Rewind re. Turkey

Friends – Hold on, are we back to square one?  Well not quite…
.
Despite relatively welcome news in last weeks’ update, whilst tapping out its close I had reservations over the long-term likelihood of matters improving between Turkey and Israel.  This is because the Ezekiel 38 alliance is not ancient but modern, as may be inferred from activities between Russia, Iran, Libya and Turkey.  The last, with Syria, embraces the region of the ancient peoples of Meshech, Tubal, Gomer and Togmarah.
.
For years Turkey and Israel had a good diplomatic relationship, even conducting joint military exercises.  Then last year Turkey’s government sponsored the ill-fated flotilla that tried breaking Israel’s naval blockade of Gaza.  You may recall the fierce attacks by activists on board ‘Mavi Marmara’ upon abseiling, unarmed soldiers?  The media were badly biased against Israel (what’s new), even to the extent of Reuters cropping activists’ weapons out of published photos!

Now, Turkey’s PM Erdogan has stopped the reconciliation because the UN inquiry into those events has ruled upon the legality of Israel’s blockade.  (For brief details see http://www.debka.com/article/21093/)  Recriminations ensued but Western diplomats believe this won’t stop the two countries working together.  Perhaps because Nicolas Sarkozy and Barack Obama are hoping to pull off an Israeli-Palestinian summit in Paris for 2nd Sept?  However, this important development depends upon concluding the Libyan war! (Those who follow developments closely will find an interesting report at http://www.debka.com/article/21091/)

STOP PRESS: (no wonder I’ve had such an unusual heavy feeling in my spirit whilst writing) just in from Mike Evans > In preparation for this summit the ‘Quartet’, comprising  USA, EU, Russia & UN, will meet next week in Washington with the probable purpose of stitching up Israel.  But we shall see sooner or later how the Lord is true to His Holy Word:

Peace talks shelved for 2nd term

Friends – in case you misread the header; ‘Term’, not ‘Time’, is correct – ie. President Obama’s next term in the Oval Office, if he’s elected again.

Before going on holiday I’d considered doing a note upon the Israel-Palestinian situation and the proposals to get United Nations’ recognition of statehood for Palestine.

This morning’s news appears to put a new slant on the resumption of talks for peace.

(A polite reminder: as regards concessions for starting negotiations, there has yet to be any from the Muslim side whereas, after making many offers, the Jewish side drew a line in the sand at continuing the freeze on building homes. During all the many years’ previous discussions this had never been an issue or stumbling block from the Palestinian perspective.)

At long last some sense seems to be starting to emerge in a couple of quarters:

First, despite his strong prejudice against Netanyahu and the Jewish nation and his inordinate bias towards the devious Palestinians, Obama has shown some sense. Many well-seasoned experts knew that proposals for getting serious talks started before the Palestinians approach the UN General Assembly in Sept were well and truly ‘dead in the water’. DebkaFile reports that it is now going under wraps without the involvement of the long-standing host of advisors. Apparently, the top man alone is dealing with everything.

Briefing on intifada intercession

Dear Friends,
For those with whom my email about this weekend’s proposed 3rd Intifada struck a chord, here’s the promised background.  To my mind there are several reasons which, in sum, strongly indicate the issue’s import. 

We’d watched Messianic Rabbi ‘C’ give the Easter Sunday message at Church of His Presence in Mobile.  Amongst much he gave an insight into the wider fulfilment of Jeremiah 31.31-37 ‘new covenant’ by indicating it may include all Abraham’s seed, as hinted at in Genesis chapters 16 & 22. 

Whilst in Gilgal, Israel, a herd of sheep descended a hill towards him and he heard the Lord say, “I am calling My sheep from the nations” and that ‘C’ would be ‘presented’ with what he was to do.  Upon returning to the States he got an email about multitudes on social networks responding to calls for a 3rd Intifada on Israel’s 63rd birthday!  The Lord instructed, “I want you to battle in love – in the opposite spirit – not hate”.  So a media friend helped to launch the video you may have seen (via the link below).

In view of what the Lord has been pointing me towards, I was especially surprised by Rabbi’s message because:

1. He COVERED my prayers about the ‘fall of Islam’ requiring sovereign interventions of the Lord.  When asking the Lord why he’s to that video, he claims the Lord said, “Israel and the Middle-East need to see the miracle-working of God like never before”  (Like in 1967 when they were protected from invasion?) “A bigger one now and they shall get it – it is coming (and) the Church needs to see their prayers being answered, to see this as a testimony.”

2. He CONFIRMED the meditations I’d been led into on retreat on Good Friday at Acorn, here in Bordon. There, I found myself focussing upon the POST-resurrection Emmaus road conversation, particularly “It is the third day since…” (Luke 24.21) and realised the present times are the 3rd day (ie. 3rd millennium, where 1000 years = 1 day; per 2 Peter 3.8).  This rabbi said, “…it’s very important that you know spiritually what time it is. This is so critical – because God is moving quickly – we’re moving into the ‘third day’…”

3. He CONTINUED with that Lucan narrative into the appearances of Jesus, thereby giving a strong scriptural validation of the effects of the Bay of the Holy Spirit Revival.

In another email I’d like to share more details of another aspect of this ‘Resurrection Sunday’ message upon revival in the UK – it will probably surprise you, as it did us!

So I hope you can understand the urgency of this messianic rabbi’s call to pray for the people of the whole region tomorrow through to Saturday.  Perhaps you may be able to join in as and when you can? 

If required, I have a transcript of the pertinent part of the message.

Trusting the Lord will move into the whole situation…

Update on overnight blitz on Israel

Further to last weekend’s news below, rather than have the Israel Defence Force massively attack Gaza once again, a very muddle-minded ‘ceasefire’ has been decided upon.
The opening paras of a detailed Debka report state,
“…Hamas and the Jihad Islami agreed to desist from attacking Ashdod, Beersheba, Ofakim and Netivot, Palmachim and Kiryat Gat, the towns at the outer edge of their range, but permitted to keep up their regular mortar and missile fusillade against the communities abutting on the Gaza Strip.
The IDF agreed to suspend its counter-actions by land, air and sea. Although 17 Hamas commanders had been killed in those 48 hours, Israeli strikes had left intact the Islamists’ capabilities for expanding their attacks as far as Israel’s heartland around Tel Aviv any time they saw fit – as they have done so many times in the past.
The communities not covered by the deal would have to keep on dodging between bomb shelters instead of living normal lives….” [see http://www.debka.com/article/20834/ ]
This comes after non-stop Palestinian missile and mortar attacks from Gaza throughout March, the butchery of 3 young children and parents, a bomb in Jerusalem, and Russia-sourced missile attack upon a school bus, together with various defensive actions by Israel.
 
The IDF actions were particularly aimed at preventing terrorist assaults over Passover (19 April) and there’s wisdom in not making a full military assault in view of the preparations for this holy period.  Even so, from the broader perspective of Israel’s international relations it will be interesting to note if anything significant happens on that date…

The one at the foot of this thread [here] circulates a personal ‘revelation’ about the effect of USA’s handling of the situation in Libya upon Israel, and which I forwarded without comment to brethren here in UK.

My second [here] as follow-up below, refers to how your very top news item in Friday’s Eye View impacted me on that matter.

Am not sure I’d agree with the quoted reason on UK’s entering war with Muslim nation because at least one leading imam called for Gaddafi’s removal, by extreme prejudice, if I recall correctly. And a few years ago a clerical council somewhere in Mideast had to censor him and bring him to heal.

Thank you v much indeed Martin for my early morning post!  Is this be why I’ve been ‘buzzing’ in meditation upon the Lord for the last couple of hours – and most unusually having 6.30am coffee whilst getting it into writing on pc. [Click to read his email to me.] 

Your mail is most timely and, “YES, yes, bang on!”.  In view of its importance I’ll draw attention of friends interested in Israel to it.

Of the whole 12 pages of Friday’s Koenig’s Eye View From the White House only the following ‘Top News’ unexpectedly struck me hard:

“This week had some very revealing statements that Bible believers fully under-stand have biblical significance in Israel and the Middle East. The follow news excerpts reveal that:

European countries want UN, not US, to advance Mideast peace talks (Ha’aretz article)

Britain, France and Germany would like the United Nations and European Union to co-author an Israeli-Palestinian peace agreement, say diplomats…”

My immediate reaction was that this is not only another clear indicator of the US’ rapidly diminishing global role but also, and far more importantly, is directly relevant to the Daniel 7 end-time vision.  Experts think the fourth beast Daniel saw is the ancient Roman Empire brought back to life as the European Union, as suggested by Rev 13:3.  Its three horns that get extracted – and thus rendered powerless!! – and replaced by the pompous little horn would be Britain, France and Germany! (Dan 7:8 & 24)

Also, the email and this news are confirmed by this Debka exclusive report of yesterday headed:  

“America’s exit from Libya ends coalition no-fly zone, military campaign.

“The United States has quietly withdrawn its air and sea assets from Libya and virtually ended its military intervention against Muammar Qaddafi’s armed forces. This action over the weekend exposed NATO and its leading powers Britain and France as badly short of the air and sea capabilities necessary for halting Muammar Qaddafi’s military advances, enforcing a no fly zone over the territory he controls or maintaining a sea blockade on Libyan ports….” [see http://www.debka.com/article/20815/] 

My first thoughts upon our leaders’ reaction over Libya were they don’t know what they are getting us into just because we need oil supplies if and when Iran freezes/seizes all supply routes from Arabia and Gulf – AND we can’t expect Libya’s alliance with Iran, Turkey and Russia to change as it’s already been announced in holy scripture. Did you notice how shambolic were the attempts to rescue our own people? – Messrs Cameron, Clegg and Hague each got egg of their faces!  In my opinion that was their just desserts for having ‘excoriated’ Israel over the ‘prison camp’ of Gaza and for blocking the Turkish flotilla.  Oh I forgot, they didn’t experience the Blitz in London 70yrs ago!

Revelation on Israel for prayer

Dear Friends:

I was awakened at 3 am early this past week by the Lord as my Spirit was troubled as to why the US had agreed to lead a coalition of nations to attack and make war against Libya. In my Spirit I knew there was something far more wicked afoot, but I had no idea what it was. I kept asking the Lord and during the wee hours of the morning I was given revelation and understanding by the Lord.

As you know President Obama chose to ignore the Constitution and seek the approval of Congress before literally going to war against another nation. He sought the permission of the UN and the Arab League, not the US Congress. So far no one is seeking to question his authority, and no one is seeking to impeach him. Nevertheless, what was his true motive, not the obvious one touted by the US media?

The Lord revealed that France and England were the nations who wanted to go into Libya for one reason – oil! Obama wavered but was finally persuaded to lead the coalition. Why? The reason is not only oil, but both England and France have large Muslim populations, and when the war is concluded they must pacify the Muslims or face major problems because they made war against a Muslim nation.

The solution is to offer Israel up as the sacrificial lamb. How? They agreed to go to the UN, probably in September and sponsor a resolution for the UN to create a Palestinian State based on the pre-1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital. Obama will not be leading this, as England and France will appear to be the ones behind it, yet He will agree to vote in favor of the creation of a new Muslim State on the land promised as an everlasting possession to the Jewish people.

Once the resolution is in place, the UN will have the power to sanction Israel if they resist, and finally to organize a military coalition, just like the one that was organized to attack Libya – without Congressional consent to attack Israel and impose their will through military means.

Remember in Zechariah 12:2-3 Scripture prophesied  “Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah [and] against Jerusalem. “It will come about in that day that I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples; all who lift it will be severely injured (torn to pieces). And all the nations of the earth will be gathered against it.”

Notice Scripture says “All THE NATIONS OF THE EARTH WILL BE GATHERED AGAINST IT!”

The UN represents “All the nations of the earth.”

Obama has hatched a plot with the British and French to divide Israel into a tiny nation, completely indefensible, surrounded by enemies seeking her destruction just as prophesied in Scripture.

Notice also in these prophetic verses in Zechariah the fate of the all the nations – “They will be severely injured or torn to pieces.”

Jesus admonished us in Matthew 24:3-4 “See that no one deceives you”. Dear friends, the plot is afoot and we need to pray for God to arise and defend His covenant promises to the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and to pray for mercy for Israel and America. Prophecy is God’s written word, and we are very close to the fulfillment of Zechariah 12:2-3 coming to pass. Arise and pray fervently because if what the Lord revealed to me is true we are headed into very deep and troubled waters.

I revealed this revelation to a close friend, and the next day he sent me an article from World Net Daily saying exactly what the Lord had given me. Then this past week, Glenn Beck confirmed this same thing using a slightly different slant, but giving me a second confirmation. Time is short..Watch and pray.

Last week, Iran’s leader announced that the region’s revolutions are the work of the coming, hidden 12th Mahdi.

“The final move has begun. We are in the middle of a world revolution managed by this dear (12th Imam). A great awakening is unfolding. The removal of America and Zionism from the Middle East will then lead to the global caliphate!  BUT we know the Lord High God’s plans regarding the true messiah, our Lord Jesus.

“With events transpiring at a breathtaking pace in Israel, the Middle East, the United States and the rest of the world, it is becoming extremely challenging keeping up with the weekly news activity.” 

 Also, the potential for President Obama’s impeachment has increased, says a former Speaker of their House of Representatives, because of his sudden announcement  not to uphold the federal Defense of Marriage Act, contrary to his constitutional duty!

Today’s news: ‘Deep US-Saudi Rift’

Dear Friends – did you spot the prophetic parenthesis in my previous ‘news flash’? 

Actually, I’d added the short comment shown below only as an aside to a notification about the Guardian’s ‘Talks Leaks’.  Little did I know the next day everything would start unravelling in Egypt!  Apparently, it was a few days after Mubarak had refused to protect Christians from persecution!  Mind you, the Muslim Brotherhood (the originators of Hamas & Al Quaida) had already stated it would emulate the uprising in Tunisia if its demands were not met.

You may have followed developments in the main media news but missed the concerns over America’s subversive efforts in Egypt and over Obama’s demand that an ally caves in to an uprising despite his hush over Iran’s suppression of democratic dissent.  (In my opinion that’s no surprise in view of the ways he stabbed the only democratic ally in the Mid-East in the back; eg. the offensive way he treated Israel’s PM Netanyahu.)   But more emphatic was the deep consternation of professional commentators over the Obama administration’s seesaw ambivalence.

So, this morning the rebuking of Obama was announced in the Times’ exclusive, front-page headline – ‘Saudis told Obama not to humiliate Mubarak’.  The article suggests the exchange between leaders was more than a slap on the wrist from King Abdullah.  Details revealed by Debka indicate it was more a big cuff behind the ear (http://www.debka.com/article/20650/).

Even so, if Mubarak does step down let’s hope his vice-president Omar Suleiman holds the reins for he’s played an extremely important intelligence and diplomatic role with Israel.  The dangers are in a secret alliance between the Sunni and Shiite extremists manipulating Egypt into a war against Israel. (25 yrs ago, at the height of the Iraq-Iran war, I saw a TV report on their elite forces uniting to rehearse an attack upon Jerusalem!)

Update to…Change The World?

Friends – did a prophetic word pop into my previous mailing? (Also with some intriguing ‘synchronicity’, as below!)  Previously, after having written on a scripture, I didn’t know what to put and thought, “You know all about it Lord, so over to you”. Hence my wording below (now in red).

TODAY, scriptural confirmation has come via John McTernan, with full explanation! Please see today’s posting Elam/Iran in The Latter-Days – it’s engrossing reading, as is his second item Islam vs The Bible.

My previous was relatively brief to avoid taking up a lot of your time. That meant omitting many details, one of which is the reason for the pundits’ alarm. There had been talk of an imperative strike to take out the nuclear reactor. But that had to be executed before it went live to avoid woeful repercussions, as in the ‘Chernobyl incident’. [Over 600 fires in Russia have resurrected the radioactive perils arising from many nuclear incidents – see report.]

The reactor at Bushehr has become operational. On the previous day, Iran test-fired its latest missile (the words “Ya Mahdi” written on its side!), the US ‘reassured’ (!!) Israel that Iran is still a year away from making an atom bomb, and announced the resumption of Israel-Palestinian peace talks. (Debka, however, reported sources close to President Abbas quoted him as saying direct talks were not in the offering because a “big military surprise awaits the Middle East”!!  It’s known that all four armies in the region are on a full war-footing.) Furthermore, Israel’s hands were tied by a secret US-Russian deal!! [Debka report].

SO, presumably Obama thinks he must do something to earn that fatuous Noble Peace Prize endowed at the start of his office! BUT he’s thus tied USA into the Gog-Magog alliance of Russia, Iran, Turkey & Syria, (Ezekiel 38 refers) thereby fully confirming his own anti-Israel stance. (We can draw our own conclusions about the consequences for USA.)

AND HOW VERY INTERESTING that the question of Obama’s being a Moslem has blown up just in time for all these events! (You may recall my reservations on his professed Christianity in view of his Cairo speech and deliberate championing of ‘gay pride’?) The White House say his Christian belief is obvious – some pastors agree – BUT, whether Christian or Moslem, he ignores God’s holy word and His commands – YET, now his administration is turning America away from God and taking it back to ‘the days of Noah and Lot’, perhaps the Lord may be using Obama to bring about His purposes?

Do I sense pieces of the Lord’s biblical ‘jigsaw puzzle’ falling into place? (At this very moment, as I write, my PC radio plays ‘Dies Irae’ (Day of Wrath) from Verdi’s Requiem Mass!! Now is that just coincidence or God-incidence? I’d stopped writing to get a coffee and share my thoughts with Nina before resuming with fresh idea about jigsaw. Had that not happened there’d have been no synchonicity – so I’m awestruck!)

Could This Weekend Change The World?

Stark events this weekend in the Middle East are very likely to mark a turning point in world history. Consider this from John McTernan:

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said,

“You don’t want a messianic apocalyptic cult controlling atomic bombs”, he said. “When the wide-eyed believer gets hold of the reins of power and the weapons of mass death, then the world should start worrying, and that’s what is happening in Iran”. (Sept’10 The Atlantic – The Point of No Return, Jeffrey Goldberg) [See links 4,5 below]

Russian President Putin has caught the West off-balance by announcing that Iran’s first nuclear reactor at Bushehr will be loaded with fuel rods this Saturday, way ahead of the proposed schedule that’s part of UN discussions. [Debka report.]

Once that happens the balance of power in the region tilts completely as all Sunni Muslim States in Persian Gulf will have to turn away from a weak USA and kowtow to an extremist Shiite regime – ONE THAT HAS THREATENED TO ANNHILATE ISRAEL and will have the ability to carry out its intentions and achieve Hitler’s goal far more efficiently and effectively. Both Iran’s President and supreme spiritual leader anticipate an apocalyptic war heralding the appearance of their crescent-moon god’s Mahdi (accompanied by Jesus!) and bringing peace to a world that’s come into the ‘house of submission’.

The good thing about this is that all the rational Sunni Arab leaders are wanting America and/or Israel to take out the facilities (as they did with Iraq’s and Syria’s reactors). But Israel would have to go it alone as Obama wouldn’t commit to action. Debka’s sources report an Iranian phantom fighter and unidentified drones crashing nearby and into the reactor buildings.

Scripture instructs us to pray for the peace of Jerusalem – and that democracy’s leaders need the wisdom of the Lord. Yet perhaps He may take alternative means of action to thwart the maniacs…?

Regarding all this, may I bounce the following off you?

I recall a speaker saying satan is attempting to bring forward End-Time events in order to nullify God’s schedule and thereby wrong-foot God. His logic, perhaps, is to avoid his demise in the Lake of Fire? The revelation Jesus received from God and which He gave to John states that will happen after He returns and defeats satan. Prophecy points to this being centred on Jerusalem and the Jews will at last recognise Jesus as their true messiah.

The obvious way out of this scenario is to ensure there are no Jews whatso-ever left alive for Jesus to come back for and, if Jerusalem is still standing, then it’s population should be followers of a false god. Indeed, Hasan Nasrallah, head of Hezbollah (Party of God!), wants all Jews to come to Israel because that makes it so much easier to despatch them in one fell swoop!! [Hezbollah in Lebanon serves as Iran’s proxy terrorists and is a large part of the Lebanese army.]

NOT IF, BUT WHEN, Iran goes nuclear then the world faces a completely different ballgame. AND with America’s leader…having outraged most Americans over a mosque planned close by the war-cemetry of Ground Zero, then Israel is on its own.

It’s so good to be on the winning side! May the Lord of the Harvest help us quickly bring in ‘the full number of gentiles’.

A report just in quotes president “A-madman-jihad” as vowing to “teach the Israelis a lesson” by sending Iranian warships and submarines with Turkey’s next attempt to break the Gaza blockade (see details).

I can understand your not having time to visit links in previous messages – but I humbly submit that this one is instructive. How so? Simply because almost all our highly biased media will omit the necessary explanations and jump on ‘bigots’ bandwagon’.

Caroline Glick, ‘ne plus ultra’ of commentators on Israel & Middle-East according to our Christian analyst at The White House (ie. William Koenig), writes:

 “Our times are times of Jew hatred. Our times are times where hatred breeds strategic madness (my emphases). Our times are times when we need to recall basic truths about Israel and the Jewish people.” [see The Plain Truth About Israel]

One of our own lady journalists, Melanie Phillips, is well aware of the censorship imposed by ‘cultural totalitarianism’ – see Middle East Forum article.

Is the Telegraph our only paper that sees sense? Saturday’s editorial and Charles Moore’s op-ed are excellent:

S C R I P T U R A L   A S P E C T

CLEARLY, the time is almost upon us for us to see the Lord once again fight for his Jewish people, now they’re in the land He promised – especially now that the WHOLE WORLD including UK HAS GANGED UP AGAINST THEM – AND Israel’s military seems to have inexplicably become incompetent !

Let’s recall God’s promise:

“I am going to make Jerusalem a cup that sends all the surrounding peoples reeling…On that day when all nations of the earth are gathered against her (as in the UN?) I will make Jerusalem an immovable rock for all the nations. All who try to (re)move it will injure themselves…” (Zach 12:2-3)

Perhaps He will do this by fulfilling the prophecy He gave against Gaza (ie Philistia) – Ezek 25:15-17 is well worth a personal perusal !!  Maybe that scripture’s fulfillment will also answer Psalm 83?

v3  With cunning they conspire against your people; they plot against those you cherish.

Israel’s PM points to New Testament – Obama does U-turn!

The above-headed events happened a week ago today, ie. on Wednesday 12th and the morrow, 13th May. Are they connected, can we detect the hand of God?

What happened? Separate newsagency headlines hint at a possible connection –

Israel’s Prime Minister:

Reuters reported a special session of the Knesset wherein PM Netanyahu responded to a heckler by drawing attention to the New Testament’s many references to the Jewish city of Jerusalem –  is intriguing reading.

[NB. One main area of Palestinian Authority (PA) incitement against Israel is the vehement Palestinian denial of any historic Jewish connection to Jerusalem or the Temple Mount!  Such nonsense is apparent from the remarks of PA’s chief negotiator to
Netanyahu’s reply, and who’d committed been ‘unbridled and offensive assaults’ upon rudely abusive to him during the reconvened talks. Debka Special report indicates the
the sterling character of PM Netanyahu.]

Netanyahu offered a comparison between the three Middle-Eastern religions’ scriptures. Reuters writes it was a lesson in comparative religion, but just maybe it could be regarded as implicit official recognition by Israel of the New Testament’s historical accuracy?

Perhaps the Lord may be moving the Jewish nation closer to the prophesied recognition of their true Messiah? Maybe quite soon, “they will look on Me whom they have pierced..”?? (Zechariah 12:10 – and maybe chapter 2’s awesome Word will soon be applied? It’s well-worth reading.

WOW-WOW pls excuse excitement but was about to hit ‘send’ but added this Zech2 bit’ – THEN in comes email advising of rhema word recvd upon awakening this morning> ‘The Best Is Yet To Come’ – why? “because SOON AND VERY SOON THE KING OF KINGS WILL COME…” SO, it IS time for the Bride to be sure she’s getting ready!

United States’ President:

DEBKAfile’s published an ‘exclusive’ headed ‘Obama Turns a New Leaf on Israel’, saying this dashes Palestinian hopes for the imposition of his own solution upon Israel –
see here. He sent his top advisors with a sort of apology to leading American rabbis. Chief-of-Staff Rahm Emmanuel admitted they’d ‘screwed up’ support for Israel and promised they’d work to undo the damage. But shouldn’t Barack Obama himself apologise to the Israeli leaders he insulted?

NB.> This news is so astonishing it must have surprised even Debka analysts because it is diametrically different to their previous strong censure of Netanyahu made only days earlier, as issued in above-mentioned special report!!

Perhaps the Lord is opening Obama up to adopt a fresh perspective? Perhaps even a revelation of His Holy Word? Maybe the sight of what’s massively brewing in M.East has at last shocked some sense into him before it all blows sky high! Even the PA’s Abbas had gone to China on 1st May seeking its help to stop Iran striking Israel through terrorist proxies in Syria-Lebanon because many Palestinians would be killed in the anticipated missile barrage. Reports today indicate Russia is secretly training Iranian Republican Guards to use interceptor missiles as part of major arms deal with Iran, notwithstanding their PM’s promise to President Obama not to sell them!

I recall that PA leader Mahmoud Abbas was the first head of state Barack Obama contacted after his inauguration. Subsequently, commentators began to notice Obama’s extreme anti-Israel bias and support of the PA as though its agent rather than neutral honest broker; eg. his unprecedented bargaining on behalf of PA and insisting Israel bend, concede and obey – velvet glove on one hand – iron fist in the other. (Correct me if I’m mistaken but the PA has never reciprocated, nay cannot guarantee any such on their part.)

Recently, many concluded Obama’s true intent was regime change in Israel. Now, cynics say his Democrats have woken up to the loss of the ‘G-d Vote’ (believing Jewish and Christian voters) and all its treasure chest of dollars! [See here.]

(PS: it transpires Saudi King Abdullah has exerted pressure upon Obama soon after inauguration and extracted his promise to pressurise Israel into returning to pre-’67 status-quo, among other points!!  No wonder America is suffering the application of Biblical ‘terms & conditions’!)

A rapprochement had indeed become evident in early May when a senior advisor to Obama offered detailed clarifications to policy at the Anti-Defamation (ie. of Jewish people) League’s annual conference. At www.watch.org White House accredited journalist Bill Koenig opens his covering weekly Koenig’s Eye View:

“Ironically, no one has done more to accelerate the final-day events than secular Jews in their positions in Washington think-tanks such as the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and the Brookings Institute and their influence on the State Department, the National Security Council and the White House.”

Bill then goes in-depth not only on details given to the ADL but also on those experts’ 2008 policy blueprint, itemising the failure of 5/6 of their key actions! His summary points out,
“In Genesis 12:3 (NKJV), the Lord says of Israel, “I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curses thee.” It was not until the United States started agreeing with the Islamic world and aggressively insisting that the nation of Israel must bow to Islamic demands that terrorism began to take root against America.”

NB.> From his place at the ‘coalface’, our Christian analyst is of the firm opinion:

“Never before have we had so many biblically significant events evolving at such a rapid pace (my emphasis)…it requires a major effort and assistance in an attempt to stay up with them (my emphasis). Only a small percentage of people in the church and a very small percentage of people in the public know of the seriousness of the times…”
(That’s you and me he’s referring to!)

Dear Reader – further to my previous, yet more events seem to indicate the prophetic word to Lance Lambert on 18 April as being from the Lord.

£/Euro/US Finances

Immersed in the deluge of Polling Day’s reports one’s attention could easily miss mention of a massive dip on US stock market, which ‘baffled Wall Street’, and the White House even suspected sabotage (see attached from in-house Christian correspondent Bill Koenig)! And last weekend all European leaders’ attention was firmly fixed upon our dire financial situation.

Interesting to note that Greece, the foundational state of western civilization, is being hammered – could this be connected to the European and American rejection of the God of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob? ALSO, seven weeks ago America’s foundational states in New England had exceptionally severe storms with parts of Rhode Island & Massachusetts declared as disaster areas whilst the latter’s senator was talking to Israel’s enemy, Syria. AND in Washington, president Obama had not only insulted PM Netanyahu during his visit but also refused to recognise Israel’s claim to Jerusalem as its capital – contrary to the Lord’s foundational choice!

Gulf of Mexico Oil-Spill

In his latest weekly report Bill Koenig makes most intriguing comments upon BP’s historic role, viz:

  • “The Anglo-Persian oil company that became British Petroleum in 1954 pressured the League of Nations and the British government to back off on their commitment to the Balfour agreement; thus, Israel received a small percent of the land intended for it.
  • At the time of the Balfour Agreement (1917), the saying was “the sun never set on the British empire” because they had so much land worldwide. Today, the British have lost control of the same percentage of land that they had reneged on with Israel in the Balfour agreement.
  • The Exxon Valdez accident happened less than 48 hours after George H.W. Bush and James Baker opened talks with the Palestinians on March 22, 1989. The Valdez accident began late the night of March 23 with the first spill at 12:05 a.m. on March 24.
  • The Horizon spill in the Gulf of Mexico began on April 20 — at the very time Obama’s team was pressuring Israel to restart talks.
  • The two largest oil spills in U.S. history corresponded to U.S. actions on Israel’s covenant land. They have also caused America to forego more offshore exploration and become even more reliant on rogue nations for oil.

…Barack Obama may have to answer for the millions in campaign contributions he’s taken from the oil and gas giant [BP] over the years …”

Peace in Middle East?

‘Co-incidentally’ to Lance Lambert hearing from the Lord, on 18 April Iran’s president again voiced his implicit intentions of completing Hitler’s ‘final solution’:

“The Zionist regime is on its way to collapse. This regime is the main instigator of sedition and conflict in the region,” the Iranian president added. “This is the will of the regional nations that after 60 odd years, the root of this corrupt microbe and the main reason for insecurity in the region be pulled out … Its supporters and creators ought to stop backing it and allow the regional nations and the Palestinians to settle things with them…”

It’s worth noting, therefore, that the Icelandic volcano spread ashes over northern Europe during Holocaust Remembrance Week 11-18 April !!

Europe and two Daniels

Dear Readers – most Britons either love or loathe the EU, but whatever’s it got to do with the Book of Daniel?
 
Briefly, from Daniels’ vision of four beasts (chapter 7) it’s commonly believed the last beast represents the Roman empire revived but in a very novel form. The interpretation given to Daniel was, “The fourth beast…shall be different from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, trample it and break it in pieces…” (Dan 7:23-27). Hence, the Lord’s watchmen are keenly observing the developments and global aspirations of the EU.
 
Some pointers since my previous:
 
> Solana’s letter about Pres Obama’s Cairo speech was immediately followed by his visiting the M East and meeting Israeli Pres. Shimon Peres, who tried to engineer a new, different settlements solution for meeting Obama’s stipulations. BUT he was given a huge slap-down by Israeli MPs for stepping outside his presidential powers.
 
> Peres has for a long time been a loose cannon with a personal agenda of moving towards the ‘new world order’, expedited by top-level European and international contacts.
 
> Solana then conferred with a Hizbollah MP in Lebanon over disarmament, thereby giving that terrorist party its first high level meeting with the chief of European foreign policy (see link 1 below for details).
 
> Upon returning to Europe, Solana gave a lecture upon his vision of “how to organise a globalised world”.In concluding he stated, “the Lisbon Treaty…will be the most direct, powerful response from Europe to the new shaping of the world.(!!) And it will ensure the right place for Europe in it.” (2)
 
> He comments upon huge financial problems outside and upon the Eurozone, “..There is no doubt that how we shape the reaction (emphasis mine) matters from an economic point of view”. And on this shaping, Obama had strongly hinted at the G20 summit that financial policies would be have to be implemented globally – so things are already happening behind the scenes. And the Apocalyptic beast will have exceptionally drastic financial powers whereby only those with its mark may sell and buy (Rev 13:16-18)
 
 
At least one of our MEPs, Daniel Hannan, may be near the truth of these EU matters..”British voters must be denied their general election so Eurocrats can have their Treaty…lack of democracy in Brussels…has spilt over into its constituent nations. In order to make an undemocratic system work, they too must become less democratic…” (emphases mine) Is this why we have an unelected PM and unelected Deputy PM, who wants to abandon Sterling for the Euro?? Dangerous days…watch out…

Interestingly, yet again Solana is due to retire from his EU-post in October – but will he? (4)
