Introducing ‘Prophecy Today UK’ – A tribute to Lance Lambert

C Hill 163835This blog has referred to and posted articles by Rev Dr Clifford Hill and I’m pleased to inform readers that Prophecy Today, the magazine published in the UK under his direction from 1985 to 2006, is now ‘reborn’ online.

Prophecy Today grew to the largest UK readership of any Christian magazine and became an iconic publication renowned for boldly declaring the word of God.

Trumpet_Graphic_-_BlueThe purpose of Prophecy Today UK is to convey the unchanging word of God for our times to the people of God, and through them to the nations of the world. The magazine’s original logo appears to the right and I invite you to get to learn about the digital version by clicking on the logo. The link tells of the magazine’s origin in 1985 and of an unusual  meeting in 1986 to seek insight from the Lord at a retreat on Mt Carmel. From there, with six other ministry leaders, Clifford attended an international gathering in Jerusalem of over forty ministries from around the world that the magazine had convened.

The word of the Lord received at Carmel and declared in Jerusalem was that God was about to begin a great shaking of the nations based upon the prophecies of Haggai 2 and Hebrews 12 (read these exceptional reports in full). The rest is history – and daily news!

I would encourage you not to browse but to dig deeply into this work undertaken by a small team of volunteers, one paid staff member and the prayers of many wonderful supporters!  There is not subscription charge as they want to make Prophecy Today UK available to absolutely everyone. Therefore, they rely on kind donations to support the ministry.

A TRIBUTE TO LANCE LAMBERT, 1931-2015

In Memoriam – click to read

I’ve been privileged and greatly blessed to have heard Lance Lambert teach on several occasions. His biblical and historical erudition was immense and I was thus overawed to learn eventually that, later in the same year I’d been stunned by a revelation on the fall of Islam, he too referred to its eventual demise. (All Hail The Lamb refers.)

One of Seven Prophetic Messages he brought featured in a series of four emails to my friends and church leaders about prophecies quickly being fulfilled in 2010. (A Serious Phase of Judgement and Shaking of Superpowers refers.) The last of these, More validations of the recent prophetic word, is a very good lead-in to what I’m about to publish on the Greece/Euro crisis!

I am very pleasantly surprised, therefore, to learn through reading Prophecy Today UK of the close friendship between Lance Lambert and Clifford Hill, whose tribute cannot be recommended highly enough.

Clifford Hill’s A Tribute to Lance Lambert, 1931-2015 includes a fascinating account of a prophetic warning of a likely surprise attack upon Israel in 1984 – and of most unexpected protection!

Monday musing: Christian one-liners

Thankyou Bob D in Southampton for this ’round-robin’:

Many folks want to serve God, but only as advisers.

It is easier to preach ten Sermons than it is to live one.

Some people are kind, polite, and sweet-spirited, until you try to sit in their pew!

People are funny – they want the front of the bus, middle of the road, and the back of the church.

The good Lord didn’t create anything without a purpose, but mosquitoes come close.

Opportunity may knock once, but temptation bangs on the front door forever.

Quit griping about your church – if it was perfect you couldn’t belong.

If a church wants a better pastor – it only needs to pray for the one it has.

We’re called to be witnesses, not lawyers or judges.

God Himself doesn’t propose to judge a man until he is dead – so why should we?

Some minds are like concrete – thoroughly mixed up and permanently set.

Peace starts with a smile.

Be ye fishers of men – You catch ’em, He’ll clean ’em.

Coincidence is when God chooses to remain anonymous.

Don’t wait for 6 strong men to take you to church.

God doesn’t call the qualified, He qualifies the called.

God loves everyone, but probably prefers ‘fruits of the spirit’ over ‘religious nuts’!

God promises a safe landing, not a calm passage.

He who angers you, controls you!

If God is your Co-pilot, swap seats!

Don’t give God instructions, just report for duty!

The task ahead of us is never as great as the Power behind us.

The Will of God never takes you to where the Grace of God will not protect you.

We don’t change the message, the message changes us.

The best mathematical equation that I have ever seen:

1 cross + 3 nails = 4 given.

Four Signposts: Iranian nukes & Greek defaults

In his latest post at The Four Signposts, Mark Davidson notes the coincidental juxta-positioning of this week’s important international news, as well as claims of a possible Greek Antichrist…

IRANIAN NUKES AND GREEK DEFAULTS

greek-and-iranian-flags

Strange, isn’t it?

Sometimes, two events that are seemingly disconnected from each other show one way or another that they are, in fact, connected. We had two international deadlines on June 30. These were deadlines of two on-going international crises. The date came and went, and with both deadlines things did not happen like many were hoping they would. So what do the Iranian nuclear talks and the Greek default and possible Grexit have in common?

The Iranians were supposed to reach a deal with the P5+1 nations (the five permanent UN Security Council members plus Germany) regarding Iran’s nuclear program. An agreement did not happen and has been extended into July; not that it would matter since it is a bad agreement giving Iran carte blanche to start the Second Signpost.

The Greek government was supposed to reach a financial deal with a restructuring of debt with the European Union (EU) and the European Central Bank (ECB) and International Monetary Fund (IMF). That didn’t happen either and now Greek is technically in default. And now the Greeks voted “Yes” overwhelmingly to continue their early retirement ages and largest public pensions, saying in effect to Europe though individually they probably don’t intend it, “I don’t care if you all go broke supporting us.” This is the reason why the German population is now angry. Greece of course is led by Alexis Tsipras (a would-be Antichrist declared by wrong-thinking Roman Antichrist folks), a Marxist who asked for half of Greece’s debt to be forgiven (it seems that one thing Tsipras and Obama share is a lack of a grasp of reality).

Strange how these two on-going crises would share the same date for their deadline. Well, when Iranian military forces run out across the Middle East and the Second Signpost as started in earnest, being able to do all they want to do because they have nuclear weapons, Iran will end the U.S. Petrodollar which would cause a terrible ripple of economic effect fulfilling the Scriptures regarding the second horseman:

“Then another horse came out, a fiery red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth…” (Rev. 6:4a)

With U.S. dollars coming back to American shores via the selling of US debt in the foreign reserves of nations across the world, this will put pressure on the dollar to start hyperinflation. The U.S. government, in the habit of incredible spending for decades now, would raid 401k’s. Derivative bets by the U.S. banks would go the wrong way with the raising of interest rates. The “too big to fail banks” would be allowed to have their own capital controls. Not only will U.S. Dollar woes and oil prices cause havoc in the United States, but it will also ripple to the weakest currencies such as the Euro and the Japanese Yen. Not only will a European nation like Greece that has no energy resources and is saddled in debt find itself in financial chaos, but I believe what we are watching in Greece right now, is a preview of what we may see in the USA and Western Europe.

I believe it is possible that the common deadline with Iran is a signal for us to watch what unfolds in Greece. So watch Greece for a while. Look for clues on how to prepare. Look at how the general population reacts.

One thing that caught my attention was capital controls. People were only allowed to take out the equivalent of $55 US dollars per day, assuming one could get to the ATM due to long lines. Restaurants can’t even feed tourists because there is no money to buy enough food. Have some cash on hand; one should anyway for any given disaster. Some might wonder why have cash if the dollar is going down to oblivion? Well, it probably won’t overnight. Cash would probably be a good thing to have in the first few days and weeks of the crisis. Capital controls would absolutely happen if another crisis were to happen even if only at the level of 2008.

Another thing that caught my eye was the Greek voters said “yes” 61% to 38% to continue their spoiled ways. It reminds me of tens of millions here in the U.S. It is my guess that when things get bad, millions of Americans will be outraged that the world is no longer in their orbit. It also makes me wonder how many in the Church will be outraged because the end times aren’t going the way they thought it would.

Again, watch Greece. Please share your observations.

Thank you Mark and I’m presently writing on the defaults’ significance to Western society from a New Testament perspective.

The Accuser attacks politically-related prophecies

Victoria Tower, Houses of Parliament, LondonMulling over the previous post and the content of  Gillan Scott’s report from Westminster I note how it’s directly related to two prophetic words.

Of all the words I’ve been privileged to publish, it was only those two which brought an antagonistic response – from readers professing to be fellow Christians!!

In acting on behalf of the accuser of the brethren they actually gave the Adversary’s game away, thereby confirming those words’ true origin in the Lord – and as a consequence, their accuracy!

Of course, both used scripture to prove his opinion as absolutely correct and the prophetic word false. “Hypocrites”, as Jesus says, would be better to remove ‘planks’ from their eyes first before taking critical offence! (Matthew 7:1-5 refers.)

Therefore, Gillan’s report in my last post deserves further consideration in the light of the following prophetic words (emphases added):

  1. ‘The previous Friday’s prayer time at (Fflad-y-Brenin)…got overshadowed by the Lord, who reminded them of the raising of Lazarus. They were told He’s going to call the Anglican Church out of its grave and bring it back to life!’  (May 2014: Resurrection coming to Anglican Church and see associated comments.)
  2. “If you will stand up now and be the voice to the nations…if now there will be a coalescingthis is the season where I am giving you a loud voice, Body of Christ, and if you will speak now I will amplify that voice and it is going to begin to tip the nation. If you miss your window you will not have the effect. Do not relax…this is not a time to relax this is a time to press in. Go and see your MPs, make appointments. This is the season where you are to speak and be that loud voice, and if you will do that…I am going to give this window of awakening; that the power of God is going to rush into the UK, not just England; the power of God is visiting the whole of the UK.” (May 2015: Cindy Jacobs:the election and word from the Lord.)

In the first, the reply to my response demonstrated the complainant was unable to grasp anything other than plain black and white. So I left it published for a while rather than censor it but, as its arrogant hostility was a blot on the blog, its existence ceased.

The second came almost immediately from a regular contributor to various blogs. After opening with Jesus’ warning about false prophets he included a video clip about Cindy Jacobs and superciliously suggested I should check her out. I let it stand and intended responding after the weekend, but during the Sunday’s service (Pentecost) I had a clear word from the Lord to delete it because, “It’s of a contrary spirit”.

Initially, my reaction was, “This American doesn’t know what’s happening here and isn’t qualified to comment”.  (I’d blog about false prophecy, had I the time.)

Only a few weeks earlier I’d heard Dr Sharon Stone say, “The religious spirit hates the prophetic”, and so I noted both complaints as good examples of that insight. Anyway, Cindy is well-known to both Sharon and our mutual friend Michael who’d transcribed the word she brought. Furthermore, several readers of this blog firmly attested to that word sitting well with their spirit and being very appropriate!  And it confirmed what a couple of leaders had already heard – read Heidi Baker, Cindy Jacobs: prophetic messages verified and applied.

Therefore, let’s consider afresh the message brought to those politically active Christian groups in Westminster, as reported by Gillan Scott:

“The main talk was from Kris Vallotton, Senior Associate Pastor at Bethel Church in Redding, California. He talked about children when they play wanting to be superheroes or great sports people, or kings and princesses. They see themselves as capable of greatness; of doing amazing things. But as we grow up we lose that ability to see ourselves as being special and significant. The burdens of life cause most of us to settle for a mundane existence. Even for Christians who believe they are God’s children, it is too easy to carry on as if it makes little difference, failing to acknowledge the nature of that inheritance. In the book of Galatians, St Paul says this:

“God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those under the law, that we might receive adoption to sonship. Because you are his sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out, “Abba, Father.” So you are no longer a slave, but God’s child; and since you are his child, God has made you also an heir.

“Formerly, when you did not know God, you were slaves to those who by nature are not gods. But now that you know God – or rather are known by God – how is it that you are turning back to those weak and miserable forces? Do you wish to be enslaved by them all over again? (Gal 4:4-9)

“Paul calls Christians ‘sons’ not to dismiss women, but because the son as heir would receive everything in inheritance from his father. In this case it is from our loving Abba Father/Daddy. Through Jesus, God gives us all that is in Him through the Holy Spirit. We become imitators of Christ not through striving and hard work, but because God has chosen us by means of adoption. Through sanctification he makes us Christ-like and Christ is fully God.

“The Bible does not describe Christians simply as priests, commanded to act as servants, but royal priests; that is, kings who have received God’s power and authority. God calls us to share the ministry of Jesus and gives us all that we need to do just that.”

Gillan continues with his personal reaction, as noted previously, with emphasis added in view of those – and other – prophetic words:

I saw more hope and expectation during that service in Westminster than I do in many churches. God gives each one of us a calling and offers us a vision, but instead of responding with a big Yes, too often we come back with a whole set of noes. Instead of seeing Jesus as he is and us as God intends us to be, we settle for an inferior version. When this happens the natural tendency is to stop looking out, seeing ourselves as lights shining into the darkness, and instead shining that light at each other, finding faults and obsessing over differences and secondary issues. We get caught up in fretting over problems rather than fixing our eyes on God’s bigger picture.

“All is not lost for the Church though. Even the Church of England for all of its failings is getting some things right. Yesterday two new Bishops were announced…”

Also, we should recall that he’d preceded that by stating,

“This was a celebration of God’s direct involvement in the political realm. It was not a stuffy, dry, get-together for a bunch of people who are desperately trying to preserve a common interest. Instead, there was a sense that these were people confident that God could use them as missionaries and witnesses to bring light into their workplaces and beyond, sharing in the work of God who has a big plan for this world.”

Moreover, he’d already noted, “Christians in Politics are excited about the increasing interest in political involvement in our churches that they are witnessing. And Christians in Government, which is made up mostly of civil servants, reported that God is doing some wonderful things through their members within their departments.”

In conclusion Gillan gives examples of how the CoE is “getting some things right’ as in backgrounds of the two bishops designate present at the meeting:

“In their respective places they are seeing the world through God’s eyes and responding accordingly. They have not been afraid to step out in faith because they are holding on to God’s promises. When we see Jesus fully in us then we need not have any fear of what he asks – God can do great things through each one of us. When Jesus said, ‘What is impossible with man is possible with God,’ he absolutely meant it.

Therefore, Gillan’s blog offers further indications the Lord is definitely active in Britain, and He’s aligning believers with not only His written word but also with those recently delivered through prophetical voices.

Thanks and praise be to our God.

Gillan Scott: “A celebration of God’s direct involvement in the political realm”!

Christians in Parliament Prayer Meeting – Gillan Scott courtesy Archbishop Cranmer.

A week ago this evening, on Wednesday 1st July at The Emmanuel Centre in Marsham Street, Westminster, Christians in Parliament with Christians in Politics and Christians in Government met together for their annual service of prayer and worship.

After having asked, Is God behind the stunning election results? and then noting Brief bullet points on the Lord’s action in Britain, it’s now encouraging to read my fellow blogger Gillan Scott’s report on last Wednesday’s event – and to learn that its principal speaker was from Bethel Church, which was established by Bill Johnson in Redding, California.

[Note: It was in a Revival Alliance meeting at that London church when Bill unusually made a prophetic statement: “We would look back at 1st September 2011 as the day things changed in the UK” – see four entries under ‘Sep 2011’ in this blog’s Library.]

I’ve been privileged to re-post many stimulating articles from Gillan’s blog ‘God and Politics UK’, which merged last September with ‘Archbishop Cranmer’, as announced here, and Gillan became deputy editor. In Christians in Parliament demonstrate what doing God really means he now writes,

Gillan Scot“…It’s always good to be invited to meet in fellowship with other Christians away from my own Church and this was no exception. Seeing the auditorium filled with hundreds of people involved in government at various levels was genuinely both heartening and encouraging. Gary Streeter MP was pleased to announce that many new MPs have joined Christians in Parliament (mostly Conservatives, I discovered). Christians in Politics are excited about the increasing interest in political involvement in our churches that they are witnessing. And Christians in Government which is made up mostly of civil servants reported that God is doing some wonderful things through their members within their departments.

“This was a celebration of God’s direct involvement in the political realm. It was not a stuffy, dry, get-together for a bunch of people who are desperately trying to preserve a common interest. Instead, there was a sense that these were people confident that God could use them as missionaries and witnesses to bring light into their workplaces and beyond, sharing in the work of God who has a big plan for this world…”

As ever, I cannot recommend Gillan’s work too highly and encourage you to read his report in full by clicking here, or on the preceding title of his post. In closing, here’s the opening of his summary:

“I saw more hope and expectation during that service in Westminster than I do in many churches. God gives each one of us a calling and offers us a vision, but instead of responding with a big Yes, too often we come back with a whole set of noes. “All is not lost for the Church though. Even the Church of England for all of its failings is getting some things right…”

Thank you and bless you for this news my friend. As the prophet Isaiah proclaims (52:7):

How beautiful upon the mountains
Are the feet of him who brings good news,
Who proclaims peace,
Who brings glad tidings of good things,
Who proclaims salvation,
Who says to Zion,
“Your God reigns!”

A quick note to new visitors and subscribers

RJBThank you so much for visiting and, I hope, deciding to check out my blog. It’s so encouraging to find a good cross-sample of older posts are read occasionally. A very special thank you goes to all who liked what they saw and have become regular readers.

To those who’ve not yet been able to dig around, presumably you’ve read what this blog’s all About and Why I’m Watching?

To newer readers I’d suggest getting a feel for the wider content beyond what’s on today’s home page by dipping into the following ‘foundational’ posts, especially the one that kick-started it all by reporting an explosive, personal revelation upon opening my Bible.:

Also, please note the menu hubs give an overview on a few specific topics and include the highly popular Library of Prophecies for UK – and elsewhere.

The Books are being opened

Hope this re-blog’s opening remark strikes a chord with readers. It echoed what I’d been mulling over for a few days: the explosive revelation that kick-started my writing about prophecy! (Email Feb ’09 refers – the scripture cropped up in Sunday’s service!)

How many of us have suddenly seen something in a scripture that we have never seen before? How many of us believe differently to what we used to believe a few years ago? This is the time Daniel wrote of, when the books are being opened and fresh revelation is coming to the church.

Looking again at this passage:

“Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes has eternal life. I am the bread of life. Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, and they died. This is the bread which comes down out of heaven, so that one may eat of it and not die. I am the living bread that came down out of heaven; if anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread also which I will give for the life of the world…

Prophetic points on the SCOTUS marriage decision

The most violent storm-complex since the June 2012 derecho blasted Washington DC area in July’s opening minutes (click image for details).

The most violent storm-complex since the June 2012 derecho blasted Washington DC area in July’s opening minutes. (Credit Washington Post, click image for details.)

In view of the suppression of free speech, Friday’s decision on equal marriage by the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) has ramifications beyond America.

I’m so pleased not to be alone in understanding the possibility of a spiritual ‘crossover’ effect from here across the Atlantic, as asked in Does a spiritual yet political trend link UK and USA?  In the prophetic word Cindy Jacobs brought for the UK whilst passing through Heathrow in May, the Lord is exhorting us,

If you will stand up now and be the voice to the nations this awakening that you have prayed for is on its way; it is coming, it is coming like a mighty rushing wind…this is the season where I am giving you a loud voice, Body of Christ, and if you will speak now I will amplify that voice and it is going to begin to tip the nation. If you miss your window you will not have the effect…” (read in full here).

Therefore, it’s now time for followers of Jesus Christ to stand up, speak and dissent for the sake of not-yet believers and our society – even if civil disobedience is necessary, as in the anti-Vietnam war and anti-racial segregation demonstrations of yesteryear.

Consider some points from what little reading I’ve done on this and I thank a couple of readers for informing me. Be warned – these tend to highlight the culpability of churches in failing to follow Jesus properly:

The Church Disappears

Tony Puccio of Tucson blogs about a most accurate observation on 1st July,

“I was shown a vision 07/01/2015 where I saw a church situated in what I will call a jungle of vegetation.  There was vegetation all around but the church building stood out and was recognized as a church. Then I began to see a vine creep its way toward the church building. It was very small and most probably gone unnoticed had I not seen it and my attention drawn to it in the vision. The vine was left unchecked and eventually it covered the church building, although you could still make out the shape of the church it no longer stood out as it once did. Finally, the vine grew so dense and thick that the church disappeared altogether and you could not see the church any longer.

“The creeping vine is worldliness and it was allowed to creep into the church unchecked and most likely unnoticed.  It was allowed to grow until it totally engulfed the church.  The church went from a building that stood out for all to see to one that blended in with its surroundings to finally disappearing from view altogether.

“The vine got its nourishment from the outside and not from the inside.”

I read this earlier upon logging into WordPress and a short while later an email brought directly related information, as follows:

A Surprising Prophetic Word

William Smith in Bournemouth area sent a link to this Prophetic Insight from Charisma, which I quote in part but deserves reading in full. Jeremiah Johnson sought Father on the SCOTUS decision and believes the Lord said to him (emphases added):

“In the natural, the Supreme Court justices have just legalized homosexual marriage in America, but little do they know that they also just authorized an awakening of the Spirit in My bride. For know that now is the time to turn inward, it is a time of repentance and fasting for My people. Has their laziness and blindness on the issue of sexual immorality in their midst not given the homosexual agenda its true power? America has now legalized homosexual immorality because the American church legalized heterosexual immorality first.”

Then came a vision of intercessors in which he heard their prayers and was asked:

“Do you know what’s wrong with these prayers Jeremiah? They are all focused on the call for America to repent when I have called My bride to repent! You must tell the intercessors to shift their focus from America to My bride. Their self-righteous hearts and blindness to their own sin is a stench in my nostrils. The issues coming forth in the United States is not an American problem, it’s an American Church problem.”

Therefore, Jeremiah writes,

“America is in a crisis, but the American church is in a greater crisis. We are and will continue to reap what we have sown and that is seeds of silence and tolerance on the key issues of our day that have come before the Father as sin…While I do believe that these individuals are choosing to blatantly sin and will be judged by God Himself for their behavior (Romans 14:12), we have an obligation as believers in Jesus Christ to look within our own lives and in our own spiritual communities and ask the Spirit of truth to search us inwardly before we begin calling others to accountability (see Psalm 51:6).”

Four Key Things to Consider

In case you haven’t read the re-blog of Joel Rosenberg’s remarks on the implications of SCOTUS’ decision let me briefly cover his four main points. Joel asks if Christians may be hyperventilating over the issue. No! “Unfortunately, this is a very big deal and it puts America on a perilous path”.

He draws attention to key things on the Court’s ruling for believers at this critical time:

  1. The Supreme Court is over-reaching its Constitutional authority, and is thus  undermining its own legitimacy and pouring gasoline on a highly-politicized issue that will deeply divide Americans for years to come.
  2. It forces 320 million Americans to embrace overnight a radical re-engineering of the entire social compact of marriage that even some of the nation’s most liberal political leaders strongly opposed just a few years ago.
  3. It opens the door for a frontal and massive assault on religious liberty… Christians all over the country who hold to the Biblical definition of marriage are beginning to be taken to court and fined — some are even in danger of losing their businesses and their homes…The 1st Amendment to the Constitution plainly states, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.” But the Court’s ruling seems to put the un-enumerated “civil right” of a same-sex marriage above the enumerated right of religious freedom…gay political activists are not content with mere legalization of same-sex marriage. They want to force the rest of the country to embrace and support them. Thus, they and their supporters in Washington will likely move aggressively to criminalize the Biblical definition of marriage and to severely penalize those who teach and follow it.
  4. Most troubling, the Court has acted in direct and brazen defiance of the Word of God — painful as it is for me to say it, this will likely accelerate us towards judgment if America does not soon change course.

The Supreme Court v. The Supreme Being

In his inimitable style Rick Joyner is on target in his Prophetic Bulletin #94’s brief on the ‘legal contest’ implicit in this decision and uses ‘three questions’ from US Army Manual for dealing with a crisis, viz.:

  1. What is happening?
  2. What is not happening? (spiritually)
  3. What can we do about it?

In tackling the first question Rick majors upon the foundation of the Union and ‘creeping tyranny’. He opens,

“As the four dissenting justices pointed out, the Supreme Court does not have the constitutional authority to make this decision. First, even though SCOTUS has taken this authority upon itself, it is a usurped authority and nowhere does the Constitution give it this authority. The authority to determine the constitutionality of laws was given to Congress, not the courts. We are now suffering under the very tyranny that the founders warned about if the courts ever presumed this authority. Regardless of our position on same-sex marriage, every American should be deeply troubled by the actions of SCOTUS that this case is just the most recent and dramatic.”

From his fine argument I wish to quote only two points made from a global perspective rather than the nationally introspective. This isn’t to imply US laws or policy should be based on what other nations think, but does need to know how they are perceived because it affects international relations. (“It’s been a major wedge driven between the US, Russia and China, as well as Africa and South America. To much of the world, the US and Western Europe now look like Sodom and Gomorrah”.)

On this he writes:

“Paul the Apostle wrote to Titus that even false prophets can sometimes tell the truth (see Titus 1:12-13). Pravda, the Moscow daily newspaper, has been predicting for years that the United States would break up into several pieces just like the Soviet Union. Their reasoning was not based merely on sour grapes, but on the historically proven consequences of the kind of direction in which our government has been going. To date, we have most alarmingly followed the pattern predicted. We really are close to breaking apart.

“Islamists consider America “the great Satan” because of our moral and spiritual debauchery that has made us “a homosexual nation”—so perverted that the only remedy is to wipe us off the face of the earth. Their belief about the U.S. has now been affirmed by this Supreme Court decision. This decision will likely make their recruiting to this cause much easier. This is not the only issue fuelling these groups, but it is a major one.”

Like Joel Rosenberg, Rick concludes his brief with a solid action plan.

Prophetic Warning of a Divided Nation

Grand Canyon Wpaper113In The River and The Schism Chuck Pierce refers to having visited the Grand Canyon, which reminded him of a vision received in August 2007 of a coming division within his nation.  Another one came in May 2011 about a deteriorating relationship with one of its closest allies – Israel.

We have good Biblical grounds for understanding that, as America treats Israel and Jerusalem, so too will its well-being be guarded – or not. As mentioned before, its initials are in the centre of the capital of Israel; ie. JER-USA-LEM.  Therefore, its leaders can either protect the ‘apple of God’s eye’ by holding it together – or else divide it – with all the inherent consequences of Zechariah chapter 2.

Read more about this in Modern prophecy on USA & Israel approaches fulfilment.

What are the implications of the Supreme Court’s marriage decision? Four key things to consider.

NB: strong correlation between graph’s 2005-2015 ‘X’ (ie. error, wrong) and the rapid descent since 2009 in US’ credibility-influence and rise in contempt for America in the Middle-East & N Africa! (Eg. today’s US blocks plan to fight ISIL – other Western nations too: Our Arab allies are being hung out to dry in the fight against ISIL. See older posts: May 2009 Today’s importance in history; Feb 2011, Deep US-Saudi rift emerges.)

(Washington, D.C.) — What are the implications of the Supreme Court’s 5-4 decision on Friday to make same-sex marriage a Constitutionally-protected civil right? Is the Court’s decision to change the definition of marriage really such a big deal, or are Christians hyperventilating over the issue for nothing?

Unfortunately, yes, this is a very big deal, and it puts America on a perilous path. Unless we change course soon, this could accelerate the nation’s judgment andimplosion.

Let me walk through four key things Christians ought consider at this critical time.

First, the Supreme Court is overreaching its Constitutional authority, and is thus undermining its own legitimacy and pouring gasoline on a highly-politicized issue that will deeply divide Americans for years to come.

If the Constitution even mentioned the word “marriage,” the Court might theoretically have the right to address the subject. But the word is…

John Kilpatrick vision: ‘The United Apostates of America’ (+ updates)

We listened intently when pastor Kilpatrick interrupted taking up the offering on Sunday to announce the Lord had given him a vision that morning.

He saidJohnK 214_logo, “I’m not given to having visions for the Lord usually speaks to me, but the Lord gave me a vision this morning and I’m going to share that in just a few minutes.
“This shook me up when the Lord showed it me. I didn’t see any pictures – it was just words that I saw.”

After welcoming Holy Spirit, he mentioned that He’d broken out on Friday at Perry Stone’s conference. There the Holy Spirit baptised a United Methodist pastor after John taught on the Leviathan spirit and how its scales are so tight it prevents pastors from allowing Holy Spirit to move.

As soon as John received his invitation to preach on 26th June he asked the Lord what He wanted him to bring. But the Lord’s response caused a sharp intake of breath,

“Oh Lord please not that one. Not that one – please! So I cringed and so I thought between now and then I’d talk the Lord out of it!”

He much preferred to bring a refreshing message but it was to be something difficult. The Lord was steadfast over this and remained so, even when John checked at 4 am on the day. He was to use a message he’d delivered to Church of his Presence over 2012-2013 entitled, Leviathan, the King who Rules over the Children of Pride!

In this John quoted Ezekiel 16:49-50 in the Bible, as shown on the gathering’s overhead screen:

“Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom: pride, fulness of bread and idleness was in her and her daughters; neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and the needy. And they were haughty and committed abomination before me: therefore, I took them away as I saw good.” (KJV)

That was the scripture he was reading about the sin of Sodom and Gomorrah, when Perry interrupted saying he’d heard, “The Supreme Court’s just passed the equality of marriage law”!

Disquieted he continued preaching, but afterwards John asked the Lord to be shown how He views this grave matter. John received nothing until about to brush his teeth on Sunday morning when these words appeared by a vision in his spirit:

THE UNITED APOSTATES OF AMERICA

Hear what happened next as John listened to the Lord about this startling new name:

After John spoke upon this, the congregation interceded for the nation and for revival.  Watch in full from the 46 minute-mark in this Church of His Presence video to hear his thoughts on the vision’s relevance to, and consequences of the SCOTUS’ decision for, this highly significant year.

UPDATE 1: Could This Be A September To Remember?

In a specially convened meeting on 28th August, John asked and attempted to answer the above question in depth. (Click Update header for the service; his message starts at 1:27:45.)  John offers no specific, revelatory insights in this in-depth teaching other than his observations upon the signs of the times, a summary of which appears in this video:

UPDATE 2:  Is America in Bible Prophecy?

On 13th September, John stressed his deeply patriotic nature in carefully considering a number of scriptures describing the location and nature of the modern equivalent of the ancient Babylonian empire as foreseen by OT prophets Isaiah and Jeremiah. Their term for this futuristic, end-times version of the nation with which they were well acquainted is, ‘mystery Babylon’. John asks and makes well-informed observations that suggest it is one and the same as present-day USA. (Click following image or Update header for the service; John’s message starts at 1:02:00.)

NB: Pastor Kilpatrick has been blessed with hosting two revivals; the repentance revival at Brownsville/Pensecola in 1995 and a healing one in Bay of the Holy Spirit Revival in 2010. (See this blog’s 2-part Prophecies fulfilled 3 and The Bay tag.)
