Fulfilled Prophecy #38.1 cont’d – God’s numbers within the Bible and prophecy

As said in the previous post on ‘seeing’ the Lord’s numbers, the reason for republishing a few older posts on numbers is to provide a background briefing on the spiritual as well as intellectual rationale for the Bible’s use of and significance of numbers. Also, it will help when I address objections arising from recent references by a few prophets to numbers.

For the sake of clarity therefore, this version of Unlocking the Sign Miracles of John – Update posted 15 Nov 2018, repeats only the grounds for using numbers contained in the Bible:

With the kind permission of author Jonathan Hill, I draw my readers’ attention to the book’s Preface telling of his discovering how prophecy and numbers work together.:

‘The Bible speaks of several upcoming global events which occur at the end of the Christian Age including the ‘catching-up’ or rapture of the believing church, a period of terrible tribulation for the nation of Israel followed by the second coming of Messiah. This book presents a unique chronological framework for these events, unveiled within the eight sign miracles of John’s Gospel. Each sign miracle targets a facet of God’s concluding work in the consummation of this age, for either the Body of Christ or the nation of Israel. Underpinning this framework is an elegant, figurative and radix [1] independent mathematical transformation or pattern, derived from the numerical values of key words and phrases in the autographic Hebrew and Greek text of scripture.

‘As a professional computer programmer, I’ve been involved in patterns, methodologies and code throughout my entire career of 33 years to date. Observing and capturing patterns, whether business, scientific or financial, and then logically implementing them into modern software, is what I do.

‘For many years I have been observing another pattern of typological and numeric design within scripture. The content of this pattern is spiritually intense because God has self-authenticated His authorship of the Bible in a unique and deterministic way. Moreover, this biblical pattern, which comes into focus through the sign miracles recorded by John, holds a vital message for the Body of Christ and the nation of Israel. Christians and believing Israel must prepare for meeting the Bridegroom and Messiah respectively.

‘I have worked hard at making the types and the maths as intelligible and as simple as possible. The book is a progression of revelation building chapter upon chapter. As part of the authorship process, custom software has been written, to capture and validate the Greek and Hebrew numerical values from the autographic text. The Appendix lists every Greek and Hebrew numerical value quoted and breaks down the calculation into its constituent parts, giving the reader full transparency of the process.’

[1] ‘Radix or ‘base’ is the number of unique digits, including zero, used to represent a number counting system. Base 10 (decimal) is the most common radix and uses ten digits from 0 through to 9. Another well-known radix is base 2 (binary) which uses two digits, 0 and 1.’

From the outset Jonathan stresses,

‘Throughout the text of this book, Greek and Hebrew numbers and typology are introduced and it is, therefore, important to clarify their scriptural authority. Essentially, fundamental doctrine is never to be derived from types or numbers, rather they should be used only to illustrate and illuminate the existing meaning of the surface text.’

Then he proceeds to elucidate some profound points:

‘But God does not stop with types, as each letter of the two original languages of the Bible, Hebrew for the Old Testament and Greek for the New Testament, encapsulates a numerical value. Words and collections of sequential words have a mathematical identity which, therefore, extends the surface narrative. Any agreement between this underlying numerical pattern and the surface meaning or doctrine, affixes considerable authenticity to the text…(All emphases mine).

‘Only a personable supernatural God could inject such intrinsic connectivity within a book written in two languages with different alphabets, by multiple authors and across two millennia.

‘The only reference in the (NT) to individual letters is actually in John’s Gospel – ‘And the Jews marveled, saying, “How does this man know letters, having never studied?” John 7:15 NKJV.

‘The existence of a relationship between the surface meaning of the text, the type and the underlying mathematical value has long been known in Jewish Rabbinic tradition’ – see Wiki Pardes (Jewish Exegesis) (page 160).

Triple-twelve significance of December’s general election

At long last a semblance of purpose has emerged from the utterly shameful, shambolic, divisive collection of those who supposedly represent the British people in Parliament. By a massive majority of 438 ‘for’ vs. 20 ‘against’, they voted to hold a general election and which will be on Thursday 12th December, the twelfth month of 2019.

Let’s look first at the scriptural significance of number 12. Bible Study website states,  ‘The meaning of 12, which is considered a perfect number, is that it symbolises God’s power and authority, as well as serving as a perfect governmental foundation. It can also symbolize completeness or the nation of Israel as a whole’  As my birthday is on 22nd I especially note that, ‘Twelve can be found in 187 places in God’s word (and) Revelation alone has 22 occurrences of the number.’  (For examples of its occurrence  click the above link.)

Therefore, I conclude it is highly significant that a British government without operational majority, and thus continually stymied by the House of Commons, is to be renewed by a fresh vote of the people on a date that’s not only doubly significant for governing (ie. on 12th of the 12th) but also – and of great spiritual import – on the 12th day of Advent!

The liturgical season of Advent is observed in many Churches as a time of expectant waiting and preparation for celebrating the Nativity of Jesus at Christmas, but begins with the expectation of Jesus’ return at the Second Coming. The term ‘advent’ is from the Latin word meaning “coming”.  [Note direct relevance of Advent to when Jesus visited me as I was about to die and thus rescued me from the devil’s domain!!]

Hence, the great import of this general election’s ‘triple-twelve’ timing.

Futhermore, it augments as well as endorses prophecies about Prime Minister Johnson and Brexit, especially the word Veronika West received about the first four months of his premiership leading into a general election as “marked with great fragility, uncertainty and danger”, including treachery!!

Overseas Observer’s Insights:

‘Watcher’ Roger Jervois in South Africa perspicaciously notes on 7th September under heading ‘Boris in Armour – Big Ben’, “I wonder if Jeroma’s prophecy about Boris being suited up in armour has a link to the miraculous sign about to happen in Big Ben – also undergoing restoration? Extract below, passage underlined:

“The strongholds that have been embedded from inception of time in the Governmental framework is being rooted and cast out as our God is turning the hands of time in restructuring / Restoring our Nation.”

On 30 September he adds, ‘Just a thought…what if God makes Big Ben’s hands turn backwards? Eg, pointing toward the past glory of Britain?’

Then last Sunday: ‘Cryptic clue from the prophetic Big Ben painting…”The Eye”.  Could it be the London Eye going backwards to mark end of BST), to be followed by Big Ben’s clock going backwards?

‘And we are in the Eleventh hour of Mankind. I read somewhere that the WWI Armistice, 11 o’clock, 11th of the 11th month was pivotal in the Jewish calendar. It was when Allenby walked through Jerusalem as well.‘

Now, last night, Roger updates with, ‘And now we have a clue in the election date: 12/12…..

‘Follow the logic:
  • 12 tribes of Israel
  • After the 11th, there is Benjamin, a season of grace and undeserved mercy. As Joseph received Benjamin, so Jesus receives our generation who are in Christ.
  • Finally, time is up and the “elect” are selected out – hence the symbolism of the 12th of December election.
  • It is a forewarning of these last days.’

It’s certainly something to ponder and pray about…

A vision of radical changes within Parliament

Thank you to Matthew Holman (HearYourWayBristol) for kindly permitting publication of what he posted today in Prophetic Releasers for UK Revival (Facebook group). As with all words and visions, it’s for your weighing with the Lord and scripture:

‘I had a vision of the Houses of Parliament. A bell was being rung from inside and it made everyone stop and pay attention – like a fire alarm but a traditional hand rung bell mounted on the wall. People were coming from all over to gather around Parliament. Even the Thames stopped flowing!

‘Then as the bell was still ringing, and the sound was reverberating the whole inside of the buildings, a tannoy-style speaker appeared from the clouds and God was speaking over Parliament (and therefore the nation) and all who had gathered could hear His voice.

‘I then heard the words “Even the stones shall cry out” and I saw in the spirit the very stones of the building proclaiming God’s truths [Footnote refers: RB]. But also I saw that they knew everything historic that had taken place in the buildings of Parliament – seen and unseen, and that their knowledge was released. I then got the scripture within Luke 19 (vv 39-40):

And some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to him, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples.”  He answered, “I tell you, if these were silent, the very stones would cry out.”

‘From this I saw the voices – of those who know who they are in Christ – rising up. They walked into the chambers and began to worship, whilst those who had their own agendas and love of money were kept in the hallways shut behind the big doors.

‘I then had the scripture: “And the wealth of the sinner is stored up for the righteous”. I saw vast sums of money and gold laid on the central table (like an altar) and the fire of heaven came down and melted and refined the money and gold. As it was purified and turned liquid it went out into the nation like veins – like a golden river. It stretched to all parts of the UK. And also went into the walls of Parliament as like a declaration of re-purpose.

‘At this time I saw a hit in the stock market – that God was showing his authority over money and that money is a mere tool for the advancement of his Kingdom and for the equipping of saints. I then heard the words, “What would those who rely on money rely on when there is none?” I felt an invitation into God’s love for those who don’t know what it is to rely on God as a good Father. I saw the power of the love of money being broken.

‘Then as the golden river was flowing out there was an earthquake in the nation that shook ALL foundations. The ground began to split open and those foundations were revealed. I then heard the words “We will build on ancient foundations” I saw pillars being revealed from under the earth.

‘I saw those things that had been built on false foundations collapse into the voids – churches included. I saw those who had built already on ancient foundations stood strong! I then felt like the reaction to this would be for those on the strong foundations to say to those in the void “I told you so”, but I then saw this turn into an invitation once again. I saw people reaching their hands into the void to help people up onto their foundations and as they did, instead of saying “I told you so”, they were saying “God loves you so” – God was inviting people to join in the land that they did not labour for. I saw a rich blessing fall over the nation when those in Christ and who have built on ancient foundations of God’s truths reached out in love to those who had fallen into the voids.

‘The whole vision felt like a re-calibration. That the shaking and the fall of the power of money is just an invitation to come into love. To be part of the Gospel. To know worth, identity and destiny. I saw a national revival break out as peoples’ priorities changed and their love of money broke and they saw what it is to rely fully on God. We have an invitation to rebuild like never before. I feel that Christian voices will be risen up in parliament and that people will know the fear of the Lord in that place. I see huge resources for the sectors that work with the most vulnerable and those on the fringes and unseen.

‘We must pray and ask God for his perspective. That chaos is only chaos when we focus on the situation rather than God’s voice. That his voice brings everything to heavenly order.

‘Will you have your ear to the ground to hear it coming? Listen out for the bell ringing in Parliament.

‘I heard Father give this scripture as a summary: Matthew 6: 19-33

Footnote: Gillan Scott blogs ‘…It’s not just the architecture that evokes a strong sense of the Christian heritage that is bound up in the heart of this place.  The Bible is literally at the centre of the Houses of Parliament. Inscribed into the stone floor of the central lobby are the words from Psalm 127 written in Latin, ‘Unless the Lord builds the house its builders labour in vain.’  – God is in the House(s).

WAR HORSES RELEASED ACROSS THE LAND – ( WALES)

Given to Joanna Kinch, 30th September 2019

Over the past two days the words War Horses have been deeply impressed on me. I was drawn to Revelation 6:1-2📖
“And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.”

Here is what the Lord gave me very quickly as I sat before Him:

📣 “Can you hear the WAR HORSES?
Can you hear them ride?
Listen to their hooves as they thunder across the skies

There’s an army advancing at the King’s Command
The army is advancing right across the land.

Can you see MY WAR HORSES, they are there at MY command.
The soil is being ploughed and the rains will come down.

There is a battle raging, but MY plan will succeed.
There’s victory all around as I bring them to their knees.

The Saints are advancing. The heavens armies won’t stand still.
Can you hear the War Horses high upon the hills.

There’s a sound of victory and a smell of war, soon a sweet smell of incense as the KING opens the door.

The army is advancing, the harvest is ripe.
The horses prepare the way, the victory is in sight.

The banners are waving, there’s a victory song – Hallelujah JESUS, KING of Kings and LORD of Lords.”🔥

THE SOUND OF REVIVAL IS NEAR💖

Is God measuring the UK against His ‘Plumbline’?

During the Holy Spirit-filled worship in yesterday’s morning’s church service “Amos 7” was dropped into my mind.

So I silently asked, “Lord, do you mean Amos 3.7?” [‘Surely the Lord God does nothing, unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets’]

“No, Amos 7:7!” 

And so I opened my pocket NIV Bible to check and it reads:

‘This is what he showed me: the Lord was standing by a wall that had been built true to plumb, with a plumbline in his hand.’ 

I read the rest to get it into context and afterwards mentioned this to the leaders for their weighing (we’re new there). Neither responded at the time so I’ve yet to learn of their reaction. Personally I sense it may apply to the United Kingdom. My Study Bible (NKJV) gives the fuller perspective (courtesy of BibleGateway):

Vision of the Plumb-Line

7 Thus He showed me: Behold, the Lord stood on a wall made with a plumb-line, with a plumb-line in His hand. 8 And the Lord said to me, “Amos, what do you see?”

And I said, “A plumb-line.”

Then the Lord said:

“Behold, I am setting a plumb-line
In the midst of My people Israel;
I will not pass by them anymore.
9 The [e]high places of Isaac shall be desolate,
And the [f]sanctuaries of Israel shall be laid waste.
I will rise with the sword against the house of Jeroboam.”

Notes [e] and [f] read ‘Places of pagan worship’ and ‘Or holy places’ respectively.

As that historical occasion has passed then my impression is that the Lord is drawing it to my attention as being applicable to the state-of-play in Britain today.

Why? How can it be applied to the UK?

As a leading Christian nation that taught and preached the Gospel within and outside its borders then Britain has a special place in God’s purposes for mankind, rather similar to His ancient descendants of Abraham. Like Israel (Jacob) and Isaac, however, we too have gone seriously astray in not only setting up our own gods but also in widespread, deliberate rebellion against Him and His Word.

My Bible’s notes: v 7 – ‘…the plumb-line is symbolic. Israel (Britain) has been built ‘true’ to God’s standard; now she will be measured or tested by that same standard.’ V 8 – ‘Israel has been tested and found defective. The principle structures, the shrines and the dynasty will be torn down. The time of forgiveness has passed, judgement is approaching.  Amos has no opportunity to intercede for the people. Their fate is sealed.’

Therefore, I humbly submit to you my reader: can you weigh and test this with the Lord? How does it sit with your spirit?

GPS #36.5: Day for Prayer for Britain – God’s holy whirlwind

I didn’t realise a 5th prophetic signal had already been broadcast until Carolyn Stewart shared a posting on the Prophetic Releasers For UK Revival group. Originating with Sarah-Jane Biggert, an intercessor with The Purple Company – a Glasgow Prophetic Centre ministry – it was posted Friday 30th August on her Facebook but I didn’t read it until yesterday. Moreover, the scripture she quotes refers, like mine of the next day, to the Lord’s wrath and active vengeance!

LOL! I should have expected a 5th ‘GPS’ because the word delivered by Neil Mackereth admonishes us FIVE times to “Watch”! And it relates directly to this blog’s ‘Watch’!!

Sarah-Jane writes,

‘Many are asking how do we pray for Britain in these days of turmoil?

‘This is not the time to be praying what we think from our own learned knowledge – political or otherwise. This is not the time to be praying ‘knee jerk’ prayers based on what we see in the media being reported (it never is but especially now!)

‘Flying into our nation recently on a plane I saw three whirlwinds of God at work in the spirit in London.

‘God is saying :

“Welcome my whirlwind ! Welcome my whirlwind that forms the nation as it storms through the capital city and moves through the nation. For these are the days of my whirlwinds moving violently there.”

‘I see as God’s whirlwinds come and we’re invited to move with our agreement in prayer the nation forms into its new shape. If we pray ‘peace be still’ if we pray ‘stop the chaos’ we may inadvertently stop God’s whirlwind. The nation is on a knife edge and needs the prayers of the saints to tip into God’s forming and reshaping plan as we come out of the EU.

‘Pray:
Only your whirlwind God!
No bloodshed in Jesus name!
We give no room to the violent spirit!
But we forcefully agree for the tipping over of Britain into her destiny at this time. We choose to forcefully advance God’s Kingdom and pray ‘come with your whirlwind God!!!’ Whatever that looks like!

NAHUM Chapter 1

2 The Lord is a jealous and avenging God;
the Lord takes vengeance and is filled with wrath.
The Lord takes vengeance on his foes
and vents his wrath against his enemies.
3 The Lord is slow to anger but great in power;
the Lord will not leave the guilty unpunished.
His way is in the whirlwind and the storm,
and clouds are the dust of his feet.
4 He rebukes the sea and dries it up;
he makes all the rivers run dry.
Bashan and Carmel wither
and the blossoms of Lebanon fade.

GPS #36.4: Day for Prayer for Britain – the Lord performs His ‘strange’ work

Confirmation of what came on Saturday followed the next day after arriving at a church in Haslemere’s evening prayer meeting. Upon his arrival, Peter D straight away came  to tell me what had happened to him during the day and I grasped its direct relevance to what I’d learned the previous day, as recounted in the previous posts about the Lord of the breakthrough, His wrath and His action behind the political scenes for achieving His purposes in our nation. Here’s Peter’s account:

‘This morning I didn’t go to morning service as we were going to the evening one. As I was upstairs praying a passage came to my spirit.. where one of the prophets threw gourds into the pot led to them declaring to the man of God… “there is death in the pot”, whereupon Elisha threw flour into the pot and afterwards they ate it. (2 Kings 4 v38-41)

‘I felt to do a prophetic act for something personal to me then, having been like many exercised about Brexit and the current situation, I went up to Parliament and felt I would sprinkle some flour, as a prophetic act, that life not death would come forth, especially as it’s become very intense again with a critical week ahead.

‘So as not to appear too weird I put it in a sandwich and flicked some out, and ate some… purely as a symbolic act of faith. I didn’t feel I was some kind of hero or anything.. I have not done something like this for years actually… Nevertheless, as I walked along outside Parliament praying this Scripture came to me:

Isaiah 28 v 21

‘For the LORD shall rise up as in mount Perazim, he shall be wroth as in the valley of Gibeon, that he may do his work, his strange work; and bring to pass his act, his strange act.’ [King James Bible]

‘For the LORD will rise up as he did at Mount Perazim. He will rise in wrath, as at the Valley of Gibeon, to do his work, his unexpected work, and to perform his task, his unfamiliar task.’ [Christian Standard Bible]

‘I read this out quietly as I walked quietly back to the station and home.

‘I find this verse encouraging. Many times in my life I have had scriptures that, although in their context and time are speaking to another situation, yet have a relevant focus for today.

‘I really believe God gave this verse to me and I pray we will see with the eyes of faith great things, even though the climate of fear and confusion and negatively and division etc etc seek to exhaust us.’

GPS #36.1: Day for Prayer for Britain – God’s breakthrough and vengeance?

I submit for consideration 4 examples of items relating to Saturday’s Day of Prayer for Britain held in Wembley stadium that may be on the Lord’s GPS system, ie. His Global Prophecy Signalling.

We were unable to attend in person but our day started with Day 47 (see below) in our Keep Praying & Bless cycle, as follows – :

“I AM THE GOD OF THE BREAKTHROUGH”
“As waters break out, the Lord has broken out against my enemies before me.” (2 Samuel 6:20)

We declare and decree: the God of the breakthrough will break through into this land with His Mighty Holy Spirit, awakening the people to know their God.

Aaronic Blessing: The Lord bless you and keep you, The Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you, The Lord lift up His countenance toward you and give you peace. Thus, we put His name upon you and He will bless you (Numbers 6:24-27).

We bless you peoples of these isles to know that if God is for you no one can be against you.

The spoken blessings are followed by a Prayer of Protection for Britain and Ireland.

Note that 1947 is when evangelist-healer Smith-Wigglesworth prophesied two distinct moves of Holy Spirit in Britain to be followed by a balancing of Word and Spirit (1947 in Prophecy Library refers).  It’s also the year of his going home and of my own birth.

Next, I happened to open my NKJV Study Bible at Isaiah 63 and noticed the first ten verses read as follows, courtesy BibleGateway.com:

The Lord in Judgment and Salvation

63 Who is this who comes from Edom,
With dyed garments from Bozrah,
This One who is [a]glorious in His apparel,
Traveling in the greatness of His strength?—

“I who speak in righteousness, mighty to save.”

2 Why is Your apparel red,
And Your garments like one who treads in the winepress?

3 “I have trodden the winepress alone,
And from the peoples no one was with Me.
For I have trodden them in My anger,
And trampled them in My fury;
Their blood is sprinkled upon My garments,
And I have stained all My robes.
4 For the day of vengeance is in My heart,
And the year of My redeemed has come.
5 I looked, but there was no one to help,
And I wondered
That there was no one to uphold;
Therefore My own arm brought salvation for Me;
And My own fury, it sustained Me.

God’s Mercy Remembered

7 I will mention the lovingkindnesses of the Lord
And the praises of the Lord,
According to all that the Lord has bestowed on us,
And the great goodness toward the house of Israel,
Which He has bestowed on them according to His mercies,
According to the multitude of His lovingkindnesses.
8 For He said, “Surely they are My people,
Children who will not lie.”
So He became their Savior.
9 In all their affliction He was [b]afflicted,
And the Angel of His Presence saved them;
In His love and in His pity He redeemed them;
And He bore them and carried them
All the days of old.
10 But they rebelled and grieved His Holy Spirit;
So He turned Himself against them as an enemy,
And He fought against them.

The Bible notes read: ’63:1-6 This section has no OT parallel. It symbolically depicts Yahweh in bloodstained garments, returning from annihilating the enemies of His people. The initial Messianic fulfillment is noted in Matthew 12:22-29 (A house divided cannot stand – !) and Col 2:15 (Not legalism but Christ); its consummation is found in Rev 19:11-21 (Heaven exults over Babylon – !!)’ – emphases mine.

I was reminded Jesus announced the start of His ministry by quoting from Isaiah 61:1-2 “to proclaim the year of the LORD’s favour” but omitted the latter half, “and the day of vengeance of our God” (NIV) and so I pondered what Saturday 31st August 2019 may bring to our nation in its continuing political and social crisis.

The picture is both appalling and sublime: by divine inspiration, we are capable of acts of love and charity; by our own depravity and satanic inducement, we can commit the very worst acts of atrocity.

Scripture acts as a mirror: if we let God speak to us, rather than hide in the shadows, we see ourselves as we really are. In that moment of truth, if we do not rebel, we will confess our sins and ask God to forgive and transform us. The Christian and the Christian Church are on a journey of transformation, of being conformed to the likeness of Jesus Christ, God’s Son. This means having His mind and behaviour, and, in the end, being given a heavenly body like His.

New PM Boris brings Biblical blessing to Britain

Now [in Haran] the LORD said to Abram, “Go for yourself [for your own advantage] away from your country, from your relatives and your father’s house, to the land that I will show you.

“And I will make of you a great nation and I will bless you [with abundant increase of favors] and make your name famous and distinguished, and you will be a blessing [dispensing good to others].

“And I will bless those who bless you [who confer prosperity or happiness upon you] and curse him who curses or uses insolent language towards you; in you ALL the families and kindred of the earth will be blessed [and by you they will bless themselves].” (Genesis 12:1-3 Amp Bible – link to blogs on these vital verses)

After blogging about Tomi Arayomi prophesying about Boris Johnson as our new Prime Minister and inserting a few news clippings I got around to reading what had arrived in my in-tray..: New UK Prime Minister Descended From Rabbi: “Feels Jewish”.

Reading this article gave me a better grip on the deeper nature of his friendship with Donald Trump, which I’d inserted in the previous within minutes of publication.

According to ‘Archbishop’ Cranmer, Boris was baptised in the Roman Catholic church yet confirmed in the Church of England whilst at Eton, and became Prime Minister on the liturgical feast day of St Boris!

Read the above Breaking Israel News article for Boris Johnson’s lineage in depth, but here’s extracts of Biblical relevance for Britain being blessed by his appreciation of the Jewish people and their national state of Israel:

‘Johnson was born in New York City in 1964 to British parents. Though pale and blond, he has an especially colorful lineage, with an intriguing combination of religions represented. He has great-grandparents who were Christian, Muslim, and Jewish and sometimes refers to himself as a “one-man melting pot.”…

‘Throughout his political career, Johnson has been a strong advocate for Israel. Writing for The Jewish Chronicle, Daniella Peled reported in 2007 that Johnson is, “an enemy of politically correct anti-Zionism and immensely proud of his own Jewish ancestry.” She quoted Johnson saying, “I feel Jewish when I feel the Jewish people are threatened or under attack, that’s when it sort of comes out. When I suddenly get a whiff of antisemitism, it’s then that you feel angry and protective.” …

A Hard Worker

‘Writing for Haaretz in 2016, Danna Harman interviewed Johnson’s sister Rachel about the summer she and her brother spent in Israel. (She) reported that Boris’ assignment was to work in the communal kitchen of the kibbutz, “scrubbing pots and pans and sweating it out in the heat of the kitchen, meal after meal.”

‘After their volunteer service ended, the pair traveled around Israel. “They visited Hebron and Bethlehem, hiked up Masada, floated in the Dead Sea and went sightseeing in Jerusalem,” Harman wrote.  While in Jerusalem, Boris, who was a budding journalist, secured an interview with the well-known mayor of Jerusalem Teddy Kollek. Boris’ sister Rachel recalled that “He came back from that interview in a state of great elation.” 

In drawing to a close the author notes, ‘While serving as mayor of London from 2008-2016, Johnson denounced the BDS movement and noted that Israel is the only “pluralist, open society” in the entire Middle East region. He has openly criticized the United Nations Human Rights Council for their obsession with Israel’s so-called human rights violations.

A Trump Ally

‘He called the US recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel in 2017 a “moment of opportunity” for peace and, while serving as the UK’s Foreign Secretary in 2018, he met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. 

‘Johnson refers to himself as a “passionate Zionist” who “loves the great country” of Israel. Writing for the Jerusalem Post, Cnaan Liphshiz commented on the uniqueness of Johnson’s self-definition. Given the history of British rule in Palestine before the establishment of the State of Israel in 1948, Liphshiz noted that, “British politicians rarely call themselves ‘Zionists’.”

Meantime, back in London yesterday – AT LONG, LONG LAST SOME COMMON SENSE in Boris’ splendid speech after visiting Her Majesty and being asked to form a government.

In particular I note that after referring to “…every corner of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland – the awesome foursome (RB, per recent prophecies!) – that are incarnated in that red, white and blue flag, who together are so much more than the sum of their parts…”  Boris goes on to say (emphasis mine):

“Everyone knows the values that flag represents. It stands for freedom and free speech and habeas corpus and the rule of law and above all it stands for democracy and that is why we will come out of the EU on October 31 because, in the end, Brexit was a fundamental decision by the British people that they wanted their laws made by people that they can elect and they can remove from office, and we must now respect that decision and create a new partnership with our European friends –  as warm and as close and as affectionate as possible.

“And the first step is to repeat unequivocally our guarantee to the 3.2m EU nationals now living and working among us. And I say directly to you – thank you for your contribution to our society, thank you for your patience, and I can assure you that under this Government you will get the absolute certainty of the rights to live and remain.

“And next I say to our friends in Ireland, and in Brussels and around the EU, I am convinced that we can do a deal without checks at the Irish border, because we refuse under any circumstances to have such checks and yet without that anti-democratic backstop. And it is of course vital at the same time that we prepare for the remote possibility that Brussels refuses any further to negotiate and we are forced to come out with no-deal, not because we want that outcome – of course not – but because it is only common sense to prepare…”  (Read in full BJ’s First Speech As Prime Minister)

2017: CoE sex-Synod sided with satan > 2019: CoE papers used in court against Christian doctor

My conclusion of two years ago today has, regrettably, proven true and developed into a wider issue out of what was euphemistically termed ‘CoE General Sex ‘Sin-nod’ 2017′. In opening my blog Synod sides with satan – risk of Anglican schism/shaking, I note that the legislative assembly of our national church ruled against practising the holy ordinance of normal marriage by saying, in effect, as in this extract from the blog:

‘General Synod: “NO, not as it means keeping God’s word on sex and marriage! How dare we insult people with what You say and expect.” [July 2017 AD]

‘Thus begins the Great Apostasy foretold by the apostle to the Gentiles?

…The Day of the Lord will not come unless the falling away comes first and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped…(2Thess 2:3-4)

‘The great falling away from faith in Christ Jesus has been gaining momentum for years (ie. mainly by individuals). However, decisions and official declarations by the Church of England’s recent General Synod, the tricameral deliberative and legislative gathering of bishops, clergy and laity, means we could now regard the Great Apostasy as being ‘officially’ under way.’

Therefore, along with a great many Christians I’m deeply concerned to learn the CoE’s subsequent official instructions and guidance documents have been quoted in court as evidence against a Christian!  As a nation we’ve thus fallen into utter, craven stupidity and are reaping the consequences of defying the Word of the Almighty.

Dr David Mackereth lost his job with the Department for Work and Pensions after he refused to identify clients by their chosen gender instead of their biological sex – and that was not in an actual case but only when discussing a hypothetical case of a 6-foot bearded man wanting to be called a woman!

Dr Mackereth said that using ‘transgender pronouns’ went against his conscience as a doctor and Bible-believing Christian. As explained earlier: “I believe gender is defined by biology and genetics. And that as a Christian the Bible teaches us that God made humans male or female.” (Telegraph 2018)

It is very disturbing to see a doctor with 26 years of experience in A&E medicine being forced to choose between telling the truth and his profession. In dismissing him, the DWP has violated the three freedoms of conscience, speech and religion in one go. We rely on doctors telling the truth. Imagine if they were forced to accept a patient’s chosen diagnosis!

In response, the DWP declared that failing to accommodate clients’ preferences to use ‘transgender pronouns’ would amount to “harassment” under the Equality Act 2010 and dismissed Dr Mackereth as Health and Disability Assessor.  Supported by the Christian Legal Centre, he challenged the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions but lost his case because the DWP relied upon Church of England documents to prove their case, even though the doctor is not an Anglican but a Bible-believing Christian! (Two terms  obviously not synonymous!)

In CofE Teaching Used As Evidence Against Christian In Court Andrea Williams, the Christian Legal Centre’s CEO, says,

“What really upset me though, as a member of the Church of England’s General Synod, was that the people who sacked Dr Mackereth for his Christian beliefs relied on the Church of England’s position to justify their actions. I have spent a lot of time trying to tell Christians, of all denominations, that our public witness to the Truth – all aspects of it – is vital.  When we are on TV, radio, or even in court we are often told that our brand of Christianity is not what lots of other Christians think. But, this week, for the first time, what the Church of England says was used as evidence against a Christian in court. For me it was another stark reminder of the damage caused by the Church of England’s abandonment of truth.

“The evidence deployed against Dr Mackereth included reference to the House of Bishops’ Guidance for welcoming transgender people, and the Pastoral Guidance for use in conjunction with the Affirmation of Baptismal Faith in the context of gender transition. I criticised these moves towards acceptance of transgenderism at the time, and Carys Moseley explained why the transgender issue is a first-order gospel issue.

“What is important for Dr Mackereth’s case is that the Pastoral Guidance says that transgender people should be referred to using their chosen name and pronoun. The guidance is, therefore, that Christians should not tell the truth about the biological sex of a transgender person. I think that, at the very least, in a civilised and fair society all people should accept this is, at least, a freedom of conscience issue.” (Emphases RB)

May the Lord now rapidly fulfill several prophetic visions of churches being shaken to their foundations…

Recommended, nay mandatory reading – an eye-opening expose:

The Transgender Issue is a First-Order Gospel Issue (26 Jan 2018), an introduction to which reads,

‘The Church of England bishops recently passed on responsibility for crafting liturgies celebrating gender reassignment to local clergy. This article by Carys Moseley shows that in doing this they perpetuate fundamental theological errors such as blasphemy, rebellion against God as Creator, dishonouring parents, and renaming God. The transgender pathway is shown to be a counterfeit of the Christian gospel. This will affect people’s trust in the clergy as well as the integrity of theological training…’

In considering those latter effects of the bishops’ abdication of their responsibilities, the author confesses, “This whole article has been extraordinarily difficult to write because careful investigation shows the situation of the Church of England to be catastrophic. We have there the wholesale public capitulation of an entire denomination, something truly sobering…(and it) is a first-order gospel issue. Its only hope before the Almighty God who loves us with a holy love is heartfelt repentance, and that must begin from the top down.”

Therefore, what was Synod siding with satan is now the Anglican hierarchy’s apparent subservience to it, not to our Lord and Saviour Christ Jesus. It is outright apostasy.

Easy-to-read introduction to the significance of Biblical prophecyIn returning to Bible basics I’m grateful to Neil Mackereth, author of Signs and of several items on this blog for permission to publish his latest, as submitted on 1st July. However, it wasn’t possible to acknowledge until Monday 8th – the day before Nina heard about Jesus’ return being sooner than we may think.

In his covering email, Neil mentions a nearby church “everyone calls St John’s, but I have had laid on my heart that it is St John the Baptist Church (its proper name!) and that it is on the Pilgrims’ Way: “I will send my messenger ahead of you who will prepare the way ……. Prepare the way for the Lord, make straight paths for Him”.

“I absolutely believe that we are required to do all we can to convince the world that Jesus will return soon. Your blog is a magnificent and essential part of that process, commission to communicate God’s intentions.”

“I have felt very strongly of late that, whilst it is absolutely right and proper to pray into the tremendous shaking, sifting and repositioning that’s going on (which are in line with expectations for end times), and to seek God’s will and prophetic indicators about Brexit etc. we are not to lose sight of the BIG PICTURE revealed in long-established scripture. ie. Britain, Back to Basics: 2 – the Gospel of Good News

On 1st July Yvonne Coombs posted this exceptionally powerful prophecy on Facebook: which brings detailed confirmation of the humorous vision noted 2nd May (part 1 refers):

BACK TO BASICS – THE GOSPEL OF GOOD NEWS

I see a deck of cards being flung over the UK and I notice they are all Ace of spades. I then see another deck being flung that are all Aces of hearts, then again a whole deck as the Aces of diamonds and finally another deck as the Aces of clubs. These come from the North, East, South and West.

I then see a tower of these cards over the Centre of the Country. I then see 4 swords being rammed into the earth with such power that the earth shakes and again, they are arranged around the tower of cards from North, to South, to East, to West. I believe the cards represent four-of-a-kind in poker.

I then see the word ‘Sceptre’ over the Northern sword, ‘Grace‘ over the Eastern sword, ‘Servitude’ over the Southern sword and ‘Mercy’ over the Western sword.

The swords are then covered in oil from above and set on fire as orange flames lick over them and hear the words “TOO HOT TO HANDLE” and felt the Spirit reveal there must be a moment to wait for them to cool.

The Lord says,

“THEY ARE TOO HOT TO HANDLE AND DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO TOUCH THEM BUT, WHEN THE DECISION IS MADE OVER MY NATION OF THE UK, THEY SHALL BURN AS BLUE AND THEN YOU MY CHILDREN SHALL TAKE THEM AND RUN WITH THEM AND GO BACK TO THE BASICS, THE GOSPEL OF GOOD NEWS THAT WAS ONLY MADE POSSIBLE THROUGH MY SON JESUS, HE WHO TURNED THE RIVERS RED BY HIS BLOOD SHALL TAKE BACK WHAT IS MINE!”

I ask the Lord what the four-of-a-kind means over our Nation?

“MATHEW, MARK, LUKE AND JOHN! YOU SHALL SHAKE OFF THE DUST AND MIGRATE IN MY SPIRIT, OUT TO THE CORNERS OF THE EARTH. YOU SHALL TAKE THE SWORD OF MY WORD AND CUT DOWN EVERY HOUSE OF CARDS THAT I DID NOT BUILD AND MY TOWER OF CARDS SHALL STAND, FOR MY FOUNDATION IS THE CORNERSTONE, MY WORD IS AS FLINT TO THE FLAME IT MAKES AND THE UK SHALL BE AS A BEACON TO THE NATIONS OF MY GLORY AND MERCY YET, YOU MUST KNEEL BEFORE ME AND ASK AND DECLARE “MY KINGDOM COME”!”

I believe the period from orange to blue flame is in the cleansing of the dross and preparation for the coming in of the baptism of fire (Exodus 3:5 “Do not come any closer,” God said. “Take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy ground.”)
Are we ready and willing to call the towns, cities and Nation to prayer and repentance? AS THE LORD HAS RESHUFFLED FOR THE LAST TIME OVER THIS NATION, ARE WE GOING TO LAY OUR CARDS DOWN AND TRUST THE HAND WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN AND BE AS ONE IN UNITY? PRAISE BE TO GOD!

Vision of rug pulled from under EU worshipers’ feet

Dave Hood kindly permits me to publish another of his posts, as published on FB group Prophetic Releasers for UK Revival:, and brings most illuminating insights upon current, as based upon Biblical, events:

OVERTURNED

About 8 weeks ago whilst praying regarding Britain, the Lord gave me a picture. I saw a number of men standing on a ‘narrowish’ carpet, almost in line behind one another, in ones or twos. There were about 20 of them, but there could have been more. They were standing facing east and they seemed to be worshiping.

I knew immediately that this scenario was connected to the current political struggle within our nation, which included Brexit.

With help, I discovered that their facing east was a very important detail. It is connected to Ezekiel 8:16 – ‘And He bringeth me in unto the inner court of the house of Jehovah, and lo, at the opening of the temple of Jehovah, between the porch and the altar, about twenty-five men, their BACKS toward the temple of Jehovah, and their faces eastward, and they are bowing themselves eastward to the sun.’

I understood most of these men represented the EU, and that a small portion of this group were from our nation, Great Britain. Through Israel, the Lord God gave to man His calendar for worship, which is based upon the lunar cycle. But through the church, man introduced a different calendar, a solar calendar, which is pagan in origin, focused on the sun.

By facing the sun, in order to worship it, these men had turned their back on the true worship of the True Son, and they were now looking towards Baal, the god whose presence and power underpins their political system. It is this system, with its structures empowered by its false gods, which now controls the lives and purposes of its peoples.

I then heard the Lord say, “I will pull the rug out from underneath them”

Suddenly, seemingly without any delay, I saw Him place His own hands at two corner ends of the rug/carpet and, with a pronounced jerk, He pulled out this rug from under the feet of these men.

This caused the rug to disappear and each and every one of them landed flat on their backs, in a heap, as their legs gave way beneath them. They were left shocked and dazed by the suddenness of what had just happened!

The Lord’s activity was also now exposing, not just the positioning of these men, but also what was now visible ON the floor, which the rug had previously covered, and on which they had previously stood.

God’s desire for this nation and for Europe is to remove us from the EU, it’s false worship system, and the false gods which lie behind it, turning us back to the worship of himself, the only True God. Jesus, speaking of His Father said:

“This is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.”  (John 17:3)

Therefore, this present struggle with the EU is not merely geographic or geopolitical; it is also the struggle between the church, the body of Christ, and the spiritual powers of this Age.

To confirm and emphasise the above truths, He drew my attention to the conflict between Israel and Egypt, and the flight through the Red Sea (also known as the Sea of Reeds, or the “sea of weaknesses”).  He specifically focused on the confrontation that he engineered at Baal Zephon (Exodus 14:2).

Whilst Israel is fleeing from Egypt’s forces, the Lord tells Israel to do an unusual and unexpected thing. Instead of leading them away to apparent safety, he INTENTIONALLY tells them to head back towards the Egyptians and SEEMINGLY towards danger.

He instructs them to camp opposite Baal Zephon, by the sea. This would mean Baal Zephon would now overshadow their path en-route to safety on the other side. But God had organised and planned all this, in advance.

When Pharaoh saw Israel turn back, his immediate thought was that Israel had now ‘trapped themselves’. However, there was also a second thought in his mind, which concerned his trust in Baal Zephon.

We need to understand that Baal Zephon was now the only recognised god of Egypt that had not been defeated by the 10 plagues. All the other gods had been destroyed, together with their temple sites and their idols.

Baal Zephon was considered the strongest amongst the echelon of Egypt’s gods, even before the 10 plagues. He was known as the Lord of the North, the storm god, the lord of the sea and of tornadoes. Therefore, Pharaoh was not afraid to lead his army into the sea, trusting in Baal Zephon’s protection because this god had not been defeated.

Pharaoh thought he held the ‘trump card’ and that Israel would be powerless against him. So with a high hand Pharaoh lead his armies into the sea in pursuit of Israel. Thus, despite all the plagues, Egypt’s greatest god would be glorified.

Baal means ‘owner’, hence Baal means ‘lord’. But zephon, when used in its feminine sense, as a verb, means to ‘lay out’, to overlay or to cover – as with a carpet.

To overlay, to cover as with a carpet….. All this began with a picture of men standing on a carpet, worshiping whilst facing east – and the words – “I will pull the rug (the carpet) out from underneath them.”

I believe God is saying I have not just targeted those who serve Baal, I have targeted the god that is considered the most strong amongst them, the god they put their trust in. David and Goliath springs to mind.

Though Pharaoh’s gods sought to pull the rug out from underneath “Little Israel”, the LORD engineered a very public defeat of those gods.

In the same way, the gods that lie behind the EU are now seeking to crush the “little UK.” But what is coming is the very public defeat of Baal, the EU’s self-proclaimed king.

He will have the rug pulled out from underneath him, together with all who serve him – And this so reminds me of Haman’s very sudden fate.

Whilst finishing this, I sense Father God is saying, “Though Baal Zephon may be the strongest, the best they have to offer.  I, I have kept the best ’til last.”

By engineering this ‘suddenly’, whilst protecting “little Israel” in her great vulnerability, our Lord God enticed Pharaoh and his “masters” into their decisive defeat.

Thus the LORD demonstrates his great love, his power and wisdom, and his strength and might. He thereby shows his supremacy, not only amongst men and the nations, but to the rulers and powers of this dark age.

He is sending this victory to encourage us, His people. But also to our nation, and to the nations and peoples of Europe, He sends his powerful message that they can be set free. They too can be delivered and come to know the Saviour, and no longer be enslaved, nor numbered amongst the lost.

Be it so, Father God, unto them and unto us. But also unto you, Our Father, may glory come to your great name, through our Lord Jesus, Amen!  (Ephesians 3:9-10)

Bringing the Word of the Lord, through the voice of the Ekklesia to the nation!

We believe that God is still speaking into the Nation and the church is responsible for bringing that prophetic word to the attention of leaders, people in power and those who carry responsibility for the care of the nation. It is important that the word of the Lord comes out of a united ekklesia and we come together from our different streams to speak as one voice. This is a space for influential voices from the church, business, education and other spheres of influence.

I’m privileged to bring news of this event convened by the Vice-President of the Baptist Union, Revd Yinka Oyekan pastor of The Gate, Reading, because I was most surprised to be invited to join discussions in its preparation.

Formerly Reading Community Church, The Gate was formed in July 2005 when two existing churches, Tilehurst Free Church and Groveland’s Christian Fellowship, joined together under Yinka’s leadership. Before I married Nina and moved to her town, I’d regularly attended TFC (Baptist) because it was where the Lord put me after my night-time encounter in 1989, as told here.

Whilst talking to the folks in Reading a memory of an interior vision suddenly ‘flashed’ – the operative word! – into mind. So I’ve dug into my files to give you a hint of the likely significance of Yinka’s above announcement. As with all prophetic visions it should be weighed with the Lord.

EXPLODING ‘GLORY-BOMB’

If you’re of the age when video footage of exploding nuclear bombs was often televised (during the Cold War), then you’ll recognise the description in this extract from my letter of May 1998 to TFC’s pastor Barry Kirk about Reading’s inter-church meetings and the fire of the Lord.:

‘At a very early Pangbourne prayer morning on 27 June 1992 [27 = 3 x 3 x 3 years ago!] I saw “a waterfall of golden rain which became like a nuclear bomb but in reverse”. When I later explained this to David D [associate pastor] he expressed interest in view of the vision of liquid fire he’d previously seen over Tilehurst.

‘What particularly impress me about this picture was that the golden rain (was it flames?) suddenly condensed into a focal point and there followed a brilliant flash of light. In films of nuclear bombs I’ve seen the immense flash was followed by fire.

‘Regret I’ve not got any relevant scripture for this but believe it may relate to TFC. Like that widespread ‘rain’, we’ve reverted into a more compact unit, or operation. Perhaps the next phase is for the Lord to ignite us into a powerful instrument, such that His light will go off like a mighty bomb.’

Subsequent considerations connected that vision to many meetings being held along the Thames Valley and prayers for God’s glory to flow through them into London.
