Fulfilled Prophecy #1 update: 1967 vision of prayer groups across Britain (GPS #23)

The gratitude expressed in yesterday’s declaration on Prayer for “the increase of prayer across this nation, for the established movements and the new movements, for the prayer groups and the individuals”, brought to mind recent calls I’m aware of: eg. the Rallying Cry from ‘Culture Changers’ Hugh & Ginny Cryer, meetings in Plymouth and David Hathaway’s in London.

Also, that these are yet more moves towards the fulfillment of the vision that came to Jean Darnall just over 50 years ago, as mentioned by Malcolm Duncan in 2016, and relate to that Prayer’s purpose: “We declare they will be united in heart, vision and purpose under the headship of Jesus, supporting, strengthening and encouraging each other, that a highway for Your Presence will be built within this land.”

So here’s the full details of the vision:

JEAN DARNALL 1967

DURING those weeks a vision came to me. It appeared three different times, during prayer, and it was the same vision each time. Now most of my revelation from the Lord is what I just ‘know’: He makes me know something, and I speak it forth. But now and then I have a vision, and when I do I have a pretty good one! Some people have a very garden-variety type of visions: they’re getting them all the time, you know. But I just have them now and then. And it’s usually a milestone: a turning point or very large directive in my life.

And what I saw was the British Isles, as in a bird’s-eye view. A kind of haze was over the whole, like a green fog. And then little pinpricks of light began to appear from the top of Scotland to Land’s End. Then the Lord seemed to draw me closer to these lights, and I saw that they were fires that were burning. They were multiplying from the top of Scotland to Land’s End. Then I saw lightening come and strike those fires, the brightest spots particularly, and there was a kind of explosion, and rivers of fire flowed down. Again, the sense of direction was from the top of Scotland to Land’s End. But some of those rivers of fire didn’t stop there. They went right across the Channel and didn’t stop there. They went right across the Channel and spread out into the Continent.

The third time this vision appeared I figured the Lord was showing me or trying to tell me something. I was in Dorset by this time, at St Mary’s (Church of England) with Rev Ken Prior, and I asked him if I could stay an extra day. You know, there’s nothing quite so awkward as an evangelist the day after the meetings are over. But I said, “Could I stay an extra day in the vicarage and pray? I need to find out what the Lord is trying to say to me.” Because up to that point I was really still on my way to Hong Kong. And the Lord spoke to me very clearly. It was a wonderful day. It certainly changed the path of my life.

When I say the Lord spoke to me, I don’t mean that it was an audible voice. But it was a knowing. That strong knowing, like reading at the end of a book and knowing exactly what was going to happen. And you can’t change it: it is written. And so it was written upon my heart, the meaning of this vision.

Phase 1: THE GLOWING FIRES

The Lord impressed it on my Heart that those fires I saw were groups of people whom He would make intensely hungry for New Testament Christianity. They would start reading their Bibles and saying, for instance, as they read the book of Acts, “Well, where is this happy church? Where are these people so full of the power of the Holy Spirit? Where are these miracles? Where is this growth, this vitality, this courage, this boldness that these people had? Is that for today – can we have it today? Should the church be this way?”

And as these questions were being planted in their hearts, the Lord Jesus said He would make them very hungry for the Holy Spirit; He would fill them with the Holy Spirit, and out of those gifts would flow ministries that would enrich the Body of Christ. The whole concept of the Body of Christ would come alive, and barriers between denominations and different types of Christians would break down as people met each other. The Lord said He would move these people all over the country. After he had taught them gifts, he would move them to another place where they would carry that fire, and where they would meet others also who were being renewed by the Holy Spirit. He would put them in different situations from what they were used to, so that they would get to know people of other denominations, other cultures and other classes, and be able to communicate to them the blessings that the Lord had given them. And then He told me that during that time He would also test them. There would be great testing of faith, great waiting times. He would teach them spiritual warfare. He would show them the meaning of the power of the blood of Jesus, the name of Jesus, the word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit.

Phase 2: THE COMING OF THE LIGHTNING

Then I asked the Lord, “What does the lightning stand for?” and he said,
“Unlike the first part, in which I will be speaking to Christians and preparing My church and renewing it and reviving the saints, the lightning represents a second part of the vision, in which I will bring a spiritual awakening to the nation that will be a witness to the unsaved, to the ‘un-churched’, to the non-Christian.
“Through these believers I will bring a witness to this land. They will be an army of witnesses. And I will begin to release their ministries so that when they give their testimonies there will be apostolic signs following and accompanying their testimonies. Where ears have been deaf and hearts have been hard and eyes have been blind, I will touch the people of this land and they will begin to hear the testimony of My people, they will begin to see the manifestations of My power, and their hearts will begin to believe. Thousands and thousands of people are going to come into my kingdom through this army of witnesses, through this people movement – not characterized by any particular evangelist or great organisation at the front, but just My people rising up, led by My spirit and beginning to move forward with a new faith for evangelism, a new zeal to share Jesus with others. And as they give their testimonies, I will release their ministries of healing and miracles, and there will be signs and wonders accompanying their ministries. So many people will be saved, in the villages as well as in the cities, in the schools, in the government, in media, in industry. It will affect the destiny of this nation; it will determine the course of the times.”

Phase 3: STREAMS ACROSS THE CHANNEL

Then I said, “Lord, what about these streams that go on across the Channel into Europe?” and He said,
“That represents people who will rise up in the midst of this people movement, this army of witnesses in Britain, whom I will make My communicators.”
Now I hadn’t used that word very much before in ministry I said, “Lord, what do you mean by communicators?” and He said,“They will not only be people endowed with the gifts of the Holy Spirit, with strong faith, but they will also be people talented in the arts. They will be writers, musicians, singers and actors, and also technicians in television, radio and the mass media. I will call and send them and put them in strategic places. I will bless their natural talents with my Spirit, and they will be good: they will excel. They will be leaders in their fields. I will send them into Europe, where they will meet other people in the media, and through them I will release the word of God very fast in Europe. The result will be another wave of a spiritual awakening, with thousands coming to Christ throughout Europe.”

Well, I got kind of excited after I’d heard all that from the Lord, and I said, “Lord, why are you telling me this? I’m on my way to Hong Kong!” And He said, “Oh, no you’re not: you’re going to stay right here, and I’m going to bring Elmer here.” And I said, ‘ What do you want us to do, Lord?’ And He said, “I want you to nourish the fires that I light.” So I’m not the firelighter. The Lord is the Firelighter!

I’m grateful to Tim Grant for this copy of the vision because I’ve just found the link to it in this blog’s Prophecy Library no longer provides the text. We were pleased to hear Tim speak a fortnight ago at Fleet Baptist Church (associated with Partners In Harvest) as he briefly reviewed the progress of two major prophetic visions for Britain and Europe. First, he referred to the prophecy of two distinct moves of God that Smith-Wigglesworth saw in 1947.

Tim believes we’re well into the time of “Word and Spirit coming together” and are now poised on the threshold of that promised awesome revival in Great Britain. So he went on to tell about the impact of the above tripartite vision on him and of having had lunch with Jean, when she stood up and preached without notes for two and half hours.

She expanded upon its second phase, explaining that the fires were people in whom God had put a hunger for Him and His Holy Spirit’s power. The trans-denominational effect would enrich the Body of Christ and out of which new ministries would be born. The lightning and explosions will happen when God brings empowerment to His people to move out of church and take Him into communities.

Afterwards, I told Tim I was with S-W’s prayer partner in 1997 when he saw the same awesome vision, and Tim shared why Jean’s had such a huge impact upon him.

“Richard, do you remember ‘Bonanza’ with its opening sequence’s map of the Ponderosa catching fire and spreading rapidly across it? That’s what I’d seen happening on a map of Britain and Europe! So, Jean’s vision hit me hard when I read it.”

Thus Tim established Spearhead as a ministry into Europe, especially Bulgaria.

Passion for the Nation: Prayer

Today’s declaration on Passion for the Nation is re-published with kind permission: 

Lord God, we recognise this is a day when You are moving upon nations, You are changing leaders, You are changing Governments, You are changing National and International Alliances. In the Name of Jesus, we declare in these days the United Kingdom will be positioned in every way for Your perfect plan and destiny.

We thank You for the increase of prayer across this nation, for the established movements and the new movements, for the prayer groups and the individuals. We declare they will be united in heart, vision and purpose under the headship of Jesus, supporting, strengthening and encouraging each other, that a highway for Your Presence, will be built within this land,

In the Name of Jesus, we shake ourselves out of apathy. We put down our own agendas, we put down our own preferences and our own understanding, and we declare Lord, this is a day to listen to Your Spirit, to hear Your voice and to know Your ways.

We declare Your Church will move, speak and pray according to Your purpose at this time.

Now Lord, even as this is a time for Your Kingdom to be released within our land, we declare the Brexit terms will be legislated according to Heaven and bring convergence with Your appointed time. We decree any further debates, amendments or decisions, introduced by the UK Parliament, The Cabinet, the EU, Member States’ Parliaments or devolved Governments in the months ahead, will increase and not decrease alignment with Your Kingdom Purposes.

TO GOD ALONE BE THE GLORY

My testimony to the Lord’s saving grace as told in the recent posts, was among the first postings on this blog in December 2011 and entitled Death or Destiny? Choose Wisely. I was reticent to go into any depth about my bondage to satan but, in view of today’s widespread ignorance, I told the full story in 7 installments for the event’s anniversary in 2013 (No 7 and My Journey Into Freedom). Over discussions here and on another blog last year someone thought my brief references to Islam indicated my ignorance of it and of deism in particular. So, for the record I augmented the account with necessary detail. Now for newer readers’ information, we continue with the final three parts and a NEW question 3 inserted below:

“Make your preparations – I am sending My Word, My Sword!”

Thank you to Ben Kay for informing me of this prophetic word brought to his attention at Plymouth’s Day of Prayer for the UK organised by Lydia Fellowship International on 8th September. Emailing me Friday 14th he writes, “Des Branagh attended the day of prayer and realised that a prophetic word he received from the Lord on 27 August 2018 may have been relevant to this time of prayer. However, he was hesitant to share the word during the meeting but instead forwarded the word afterwards, which immediately resonated with my heart.”

Ben advises this word has been tested in Des’ local church and so permission has been given to share it more widely (text colour and image RB’s):

 

Make Your Preparations – A Prophetic Word given to Des Branagh at 3am on 27th August 2018

You have seen the Earthquakes.
You have seen the Forest fires.
You have seen the Storms.
You have seen the Droughts.
You have seen the Floods.

I have been shaking the earth.
I have been sending arrows of fire to the forests.
I have been calling the winds and stirring your comforts.
I have been sending my chariots to collect and transport the waters of the deep.
My chariots have with wings traversed the mountain ranges, and at my command they have deposited the waters of the deep to your lands to cause flood and chaos.
I have been changing the highways of the sky to block the natural gentle rains and I have allowed your lands to suffer droughts.

All of this you have seen and experienced yet you continue with your eyes closed and your ears deaf to my warnings.

My written word has been ignored, my faithful ones have been trodden over beaten and martyred even to this very day.
The nations of Europe and the High Councils of the EU have trashed My word. With their arrogance they have made decrees that fly in My face and contradict My word. They have called what I declared as evil – good, and what I have declared good, they have called evil. They have applauded homosexuality and same-sex marriages.
Know this – I have seen and I have heard!

I have seen your evil immorality.
I have seen your murderous hands at work in the destruction of the unborn child.
Know also this – I have heard their defenceless cries and I continue to hear their cries!
I know each name of these precious little ones who are made in MY IMAGE.
Each defenceless cry is another attack on MY IMAGE as they have been ripped from their mother’s womb. I have HEARD THEIR CRIES.

To the Nations of Europe:
Germany – you have murdered My people. The apple of My eye.
France – you have removed Me from your children. No longer am I revered in your schools and homes.
Italy – I see the evil committed within the ranks of your religious priests. I detest these deeds.

To the faithful – I call you to Battle, I call you to take hold of the Sword of the Spirit, and to pray for your leaders. Pray that they see! Pray that they hear! Pray that they will understand and call their people to repentance!

Britain My hand rests on you.
I have made clear to you through signs on the earth of My anger because of your rebellion and sinfulness.
Through prophecy I have exhorted you in your churches to walk in My word and I have exhorted you to make preparation for the days that I am about to bring upon you.
I now have this to say to you:-
I AM SENDING MY WORD! MY SWORD!
There is not anything that can come against My word. There is no weapon that is formed, no kingdom more powerful that can overthrow MY WORD. With insects I brought down the might of Egypt.
I AM SENDING MY WORD and MY WORD WILL ACCOMPLISH ALL THAT I SEND IT TO DO!
IT WILL NOT RETURN NOR WILL I RECALL IT! UNTIL IT HAS FULFILLED MY PURPOSES.

Make your preparations for I am coming quickly.
Britain – I remember your zeal for Me in times past. How you took My word to China to India to African and other far off places.
I remember how you did not follow abominations of Rome. You have within your borders men and women of faith even in this day. So I will stand with you in your battle.
Make your preparations for I AM COMING!

Declaration for today’s EU summit in Salzburg

With a dinner speech due to be delivered by the Prime Minister tonight as her ‘opening pitch’ in the final phase of Brexit negotiations, intercessors are invited to participate in the following declaration published by Passion For The Nation:

EU LEADERS’ MEETING

“From one man he made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands”  Acts 17:5

‘We thank you Jesus for every aspect of Godly inheritance that You put within our land. We thank you for Kingdom foundations within our government, justice systems and many aspects of our society. We declare Your purpose over this nation to display Your Kingdom and Your Kingship. This is a day when You are connecting the past with the future. Now, we continue to declare the Lordship and Sovereign will of God over every aspect of the Brexit Bill, over the future relationship with the European Union, over Trade Policy, the Customs Union, the Irish Border, and the role of the European Court of Justice, that His plans for this nation in all their fullness will be established..

‘As Theresa May meets with EU leaders today we declare,

“You will make the crooked places straight”

and, in the Name of Jesus, we call forth a spirit of reconciliation among all the leaders of Europe that Your Kingdom purpose will overwhelm any ungodly political, vengeful or social agenda. Isaiah 42:16

‘We speak strength, help, wisdom and authority to Theresa May, that the fullness of the leadership You have put within her will be released. We decree Heaven’s design and schedule over every discussion, that every log-jam, every deadlock and every delay caused by man or the enemy will be released, and we speak a convergence and completion that the outworking of every decision made will align and connect the United Kingdom according to God’s perfect design and destiny.’

Prophecies on the spiritual significance of hurricanes striking the USA – part 2

In my first blog of 2012, Points to Ponder 2011-12 and Biblical, Historical, Financial Cycles I covered William Koenig’s investigation into the work of financial analyst Eric Hadik.  I’ve since referred to this accredited Christian journalist at the White House for his coverage of the Middle-East from a thoroughly biblical perspective. We now need to consider this in some depth:

In considering connections between President Trump’s ‘Deal of the Century’ for Israel-Palestine and Hurricane Florence for last Friday’s Inside The White House report, Bill  returns to his prime mission and discovery as a ‘watcher’ (emphasis mine)

‘Virtually every major hurricane since the beginning of the Israeli-Palestinians’ peace process in Madrid, Spain, held from October 30-November 1, 1991, have corresponded to White House involvement in Israel’s land. These have all occurred at the time U.S. presidents were actively pressuring and/or inducing Israel to make peace with the Palestinians by agreeing to give up large parts of Judea, Samaria and East Jerusalem for promises of peace and security.’

He itemises many things demonstrating President Trump is the best friend Israel has ever had in the White House, as well as giving a timeline of his administration’s peace efforts and public comments in the last two weeks whilst Florence developed. Bill also notes Trump will now have been president during four of the costliest hurricanes in US history, including Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria during the month of Elul in 2017.

  • Thur 6th – Remarks by President Trump in Rosh Hashanah National Press Call with Jewish Faith Leaders and Rabbis; committed to an Israeli-Palestinian peace deal that he thinks can be made – White House transcript
  • Sat 8th – Special Envoy Jason Greenblatt presents details of the Thinking Behind the Mideast Peace Plan – JNS (Tasked by Trump to help reach the “deal of the century,” Greenblatt serves as one of Trump’s top Middle East envoys and has herculean task to help negotiate peace plan between Israelis and Palestinians.
  • Sun 9th – late afternoon Florence became a massive Hurricane 4 storm.
  • Mon 10th – Closure of the PLO Office in Washington is an attempt to force Palestinians to peace talks https://www.state.gov/r/pa/prs/ps/2018/09/285812.htm
  • Mon 10th Sept John Bolton at the Federalist Society speaks against International Criminal Court and defends Israel (C-Span)
  • Wed 12th – Envoy Greenblatt’s Twitter comments on Trump peace plan.
  • Wed 12th – shift in Florence’s path is ‘bizarre’ could bring ‘catastrophic flooding’ to Southeast – ranks as one of weirdest hurricane/tropical storm tracks! (Part 1  has details)

Bill concludes on the delivery of the ‘peace plan’: ‘Originally, President Trump was to present his plan to the UN on Sept. 25. Haley said last week that there is not a specific date; it may be later. Doesn’t mean he still won’t. Something is up in the heavenlies.’

He notes that ‘Isaac’ has become a hurricane and heading toward the Lesser Antilles. Last time a storm named Isaac formed was the day the Republican Platform Committee endorsed two state plans in August 2012 and caused the 2012 Republican Convention to cancel their first day.

The day I shut the door on God’s Good News…

‘Twas a fateful day twenty-nine years ago today. It was written in my destiny – perhaps in heaven too? That evening I was to entertain a young man, barely an adult, only to end up discretely disagreeing!

I didn’t know a false gospel had lured me to the Devil’s Door. It wasn’t a normal door but a trapdoor and about to be sprung with me standing on it! In abject terror I groaned “My number’s up!” because I’d unexpectedly and suddenly come to the end of my life!

What’s more, I was absolutely terrified to realise hell’s now below me and I’d be heading down there – even though I didn’t believe in it! I was wrong – so badly wrong!!

Being anti-Christian had been a serious mistake – but it was now far too late! Yet I’m now able to tell this true story purely for the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ.

How did I get there you may ask. And, how on earth did I get out of it?

Christians, relinquish all fear (GPS #21.1) – Leisa Ebere

Here, Leisa Ebere brings a word commencing with confirmation of what I’ve noticed for a couple of years on exposure of corruption – as in Fulfilled Prophecies – the latest of which is exposure of long-standing anti-Semitism in the Labour Party and its ‘leader’!

Leisa writes,
“The Lord gave me this prophetic word this morning, 08 September 2018, and I felt compelled to send it to you. The Lord has shown me that the Spirit of Fear in mankind is actually blocking the move of His Spirit and He is exhorting His People to ‘Relinquish their Fear’..”:

RELINQUISH THE FEAR PROPHECY

Yea, says the Lord, I am bringing about a great exposing of corruption to the nations of the Earth and in My Body. For no longer will wicked men and women controlled by a spirit of witchcraft block My Spirit. And I am blowing Great Winds of My Spirit that will make way for My Habitation. For I will not allow My Chosen ones to be defiled by the dark plans of the evil one. How long will My People deny the Power of My Spirit? The Spirit of Fear has paralysed them so much that they are of no use to Me. I long to release My Spirit to flood their households with blessing; but many of My People prefer to remain in a place of turmoil and fear, because it is known to them, rather than trusting Me with their whole hearts and embracing a new way of life, which requires courage and faith.  I am calling those who will not shrink back from My mighty power and those who will not bow to fear. ‘The Fear of the Lord’ means respecting and embracing My Power and releasing it to change nations and the very patterns of Mankind.  Sameness is not My Will for you, My People. Shiver not behind closed doors; walk with Me in the high places. For though dark skies are upon you, surely I am bringing breakthrough through thunder and lightening and change. I am God Almighty and I shall not refrain from moulding and shaping those that follow after Me with their whole hearts. For My Remnant shall prevail for I shall empower them to stand tall like timbers in a forest and they will gather the nations unto Me, as I release power and strategy and change. Remember I am God and I am Sovereign, says the Lord of Hosts.

Declaration for Brexit re. Northern Ireland

BREXIT

“And He has made…every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, and has determined their pre-appointed times and the boundaries of their dwellings” Acts 17:26

In this season of governmental shift, we continue to declare, in the Name of Jesus, the boundaries, borders and sovereignty of this nation; judicial, legislative, physical, spiritual, political and economic, will be marked out, established and concluded according to God-given Kingdom Purpose and timing. We decree and declare the United Kingdom, in all its diversity, will unite behind Your plan and purpose. (First posted: May 2016)

Now, we thank You for the inheritance in Northern Ireland of those who have been willing to stand up for belief and principle. We praise You for the peace that has come to that nation in recent years and honour those who have worked together, to overcome prejudice and hatred.

In this season of the impossible becoming possible, we speak shift and turnaround, that as border issues are discussed, the historical differences between North and South, Protestant and Catholic, Unionist and Nationalist will give way to a new season of working together; that deep wounds in the spiritual realm will be healed, enabling and releasing Kingdom solutions in the natural realm. We speak the release of unique, creative and technological solutions in Jesus Name.

Now, in the Name of Jesus, we decree the heart of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the foundational truths of the gospel and the message of the gospel will be released with great power, unhindered by the thoughts and ways of man, that Northern Ireland will rediscover its God-given identity, rising above past difficulties and free to take her place in the days ahead.

Triple declaration over the Church, the Government and Brexit

Old Testament prophet Habakkuk recorded, ‘I will stand my watch and set myself on the rampart, and watch and see what He will say to me and what I will answer when I am corrected. Then the LORD answered me and said: “Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, it will not lie. Though it tarries wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.” (Hab 2:1-3 NKJV)

Three declarations on behalf of the Kingdom published by Suzanne Ferrett at Passion for the Nation on 4th, 7th and 10th September, are of especial importance in my humble opinion.  I am, however, changing that sequence on the grounds of precedence of topic:

CHURCH

“I say to you. Lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest” John 4:35

We thank You for every promise You have given for revival and awakening and we declare this is the day for Your Kingdom to come to our nation.

We speak the revelation of the triumph of Your mercy over every individual, ministry, businessman or market place leader struggling at this time and we declare Your people will arise and take hold of every opportunity You are releasing from Heaven.

We decree and declare that Your mercy and Your grace will overwhelm every self-judgment, the judgment of others, every feeling of failure, despair, disillusionment or loss, that fresh joy, fresh strength and fresh life would come to them, positioning them for the way ahead.

We call them into Your Presence, to seek Your face, that fresh vision will come, that every shift, door and step You would release to them for this time, will be both recognised and fulfilled.

We speak to the church in the Name of Jesus, we declare “This is the Season of Revival,” and we call Your people into a revelation of the openness upon the land.  We thank You for the equipping of Your church that is taking place, and we decree and declare, in this day a fresh urgency will come to Your people, that every gift You have given – both in the natural and in the spiritual – will be recognised and utilised, and we speak courage and boldness in the Jesus Name.

GOVERNMENT

“After consulting with the people, Jehoshaphat appointed men to sing to the Lord and to praise Him for His holiness as they went out at the head of the army” 2 Chronicles 20: 21

We declare the song of the victory of Jesus will rise above this nation, changing atmospheres and touching lives, that the sound of worship will be heard over every success, challenge and failure, national and personal. We declare as the Children of God put their eyes upon Jesus, they will be lifted above every situation and circumstance, that new joy and new strength will come upon them.

Now, in the Name of Jesus, we speak the release of a fresh wind of Your Spirit to come upon Parliament, aligning the words and thoughts of our leaders across this land with Your Kingdom will and plans, and we declare shift where there needs to be shift, turnaround where there needs to be a turning, and change where there needs to be change.

In the Name of Jesus, over this season and the season ahead, across every division, change and confusion, we decree and declare this nation will be led at all times by men and women appointed by You. We decree the mantle of Your wisdom and authority will clearly mark out those You have chosen both already established and those yet to be positioned, that a new level of direction, purpose and unity aligned with Your purpose will arise.

BREXIT

We continue to declare You are establishing new networks across the nations, networks of Governments, networks of trade and networks of individuals.

Lord, we stand as Your Ecclesia in this nation, and we decree and declare over every alignment, agreement, treaty, connection and relationship concerning the future of this nation, specifically concerning Government, trade, justice, borders, immigration and security, that this nation will be aligned for righteousness in every way in the days ahead.

We thank You for every man or woman who sought to bring increased peace, justice and prosperity to the lives of people and nations, and we acknowledge Your ways are higher than our ways, and Your thoughts than our thoughts.

Now Lord, even as  we have confessed the treaties, conventions, covenants, protocols, charters and agreements that have hindered or prevented Your purpose and plan for the United Kingdom being fulfilled – we specifically come into agreement with Your word in Psalm 94: 20 (Passion Translation) “ it is obvious to all, You will have nothing to do with corrupt rulers who pass laws that empower evil and defeat what is right” and we repent where any alignment has joined us with ungodliness in any form.

We declare this is a new day, and we stand as Your Ecclesia in this land and we decree and declare, in this new season, the United Kingdom will stand in righteousness, aligned and connected for the increase of that righteousness, and we take the sword of the Spirit and we cut every ungodly tie, in the Name of Jesus.

Lord, may all this be so..

And To Every Follower, Contributor and Visitor To This Blog

What happened during the first week of September 2011, followed by the Lord strongly and repeatedly nudging me, led from my emailing friends and a few church leaders on End-times to blogging for the world to read my musings – should they deem them to be of interest.

I hope this ‘ping’ or ‘echo-signal’ of GPS #20 may give an indication of how heavenly Father, Son and Holy Spirit may be moving in our nations.

First, let me tell you about a meeting Nina and I attended seven years ago today, on Sunday 4th Sept 2011 in Winchester Vineyard Church. We’d been unable to attend the first Revival Alliance Gathering over the previous three days held in London and so we looked forward to what the Vineyard pastors Revd Hugh and Ginny Cryer were to bring. [Remember, I had absolutely no knowledge of what Bill Johnson had prophesied there about 1st Sept 2011 being a turning point for Britain, as recounted in GPS #20.3]

I was visibly stunned when one of the other Vineyard delegates described events that harmonised well with an unusually revelatory dream I’d had the previous day, Saturday 3rd Sept. Note the above graphic’s falling jigsaw pieces, with implied snowflake motion, are very similar to what I saw in this dream:

FATHER, YOUR KINGDOM COME!

“I’m in an open-plan, modern office environment overlooking a town centre. Upon glancing out of one side’s extensive windows I’m amazed to see a large white cube flying very low over nearby buildings! (It’s about the size of a Hercules transport plane.) Watching, I see a few more similar cubes follow and fan out in different directions.

“Then I look from a different quarter’s aspect to see where they’re coming from and am notice this view is from a much higher floor and over a different location! Then, a couple of cubes hover and discharge some cargo, which floats down to settle on the ground – rather as furniture vans deposit items outside a house.

“However, I’m seeing into a room being set up, as though the building itself is invisible! A large wooden table and its several chairs are already there as white porcelain bathroom furnishings descend, but remain hanging in space!

“In a flash I understand what’s happening and, without thinking, hear myself comment aloud, “They’re setting up The Kingdom!”

“Someone else watching disparagingly quips, “Oh, that’s your perspective”.

“Again I’m surprised by my immediate, unconscious retort, “I studied perception at Uni!” (ie. in physics and in psychology, and am thus making a well-informed comment.)

“A sudden urgency comes upon me to dash home with this news. Jumping into a car I find my normal route out of the building diverted and a huge vehicle tries to collide with me. Dodging that I drive up a slip road onto a choked road but find this very basic car becomes seriously under-powered.

“So I get out to walk yet find all hard paving has turned into lush green grass of wide-open meadows. The congested road’s gone and I’m sliding down a well-worn grass slide to then run, or move, much faster than I can really run across an extensive area. I head a few dozen feet above the land, as though in a glider, and some very large object or person rushes from the left to block my path. Totally unfazed, I deliberately collide into it and it smashes into oblivion without halting or affecting my movement.

“On the nearby horizon an unusual low building looms into view but, as I approach this destination, the alarm clock goes off!!”

Upon waking an initial interpretation came with great excitement because there were to be several revival meetings that month. I believe the Lord gave the above heading for my notes of this lucid dream.

All this needed weighing BUT I didn’t expect confirmation and more insights not only in connection with the Gathering itself but also with the prophetic word reported at the Gathering’s Inception Meeting in Nov 2010!

BRIEFING BRINGS CLARITY

So the very next day in Winchester, upon hearing a delegate tell about the Alliance’s leaders having repented on behalf of the nation, my spirit leapt in knowing this act of contrition connected into that dream’s bathroom furnishing! (It’s symbolic of cleansing through repentance and forgiveness.)

In the dream, the bathroom appeared after table and chairs were already in place, which may mean a meeting place with purpose and authority. Then came a personal insight spoken as though from Holy Spirit, indicating only those open to Him can perceive and understand the Kingdom. Also, whatever is being set up is not within an obvious structure but fully exposed to those with ‘eyes to see’. (Perhaps, church ‘outside the walls’?)

Later, I realised why the dream is directly connected to the Gathering. It’s because the setting was in two offices in Reading and Croydon where I’d worked and which came under the authority of central Dept of Environment with headquarters in Marsham Street, Westminster – as is Emmanuel Church! [The venue for the Gathering.]

Thus, I believe the dream’s meaning is relevant to the Revival Alliance event and its proceeding out into the wider Church as the meeting was jam-packed with leaders from many churches across Britain.

By the way, having noted the dream under the header ‘Your Kingdom Come’, I came to hear it’s the same title of the following week’s healing service in Winchester led by the Alliance’s member absent in the Ukraine – Randy Clark!

7th Anniversary of prophecy and dream of God’s Kingdom and the United Kingdom (GPS #20.3)

Visiting our Prophecy Library and searching along the ‘2011’ shelf I find a couple of items I’d like to draw your attention to. First, this entry:

At the first Revival Alliance Gathering in the UK convened on 1-3 September 2011, the pastor from Bethel Church in Redding, California – Bill Johnson – prophetically declared to a packed congregation in Emmanuel Church, Marsham Street, London:

“We would look back at 1st September 2011 as the day things changed in the UK.”

Welsh delegate David Edward Pike notes in his account of Revival Alliance Meetings in Westminster that Bill went to say it might take time for the impact of this day to be seen and felt across the nation, but gradually it would come.

In his blog of Revival Prophecies for the British Isles under ‘Westminster Conference (2011)’, Chris Welch of Hampshire notes Bill as saying,

“There’s something about September 1st. I believe you can write it down…‘Everything changed September 1st 2011’….understand that a Kingdom perspective sees the oak tree as an acorn…I feel like it’s a prophetic word over this country: September 1st everything’s different.”

Christen Forster, one of the Gathering organisers, reports Alliance Leader Che Ahn of Harvest Rock Church in Los Angeles, as telling him that in all the years working with Bill he’s rarely heard him make an apostolic pronouncement of such a kind.

So Christen writes, ‘Bill’s prophetic word in September was a declaration of the start of the new day, the new wave, the new season. The wells don’t need unblocking any more, the water is flowing, we just need to carry their life and refreshment into the dry places. And every week I hear stories that confirm that word.’

To commemorate that event I’d planned auto-posting this for 1st September in between ongoing work on unexpected snags during essential maintenance – but then in came a couple of items that seemed to relate to it and which I could quickly post.

THEN I realised how they seemed to endorse the importance of this 7th anniversary; as though the Lord is saying all three items are connected and are important in signifying what He’s doing in advancing His Kingdom!

Hence, my later referring to them as part of His ‘GPS’ system

AND there’s a ‘double-coincidence’ in their not only appearing within days of each other but also in their ‘echoing’ a ‘coincidence’ that happened seven years ago!

That is, another ‘God-incidence’ had happened in 2011 when I was astounded to have a dream that confirmed the above word Bill brought – but I knew absolutely nothing about that at the time!

Genesis 12 and deceit of Turkey’s president cont’d

Continuing from previous post, in an interview in the Oval Office on Monday, Donald Trump said he thought he had a deal with Turkeys’ president when he helped to persuade Israel to free a detained Turkish citizen!  He’d thought Erdogan would then release Andrew Brunson, an evangelical pastor held since 2016 and facing 35 years in prison on espionage and terror-related charges.

Arutz Sheva reports him telling Reuters on Monday, “I think it’s very sad what Turkey is doing. I think they’re making a terrible mistake. There will be no concessions.”  When asked about the potential damage to other economies from the tariffs he imposed, he said, “I’m not concerned at all. I’m not concerned. This is the proper thing to do.”

Trump said Erdogan had wanted the Turkish citizen returned from Israel. Earlier a senior White House official said they’d met in Brussels for a NATO summit in mid-July where they discussed Brunson’s case and what could be the way forward to release the pastor.  Turkey had sought US help to persuade the Israelis to release a Turkish woman who was being held in Israel, the senior official said. In exchange Turkey would release Brunson and other Americans being held in Turkey.

Trump said he kept his side of the bargain. “I got that person out for him. I expect him to let this very innocent and wonderful man and great father and great Christian out of Turkey,” Trump told Reuters.

In response to the continued imprisonment of pastor Brunson the US president imposed sanctions on several Turkish officials and a 20 percent duty on aluminum and a 50 percent duty on steel. Turkey imposed tariffs on certain imports from the United States.

Gaza Knock-on Effect

After deceiving Trump and defaulting on their agreement, Erdogan has now stepped into the stalled haggling over plans to obtain a truce to alleviate the situation in Gaza.  Yesterday, DebkaFile exclusively reports: 

‘One of the key benefits under discussion is the use of a Mediterranean port to enable the enclave to receive goods and export merchandise, mostly agricultural products. Port Said on the bank of the Suez Canal was mentioned, as well as Limassol or Larnaca in Cyprus. However, the release of Ebru Ozkan was seen by Hamas as a sign of Israel’s weakness and it raised the ante once again. Now, the Palestinian negotiators in Cairo are demanding that the port made available to them be located in Turkish Cyprus. There, Israel would have no way of monitoring the types of goods Hamas was importing to the Gaza Strip and President Erdogan, a longstanding fan of the Palestinian terrorists, would be able to supply them out of sight with weapons and military equipment. All this means that Turkey can now jump with both feet into the shambolic Gaza truce negotiations and use them as a tool for getting back at Trump and Israel.’

Bible Update: Genesis 12 blessing and curse in the news

Now [in Haran] the LORD said to Abram, “Go for yourself [for your own advantage] away from your country, from your relatives and your father’s house, to the land that I will show you.

“And I will make of you a great nation and I will bless you [with abundant increase of favors] and make your name famous and distinguished, and you will be a blessing [dispensing good to others].

“And I will bless those who bless you [who confer prosperity or happiness upon you] and curse him who curses or uses insolent language towards you; in you ALL the families and kindred of the earth will be blessed [and by you they will bless themselves].” (Genesis 12:1-3 Amplified Bible)

I was reminded of this passage last weekend as being the explanation for the amazing news of financial markets in the US defying the tumult convulsing rest of the world!

Bloomberg reports: “If we looked at the world through just a U.S. lens, it would all seem quite sublime. Geopolitics and geo-tensions are far from it, however,” Marty Mitchell, former head government bond trader at Stifel Nicolaus & Co. and now an independent strategist, said in his daily newsletter Thursday. “It’s just a strange and disconcerting world that we live in, yet the U.S. equity market and the U.S. economy just keep chugging along”; …‘for now, investors may have good reason to be confident in U.S. assets amid the global turmoil. (but) that doesn’t mean they can ignore the events offshore, such as Turkey,’ says Peter Boockvar, chief investment officer of Bleakley Financial Group.”

To me this speaks of a consequential blessing coming upon the United States because president Trump recognises Jerusalem as the capital of the Jewish state of Israel and therefore relocated the US embassy there. (The next day Guatemala moved theirs too and their ambassador reports that on the day its doors opened no crime was reported in her homeland for the first time in its history! – ICEJ editorial, Word From Jerusalem.)

And now, a week later, those verses of Genesis 12 crop up again upon reading William Koenig’s Eye View from the White House in connection with these references:

BRITAIN’S CORBYN NEXT??

Therefore I must ask, is deeply anti-Semitic Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn next?? His support of terrorists has been coming under increasing exposure. Read a survivor of the 1972 Munich Olympics murders: I nearly died with my teammates. I hope Corbyn disappears from politics.

We know God’s word doesn’t return to Him void, ie. without accomplishing its purpose, so it’s encouraging to see Him bringing it about.

GPS #19: new strategies and unprecedented acceleration

Heaven’s Global Prophecy Signalling system has gone off once again!

Whilst learning about Father’s call to seek Him for strategies by which to pray and make declarations, one of many responses brings a fresh prophetical perspective from Neil Mackereth in Winchester, Hants – which itself gets ‘fleshed out’ by Kevin Zadai in a video recorded in Phoenix – and then in comes a message from t’other side of our planetary ‘Big Ball’ sent by Lana Vawser living in Queensland, Australia!

If you listened to Kevin’s account of what he learned about prophecy and Apostle John’s trip into the future where he sees Jesus’ return, you may have noted his reference to the increased acceleration in angelic activity. Watch video from 13:30 mark – “Jesus said, “At this time we’re in now, the angels have been sent at the end of this Age because we’re behind the curve… Angels always show up at the end of a Dispensation”…to accelerate and catch us up into the proper track we should be at…“)

That is, things are going to accelerate! This isn’t news to us because “Acceleration” has often resounded on this blog.

THE ACCELERATION THAT HE IS LEADING YOU INTO IS UNLIKE ANYTHING YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED BEFORE!! DELAY IS BREAKING!!

The Lord has been speaking to me about acceleration and delay for a while now. There has been an intense battle that many of you have been facing this year and for many there feels like there has been a delay in the breakthrough of the promises of God.

There indeed has been an intense battle over what the Lord has spoken to you, but what the Lord said is STILL TRUE. The Lord cannot lie and He is faithful. Do not allow your circumstances to tell you otherwise.

UNPRECEDENTED ACCELERATION ESPECIALLY FOR THE REST OF THIS YEAR!!

The Lord spoke to me that the enemy is fighting against His promises to bring some significant delays, because for the remainder of this year He is leading His people into a level of acceleration that is unlike anything they have experienced before.

Do not be discouraged by the delay, the enemy has been fighting hard against God’s promises in your life because you are stepping into SIGNIFICANT acceleration. Don’t give up right before the winds of acceleration increase. That’s the enemy’s hope, he wants you to give up right before you enter into this new realm of ACCELERATION.

IN THIS UNPRECEDENTED ACCELERATION, YESTERDAY’S STRATEGIES AND BLUEPRINTS WON’T WORK

The Lord spoke to me that in this unprecedented acceleration that has already begun and is going to MAJORLY increase for the rest of the year, yesterday’s blueprints and strategies won’t work. The Lord showed me that right now because of the battle and the circumstances many are walking the “pathway forward” hasn’t been clear, and in that “unknown” there’s a temptation to rely on the strategy of yesterday, but the Lord spoke to me that there are NEW STRATEGIES AND BLUEPRINTS for the rest of this year in stewarding and walking in this new level of acceleration.

The Lord is calling His people to seek Him for the wisdom and strategy to steward the acceleration. There is a fresh rain of revelation from heaven where the Lord is releasing the KEYS you need to walk in the acceleration He is releasing. As you walk in this new season of acceleration, you will understand more and more why the delay has been SO intense and the battle raging.

BACK TO THE HEART

In the battle that has been raging the enemy has sought to distract the people of God from going deeper in intimacy with the Lord and taking hold of all He is saying and releasing. I heard the Lord say “BACK TO THE HEART”.

In the acceleration that’s increasing and going to significantly increase for the rest of this year, it is IMPERATIVE that the people of God go “BACK TO THE HEART” if they have swayed.

In order to steward the season of acceleration and walk in all the Lord is releasing, we must live close to the heart of God. We must continually live in a place of intimacy in His heart. Hearing what He is saying, feeling His heartbeat and walking to the rhythm of His heart, not to the rhythm of what ‘man does, says or expects’ or the ‘ways of the world’. It is more important than ever in this season of acceleration and increase that’s taking place, to be INTENTIONAL to stay close to the heart of God. He is looking for purity and integrity in the stewardship of the acceleration.

For many of the blueprints and strategies the Lord is releasing are so new and so fresh, that it will require radical obedience, wisdom and discernment to move in. The Lord is releasing revelation of these strategies from His Word and in dreams in such significant ways, the prayer of God’s people must be for wisdom and discernment more than ever. There is a significant increase of pioneering that is taking place in the release of these strategies and blueprints.

THE RE-IGNITING OF THE “WHY” AND INCREASE OF PASSION IN GOING “BACK TO THE HEART”

The Lord showed me that a significant reigniting of the “WHY” is going to take place in this season of acceleration. Many of you have been SO wearied by the battle and the delays you have constantly faced, I felt the encouragement of the Lord, that the Spirit of God is going to reignite the “WHY” in your life.

I heard the Lord say “I AM TAKING MY PEOPLE BACK TO THE HEART OF THE MATTER”. He is clearing away all the fog, the discouragement, the trauma, the disappointment, the weariness and in encountering His heart afresh, He is taking His people back to the heart of the matter. Back to the “WHY” of the vision and calling He has given them. Even if it looks different in this season of acceleration to what it has, the Lord is going to REIGNITE your WHY and He is going to remind you again of your WHY.

Significant encounters with Jesus are happening and going to increase. There is a significant shift taking place where the people of God are going to see the Glory of God and the fear of the Lord in such beautiful and splendid ways, your WHY will be refreshed. It’s FOR HIM and ABOUT HIM! Your passion will be reignited to move into all He has for you and the calling and anointing over your life. Your joy will be restored and a new and fresh passion for all He has called you to.

NOW IS NOT THE TIME TO CRY, NOW IS THE TIME TO FLY!

I heard the words “Now is not the time to cry, now is the time to fly” and the Lord showed me that the enemy is working hard to discourage God’s people through circumstances and the battle to the point where their heads will hang low in weeping despair and moving further into hope deferred.

Friends, I encourage you today.. RAISE YOUR FAITH! The Lord has decreed this is your season to FLY. To fly high above all the noise and chaos around you, to fly triumphantly, to fly in greater acceleration on the wind of His Spirit. To not stay bogged down on the ground in discouragement and despair but to put your HOPE IN GOD, because HE IS COMING THROUGH and WILL COME THROUGH! There is a reason for the battle and the reason is because you are going to see Him move in a way you have NEVER seen Him move before. You MUST hold on. You MUST stand your ground. You MUST remain in the Word. You MUST not give up. The shift is taking place and it’s your time to FLY!

Rallying Calls to Prayer – 3: examples of personal strategies

Again quoting The Rallying Cry to Prayer, “We believe that as we step out in faith – the Lord will give us the strategies – not just to know how to hear the warnings of what the enemy plans to do – but more than that, He will speak to us from heaven showing the counter-attacks we are to use. So whenever there is a warning coming to us; “Seek me” says the Lord “And I will show you the strategy to stop it.” Indeed we believe the Lord is saying, “I will show you how to do it.”  He knows we are not yet alive as He would want us to be and we probably know that in our heart of hearts too. All this is about to change!”

Let’s look at a couple of strategies that arose during personal prayers.

Suffocation/Strangulation

A prayer partner emailed me in early July, and has kindly permitted publication of her text:

“I have continued to pray for the Kingdom, particularly since the Brexit vote. I know a very few people who support it and many I know are viciously Remain, many clergy particularly. As we moved to the vote I sensed I was to set a large candle alongside a cross, light the candle and pray the Lord’s will. The candle burned day and night for a week and only as the vote Brexit was won did the light from the candle fall on the top of the cross. I knew it was the Lord’s will!

“The tentacles seen prophetically will be cut off so freeing this nation from strangulation, a couple have already shriveled…”

“On a recent journey down the M6/M5 my eye was taken by the, now prolific, Japanese Knotweed on motorway embankments. Some areas the native plants are completed covered, even shrouded and probably unable to withstand the suffocation/strangulation. A sad sight and one that continues to inform my prayers. This I’m prompted to write to you about as this seems to be an example in nature of the spiritual challenges of our times.”

After re-publishing the Cryers’ call to prayer I replied, “The symbolism of the knotweed encapsulates failure within government to progress Brexit properly and expeditiously. It seems to be appropriate as a subject of prayer in response to the invitation I blogged this morning. My reaction is to pray that it be severed with invisible scissors…”

However, upon pausing a while a strategy seemed to pop into mind, so I continued, “It would be better for the Lord’s hand to touch and remove it all, as though rubbing it out of existence!”

I heard that the ‘knotweed’ symbolism gave direction to her prayers because it relates to her personal situation. She writes, “Please use and share this illustration, I sense it is the Lord’s image. I will pray for complete removal, as I do our removal from Europe’s strangulation.”

Holy Fear and Terror of the Lord

You may have noted that three of last week’s posts linked to Revd Gavin Ashenden’s strong denunciation of the apostasy publicly pronounced and exhibited by the Dean of Ely Cathedral in flying a rainbow flag from the tower for the weekend’s Pride event.

Most unusually I was awoken early Saturday morning and recalled that offensive action and, rather than being annoyed, asked the Lord about how I could pray. I was reminded of Wanda Alger’s recent excellent re-posting of a dream in which she saw the awesome power of Holy Spirit moving across the world in a focused beam bringing the reverential fear of the Lord (read Holy Fear and Terror of the Lord).

I recalled that had happened to me on the fateful night of the Lord’s visitation in 1989, and that intense conviction of my personal sin had resulted in the immense blessing of my salvation. Therefore, I could pray for the Lord to bless Mark Bonney and his ilk the same way He did when He turned up in my life.

Lord, may Your Holiness fall upon the dean, clergy, residents of and visitors to Ely and bring them to true repentance for Your glory’s sake, Amen.

Prophetic strategy cont’d – a heavenly perspective

Neil Mackereth’s remarks upon prophetic strategy in his email to me popped into mind upon watching Kevin Zadai explain the spiritual dynamics of prophesying according to the will of God, which he’d learned as a result of encountering the Lord Jesus when he died during a dental procedure. It starts 10 minutes into this fascinating half-hour (I’ve embedded to begin at 00m:00s but it persists in later start; so maybe it’s emphasising the significance of Kevin’s words! Please scroll back to the 1 min mark for full video):

Kevin claims to have died at the age of 31 but was returned to life 45 minutes later. Yet to him it seemed 6 days had elapsed whilst meeting Jesus and receiving His profound instruction.

Having watched some half-hour ‘celebrity chats’ plus lengthier conference sessions, I’m most impressed with his character and way of integrating scripture into a number of his experiences, as well as not being sensationalist in his views, which line up with my own understanding.

In particular, I’m delighted with his description of Jesus’ interaction with Time, its nature and that of prophecy. My personal descriptor of Jesus as Lord of Lords is of Him being ‘Always Now’, and Kevin uses those terms in a similar vein.

My preferred interviews are with Patricia King, who brings the scripture supporting his claim before Kevin tells how and what happened (at 2:50 this video) and of his book  Praying From Heavenly Realms – she kindly speaks to those who were, like him, born out of wedlock – and with Susan Cheatham (above). Others interrupt too often, or add dramatisations of meeting Jesus and angels; btw Kevin and Sid Roth are good friends. For a slower, analytical examination of what happened to Kevin see split-screen interview with rabbi Eric Walker, who questions him from the perspective of near-death and out-of-the body experiences.

In The Rallying Cry to Prayer the Cryers write, “We believe that as we step out in faith – the Lord will give us the strategies – not just to know how to hear the warnings of what the enemy plans to do – but more than that, He will speak to us from heaven showing the counter-attacks we are to use. So whenever there is a warning coming to us; “Seek me” says the Lord “And I will show you the strategy to stop it.” Indeed we believe the Lord is saying, “I will show you how to do it.” He knows we are not yet alive as He would want us to be and we probably know that in our heart of hearts too. All this is about to change!”

My friend Neil Mackereth, one of the valued contributors to this blog’s material on the EU and Brexit (as here and here) and author of Signs, wrote to me on Friday with these intriguing insights:

Dear Ginny, Dear Richard,

‘I felt a call to respond to the “frinkle” moment I had on reading your very recent call to prayer. It is truly amazing how themes are developed, by God giving to various people different pieces of the jigsaw.

‘The other morning I woke with the phrase “the darkest hour is just before dawn” in my mind. The conviction that we are now in the most intense time of prophetic fulfillment was very strong, as was the realisation that the return of Jesus (the second advent) will render biblical prophecy obsolete (I know there will be other millennial events to follow but we won’t need the Bible to tell us about them).

‘My thoughts were directed to the urgent need for prayer. I was reminded that the Old Testament prophets were often the lone recipients of God’s guidance for the people. In particular, Daniel saw it as essential to intercede on behalf of the people, to plead for the prophetic fulfillment of the end of 70 years of exile. Also, Elijah saw himself as the sole prophet of God against 450 prophets of Baal at Mount Carmel (1 Kings 18:22)

‘I am convinced that in our “New Testament” times the strategy has changed. Each “prophet” receives an element of a much bigger picture and it requires unity for the jigsaw to be completed. Friends of God live in the stream of prophetic enlightenment and recognise the signs of the times. With information and understanding comes responsibility!

‘Put another way, there are now many “mini-Elijahs” in the Christian community and, by the unifying process of networking, their various prayer groups will become the Elijah church: an essential bedrock which God is establishing in this nation and beyond.

‘Returning to 1 Kings 18, at verse 21 Elijah says “How long will you waver between two opinions” which might well be the mantra for prayer groups today. Do we really believe God is in charge? Do we really believe that God gives us signs (e.g. the EU displaying the “badges” of Babylon)? Do we really believe that God made a covenant with Abraham and his descendants? Answers to these sample questions will influence our views and prayers on God and Mammon, Replacement theology, Brexit and so on.

‘Lastly, it was made clear to me that Christians are not to just sit in the audience watching the play. We are also players (audience participation!) and need to study the script in order to fulfill our roles in the unfolding drama…’

AMEN my friend and how amazingly this fits into what I’ve recently learned, as will be revealed in a video to appear in the next post!

Rallying Calls to Prayer – 1: A Vast Army

When the servant of the man of God arose early and went out there was an army surrounding the city with horses and chariots. And (so) his servant said to him, “Alas, my master! What shall we do?”

Elisha answered, “Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” And he prayed and said, “Lord, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.” Then the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. (2 Kings 6:15-17 NKJV)

The urgent Rallying Cry penned by Hugh and Ginny Cryer, republished here last Thursday, invites readers to join them because, “We believe that the Lord is about to move powerfully in this nation once again. This time not just on the indigenous people of this land as in Wesley and Whitfield’s time but now in present day UK…

“For this move of God to come, I believe that the Lord is wanting to raise up an army and that we are all part of that army. His army for His battle for Britain today. Just as Rees Howells wrote about the battle for the skies and the heavenlies in 1940, so we are now called to wage war in the same way…”

A VAST ARMY

They’re not alone in sensing the importance of such a holy call to Christians in Britain, and I thank everyone who’s commented on the blog or contacted me direct. Edmund Phillimore emailed the next day and kindly permits me to quote him:

‘Yesterday at New Wine, James Aladurin of Prayer Storm spoke twice calling for people to become passionate prayer warriors birthing the revival we long to see.

‘He (told) how in 2017 the Lord drew his attention to Acts 12. When Herod found popularity following his executing James, he arrested Peter. Peter was asleep, in chains and in prison. But he was delivered by the angel as the church prayed through the night. He sensed the Lord saying that both church and nation are like Peter. There is an apostolic calling on the U.K. to take the gospel to the nations and like Peter they are asleep, in chains in prison. But there is also the church of constant prayer. Just as the prayers of the church in Jerusalem led to Peter being set free supernaturally, so God will deliver church and nation in response to the prayers of his people. Wake up prayer warriors!

‘I believe many at New Wine responded to James’ call. The Lord is on the move.’

Also, he noted that on Thursday UK Prophetic Words had republished a word Veronika West had brought in which she saw an army of the Lord advancing. I’d noticed it some days earlier on her Facebook dated 30 July. It reads:

A MIGHTY ARMY IS RISING; DIVINE TRANSITION

‘LOOK! SEE there is A mighty Army that is Now MOVING and advancing upon the earth, there is a divine deployment in the camp of the Lord, THE SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF GOD ARE TAKING NEW GROUND AND OCCUPYING NEW TERRITORY. The Season of Great Change and Divine Transition is NOW upon us.

“LISTEN! Do you HEAR The Sound of many trumpets, THE sound of the Shofar”? IT’S TIME TO BREAK CAMP AND MOVE FROM THIS PLACE OF BONDAGE AND STALE BREAD, the Land OF PROMISE, PURPOSE AND MANIFEST POWER IS BEFORE US.

‘I hear the Spirit say, “WARRIORS RISE UP AND TAKE YOUR PLACE ON THE FRONT-LINE OF BATTLE, FEAR NOT FOR THE GIANTS STAND POWERLESS IN THE PRESENCE OF THE KING, SEE, I HAVE PUT VICTORY IN YOUR MOUTH, NOW Open your mouths and I will fill it, speak forth My Word and it will go forth to pierce and penetrate the heart of darkness in the land. WATCH! As the AUTHORITY and the transforming Power of My Word goes forth to move and make way, for the Rivers of My Glory to Come and Break forth upon the Nations.

“COME UP HIGHER, YES! Let us go up together to the high places, where the fragrance of the prayers and Praises of My PEOPLE fill My nostrils. Have I not said, the Books that have been sealed will now be opened? WATCH! As My Transforming Glory will Come, WATCH! As My Justice and Vindication will Come, YES! WATCH! As My Compensation will come, For I will pour out My Healing and Restoration Power upon the people of the land. Now Listen! Beloved You must Eat My Word, Speak My Word and NOW Run with the Roar of My Resurrection and Redemptive Power”, says God.

‘Friends, I see the Spirit of Revelation and Wisdom manifesting mightily and powerfully in the hearts and minds of God’s people in this Season causing many to Arise in greater power to go forth and declare their righteousness by His blood. Strongholds and strangleholds of the enemy are being dismantled and broken, I See an Army of Warriors begin to conquer and overcome those things that seemed impossible in the past, the weak are being made STRONG. I hear the sound of a war cry of Victory over the people of God, satan is defeated, the hand of God has overturned and overthrown every situation that has seemed insurmountable and impossible for many.

‘Listen! the ground is fertile and the seeds that you have sown in the last season will SUDDENLY AND QUICKLY COME FORTH, THE SEASON OF Abundant Harvest is upon us. The HAND of God is now moving with greater Acceleration and Momentum UPON THE EARTH, I SEE a SUPERNATURAL SHIFT taking place in the heavenlies which will now begin to manifest in the midst of you, WATCH AND EXPECT A DIVINE MOVE OF RESTORATION, TIMELY REVERSALS AND UNEXPECTED RECOMPENSE in every area in your life where the devourer came to rob, Kill and Destroy. hindrance that has drained and stifled your momentum is being uprooted and removed, there is a clear pathway forming in front of you. A pathway that leads to fruitfulness and Increase. The Spirit of God has equipped and empowered you to Stand and be Strong in the conflict, there is a battle that rages in the heavens on your behalf, be assured of His Blood that has overcome every demonic assignment and onslaught. He has given you weapons to war and to win, Now Take hold of His Peace and His Salvation, take Hold of His Righteousness and His Faith, Let His Spirit and His Truth guide and direct you, I Prophesy you are Standing in His Victory in this hour.
Hope is rising, I Prophesy it’s a New Day and a New Dawn for the faithful ones of God.

‘I see the finger God begin to Stretch you beyond your comfort zone, taking you beyond the borders of the familiarity and safety, He is enlarging you and preparing you for appointed times and seasons, you are being reset and recalibrated for these are indeed set times, times of watching and waiting, Heaven is about to move, there is a release of the power of His presence, I Prophesy His promises will be made manifest upon the earth. Get ready for the Suddenlies of God will begin to sweep across the nations like Wild Fires as the cries of repentance go forth, Be Expectant for a display of God’s Glory that shall be seen on earth like never before.’
