Political common-sense emerges on Islamist threat

The Times front-page headline on a major speech Prime Minister Cameron is making today:

The Times Monday 20 July 2015

“When they say that these are wronged Muslims getting revenge on western wrong- doing, lets remind them: from Kosovo to Somalia, countries like Britain have stepped in the save Muslim people from massacres. It’s groups like Isil, al-Qaeda and Boko Haram that are the ones murdering Muslims….etc.”  [Murdoch papers require subscription.]

The PM’s announcement is long overdue in view of nationwide reaction to last month’s appalling massacre of 30 British holidaymakers in Sousse, Tunisia (see Wikipedia), and the fact that Islamists declared war on the West a long time ago! He is delivering upon his statement in the House of Commons after Sousse for the UK to be “intolerant of intolerance”. (NB: Contemporaneous killings were committed in France and Kuwait too – see The West’s war against Jihadi terrorism is just beginning.)

In his citing events from the 1990s caused by maniacal Muslims, I’m sure Cameron is well aware it’s been periodically endemic since the foundation of their religion in the Dark Ages. An insight into a global satanic strategy covered that historic fact in depth a few months ago. There, we looked at the cause of the Medieval crusades as a reaction to Muslim violence – not vice versa! – and how warped thinking poisoned the Greek-based mind-sets of liberals.

In addition to those earlier facts I’d also refer the PM to the total estimated murders by Muslims since 9/11: over 26,400! (The Religion of Peace database.)  BUT this may be undercounted and need doubling, as determined by the BBC’s ‘thorough analysis’.

Winston Churchill foresaw of the danger of militant Islam in 1899! His trenchant opinion, based upon personal military service in The Sudan, speaks with great insight and I quote only the portion pertinent to this post.::

“…Far from being moribund, Mohammedanism is a militant and proselytizing faith.   1. Churchill’s criticism spread wherever he found fault, including the British high command!
  2. I know many Muslims (eg. medical staff) who are a jewel in humanity and, therefore, totally unlike those deranged extremists.

It was fascinating after my references last week (here and here) to the 7/7/05 terrorist attack to watch a brief video Three things we learnt from the head of GCHQ by Charles Moore on Saturday. He says,

“7/7 was THE key moment for GCHQ because it really woke them up –  plus the fact British citizens were involved on our own soil;

“And secondly, that it was the world of the internet and, of course, this is the prime group of communications that  GCHQ deals with.

“And so they had to crack the DNA of that and suddenly moved into gear and got on top of these networks – this was water if you like, in which the terrorists swim.

The textual version of this unprecedented interview with GCHQ’s departing director Sir Iain Lobban reads:

‘On 7/7, the day in July 2005 when British Islamists blew themselves and others to pieces on a London bus and Tube, some staff were playing frisbee on this grass. As the news came through, people rushed out and told them to stop. This was the shocking day – “I remember the nausea,” says Lobban. It was also the moment GCHQ had to seize: “It was about the internet. We started to identify the DNA of the networks the terrorists used.”

‘One lesson of 7/7 was speed. Lobban leads me to the “24/7/365” area, in which small 12-hour shifts monitor GCHQ systems and news bulletins. Through something called Action On, they can act so quickly and freely…’

Detail from Eagle-eyed by John Mark LongMajor news items surfaced last week that relate directly to recently received prophetic words (updated 10th July as below):

1. Security (Cindy Jacobs, 26 June; as in this post)

Cindy emailed:

This is what I am hearing: “There is an another attack on the scale of 9/11 being planned!” As I prayed to pinpoint how to intercede, I immediately heard these words: “Close the gates! All borders must be closed to terrorists and those who would aid them.” This includes all airport customs checkpoints, as well as border crossings.

July 4th Daily Telegraph’s banner headline Body searches at British Airports was based upon the previous day’s announcement that smartphones will be confiscated if they’re uncharged when presented at pre-boarding security checks.

That broadsheet edition is more extensive in the online version. Of particular interest to this blog is security editor Tom Whitehead’s coverage of US comments:

‘Beefed-up security at airports with direct flights to the US was requested by America’s secretary of Homeland Security. The move underlined growing White House unease at the apparent failure of the UK and other European countries to stop young Muslims heading to Syria and Iraq to join Islamist Groups. The US government said there was a “real-time” and “credible” threat.’

NOW that’s exceptionally hypocritical because POTUS Obama ordered the removal of  references to Islamist terrorism in all US security forces’ training manuals. Thus, their full recognition of their nation’s principal threat and its modus operandi was seriously hampered. Eg: the shenanigans surrounding the murderous, military-style assault at Fort Hood.

The Telegraph editor then cites one of many leading critics against their president’s potty security policy and whose excellent articles I’ve regularly read, Frank Gaffney…

‘…a former assistant secretary of defence under President Reagan and founder of the Centre for Security Policy think-tank, said Europe was, “reaping the whirlwind” of its policies on domestic Islamists. Neither Britain nor Europe nor the US have come to grips with the nature of the enemy we’re up against…the Western jihadists in Iraq and Syria have guns and they learned how to practise violent jihad and they’ll be returning with that knowledge”.’

All our lack-lustre, less than mediocre politicians in their ignorance and contempt for religious beliefs have fallen for the deliberate deception encouraged in Islamic doctrine known as taqqiya. This has blinded them to reality and failure to protect the nations.

So, thank you Nick for asking if my posting Cindy’s email on 28th June may be related to the crackdown – AND most interesting that it happened during Urgent ‘777’ Prayers and the day before US Independence Day!!

2. Child Abuse (Part 2 of Prophetic Word June 2014)

In that Glasgow Prophetic Centre document, under ‘Justice & Children’, we read:

God is moving with righteousness and justice towards children. Scandals will be exposed, even within social services, education, the judiciary and the police. There will be nowhere to hide, even amongst the most wealthy and influential… (emphases added)

When everyone thought the furore over two once-famous celebrities being predatory sex-abusers was confined to the entertainment industry, yet another scandal broke concerning politicians over the loss of an incriminating dossier left with a previous government.

Again, news broke just before 4th July. Telegraph report of that date, Child abuse files were dismissed as fantasies of a deluded man, opens as follows,

‘To MPs and Westminster journalists in the early 1980s, the disclosure that a dossier alleging an Establishment paedophile ring was presented to Leon Brittan, then home secretary, comes as no surprise.’

Today’s news reads,

‘Downing Street has stood by the appointment of Baroness Butler-Sloss as the head of an inquiry into allegations of an establishment cover-up of child abuse, as it emerged her brother was accused of a “white-wash” over a paedophile diplomat.’

UPDATE: at foot of broadsheet’s front-page, Abuse inquiry head ‘too establishment’.

This exposure is part of the ‘shaking’ that the Lord has started and, unwholesome as it is, this news vindicates the declaration of prophetic words and strongly encourages all believers who appreciate the prophetic gifting.

I have to smile at a reader’s unbelieving response to Tony Puccio’s re-blog of this part of the prophetic words because an author was of the opinion that a certain theology had to be engaged before one could fully consider a word.

It’s a great shame believing Christians circumscribe what our Lord can and should do, thereby limiting Him and how they may be more fully blessed. They simply give an ear to, and even act on behalf of, the Accuser of the brethren.

Which, my reader, do you think should take precedence? Man’s ideas of God and how He works, ie. theology; or a word direct from God to His people, ie. prophecy?  (Note, this is not to deny the necessity of checking prophecy against scripture.)

Did my triple warning about Iran affect WordPress connections?

Publishing this and the previous post proved arduous. In telling why, it may cross your mind I could be getting a tad paranoid – but actually it’s funny; yet perhaps there’s a grain of truth buried away here…

Was what I was trying to write about so revelatory that another ‘invisible hand’ came in causing chaos to connections?? Perhaps it’s not such a daft idea, you know.

Guess what I was writing about the previous time this happened! The very same topic – Iran, and its leaders’ policy to bring about their notion of End-Times!!  Oh, that’s just a coincidence. Well, what are the odds of such a cross-connection between two lots of technical trouble; in addition to the other oddities that occurred recently?

For the record these are the previous posts: Joel Rosenberg’s Iran leader: We must prepare for the ‘End-Times’, my Iranian leader’s End-Times declaration which appeared after Sharanelle Clark’s Getting ready for His return. (For anyone wishing to check my   claims see my original support request and covering mammoth one of 373 posts.)

HA…in hindsight it really is amusing. Fortunately, I’d started drafting on Monday but noticed links were taking several seconds longer than normal to connect and load on-screen. The next day, however, when writing about the three times on which I’d written about Iran and Jerusalem the new paragraphs were lost as the system failed to save. It seemed doing that caused my connection to crash.  So it became an arduous and time-consuming task to get the additional material completed because I couldn’t check what was actually getting saved onto the server. It was as though another invisible hand had started playing mayhem with UK internet connections to WordPress servers to the great annoyance of users (see today’s support forum).

Yet when it was published late Tuesday afternoon my stats shot through the ceiling to almost double the daily average. Thank you readers and visitors. If you’ve not yet had opportunity to read it then here’s the link > The Invisible Hand re-appears!

This is to advise readers a number of intransigent issues persist in hampering and even preventing bloggers in UK using WordPress because of UK ISP connection difficulties.   Over a week ago I was unable to reblog or comment on another’s WP blog. Also, it kept logging me out as I switched between editing and viewing screens.  WP users may be able to read details on this Support Forum thread of over 260 posts from 60 users Unable to load web page because server sent no data.

It certainly seems this is related to live software development in meeting PM Cameron’s objectives of countering internet porn, to the detriment of regular bloggers and users. In addition there may be an issue over TalkTalk’s use of Chinese filtering system, as reported by the BBC yesterday: Chinese firm Huawei controls net filter praised by PM.

WordPress access has previously been blocked by China and afflicted by hackers, as reported by BBC here.

Hope we may be up and running properly next week, maybe Monday hopefully 🙂

In all this, three facts point to the ignored core issue and to the truth of scripture. These are: 1. people deny their sin, thereby making God a liar and repudiating what Jesus did for them on the Cross (1John 1:8-10)  2. many believers are unclear, confused and even deceived (2Tim 3, Matt 24) 3. the underlying role of the EU in this confirms its link with the ‘end of days’ messianic vision in Daniel 7 (see Cranmer).
Behind those facts (not to mention hatred of righteous expression and twisting of many definitions!) one can discern the source and strategy outlined in Revelation 13. Oh by the way, the technology for implementing the Mark of the Beast (666) is ready and waiting! (John McTernan 666 Surveillance System, updated with more items including Britain’s superdrone.)

PLEASE SEE PREVIOUS POST’S FINAL PARAGRAPHS RE: ‘precautions against being caught napping during holy days (now) good intel’ alerted and activated the military’. LITTLE DID I KNOW about those revelations published on THE VERY SAME DAY (Thursday) in The Times of Israel.

[After circulating an email version of that post to friends, a couple of them immediately queried the Mike Evans’ report with me because they’d heard such reports are unfounded rumours! Upon re-checking my remarks, however, my confidance in Mike’s information was reassured because other sources could corroborate him.]

Historically significant week for the Middle East

This brief update is offered in case you may be unaware of developments in the Middle-East. Those who relish detail will enjoy getting their teeth into Bill Koenig’s chronology of events from a perspective of US-Israel relations, Eye-to-Eye: Week of 9-11-12. It has  a brief overview. (Also see recent post about his Alert anticipating trouble according to cyclic theory.)  Here’s my update:

An unprecedented ‘armada’ of American, British and French naval power is focusing once again upon protecting the Strait of Hormuz (see Telegraph) – this separates the Persian Gulf from the Gulf of Oman, as in map below.

Barnabas Fund reports growing concern for Christians in countries rocked by violent protests against an offensive movie trailer on Mohammed. According to a number of experts, however, it’s a pretext for Islamist action on several fronts – eg. Raymond Ibrahim and Caroline Glick, here and here respectively.  [NB: see update below on investigation into possible terrorist involvement in production of this video in order to commit an outrage.]

Solid grounds for this conclusion as regards the attack in Libya are given in a press release by the London counter-extremism think-tank Quillam Foundation. (Quillam’s founder, ex-hardline Islamist Maajid Nawaz, gives a most informative interview in The Counter Islamist. Their website explains how they are working to change attitudes.)

Also, Mudar Zahran, a Palestinian writer and Jordanian academic resident as political refugee in the UK, reports upon the ‘textbook Islamist’ who ignited the rage by running an Egyptian tv show about the movie. (Thank you Tembisa at World Chaos.) Also, The Telegraph reports that this presenter’s,

inflammatory chat show on satellite television has long prided itself on baiting liberals, Christians and Jews, but last week saw Sheikh Khalid Abdullah stage the broadcasting controversy of a lifetime.

In view of all the hysteria, however, there’s been a news blackout in mainstream media about two places – Sinai and Israel.

Debka reported on Friday and Sunday fierce Al-Qaeda led military attacks in Sinai, one of which was against the 1000+ Multinational Force’s camp established to monitor the 1979 Egypt-Israel peace treaty. There, a Colombian battalion protected Americans. Then on Monday I received an email from Mike Evans stating,

“I have received an email from a friend and supporter of the Jerusalem Prayer Team who lives in Jerusalem with an urgent message about massive troop movements underway in Israel. The scale of the mobiliz-ation is like nothing this family has seen in more than twenty years in the Jewish state.”

There have been a number of such reports, which may be disinformation, or as some well-meaning folk think – a hoax!  It may be that Israel was taking precautions against being caught napping during the Rosh-Hashanah holy days. However, news of a ‘snap military exercise’ in the Golan Heights did at last surface yesterday morning in a Debka ‘exclusive’ and later in The Telegraph.

Today, we learn about enemy troops moving into the territory across Israel’s northern border, ie. Iran is pouring troops into Syria to bolster Assad and thereby threaten Israel (as here). Link both ‘blackout’ news items with the supposed ‘hoax’ and we can tell that good intel’ had alerted and activated the Israeli military – there’s no smoke without fire!

Events are proceeding at breakneck speed!

Update 27/9: Former member of the Muslim Brotherhood, Walid Shoebat, claims on his blog that the offensive video trailer was, in all likelihood, produced as a terrorist scam. This renowned peace activist arrives at that conclusion after examining contradictions and falsehoods within the media accounts, plus his own previous investigations into the characters and his connections in and direct knowledge of the Middle-East. There are far too many facts that can’t be married up!

Post-script to Update 3 – Iranian threats widen in scope

Further to the ‘latest’ news at the foot of yesterday’s post,  the Telegraph’s executive foreign editor and Middle-East expert Con Coughlin reports today that Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Iran’s Supreme Leader, has ordered the country’s Revolutionary Guards to intensify its campaign of terror attacks against the West and its allies.

Let’s not kid ourselves that Khamenei is just a ‘mad-mullah’ – he did give the ‘rationale’ behind this decision. Here it is: this is simply in retaliation for supporting the overthrow of President Bashar al-Assad in Syria! See, there is a ‘reason’!  Coughlin reports that;

…he gave the order to the elite Quds Force unit following a recent emergency meeting of Iran’s National Security Council in Tehran held to discuss a specially-commissioned report into the implications for Iran of the Assad regime’s overthrow.  Damascus is Iran’s most important regional ally, and the survival of the Assad regime is regarded as vital to sustaining the Iranian-backed Hizbollah militia which controls southern Lebanon.

Apparently,

…he concluded that Iran’s national interests were being threatened by a combination of the U.N. sanctions imposed over Iran’s nuclear programme and the West’s continuing   support for Syrian opposition groups attempting to overthrow the Syrian government.

Intelligence officials say the report concludes that Iran “cannot be passive” to the new threats posed to its national security, and warns that Western support for Syrian opposition groups was placing Iran’s “resistance alliance” in jeopardy, and could seriously disrupt Iran’s access to Hizbollah in Lebanon.

The extent of Iran’s support for the Assad regime was exposed earlier this month when 48 Iranians were captured and taken hostage by Syrian opposition fighters…(it’s said they) include senior Revolutionary Guard  officers (who) claimed they were conducting “reconnaissance missions”,  and their capture by Syrian opposition fighters was deeply embarrassing for Tehran,

Well at least this latest lunacy is not because of what Israel may or may not be up to. If the Iranians simply cannot remain passive in the face of provocation, why should one expect the Israelis to stay passive, especially when faced with explicit declarations of extirpation?
