I challenged politically motivated action against praying in public, as undertaken by Healing On The Streets. Thus another collection was created as a hub of healing testimonials and augmented by regular posts on The Bay Revival. Also in 2012, a long trail of ‘God-incidences’ brought me to focus upon the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations as well as many prophetic words about a ‘New Season’, or new era for the Church, all enhanced the blog’s content.

Also over these past 5 years we’ve seen significant development proving the relevance of the Bible today in the establishment of the Middle-Eastern coalition, as foreseen by Ezekiel. The term I first used for this was ‘Ezekiel 38 Alliance’ but it’s now taken its Biblical description of ‘Gog-Magog’. Events on this are now proceeding so rapidly there’s no time for me to keep up with them! Readers who are particularly interested, however, can keep up to date with the sources quoted in most articles or by using links listed down the Home Page, which has expanded upon their introduction in Not on The 10 o’clock News.

My focus so far this year has been on prophecy and time, as may be evident in timings of inspiration and the immense vista beyond the ‘Open Door’ – can we see the invisible becoming tangible?

It’s fascinating that, 5 years later, the original name for the blog of Invisible Jigsaw is coming into play and how, along with this 500th post, it’s coinciding with the back-to-back sequence of blood moons.

Blood Moons and Israel

‘Blood moon’ is a recently coined term for a prophetic description made over 2,800 years ago. Only when the moon is totally eclipsed by the cone of the earth’s shadow (umbra) does it become red. This is because any light arriving has been refracted through the earth’s atmosphere, rather like why sunsets are red.

In Passover and blood-red moons I considered a couple of objections to citing previous tetrads of blood moons on Jewish major feast days. We need to be clear about what we’re talking about, the facts and their statistical implications. In view of the huge frequency of lunar eclipses as shown on NASA’s data their occurrence on festivals specifically set on dates of, or close to, full moons is not surprising. Therefore, we should expect them on several Passovers.

But the importance of a tetrad is upon this happening upon two consecutive Passovers and the associated Sukkot (Tabernacles); ie, on one year’s first and last feast and then the same in the next year – and not occurring on any in-between dates. Total eclipses on four sequential occasions have been termed ‘a tetrad’. Bill Koenig let his friend Mark Biltz see his investigations done in 2007 and reported as follows (my emphases):

‘Mark said he had found my blood-red moon work and website postings in 2007 interesting and began looking into possible connection to past and future Jewish Feasts at which time he found very significant connections. I provided blood-red moon information, and information on the coming total solar eclipses of 2008, 2009 and 2010—which all fall on the 1st of Av.

‘Seven back-to-back, blood-red moons have fallen on the first day of Passover and Sukkot, with the eighth time coming in 2014 and 2015

‘Mark found that we have had blood-red moons on the first day of Passover and the first day of Sukkot on back-to-back years seven times since 1 A.D. Three of these occurrences were connected to 1492 (the final year of the Spanish Inquisition), 1948 (statehood for Israel and the War of Independence), and 1967 (the Six-Day War) — some of the most significant days in Jewish history.

‘The others were in 162/163 A.D., 795/796 A.D., 842/843 A.D. and 860/861 A.D. We don’t have any historical connections for these years at this time, but we do know of significant Jewish persecution during the eighth and ninth centuries.

‘In all eight examples, the eclipses have fallen or will fall on the first day of Passover and Sukkot. The eighth occurrence of back-to-back, blood-red moons will be in 2014–2015. So what does the period of time from 2013 to 2015 portend for Israel and the world?’

Oh that a mathematician would calculate the odds for such events happening. But do we need one to comprehend that, although eclipses may happen variably, this ‘tetrad’ sequence cannot possibly be by chance? For two eclipses to fall on consecutive feast dates, if astro-dynamically possible, there would be reasonable odds – but for dates at each end of a 5-6 month period, and not on any other feast date between them, there’d be a very much smaller chance. Yet for that to happen again in the next year then the odds are astronomical – no/yes?

It’s as though the Maker of heaven and earth is pointing His finger and saying, “LOOK!”

Do the Tetrads Point to Jerusalem?

In Passover and blood-red moons I questioned a critic’s assumption that tetrads did not relate to the Spanish Inquisition or to the birth of the state of Israel and its immediate War of Independence. His claim was that the ominous warning attributed to the blood moons came after those facts – I answered with other facts, “It ain’t necessarily so”.

Also, Koenig and Biltz were not contriving to twist the facts but simply stating there were events that seem directly related to the Talmudic teaching about blood moons. Yet one could argue that all pre-20th Century blood moon tetrads may actually be irrelevant!

That is, any meaning attributable to earlier tetrads may not be applicable because the Jewish state of Israel had not been created. And when it was, the Jews were fighting for their survival against all surrounding nations. Hence the notion of these tetrads applying only after 1948. We can check this out with three lots of tetrads:

1. The first point of the 1949-50 tetrad (Passover 13 April 1949) occurred during the 15 month War of Independence, AND its was only 10 days after the signing of the Israel-Jordan Armistice affecting Jerusalem. Thus, that tetrad may indicate a warning that the Lord is specifically watching out for Jerusalem, on the grounds of Zecharia 2:8.:

‘…he who touches you (Zion) touches the apple of His eye.’

2. Also why does that critic ignore the existence of the tetrad covering the Six-Day War of June 1967! (Click for Background & Overview.) Then, Jerusalem was liberated and came fully into Israeli hands, supporting my contention about the city being relevant to the theory of blood moon prophecy.

3. The present tetrad is well-timed about Jerusalem. Months of useless, protracted US-led ‘peace talks’ between Israel and the Palestinians collapsed last week. One of the last days’ issues was over dividing Jerusalem, as though both future states could share the same city as capital. Also, preparations continue for setting up the Third Temple in Jerusalem. So a great deal continues to happen of significance in Israel…

Therefore, perhaps the four lunar eclipses schedule for Passover and Sukkot 15 April and 8 October 2014, and next year’s Passover and Sukkot on 4 April and 28 September 2015 will cover some extremely critical developments on Jerusalem?

After all, the principal unfulfilled Biblical prophecies are about ‘the apple of G-d’s eye’!

Surprise! New things!

Nina’s reference to a trumpet fanfare, actually two, heralding the Queen’s arrival, followed by her majesty’s entrance to an assembly of invited guests, brought an interesting insight from scripture which I’ll share later.

However, Nina went on to compare that event with the majesty of The King of Kings and asked how we think we will respond to being before The Almighty King of Kings. Immediately after Nina finished speaking, Viv Dawes ascended onto the stage to sing sublimely in adoration of Him as follows.:

Radiant Majesty divine

Seated on Your glorious throne

We worship, honour and adore Your perfect holiness.

Brilliant light shines with Your power

Burning flame, Your holy fire

Your Glory, Majesty And Holiness outshines the sun.

.

A rainbow halo surrounds You

Majesty shining in Glory

Eyes like flame, Face shines with brilliance

Feet as bronze, refined in a furnace.

Radiant Majesty sublime

Seated on Your glorious throne

The First and Last – Living One for ever and for evermore.

The inspiration for these words came to Mair Thorburn without any knowledge of what Nina had prepared months previously on the subject of God’s majesty. Radiant Majesty was completed on 6th September 2013 and is reproduced with Mair’s kind consent.

It’s marvellous how the Lord inspires people with similar messages. I agree with Mair’s opinion that it’s a bit like thousands of years ago when individuals separately heard and wrote the same words from the Lord and which were to become holy scripture.

Pause for reflection

A couple of scriptural points are noteworthy in Nina’s comparison of the Queen’s entry with that of His Majesty. It wasn’t so much the fact that royal protocol requires respect and focussed personal attention upon Her Majesty, for everyone’s gaze turns to catch sight of and follow her, and all ears strain for every word, to make sure nothing gets missed. So too, ourselves in His exceptionally awesome presence.

No, it was more the remarks about a trumpet fanfare that gave food for thought over a couple of references in Paul’s letters. On the face of it they may seem unrelated, but not so. One is about the resurrection of the dead and the other is on Jesus Christ’s return. In concluding his eloquent explanation of believers’ victory over death, Paul writes to the early church in Corinth,

Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does corruption inherit incorruption. Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed — in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. (1 Cor 15:50-52 per Bible Gateway)

In a letter to another Greek church (Salonika) he goes into finer detail given by Jesus about what’s to happen next:

For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore, comfort one another with these words. (1 Thess 4:15-18 per Bible Gateway)

On the majesty of His Majesty, The King of Kings

Nina was once again invited to address a Christmas Breakfast gathering of groups that meet regularly in the Aldershot-Farnborough area organised by Juliet Peatling. Our dear friend is painstaking to honour the Lord in preparations, especially in the exquisite way He inspires her creatively with handicrafts, in which she is highly skilled.

And both are prepared well in advance by Him! Early in the year Juliet started preparing cards and decided upon the theme for this Christmas meeting. When she called my wife to ask if she could speak on God’s majesty, neither of them were surprised that Nina had already heard the title and been given what to say. That had happened a couple of years ago too, which was on ‘Peace’. (We were pleasantly surprised upon arriving at the venue to find the colour scheme she used with that matched what Nina was wearing!)

This year’s Breakfast was held in Kings Community Church located in Aldershot. Juliet had decorated and laid out tables with place names and personal presents for each guest. It was as though we were to attend a special breakfast-banquet with our King – Spectacular, as these photos show. Nina’s address follows below:

MAJESTY

“Good morning and God bless you. Juliet asked me to speak today – over 6 months ago.

“I set time aside to pray and see what I should write. Then I put the notes away until a few weeks ago – it was just to look at what I had written, not to make major changes.

“Now some of you will have been at the last 2 breakfasts and heard Mair talk. I was at the last one and, to my amazement, she said two or three things I’m going to say – almost verbatim.

“No, she hadn’t read my notes so she could copy what I was going to say. Neither did Juliet tell her beforehand.

“So if two of us are saying the same thing – independently of each other – I guess that the good Lord has a point he wants to make. It’s something important. So I will leave it to you to pick up on it.

“Yes it’s true, another year has gone and here we are again. The subject this Christmas is Majesty.

“I don’t feel particularly qualified to speak on the enormity of this word. We have such small brains and it is such a big word. If I ask each one of you to define the word ‘majesty’, I wonder what words you would use?

(A brief pause…)

“It is the highest rank you can hold. The Queen is ‘Her Majesty’. She reigns supreme in this country. Hers is the highest title – as a human being.

“I read recently these words describing His Majesty – Our Lord – by Archbishop Justin Welby [RB note: from chat with Charles Moore, who asked him if he knows Jesus].:

“He is both someone one knows and someone one scarcely knows at all. An utterly intimate friend and yet an indescribable majesty.”

“Psalm 93 verse 1 says,

The Lord reigns, he is robed in majesty and is armed with strength.

“The description of Psalm 93 in my Bible is quite wonderful; “It is a hymn to the eternal,universal and invincible reign of the Lord”.

“Let me read that again,“It is a hymn to the eternal,universal and invincible reign of the Lord”.

“May I suggest you all read Psalm 93?

“Now let’s go on a short journey and unwrap the word ‘Majesty’ a little…

“Many years ago I had the privilege of being at a champagne reception at the Banqueting Hall in Whitehall, London, hosted by the Queen and Prince Philip. Beforehand, we were notified of the required code of dress, security check and behaviour etc. All very exciting.

“There were 100 of us present, sipping champagne and chatting when – suddenly! – Her Majesty’s trumpeters appeared up in the gallery and heralded her arrival.

“There was more than a hush in the room, the air was electric. You could hardly breathe with expectancy. Suddenly, A GREAT BLAST came from their trumpets in fanfare!!!

“Then a voice boomed out, “Ladies and gentlemen – Her Majesty The Queen!”.

“Her Majesty was in the room amongst us. You did not hear her coming – she was just ‘there’! It was a WOW moment !!

“So now let me take you further/deeper/higher…

“One day we are going to be in the presence our heavenly Father, His Majesty, THE King – not A king – THE King of kings!

“When we make that decision to give the Lord charge of the rest of our lives we become adopted sons and daughters

“Therefore, if we truly believe that we are sons and daughters of the King of kings, His Majesty, how do we see ourselves?”

(A brief pause…)

“Members of the royal family have status/authority. They are ambassadors representing the king or queen. How do we represent His Majesty, The King of kings

“As I just said: before meeting the Queen I was told what to wear, what code of dress to be observed etc.

“So what will we be wearing before His Majesty?

“How presentable will we be?

“Will we have clean hands and a pure heart?

“Or, will there be some blemishes not yet dealt with?

“Might it be an idea to deal with them/address them while there is time however long time is? I want to face my heavenly Father, His Majesty, knowing I did my best.”

(A brief pause…)

“Was I qualified to meet the Queen? – Yes, I had a certificate and an invitation

“Am I qualified to be before His Majesty – Yes, I am his adopted daughter. As confirmed in Ephesians 1.”

(A brief pause…)

“Lastly, as I close:

“The effect on me of the heralded arrival of the Queen and being in her company was a wow moment in my life – almost life changing!

“How about when the time comes to meet His Majesty – THE KING?

“How awesome will that be, what expectation, what excitement!

“What a life changing second before His Majesty!

“Think about it…”

(Nina pauses, then reads lyrics to a well-known worship song by Tuinfort and friends…)

“I can only imagine what it will be like when I walk by your side.

“I can only imagine what my eyes will see when Your face is before me.

“Surrounded by Your Glory what will my heart feel?

“Will I dance for You, Jesus, or in awe of you be still?

“Will I stand in Your presence, or to my knees will I fall?

“Will I sing hallelujah, will I be able to speak at all?

“I can only imagine,

“I can only imagine when that day comes and I find myself standing in the Son.

“I can only imagine when all I will do is forever, forever worship You.”

The real Truth delivers me from captivity

Jesus tells all who believe in Him what happens as a result of following His teaching.:

“If you hold fast to and live by My words you are truly my disciples. And you shall know the Truth and the Truth will set you free (for) I AM the Way, the Truth and the Life; no one can come to the Father except through Me”. [As noted here and here by John, one of Jesus’ first, and perhaps closest, disciples.]

Those claims were unknown to me as a teenager. As stated in Searching for the Truth, I rejected all forms of ‘Churchianity’ because of hypocrisy and enmity between believers and clergy in 1950-60s.

As soon as legally able, ie. immediately after my 21st birthday, I sought affiliation with a mystical fraternity as ‘a seeker after light and truth’. As a consequence and another 21 years later less 7 days before my birthday, I experienced a dread revelation of my post-mortem status. Without any shadow of a doubt I was about to be dropped into the abode I’d unwittingly chosen for myself. But I was rescued from that terrible fate by the gracious mercy of the Lord of Heavenly Hosts, Jesus Christ. I’d found – and was confronted by – not an abstract, philosophical ideal but the living Truth in person!

More Fire

Soon after that night of destiny I tore up and binned my occult and New Age books, but I still had a number of items that were very significant to membership in that mystical, occult group. But very soon, troubles brewed up within my relationships. And they got worse, and worse. So I asked for prayer help and I gathered all the remaining things, such as ritualistic items and pictures. Right at the peak of my trouble I heard an almost audible voice instruct me,

“Burn what you’ve collected – now!”

Never, ever, would I have believed what was to happen next:

Out in the back yard I piled those membership items onto an area of gravel and, putting a match to them, I sincerely repented. Fanning the flames, I apologised deeply to God for all my past rebellious, sinful activity and specifically renounced all the evil connected with and arising from my occult associations.

As I asked God to forgive me, heavy invisible shackles suddenly dropped off my wrists!

I felt, and was, free, completely free – exactly as is jubilantly sung in Charles Wesley’s great hymn And Can It Be?

WOW, from despair to jubilation within a split second! What utter freedom! Praise Him!

That hymn’s lyrics present the simple yet sublime salvation found in our Father’s good news about Jesus.

How aptly the third verse describes my personal situation and what had just happened – my wonderful liberation from invisible bondage to Satan.:

1. And can it be that I should gain
An int’rest in the Saviour’s blood?
Died He for me, who caused His pain?
For me, who Him to death pursued?

Amazing love! how can it be
That Thou, my God shouldst die for me?

2. He left His Father’s throne above,
So free, so infinite His grace!
Emptied Himself of all but love,
And bled for Adam’s helpless race!

‘Tis mercy all, immense and free,
For, O my God, it found out me.

3. Long my imprisoned spirit lay
Fast bound in sin and nature’s night.
Thine eye diffused a quick’ning ray:
I woke the dungeon flamed with light!

My chains fell off, my heart was free,
I rose, went forth, and followed Thee.

4. No condemnation now I dread:
Jesus, and all in Him, is mine!
Alive in Him, my living Head,

Revd John Kilpatrick: a new revelatory word from the Lord

Here’s the confirmatory information mentioned at the close of my life-changing dream-vision. On hearing the first words I was astounded that it connects directly into my event. It came last Saturday morning to Revd John Kilpatrick, senior pastor Church of His Presence in Mobile, Alabama, and which he shared as follows:

THE LORD OF HOSTS’ REVELATORY WORD

“My angels ride upon the circuits of the heavens. They do My bidding. Have you forgotten that they are mighty in power? They do not relent; they prevail! Be reminded that they are engaged and enter conflicts as a result of the salvation I have bought for you. It is a perfect salvation and a complete one. Do not fear or allow your heart to be troubled, for even now, they are defending your interests and concerns while you sleep.

“Have you forgotten that My name is “The Lord of Hosts?” I have given the word, and it is the word of deliverance. You will prevail! Every evil plot will be foiled, and every evil enemy shall fall before the sword of the Lord of Hosts. My Kingdom is sure. My will is determined. My name is your guarantee.

“Do not be double minded, and do not doubt this confirming word; for these are the days that men’s hearts will fail them as they see coming upon the earth the things that I revealed would come to pass while I walked among men. But did I not also caution, “Do not allow your faith to fail.” Lift up your head, for your redemption–your victory–draws nigh. I say that victory is drawing nigh even as you quietly sleep. Can you see it drawing nigh? I ask you again, can you see it drawing nigh?

“Fix your eyes upon My prevailing army. It is My provision for My people, My heirs. You are not alone! I have told you it is not a few, but many, that ride the circuits of the heavens.

“Your salvation is sure; it was bought with a price. The battle is not yours, but it is the Lord’s. See the salvation of the Lord. Rest in it, and rejoice in it. The greatest and most notable victories are even at the door.

“These are the days that you must learn to release the high praises of God. I say discipline your lips to release new, thought-out and thought-through praises – worthy of the Lord’s works that He is working. Let the common, usual praises that you used yesterday remain there, for this is a new day; and the Lord is releasing new things – exploits not previously seen or experienced by you before. It is a day of long awaited breakthroughs that are being won by the Armies of Heaven.

“Adjust your praise accordingly. Train your lips to begin to express the depths of your worship. Be creative. New expressions of the soul will bring new depths of glory not previously known.

“These are not the days of the faint of heart, but these are indeed the days of the Prophet Elijah.

Tend your heart. Awaken your heart. Quiet your spirit, and rest in the Lord your God; for your salvation is closer than you suppose.”

John comments, “I received this word on September 28, 2013 at 2:22 AM and concluded writing it at 3:10 AM sharp. As I went back to bed and attempted to return to sleep, the Lord evidently wasn’t through. In conclusion, He gave me these powerful words that stirred my soul.:

My people know little of My chariots, and they do not comprehend My chariot drivers. It has not fully come into the minds of My people that all power and might has been given into My hands.

The heavens are even now declaring My glory and revealing My great power. Watch the heavens and understand that My great power shall shake the heavens, and all shall know that I am the God of Heaven and Earth. My armies are riding in their chariots, and they are prevailing. They shall shake the heavens above and the earth beneath.

Your redemption is drawing near very rapidly. Be sure that you draw near to your redemption. My word to you this night is, “Look up! Look up!” The heavens are already declaring, “Look up!”

The closing scripture from Luke 21:28, also directly links this word into my dream, and which will become clear in a later instalment of my journey into freedom.

After delivering this word Pastor Kilpatrick told how he was instructed to share it with His people and we are to use it, especially with high praise. in my opinion, ALL of it is profoundly inspirational and exciting for every born-again Christian.

The door into the ‘New Season’ is open

After these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven. And the first voice which I heard was like a trumpet speaking with me, saying, “Come up here and I will show you things which must take place after this”… (Revelation chapter 4:1-2 The Throne Room of Heaven, NKJV)

Leading into and after the new year 2013, I blogged about a doorway into the heavenly realms opening up (see links below). To my pleasant surprise, I learnt last weekend the Jewish New Year that started on 4th September is symbolised by a doorway!

And I was even more surprised to sense in tandem with this that the Lord is prompting and awakening His people to become more aware of political v. faith issues, as well as to get prepared and trained for ruling on earth – not heaven – when the true Millennium manifests!

This new year is 5774 in the Jewish calendar and digit 4 is represented by the Hebrew letter Dalet which is, according to Melissa Flores, “the picture of a hanging tent door. The door, dalet, also can mean the movement of one coming from or going into the tent.” Her interesting explanation of this year’s meaning – and therefore expectation – may be read at link 4 below. Jesus and Israel; then, now and forever

In munching upon meditative ‘morsels’ from the opening of Hebrews 12, I didn’t expect my subconscious mind to mull over their meaning. I’d assumed those couple of blogs had put the subject ‘to bed’, so to speak – but no. That was on Thursday before going ‘incommunicado’ until Monday, as usual. Yet something started stirring in my spirit.

Two days later saw me digging into scripture before going to bed myself. How could I know I’d find out that its eye-opening conclusion is relevant to others. So if that’s the case for you too, or if you’d notice a similar coincidence, the details are as follows.:

Pointer No 1

After having referred to the faith of Old Testament and New Testament believers – or a ‘cloud of witnesses’ – being perfected, I sensed a bigger picture of the Lord’s purposes. Having written about ‘original’ and ‘spiritual’ Israel I recalled Jesus’ reply to a question posed after His victory over death, and which I’ve often pondered.

During that 40 day period Jesus spoke about things pertaining to the Kingdom of God. (That is, of God’s rule in human hearts, lives and situations.) Consider doctor Luke’s carefully investigated account, per Luke 1:3, of what had happened about 30 years earlier when Jesus gave his apostles this instruction (emphases mine):

And being assembled together with them, He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the Promise of the Father, “which,” He said, “you have heard from Me; ⁵for John truly baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now.” ⁶Therefore, when they had come together, they asked Him, saying, “Lord, will You at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?” ⁷And He said to them, “It is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has put in His own authority. ⁸But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” [Acts 1:4-8 NKJV – Biblegateway.com]

As the purpose of this post is to highlight specific verses, I won’t go into any depth other than give pointers to ponder, and the following as a lead-in.

‘Israel’ would have meant not only the dominant Jews of Jerusalem and Judea, but also the other eleven historical tribes of Israel. Jesus had told his close followers about the Kingdom, presumably in greater depth than during the pre-Resurrection years of public ministry, and that they were about to receive the One who empowered His ministry direct from their heavenly Father Himself.

Thus, it was logical that the apostles were thinking they’d all be ministering in the power Jesus had exhibited. Consequently, it was reasonable to suppose they would then change the religious and cultural situation in Jerusalem and Judea.

No doubt they had in mind the greatest period in their history under King David, as well as Daniel’s prophetic vision about removing the power of the supreme earthly empire, Rome (see Daniel 7:27). But Jesus knew differently. Had they been incorrect in their logical conclusion of restoring the Kingdom to Israel, then Jesus would have said so and corrected them. (He’d done that when referring to returning to God – John 14:2)

Nor did He rebuke them for such an idea, or even remind them He’d already told them the Kingdom would be taken away from Israel and given, “…to people (ie. Gentiles) who will produce its fruit” (Matt 21:23). No, He simply said it wasn’t for them to know the timing – and it was Father’s business and His alone, not even their Master’s!

Interestingly, the original Greek indicates a conditional ‘IF’ (ei) between those verses. In other words, “If (or when) the dipping in Holy Spirit happens, is it the time you-are-restoring the Kingdom to Israel?” (See Scripture4All Greek Interlinear Bible, Acts 1)

Therefore, the relevance of and restoration for Israel MUST be on God’s agenda!

Consequently, the perfecting of faith for living and departed Jews and Christians could well be part and parcel of that agenda. I think Jesus had already given the apostles a clue and they later shared it with Paul, Apostle to the Gentiles, or He may even have revealed it to him personally.

Pointer No 2

Also, Jesus would have had that in mind when describing the signs all believers should watch out for. He said there will come a time of, “great distress in the land and wrath against this people“. In this account, Luke writes that Jesus went on to say,

“…And they will fall by the edge of the sword, and be led away captive into all nations. And Jerusalem will be trampled by Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled…” [Luke 21:24 NKJV]

Pointer No 3

In his magisterial letter to the church in Rome, Paul described the differences between the OT and NT faith and what had happened to the Jews as a result of rejecting Jesus as their Messiah. He stressed they’d not been rejected by the Lord,

For I do not desire, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own opinion, that blindness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in. ²⁶And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written:

“The Deliverer will come out of Zion, And He will turn away ungodliness from Jacob; ²⁷For this is My covenant with them, When I take away their sins.” [Romans 11 NKJV]

I trust that my referring to these scriptures makes sense. It’s offered simply for weighing and consideration, maybe as an aid to further scriptural meditation? Yet more was to follow…

In flicking to and fro between these scriptures and adding to scribbled notes in my old NIV Bible, I spotted its note, Who Is Mechizedek? (see Topic). Hebrews 7 explains the similarities between this king of Jerusalem, who blessed Abraham, and Jesus Christ. Perhaps he’s an influential connection between OT and NT witnesses?

Surprise!

Just before preaching the next morning, our minister mentioned having come from Days of Wonder meeting in Cardiff with New Zealander Ian Clayton, where he’d given some insights on Melchizedek!!! Upon telling one of our group about this ‘God-incidence’, I was told the same reference had unexpectedly popped up for a friend. So the couple of days next week when Ian stops off outside Guildford during his tour of Wales, Scotland and Ireland should be very interesting indeed. I pray so Lord.

Paul Keith Davis: Three Anointings Coming to End-Time Believers

Paul Keith Davis shared the following message at a Morningstar Advanced Prophetic Conference in February, 2013. In this message, he said God showed him three anointings are coming upon a remnant of believers in these last days to enable them to usher in the return of the Lord and the millennial reign. For many believers, this message will sound like jibberish, but to those who are part of the remnant these words will stir their hearts to rise up and take possession of all God has for them.

Paul Keith Davis is a prophetic minister who speaks at churches and conferences all over the world. He is founder of White Dove Ministries, which is located in Foley, AL.

The following is the transcript of parts of the message delivered by Paul Keith Davis. Following that, I have taken the liberty to explain parts of his message in my own words and added scripture passages.

I had a vision, not a dream. In this vision I saw a hand. I only saw it from the elbow down, coming down with a Bible in his hand. I looked at the Bible and it was open to Numbers chapter 10. Then I saw a finger scroll down in the Bible and point to a certain Scripture. That scripture said, “Increase, increase, increase, increase, increase.” Five times.

Now in the second year, in the second month, on the twentieth of the month, the cloud was lifted from over the tabernacle of the testimony; and the sons of Israel set out on their journeys from the wilderness of Sinai. Then the cloud settled down in the wilderness of Paran. So they moved out for the first time according to the commandment of the Lord through Moses. The standard of the camp of the sons of Judah, according to their armies, set out first, with Nahshon the son of Amminadab, over its army, and Nethanel the son of Zuar, over the tribal army of the sons of Issachar; and Eliab the son of Helon over the tribal army of the sons of Zebulun. Then the tabernacle was taken down; and the sons of Gershon and the sons of Merari, who were carrying the tabernacle, set out. (Numbers 10:11-17)

And I knew that whatever the truth was in that scripture it was a secret. It was a trigger to launch us into ever increasing measures of increase. Once we start, it is not going to wane. It is going to increase on top of increase. So I wondered about that and the Lord said, “The cloud is moving.”

So I did a little study of this and found out exactly what I felt like it meant. Here is the essence of that. Here is the essence of Numbers chapter 10. It was the introduction of the silver trumpets where there would be a blowing of the trumpets (verses 1-10), the calling of a holy convocation. When they call the holy convocation it could be for war. It could be for packing up and moving. But in this case, it was for Israel to break camp because the cloud was moving.

The scripture that was highlighted for me said there was an order that was followed. This was the order of Israel when they were to pack up and move. First of all, the cloud would go before them. The very first thing that followed the cloud was the standard of Judah. Behind the standard was the tribe of Judah. Behind Judah was Issachar. Behind Issachar was Zebulon. Then all of the instruments in the tent and the Ark of the covenant went behind them.

The Lord told me in my vision, “I am about to visit your generation, but what is going to precede the ark of the covenant are those three anointings: Judah, Issachar, and Zebulun. These are preparatory anointings that God has given us.

The Judah Anointing

Chosen by God to be positioned first tribe following the cloud is the tribe of Judah. The standard of Judah is an emblem of a lion. The lion appeared on the shields and banners of the tribe of Judah.

When Judah’s father Jacob (who was later named Israel) was old, he blessed his sons and prophesied over each of them. When he came to Judah, he said:

Judah, your brothers shall praise you. Your hand shall be on the neck of your enemies. Your father’s sons shall bow down to you. “Judah is a lion’s whelp; from the prey, my son, you have gone up. He couches, he lies down as a lion, and as a lion, who dares rouse him up? “The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor the ruler’s staff from between his feet, until Shiloh comes, and to him shall be the obedience of the peoples. “He ties his foal to the vine, and his donkey’s colt to the choice vine. He washes his garments in wine, and his robes in the blood of grapes. “His eyes are dull from wine, and his teeth white from milk. (Genesis 49:8-12)

The spirit of Judah is like the prevailing spirit of a young lion. Lions have no fear. They are the king of the beasts. The Judah anointing is a ruling anointing that operates in great authority. Judah’s brothers will bow down to him and praise him. The name Judah literally means “praised”.

I have heard teachings that Judah means “praise,” as in giving praise to God, but that is not what it means. Some have tried to explain that God sent the tribe of Judah first because Judah would sing praises to God, but that is not the reason given in scriptures. The Bible tells us Judah is the young lion who receives praises from his brothers. Judah was sent forth first because he is fearless, victorious, and rules with authority. Judah means “praised,” not “praise.” There is a big difference!

I believe this erroneous teaching about Judah is based on a misinterpretation of what Judah means and a misinterpretation of 2nd Chronicles 20:21-22 where King Jehoshaphat sent singers and praisers before the armies of Israel. It does not say they were from Judah, nor does it say Judah was characterized as being singers or praisers. So we need to stay with what the scriptures say and avoid following the teachings of men who sometimes twist the meaning of the words to make them say things that are not there.

What we know from the scriptures Judah was instructed by the Lord to go first, ahead of the other tribes.

Now the sons of Israel arose, went up to Bethel, and inquired of God and said, “Who shall go up first for us to battle against the sons of Benjamin?” Then the LORD said, “Judah shall go up first.” (Judges 20:18)

Like a lion, Judah always gets the best portion. So much so that his eyes are dull from wine and his teeth are white from milk. This is another insight into the character of Judah.

Paul Keith Davis explained the Judah anointing this way:

This is the essence of it. The cloud is moving. The Lord told me in my experience, “The cloud is moving and those who are provoked, those who are moved, those who are stirred, I am going to give them something they need for this season in history. I am going to give them my lion-like nature, the lion-like nature of God, to deal with the anxiety and fear among My people.”

When Judah went behind the cloud, the lion-like nature of God went behind the cloud. It is what was given to those in Hebrews Chapter 11. It is imparted by God. It is something we do not possess of ourselves.

God is sending the Judah anointing on His people to rid them of all fears, anxieties, and panic attacks. Fear opens the door for the enemy to come in. Fear can have no place with the people of God. Through this anointing, end-time believers will rise up in boldness to proclaim the good news without fear, just like the apostles in the book of Acts.

The Issachar Anointing

Behind Judah is Issachar. The name Issachar means “there is a reward, wages, a payment, compensation.” Here is how Issachar got his name:

Then Leah (his mother) said, “God has given me my wages because I gave my maid to my husband.” So she named him Issachar. (Genesis 30:18)

However, the Issachar anointing is not defined by his name, but by the word spoken over him by his father. Here is what Jacob, Issachar’s father, said when he blessed him and prophesied over him:

“Issachar is a strong donkey, lying down between the ash heaps. When he saw that a resting place was good and that the land was pleasant, he bowed his shoulder to bear burdens, and became a slave at forced labor.” (Genesis 49:14-15)

So we see Issachar was the observant one, always taking note of his surroundings to find a pleasant place and a good resting place. Unfortunately for Issachar, his future would involve forced labor, but the main point here is his character trait of being watchful and attentive to his surroundings. He was aware and understood the events around him. Perhaps that is why God chose him to follow Judah as the second tribe when Israel moved behind the cloud.

Paul Keith Davis explained why we need the Issachar anointing:

God wants us to be anointed with the lion-like nature of God, but he also wants us to be anointed with eyes to see, ears to hear, and a heart to understand. He not only wants leaders to have understanding of times and seasons but he wants all of his people to have this understanding. He wants us to recognize the day in which we live.

Jesus rebuked the leaders of his day for their lack of awareness of their times. He told them they could tell the weather by the color of the sky at night to know whether it would be a good day or a bad day but they could not tell the day of their own visitation. We need the Issachar anointing to know what God is doing in the earth and how we fit into that plan. Where are we in the Scriptures? What is being fulfilled in our day? I believe the Issachar anointing is essential.

When this outpouring comes we are not going to look back, we’re going to look ahead because what we establish here will take us right into the millennium. So we need the Issachar anointing so that we understand where we are in relation to where we are going.

This remnant of end-time believers will have their eyes opened to see the bigger picture of what God is doing in the earth. They will see where their life fits into God’s plans for the great end-time harvest, which is worldwide. They will no longer rely on the secular news media to explain current events because God is going to give them insights and understanding by His spirit that the secular news media knows nothing about. This remnant will be tuned into another channel. Enabled by the Issachar anointing, they will be illuminated with understanding. When the world starts shaking with birth pangs and tribulation, these believers will be able to explain what is happening to others. In fact, they will have already seen the events before they happened.

The Zebulun Anointing

Behind Issachar is Zebulun. The name Zebulun means “exalted,” which means elevated or lifted up to a high place, glorious, and noble. This is the anointing to go into the high places to receive greater personal revelation of the Lord to be more firmly established in knowing the Lord.

Believers in these last days cannot rely on someone else’s faith or someone else’s revelation. Those who walk in the Zebulun anointing will have close personal knowledge of the Lord. They will dwell with Him. They will take the high ground and occupy it.

With this anointing, those who are hungry for more of God will be enabled to draw out hidden treasures from the word of God. God is going to impart revelation to this generation that was hidden from previous generations.

Paul Keith Davis explained why we need the Zebulun anointing:

The Zebulun anointing helps to establish the revelation of Jesus Christ in the hearts of a remnant of God’s people who will move from infancy into maturity. All of creation is waiting and groaning for the revelation of the mature sons of God (Romans 8:19). These are those who have received revelation on how to access their inheritance, which has been stored up in heaven throughout the ages but not released to the earth until now due to a lack of revelation.

By this anointing, a remnant of God’s people is going to taste the good word of God and the powers of the age to come (Hebrews 6:5). These pioneers will cross over into the age to come and bring the powers of that age back into our day. Like the Israelites who were sent to spy out the promised land, these forerunners will venture over into the land of promise and bring back a few of the grapes, the fruit of that land, and say, “Here it is! Here is what we are after. It is over there.”

They are going to contend for it. They are going to build for it. They are going to believe for it. They are going to move into that. They won’t have the fullness of it but they will have the tasting of it. Just a little taste of that realm will change a generation.

Because of the Zebulun anointing, these forerunners are going to cause eternity to overshadow our realm. They’re going to experience things that we may never have dreamed about. They’re going to taste amazing things like controlling nature and controlling the elements. The glory of this latter house will be greater than the former house. They’re going to usher in the millennium.

Also from Zebulun comes those who do warfare with the instrument of a scribe. In other words, those who write for the Lord (Judges 5:14). Personally, I like that because I do a lot of writing. Some translations interpret this verse to say “wield the staff of office,” which is ambiguous and not a very good translation of the Hebrew words.

ALL THREE ANOINTINGS COMBINED

Those who receive these anointings will not be limited to one but will have all three. They will be well equipped to carry out their end-time assignments as they operate in the boldness of Judah, the awareness of Issachar, and the revelation of Zebulun. They will therefore be well-equipped to fulfill God’s purpose for their life.

Just as the tribes of Israel worked together to do the will of God, so these three anointings will work together to enable this remnant of believers to do the will of God. In Deuteronomy 33:18-19 we see the prophetic decree that both Zebulun and Issachar will call peoples to come up to the mountain of the Lord. There they will offer righteous sacrifices. They will draw out the abundance of the seas and the hidden treasures of the sand. The abundance of the seas and the hidden treasures are both spiritual and literal treasures. In fact, in nearly every nation where Paul Keith Davis has delivered this message during the past two years the Lord has confirmed it with amazing discoveries of gold, silver, and diamonds soon after he left.

ANTIDOTE FOR OVERCOMING THREE EVIL SPIRITS

The Lord said to Paul Keith Davis, “These three anointings will be the antidote for three very serious spirits that will attempt in a very pronounced way to hinder the last day church.”

There are three spirits coming against the church in the last days. These three spirits work to undermine the foundations of faith and direct God’s people away from the source of their salvation. The Lord showed Paul Keith Davis these three spirits identified in Jude 1:11.

Woe to them! For they have gone the way of Cain, and for pay they have rushed headlong into the error of Balaam, and perished in the rebellion of Korah. These are the men who are hidden reefs in your love feasts when they feast with you without fear, caring for themselves; clouds without water, carried along by winds; autumn trees without fruit, doubly dead, uprooted; wild waves of the sea, casting up their own shame like foam; wandering stars, for whom the black darkness has been reserved forever. It was also about these men that Enoch, in the seventh generation from Adam, prophesied, saying, “Behold, the Lord came with many thousands of His holy ones, to execute judgment upon all, and to convict all the ungodly of all their ungodly deeds which they have done in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.” These are grumblers, finding fault, following after their own lusts; they speak arrogantly, flattering people for the sake of gaining an advantage. (Jude 1:11-16)

Like the three men listed in Jude 1:11, each of these three spirits has a distinctly different assignment against the end-time church.

Cain represents a religious spirit, which is a spirit that takes on a form of godliness but denies the power of God. This spirit does not obey the commandments of the Lord but instead seeks to make its own rules for following God. It is an attempt to put God’s name on man’s lawlessness. It refuses to come to God through the doorway of faith but seeks to come by another way. This spirit attacks those who walk by faith. It seeks to silence them and even kill them if necessary. It is jealous of them in the same way that Cain was jealous of Able. It is the same spirit that was on the religious leaders of Jesus’ day. The jealousy ultimately leads to murder.
The spirit of Balaam is the spirit of error. This spirit promotes false teachings as a way of putting a stumbling block in the path of the people of God. Jesus warned the church at Pergamum to repent from this spirit (Revelation 2:14). Jude 1:11 warns us to avoid the error of Balaam. Those who follow this spirit will go astray in the same way that Balaam went astray because he loved the wages of unrighteousness. This spirit operates in churches today in those who seek to merchandise the anointing for unrighteous profit, using the holy things of God as a means to make money for themselves. The spirit of Balaam is very much a 21st-century enemy of the gospel of Jesus Christ. God is going to deal with it in his church.
The spirit of Korah is rebellion against God’s appointed leadership. Just as Korah rebelled against the leadership of Moses, this spirit stirs up rebellion against God’s anointed leaders. Ultimately, it seeks to overthrow God’s leaders if possible. This spirit does not fear the Lord or respect His leaders. It foolishly speaks vile things against leaders to anyone who will listen. It operates the opposite of David when he refused to say anything against King Saul even when Saul sought to kill him.

God already has a plan in place to deal with these evil spirits. Paul Keith Davis explained it as follows:

The Lord did not tell me that one of those anointings is against the other. We’re going to have three specific spirits (Judah, Issachar, and Zebulun) to prepare us for the Lord’s visitation. Preceding the coming of the ark, the Lord is going to release the standard of Judah, the lion-like nature of God, the understanding of times and seasons (Issachar), and the blessings of understanding God’s dwelling place (Zebulun). Then will come the ark of the covenant, whatever God wants that to look like. At the same time, it is going to be the antidote to the evil spirits sent to hinder us.

MY COMMENTS

From the scriptures in Numbers 10, I believe God gave Paul Keith the key to increase for God’s end-time army. I believe God was showing Paul Keith how to tap into true increase, not just increase in one area of our lives but in every area. He was showing him how to cross into the promised land and bring back fruits to show to those who have not yet entered. He was showing him how to tap into the powers of the age to come to usher in the new age of the millennial reign.

Numbers 10 provides the keys to unlocking that increase. The following list shows four lessons that the end-time church can learn from what God did with the Israelites:

Wait on the cloud to move first. Do not move ahead of the cloud and do not get left behind after the cloud has moved. When the cloud moves it is time to move.
Follow every detail of God’s instructions. God gave the Israelites different instructions for different situations, which included blowing the silver trumpets in some cases and sounding alarms in other cases (Numbers 10:1-10). Likewise, we must be careful to follow every detail of His instructions, which will be different for different situations.
Whenever Israel went into a battle or moved their camp, God instructed them to move in a specific order behind the cloud so that Judah, Issachar, and Zebulun always moved ahead of the tabernacle. In the same way, God is equipping the end-time church with three anointings that will precede His return to the earth. These anointings have the same character traits as the three tribes. They give us the antidote that enables us to overcome the spirits of hell that try to hinder us. By receiving these anointings and walking in them, our victory over the schemes of the enemy is assured. Then we will say as Moses said, “Rise up, O Lord! And let your enemies be scattered, and let those who hate you flee before You.” (Numbers 10:35)
Just as the presence of the Lord returned to the tabernacle after the Israelites moved, the end-time church will usher in the return of the Lord and the beginning of the millennial reign. As Moses said after the ark came to rest, “Return O Lord to the myriad thousands of Israel.” (Numbers 10:36)

The following email submitted details of a dream that had been weighed by the senior leaders of Winchester Vineyard Church and forwarded to Christen Forster, organiser of the Revival Alliance Gathering.

A number of elements in that dream, which happened concurrently with the event, are related not only to foundational scriptures for lead-in prophecies given in November 2010 but also to activities in the heavenlies at the time of the Gathering, as well as possibly indicating what may be about to happen soon in the UK.

Christen agreed to the dream being posted upon the Revival Alliance Gathering website as Feedback under Prophecies & Testimonials. [2016 update: links no longer available but details may be read in the update below.]

Email to Christen Forster, Monday, September 19, 2011 Subject: Revival Alliance Gathering, Westminster, London 1-3 Sept 2011

YOUR KINGDOM COME
Nina and I had booked early for the Gathering but were unable to attend. Yet I’m grateful the Lord gave the following on Saturday before the day’s meetings started:

Sat 3 Sept:

We are in an open-plan, modern office environment overlooking a town centre. Upon glancing out of one side’s extensive windows I’m amazed to see a large white cube flying very low over nearby buildings! (It’s about the size of a Hercules transport plane.) Watching, I see a few more similar cubes follow and fan out in different directions.

Then I go to look from a different quarter’s aspect to see where they’re coming from and am surprised this view is from a much higher floor and looking over a different location! I notice a couple of cubes hover and discharge some cargo, which floats down to settle on the ground – rather as furniture vans deposit items outside a house.

However, I’m seeing into a room being set up, as though the building itself is invisible! A large wooden table and its several chairs are already there as white porcelain bathroom furnishings descend, but remain hanging in space!

In a flash I understand what’s happening and, without thinking, hear myself comment aloud, “They’re setting up The Kingdom!”

Someone else watching disparagingly quips, “Oh, that’s your perspective”.

Again I’m surprised by my immediate, unconscious retort, “I studied perception at Uni!” (ie. in physics and in psychology, and am thus making a well-informed comment.)

A sudden urgency comes upon me to dash home with this news. Jumping into a car I find my normal route out of the building diverted and a huge vehicle tries to collide with me. Dodging it I drive up a slip road onto a choked road but find this very basic car becomes seriously under-powered.

So I get out to walk yet find all hard paving has turned into lush green grass of wide-open meadows. The congested road’s gone and I’m sliding down a well-worn grass bank to then run, or move, much faster than I can really run across an extensive area. I head a few dozen feet above the land, as though in a glider, and some very large object or person rushes from the left to block my path. Totally unfazed, I deliberately collide into it and it smashes into oblivion without halting or affecting my movement.

On the nearby horizon an unusual low building looms into view but, as I approach this destination, the alarm clock goes off!!

An initial interpretation came with great excitement in view of several revival meetings this month. I believe the Lord gave the above heading for my note of this lucid dream.

All this needed weighing BUT I didn’t expect confirmation and more insights not only in connection with the Gathering itself but also with the prophetic word reported at the Gathering’s Inception Meeting in Nov 2010!

Sun 4 Sept:

At Winchester Vineyard Church’s briefing on Sunday evening one of the attendees described the repentance of leaders at the Gathering. My spirit leapt in knowing this connected into that dream’s bathroom furnishing! (It’s symbolic of cleansing through repentance and forgiveness.)

In the dream, the bathroom appeared after table and chairs were already in place, which may mean a meeting place with purpose and authority. Then came a personal insight spoken as though from Holy Spirit, indicating only those open to Him can perceive and understand the Kingdom. Also, whatever is being set up is not within an obvious structure but fully exposed to those with ‘eyes to see’. (Perhaps, church ‘outside the walls’?)

Only later did I realise why the dream is directly connected to the Gathering. That’s because the setting was in two offices in separate locations (Reading and Croydon) where I’d worked and which came under the authority of central Dept of Environment, then located in Marsham St, as is Emmanuel Church! [The venue for the Gathering.]

Thus, I believe the dream’s meaning is relevant to the Revival Alliance Gathering being held in Emmanuel Church and to its proceeding out into the wider Church.

Incidentally, having noted the dream under the header ‘Your Kingdom Come’, I later learned that’s the same title of the following week’s healing service in Winchester led by the Gathering’s member absent in the Ukraine – Randy Clark!

Mon 5 Sept:

Happened to ‘google’ Revival Alliance and discovered website about the Gathering and read its Inception Meeting’s Report and the associated prophetic word. I was struck especially by the latter’s,

‘It is time to build a house for me to dwell in, God who even the heavens cannot contain, will dwell in a house whose walls are the Holy Spirit’.

That’s a near description of what was in the dream, for I could see as though through invisible walls into rooms. Even so, there was a definite sense of some kind of structure without my being able to ascertain its nature. Could this indicate the invisible power and work of Holy Spirit?

However, upon checking the quoted reference to Ezekiel 42:15-19 (details of the prophet’s vision of the temple) the translations to hand imply that the walls will be material, not immaterial. YET, the dream truly fits the scripture because, as Christen Forster explained to me: “ … in those verses you will see the word “side” (as in the King James), but the word is actually “ruach”, which is wind, spirit or breath. As the winds traditionally had four directions it has been made into “sides” in English. But more literally it says, “he measured the east wind” … hence Spirit.” [It is Strong’s number 7307, which cannot be construed as ‘wall’.]

A second item from the Report is suggestive of the dream’s closing half. It’s Tim Eldridge’s reference to Paul Revere’s preparation to alert an alliance and, hence, the urgency of spreading the news at top speed – his renowned Ride into American history

Thurs 8 Sept:

Then came an intriguing connection to the 14 years break in revival activities in UK, and when re-starting work on the Temple in Jerusalem, as referred to in the Report and at the Gathering.

The Lord prompted me to dig into my library for a book, The Heart of The Temple. Quickly, I spotted in the Foreword’s first page (by Jennifer Rees Larcombe):

“How did this passion for the Temple begin for you?”

“The seed was planted in my heart fourteen years ago”, she replied!!

PS: where else have we read about fourteen years? It was the period Apostle Paul spent in preparation before his missionary trips to the Gentiles (see Gal 1:11-2:2).

Sep’11 – Bill Johnson: at the first Revival Alliance Gathering in the UK declared ,“We would look back at 1st Sept 2011 as the day things changed in the UK.” David Pike’s replete record in Diebach-Welldigger’s Revival Alliance Meetings in Westminster notes Bill then said it might take time for the impact of this day to be seen and felt across the nation, but gradually it would come. In his library of ‘Revival Prophecies for the British Isles’, Chris Welch noted him as saying, “There’s something about September 1st. I believe you can write it down…‘Everything changed September 1st 2011’….understand that a Kingdom perspective sees the oak tree as an acorn…I feel like it’s a prophetic word over this country: September 1st everything’s different.”

Sep’11 – Christen Forster: a Gathering organiser later reported Che Ahn had told him that, in all the time working with him, he’s rarely heard Bill make an apostolic pronouncement of such a kind. Christen wrote, ‘Bill’s prophetic word in September was a declaration of the start of the new day, the new wave, the new season. The wells don’t need unblocking any more, the water is flowing, we just need to carry their life and refreshment into the dry places. And every week I hear stories that confirm that word.’

Acceleration in Kingdom activity: part 2

Further to 8 October, we were blessed to watch the live service I flagged up a couple of weeks ago and hear Nathan Morris reporting about a move of the Holy Spirit in the North East of England.

[Reminder: After a brief UK tour, evangelist Nathan Morris of Shake the Nations visited Alabama for a camp meeting in July 2010 en-route to Hawaii. Suddenly, the tangible Presence of the Lord God came into their service, heavily affecting Nathan. The host, pastor John Kilpatrick recognised this as the same as happened for him in Pensacola in 1995. Thus commenced the Bay of The Holy Spirit Revival. Nathan therefore stayed until his US visa needed renewing around May 2011. They were praying this renewal would be quick, which at 5 months is much shorter than the average of 18 months – thank you Lord!]

On his return to Mobile on 9 Oct Nathan spoke of the deep hunger in the nations for the glory of God, as evident during his visit to Finland where many came from across Scandinavia (even from Australia!), to Jerusalem – and within UK.

Away from USA he learned of the immense international impact of the Bay Revival – eg. miraculous healings from HIV-aids, whole Muslim families giving their lives to Jesus, pastors reporting holy fire falling in churches. He wept over many who’re so desperate because of deep darkness to get to the Bay but are unable to afford travel.

Upon Nathan’s return to UK, the power of God was felt from the outset of visiting New Life Church, Hull. Later, so many had been healed there was a 5 hr queue for Sunday afternoon’s service, which ran into the next day! It was harder to get in that evening because, upon entry, everyone got ‘zapped’ by Holy Spirit: “It was like a battlefield” – wow, the Living Lord God was in charge! Leader Jarrod Cooper reported, “I came into my office Monday morning and all my staff were laid out on the floor for hours!” (That is, they were under the weight of God’s glory in the church premises.)

In Newcastle, pastor Ken Gott’s 8yrs old grand-daughter was wonderfully healed. Born with malformed hip joints that turned both legs 90 degrees from normal, the only medical remedy was to break them at the hip and thereby turn and pin the hip around (12 month recovery).

Nathan went on, “In the service, she said ‘Mummy I feel a wind blowing around me – my legs are burning!’ Then she sat down cross-legged, which she’d never been able to do (for which her school had put her with disabled children). Her father, a doctor, declared he didn’t know how God did that but He had to turn her leg joints around!” Is it any wonder Nathan gets so excited? Wouldn’t you?

On-line in Mobile, Alabama, Nathan admonished,
“When you ask for revival fire of God, get ready! – (because) He comes to purify our hearts, to purify His Church!”
(Through words of knowledge Nathan has even warned pastors to get right with God because of sexual sin! They didn’t and the next day it splashed across news headlines!)

IMHO that whole service is well-worth following, especially to hear Pastor Kilpatrick’s instruction on how blessing the congregation greatly multiplies their regular offerings. Run the video and as grey buffering bar progresses click on it to advance to 1hr 15 for the start of Nathan’s stirring report, followed by his message…

Why is Nathan so loud and excited? He explained, “It’s the Fire inside my belly”! (Probably that’s also why he gets so hot!)

Acceleration in Kingdom activity: part 1

Dear Friends – am breaking into our usual long-weekend of cyber-silence because of what happened last night.

After awaking I told Nina about two consecutive dreams which left me very excited (who me?) over rapid and imminent changes about to happen in the Church and for advancing The Kingdom. I was saving some of my understanding for afterwards, but from my brief opening description Nina immediately understood – and thereby confirmed – that it includes whatever will happen during and as consequence of tomorrow morning’s service in Mobile, Alabama. How will that affect UK? I don’t know for sure, but our on-fire revivalist from Rotherham, Nathan Morris, will be there once again now he’s at last got an extended visa.

Hopefully, you may be able to set aside a couple of hours at 4.30 tomorrow (Sunday) afternoon to watch. If not, it will be available later on video via that site’s Media tab. A fortnight ago we heard pastor John Kilpatrick teach some important aspects of using personal prophecy in standing against the adversary.

This morning the excitement of what was going on woke me up! But the Lord blessed me with its continuance when I eventually got back to sleep. That both dreams are not simply personal but relate to a higher level is evident not only from their content but also because they’re in sequence with a similar one of a month ago. After bouncing that earlier dream off a few friends it became clear it was connected to the Revival Alliance Gathering that was being held that day in London. This was accepted by the organiser, who’d had a prophetic word a year earlier and which gave the confirming scripture to the dream’s theme!!

All very exciting – especially as his post-event reflections tie into what I wrote after a conference held by the same groups in Winchester (see Revival: Glory Stories)!

ALL THREE dreams closed with Holy Spirit-filled energy, leaving me with a deep sense of urgency over how the Lord may be going to move here in the UK.

ADVANCE WITHOUT DELAY

Ask:

“Am I positioned for advance and breakthrough, or do I have the brakes on and the anchor down?”

“Am I procrastinating – is there something I should be birthing / building / establishing in this season?”

“Is there anything I need to drop that is fruitless?”

Pray:

Pray that we, the church, might individually and corporately fix our gaze on God like never before.

Pray for breakthrough for the people of God in every sphere and sector of society.

UNITY AND INTIMACY

Ask:

“Where are the areas that I have my guard up and where I’m not living vulnerably with my brothers and sisters?”

“What can I do to favour and promote other people and the work they do?”

Pray:

Lord, help us to do what it takes to be fitted together, living heart-to-heart.

Thank you Lord for sacrificially loving us. Help me to love sacrificially – show me what this looks like in this season, Lord.

LEADERSHIP

Ask:

Is there someone unexpected that needs to be given more responsibility?

Pray:

For all leaders, as Jesus Christ would pray for them.

For young people and those who have been overlooked – that they would answer the new call to leadership.

JUSTICE AND CHILDREN

Ask:

How can I be a Kingdom solution for children – in politics and in education?

Pray:

…that unrighteousness would be exposed and that no evil would remain hidden, for the sake of those who have been victims of abuse.

…for healing, hope, peace and life on the streets of our villages, towns and cities and for our children.

SCOTLAND

Ask:

(For those living in Scotland) Ask yourself, ‘If God asked me to vote differently to how I had intended/would like/feel I should, how would I feel? How easily could I be obedient to him?’

Do I need to spend more time in prayer and listening to God over my vote in the Scottish Independence Referendum?

Pray:

That Scotland, England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Ireland and all the nations of the world would choose to come into greater union with God.

That God will dwell in glory upon the land of Scotland.

Pray that all partnerships with ungodly spirits such as the political spirit, the religious spirit, the divisive spirit, pride, fear and poverty would be broken and not made in this season.

For love, not enmity, between nations and peoples, especially between Scotland and the other nations of the UK.
