UPDATE: Yes, it’s all about oil – what a surprise! The newly launched trans-Israel part of the export oil route from Kirkuk via Turkey is the real target of increased rocket fire from Gaza (details here). Also, instead of making straight for Baghdad, ISIS units are reported as having made a 2-pronged advance aiming for Amman, Jordan, and the Saudi border (details here).

kurdistan-map(Washington, D.C.) — Could recent developments in Iraq have prophetic implications? Actually, the answer may be yes — especially with regards to the Kurdish people who live in northern Iraq. Let me explain.

As we’ve been seeing in recent weeks, the Radical jihadist forces of the “Islamic State of Iraq & al-Sham” (ISIS) are on the move towards Baghdad. They are leaving a trail of bloodshed and carnage in their wake.

The objective of the ISIS leaders is to topple the Iraqi government, seize control of all of Iraq, establish a jihadist state under Sharia law, and use Iraq to begin a regional — and eventually global — Islamic caliphate, or kingdom.

Now, the Kurdish leaders have taken advantage of the chaos of this moment to seize control of the oil-rich region of Kirkuk for themselves. (see AP story below)

Several bear witness to this month’s prophetic word

Endless Bridge by Evgeni DenevChristians over in America as well as here in the UK have born witness to parts of the prophetic word received in Glasgow. So it wasn’t for Scotland only!  Another instance of what I call ‘a bridge over The Pond’?

Be further inspired by those responses as  below, the first two of which plus mine are at the foot of Advance the Kingdom now, the others are from the USA:

1. M writes, “This witnesses with me; I’m writing a summary today of two similar prophetic messages from speakers I’ve heard recently, with a similar urgency (both have a ‘wake up’ theme)” and he refers to a friend “who had to have the kingdom business he is setting up now functioning by 2016, otherwise it would be too late”.

2. L writes, “It has really witnessed to me…and encouraged me because there does seem a lot of mess and, after having retired from work where my main ministry was for the last 20 years, I can now look forward to the future with the hope that Father has put in my heart with another project which I am hoping I will be part of. Also to let go of those things which have either just come to a natural conclusion or just plain need to go”.

3. T writes from Tucson, Arizona, “Some of this word sounds like the puzzle vision that the Lord gave me. It also reminds me of a vision of a house church meeting in my house where people would come in with their armor on but as they came into my home they would take it off because they felt safe”.

4. T re-blogs with further remarks in connection with a dream akin to the dry bones of Ezekiel 37. His insights harmonise with what the Glasgow team heard and he adds, “The prophetic word posted by Richard is a continuation of the dream/vision that I had concerning the Lord’s heart for His people to be in relationship with Him and each other”.

Nathan 25. Meanwhile over in Mobile, Alabama, and doubtlessly knowing nothing of our matter in hand, English evangelist Nathan Morris has returned from mission trips to the Far East and to the Baltic States of Europe. Recounting the huge, amazing events filled with with miracles signs and wonders, he says,

This is the time. God said to me that this would be the year of the Open Door.

Doors are going to close around the world that will shock the world – but at the same time God’s going to open doors in the Kingdom that have not been open for us for many years (RB emphases).

This is the time to preach the Gospel without compromise, to believe God like never before so we can step into destiny…

We’re living in the days that it’s dark but this is the greatest moment for the Church of Jesus Christ. And I want to tell you that people say, “Europe is too dark, it’s over”. I want to tell you it ain’t over – it’s only just begun.

You know, people tell you “People, the nations, don’t want o hear the Gospel”, BUT when you preach the Gospel and thousands are filling the altars you realise the devil is a liar.

And I want to tell you America SHALL be saved and when we declare the mighty acts of God the Holy Spirit backs us up!

JohnK 214_logo6. Just prior to that, in the same service on Sunday, the congregation and pastor John Kilpatrick felt and responded to the presence of Holy Spirit during worship. Very excited,  John interrupted welcoming visitors to prophesy as follows,

Just get ready, because I’m telling you God’s about to do some awesome, awesome things.

Listen, that doesn’t preclude the fact that there’s going to be a lot of hell going on in the world.

There’s going to be a roller-coaster coming in the next 90 days, a roller-coaster ride where things are going to be whizzing by you – it’s just going to be going so fast you won’t hardly have chance to assimilate it – things are going to be happening suddenly.

But I tell you what, the Kingdom of God is getting ready to come into full view – it’s getting ready to come into full view and you just need to get ready for that!

And yes, there are going to be some bad, bad things happening in the world, but I’m telling you God is NOT going to forsake His people – His Church is going to shine brighter than you’ve ever seen the Church shine. I say that the Church will shine brighter than it’s ever shone before! And you just need to get ready for that!

So, in my humble opinion both exhortations enhance this month’s word.

Praying the prophetic word for June 2014

Here are some suggestions on how to respond to the words declared by the Glasgow Prophetic Centre and re-published in two parts here and here:

ADVANCE WITHOUT DELAY
Ask:
  • “Am I positioned for advance and breakthrough, or do I have the brakes on and the anchor down?”
  • “Am I procrastinating – is there something I should be birthing / building / establishing in this season?”
  • “Is there anything I need to drop that is fruitless?”
Pray:
  • Pray that we, the church, might individually and corporately fix our gaze on God like never before.
  • Pray for breakthrough for the people of God in every sphere and sector of society.
UNITY AND INTIMACY
Ask:
  • “Where are the areas that I have my guard up and where I’m not living vulnerably with my brothers and sisters?”
  • “What can I do to favour and promote other people and the work they do?”
Pray:
  • Lord, help us to do what it takes to be fitted together, living heart-to-heart.
  • Thank you Lord for sacrificially loving us. Help me to love sacrificially – show me what this looks like in this season, Lord.
LEADERSHIP
Ask:
  • Is there someone unexpected that needs to be given more responsibility?
Pray:
  • For all leaders, as Jesus Christ would pray for them.
  • For young people and those who have been overlooked – that they would answer the new call to leadership.
JUSTICE AND CHILDREN
Ask:
  • How can I be a Kingdom solution for children – in politics and in education?
Pray:
  • …that unrighteousness would be exposed and that no evil would remain hidden, for the sake of those who have been victims of abuse.
  • …for healing, hope, peace and life on the streets of our villages, towns and cities and for our children.
SCOTLAND
Ask:
  • (For those living in Scotland) Ask yourself, ‘If God asked me to vote differently to how I had intended/would like/feel I should, how would I feel? How easily could I be obedient to him?’
  • Do I need to spend more time in prayer and listening to God over my vote in the Scottish Independence Referendum?
Pray:
  • That Scotland, England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Ireland and all the nations of the world would choose to come into greater union with God.
  • That God will dwell in glory upon the land of Scotland.
  • Pray that all partnerships with ungodly spirits such as the political spirit, the religious spirit, the divisive spirit, pride, fear and poverty would be broken and not made in this season.
  • For love, not enmity, between nations and peoples, especially between Scotland and the other nations of the UK.

Prophetic Word, June 2014 – part 2

UNITY & INTIMACY

God is calling us to a new dimension of living vulnerably with each other.

1 Peter 2:5
You also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ is asking us, as living stones, to not sit apart, but to allow ourselves to be built together. He is calling us, at this time, to close and personal fitted togetherness.

The Lord is promising His people in this hour a weight of His glory and presence – but only if we get ‘fitted together’. God’s glory will be seen most dominantly in places of unity of the Spirit and collective hunger. This means that we have to be prepared to get alongside each other, to learn to let each other close and to learn to let our guard down.

This is not a prophetic word of large displays of unity, but a word of the condition of our hearts. The next big battle of the church will be dealing with our fear of intimacy, our independent spirits – a journey into vulnerability and learning to trust.

Ephesians 2:21-22
In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord. And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit.

We heard the Spirit of the Lord say that He wanted us to engage in ‘armpit living’ – living heart-to-heart with one another, in each other’s spaces (even if it is uncomfortable!). As we do this, there will be a new revelation of Jesus’ Bridegroom love for us – and the Church/Nation is about to step into a heightened sensitivity of the love of Jesus.

Commend each other, favour one another’s churches and ministries before your own. Promote each other, for the sake of the Kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ.

LEADERSHIP

There are new leadership mantles for the youth and for those who have been overlooked. They are surprising because they are not always given to the people we would naturally have thought of or expected.

God is taking unjust and unrighteous leaders out of position. There is a short window to choose God’s ways… or the grace will lift for leadership.

JUSTICE & CHILDREN

God is moving with righteousness and justice towards children. Scandals will be exposed, even within social services, education, the judiciary and the police. There will be nowhere to hide, even amongst the most wealthy and influential. There will be protests on the street as abuse rings are exposed. God is moving towards our nation to bring His righteous rescuing over the children.

We saw space being made for ‘Kingdom Educators’ to find key roles – and also ‘Kingdom Influencers’ – over children’s issues in Government.

SCOTLAND

‘Oh land of mountains! I shall make you a mountain on which my glory dwells.
My glory on the land will not be like anything seen before.’

Scotland is being wooed by God and she is coming into a greater union with Him. Other unions will break as Scotland chooses to allow God to take her reins again. In a year of decisions for the destiny of nations, the most important one is this nation’s union with God.

Scotland will have a voice. Her voice will be heard in the nations. Scotland will be known around the world as a ‘healing hub’ – and nations will come here for healing. Scotland is in a re-birth time and, although there are – and will be – many aches and pains, she will become a garden of Europe agriculturally and a centre of innovation and of culture. This should not be held onto selfishly but will be shared over Europe. And Scotland will take a parenting role in Europe, as Europe continues to be shaken.

Scotland will become an ‘in vogue’ nation, pulling to the nation an increase in tourism, manufacturing, commerce and outside investment. Scotland will be attractive to new trading partners, especially China.

PERSONAL OBSERVATION

Much as the deep lack of unity between denominations turned me against churches many years ago, and now knowing Jesus prayed that we should love one another so the world might believe our Father sent Him as our redeemer, I have reservations as I weigh the words on unity.

It is accepted that it is time for believers to be far more appreciative and honouring of one another. Yet there are major issues yet to be resolved, especially where some fail to uphold the truth of scripture, promulgate inaccurate/incomplete theology (especially ‘replacement’), compromise with worldly fads and denial of sinfulness, all of which is exemplified by the announcements from Presbyterian General Assembly in the USA (see editor at Christian Post).

Nevertheless, although error may be noted and admonished it is possible for believers to become non-judgemental and demonstrate Jesus’ agape love for one another.

We can trust that Jesus is preparing his Bride for His soon return and will apply the full sanctification of His having ‘redeemed us from all wickedness to purify for Himself a people that are His own, eager to do what is good’ (Titus 2:11-14; sub-headed in NKJV as ‘Qualities of a Sound Church’).

Lion Bites – Activating Life

I am washing over you with my Spirit today to refresh and bring a new level of ‘activating life’ to your very bones.

This life given by my Spirit will overwhelm and consume every part of you that is parched but it will also touch every part which is already saturated in me to bring new levels of life.

This new life is for you and for others you are in contact with but it is also for the place you reside in your day to day; and everywhere you walk.

As this ‘activating life’ drips and pours from you it changes the atmosphere, it releases the fragrance of my glory and the essence of my word – and so transformation and activation occurs.

Receive new life from me today and then go out… release it into your neighbourhood and your school, your workplace, your district and region.

Go and release life!

Urgent prophetic word: advance the Kingdom now!

JesusIsComingAccording to a national prophetic word for June declared from Glasgow, time is now short for starting new things of God’s Kingdom. How can we be sure now’s the time to do this?  It isn’t because we’re at the summer solstice – this blog does NOT advocate ancient pagan or new age ideas: quite the contrary, as is obvious from our personal testimonies (here and here).

As with all prophecies and visions, the following is to be weighed, tested and checked for harmony with God’s character and purposes, as revealed in the Bible. A personal assessment follows the first part of this word:

PROPHETIC WORD, JUNE 2014

ADVANCE WITHOUT DELAY!

The anointing for this time is for advance and breakthrough. It is time for a new level and God is opening the doors of heaven to facilitate advance and breakthrough for you – personally, in your family, your business, your church, your community… God wants to take us to a new place.

2 Samuel 5:20
So David went to Baal Perazim and there he defeated [the Philistines]. He said, ‘As waters break out, the Lord has broken out against my enemies before me.’ So that place was called Baal Perazim [means ‘God of the Breakthrough’]

God, as Master of the Breakthrough, is advancing His people and His church into a vastly different place. Just as an advance in science changes thought processes and practical applications, so the advance in the Church and in individual lives will change how we think and do things.

You can consider yourself successful in this season if nothing looks familiar to you and there is a little bit of mess around!

There is favour for birthing new Kingdom projects, relationships and businesses, building new Kingdom projects, relationships and businesses and establishing new Kingdom projects, relationships and businesses.

There is an urgency and a blessing in birthing, building and establishing. However, time is short, so be quick to act now, whilst there is a favour from heaven. Do not procrastinate, for this is an ‘open door’ time for advancing through!

In this season of advance, God is asking us to fix our gaze on Him like never before – for in this we will see His BIGNESS, and it will shift what we expect to see flow from His hand. If we don’t fix our gaze on God we will build too small and it will cap us for several years to come.

And the Lord would ask us to drop what is fruitless and to walk away from dead projects and relationships. If you have been stuck or frustrated in trying to build something that is not getting to where it should, now is the time to let it go. Don’t waste more years on the fruitless tree but instead sow the seeds that you have within you into a new, fertile soil for the season.

PERSONAL OBSERVATION

Second jaw-dropping moment of the week! Little did I suspect that, whilst I was writing over Tuesday-Wednesday about the ‘Word’, as in ‘God’s Signature’, this prophetic team were putting the finishing touches to a closely related prophetic word! Thursday morning I added scripture to my draft and varied my concluding remarks to refer to the ‘Open Door’ as a means of breakthrough. Also, I had a very distinct concern over the fact that only a few months are left in this Hebraic year.

Therefore, it was so encouraging after publishing that post to have opened the team’s email that had dropped into my in-box earlier that morning. Thus, we find at least two or more people are receiving similar insights from the Lord. (See others’ comments below and other overseas ones bear witness to June’s prophetic word.)

Holy treasure of ‘The Open Door’

White Door in SkydoorThat the Almighty is not only providing believers with abilities and areas of personal empowerment, but also wanting us to grow and develop them for the good of others, as in Monday’s post, reminded me of the symbolism of an open door. That’s the symbolic designation for the current Hebrew Year 5774 and so it would be good to refresh our minds about that and revisit its importance.

daletHence, Tuesday’s post linked into an informative article on this year’s significance, as outlined in last September’s post, The door into the ‘New Season’ is open.  It is a time of new beginnings, and especially a good time to dispose of personal baggage and free us up to recognise and take new opportunities. This is signified by digit 4 being the Hebrew letter ‘dalet’, as shown here >

[NB: each character in the Hebrew alphabet represents a letter, symbol and number; and which is not to be confused with numerological interpretation of words and text.]

I noted that a visiting preacher said we need to know God more and grow lots more in areas He’s preparing for us. All we have in life cannot be compared with what we have in Jesus Christ. People have issues with Christians because we’re not living the right way, as Jesus wants us to.  A mature tree produces the fruit of a Christ-like character and Jesus has the power to transform us into Him!

So, let’s take another look at how this symbolism of the open door may be activated…

The Unique Doorway

Jesus said, “I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture”. (John 10:9 NKJV)

Melissa Flores considers this means that Jesus is our ‘dalet’ – “the One who leads us into greener pastures. Too many of us follow our favourite ministers or voices hoping to find our destiny. Until you hone in on the voice of the Shepherd, the door of destiny will elude you. He alone can confirm. He alone can commission. He alone can grant entry into the next assignment or pasture of your life. Sell all of the stock you have placed in man’s ability to identify and promote you, and invest it where it belongs”. (Emphases mine)

Her explanation connects into what Bob Mazeroski brought from the Lord about His provision of mantles, does it not?

Also, one of the definitions Jesus gave of His identity was, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6 NIV). That is, we can regard Jesus as being ‘The Doorway’ into the throne room of God.

A Deep Insight From Hebrew

God's Signature - coverThis year I’m dipping into an easy-to-read primer on Hebrew by Steve Maltz, God’s Signature, and any reference by me simply cannot do it justice. Steve’s explanations of the language’s essential contribution to the creation and meaning of scripture are just like being with a tour guide who drops gems of insights as we meander around famous sights. Starting from the premise that the Bible is God’s word to us, Steve promises to answer questions of who wrote it, how manuscript evidence can be traced, how errors are detected and who decided what material to put in the Bible, but first explains the important difference between the Hebrew and Greek mindsets.

That difference may arise from the origins of the Hebrew language lying in pictographic symbols of the Proto-Canaanite alphabet, of which each symbol conveyed a defined visual meaning. Out of this developed the Phoenician-Old Hebrew form of geometrical shapes for those symbols and then eventually came the Biblical Hebrew letters.

To illustrate this concept Steve shows those alphabets’ characters for ‘shepherd’. Next he asks, why did God use Hebrew? In answer he shows those stages for the Hebrew for “word”, davar, which is comprised of three consonants only – dvr – as shown below. Note the inclusion and use of dalet:

The symbolical characters give such an obvious yet revelatory insight when we recall the Gospel according to John opens by describing Jesus as “The Word of God”, then tells of His coming into the world and the unique privilege He brought to those who would receive Him – the right to become children of God (verse 12).

Therefore, Jesus is the pathway, or entrance, into God’s mind, exactly as He states in John 14:6 above.

Of particular interest for our purposes is Steve’s examination of dalet itself:

The author goes on to state the root verb as dlh, or dala, meaning that which hangs down, or the idea of letting down or drawing up, as with a bucket in a well. Thus, for this comes the word for bucket, dly or daliy.  It seems so mundane but the beauty of Hebrew is it can have a spiritual application, for which Steve quotes Psalm 30:1 and Proverbs 20:5 use of dalah, viz:

I will exalt you, O LORD, for you lifted me out of the depths.

The purposes of a man’s heart are deep waters, but a man of understanding draws them out.

Also, Psalm 141:3 has a vivid way of using dalet to describe a mouth as “door of my lips” – Set a guard over my mouth O LORD; keep watch over the door of my lips.

daletAnd in Jeremiah 36:23, dalet is used for ‘columns’ in “four columns of the scroll”. In other words, as columns hang off a central spine or side of a manuscript, Steve points out that “the word dalet has been used for the simple reason we have something (the “columns”) hanging”.

Hence, the clear sense that there is a doorway of opportunity for us to go through this year. Have you sensed, or even seen it?

It’s time for serious disciples of the Lord, to approach the threshold and enter and break through into what He has for us.

Advice with cautionary note

Let’s reconsider some special points Jesus gave His disciples as ‘one who teaches with authority’, unlike religious leaders, from his extensive instruction known as ‘The Sermon on the Mount’ (Matthew chapters 5 to 7):

“Ask, and it will be given you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.

“For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened…

…seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteous and all these things shall be added to you…

“I did not come to destroy (what’s written in the Law or the Prophets) but to fulfill…For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees you will by no means enter the Kingdom of Heaven…

“Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad the way that leads to destruction…Not everyone who says to me “Lord, Lord” shall enter the Kingdom, but he who does the will of My Father in Heaven…

“Therefore, whoever hears and does these sayings of Mine is like a wise man who built his house on the rock: and when the rains, floods and winds came upon it, it did not fall, for it was founded upon the rock…”

“If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.” (John 14:23 NKJV emphases added)

 Amen

The Year 5774: Ayin Dalet

Sundown on Wednesday, September 4 marks the beginning of Rosh Hashanah or Jewish New Year. For the Jewish community, this is a time of reflection, purification and hopeful contemplation of the future. Not unlike our Western New Year’s celebrations, Rosh Hashanah is a time of recapping or regrouping in order to advance. The word I shared on Ayin Gimel is still being fulfilled in the lives of God’s people, both now and in the days ahead. What Father releases in any year does not expire at the close of the calendar year. Think of these timely revelations as layers of flavors added to the dispensational brew that Heaven is distilling in the earth. Each ingredient flavors the whole and affects the end-result. On stepping into your next move of God

Jaw dropping – that’s what happened when Bob Mazeroski described something similar to what I’d seen in a dream back in September 2011. Bob had got fired up talking about what happened to him in the Brownsville Revival, which saved him and his marriage, and urged everyone gathered yesterday:

“Listen! If a former, drunken horse trainer with no college degree – that didn’t even have a credential or ministry training – but was full of the fires of revival, baptised in the Holy Ghost – if God can use someone like me to put a mantle on, I want to tell you there ain’t one person in this room that God can’t use and He desires that for every one of you – but you need to just reach out and…all you gotta do is put it on!”

Leading into that remark, Bob shared a personal insight applicable to emulating any minister who’s moving powerfully in the Holy Spirit’s unction. He’d said:

A couple of years ago I had a dream and woke up to make notes and preach on it, for it was one of those  ‘Now’ words for the Body.

In this dream, this BIG old cargo plane – you know the kind, like those they haul military supplies in – a big old cargo plane up in the sky opened up and out of that thing came all these parachutes dropping out of that thing.

Operation Unity Knight“And connected to every parachute, different looking to all the others but BIG,  was a suitcase. They looked like the old suitcases that you used to see people take on trains. That’s what they looked like. They were falling all over and they were hitting the ground and when they hit the ground the lids would POP open…they would burst open.

“I begin to think what is all that about and I heard the Spirit of the Lord speak into my spirit. He said,

“They’re mantles that I’m trying to put on the people in my Body today. They’re mantles I’ve used yesterday, they’re new mantles for today, they’re  mantles where the ones carrying them died and moved on; but I still have the same power, I have the same heart and I’m the same God that wants to do the same thing.

“ALL I NEED IS SOMEBODY TO WALK OVER TO THE SUITCASE, PICK IT UP AND PUT IT ON!”

“That’s what He’s saying!

“You say, “Oh I wish I could move in healing…I wish I could move in signs and wonders”, but you know what God is saying…

“THERE IT IS! PICK IT UP. PUT IT ON. LET’S GO! LET’S MOVE!”

“That’s your move of God that’s coming!  But it takes faith…” (continues into first quote, “Listen…”)

It was a fitting climax to exceptional teaching on applying lessons from how Elisha became anointed to succeed his spiritual father, the prophet Elijah. My dream

What was it about Bob’s dream that made me react? It plugged into the details of a dream about the Kingdom being set up, which directly related in theme, location and timing to what Bill Johnson had prophesied about 1st September 2011 being a pivotal point in Kingdom activity in the UK. Consequently, I emailed friends and contacts about an Acceleration in Kingdom activity, the importance of which pushed me into blogging.

Here’s the opening part of my dream of 3rd Sept 2011, its commonalities with Bob’s dream are underlined:

Am in an open-plan, modern office environment overlooking a town centre. Upon glancing out of one side’s extensive windows I’m amazed to see a large white cube flying very low over nearby buildings! (It’s about the size of a Hercules transport plane.) Watching, I see a few more similar cubes follow and fan out in different directions.

Then I look from a different quarter’s aspect to see where they’re coming from and then notice this view is from a much higher floor and over a different location! Then, a couple of cubes hover and discharge some cargo, which floats down to settle on the ground – rather as furniture vans deposit items outside a house.

However, I’m seeing into a room being set up, as though the building itself is invisible! A large wooden table and its several chairs are already there as white porcelain bathroom furnishings descend, but stay hanging in space!

In a flash I understand what’s happening and, without thinking, declare aloud, “They’re setting up The Kingdom!”

On the vision of a crown over England

A week ago today in Tucson, Arizona, Tony Puccio had a vision of a crown hovering over England. It was covered with what looked like diamonds and light was radiating from the crown and illuminating the nation, as reported in this post: England.

MajestyI guess what he saw may have been like this card created by a dear friend for a Christmas breakfast last year at which Nina spoke about majesty.

What Tony did not know about last week, however, was that my wife had again delivered that message at a breakfast only a few days earlier, the Tuesday morning.

The Glory of God rising

Today’s ‘Lion Bite’, or daily prophetic word from Glasgow Prophetic Centre, reads:

The radiance of the glory of the Lord is shining upon those who fear Him and look up to see Him, like the rays of the morning sun, casting His glorious light across their faces.
The Sun of Righteousness rises!

“These are the days of the increase of my glory in your life”, says the Lord Jesus Christ.

“Come and rejoice; come and share in my glory; bask in my light; dance and celebrate; give thanks to the Lord.”

Choose to behave and act like a glory-reflecting child of a glorious God. Allow yourself to be transformed by the revelation that …all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord – who is the Spirit – makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image. (2 Corinthians 3:18)
Daily, hourly, minute-by-minute – remember this and dwell on this – you are a glory-reflecting child of a glorious God!

He called you to this through our gospel, that you might share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. (2 Thess 2:14)

Extraordinary!  It echoes what was said about the Smith-Wigglesworth vision at yesterday’s home fellowship. His prophetic word concludes,

“When the new church phase is on the wane, there will be evidence in the churches of something that has not been seen before: a coming together of those with an emphasis on the Word and those with an emphasis on the Spirit. When the Word and the Spirit come together, there will be the biggest move of the Holy Spirit that the nation, and indeed, the world has ever seen. It will mark the beginning of a revival that will eclipse anything that has been witnessed within these shores, even the Wesleyan and Welsh revivals of former years. The outpouring of God’s Spirit will flow over from the United Kingdom to mainland Europe, and from there, will begin a missionary move to the ends of the earth.”

One of our leaders explained to our visitors that the dual-aspect of Word and Spirit will combine like the action of the pair of cherubim’s wings bowing over the mercy-seat on the Ark of the Covenant. Their wing-tips formed an arc that sparked, from which God’s  Glory manifested above and around the mercy-seat.

This update of a vision received by Tony comes in tandem with that of England, and echoes our congregation’s insights into the glory covering. I recall John 14:23, “If anyone loves Me he will obey My teaching. My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home (abode, special dwelling place – Amp) with him“.

When the Lord gave Moses instructions on building an altar using stones, he gave the following command. Exo 20:25 And if you will make Me an altar of stone, you shall not build it of hewn stone, for if you lift up a tool upon it you have polluted it. The Israelites were to take the stones as they found them and not to alter them in any way. This was a shadow of what the Lord had in mind as we will see in 1Pe 2:5 [Come] and, like living stones, be yourselves built [into] a spiritual house, for a holy (dedicated, consecrated) priesthood, to offer up [those] spiritual sacrifices [that are] acceptable and pleasing to God through Jesus Christ. Puzzle in sky - Idea go

A week ago today, two uplifting prophetic indications of what the Lord’s doing in the Church of England were received by two of my friends, who don’t know one another and were many miles apart – it’s exciting, most important news!

‘A’ shared on Sunday that the previous Friday’s prayer time at the Fflad-y-Brenin retreat centre in Wales didn’t go quite as planned!  The morning prayer time got overshadowed by the Lord, who reminded them of the raising of Lazarus. They were told He’s going to call the Anglican Church out of its grave and bring it back to life!

That same day was the start of a residential weekend for training in the ministry for 100 or more, including ‘B’ who works in a London church. That first evening he received the following vision whilst in prayer.:

I saw the nation like a city on fire, and pastors throwing buckets of water on the fire to put it out but unsuccessfully. Then a floor of water springs up, dampens and defeats the fire. This water is the Gospel.

“Let the gospel be the gospel. Join in with what I’m doing.

“I am about to show you where I’ve been at work unseen for years. All over the land where I have been brooding over the expanse and the chaos. The time is coming. Stand with the rising waters and make a splash; declare against dismay that the water is from me for the healing of your lives in the land I have called to my own.”

The water rises.

“Proclaim to the water, ‘’Rise”

and to the city, “Repent”  (turn around, redemption is here)

and to the people, “Live”!

“I will bring life.

“My life is not even threatened by the fire. I have been holding off to see my church faithful, but (is) confused and distorted, I now show grace. I AM faithful.

“The waters will rise.”

Observations

This is exceptionally encouraging in view of the prophetic slant of my recent posts, as though more pieces of the ‘invisible jigsaw’ are falling into place!

‘B’ confirmed the fire across the nation is one from hell, and thus of a different nature to the holy fires mentioned in my recent blogs.

The reference to water welling up has similarities to the 1937 vision noted by Arthur Burt, as in this blog’s On wild winds, floodings and earthquake and next post about Bob Jones on the timing of that vision’s fulfilment.

It also connects into what Charlie Shamp prophesied in February about fresh springs and streams of water arising and the Lord displaying His glory in England this Spring.

The Lord’s remarks about brooding over the expanse of land and chaos and wanting His waters to arise so that He can heal the land, are close to Charlie’s teaching on how the Lord created and how His glory is going to manifest in signs and wonders.

‘B’ shared his thoughts on the vision:

“It’s all deeply entwined with the work of the Spirit. The pastors are no longer to use the Holy Spirit only as a resource in their reacting to particular situations, but to see the work of the Spirit all around them and to join in. One thing I believe the Lord said to me about it (amongst others) is that if we are asking for ‘more’ of the Holy Spirit (which much of the church is), then that ‘more’ is to be found by joining in with his saving work outside the walls of the church. He has not given us the Spirit to keep us safe whilst we sit still but to move us into mission. If we want to meet with more of him then we must go to where he is leading us and meet with those he is wanting us to meet with – those living and dying without him. The ‘more’ that we seek is to be experienced as we step into the great commission. The Spirit does not belong to us for our services; we belong to him for His service.” (Amen – Emphases added, RB)

All this confirms what Bob Jones, Charlie Shamp and Doug Addison have heard this year from the Lord as pointing to ‘Now’s the Time – May 2014’.

Charlie ShampResurrection Sunday brought some surprise healings and a sprinkling of glittering dust after a long time spent worshipping, as described in the first of three reports here, with following video and analytical commentary.

Those surprises followed from what Charlie Shamp, from the States, had said about what he sees happening  in England. He began by saying,

“There’s coming to this country signs and wonders that this country’s never seen before – and you’re part of that. We’re birthing something that has never been in this country. I know you’ve had miracles, you’ve had salvations, you’ve had outbreaks of the Spirit, of great  awakenings – but as far as it goes with a movement of signs and wonders  – with manifestations, not just prophecies – but manifestations of tangible glory; then what you’re about to see, what’s coming right now, what’s being birthed into this nation right now…has never been seen before. Visitors notice heavens more open over England – part 2

Since hearing Johnny Enlow in October 2012 (as in Part 1) I’ve heard of other overseas ministers coming to Britain who notice a change in our spiritual atmosphere. Not only a New Zealander and South Africans but also our pastor upon returning from our groups in Norway and Germany, could each sense that the heavens are more open here than over other nations.

Heather ClarkAt her dance workshop in Guildford, Canadian worship leader Heather Clark taught from the scriptures about a woman gate-crashing a meeting of men to anoint Jesus with nard, an expensive aromatic oil. Her paraphrase of His reaction to those indignant men was an exact  confirmation of my reaction to criticism from a friend of my looking forward to her workshop. Who says so? And what do I mean?

This 3-part post will attempt to answer by looking at prophets’ observations made three years ago and prophetic ones from other ministries within the past two months.

Have you ever gone abroad and seen how different upon your arrival the foreign land is from ‘home’?  The nature of a different country, its people and environment are obvious points but a there’s also a more subtle sense of atmosphere. I don’t mean air quality, I mean an intangible ‘feeling’.

The term ‘heavens’ means the sky and everything beyond; outer space with its planets, stars and galaxies. There’s also a definition of ‘heavens’ as ‘invisible, spiritual realms’ wherein dwells Almighty God and His heavenly host, where their direct influence and activity manifest.  Whenever we gather together and are able to hear from the Lord easily or receive obvious blessings, such as healings, and spontaneously  engage in high praise, then the spiritual heavens immediately over a locality are said to be ‘open’.  The glory of the Lord becomes obvious in one way or another, as He deems appropriate.

Several years ago I saw a huge, ugly brown tornado bearing down upon a town. I could tell it was an evil power. Then the clouds parted and so too did the sky far above and a supernal, glorious light broke through. As it seemed to smile down on me I noticed all the power had drained out of the advancing tornado. All that was left of it was a blot on the ground, like a tea-stain upon paper!

Chuck Pierce

Chuck Pierce_credit Diebach-welldiggerThe ordinary sensing of a nation’s atmosphere can be more enhanced for born-again Christians led by the Holy Spirit, especially if endowed with prophetical gifting. It’s even more so for those operating in the clear discernment of a prophet, as happens for Chuck Pierce.

For example, upon landing at here in January 2012 Chuck remarked, “England is on the verge! Being on the verge is like being at a crossroads”. He went on to explain what’s written on the directional finger posts at those crossroads. Continue reading →

Yep, the time’s now – May 2014

Did you spot the gem buried in the middle of the previous post? It was as if the Lord had plonked down another piece of the ‘invisible jigsaw‘!  What have several retired folk who are better described as ‘re-fired’ got to do with it? And then came another piece too!  I’ll tell you about that one, but to put you in the picture first.:

For some time I’ve wanted time to transcribe a couple of very brief reports but other stuff got in the way. Followers of my meanderings may have noted my frustration on this at times, but I hope they’ll have noted several times when material has just ‘turned up’, or I’m nudged to look at something else, something more important than my intentions. And last week was just like that…

Instead of doing the transcriptions I’d fully planned on doing first, I had to do the piece on Julie Meyer’s prophetic song. And then something else got in the way of that too! So much time can be wasted online trawling around but this new thing just ‘popped up’. Try getting there on the link I gave and I bet you’ll say it’s ‘looking for a needle in a haystack’ – but that didn’t happen for me!  Maybe an angelic hand was scrolling it onto my screen 🙂

Upon reading the reference to the Lord having referred in 2010 to “The month of May” I just sensed it’s ‘NOW’ – a bit of a play on words with the author’s other reference to the Lord’s having said, “Now!”. So I amended that post’s title to ask, “Is the time now?”

Now it’s not proper prophetical protocol to assign any timing to prophecies. I  was simply hazarding a guess in line with hinting, “Keep your eyes on Britain”, but a few prophets are starting to give dates, thereby putting themselves to the biblical test of a prophet: whether or not their prophecy is fulfilled.

Confirmation

The young adults at our church would love to be in the ‘oldies’ afternoon house group and yesterday they were given a taste of what happened for us last week.  Pastor Lindi had tasked each of us with reporting upon the prophecies discussed at the group (as in previous post) and asked how they fit in with where this church should be heading. The one person not contributing was Nina, my wife.  But when she asked the Lord early one morning she received His reply and prepared it for delivery in church.

This material would cover the anniversary of Bobby Conner’s ‘Firestorm’ word but not Julie’s, “Keep Your Eyes On Britain”.  However, this changed because Lindi referred early in our meeting to a new word about this month, which confirmed what I’d sensed about the 2010 word perhaps targeting “May 2014”.

Our pastor read the main paragraph from a paper by Doug Addison published on 16 May as Sudden Changes Are About to Occur Without Warning in Month of May, which opens:

May is a time when new things will spring forth and begin to come together. Watch for doors and opportunities to open suddenly. We are entering into a new time of things happening suddenly. Webster’s dictionary defines the word suddenly as “happening quickly without warning”. It is time to be prepared for sudden change.

This is poignant in confirming in-depth teaching by Suzanne Ferret at Dr Sharon Stone’s mentoring day on 3rd May upon changes, which had started happening and developing in our local situation.

Upon reading the full piece, I notice it’s linked into an earlier word about this month Wind of Change Starts in Mid-May. This is last week, when I found the 2010 reference to a May. Yet there’s a more important part of Doug’s word stating that,

Unity Is The Key

Doug_Addison credit Elijah ListIn view of the fact that wrangling between churches made me a disillusioned teenager as regards Christianity, what Doug writes on unity and relating it to the curse of Cain is vitally important. The closing paragraphs cover both topics and is apposite to an on-line debate I’ve followed on God & Politics in UK. Here’s Doug’s closing points on those topics:

As it is, there are many parts, but one body. The eye cannot say to the hand, “I don’t need you!” And the head cannot say to the feet, “I don’t need you!” (1 Cor 12:20-21)

In order to go into the new season and era God is calling us to, we must heal our divisions. We are “one” no matter what our doctrinal differences may be.

……….

It’s the same today, spiritually. When we speak against other Christians, when we wound them or try to kill them spiritually, we can come under this same curse.

We have the theology that the Body is one, but we don’t live out the reality of it. Our sin of judging each other affects us all.

Jesus said, “By this everyone will know that you are My disciples, if you love one another” (John 13:35).

Get ready for sudden changes. Get ready to love people who are different than you, and get ready for God to move in your life and divinely realign us all to become more effective! (Emphasis added)

“Keep your eyes on Britain” – is the time now?

Flying puzzles - Nokhoog BuchachonThe Spirit has been stirring deeply in me since our spectacular Resurrection Sunday.

Its more than a reminder to blog a couple of transcripts of prophetic words from visitors – it involves a timing sequence, a process of unfolding as though with a revelatory purpose.  As previously, pieces are falling into place!

For the past week this prompting has become pronounced. A large picture displayed somewhere, maybe hanging on a wall at one of Dr Stone’s meetings, persists in my mind as though hanging right in front of me. How I wish I could find it and insert here for you to see…but try using your mind’s eye as you read on..:

This picture is a map of mainland Britain but, most unusually, all land is coloured sky blue. No doubt its designer is symbolising spiritual or heavenly things. It’s the exact colour I see through the window behind my monitor – this fresh, sunny morning’s wall-to-wall blue sky. That is, the picture’s blue Britain may mean the heavens are now open.

And all over this map, at locations of cities, towns and elsewhere are symbols of fire. Each fire is depicted by three flames coloured bright crimson red.

This image has been coming to me from about a week last Tuesday when I prepared to republish my transcript of Bobby Conner’s ‘firestorm’ word and scheduled it to appear automatically. It’s most unusual for me to work in advance, especially as I was catching up on the remarkable events on Charlie Shamp’s visit. And on his website I’d spotted his wife’s personal testimony, Baptism Of Fire, which I knew was important to re-post.

Then along came his recommended video about fire angels, or ‘burning ones’, being photographed after a time of worship.

Both blog posts led straight into the 6th anniversary of the prophetic word for the UK of a “Holy, unstoppable firestorm”.

Also connected is the unscheduled consideration at yesterday’s house group of older, well-known prophetic visions for the UK given to Smith-Wigglesworth and Jean Darnall. Our elders and another had met her and I’d been with SW’s prayer partner Norman James when he received the same awesome vision about our time of visitation. Our pastor then asked us to bring these before the church to consider our role in this.

So, this morning I intend featuring the prophetic song Julie Meyer brought in October 2012 about “Keep your eyes on Britain”.  Also, I tried searching the net for that picture and was ‘led’ to check out a site, Prophetic Anointing UK, and quickly espied this on ‘Britain, England, London‘ as part of a longer word for Europe dated April 2010 :

…The nation was Great Britain, and the portal was over England, and the light was targeted at London, then spreading through the nations of Great Britain and the Isles (Habakkuk 2:14). I then heard the voice of the Lord say; “Now!” This time the Lord was answering to a question that had not as yet formed in my heart. He knew I would ask that question before I knew, and to save on time He answered me (Isaiah 65:24). Again the Lord answered to the angel saying; “Now!” and finally, with a smile as of One who knew the end of a matter from its beginning, the Lord answered; “Month of May”.

That dating caught my eye and so I’ve emphasised it. Maybe it’s this May 2014? This would line up with the later word about God’s glory being on display this Spring?

So, let’s carefully consider the words Julie brought and listen to her song:

He’s going to dance all over the land –

He’s going to set the captives free – He’s going to set the captives free – He’s going to set the captives free…free.

And it’s going to start in Britain –

The Lord says, “Keep your eyes on Britain – 

Keep your eyes on Britain – Britain – Britain – Britain.”

There’s something greater – there’s something greater coming to Great Britain,

There’s something greater…than John Wesley – there’s something greater.

God, God, God’s the bridegroom – He’s going to dance all over the land –

He’s going to start in Britain –  and that’s where John Wesley started.

Oh, you’re part of the great, great storyline – Britain –

And it’s not over – it’s getting bigger – it’s bigger, it’s bigger, it’s bigger.”

“You’re NOT left out Europe – you’re not left out Europe –

I’ll make you a sign – and a wonder – a wonder – and a sign

For the nations are Mine – for Europe is Mine – for the nations are Mine, are Mine –

But keep your eyes on Britain – keep your eyes on Britain –

It’s going to start…in Britain – like a wildfire! –

like a wildfire! – like a wildfire! – like a wildfire! –

It’s unstoppable! – it’s unstoppable! –

because I’m God – and I choose you!”

Hallelujah.”

A short piccolo solo follows and we return to Julie, “We just declare that over you this morning, Britain and Europe, we prophesy…” and vocalists also pick up the refrain:

“BEHOLD! The Bridegroom COMETH”

We prophesy over you Europe, we prophesy:

“Behold – The Bridegroom cometh!”

We prophesy over Europe:

“Behold – The Bridegroom cometh!

I’m arising – I’m arising – I’m arising!

Behold – The Bridegroom cometh!”

It’s not just a song – it’s a prophecy – it’s going out, it’s going out this morning:

“Behold – The Bridegroom cometh!

Britain, I’m coming!

Europe, I’m coming!

Behold – The Bridegroom cometh!…”
