Another American blogging-buddy, R.J. Dawson, brings clarification upon the nature of true Christian discipleship and a sifting that, in my opinion, reinforces the scholarship which greatly excited me as well as confirming my opinion (Isaiah 50:4 Gem: Bride of Christ’s own Resurrection at Pentecost?) – “Combining what has been said so far, the church is the body of the Messiah. The means of entering this body is Spirit baptism. Hence, the church was born when the ministry of Spirit baptism began. Apart from Spirit baptism, the church cannot and does not exist; and since Spirit baptism began in Acts 2:1-4, that is also when the church began. Therefore, the birth of the church is the fulfillment of Shavuot.” (Dr Arnold Fruchtenbaum)

Noteworthy that ‘High Plains Drifter’ Tim Shey, has added suitable scriptures to his re-posting Tony in Tucson’s dream Follow The Cloud, especially as I often cite John 3:8 as being my ‘lead’-verse – AND yet another personal confirmation on the Pentecost experience in his blog’s title’s scripture:

“The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.” (John 3:8)

“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.” (Romans 8:14)

“Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.”  (2 Corinthians 3: 6)

Word of Discernment: Defeating the spirit of division and securing the Throne of Unity

On Pentecost Sunday Abel Praise published the following, which resonates with and confirms my reaction to an author saying “Unity doesn’t trump truth. Never has, never will” in response to a comment on his denigrating ‘The UK Blessing’. I reminded both persons of Jesus’ own prayer and the reason behind it, which should be acceptable to all His followers: 

“I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.” (John 17:20-23)

 

DEFEATING THE SPIRIT OF DIVISION AND SECURING THE THRONE OF UNITY AT THE TIME-GATE FOR THE OUTPOURING

A few days ago (25th May) Veronika West posted This WORD From The LORD;

This is very striking and timely as we stand at the Time-gate of Pentecost 2020; and the disorder that the enemy is attempting to stir up in the USA.

In 2015; while on a prayer assignment; The LORD began to speak to me concerning a significant throne contending in the nations (which) I was made to understand as the ‘Throne of Division’. In a vision in 2015 I saw a black horse; The LORD told me; this is the beast that contended against the revival that was taking place in Asuza street. I saw attempts to take this beast down and I would see strokes of the sword aimed at it, but its body seemed so tough.

In that vision and in the course of that assignment, I was shown that it was wounded; but as at yet not taken out. Over the years in seeking and walking with The LORD in understanding the Kingdom’s road-map for the defeat of this beast; one key thing I understood was it stood in sharp conflict with the operations of Peace that is the instrument The LORD uses to unite The Kingdom-minded to accomplish predestined tasks for the advancement of The Kingdom.

Its major goal is division through many wicked operations. Over the last few years; I have seen this strike at very significant times. In 2016; when The Body of Christ anticipated a great and significant time of Pentecost, whose date was such that the dates of Pentecost on The Jewish Calendar and The Church Calendar were one; being 12th June 2016; was the very day tragedy struck: and there was the shooting at the Orlando gay club and fifty people died – the name attributed to that work of division is ‘homophobic’. Fifty, an extremely significant number for Pentecost; the enemy orchestrated to take lives; tantamount to enforcing a sacrifice to wield the authority of life to re-entrench its work of darkness.

I can literally speak of chaos that sprang up in many ways; and fiery darts that attacked Kingdom alignments at different levels, even on international levels, that was designed to accomplish Kingdom-ordained assignments.

Four years later, being 2020, and days before what’s believed to be another significant Pentecost season, another tragedy strikes; yet with the count of a life lost for no just cause; unjustifiable in all ways – the very sad loss of George Floyd – the name attributed to that work of division is ‘racism’. There are many more works that this spirit of division attempts to accomplish.

In the Body Of Christ – the name attributed to that work of division is the sect of ‘denominationalism’ [RB: demon-nationalism]. The underlying operations of this is to sow discord through conflicting ideologies at different levels; inflaming tensions through strife. It’s right there setting fire on a white-black ideology; pentecostal-cessationist ideology; its the same spirit talking on both sides of its mouth because for so long it had gained and wielded what should have been the throne of unity that accomplishes the task of establishing righteous relationships and alignments among individuals, families, the Church and nations; and this perverse spirit has stood at this gate that should have birthed unity and worked the wickedness of tearing the fabrics of society apart; to disrupt the buildup of relationships and circumstances that accomplishes The Will Of The LORD.

There’s a lot more than meets the eyes; the white-black ideology; the republican-democrat ideology; and all the mess going on (it) is the same, the two-tongued spirit empowering these to create disorder so that the purposes of The LORD don’t gain the right alignment on earth; so we can build and be built as it is in Heaven.

Are there wrongs on all sides? Obviously. At what point does Truth and perceived perception of innocence and justice find a balance in the scales? It begins at the point where we begin to stand before The LORD and repent for every way we have stood in alignment or agreement with the works of the spirit of division and its two-tongued venom in its terrible mission over our lives, relationships, churches, nations, and all that is part of our societal structure.

Do we demand justice? Absolutely; he who demands justice stands on the scale while he places his demands for justice. The brother you perceive you have a disagreement with may have listened to the second part of the two-tongued spirit of division and is just in the state as being misled as you. Intercede on his behalf.

After this; begin to reestablish The Authority of The LORD JESUS CHRIST and HIS Peace over all that concerns you; your relationships, The Church, Your Cities, Your Nations. For we must first establish the Authority of The LORD JESUS CHRIST as The Prince Of Peace over us; before we can be led by HIS Peace.

Does this answer all questions? Well, one thing is clear, if we can be disentangled from all the agreements, alignment, influence, intentionally or not, from the workings of this spirit of division; and intentionally establish The Authority of The Prince of Peace; The LORD JESUS CHRIST over our affairs; we would begin to experience The Leadership of The LORD in these matters and The LORD would drive us as long as we need to arrive at HIS Peace that passeth all understanding. As for me, in the midst of all the chatter, I denounce the voice of the two-tongued spirit of division.

Psalm 133:1-3: Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron’s beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments; As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.

Acts 2:1: And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.

As mentioned in the previous post about my musing upon the Lord’s possible purpose this Pentecost for His Bride-to-be, here’s its second God-incidental confirmation posted by Veronika West on the same day:

“KAIROS MOMENT OF DIVINE LAUNCHING INTO A GREATER KINGDOM WORK IN THE NATIONS OF THE EARTH”…!

‘I have just been WATCHING THE LAUNCHING OF A ROCKET ON US SOIL….and as I’m watching I am shown by the Spirit of Revelation that this is POWERFULLY SIGNIFICANT PROPHETICALLY….I believe what’s taking place in the earthly realm is a DIRECT REFLECTION OF WHAT’S NOW TAKING PLACE IN THE SPIRIT REALM IN THIS HOUR AND SEASON….!!!

‘Get ready Beloved….I hear the Spirit say, “WATCH FOR THIS IS KAIROS MOMENT OF DIVINE LAUNCHING INTO A GREATER KINGDOM WORK IN THE NATIONS OF THE EARTH”….I see that this a time where God is now catapulting His people into their callings and Kingdom destinies, many are being supernaturally launched out into a GREATER KINGDOM WORK….and many are now being taken higher and further than they have ever experienced before….!

Isaiah 50:4 gem: The Bride of Christ’s own resurrection at Pentecost? (GPS #48.1)

Awakening early Saturday – 30th May, the in-between Shavuot-Pentecost day – I found my spirit buzzing excitedly over Messianic scholar Dr Fruchtenbaum’s brief exposition on Shavuot, aka Pentecost. I’d re-read it last thing Friday and scribbled an introduction for re-blogging it next day, if I may get a half-hour online.

Of Jesus’ followers, 120 disciples/apostles were ‘born-again’ and baptised in the Holy Spirit and fire, thus bringing the church of Jesus Christ into existence.

I submit: the learned doctor’s thesis is foundational to current prophecies on the church-changing importance of Pentecost 2020. Moreover, my early-morning musing brought the following notion, which I’d like prophetically gifted readers to weigh. First, a bit of background:

Since last year I’ve been asking the Lord to deal with the growing apostasy and put His spirit of holy fear into reprobate church leaders. The ‘dragon’ found a way to close down all churches worldwide by sending the ‘Chinese flu’ and, for the first time in history since the original Passover in ancient Egypt, all Jews and Christians are behind locked doors because of a plague during their holiest festivals; Passover, Good Friday, Resurrection Sunday – and 50 days later the situation at Pentecost remains unchanged.

I remonstrated with and asked the Lord, “Is today’s Church the one you started building to become Your Bride; the one you said the gates of hell shall not prevail against? Lord, the snake has slithered into its holy precincts unchallenged; even welcomed by some!”

Then a few months ago we were delighted to learn of a pastor who moves strongly in the Holy Spirit’s gift of prophecy, whom the Lord told to resign from leadership and then to watch how He – Jesus Christ – builds His Church today!!!

With all that in mind, plus challenging an author who, self-admittedly not a prophet, is  adamant he knows what God is doing – which includes not blessing The UK Blessing and similar ‘siren songs’! – this dropped into mind upon waking Saturday morn..:

With church buildings shut according to civil law, the bride of Christ is locked away as though entombed – like the first disciples were after Jesus’ crucifixion, resurrection and during prayer-period leading into Shavuot. That is, her body stopped functioning in the natural but the Lord has arranged for her to be revived with Holy Spirit’s power, just like at His Resurrection!

Therefore, today’s churches are going through a ‘death’ and ‘resurrection’ to prepare those who ardently desire Jesus for a new life; one empowered to fulfill His mission.

That is, I believe we’re about to witness the Bride of Christ’s Resurrection in preparation for His Return…!!!  This means a radical change within church-goers to move out and do the ‘Greater Works’ (John 14:12) in the ripening global Harvest.

In that morning’s shared devotional reading from Sanctuary – Moments in His Presence, the author David Strutt tells of a couple of reminder cards pinned above his desk, one of which is Isaiah 50 and thus confirmed my minutes-before musing. David quotes that verse:

‘…He awakens me morning by morning, He awakens my ear to listen as a disciple‘ and continues, ‘If you are being taught by the Lord, you are His disciple. I often repeat this verse to myself on waking, long before i get to my desk. I commend it to you as a way of life – it is true. It is the word of the Lord to you.’

The renowned Messianic scholar provides solid teaching that’s given me another totally unexpected and delightful double ‘God-incidence’ – First: Dr Arnold’s description of the new ministry of Spirit baptism as being essential to the Church’s existence, confirms my case made during debate this week with an author claiming healing by Holy Spirit’s power is “subjective and thus not exegetical,” despite medical evidence to the contrary! – Second: appreciate the inclusion of parable of wheat and tares as it also relates to the End-times harvest, and my checking of which led to my hearing the Lord’s voice on the fulfillment of scripture, thereby kick-starting my writing on prophecy (see The End-game Is Now In Play).

Two Pentecosts show how God visits His people

Thank you to Elaine Venning for this paper and I’d add that this year’s Passover was a unique repeat of the first Passover when people were locked away during plague. So too, will this Pentecost be unique because believers have been locked out of churches and thus waiting upon the Lord in their homes and internet meetings, wherein we’ve witnessed the Holy Spirit being repeatedly active – similarly to when Jesus breathed upon His disciples in their locked meetings before Pentecost (John 20:22 – again!)

A TALE OF TWO PENTECOSTS and HOW GOD VISITS HIS PEOPLE

Our feast day of Pentecost falls on 31st May 2020 when we celebrate the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, and so the birth of the Church. Two days before (Friday) is the Jewish feast of the same name. That celebrates the conclusion of the Passover season with recalling the giving of the Ten Commandments and the Torah. The Jews calculate the passing years from this time and for them this is 5780. We do the same, taking our year, now 2020, from the approximate year of Jesus’ birth.

We serve the same God. Both feasts remember how God comes down from heaven to visit His people. He comes as Word and as Spirit. The first time the people of Israel were gathered together on the mountain where they heard a loud trumpet sound and experienced the smoke as of a furnace. The second time, violent wind and tongues of fire descended upon each person present. The parallels are very striking.

Sadly, a little later some of the sons of Israel turned back to idolatry. With the fear of the Lord fresh upon them, the Levites acted to uphold the holiness of God using brute force resulting in the killing of 3,000 Hebrews – see Exodus 32 v 28.  Was it a coincidence when the Spirit filled disciples spilled out onto the streets of Jerusalem 3,000 people were baptised in the Spirit to become believers?

Most of these people had come to Jerusalem for the Torah-appointed feast of Pentecost also known as ‘Shavuot’ or the Feast of Weeks. It is the second of three harvest feasts where the men of Israel were required to come to Jerusalem. That year they and their families came from across the known world – see Acts 2. Many would have been devout pilgrims bent on observing all that God commanded – Deuteronomy 16:16.

A key offering in this Feast is that of two loaves of bread made with finest wheat and leaven given in a wave offering. Scholars say this is an act of remembrance representing the Old Testament Covenant that God established with His peoples  and was made on the two tablets upon which the Ten Commandments were chiselled. It has also been seen as a prophetic fore-telling of the New Testament Covenant as well.

With the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in this the New Covenant God makes, both Jew and Gentile are brought together, as in His mercy the Father fulfils the exchange Jesus purchased for those who accept His blood sacrifice with the taking away of our sins and the giving to us of His own righteousness. Thereby, God allows us to become His own dear children.

In both, God is drawing near to His people Himself and is making us Holy. He has done this by firmly making the Resurrected Jesus to be the cornerstone upon which everything holds together, the one new man, the second Adam – see Ephesians 2.

5780/2020 is double blessing time, the importance of Word and Spirit coming to God’s people. It is when the great harvest of souls can be expected to start with the fresh empowering of God’s people. It is the herald of a new age of wonders and miracles.

Like the Jews at this time we can benefit from reading the book of Ruth with its beautiful story of mercy. The harvest comes in loving kindness, with its tale of surprise acceptance and redemption.

Let us do all that He asks of us. Prepare to be witnesses!

As the Taize chant says, “wait for the Lord, whose day is near. Keep watch, take heart”.

Passion for the Nation: Time to Move Out!

A TIME TO MOVE OUT

As we stand on the edge of a new move of God’s Spirit, we declare over this land:

‘when you see the ark of the covenant of the Lord your God and the priests carrying it, you are to move out from your positions and follow it, then you will know which way to go.’ Joshua 3: 3

We declare as lockdown eases and transition begins, a spirit of peace (prosperity, safety and well-being) will rest upon the cities, towns and streets of the nation. We speak health instead of sickness, life instead of death, prosperity against all lack in matters concerning finance and the economy, and that in these days of shaking, many will turn to Jesus.

We praise Him for the power of His love, and the power of His grace upon our lives and we choose to worship, to praise and to look upon His Face. We declare the song of the victory of Jesus will rise changing atmospheres and touching lives, that at this crossover moment, the Name of Jesus and the worship of Jesus will overwhelm the power of every other name. We declare as the people of God put their eyes upon Jesus, they will be filled with fresh joy, fresh strength and fresh courage.  (adapted from October 2018)

The Lord is releasing new horizons, new territory and new vision to all those who will hunger and thirst for Him. In the Name of Jesus, we decree and declare in this nation, God’s people will move in accordance with the ‘now’ word of God in their lives, taking hold, crossing over, ready to advance as a new level of sensitivity and obedience to His Spirit comes upon them. We declare His people will grasp the significance of the hour, the power of His love, His gospel, and His purpose within their lives.

Now Lord at this Pentecost weekend, we agree, across this land Your people will be positioned in every way, open and expectant, in heart and in spirit, for what Your Spirit will do and we say, “Lord, Come.”

We continue to declare in this nation: leaders from all political parties, all Government ministers, civil servants, scientists, researchers, economists and all advisors will work as a team with humility and mutual respect and we specifically speak strength to Boris Johnson.

We declare the voice of God’s wisdom will be heard over every other voice concerning all the current decisions, that His strategies and solutions will be recognised and implemented,  rightly dividing between the health and safety of individuals and the economy of the nation.

THE BATTLEGROUND HAS SHIFTED III: THE ANCIENT BATTLEFIELD OF THE PROMISED LAND

We are the generation that crossed into the promised land; but the wars on the way to the promised land are pale in comparison to what is in the promise. The temptation and battles that cohabiting with demonic ideologies bring leave one in a long-stretch tug-of-war.

The Scriptures shows us how their failure to wipe out demonic structures in the land became their greatest undoing. In a moment in time, a righteous king will emerge and lead unto victories; and they would have rest for a season; and afterwards another king would come who would do injustice and service the perverse altars and they would be besieged in their land for a longer period of time; and this tug of war continued for so long a time, much longer than the sum of times they spent in Egypt and on the way to the promise.

The promised land is an ancient battlefield; it has been the call from the beginning; and is the destination; it is the land destined to rule over other lands, but a greater challenge is being besieged even in the promised land; a place destined to be a place of rest. We are the generation crossing into the ancient battlefield of the promise; the battlefield has shifted. For nations exiting national councils and covenants that have been a strong yoke; the battlefield has shifted; to dwell in safety; we must labor to pull down strongholds that exists in the land; establish the righteous covenant to The LORDSHIP OF JESUS; that we may gain rest and be fed with milk and honey.

THE BATTLEGROUNDS HAVE SHIFTED IV: THE HOMELANDS, THE HIGHWAYS AND THE PALACES

Most times when we consider places of warfare the mind wanders far away; to popular highways in the city, entrance gates of cities; governmental buildings; but very little do people consider the very location of their home as a map in contest !

The LORD through Moses had wrought a great warfare in Egypt; contending at the palace; shaking significant hotspots in the city; but the one that broke many doors at once; was the final plague; and it was the one directed to the first-born, as seen in Exodus 11:1. The most significant part of this was the fact that the first-born served either as priests or heirs to the family priesthood that serviced the family altars that had idols seated in their homes. So it was first a strike against the idols and perverse altars within the map of the homelands; and an eventual striking out the priests to these idols of the homelands that broke Egypt; and Israel obtained from these homelands such great transfer of wealth.

Inheriting the promise land gives us similar picture; this time The LORD Commanded Joshua as seen in Judges 2; that they must throw down the perverse altars of those that had been in the land; and just as we had seen in Egypt; both those in the palaces and the highways; and those in the homelands were to be contended against. This is what Gideon did that stirred the breakthrough; he advanced to gain. The battlefield has shifted; have you discerned the spiritual state of your homeland? and have you established the covenant of The LORDSHIP OF JESUS CHRIST?

For like Gideon; we must pull down the strongholds in the homelands if we must march through the walls of Jericho to capture the palaces and the highways.

After being blasted by the Holy Spirit last Friday evening Nina felt able to take the wrap-around thigh-to-calf velco brace off and try walking normally and then sleep without it – NO PAIN AT ALL! Thank you Lord.
And so much easier to walk, albeit carefully, without being weighed down by brace and needing any support of a wheeled frame or crutches!! Moreover, no need trying to sleep with a straightened leg. Thank the Lord her leg wasn’t in a plaster-cast!

Yesterday, the orthopaedic consultant and the casualty doctor whom Nina first saw 25 days ago were amazed at her rapid progress because the latter had said it would take 6-8 weeks for the fractured knee-cap to knit and be strong enough to resume normal activity!!!  The consultant’s nurse just gaped; mouth open!

Afterwards, Nina saw the casualty doctor, who had to check Nina was the same person whom she’d seen and given that long prognosis. So Nina showed her 3 times how well the knee bends. “It shouldn’t be able to do that!” the doctor exclaimed and agreed the unexpected progress was “indeed” the result of prayer-support – AND we know it was Holy Spirit’s tangible fiery touch too! WE PRAISE YOU LORD! (The consultant advises it’s helpful to take walks using two-poles to avoid any fall, and take care on stairs.)

When I blogged here about what happened we hadn’t realised the healing the Lord was bringing but, as pointed out last night by the pastor of Catch The Fire Farnborough and who’s seen miracles overseas, worshiping Jesus is the best place to receive healing. (We well know this from 14 years ago when Nina was able to dance in worship whilst officially registered as permanently disabled – see From ‘Disabled’ to Enabled.)

You may have read about the Holy Spirit’s powerful double-visit in The Blessing Videos Fulfill…Prophecies but for the record here’s the fuller account with third visit:

1st ‘Sizzle’:

‘..(Friday evening) Nina was hit by a double ‘strike’ of the Holy Spirit whilst hearing this song twice! We’d been invited to watch The Surge, an online broadcast of leaders of the charismatic movement arising from the Toronto Outpouring…After John and Carol Arnott’s ‘welcome’ this historic event began with its own rendition of The Blessing, opened by a pianist at CTF Bournemouth followed by singers across the global family of CTF-PIH churches.

‘Upon my turning towards Nina whilst they sang, I saw her sizzling in her recliner-chair as she felt Holy Spirit surging up and down her.’

2nd ‘Sizzle’:

‘After the 2-hour session we watched The UK Blessing and at the end Nina stood up to move as best she could with a leg in brace to go upstairs. However, YouTube autoplay went on to the song’s version done in South Africa and, with her feet firmly placed at the foot of the stairs, she found herself gently falling face-first into the carpeted stairwell as a black African sang “…And make His face to shine upon you”!! WOWEEE!!!!

‘Then, I was struck that this song of the Old Testament’s Aaronic blessing could fulfill a number of prophecies of recent years. The latest of these was issued just 3 weeks ago by Christie Johnson of Australia’s Gold Coast, as republished on this blog in Watch the Horizon, Here Come the Waves of Awakening, one element of which reads:

‘3. The Sound and the Wind – A New Sound of Worship: “I first heard an unusual sound that I wasn’t familiar with. I believe this is speaking of a new sound of worship that is going to precede the mighty outpouring. This worship is beginning to break forth, even now, all across the earth…”

‘Moreover, the song’s verse that felled my wife speaks directly into the application of that prophetic vision and word: ‘Divine strategy for this new sound:…this is a moment of setting yourself in a position to gaze upon the face of the Beloved….!!’

3rd ‘Sizzle’:

Over the weekend, Nina mentioned friends had asked if she’d seen another version and so we sat to watch ‘The Blessing (Kids)’, but this time it brought far more than a ‘sizzle’!

Nina was transfixed in her recliner with her body shaking and eyes almost popping out on stalks…!

It fits so well as a lead-in to another at the top of my emails and just can’t get it off my mind. Also tallies with my short series on the strategies of our adversary and accuser. Son of The Father or son of the father?

In my study and research for the chapter ‘Abba Father,’ I came across something at the very end of Jesus’ life: that Satan used to deceive the people, and humiliate and destroy Jesus. At Passover, there was a custom, which gave the Jews the choice to release a prisoner. Pontius Pilate used this to appease them in an effort to keep the peace. The two men Pilate offered to the people were Barabbas and Jesus.

Barabbas was a ‘freedom fighter,’ an insurrectionist, part of a revolutionary movement, and he with others were in prison because they had committed murder in the uprising, Mark 15:6-15. Amazingly Jesus was actually accused of participating in similar activities when He was before the Roman authorities. As far as Pilate was concerned, Jesus had done nothing wrong. He knew that Jesus was not a criminal, but he didn’t know who He was.

Was the choice of Jesus in contrast to Barabbas no accident, or was it premeditated, and malevolent?

These are two Messianic figures with a choice between one who led an armed struggle, and took life to gain a better life with a promise of freedom and a new kingdom; and then the mysterious Jesus who also promised freedom and a new Kingdom, but who talked about laying down your life as the way to gain life.

Pilate had no option but to put it to the people as he was under such pressure. It was a no-win situation, as the people began to chant ‘give us Barabbas,’ and soon it became a frenzied shout due to the crowd psychology of the few stirring up the many. It reached a peak when the mob assumed the guilt of Jesus’ death and said, “Let his blood be on us and on our children,” Matt 27:25. As we know the consequences were severe.

Look at the meaning of Barabbas’ name. His last name, Barabbas, means son (bar) of the father (abba). Jesus had always referred to himself as the Son of the Father. Barabbas’ first name was significant too. Pilate asked them, “Which one do you want me to release to you: Jesus Barabbas, or Jesus who is called the Messiah?” Matt 27:17, NIV.

Amazingly Barabbas’ first name was Jesus. So you see Jesus son of the father opposing Jesus Son of the Father! Two people with the same name!

It is important that we see this event as Satanic malevolence as the father of lies, John 8:44, deceiving and confusing the people with a counterfeit Messiah. Satan’s purpose was to rob Jesus of His identity by stealing His name, as well as His status as Son. Is this another attempt at the ‘final solution’? Jesus knew He could have asked His Father to put at His disposal the legions of angels that were watching since Gethsemane, Matt 26:53, but He didn’t, He did the better thing, and let Satan have his way. We know why……

What about our choice? Are we going to let Satan undermine our relationship with Abba Father, steal our inheritance as Abba’s children, plunder our identity, or our right to call God “Abba,” because we would lose our capacity to commune and communicate with Him with affection and intimacy?

No…..!

3Counties Church in Hammer, Haslemere has been running Sunday morning services from three different homes via YouTube for several weeks. However, last Sunday, 17th May, we had to come offline because the young teacher’s audio and visual signals were so badly out of synchronisation the picture kept wobbling.

Obviously, there wasn’t enough bandwidth for a joined-up broadcast. And do I recall a prophecy from some 6 months ago about church going online with ‘virtual’ services and even becoming viral??

Therefore, it’s no surprise Premier Christian News reports ‘Looks like the church broke the internet’; Zoom crashes as thousands stream Sunday services…

Here’s the full video message Dr Sharon Stone brought on “20 Kairos Words for 2020” where, at 52:22 minutes, she begins with the 19th word – Multiply: 

“Also, a word the Lord gave me about the ‘viral virtual church’…I think it’s going to get a lot of criticism in this next season but I think, with the billion souls harvest that has already begun, that it’s not going to be about ‘Do I have time to find another building? Do I have time to build a building?’…There is going to be a church-planting movement that is virtual and viral in the earth as well; not taking the place of the Church at all.”

A Directive: Urgent Word for the Global Church (GPS #47.4)

There’s no such thing as ‘coincidence,’ especially for those walking-in-the-Spirit when we realise such events are ‘God-incidents’, as though the Lord is giving messages by His GPS, or ‘Global Prophecy Signalling’ system.  When we start putting it all together we can easily see that prophecies and insights are pieces of His invisible jigsaw puzzle that takes shape before us showing aspects and perspectives upon a HUGE Heavenly Blueprint – even a road-map, as Abel Praise found.

So here are the pieces for the 47th such instance, which is interesting number as 1947 was the year of Smith-Wigglesworth’s prophecy of a major move of the Holy Spirit in Britain, as well as being my birth-year. The picture on these 47th signals or pieces is of The Church:

  • GPS 47.1 – On 29th April Tony Puccio in Tucson, USA, blogs about a tornado turning churches upside-down. (I recalled picture possibly from Revd Thomas Harry’s paper; but where and when? Found at Confirmations of 2016’s Prophetici Words for a New Season.)
  • GPS 47.2 – On 30th April J.A.C. Laferriere in Ontario, Canada, replies to my request of the 29th with details of Geraldine Fisher’s prophecy on those ‘playing church’.
  • GPS 47.3 – that weekend was the middle of fortnight drafting this dual-post on Revd Christopher Wickland of Fareham, England‘s pre-death prophecy. (Delay arising from situation of Nina having fractured a knee-cap, so posted 7th May).
  • GPS 47.4 – 1st May is very significant for Thomas Harry, pastor of Falkirk Full Gospel Church in Scotland, as told in his article linked below.
  • GPS 47.5 – message today from Abel Praise in Nigeria, simultaneously connects into 2016 -WOW!  (The emerging piece in above illustration? See next post.)

A week ago today, Thursday 7th May, pastor Thomas emails me as follows:

‘Dear Richard – Greetings, hope you are doing well. Been a long time and it truly is an amazing time we are in.

‘The Lord gave me a word for the global church and I believe it is a major confirmation of some of the prophecies we have received. Felt to share with you as we truly are on verge of greatest awakening ever.

‘Would be great if you could raise awareness and share with others as I believe it is key for the church just now. I believe it would be a major blessing for your readers and help them prepare for this historic moment that we have all longed for.

He then provides the intro to URGENT WORD FOR THE GLOBAL CHURCH

‘Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

‘I urge you to take the time to read this word which I believe to be one of the most urgent for the body of Christ in many years. We live in an unprecedented time where believer and unbelievers are trying to understand where we are and where we are going. This word has not been released lightly and is not simply another word or prophecy, but direction from the Lord that will help prepare us for the history changing moment right in front of us.

‘What is ahead is greater than the Reformation and will have a bigger impact than that. This will be a reformation of the world as we know it, not just a doctrine within Christianity. Most of the world believe this pandemic is the defining moment of 2020 and indeed recent history – it is not! It is about to fade into a low background noise and a mere footnote of history compared to what God is about to do. Our Almighty, Eternal God can never be triumphed over by a disease.

Immediately, I’m struck by Thomas referring specifically to the Lord as ‘Our Almighty, Eternal God’, which is how I addressed Him when enquiring about the origin of the pandemic, as told here.  And so I follow the link and, finding it’s a lengthy read, I print a hard-copy for reading at leisure over the weekend.

I CANNOT RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH YOUR PRINTING AND VERY CAREFULLY STUDYING AND WEIGHING THIS  URGENT WORD 

My hard-copy is covered in highlighter pen as so many points are personally poignant. I may share them soon.

AND I FIND THAT OUR ‘GPS’ WEEKEND FEATURES SIGNIFICANTLY!!  Although published on Z3News.com a week ago today, Thomas writes therein (underline mine),

THEREFORE, I GOT ‘GOD-INCIDENTAL’ CONFIRMATION OF THIS DOCUMENT!

Spiritual showdown, altars being rebuilt and wells reopened across Britain – Veronika West

Section 8 of my paper The State of the Prophetic in the UK summarises the One Voice Prophecy Conference in Reading held 8th February 2020. The previous evening one of the guest speakers, Veronika West, told me she’d arrived without anything to share. So I was delighted upon my returning to the conference hall the next day, to hear her giving an unscheduled message on insights the Lord had given her overnight on what she’d sensed during her flight from Northern Ireland!! He alerted her to: “Get ready for the stage is set for a spiritual showdown!”

I was keen for this important message to be available and pleased when Geoffrey Pick posted his video of it on Prophetic Releasers for UK Revival (Facebook group). Last week he inserted a few points with regard to the covid-19 and Chris Moyler’s close transcript. I’m grateful for their kind permission to republish the full message. One Voice Prophecy Conference, Reading, 8th February 2020

The LORD said to me in a dream “How long, United Kingdom, are you going to falter between two opinions?” 

Elijah went before the people saying, “How long will you waver between two opinions? If the LORD is God, follow him. But if he is Baal, follow him.” (1Kings 18:21)

And we know what happened; there was a showdown. Elijah called for an altar to be built and filled its moat with water, and the prophets of Baal built an altar and they called upon their gods…Elijah began to mock them saying, “You’re going to have to call a little louder!”

(1:02mark) Then Elijah does something: He says one word and God sent his fire. And in this dream, I heard the Spirit of God say this (which is also a powerful proclamation):

“Get ready, get ready! For the stage is set, for a Spiritual Showdown is about to take place in this land! Watch! For now I am raising up a remnant that will Roar with a call for the rebuilding and the restoration of the broken-down Altars in this land.

(1:53) Listen! For a sound is beginning to arise from the ground of this prodigal nation. A sound of weeping and wailing will once again be heard, as the call to come to the altar returns to the land. Now, watch and pray and pay close attention, for a remnant mantled with the spirit of Elijah is rising in this land – one who will begin to roar, causing a Prodigal Nation to come back to its senses. A nation that was lost will turn, return and be reformed! Listen! Now is the time to repair and rebuild the torn-down altars in this nation.“

(2:45) In the dream, I saw altars begin to be repaired and rebuilt in the nation. And I saw Scotland – I know that Emma and David Stark are here, and I don’t want to say this is for their ministry – but I saw an altar being rebuilt in Scotland. Then I saw an altar being rebuilt in Wales, and I saw an altar being rebuilt in Ireland, and I saw an altar being built in England. I saw altars being built all over this nation.

(3:18) But what was incredible is that as I saw the altars being repaired and rebuilt, I saw the Giants falling – I saw Giants falling! And, as the altars were being repaired and rebuilt, strongholds were being dismantled, demonic thrones were being overthrown. The I saw something incredible as I saw the altars being rebuilt – and I saw a weeping and wailing and saw many coming back to the altar. And the LORD said,

(4:02) “The words ‘altar call’ have not been upon the lips of My shepherds, but NOW I am restoring and I am putting back on the lips of My shepherds the words, “altar call.”

And as I heard the Lord say that I saw something amazing happen in the dream as I saw these altars being rebuilt. As they were being rebuilt I saw wells being uncapped and opened and I spoke with the Lord in my amazing dream (I speak to the LORD, to the Throne of Revelation in my dreams and I go back and forth), He said something – not strange, but the Lord said,

“Altars of awakening, wells of revival and restoration…It will take the apostolic grace to build the altars of awakening, and it will take the prophetic grace to uncap the wells of revival and restoration.”

(5:09) And then the dream shifted, and the LORD showed me a horse and an ox being yoked together in a field, and they looked uncomfortable. The horse had great strength, and he wanted to gallop; and the ox had his head lowered, ready to pull and to plough. The LORD said, and there was no sense that this yoking was oppressive,

(5:58) “I am yoking the apostolic and the prophetic, I am yoking them together in a new way in this next season.”

I saw that the prophetic horse wanted to run ahead, but the yoke prevented one going ahead of the other. The yoking enabled them to work together in humility, with their mantles of apostolic and prophetic grace, that God is releasing.

And the LORD had me prophesy as the altars were being built, that the wells would be uncapped and be open, and I saw the apostles building and rebuilding the altars, and the prophets were coming behind them, speaking to the wells of revival.

(7:05) I see altars being rebuilt across this nation, in north, south, east and west, and then I heard the Spirit say this about Reading,

“As the altars are being rebuilt across this nation, Reading shall become an altar, an altar where fires of revival shall fall. Reading will become a tower on a hillside that cannot and will not be hidden any longer. Reading will arise and shine when glory has come upon you. Watch, for all nations will be drawn to the brightness of your rising.”

Thank you, Jesus! And then  I heard the LORD say,

(8:03) “The Gates shall now become an altar, a place of fire, a place of revival… Even what is happening with the building, is highly significant and prophetic.” He said, “I am pulling down the old meeting place, because I am building a new altar in this place.”

(8:57) And as I was praying this morning for The Gates, as I was praying onto the ground of the Church, I saw angels very involved in dismantling different parts of the building. I had a sense that some of you here may be somewhat sentimental about the building, but the LORD wants you to know that HE is tearing it down! He is now repairing and rebuilding the altars.

(10:10) I encourage you, the leadership of the Gate. The LORD has chosen you because you have been faithful. Because you have been faithful in the little, I will make you faithful with much. And I saw the nations coming to the altar. I saw revival, I saw the outpouring, and I saw the fires fall. Thank you, Jesus!

(10:40) Prayer: “Father, we thank you for your word. We thank you for what you are doing in this nation at this time, in this season. We thank you LORD that you are releasing apostolic grace to rebuild the altars, and that you are releasing prophetic grace, and prophetic mantles to speak to the wells of revival and outpouring in this land.

(11:20) “So Father, we say, here we are! Thank you, Jesus for what you are doing in this land. You are bringing together the five-fold ministry, and you are bringing Reformation, Restoration and Transformation in this nation. You are not just rebuilding the altars, you are tearing down every demonic stronghold in this nation. You are overthrowing thrones of darkness that have been long established in this nation. We humble ourselves as apostles, prophets and shepherds, teachers and evangelists, and we come together LORD as one to turn the key, to see you do a great and an awesome thing in this land.”

Prophecy of great humbling, then spiritual revival in Great Britain (GPS #47.3 cont’d – F/P #165.1)

A great thank you to Carolyn Stewart for transcribing this vital message (previous post refers). Note it was received last November at a time of unprecedented political upheaval in Parliament and speaks directly into this year’s unprecedented economic situation arising from global covid-19 pandemic. And yesterday came news of Britain’s humiliation internationally, as well as scientifically. Hence inclusion of this prophecy in the catalogue of fulfilled prophecies or those coming to pass (Footnotes refer).

“I just want to share this prophetic word. I was looking through my phone and I found this. (The current date is..we are in April 2020). And as I was looking through my phone of prophecies I found this one called ‘The Humbling of Great Britain’, which I’d never put out before. I completely forgot about it. THE HUMBLING OF GREAT BRITAIN (November 2019)

“I will have the people in this land in derision”, says the Lord. “I will pour out my Spirit on this land, and those people that have called to come together to conspire, to tear down My ways and My precepts and My ordinances from this land – this green and pleasant land. Mark My words: I will have them in derision. I am in the heavens and I laugh at their futility, at the things that they’re attempting to do, to close Me off and shut Me off from My own creation and so close down and shut down My people. For that is their ultimate aim. They want Me and every trace of Me eradicated from the land and from education and from every part of this society.

“But mark My words; I have plans to prosper this country, and I will bring to shame the wise. I will shame those who have so loftily held their head up – their stiff-necked heads that have said, ‘We will bring our ways! We will bring in our precepts and ordinances in this land, and we will eradicate God, and we will take Him off his throne. And we shall destroy His church.‘  But not so!

“Sadly, My own Church has failed to see how impoverished and how weakened she has become. She is literally now a remnant in this country. Yet I will do great things with a remnant. Yet when it was I can take three hundred foot-soldiers with Gideon and I can do a great deliverance, and I will do the same also in this land. I will take this small remnant of a Church that is left – those Christians that genuinely acknowledge Me as their Lord and Saviour – and will not bow the knee to Baal and to all his false practices and customs in respect to the laws that are now passing in this land.

“Mark My words, punishment will come for the sins that have covered this land. But the punishment, as I always punished Israel in times past, was so that it may bring them to repentance and may bring healing to their land; that when the people are humbled they would pray to me and I would turn in My mercy, I would forgive them their sins and I would then heal their land. I am going to bring punishment to this nation – a time of humbling – but this punishment is not to destroy this nation. This punishment is to humble her and to chastise her, that she may repent of her wicked ways and turn back to Me.

“There will not be many nations in the days ahead that will be permitted to have what this nation will be permitted. You will have a grace and a favour upon you which many other nations will not be given because I have plans and purposes for this country. And even though My own people have been faithless harlots towards Me, know this; that your faithlessness will only go to prove My faithfulness. I will be faithful to My Covenant and to My Word, and I will bring about My ways and My means for this country, and I will pour out My Spirit. And I will bring Revival, but it will not be like any revival that has been before. It will be uncontainable; it will be uncontrollable; and the world will HATE it because it will be so strong and it will be so powerful that they cannot ignore it.

“In times past they’ve been able to turn a blind eye to the things of My Spirit, but in these days everyone will know about it, everybody will know about it. And the same sun that melts the ice also hardens the clay, and men will just drop into two distinct camps: those that love Me and those that absolutely hate Me. This is why in many respects these days are dangerous days, because it will polarize people, in ways stronger than they are now; but you will know the righteous and you will know the evil.

“But mark My words, I will do something wonderful with this country; I will restore law and order to this country. This country has become lawless and it has no more order to it. And your Houses of Parliament are an example of the state of your nation, of the division of your nation, of the complexities of your nation. The wickedness and the hardness of heart and the blindness and arrogance of your nation are all set to display, for all the world to see in your own Houses of Parliament. But I am going to do a new thing. And many men will lay down their crowns and place down their swords before Me and repent and give their lives to me. And many powerful men and women who vehemently hate My name, will come to know Me and love My name.

“And some Christians might go, ‘Why, why Lord did you save them? They’re the ones who brought such depravity to our nation. Why did you allow it?’  Because that’s My grace, that’s My mercy, and the very ones that brought in those laws, I will turn into trophies of grace to make the enemy despised in his own camp, for I will make those who passed those wicked laws be the ones that undo them, for they will reveal the secrets and the dark intent and heart of sinful wicked flesh. And the world or this country at least, will look on in horror at the things that they’ve released and allowed in this country, and they will be rescinded and retracted.

“My people, you need to do this: you need to be spending these hours – because it is only hours – you need to be spending these hours in prayer; you need to be spending these hours on your knees; you need to be spending this time in the Word, learning from Me, learning from My Spirit and I will teach you many wonderful things. But this is the time, because there are many bridesmaids out there that do not have enough oil in their lamp and you need to get it in your lamp. No-one can part-exchange their life of intimacy with Me to those that have no intimacy with Me. This is your chance; now is the time to do it, for in the humbling that’s coming – this wind of change that’s going to blow through this land – it’s going to be a difficult time for this nation. It will not be a long time, but the depth of the punishment that will come will be severe, even though it will only be for a short time. It was like when I said to King David, “You can have three years of this, three months of that, or three days of the other”.

“This will be a short punishment but it will be a deep punishment; a deep chastisement to this nation. And I will humble this nation and I will turn her around. And many who are your enemies in these days will become your friends and neighbours in the days to come.

“So be prepared, be encouraged but be warned; this is not going to be an easy day that is coming, it is going to be a difficult day, a difficult time for this nation. Many Christians will cry out, ‘Why did I allow such things to come to this nation?’ But in part, everyone in this nation is responsible for the punishments that are coming.

“There is much worldliness in My Body, much worldliness in My Church, much worldliness in the mindset of Christians, much worldliness in the teachings of the Church! And the teachings of the Church have lost their anchor. They have apostasised; they have become an apostate church, in that they’ve drifted away from the truth of scripture and have chosen to allow the doctrines of men to infiltrate the teachings of the Church. The sacred scriptures should never be changed, never diluted, never touched, never altered, for they sacred and they are from the throne room of heaven itself. How dare man place his DNA and his ideas over that which is heavenly and beyond?

“So take heart to these words and this warning. Be blessed, be encouraged and get ready, for the time is now when the humbling must begin. And it will be short but long. It will be a short period of time but it will feel like the longest period of time, for it will be very intense. And for a period of three years a time of great humbling will come upon this nation, and it will be a heavy three years, a very difficult three years.

“But then things will change, things will turn, and you will go from Winter to Spring, Spring to Summer, Summer into Harvest time.”

    ‘But before we get to the meat, let us briefly chew over the cautionary tale that can be cleaved from the career of Prof Ferguson. He has a track record of making wildly inaccurate projections, for example that BSE would kill 150,000 people (the real figure was fewer than 200)…’

Before we look at the actual scriptures referred to in the previous part about the current contagion being “man-made”, especially relating to the ‘Mark of the Beast’, it’s useful to present those that are my foundation for following Jesus Christ as the Lord of my life:

Foundational Discipleship
“If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father’s who sent Me. These things I have spoken to you while being present with you. But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.“ (John 14:23-26 NKJV)
“I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.” (John 17:20-23 NKJV)
“Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.” (John 3:5-8 NKJV)

Discipleship re. Prophecy/Deliverance

Having practised deliverance ministry and prophecy, I’m of the opinion that ALL Matthew chapter 7 is applicable to the latter; especially verses 1-2 on judging others, 15-23 on true and false prophets and entry to heaven, 24-27 on building upon the Rock.

Moreover, I’m well aware of the judgements the Lord brought upon His chosen people for not only straying from His ordinances, given as they are for their well-being and protection, but also for rebelling against Him by turning to worship false gods. Here’s a tidy-up from my jottings, ‘End of March (in lock-down for UK) Thoughts’ :

IS GLOBAL PANDEMIC FROM GOD’S HAND?

The Almighty or ‘El Shaddai, ‘ according to rabbinical tradition, means ‘God of utter ruin and destruction Who can do anything’.

Rev 13:7…’no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.’

Instructions for avoiding virus-contaminated surfaces when shopping state it is best to use cashless-payment, instead of handling cash or touching card machines: ie, wave a hand instead of part with cash or tapping buttons!
Therefore, if this pandemic is from the hand of God, it means He is in cahoots with satan and enabling its strategy to introduce a cashless society described in Rev 13:7..!!!

1 Peter 4:17…For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God?

Matt 13:24-30… He said to them, ‘An enemy has done this.’ The servants said to him, ‘Do you want us then to go and gather them up?’ But he said, ‘No, lest while you gather up the tares you also uproot the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, “First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my barn.” ’ ”

Rev 2-3…Jesus’ letters to the 7 churches warns sinners therein of the need to repent, or else face judgement and extraction as well as the removal of His lampstand therefrom.

ALL three passages clearly imply unrepentant sinners and apostates within churches will be judged first, before other believers and the as-yet-unsaved general public.

WHY have the blatantly apostate leaders of churches who permit same-sex marriage and twisting of scriptures not died from this pandemic? If it’s time for these passages to be put into effect then the Church should be judged and leaders repent and turn, or die.

Amos 3:7… Surely the Lord God does nothing, unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets.

I was unaware of any prophets hearing specifically about a global pandemic before it started in China. (I’d noted Veronika West’s of April 2019 about plague in USA.) Therefore, I took note of Dr Sharon Stone’s explanation of what she heard upon seeking the Lord on this matter in early March, “This plague is before its time and it is illegal.”

Sid Roth’s Coronavirus and the End-times on 19th March featured Emma Stark and Tracy Cooke, which drew discussion at Prophetic Releasers for UK Revival. However, it was too long for me to spare the time but I noticed it began with Tracy talking about a dream of being in the Wuhan lab and seeing US politicians. As blogged a couple of weeks later in Visions of Spiritual ‘Atomic Bomb’, I returned to the video because Emma’s contribution had been recommended by a pastor to whom her vision applied.

I wasn’t, therefore, persuaded by unsubstantiated claims of the virus being engineered at a laboratory, but was open to the possibility. This is why I did not exclude it from all the various scenarios I put to The Almighty on 23rd March, as told in the previous post. Hence my surprise at hearing the Lord’s immediate response to my asking if the pandemic is from Him – “No, it is man-made.”

There’s another connotation to ‘man-made’ other than engineered: it can be a consequence of our unrepented, sinful activities because they give satan legal rights of access to interfere with our lives. We thus move ourselves from under the Lord’s blood covering and protection.
Maybe Jesus was mindful of that state-of-play when saying:

Matt 24:4-8 (‘The Signs of the Times and End of the Age’) Jesus..said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you. 5 For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. 6 And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for [a]all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, [b]pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.”

This passage states what natural and human activities/events will happen in the future, but there’s no indication that they’ll come direct from the hand of God.

Yet, the time must come when He will, of necessity, humble humanity to its knees in repentance before His holy glory.
