Revival: 1 – glory stories

“Holy, Holy, Holy are you Lord,
Heaven and earth are filled with Your glory,
Holy Holy, Holy is Your Name,
Exalted upon the praise of Your people.”

So runs the chorus of Lydia Stanley’s song Holy Are You Lord – listen here – it’s one of several inspired by Holy Spirit since last July (2010) for her to lead hours of fire-filled worship at The Bay Revival, Alabama.

Psalm 22 v 3 proclaims, ‘You are holy, enthroned upon the praises of Israel…’ and thus, the Lord’s Presence can be sensed, even becomes tangible, and people hear Him more easily, are saved, healed and delivered – in such a sacred atmosphere, with anointed leading and prophetic preaching, miracles often occur.

You may recall my reference to evangelist Nathan Morris having a word from Alabama for revival in the UK? So a few ‘glory stories’ may inspire and encourage you:

First, on a personal note, I’ve been in a fascinating flow from the Lord since an ‘inter-stream’ conference in Winchester in March. During opening worship I sensed the Lord wanted me to focus upon the eventual new earth and new heavens, especially the appearance from heaven of The New Jerusalem and I had a flash picture of a lion’s head.

Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband…(Rev 21:2 NKJV)

Then one of the seven angels…talked with me, saying, “Come I will show you the bride, the Lamb’s wife”. And he carried me away to a great and high mountain, and showed me the great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, having the glory of God. Her light was like a most precious stone…(Rev 21:9-11 NKJV)

Over the last year or so a couple of scriptures had come whilst in Bath, but now the context became clear. Also, the Lord’s saying He’s let me see a couple of childhood desires He implanted have been fulfilled: to see miracles of healing and receive Jesus close teaching, and to be in and understand the times of His return – but now focus upon His ultimate aim (Revelation 21-22), and beyond the Bible’s cover!

Then in the first session Stuart of Catch The Fire, Wembley mentioned,

“There is so much happening in the Kingdom of God at the moment…we’re seeing Him move again and again and again…We’ve just seen a massive increase in the supernatural – not because of ministry but because God is moving – ‘Aslan’ is on the move!”

He went on to describe seeing the breath of God blow away demons that had attached themselves to someone they were praying for. This one didn’t need in-depth ministry sessions, valid as that is, but God simply blew – like the mighty protective and possessive roar of a lion over its young! Stuart said, “It’s like the Lion of Judah puts His paw on you and says, ‘Mine, Mine – you are Mine!’ and roars at anything that would threaten you.” With Chloe, his wife, teaching followed upon their theme: full meaning of Sonship in the Kingdom

Also that month, Bill of Blandford wrote me as follows:

God is awesome! Only last evening I was testifying to standing in awe as again Abba God brought deliverance to His beloved children. I was sharing ministry to bring freedom to some people with ancestral masonry. We saw His mighty deliverance set them free from chains of deception. What He desires and delivers to the one or two, He will do for the many. I stand in awe right now as day after day we see and hear prophecy unfolding… (Thank you Bill)

Here’s another – Over dinner in Zizzi’s, Russ of Farnham said he was at The Potter’s House, Stoke-on-Trent and heard intriguing accounts of unbelieving youngsters turning up because God had come to them in the night and told them to get there!

There, the first thing I put my hands on at a partners’ day was a book featuring chapters on the new earth and new heaven! >>

Then Liz, leader of prophetic ministry, followed straight on from and augmented what Stuart and Chloe had taught >>>

Update on intercession request

“I haven’t heard about that! Why haven’t my church friends told me?” Nina’s hairdresser indignantly retorted this morning.
“Because it won’t be covered in the news and, if it is, it’ll be badly biased – and few believers know, or are interested!” Nina replied.

Friends who’ve joined this intercession well know that we’re a minority.  I offer this update and attached extract of Rabbi C’s message, plus some inspiration:

Yesterday, there were clashes throughout the West Bank and IDF placed upon standby after having been trained for various scenarios. Earlier in the week security forces were beefed up to close the border to refugees from Syria (other neighbouring countries were closed too). 

On Thurs I found a website devoted to the Intifada. It reported on demonstrations at the Israeli embassy in Egypt and for a mass protest to march from Tahrir Square, Cairo and be joined by several hundred thousand protesters to advance upon Israel tomorrow. Reading a few of that site’s items showed their very poor standard of historical and journalistic accuracy – and confirmed the original intention of incitement to violence. (That was why their first Facebook page was shut down.) 

However, today I see that website’s two home pages have been replaced by masses of articles from supporters, including one about First Scottish Minister Alex Salmond’s strongly condemnatory anti-Israel stance!!  (Its author ridiculously refers to David Cameron as pro-Zionist!!  Not so, according to Spectator blogger Melanie Phillips whose open letter to him about his meeting with PM Netanyahu minces no words!)

Prior to prayer yesterday, I was listening to Paul Keith Davis speaking at Dudley about the Bridal company and Sons of the Kingdom (many thanks to Richard in Bath). Suddenly, he gave reference for this as being in Matthew 13 as well as Zecharia 12.8 regarding Jerusalem in ‘That Day’.  Now Paul had already confirmed things I’d had from the Lord, but during intercession I turned to that OT chapter – WOW what insights came for today, and how it could fit into what this rabbi teaches  – thank you Lord! 

Zecharia 12 could well distinguish between what’s happening now and what’s coming through the ‘Two State’ supposed solution – verse 2 is about the surrounding peoples, as in this 3rd intifada – verse 3 is about the whole world, as in UNO, EU, USA !  And there’s lots more throughout chapters 12 and 13 that may apply to revival in Israel and for ALL inhabitants of Jerusalem, including the ultra orthodox Jews (who outdo muslim hatred for Christians!) and Arabs.

May the Lord lead our prayers

Briefing on intifada intercession

Dear Friends,
For those with whom my email about this weekend’s proposed 3rd Intifada struck a chord, here’s the promised background.  To my mind there are several reasons which, in sum, strongly indicate the issue’s import. 

We’d watched Messianic Rabbi ‘C’ give the Easter Sunday message at Church of His Presence in Mobile.  Amongst much he gave an insight into the wider fulfilment of Jeremiah 31.31-37 ‘new covenant’ by indicating it may include all Abraham’s seed, as hinted at in Genesis chapters 16 & 22. 

Whilst in Gilgal, Israel, a herd of sheep descended a hill towards him and he heard the Lord say, “I am calling My sheep from the nations” and that ‘C’ would be ‘presented’ with what he was to do.  Upon returning to the States he got an email about multitudes on social networks responding to calls for a 3rd Intifada on Israel’s 63rd birthday!  The Lord instructed, “I want you to battle in love – in the opposite spirit – not hate”.  So a media friend helped to launch the video you may have seen (via the link below).

In view of what the Lord has been pointing me towards, I was especially surprised by Rabbi’s message because:

1. He COVERED my prayers about the ‘fall of Islam’ requiring sovereign interventions of the Lord.  When asking the Lord why he’s to that video, he claims the Lord said, “Israel and the Middle-East need to see the miracle-working of God like never before”  (Like in 1967 when they were protected from invasion?) “A bigger one now and they shall get it – it is coming (and) the Church needs to see their prayers being answered, to see this as a testimony.”

2. He CONFIRMED the meditations I’d been led into on retreat on Good Friday at Acorn, here in Bordon. There, I found myself focussing upon the POST-resurrection Emmaus road conversation, particularly “It is the third day since…” (Luke 24.21) and realised the present times are the 3rd day (ie. 3rd millennium, where 1000 years = 1 day; per 2 Peter 3.8).  This rabbi said, “…it’s very important that you know spiritually what time it is. This is so critical – because God is moving quickly – we’re moving into the ‘third day’…”

3. He CONTINUED with that Lucan narrative into the appearances of Jesus, thereby giving a strong scriptural validation of the effects of the Bay of the Holy Spirit Revival.

In another email I’d like to share more details of another aspect of this ‘Resurrection Sunday’ message upon revival in the UK – it will probably surprise you, as it did us!

So I hope you can understand the urgency of this messianic rabbi’s call to pray for the people of the whole region tomorrow through to Saturday.  Perhaps you may be able to join in as and when you can? 

If required, I have a transcript of the pertinent part of the message.

Trusting the Lord will move into the whole situation…

The Great Royal Wedding is yet to come!

Dear Friends – pls see this excellent impression from overseas of yesterday’s events.

It was terrific to hear these holy declarations broadcast not only to everyone attending and watching but also into our atmosphere and over our land – and all round the world!
As we know of the Holy Spirit’s action through satellite coverage of the Bay of the Holy Spirit Revival, I was praying that those present would be able to hear, understand and desire revelation of the truth of Jesus.
.
Only last week came a very thorough teaching note by Derek Prince about his wife’s experience of living amongst Palestinian Arabs.  He stressed,
.
“…there is a tremendous lesson that we need to learn as Christians…very simply…the basis of the spiritual power of Islam…is summed up in one word: proclamation.
(They) have understood the tremendous spiritual power of persistent proclamation….As Christians, that really confronts us with a challenge,
because I believe the answer is (our) counter proclamations…of the victory of Jesus, the power of his name and blood…etc. ”

As the UK has been inundated with constant atheistic doctrine plus muslim prayers 5 times daily, such deeply welcome refreshment came through yesterday’s media coverage.

Let’s pray that everyone now becomes desperately thirsty for the Lord…

What struck me most as Lynn and I got up at 5am and watched the royal wedding as it unfolded at Westminster Abbey in London was that the Word of God went forth — and the name of Jesus Christ was repeatedly proclaimed — to an estimated one billion people around the world watching the live TV coverage. It was a gorgeous ceremony, with all its pomp and circumstance, and it reminded me that there is a Great Royal Wedding to come to which we are all invited. We need only say “yes.”

  • The Rev. Richard Chartres, the Bishop of London, began the ceremony noting that, “In a sense, every wedding is a royal wedding,” then spoke of followers of Jesus Christ being children of the King who will one day have a wedding of His own.
  • James Middleton, Kate’s brother, read from the New Testament, Romans chapter 12, beginning with, “Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect” — that is, we must prepare our hearts for the Royal Wedding to come.
  • Dr. Rowen Williams, the Archbishop of Canterbury, in his sermontold the newlyweds, “William and Catherine, you have chosen to be married in the sight of a generous God who so loved the world that he gave himself to us in the person of Jesus Christ. And in the Spirit of this generous God, husband and wife are to give themselves to each another….As we move towards our partner in love, following the example of Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit is quickened within us and can increasingly fill our lives with light.”
  • The Archbishop concludedhis sermon with this prayer, “God our Father, we thank you for our families; for the love that we share and for the joy of our marriage. In the busyness of each day keep our eyes fixed on what is real and important in life and help us to be generous with our time and love and energy. Strengthened by our union help us to serve and comfort those who suffer. We ask this in the Spirit of Jesus Christ. Amen.”

The Scriptures teach us that we are all invited to the wedding of our Lord Jesus Christ in the world to come. But while all are invited, not all will attend. We must individually accept the Lord’s invitation by personally receiving Jesus as Messiah and our Lord. Sadly, the Bible says that not all will do so.

  • In Revelation chapter 19, we read, “Then I heard the sound of massed choirs, the sound of a mighty cataract, the sound of strong thunder: Hallelujah! The Master reigns, our God, the Sovereign-Strong! Let us celebrate, let us rejoice, let us give him the glory! The Marriage of the Lamb has come; his Wife has made herself ready. She was given a bridal gown of bright and shining linen. The linen is the righteousness of the saints.”
  • Speaking of the Great Royal Wedding to come, Jesus saidin Matthew 22, “The Kingdom of Heaven can be illustrated by the story of a king who prepared a great wedding feast for his son. When the banquet was ready, he sent his servants to notify those who were invited. But they all refused to come!”
  • Speaking of His return to Earth to get His bride, Jesus said in Luke 12, “Be like men who are waiting for their master when he returns from the wedding feast, so that they may immediately open the door to him when he comes and knocks.”

With the signs of the Last Days all around us, may each one of us choose today to say “yes” to the Lord Jesus’ invitation to the Great Royal Wedding to come.

Revival in the UK – encouragement from Alabama

“Are you from the United Kingdom?”, asked young Nathan Morris as he pointed to a couple standing near the front of the congregation.

It was an hour and a quarter into the worship of Saturday’s revival gathering in Mobile Convention Centre, Alabama. Under the power of the Holy Spirit, Nathan had just taken authority in Jesus’ name over all demonic activity and loosened its hold when some-thing amongst the worshipers caught his attention.

The question got repeated and clarified, “You’re from the UK?…You too? – Come here quickly right now, come quickly…come – Keep worshiping, Lydia…You’re from the United Kingdom, is that right?”

“Somerset”, the man replied and as he ascended onto the stage, Nathan pointed again and declared “Jesus!” – the tall man and lady both collapsed under the weight of the Lord’s presence, as did another couple following on to the platform.

Nathan turned away and explained to everyone, “I saw the United Kingdom flag right over that gentlemen’s head…”.

Next, turning back towards them he spoke, “FIRE!…I tell you, the power of God‘s falling all over this place right now” and, extending his hand in blessing over the four, he declared,

“Let revival come to the United Kingdom in the mighty name of Jesus – let the Isles be sacred again – from Scotland, to England, to Ireland, to Wales – let the Isles be sacred again!

Looking amongst those assembled below, “Are you all from the United Kingdom ? You’d better get up here right now, the power of God’s here…”

A dozen or so men, women and couple of children did so and were immediately hit by the fire of the Holy Spirit, “Fire on the United Kingdom”. The effect was so heavy each and every one of them were to remain almost motionless for 40 minutes from one end of the stage to the other! Nathan continued:

”Let the United Kingdom see a move of God that will shake the very foundations.

“United Kingdom, in the name of Jesus, be awakened, be awakened.”

Six minutes after all this started, stepping around nearly 20 of our fellow Britons scattered on-stage, our man from Sheffield suddenly turned towards the camera, directly AND VERY STERNLY addressed all viewers here in UK :

“You know, I didn’t plan this tonight but my nation used to be a nation of Revival. We used to send revivalists around the nations of the world and I’m speaking over the United Kingdom tonight:

“YOU belong to Jesus Christ – He birthed you – He made you who you are today – NOW turn back to Him, TURN BACK to Him before it is too late!

“Let the United Kingdom be shaken with the Fire of Revival !!”

Shortly thereafter, weeping on his knees under an impassioned anointing, Nathan proclaimed,

“God is breaking hearts tonight, that you might see His glory – Give birth to a Great Awakening, Lord – Let it be birthed – Let this fire, this glory flood the nations of the world.”

At 1hr 40min; Nathan announced the title of his message was to have been ‘What we need to see the lost turn to Christ’ but said, “The answer to the message was that we need God to visit us – by His Spirit He needs to come and melt the heart of man. But tonight, the Holy Spirit is doing the preaching,…the way He knows……just worship Him….”

At 1hr 52min; he groans intensely – at times on his knees – under the extreme unction of a prophetic tongue, and interpretation then flowed immediately –

“For I am God of the seasons”, says the Lord. “For though it has been Winter, so shall Spring arise….but I am seeking in these days”, says the Lord, “To raise up My seed, to raise up an army that will bloom. Even though Satan seeks to destroy the nations, I will cause My seed to bloom for I will place within My Body a FIRE that will rage…”

For the Lord says, “Beware, for many shall fall in these Last Days because they place their feet NOT upon the Rock of Truth.” But the Lord says, “You shall know those that shall arise…for My glory shall be upon them…Arise, shine…for your Light has come.”

“Cry out to God to make you a harvester. Ask the Lord to give you souls. Ask Him, ask the Lord, that you might reap the harvest.”

Pastor John then led intercession for the nations.  Our friend J, biographer and historian of revivals, thinks it’s singularly significant for the Lord to use an individual like John Kilpatrick to host once again a Holy Spirit Revival.

I’m particularly impressed that the American and Englishman are so well united in spirit and preach the blood and cross of Jesus without any compromise whatsoever. And they focus on three things the Lord has impressed strongly upon me: teaching and ministering as Jesus did, preaching upon His soon return, preparing His Bride to rule the Kingdom with Him on earth.

Blood red moons – Joel 2:31

Folks,

J, a fellow reader, was chatting to Nina about her healing a few years ago when the Arnotts were in Bath (full testimony here) and she mentioned that he had recently spoken in church about ‘blood red’ moons, presumably as seen during a lunar eclipse.

The Lord told the prophet Joel that He will turn the sun to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD (Joel 2.31 NIV).  And when we realise our Almighty Father favours the feasts he ordained with the ancient Israelites, then we’re in for a fascinating discovery when we investigate the actual occurrences of red full moons.

The one at the foot of this thread [here] circulates a personal ‘revelation’ about the effect of USA’s handling of the situation in Libya upon Israel, and which I forwarded without comment to brethren here in UK.

My second [here] as follow-up below, refers to how your very top news item in Friday’s Eye View impacted me on that matter.

Am not sure I’d agree with the quoted reason on UK’s entering war with Muslim nation because at least one leading imam called for Gaddafi’s removal, by extreme prejudice, if I recall correctly. And a few years ago a clerical council somewhere in Mideast had to censor him and bring him to heal.

Thank you v much indeed Martin for my early morning post!  Is this be why I’ve been ‘buzzing’ in meditation upon the Lord for the last couple of hours – and most unusually having 6.30am coffee whilst getting it into writing on pc. [Click to read his email to me.] 

Your mail is most timely and, “YES, yes, bang on!”.  In view of its importance I’ll draw attention of friends interested in Israel to it.

Of the whole 12 pages of Friday’s Koenig’s Eye View From the White House only the following ‘Top News’ unexpectedly struck me hard:

“This week had some very revealing statements that Bible believers fully under-stand have biblical significance in Israel and the Middle East. The follow news excerpts reveal that:

European countries want UN, not US, to advance Mideast peace talks (Ha’aretz article)

Britain, France and Germany would like the United Nations and European Union to co-author an Israeli-Palestinian peace agreement, say diplomats…”

My immediate reaction was that this is not only another clear indicator of the US’ rapidly diminishing global role but also, and far more importantly, is directly relevant to the Daniel 7 end-time vision.  Experts think the fourth beast Daniel saw is the ancient Roman Empire brought back to life as the European Union, as suggested by Rev 13:3.  Its three horns that get extracted – and thus rendered powerless!! – and replaced by the pompous little horn would be Britain, France and Germany! (Dan 7:8 & 24)

Also, the email and this news are confirmed by this Debka exclusive report of yesterday headed:  

“America’s exit from Libya ends coalition no-fly zone, military campaign.

“The United States has quietly withdrawn its air and sea assets from Libya and virtually ended its military intervention against Muammar Qaddafi’s armed forces. This action over the weekend exposed NATO and its leading powers Britain and France as badly short of the air and sea capabilities necessary for halting Muammar Qaddafi’s military advances, enforcing a no fly zone over the territory he controls or maintaining a sea blockade on Libyan ports….” [see http://www.debka.com/article/20815/] 

My first thoughts upon our leaders’ reaction over Libya were they don’t know what they are getting us into just because we need oil supplies if and when Iran freezes/seizes all supply routes from Arabia and Gulf – AND we can’t expect Libya’s alliance with Iran, Turkey and Russia to change as it’s already been announced in holy scripture. Did you notice how shambolic were the attempts to rescue our own people? – Messrs Cameron, Clegg and Hague each got egg of their faces!  In my opinion that was their just desserts for having ‘excoriated’ Israel over the ‘prison camp’ of Gaza and for blocking the Turkish flotilla.  Oh I forgot, they didn’t experience the Blitz in London 70yrs ago!

Revelation on Israel for prayer

Dear Friends:

I was awakened at 3 am early this past week by the Lord as my Spirit was troubled as to why the US had agreed to lead a coalition of nations to attack and make war against Libya. In my Spirit I knew there was something far more wicked afoot, but I had no idea what it was. I kept asking the Lord and during the wee hours of the morning I was given revelation and understanding by the Lord.

As you know President Obama chose to ignore the Constitution and seek the approval of Congress before literally going to war against another nation. He sought the permission of the UN and the Arab League, not the US Congress. So far no one is seeking to question his authority, and no one is seeking to impeach him. Nevertheless, what was his true motive, not the obvious one touted by the US media?

The Lord revealed that France and England were the nations who wanted to go into Libya for one reason – oil! Obama wavered but was finally persuaded to lead the coalition. Why? The reason is not only oil, but both England and France have large Muslim populations, and when the war is concluded they must pacify the Muslims or face major problems because they made war against a Muslim nation.

The solution is to offer Israel up as the sacrificial lamb. How? They agreed to go to the UN, probably in September and sponsor a resolution for the UN to create a Palestinian State based on the pre-1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital. Obama will not be leading this, as England and France will appear to be the ones behind it, yet He will agree to vote in favor of the creation of a new Muslim State on the land promised as an everlasting possession to the Jewish people.

Once the resolution is in place, the UN will have the power to sanction Israel if they resist, and finally to organize a military coalition, just like the one that was organized to attack Libya – without Congressional consent to attack Israel and impose their will through military means.

Remember in Zechariah 12:2-3 Scripture prophesied  “Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah [and] against Jerusalem. “It will come about in that day that I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples; all who lift it will be severely injured (torn to pieces). And all the nations of the earth will be gathered against it.”

Notice Scripture says “All THE NATIONS OF THE EARTH WILL BE GATHERED AGAINST IT!”

The UN represents “All the nations of the earth.”

Obama has hatched a plot with the British and French to divide Israel into a tiny nation, completely indefensible, surrounded by enemies seeking her destruction just as prophesied in Scripture.

Notice also in these prophetic verses in Zechariah the fate of the all the nations – “They will be severely injured or torn to pieces.”

Jesus admonished us in Matthew 24:3-4 “See that no one deceives you”. Dear friends, the plot is afoot and we need to pray for God to arise and defend His covenant promises to the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and to pray for mercy for Israel and America. Prophecy is God’s written word, and we are very close to the fulfillment of Zechariah 12:2-3 coming to pass. Arise and pray fervently because if what the Lord revealed to me is true we are headed into very deep and troubled waters.

I revealed this revelation to a close friend, and the next day he sent me an article from World Net Daily saying exactly what the Lord had given me. Then this past week, Glenn Beck confirmed this same thing using a slightly different slant, but giving me a second confirmation. Time is short..Watch and pray.

The Lord’s Perspective:

However, as regards these events (Egypt and Saudi-USA rift) it’s far more important to seek the Lord on any connection to His Word and on how He sees them, and to ask about His plans. In this connection we’d watched the prophetic intercessor Dutch Sheets on this issue.

On 13 January (2011) Nathan Morris was off with ‘flu from the revival meeting in Mobile, Alabama. However, Dutch stood in for him and taught about it being a true revival and become so significant outpouring of the Holy Spirit it would be the start of a ‘Third Great Awakening’. He said this is indicated by an unsurpassed number of medically attested miracles and salvations amongst the young.

Dutch SheetsAfterwards, Dutch went into intercession for a number of nations, but stopped and fervently declared he believed he’d just heard that the Lord is going to move super-naturally across the Middle East with dreams, visions and miracles. He claimed the Lord would be doing what evangelists cannot do in these closed lands and bring whole Muslim villages to salvation in Jesus. [NOTE below]

Dutch’s descriptions reminded me of a vision of holy fire sweeping up the eastern side of Africa from Mozambique (where Rolland and Heidi Baker have brought whole Muslim provinces to Jesus), up to Sudan and Egypt and then into the Arabian peninsula!  Even so, the one who would usurp God’s throne will no doubt get stirred up.  So we shall see…

Suddenly, it was as though I was in orbit over central Africa and saw tall flames leaping high into the atmosphere over the whole of Mozambique and which spread northwards. The Mediterranean coast sat on the curvature of the globe and I saw the flames go along it and across the Sinai peninsular. Upon speaking to Rolland Baker a year or so later, he informed me this vision is similar to that which their director Supresa Sithole had for Iris Ministries.]

Bay of The Holy Spirit Revival

The miraculous healing in Mobile I informed everyone about in early November has now appeared in one of our tabloids Daily Mail, as well as being a hit on YouTube.

It’s especially encouraging to hear Nathan Morris preaching on the blood of Jesus and cross of Calvary. And signs and wonders follow. He’s very fired up with the Holy Spirit’s anointing. His in-depth discussion with Delia Knox about her healing after 22 years paralysis was particularly poignant, and reminded us of Nina’s healing from permanent disability.

Also memorable from the dozens of testimonies were those where terminal cancers were radically corrected – the deaf nun who regained hearing and now ministering in the Spirit – the lady with congenital heart defect who amazed doctors by gaining a third, missing aortal valve! – written medical statement that a woman’s surgically segmented bladder should not be functioning normally! – etc, etc.  Choose from the video archives to see people being healed and heal their testimonies.

A Theological Concern

Sadly, some brethren claim the revival is a deception and miracles are false because Jesus Christ warned against false teachers and that we should guard ourselves against deception.  Paul explained that satan masquerades as a angel of light and can perform miracles (2 Corinthians 11.13-15).

Yes, quite so and we should perform a ‘Berean check’ to ensure actual events align with and are scripturally sound.  BUT let’s be sure to look at whole scripture and not single out odd verses! Check out Matthew 24.24, 2 Thessalonians 2.3 and other New testament letters undoubtedly cover the same theme and events, but read their whole context – the events as described have not quite arrived yet!

Furthermore, Paul clearly teaches that all the counterfeits are accepted by those who are perishing ‘because they refused to love the truth and so be saved’ (2Thess 2.10). Then he writes, ’the Lord is faithful and will strengthen and protect you from the evil one’ (2Thess 3.3).

Also, one needs be careful not to serve the accuser of the brethren in condemning what is of God as being of satan, thereby blaspheming the Holy Spirit – the unforgiveable sin!

Under an intense burden Nathan Morris gave a direct word from the Lord about what is coming upon the world and urging his people to turn their gaze upon Him and thus not be deceived. This Englishman preaches salvation and forgiveness of sin through the blood of the Lamb, Jesus Christ, whom he deeply loves, as does the congregation. According to scriptural definition, therefore, what has been happening in Alabama is not from the evil one – he hates the Blood and the Glorious Presence!!  And how can satan ever preach Christ crucified??

So, let’s keep our eyes upon Jesus…

Since when did a best-selling newspaper devote an editorial in amazement because the anti-Christian BBC is running a 4-part mini-serial about Jesus’ birth? It concludes:

“…Having started the project as a sceptic, the time has now come to believe that the Nativity is a true and wonderful story. As he says in an interview with this newspaper today: “If you accept that Jesus is Son of God, why would you not believe that Mary was a virgin and that God must have had some hand in the impregnation?” Such an absence of cynicism would be refreshing in a modern bishop; it is a delightful surprise coming from a BBC scriptwriter. His four-part drama, to be shown in peak-time slots in the run-up to Christmas Day, is influenced by a belief that the words of Jesus Christ “are the most truthful thing I have ever read”.

Nina and I are pleasantly surprised to find each script follows the gospel fairly closely, even when taking journalistic licence into account. A large slice of the script covers preparations and journey by the magi, thus showing Tony Jordan has taken pains over his work. I liked their expecting a bridge between heaven and earth and explanation of God looking after his Jewish people as would a father – perhaps Jordan’s script will encourage spiritual seekers who’re being called into the Kingdom? Could the magi have had in mind the prophetic visions of their past leader, the prophet Daniel? (Daniel 7.13-14 and 4.9 refer.) For more background see Who Were The Magi? at Koinonia House.

A report just in quotes president “A-madman-jihad” as vowing to “teach the Israelis a lesson” by sending Iranian warships and submarines with Turkey’s next attempt to break the Gaza blockade (see details).

I can understand your not having time to visit links in previous messages – but I humbly submit that this one is instructive. How so? Simply because almost all our highly biased media will omit the necessary explanations and jump on ‘bigots’ bandwagon’.

Caroline Glick, ‘ne plus ultra’ of commentators on Israel & Middle-East according to our Christian analyst at The White House (ie. William Koenig), writes:

 “Our times are times of Jew hatred. Our times are times where hatred breeds strategic madness (my emphases). Our times are times when we need to recall basic truths about Israel and the Jewish people.” [see The Plain Truth About Israel]

One of our own lady journalists, Melanie Phillips, is well aware of the censorship imposed by ‘cultural totalitarianism’ – see Middle East Forum article.

Is the Telegraph our only paper that sees sense? Saturday’s editorial and Charles Moore’s op-ed are excellent:

CLEARLY, the time is almost upon us for us to see the Lord once again fight for his Jewish people, now they’re in the land He promised – especially now that the WHOLE WORLD including UK HAS GANGED UP AGAINST THEM – AND Israel’s military seems to have inexplicably become incompetent !

Let’s recall God’s promise:

“I am going to make Jerusalem a cup that sends all the surrounding peoples reeling…On that day when all nations of the earth are gathered against her (as in the UN?) I will make Jerusalem an immovable rock for all the nations. All who try to (re)move it will injure themselves…” (Zach 12:2-3)

Perhaps He will do this by fulfilling the prophecy He gave against Gaza (ie Philistia) – Ezek 25:15-17 is well worth a personal perusal !!  Maybe that scripture’s fulfillment will also answer Psalm 83?

v2  See how your enemies are astir, how your foes rear their heads.
v3  With cunning they conspire against your people; they plot against those you cherish.
v4  “Come” they say, “let us destroy them as a nation, that the name of Israel be remembered no more”.
v5  With one mind they plot an alliance against you – the tents of Edom (now ‘philistinian’ refugee camps) etc etc

v18 Let them know that you alone are the Most High over all the earth. Amen Lord, answer again.

The above-headed events happened a week ago today, ie. on Wednesday 12th and the morrow, 13th May. Are they connected, can we detect the hand of God?

What happened? Separate newsagency headlines hint at a possible connection –

Israel’s Prime Minister:

Reuters reported a special session of the Knesset wherein PM Netanyahu responded to a heckler by drawing attention to the New Testament’s many references to the Jewish city of Jerusalem –  is intriguing reading.

[NB. One main area of Palestinian Authority (PA) incitement against Israel is the vehement Palestinian denial of any historic Jewish connection to Jerusalem or the Temple Mount!  Such nonsense is apparent from the remarks of PA’s chief negotiator to
Netanyahu’s reply, and who’d committed been ‘unbridled and offensive assaults’ upon rudely abusive to him during the reconvened talks. Debka Special report indicates the
the sterling character of PM Netanyahu.]

Netanyahu offered a comparison between the three Middle-Eastern religions’ scriptures. Reuters writes it was a lesson in comparative religion, but just maybe it could be regarded as implicit official recognition by Israel of the New Testament’s historical accuracy?

Perhaps the Lord may be moving the Jewish nation closer to the prophesied recognition of their true Messiah? Maybe quite soon, “they will look on Me whom they have pierced..”?? (Zechariah 12:10 – and maybe chapter 2’s awesome Word will soon be applied? It’s well-worth reading.

WOW-WOW pls excuse excitement but was about to hit ‘send’ but added this Zech2 bit’ – THEN in comes email advising of rhema word recvd upon awakening this morning> ‘The Best Is Yet To Come’ – why? “because SOON AND VERY SOON THE KING OF KINGS WILL COME…” SO, it IS time for the Bride to be sure she’s getting ready!

United States’ President:

DEBKAfile’s published an ‘exclusive’ headed ‘Obama Turns a New Leaf on Israel’, saying this dashes Palestinian hopes for the imposition of his own solution upon Israel –
see here. He sent his top advisors with a sort of apology to leading American rabbis. Chief-of-Staff Rahm Emmanuel admitted they’d ‘screwed up’ support for Israel and promised they’d work to undo the damage. But shouldn’t Barack Obama himself apologise to the Israeli leaders he insulted?

NB.> This news is so astonishing it must have surprised even Debka analysts because it is diametrically different to their previous strong censure of Netanyahu made only days earlier, as issued in above-mentioned special report!!

Perhaps the Lord is opening Obama up to adopt a fresh perspective? Perhaps even a revelation of His Holy Word? Maybe the sight of what’s massively brewing in M.East has at last shocked some sense into him before it all blows sky high! Even the PA’s Abbas had gone to China on 1st May seeking its help to stop Iran striking Israel through terrorist proxies in Syria-Lebanon because many Palestinians would be killed in the anticipated missile barrage. Reports today indicate Russia is secretly training Iranian Republican Guards to use interceptor missiles as part of major arms deal with Iran, notwithstanding their PM’s promise to President Obama not to sell them!

I recall that PA leader Mahmoud Abbas was the first head of state Barack Obama contacted after his inauguration. Subsequently, commentators began to notice Obama’s extreme anti-Israel bias and support of the PA as though its agent rather than neutral honest broker; eg. his unprecedented bargaining on behalf of PA and insisting Israel bend, concede and obey – velvet glove on one hand – iron fist in the other. (Correct me if I’m mistaken but the PA has never reciprocated, nay cannot guarantee any such on their part.)

Recently, many concluded Obama’s true intent was regime change in Israel. Now, cynics say his Democrats have woken up to the loss of the ‘G-d Vote’ (believing Jewish and Christian voters) and all its treasure chest of dollars! [See here.]

(PS: it transpires Saudi King Abdullah has exerted pressure upon Obama soon after inauguration and extracted his promise to pressurise Israel into returning to pre-’67 status-quo, among other points!!  No wonder America is suffering the application of Biblical ‘terms & conditions’!)

A rapprochement had indeed become evident in early May when a senior advisor to Obama offered detailed clarifications to policy at the Anti-Defamation (ie. of Jewish people) League’s annual conference. At www.watch.org White House accredited journalist Bill Koenig opens his covering weekly Koenig’s Eye View:

“Ironically, no one has done more to accelerate the final-day events than secular Jews in their positions in Washington think-tanks such as the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and the Brookings Institute and their influence on the State Department, the National Security Council and the White House.”

Bill then goes in-depth not only on details given to the ADL but also on those experts’ 2008 policy blueprint, itemising the failure of 5/6 of their key actions! His summary points out,
“In Genesis 12:3 (NKJV), the Lord says of Israel, “I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curses thee.” It was not until the United States started agreeing with the Islamic world and aggressively insisting that the nation of Israel must bow to Islamic demands that terrorism began to take root against America.”

NB.> From his place at the ‘coalface’, our Christian analyst is of the firm opinion:

“Never before have we had so many biblically significant events evolving at such a rapid pace (my emphasis)…it requires a major effort and assistance in an attempt to stay up with them (my emphasis). Only a small percentage of people in the church and a very small percentage of people in the public know of the seriousness of the times…”
(That’s you and me he’s referring to!)

As Ronald Reagan once said, there he goes again. Islam has a prophet; Christianity has a savior, but Judaism has…. the Holocaust. The problem Jews and especially Israelis face, with apologies for having to spell it out, is not so much Holocaust denial as it the slander of the Jewish religion as a whole and the desire to eliminate the Jewish state.

Mr. Obama and his speechwriters should get over their equation of Judaism and Israel with the Holocaust. It is dispiriting to see the 2009 error repeated again three years later.

The widely welcomed speech brought a good response in Lebanon’s election with the defeat of Hizbollah-controlled coalition – but watch out Beirut! And SURPRISE, SURPRISE, in false-anticipation of a Hizbollah victory, Iranian/Syrian-proxy Palestinian terrorists responded in combined Hamas/Fatah/Al-Quada assaults upon Israel’s border, all of which failed.

According to an exclusive report based upon military and security sources, those attacks were only one outcome of Egypt’s intelligence minister meeting with Hamas’ politburo chief, who rejected Obama’s call and refused to call off terror campaign against fellow Palestinians. Also, soon after that meeting came the first ever missile strike from Gaza upon Egyptian security forces.

Far more importantly, it will be well-worth watching how Obama’s plans will connect into the EU’s European Neighbourhood Policy – which, some surmise, is part of the ’70th week’ of Daniel (chpt 9:20-27) that Jesus spoke about in Matthew 24:15. A FlawedSpeech?

May I submit to you that were Obama’s proposals for the seven issues he addressed put on a 3-legged stool, they’d probably collapse.

Why? Like legs upon which his argument was based, three connected claims in his opening remarks are flawed. Hence, the speech has some deceptive inaccuracies and dangerous nuances – even a clear implication of the New World Order’s agenda of multi-faith projects through the Alliance of Civilisations (and the Blair Foundation? – remember his strong connection to the Clinton’s and Hilary’s rebutted/denied previous Bush Admin’s agreement with Israel!).

First, it was sensible to slant a speech towards the mindsets of the Mulsim audience – like St Paul did with the Athenians. But after quoting ‘Be conscious of God and speak always the truth’ from the Koran, Obama said “I will try…to speak the truth…” and closely followed with “I’m a Christian”. IF he really were a believer, wouldn’t he have referred to what Jesus taught about how the truth makes one free?

IF Obama really were aChristian, he would not have firmly declared, as US President in his inaugural address and consequent trip to Europe, that America is no longer and never has been a Christian nation!! The national intercessor and teacher Dutch Sheets said that’s like the stronghold of Goliath mocking God’s people – so maybe there’s a warning here? We believers know God is not mocked!

IF he really were aChristian would he have spoken, as do Muslims, of Jesus as being equivalent to Mohammed??

IF he really were aChristian, then why are many Church leaders gravely concerned?

Rick Joyner writes,“…This new unity in the church is being driven because of foreboding created by the demeanor and laws being passed by the Obama Administration, which seem to be specifically designed to open doors for persecuting the church.”

“As a student of history…”.If Obama really were a well-informed Christian and student of history then he would have told the truth about the founding of Israel, not only in 1948 but also despite fierce Arab riots and attacks against Jewish settlers since 1916, and about the reasons and origins of Arab and Jewish refugees within the Palestine region.

IF he really were a Christian and familiar with history, he would NOT have claimed the foundation of America and its universities were not influenced by God’s word and Christian principles. Whilst on-air, the renowned intercessor Dutch Sheets took great exception to Obama’s gross mistake and quoted from historical records to disprove the President’s claims that America is not and never has been a Christian nation.

Hence, Obama started out from a fundamentally flawed position and those errors affected the whole speech – like a little leaven. What do you think?

Dear Friends,

Buried beneath the daily dross of parliamentary piracy and ‘privilege-to-pilfer’ are momentous events concerning the Holy Land. I’ve kept close tabs with those who monitor Middle-Eastern machinations and watched a maelstrom gather momentum over the months.

Altho’ our gaze as believers is toward heavenly Jerusalem, it’s right not to overlook our God of Israel’s heart for actual Jerusalem and His covenant people. His intention and warning to the nations given through Zechariah (ch 12) still apply – and Ezekiel 38 opposition is moving into alliances. Hence, the world’s continual concern with Jerusalem and Israel.

Today, that storm comes to a climax as Prime Minister Netanyahu meets President Obama to discuss the latter’s 2-state solution for the Middle-East.

You may know that this involved attempts to turn the Arab world and Europe against Israel, and to appease Iran – even to ‘blackmailing’ Israel over its nuclear defence! (It’s reported Obama wanted to be able to use Iran’s territory for supplying US troops in Afghanistan and Pakistan.)

Also, there’s been dismay in Cairo and Riyadh over his courting the terrorist mentors in Teheran. No wonder Egypt and S.Arabia – both kept militarily informed by Israel – and five Gulf emirates turned a deaf ear to Pres. Obama’s secret (and 3rd) delegation seeking hundreds of billions dollars investment in US and global economic stimulus plans! It’s reported, however, that over the weekend a political furore gripped Washington and frayed Obama’s key policies.

The Bush and Obama administrations’ misguided intentions are to establish a terrorist-run nation within the ancient home-land of Judea/Israel. The consequences for USA in betraying its ally Israel could be severe, as when Bush wanted to trade land for peace (as collated by the accredited White House correspondent Wm Koenig). The Lord gave detailed warnings of judgement in Nov ’99 which included not only last year’s collapse of stocks but also the betrayal of Israel by Western allies!

Last week’s papal visit to the Holy Land may result in UN military units (ie. ‘armies of the nations’) in and around Jerusalem. Koenig has also noted that papal pronouncements contrary to God’s purposes for His Land have soon been followed by revelations of sexual scandal within the Roman hierarchy – so wait and watch.

United Kingdom

“Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter days…terrible times will come…” wrote Paul to disciple Timothy. The second letter gave many explicit details, all of which are now common-place – ie. the prophecy is fulfilled in its entirety today!

Could Paul’s reference to the prevention of marriage (at 1Tim4:3) be construed as also meaning any kind of alteration to this God-ordained covenant?

Hence, how entirely appropriate that those who’ve deliberately spurned His requirements and commands in making our laws are themselves now being turned upside down. And, as indicated in Hebrews 12:23-27 could we not expect lots more shaking? Could that visionary map I saw being ripped apart be the political map of England? I wonder…

Let’s remember Psalm 122 instruction, “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem, may they prosper who love you…”, that we may earnestly seek its welfare.

A strong disagreement between two international Christian leaders about the relevance of a scripture to accountability of a controversial evangelist – both of whom Nina and I knew personally through our prayer ministry training and through the Lord enabling her to walk again (see From ‘Disabled’ to Enabled) – led to an awesome personal revelation that prompted me months later to start emailing some friends and church leaders on End-times.

Hence, I began watching events for ‘signs’ and eight years later got an inkling that evil tares are now ripening and asked the Lord about exposing them. His answer kick-started several hundred posts (see Prophecies-Fulfilled hub’s Exposure of Corruption)

Also, in view of anti-Christian events I included some relevant news and one prediction eventually coming to a head in 2024-5, (see Huge God-incidences: part 1 – ‘RT’ and News Takes My Writing Full Circle).

So, as in following copy email, the main points covered in my first writing are.:

Dear Friends – further to Rev’d William Smith’s recent request re Christian Freedom, may I offer some observations upon our times and, in another message, suggest a way forward?

Last year, I encountered two conflicting claims about Jesus’ explanation of the parable on the end-time harvest of wheat and tares (Matt13:36). So I went to check scripture but upon opening my Bible a deep excitement exploded within as I heard, “This is ALL about to be fulfilled” – WOW!!

Hence, my previous remarks about a sifting of the Church – in preparation for a rapid ‘sHifting’? Jesus urged His disciples to look out for and observe signs of the times. Regarding their questions about His return at the end of this Age, the earliest Gospel account has Jesus stressing 7 times, “Watch…be alert…on your guard“ (Mark 13). Matthew 24 reports Jesus saying 4 times, “Watch…and when you see…” followed by the parables of the burglar and of the virgins:> “Don’t be caught napping!” [Is the Church still asleep?] Luke’s account has, “Be always on the watch…” (ch21:36) and chpt 12 (NIV) has sections on watchfulness and interpreting the times. In each Gospel Jesus commands, “Learn the lesson of the fig tree…”. Also, the Apostles went on to give more indicators (Acts 3:20-1, Hebrews 12:26-7, 2 Peter 3, 2 Timothy 3 and the first and second letters to the Thessalonians).

Have you studied or read/heard/given any teaching on this topic lately? So, let’s watch closely what’s happening here and globally. When I’m by a news stand it’s noticeable that the Daily Telegraph is the only paper to headline matters of Christian concern – several within a fortnight recently. Eg. on 6 Feb it broke the news of Nurse Caroline Petrie’s suspension for offering to pray for a patient with front page headline ‘NHS staff face sack if they discuss religion’. (Daily Mail often supports Christians.)

We took exception to this and wrote to N.Somerset PCT saying we were glad their policy wasn’t in effect 3 years ago when Nina was fighting for her life! (I explained it was only because the night-duty nurse prayed that her throat immediately opened and she became peaceful, as shown on her monitor’s read-out.)  So, we’re pleased to learn Caroline has been allowed to return to work, but I’m challenging the PCT’s ‘equality’ stance.

However, this is just one instance of the growing persecution of believers, principally through a policy supposedly promoting toleration but that’s now a tyrannical tool of intolerance – Equality & Diversity. There are other powers of suppression. Even the previous director of MI5 warns about UK sleep-walking into a police state (‘Abject nonsense’ responded a gov’t minister who lives on another planet). Rampant lawlessness now exists not only in society but also within legal authorities – laws not approved by Parliament – ‘snoop and snitch’ culture – correction punished and evil behaviour rewarded – ID cards and routine interception of email and phones – etc etc. Clearly, Banking isn’t the only thoroughly corrupt UK institution.

Let us, however, keep our eyes fixed on Jesus as we await the blessed hope of His glorious appearing. May the Lord bless you and keep you and yours,
