End-times Briefing 8: Hourglass of End-time Harvest – Veronica West

Late yesterday afternoon Veronika posted this on her ministry Facebook. Upon reading it Neil Mackereth, author of SIGNS: The Significance of Bible Prophecy reacted as follows,

“That is very powerful indeed…I also had clear direction that the time of allowing the wheat and the tares to grow together is about to end – the harvest of separation is about to begin.”

I reminded him of my hearing in 2008, “This is ALL about to be fulfilled!” upon opening my Bible to re-read Matthew 13’s parable of the wheat and tares harvest – see Briefing 1, Why? and The End-game Is Now In Play (we were soon to become good friends).

AN URGENCY OF TIME; THE GOLDEN REVOLVING DOOR OF THE AGES and of ETERNAL DESTINY — THE HOURGLASS of the END-TIME HARVEST!

Last night I had a powerful dream that I would like to share for the purpose of Prayer.

This dream was incredibly complex and so I will do my best to describe what I saw, heard and felt in the dream. So please bare with me as I try to share and interpret what I saw, and what I believe The LORD is revealing.

As I woke from the dream in the early hours of the morning, I immediately began to draw what I saw in the dream (see pictures below).

This dream came with such an urgency of the times and the need to begin to cry out for the nations of the earth who are in the valley of decision.

I believe this dream speaks to the 11^th hour. A kairos time in the earth. An appointed time of The End-time Harvest!

For an eternity without Christ is an eternity of damnation and darkness…!

In this dream I was caught up in The Realm of The Spirit where I could see the globe of the earth. And yet at the same time, I could see all the nations of the earth laid out before me like a map.

As if in three dimensional vision, I could also see the boundaries of the many nations and the different people of those nations, but as I looked at the globe of the earth, suddenly a large clock appeared before me and I could hear the sound of ‘ticking” in The Realm of The Spirit.

The deep sound of ticking, seemed to penetrate my innermost being, which caused a great urgency to rise up within me, (an urgency that time was running out) and then I heard these words,

“The Clock of Creation. Time and Eternity.”

As I heard those Words, suddenly I saw what looked like a heavy Golden Revolving Door that sat at the centre of The Clock (the type of revolving doors you would see at the entrance way of a large hotel or even a hospital, the type of door that has multiple entryways).

As I looked at the heavy Golden Revolving Door, I heard these words,

“The Golden Revolving Door of The Ages and of Eternal Destiny.”

I could clearly see the three hands of The Clock, the second hand, the minute hand and hour hand. The time on The Clock read 11:55, and between the minute hand which sat at (11) and the hour hand which sat at the (12) there was an “entry-way”.

Then I heard these words,

“Grace! Grace! Grace! Grace! Grace! For these are the days of My Grace, come! Enter in… For now is the time for a great Harvest is at hand.”

Five times I heard the word “Grace!” and then I heard again the loud sound of ticking which echoed in The Realm of The Spirit.

My eyes were drawn to the second-hand on The Clock, which was moving around the face of The Clock with great momentum, and then suddenly, my eyes were drawn to the centre of The Clock and a Golden Hourglass appeared over the face of The Clock..

I heard these words,

“The Hourglass of the End-time Harvest”.

As I looked at The Golden Hourglass, I saw that the top of the Hourglass was narrow and the bottom of the Hourglass was wide…and… I could see the sands of the Hourglass falling.

Then suddenly I saw Jesus and a multitude of Angels standing at the centre of the Hourglass and His Face was turned towards the “doorway/entry point” of The Golden Revolving Door and the nations of the earth were standing on the threshold of the entryway.

I saw the right hand of Jesus lift up and He was knocking. Then suddenly my eyes were drawn back again to the small second hand of The Clock, which was still moving very fast.

I felt again such an urgency in my spirit, as I could see that as the small second hand moved, so the minute hand was moving and the entryway of The Golden Revolving Door was getting smaller and the top of the Hourglass was getting narrower.

At that point in the dream I began to cry out for ‘mercy’ for the nations which had not yet entered through The Golden Revolving Door…

And as I cried out… suddenly, I saw what looked like (5) Archangels of The LORD, each one standing at different markers on The Clock…different ‘entry points’ of The Golden Revolving Door (which I knew by revelation represented different times in history).

Then I heard these words,

“Angels of Awakening. The Guardians of past great Revivals and Awakenings on the earth”.

As I looked at the first Angel, I saw the time ’17:30’ come up before me and I knew immediately that the time represented the ‘year 1730’ which was the start of the ‘First Great Awakening’.

As I looked at the Archangel of Awakening, I saw a blazing sword of Fire in his hand and the angel stood guard at the entry point of that time… and the doorway was ‘sealed shut’ by a wall of fire!

Then I saw the time ’18:20’ come up before me. Again I knew that the time represented another time of a great spiritual awakening in the earth, the ‘year 1820’ was the beginning of the ’Second Great Awakening.’

Just like I saw with the First Great Awakening, I could see a second Archangel of The LORD standing guard at the entry point of that time in history and with a blazing sword of Fire in his hand and the doorway to that era was ‘sealed shut’.

Now as I kept watching and listening in the dream, the time and numbers ‘1875‘, the year of the ‘Third Great Awakening’ also came up before me, and then ‘1906‘, ‘The Azusa Street Revival’ and then ‘1910‘, the beginning of the ‘Twentieth Century Revival’.

As each of these specific times in history came up before me, I watched as the heavy Golden Revolving Door would move and the time on The Clock would change and the sands of The Golden Hourglass would fall.

As I watched, each great awakening come and go, I saw Archangels of Awakening being stationed at each entry point and a wall of Fire would seal shut that time in history!

But then the dream shifted again and my eyes were drawn away from the past times of great awakening which were now sealed off by a wall of fire.

As my eyes were drawn back to the time on The Clock and I heard these words,

“The 11^th hour Harvest is here…. And the Reapers are Angels!”

As I heard those words in the dream, suddenly I saw again Jesus and the multitude of Angels who were standing at the (centre of The Clock, at the centre of The Golden Revolving Door and the centre of golden Hourglass) and I heard these words,

”Prepare! Prepare, for I stand at the door and knock, for the time is short. Watch! For the 11^th hour Harvesters are now being released onto the earth.”

As I heard those words, I saw the multitude of Angels who were standing with Jesus, being released into the nations and I saw they were carrying golden sickles in their hands.

I watched as The Angels of The Harvest went forth upon the nations, and then I saw the Sons and Daughters of God begin to rise up within the nations and they began to co-labour with The Angels of The Harvest.

I watched as multitudes of people from every tribe, tongue and nation across the earth, who had been standing in The Valley of Decision and on The Threshold of The Entryway of The Golden Revolving Door, begin to enter in and cross over to the other side.

I could see the sands of The Golden Hourglass beginning to fall with an even greater acceleration, as both ‘time’ was being accelerated and ‘heaven’ was being populated.

As I watched The Angels of The Harvest and the Sons and Daughters of God moving together across the harvest fields of the nations, the sound of the ticking clock seemed to be growing louder and louder with every passing second.

Then suddenly I heard these Words,

“Watch and Pray! For but a little while longer The Golden Revolving Door of The Ages and of Eternal Destiny stands open before the nations.
“As the days of My Grace and Mercy are poured out upon the nations, watch! For the time is here, for the 11^th Hour Harvesters will herald the birthing of a new great awakening on the earth!”

PS – A few things to ponder and pray!

As I woke from this dream, I began to write and draw everything I saw and heard in the dream!

While meditating over this dream, a few things that really struck me as powerfully significant in the dream.

The first was the repeating of the number five (5) and the mention of God’s Grace… Grace, Grace, these are The Days of Grace!

Another amazing aspect of the dream highlighted to me were the five Archangels of Awakening and how they stood as guardians over the past awakenings and how a wall of fire sealed off those different era’s of awakening.

I felt as I prayed over this aspect of the dream, The Holy Spirit impressed upon my heart that while the past awakenings were incredibly powerful and amazing in their time, what God is about to do in this ‘new era and great awakening’ in the earth will look nothing like the past revivals, and that heaven is about to do a new thing in the earth — ‘that eyes have not seen, ears have not heard and minds have not imagined’!

Again and again, the urgency of time in the dream was impressed upon me.

The time is now! The time is short! There is an supernatural acceleration taking place over time!

This certainly kept getting stronger and stronger in the dream…

The Golden Revolving Door of The Ages and of Eternal Destiny is closing…. The 11^th Hour Harvest is now upon us…

The nations are standing in The Valley of Decision, standing on the threshold…

As Sons and Daughters we must arise and begin to co-labour with The Angels of The Harvest for this is a kairos time… an appointed time of harvest on the earth….

Prophet’s Intel Briefing: Cyclical nature of Bible and history – 2 Kings, 2 Presidents prophecy, 2 God-incidents

“Whether people know it or not, they’re caught up either directly or indirectly in prophecy. There’s just no way they’re out of it. Everybody’s involved in it, whether they know it or not!” Robin Bullock, 21 March 2024.

Saturday Men’s Breakfast ‘rabbinic-style’ gathering focused upon current news aspect of Romans 11 on The Remnant of Israel. Later, I read Chris Moyler’s recommendation on his Telegram about a broadcast on Thursday of Elijah Streams, but I didn’t watch until this morning, Monday. So, I’m grateful to be able to publish his note.

That timing is clearly God-incidental because, before Robin Bullock gets onto what Chris covers, what he says surprises me on two personally pertinent items that happened on the intervening two days! Chris writes:

‘Dear Friends,
Please don’t miss this very important prophetic briefing from Robin Bullock in which he expounds, in great detail, the dynamics of Kim Clement’s “Two Presidents” prophecy.

He explains that what is happening to President Trump today is precisely mirrored by King David’s relationship with King Saul.

King Saul’s Reign had two parts.

In the first part he had a sound mind, an anointing and a crown.
In the second part, the anointing was removed and he lost his mind, even though he continued to have a throne.

Meanwhile, the anointing of the kingship was placed upon David. He became King when the prophet Samuel anointed him, but for a long while he had no throne.

Obama is the modern representation of Saul, and President Trump the modern representation of David.

Obama’s anointing was removed from him while he was yet President. When Saul’s anointing was removed, at the time when he tore Samuel’s robe, he also lost his mind!

Biden represents the second half of Obama’s Presidency, the time in which Saul lost his mind.

And Donald Trump is actually President Trump, because the anointing remains upon him.

Furthermore, the night before the recent Iowa caucus, the prophets gathered to anoint him for a third term. This wasn’t done in person, but it was done in the spirit realm.

This is all of immense importance. Robin’s most detailed exposition serves to greatly strengthen our faith during this long time of waiting for President Trump’s full restoration.

And most importantly, this empowers us, not to be mere observers of this transition of power, but as God’s prophetic people to boldly declare in the spirit realm that this great and historic change in the Presidency will indeed be completely fulfilled by the LORD in President Trump.

1st Personal Point:

At the breakfast study, someone remarked upon verse 3’s reference to Baal, but, although I’d have gladly responded, it wasn’t taken up.

Now, from 14 mins into the Intel Briefing, Robin speaks at length on Baal as a leading demonic opponent of the One and Only Living God, and not only in biblical times but also today – and especially in child sacrifices. He cited several examples of the current onslaught of this evil.

2nd Personal Point:

From 23:15 mins Robin talks about receiving a word from the Lord at a high-level public meeting and being told by Him to state: “There’s only one God; the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, the God of Jacob and God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the King of Glory”. Robin was impelled to repeat it soon afterwards and then announce, “You know there’s only one God and He’s called ‘The Living God’ – that means all the other ones are dead!“

He and Steve talk about Mar-a-Lago and (29:45 mins) recall Donald Trump holding up and emphasising the Bible in his capacity as President, as well as having pointed upwards in a political rally to God and saying, “We need help from the Boss!”, as reported in this post:

President Trump gives glory to Jesus Christ in public!

NOW NOTE > The day before I heard any of that conversation, at our Palm Sunday service on teaching from Mark 11 I’m most pleased to hear guest speaker Pete Gilbert using – and repeatedly stressing – that very same term Donald Trump uses to describe Jesus’ and our heavenly Father:

He begins at 26 minutes into the service and, after a personal introduction and likening an aspect of this scripture to an encounter with the author of Sherlock Homes mysteries, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Pete delves into the scripture at 34 mins. At 42 minutes Pete’s exposition goes up a level:

“…There’s a very interesting – a very unique little part in verse three, where again Jesus is making it as clear as he possibly can as he enters Jerusalem into the final climactic events of His earthly life. What does He say at the end of verse three? ‘If anyone asks you why are you doing this tell him the Lord needs it and will send it back here shortly’ – He needs it and will send it back.
…this is the only time before His resurrection when this title is used of Jesus. Jesus uses it Himself after the resurrection, others use it after the resurrection – but before the resurrection has happened, before the crucifixion has happened this is the only time – this is Jesus saying I’m coming in > make way!
I’m doing it gently, I’m not forcing My way in, I’m doing it humbly but this is who I am. I am indeed the Lord – ‘kyrios’ is the word there in the original language and it it means God and God’s chosen one – the very Messiah of God.

SO, Jesus is making it abundantly obvious what is going on. Here the word ‘Lord’ does get used of Jesus in other places but it’s not this title… about half the times that you read the word Lord relating to Jesus in the New Testament it is not kyrios which is the Lord, the God the Messiah; it’s a word which carries a function. The word Lord applied to Jesus (Himself) usually means ‘Boss’ – not just Messiah, not just God, but actually who is He to me. He is ‘Boss’. So for as many times as you read Lord Messiah, especially after the resurrection, as often the word means ‘Boss’ – and I suppose my question to myself and my question to you this morning is: is He that to you, He wants to humbly, He wants to gently, He will not force His way in, but He does want you to acknowledge Him as Messiah but also as ‘Boss’…”

End-times Briefing 5: pastor’s ‘Sign in the Sun’ vision warns of coming global cataclysm! [Prophecy coming to pass!]

Those following these Briefings will appreciate the direct relevance of Sign #27 to this video and transcript, for which I’m grateful for Carolyn Stewart’s very helpful expertise.

On 27th May 2020 Revd Christopher Wickland posted this alarm or warning on what’s soon to hit the world. (To date, his November 2019 prophecy of a great humbling then spiritual revival of Britain is accurate.) As with all prophecies, please seek the Lord in weighing this vision.

In NKJV, Christopher’s Luke reference is headed ‘The Coming of the Son of Man’:

“Welcome to another thought for the day. Today I have quite a serious message and one which probably many Christians will find a little bit hard to stomach. I will start with this piece of scripture, then I will get straight into it.

“It says in Luke 21 from verse 25: “There will be signs in the sun, in the moon and in the stars and on the earth, distress of nations with perplexity, the sea and the waves roaring. Men’s hearts failing them from fear and expectation of things coming upon the earth because the powers of heaven will be shaken. Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.”

“The other night I was out for a walk with my wife, and the Holy Spirit really came upon me suddenly. Something happened there and one of these things that happened was that really strongly the Holy Spirit said to me,“There will be signs in the sun very soon.”

“Then he reminded me of something that happened to me, probably about 12 years ago. I was on the train going to Portsmouth Grammar School, where I taught at the time in those days, and as I was on the train I fell into like a trance. I know it sounds really weird, but it was a state between sleep and being awake. I remember looking up at the sun, and suddenly the sun changed colour from yellow to green, and there was an ear‑shattering crack of thunder across the whole sky, and then the whole of the city that I was stood in, I was looking around, with people running and screaming because of this cosmic sign in the sky, and people were terrified and in fear. And then BOOM, I suddenly came to with a start.

“I believe the time is coming now, I believe the Holy Spirit was saying to me, even this morning while I was in the shower, “Tell the people that the Sign in the Sun is about to start.” And I don’t know whether that will be soon, as in like weeks, months, or even years….I don’t know. But I believe the Holy Spirit said to me that the signs in the sun will start to commence.

“This will be something, I believe, on a world‑wide level – everybody will see it – and it will defy the laws of physics!

“The sun will do stuff that the sun just shouldn’t do!!

“And this is a sign, both to the nations and a sign to the Church. And it’s a sign to the nations that they have to repent. And it’s a sign to the Church that we too need to repent and actually get on our knees, and really take seriously the times in which we are living in, because the times that we’re living in are more wicked and more dangerous than we actually can even conceive.

“We are like frogs…We are being put in a little bowl of water, and the water has got hotter and hotter, and we as Christians are being boiled alive right now, but we don’t even know it. This is a reality of where are at.

“During this time of lockdown I have really been seeking God’s face a lot more. And the thing that I’m becoming more and more impressed with by the Spirit is that we are in trouble; in that our nation has turned to such liberalism, where we justify the murder of innocents, where we justify taking away the virginity of our children in their minds, where we justify so many wicked things, where the laws of the land have become an abomination to the things of God and His Word. Where now even churches are turning in droves away from the things of the Gospel and moving into the things of liberalism and of the world. We are in great trouble!

“Now I know a lot of you watching this are thinking, “Woah! This guy, he’s lost the plot.” Maybe I have, I don’t know. But I have to be faithful to what I believe God is showing me, and I remember so vividly that vision of the sun changing colour, and the crack of thunder that ricocheted across the sky, and the terror that fell upon everybody.

“Because God is a good God, why would He do such a cataclysmic sign? Well for the Church it’s to “Wake Up!”. And for the world it’s “You need to repent. Time is running short. You cannot carry on living in wickedness and depravity much longer before the Great Tribulation comes to you!. You have to repent. Now is the time!”

“The Bible says: ‘Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts.’ Now is the time. And when those signs, as prophesied, as I read in the opening scripture, in the sun will start to appear ‑‑ and I believe they are coming soon ‑‑ then it is a time of warning for the Church, because the Church ‑‑ we’ve become indifferent to the things. We look around our world and go, “Yeah, that’s okay. We know it’s going on.”

“But we need to be on our knees. We need to be praying more fervently, more harder, more gut‑wrenching, heart‑felt prayers at this time in history, now more than any other time in history to date, because we are at the epoch of the most horrendous of things, and we look around and we’re not even aware of how horrendous it is because we’re acclimatised to the wickedness of the world in which we live in. But the Sign in the Sun will be God’s mercy to His Church to wake us up. Now, I don’t know if this is months, weeks or even years way. But this is what I believe God showed me, this is what I believe the Holy Spirit told me to say and to warn us: time is running out, and it is a time to take our faith seriously. God bless you.”

Blue Letter Bible defines ‘a sign, mark, token’ as:

1. that by which a person or a thing is distinguished from others and is known
2. a sign, prodigy, portent, i.e. an unusual occurrence, transcending the common course of nature – of signs portending remarkable events soon to happen – of miracles and wonders by which God authenticates the men sent by him, or by which men prove that the cause they are pleading is God’.

Readers will recall pastor Wickland’s miraculous recovery from a fatal heart attack last November free from consequential brain or heart damage after being effectively dead – see Was Pastor’s fatal heart attack to prevent God’s warning to Britain and apostate church?. Only days before he’d recorded an accurate prophecy on a great humbling of Britain and then a spiritual revival, but which got overlooked in the upheaval of events.

Scripture on post-mortem Jesus connects with personal vision – and with ‘singing butterflies’! (GPS 104.1)

My personal footnote to “This is That!” is only half of what the Lord was bringing on Sunday 10th March. The ‘audio-visual’ impression dropped into me whilst making our first ‘cuppa’ developed more extensively three hours later during worship in church. Yet what happened in between ‘prepped’ me for ‘more’!

After breakfast I booted up my phone and checked BibleGateway’s Verse Of The Day (1Peter 3:15) and then read its source chapter, where Holy Spirit opened up an insight. In reading chapter 3 in my Bible I got well and truly ‘hit between the eyes’ by verse 18 :

¹⁸For Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring ^[c]us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive by the Spirit, ¹⁹by whom also He went and preached to the spirits in prison, ²⁰who formerly were disobedient, ^[d]when once the Divine longsuffering waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was being prepared, in which a few, that is, eight souls, were saved through water.

Obviously, we all know dead bodies are not alive, BUT Jesus had become truly alive in His own spirit and thus, The ‘firstborn from the dead’ – Col 1:18, Heb 12:23, Rev 1:5 !!

Now, a notification had arrived from a friend which I then opened and am ASTONISHED how it relates directly to and thereby confirms the insight into scripture. I cannot fully put into words about Jesus’s change from death to life in the Spirit and in heaven – before His Resurrection – and soon afterwards going into the underworld to address spirits imprisoned during the Flood, also known as ‘The harrowing of hell’.

With that background to the prophetic vision Theresa Sullivan kindly sent that directly relates to that insight, let’s proceed to an unusual Global Prophecy Signal of ‘singing butterflies‘ (!!!) in the next post…

End-times Briefing 15: the Lord is doing a new thing – Caley Augustine

Caley, who sent a powerful word for Britain given to Henry Joseph Falcone, posted this yesterday on his Facebook and which accords with other ‘prophetic alerts’ as examples of the recent post on Deuteronomy 19:15.:

‘Received this early morn…

“What I AM doing is new! It strikes like lightning and My voice thunders. Sauls and Saulas will be falling to the ground in droves wondering Who or what hit them!

You must tell MY church that this is NOT an Ananias moment! You cannot question whom I have chosen! You must not call unclean those I have washed! You must RUSH to MY new Pauls and Paulas, help them from the ground, anoint their eyes, baptize and lay hands at once for I would dazzle them with MY Holy Spirit and MY love and restore to them the lost and wasted years just as I did for you! There is not a minute to lose!

And then???

Make disciples, MY children. Make sure there is no want, no lack, no undressed wound among them.

Cherish them as the precious newborns they are! Raise them up for ME!

Look to ME for new instructions, new methods, for I will and must do a quick work among you.

Time is short. The reaper overtakes the sower and look, I AM setting MY table for us to dine together. Everything is ready. Are you?“

“This is That!” – an ecstatic prophecy, Rachel Miranda Emerson

My reaction on Facebook, as above per US date, was NOT simply because my birthday number God-incidentally features again, but more for the reason in my Footnote. In accordance with my usual practice in posting prophetic words, emboldening and colouring are mine.

In this prophecy published 12th March 2024 on her Facebook, Rachel predicts specific dates, a practice usually avoided in prophecy – so this one will soon be tested. As ever, please weigh, pray and discern with the Lord.:

RACHEL EXPLAINS:

“First let me share; ecstatic prophets release ”Ecstatic prophecy” and it is a form of prophecy in which the prophet is completely overtaken by the Holy Spirit–body, soul, and spirit–and prophesies almost as an oracle.

For quite some time I have experienced “Ecstatic Prophecy” but did not have a language of expression to share what I had encountered and experienced with the Lord in the weight of his glory and power. As I have gained understanding, I am better able to share with the body of Christ. The Lord came upon me and spoke directly through me with these words below. (You will see the word twice, thrice or 2x or 3x and this is in reference to when the Lord spoke that line and how many times. ) I do get dates or months with prophecy, but I do not always share them. However, here I am sharing what was heard, seen and encountered in its entirety.”

THE LORD SAYS, “THIS IS THAT!”

I saw the angel who blow (sic) a trumpet of fire upon my house top-and I felt the fear in the presence of this angel. Then this angel with the trumpet of fire entered my house with a very, very heavy large scroll. He proceeded to spread it open upon my living room table. I saw the word “PROPHECY” written upon the scroll. (At this point, I told my husband, “The Lord has a word”.) Here is what transpired next in the weighty presence of the Lord.

Ecstatic Prophecy:

“We must yield to what the Lord declares and speaks, we MUST.” And the Lord said, He will clearly show us what to do, just like images upon a projector screen. (RB; NB!.

I see a date before my eyes that I am documenting; the dates are APRIL 24 and then APRIL 30th, like a time-frame, 6 nights and 7 days. During this time, “there will be a SIGN of darkness,” and this is the prophetic sign that something has been released into the earth.

And then I saw a word come across my eyes, and the word was “DANGEROUS.”

“The Lord said, “God will NOT BE PLAYED WITH” and He spoke it thrice. (I am reminded of the scripture in this moment, “God will not be mocked.”)

“‘Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.’” Galatians 6:7.

“Then the Lord said: “We will see things we never saw before, and the HEARTS OF PEOPLE will be CHANGED in an INSTANT.” IT will be so powerful what the Lord is about to do.

I see the 6th month on our calendar [JUNE], and I saw a VALVE from HEAVEN, and IT IS POURING OUT a MEASURE OF GLORY. (In the encounter, the power and glory of God was so immense, and the Lord said, “This is nothing compared to what will be experienced….”)

Then I spoke: WE MUST REPENT!” (I began to speak about the glory, and the Lord spoke loudly, “THIS IS THAT!” And I began to weep.)

“And then the Lord said: “And it won’t be stopped” (2x), says the Lord.“That glory, that glory will not be contained! It will be “infectious”; it will permeate the hardest terrains, the hardest of places, for the HARVEST IS RIPE.”

WE FEAR YOUR NAME, LORD! “People are playing with God,” spoken thrice, “and there is going to be destruction. God will wipe them out; they will not stand, they will not stand,” says the Lord.
“GREAT CHANGE IS COMING (GREAT, GREAT CHANGE!) It’s not the great that all people know!
Your house must be in order, GET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER. The fear of the Lord will fall afresh AGAIN.” (I said, “Help us, O’God!”)

(I began to say, ‘You are the solid rock upon which we stand, JESUS, the firm FOUNDATION. JESUS, the firm foundation, THE ROCK UPON WHICH WE STAND. OH JESUS, THE BREAKER!’)

The people do not know what is COMING UPON THE EARTH. Prepare us, help us, oh GOD, to be ready for what is coming!” (Then my husband’s actual phone alarm went off naturally.)

“THE REVIVAL COMING, IT IS SO POWERFUL, it is not what we have seen! THIS IS THAT THING! A time and season of the MOST MIRACULOUS.” (I began to weep out loud.) “This IS THAT!”
ARMS, LEGS, EYES, EARS, INTERNAL ORGANS — GOD WILL RECREATE THE BODY, and IT’S A PROPHETIC SIGN — OH THE BODY, THAT BODY,” spoken thrice, “the BRIDE BODY. The MIRACULOUS will come in WAVES OF MY GLORY upon the earth, and THE SPLENDOR OF THE LORD WILL BE SEEN. OH, MY GLORY AND MY MIGHT,” says the Lord, says the Lord— “My glory and My might that has not yet been seen upon the BODY will be SEEN.
It shall wash, It will wash people clean. The Lord will purge, He will purge the BODY of CHRIST, Like we have never seen before!” (I mumbled, “So much Healing,” 3x.) “See, the Miraculous will come upon the people of God!

(While Weeping and saying:) The harvest is HERE! Your glory like FIRE! The way He will use people will be POWERFUL!

This is why, this is why we must get in order. THIS IS THAT COST,” the Lord speaks about. (The anointing will cost you.)

“The order of the Lord, that divine reset, those who fear His NAME, HIS NAME—GOD will spare those people in what is about to COME!” (I cried out and said, “OH GOD!”)

“We must pray for America, the Brave,” (2x). “GOD SAID “PRAY FOR THIS NATION,” He spoke with GREAT EMPHASIS. “And the OIL WILL POUR OUT UPON THIS NATION! (America.) That oil that pours out is so TRANSFORMING,” (I began to weep) “GREATER, GREATER IS MY GLORY!” (I began to pray for America in tears.) Then spoken aloud, “YOU REBELLIOUS PEOPLE!”. (And I cried out for forgiveness for AMERICA.)

”And not be like their fathers— A stubborn and rebellious generation, A generation that did not prepare its heart to know and follow God, And whose spirit was not faithful to God.“ Psalm‬ ‭78‬:‭8‬ ‭AMP‬‬
“For the IDOLATRY among the body of CHRIST is POISON,” says the Lord, (3x). “It’s poison in My body! It is poison that will no longer be tolerated.”

He said this is what I spoke to you about regarding “mercy and grace” [He holds so much back like a quiver drawn back in the bow] — the Lord HOLDS IT ALL IN BALANCE.

“HIS name, HIS name, O’ GOD, HIS NAME, will be feared, THAT NAME,” (3x), “It will tremble across the LAND. And I will shake the land, I WILL SHAKE THE LAND, and they will say it’s an earthquake and say it’s a flood, but it is MY HAND,” SAYS THE LORD. “I SHAKE THE EARTH,” (2x)! (The anointing was so strong I could not open my eyes and had to lay down.)

“THE Lord said: “There’s a 6.9 earthquake,” (2x), “It is the LORD, it is the LORD that shakes the FOUNDATION! Again, it is a prophetic sign, and “I will shake what can be shaken, and what remains shall remain.” A 6.9, I see it in my eyes. I am in a vision here, and I see a 6.9 earthquake; it’s from a place by TN, [Tennessee? RB] and it goes up and over, to the EAST and the NORTH and the WEST. It will crack along the line,” spoken (2x), “THAT IS THE LORD who is sovereign, who is HOLY, who is MIGHTY. He will crack the earth, BUT GOD SAYS, “There is a purpose, there is a plan, I will fortify the Church. I will fortify.”

“This is THAT!” says the Lord.

“THIS IS THAT!”

“ACTS 2:2, What does ACTS 2:2 SAY,” says the Lord: “‘And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.’” (Acts‬ ‭2‬:‭2‬ ‭NKJV‬‬.) “The LORD SAYS, MY wind shall come again upon My PEOPLE. This is no ordinary WIND, THIS IS REVIVAL.” Then says the Lord, ”It will not cease, it will not be quenched, it will flow like milk and honey —every corridor, every state, YES and the marketplace. The enemy has been defeated, nothing is going to hold us down!!! THIS IS THAT!” SAYS THE LORD!”

The Lord gave me a deeper revelation on the purpose of when He said pray every day. The Lord specifically told me 100 days. I thought it was just for me and my husband, however it’s for the body of Christ to specifically speak healing life over their bodies and decree protection. I feel it is very imperative to speak healing and health, and wholeness over our lives over the next 100 days. There is a divine purpose and God is watch over His word concerning His people. Based upon the prophecy I released above April 22-30 is Passover and June 11-13 is Shavuot 2024.

My reaction to what Rachel brings was due not only to its content, but also to her explanation of its ‘ecstatic’ nature, for this helps me understand and gives a part-confirmation of a novel experience I’d already encountered.

Out of the blue on Sunday 10th March, whilst making our breakfast tea, I had a flash insight about how the Lord wishes to encourage a brother – I recalled seeing images played upon a projector screen during the previous evening’s birthday party for a house group leader. BUT that wasn’t all because, after sharing it with him before the morning’s church service, it subtly engaged my own spirit as an audio-visual sensitivity throughout the worship and well into the service – as though starting to see into heavenly realm!

Last night I realised, after having done what I rarely have time for, I’d encountered yet another GPS to three I’d published yesterday; AND that its content directly relates to a prophetic word our sister Veronika West received on New Year’s Day three years ago. It also was three weeks before Joe Biden’s ‘inauguration’:

“So, last night just as we crossed over into the new year, we took communion as a family and as we commit the days ahead to The LORD in prayer, suddenly I heard The Spirit say these words,
“Watch! For 2020 was a year where ‘the stage was set’.
But… Now Watch and Pray! For the year 2021 and beyond… This next Era…
It shall be a time of: ‘LIGHTS’: A time of greater Revelation and Wisdom….
A time of Divine Unveiling / Revealing and Supernatural Illumination, as My Spirit of Truth, Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding is being released upon the nations of the earth.
‘CAMERA’: A time of Divine Capture, Justice and Judgement.
For The Spirit of ‘The Fear of The LORD’ will be released upon the nations.

After supper I revisited Derek Johnson’s Telegram for any updates, and found the above. As that day’s triple-tranche of Global Prophecy Signals began with my alluding to a ‘hint’ of covert activities given at the outset of the State Of The Union (SOTU), I took the opportunity to watch this episode on Rumble.

The interview proper starts at 7 minutes and goes into depth on the matters raised in my postings on the SOTU, as well as regarding ‘the return’ and the Texas border.

Steve and Derek’s long session starts by explaining the history of the ongoing military operation and continuity of government authorised by Donald Trump whilst President.

There’s NO room at the Inn! – Veronika West

As mentioned at the close of the previous post about the Hermit of Loreto’s premonition about playboy Donald J Trump’s future service to the Lord and America, I’ve been led to consider the role of Jesus’ mother since the children’s nativity service held at 3Counties Vineyard church. Then a fortnight ago, the notion of pregnant Mary riding a donkey to visit her cousin Elizabeth got DROPPED into my mind – SO I wondered why?

Very soon afterwards, I understood > “Now I know!” < for I read what our dear sister had just posted on her Facebook (12th February) and later on His Kingdom Prophecy:

THERE IS NO ROOM IN THE INN!

So today I was on call, Praying with a powerful Prophet of God and while prophesying over her…I saw her in The Spirit like Mary, who was heavily pregnant sitting on a donkey, and I was shown Joseph walking beside her.

Now, looking at her in the realm of The Spirit, I knew that while I was being shown her specifically, I was also been shown many of God’s Prophets in this hour and season, and I knew by Revelation, that there are many of God’s Prophets who are heavily pregnant and at the point of birthing.

Heavily pregnant with Power, Promise and greater Purpose for the days ahead, and these Prophets carry The Mantle of Mary — The mantle to birth the very Life, Purpose and Destiny of God into Nations that are in a time of great travail.

I also saw that many of these Mary-mantled Prophets also have a Joseph Mantle.

These Prophets carry the multi-coloured coat of The Seven Spirits of God upon them. They also walk in a special favour and revelatory anointing of God, even as Joseph did.

Many of these Joseph Prophets have known the darkness of the dungeon, and they have been tested — and yes! — The Word, The Dream and even The Visions that they have carried, have been severely tested!

But, I see these heavily mantled Mary and Joseph Prophets coming forth in great Anointing, Authority, Revelation and Power for the hour!

But then, I heard these Words, ”Tell My Mary and Joseph-mantled Prophets that there will be no room in the inn!”

As I heard those Words, I immediately inquired of The Spirit of Revelation, and He spoke to me saying, “Tell My double-portion Anointed Prophets that many people and places will not have the capacity to contain what they are carrying in this next season!

Many will not have the ability to discern — or even receive — what My double-portion Prophets are about to birth in the earth!

Tell My Mary and Joseph-mantled Prophets that at the moment of birthing, there will be no room in the inn — for what shall be birthed through them on the earth, cannot be contained in an old winesk-inn!” [wineskin]

The illusion in America is shattered (at long last) – Chris G Bennett

A noteworthy confirmation from the Lord to my brother in Yorkshire, that He is definitely waking Americans up to the reality of their situation, as on Facebook Thursday evening and published at His Kingdom Prophecy:

THE ILLUSION IS SHATTERED

I’m in another open Vision or Dream.

I’m in a beautiful place of carefully cultivated garden. Beautifully manicured lawn, sculpted flower beds, carefully shaped and maintained hedges, and pathways again neatly clipped, trimmed and sculpted.

There’s a profusion of what I would regard as cutting flowers — various varieties, all ready for cutting and displaying in vases etc.

All idyllic and peaceful. Yet something is amiss.

There’s a foreboding atmosphere, a simple ‘somethings not right’ feeling. Not dark, yet somehow it IS dark and forbidding!

Suddenly the whole ‘Garden’ starts to rumble and shake! The whole scene begins to crumble and fall in ruins.

People appear and they’re running, panicking, fleeing from something dark and terrible. It all fades and becomes lost to sight, hidden by the smoke and dust!

“So, LORD, what was that all about, please?”

I paused at this point to watch Derek Johnson with Steve Schultz on Elijah Streams. Honestly, the Vision was a warning of some of the things I heard.

The immediate thoughts that The Holy Spirit put to me were these,

“Everything you are watching happen in The United States of America right now is an illusion to awaken the people of America — and the world — to enable the execution of God’s own Reset Plan!”

My own thoughts were along the lines of, “But this is getting bizarre! The border crisis, the out of control judicial system, the persecution of President Trump — all these, and much more, are real!”

I heard this response — “They are not so real that they cannot be stopped!

The enemy is working frantically to keep all his plates spinning, but one by one, they are falling, and soon they will be stopped altogether!”

People, it’s time for ALL of us to get into The Prayer Closet.

The Intercessors have carried us thus far, but they now need us all to pitch in to help.

Trump needs our support like never before. The decisions he is about to call need a Wisdom that can only come from The LORD.

The revelations to which we are all about to be exposed need for us to be in constant prayerful attention.

We will all need the reassurance of our eternity as this scenario unfolds before us.

We need our faith and trust in The LORD to be higher, greater, more certain than its ever been before.

We are entering into a period of great darkness and possible uncertainty, and our faith needs to be rock solid.

Jesus Christ is our Rock, and He is our Salvation.

Discernment is desperately needed in these times and we need that rock solid relationship with Him — an immovable, unshakable Faith in Jesus Christ — a Faith that will also draw others towards Him as they see our serenity in the face of danger, our calmness in the face of panic, our assurance in the face of doubt.

In short, as they see our Faith in action

I’m not the only one who sees these things. The Company of Prophets is still active!

‘Boiling’ GPS between England and Arizona – prophecy confirmed (GPS 101)

Must interrupt my plans for finishing before long weekend starts at dinner-time:

Veronika West posted the word A Storm is Brewing! Nations are at Boiling Point! on Tuesday I didn’t get around to reading fully until this morning and prepping for this blog just before midday. It was published at 12:12 GMT.

One of my long-time ‘over-the-pond’ friends Tony Puccio in Arizona, who doesn’t use Facebook, says he didn’t see it until sometime well after 5:12 am in Arizona…BUT!!

He comments thereon,

“Richard check out my repost of a dream from {November) 2013 entitled, “boiling pot”. I reposted it this morning before reading Veronika West’s posting.” (Click image for link)

‘I had a dream 11/20/2013. In the dream/ night vision. I saw a large heavy Iron pot. I cold not see what was in the pot because there was a lid on the pot. However, what ever was in there was boiling rapidly as it was making the heavy lid on the pot rattle as it boiled. The pot was suspended, in my dream over the United States. What comes to mind is the vision that the Lord showed Jeremiah.

‘The word of the LORD came to me again: “What do you see?” “I see a pot that is boiling,” I answered. “It is tilting toward us from the north.” The LORD said to me, “From the north disaster will be poured out on all who live in the land”. (Jeremiah 1:13-14)

In my dream, I too saw a boiling pot but it was upright still and not being poured out on us as in Jeremiah’s vision. The pot in my dream was covered, however, as in Jeremiah’s vision, the pot was boiling which in turn caused the lid to rattle in my dream. The rattling lid is a warning that judgement is ready to be poured out and is, in my opinion, a call to repentance. In the natural, when a pot is covered and it’s contents are subjected to high heat, what happens is that the lid will begin to rattle and the contents will begin to seep out over the sides of the pot as the lid cannot keep them in.

It would seem that the boiling pot is indicative of judgement. In Jeremiah’s case the judgement was a foregone conclusion as the boiling pot’s contents were being poured out on the land. In the case of the United States, it would seem that the Lord is giving us time to seek His face and repent.

‘For it is time for judgment to begin with God’s household; and if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of God?’ (1 Peter 4:17)

Friends, The Spirit of God is Moving — Do you feel it! Do you See it? Do you hear it?

Pay Attention! For there is a Great and violent Swirling in the Realm of Spirit at this time.

I keep hearing,”Get Ready something is brewing!”

I hear the Words, ”It’s Tea Time!” and like a tea bag, the longer it sits in boiling water the stronger the tea becomes.

There is a stirring of the waters in The Realm of The Spirit, as The Seven Spirit broods over The Nations — but I see a Divine Confrontation, as two Altars are Rising over Nations!

I hear the Words, ”Get Ready! For this is an Appointed Time!

Brace! Brace! Batten down the hatches!

For a Storm is brewing! I say again — a Storm is Brewing!

I say Listen! Get ready! For there is a Sound that’s rising like the Sound of the whistle on the Spout of a Kettle that signals the water has reached Boiling Point!

Watch and Pray! For what will be poured out in the coming days will bring Nations to their knees.

Watch! The Waters of the Sea — the Waters over Nations — will reach boiling point!

For a Time of great upheaval is coming that will bring Nations to a Divine Tipping-Point!”

End-times Great Apostasy – confirmed by word from the Lord

I’m delighted to find Chris G Bennett posted this on his Facebook yesterday:

FALLING AWAY

I see one or two prophecies talking about many things being pointers to the end-times. One of the things I don’t see is any reference to the great falling away, or loss of faith, prior to Christ’s return for the rapture or the second coming. The Lord pointed this out to me the other day and said, very simply, “Have you ever had a look at this?”

Only one mention is made in scripture, in 2 Thessalonians 2:3, of this virtually ignored subject. So many either ignore it altogether, or they brush over it and try to pretend it’s of little or no consequence! Yet there it is, in plain sight for us all to see, to mark, note, and inwardly digest.

Here it is –

“Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come.”

One question, simply,

‘Has not the present state of much of the church amply confirmed that “the falling away” has well and truly started and is progressing at an alarming rate?’ So much so, indeed, that many churches are unrecognisable as Christian churches, but rather resemble more as self-righteous glee clubs, full of gossip and other even less sanctified behaviour!

But the Bible tells us that unless this comes first, then other end-time events cannot happen! So God is not surprised nor dismayed nor even appalled as we so often are! He may be sad at the extent of our sin, but never surprised nor dismayed. Another important point to bear in mind – the falling away must happen BEFORE the other end-time events, and there’s never a timeline laid out in biblical prophecy. However, other end-time signs as in Matthew 24 and elsewhere in Thessalonians, all agree in their pointing to this particular time that we’re in today.

The present falling away is unprecedented anywhere in history – the signs are there for all to see – all of which are declared by scripture as being abhorrent before God, an abomination – yet the church daily goes against scripture and Gods law in so many ways!

Abortion/child sacrifice
Same sex marriage
No heaven – no hell
L.G.B.T.Q./Trannies
Unsaved & unrepentant clergy

False doctrines; e.g. Replacement Theology, Hypergrace, the twisted Word of Faith / Prosperity gospel, the fallacy that women are not speakers or leaders, and more … (I realise this incomplete list may cause contention but – so be it! I don’t want an argument so: Please just scroll on by!)

Even recently, the Methodist Church probably caused Wesley to turn in his grave again when they came out against the term “husband and wife” in favour of “partners”!

So, call the intercessors again! Yes, call the intercessors, and join them too, to wage spiritual war on the false gospel, on the ‘tolerant’ church, on the ‘live and let live’ communities.

We cannot ignore the falling away any longer. It’s not going anywhere unless we do something about it, and if we don’t do something about it, then God will but we will not like it when He does!

I don’t hate anyone, but I hate sin, even though I’m not innocent either. I love all of Gods creation, even the unlovable and hateful ones. All I can do is love and leave the rest to God. As Billy Graham famously said, “It’s God’s job to judge, Holy Spirit’s job to convict, and my job to love!”

God-incidental confirmation of “Seek FIRST the Kingdom…” – Chris G Bennett

Whilst musing over our heavenly Father’s majesty I was reminded of this verse, and on booting up my PC I found Chris G Bennett had only just posted on Facebook…

SEEK FIRST

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” Matthew 6:33 KJV

You know, some lessons are simple and easy to learn. Others are more complex and therefore harder to learn. Not many are as easy and simple as this, yet virtually never learned!

You hear the mantra at nearly every prayer meeting – “We want revival.” “Lord send revival.” “Give us revival, God.”

This is actually in direct disobedience to Matthew 6:33 – “Seek FIRST . . . “ The main problem is we either seek second, or third, or not at all but we almost ‘demand’ revival! Many don’t bother with this first step at all, they just boldly announce “We’re having revival – here – Sunday and Wednesday!”

Goodness gracious – the sheer arrogance of that, presuming upon God almost like He is there to do their bidding, in their time, and to their agenda – ‘here first and nowhere else!’

Wake up Church! Yes, the Lord wants to revive us. Yes, He wants us to receive the great blessings of an outpouring of Holy Spirit, but on His terms – not ours! Revival is a sovereign move of the sovereign God by His Spirit, in His timing, where He wants it – and no other way!

Yes, I and many others believe He will send revival this year, is already doing so, and we also believe it will last for some considerable time. Yes, there will be wave after wave after wave of revival but – successive waves may stay in the same place, or they may move to another place. The Lord alone will decide the what, where, when, who, and why – not us! And that will be decided by who stewards revival the way the Lord wants it!

This is why Jesus told us to “Seek first the kingdom of God, and HIS righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” (Emphasis mine)

To me, it really is as simple as that! Seek His face, not His hand. Seek Him while He may be found! Seek His righteousness, His holiness, Him personally, His Kingdom – and the rest will follow. That’s His promise to all of us.

The Lord has just told me where and how I must be seeking Him this year, starting in His Word. I believe He’s going to be a bit more selective about who He asks to steward or carry revival this time around. So, If we’re truly serious about wanting revival, then we’ll start by seeking Him and His kingdom, His presence in our lives – first.

Then we might just see revival!

THE LORD’S LULL BEFORE HIS STORM

I received this Word many moons ago, but The LORD has brought it back to mind today, brought it up to date, and told me that now is the moment to release it.

The Prophetic Outpouring had gone a little quiet of late. When I mentioned this to my wife, she told me of a well respected person who had said that God had spoken much to His People of late, but that His People are ignoring Him.

So, The LORD has kept a bit quieter than usual — so that we can hear, take in, and act upon that which He has already given us. Only then will he give us more.

I asked The LORD for myself, and this is what I hear today, “This is another lull before a storm!

I AM allowing My Plans to take root and produce fruit before I unleash the Storm upon My Church.

The maelstrom that is currently politics is not limited to the political world. It will include My Church, My People, My Bride.

There is also coming a Shaking and a collapse of several ‘houses of cards’ within The Church.

There is coming a cleansing — a clearing of the Temple.

It shall no longer be a den of thieves and iniquity, but shall return to the House of Prayer that I always intended it to be!

Those with whom I AM pleased — who have listened to Me and obeyed My Spirits direction, shall miss the shaking — but those who practice the perversion of My Words shall fall!” says The LORD.

“Many will be hurt by the revelation to come, but it will be part of my ‘healing your land’!

Even so, I shall hold out the Hand of Restoration for the fallen. I shall always hold redemption before you!” says The LORD.

“This Word is for all who have strayed from the paths of Righteousness and The Gospel of Truth — wherever they are in the world!

I do not change!

My Truth does not change, and My Gospel does not change!

Neither does My Mercy change — it is for all who repent and turn towards Me!” says God.

Along with the Cleansing, will come a Restoration of all who have fallen and then repented.

Leaders and Churches once bound by legalism and error, will be restored as Houses of Prayer and Rejoicing.

Great will be their joy — but even greater will be heavens joy at their restoration.

This has started and will continue for some time. As the work and move of The Holy Spirit, so the Harvest will grow and the Restoration will grow too.

Only those who refuse the correction of The LORD will miss out!

Be ready — it’s all coming!

Theological thoughts on salvation and apostasy.

Time to tackle the theological conundrum of ‘once saved, always saved’ versus ‘falling away’ from faith.

Mulling over first thing with the Lord on today’s blogging I thought about Sunday at 3Counties Vineyard on 1Corinthians 12 and Holy Spirit’s gifts. But upon booting up my phone a message arrived about ‘lost salvation’ as a possible topic for this Saturday’s Men’s Breakfast. (Last weekend was a theological trilogy on Holy Spirit; it comprised that teaching with ministry for the giftings plus Saturday’s double dose of Romans 8 at our breakfast and the Alpha course’s Holy Spirit Away-day.)

Reflecting upon that group’s message about covering a side-issue, once again I got dropped upon from ‘On High’ to write on it! – rather like last Thursday’s jigsaw pieces.

Moreover I was ‘nudged about it being a suitable follow-on to the previous post about major church leaders now implementing apostasy, to the consternation of many laity. (It’s been an ongoing issue ever since launching this blog – 66 posts thus far).

Therefore, I humbly submit the following for consideration:

STUDIOUS DISCUSSIONS

For thirty years men from various churches in Haslemere have enjoyed working our way through various books of the Bible and discussing its verses in depth. In view of Paul’s longest letter being the pinnacle of Christian doctrine, it’s taken us some months to arrive at Romans 8 on Life in the Holy Spirit .

‘There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who^[^a^] do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. ²For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. ³For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh, ⁴that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. ⁵For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. ⁶For to be ^[^b^]carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. ⁷Because the ^[^c^]carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be. ⁸So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.’ (NKJV, Bible Gateway.com)

Last week, in passing, our study-leader referred to losing salvation. He and I cited Hebrews 6 but others objected and reminded us of the ‘once saved, always saved’ dictum.

This difference of opinion has cropped up a few times recently and this week’s leader undertook some research just in case the group decides to consider it. However, he concludes the wiser option is to adhere to our usual practice of examining the scripture under review.

Yet, how does a divergence of opinion emerge when most of us are well-grounded in The Word?

Furthermore, the ‘scripture confirms scripture’ principle means the whole Bible should be clearly understood; thereby leaving us of one accord!

SCRIPTURE CHECK

Here’s a small selection recommended by one of the group for consideration. Lead-in verses from the New International Version will give the cited verses some context:

John 10:28-29 > ²⁵Jesus answered, “I did tell you, but you do not believe. The works I do in my Father’s name testify about me, ²⁶but you do not believe because you are not my sheep. ²⁷My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. ²⁸I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. ²⁹My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all^[^c^]; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. ³⁰I and the Father are one.”

Philippians 1:6 > ³I thank my God every time I remember you. ⁴In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy ⁵because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, ⁶being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.

Romans 8:38-39 > ³¹What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? ³²He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? ³³Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. ³⁴Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. ³⁵Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? ³⁶As it is written: “For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”[j]

³⁷No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. ³⁸For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,^[^k^] neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, ³⁹neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

FALLING AWAY FROM FAITH IN JESUS

Yet one must ask; if ‘once saved always saved’ is the correct understanding of the Word of God and faith in His Son Jesus Christ, then how come Holy Spirit foretells in 2 Thess 2:4 a specific ‘apostasia’ (literally, ‘from standing’ – Interlinear Greek), which translates as ‘falling away’?
³Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of ^[^b^]sin is revealed, the son of perdition, ⁴who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits ^[^c^]as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God…
⁹The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, ¹⁰and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. ¹¹And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, ¹²that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.’

In the previous post I particularly stressed verse 11, which should generate a righteous fear of the Lord in everybody!

Also, Paul later instructed his disciple Timothy that “the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons…”

That means not at a contemporary time but at a ‘latter time’ well into the future. However, apostasy began in the first century after Jesus’ life on earth, as attested to or implied by the author of the Book of Hebrews – AND definitely by Jesus’ closest disciple, John.

So, consider carefully Hebrews 6. It opens by saying its addressees have received foundational teaching and so it’s now time to progress: “Therefore, let us move beyond the elementary teachings about Christ and be taken forward to maturity…”

Note well verse 5:

⁴It is impossible for those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, who have shared in the Holy Spirit, ⁵who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the coming age ⁶and who have fallen^[^c^]away, to be brought back to repentance. To their loss they are crucifying the Son of God all over again and subjecting him to public disgrace.’

We have tasted God and His Word and know Him to be good, and been given gracious giftings in the Holy Spirit – some even baptised in Him. BUT how many disciples today can operate fully in Holy Spirit’s power? Very, very few!

So the author of the treatise to the Hebrews must be referring to the miracles, signs and wonders of those apostles and disciples who were anointed in power, as described in The Acts of the Apostles. What’s more, that should have continued throughout Church history!

CONCLUSION

In view of the theological nature of this matter, this can be but my initial thoughts, submitted for what they may be worth.

I offer this as a way of indicating how two apparently contradictory understandings may be reconciled because they refer to different situations.

‘Once saved, always saved’ applies to all believers who do not fall into the error of apostasy or heretical belief. Some may even experience the supra-natural powers of the Age to Come,. Those who live in that category but subsequently disobey Jesus and scripture by following demonic doctrines and failing to repent and renounce satan, are the ones for whom salvation is withdrawn. Remember, we are to work out our own salvation in fear and trembling, according to Paul at Philippians 2:12.

Do not overlook what Jesus’ closest disciple writes about the apostates he knew or learned about:

1 John 2:19 > Warnings Against Denying the Son

¹⁸Dear children, this is the last hour; and as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come. This is how we know it is the last hour. ¹⁹They went out from us, but they did not really belong to us. For if they had belonged to us, they would have remained with us; but their going showed that none of them belonged to us.

Maybe John is referring to those who became teachers of Gnosticism, a documented historical heresy, and similar movements in those early centuries in Church history.

Also, Jesus foretells His honouring believers but disowning anyone who disowns Him [Greek ‘amesamenos’ – ‘one-disowning’], which is a deliberate act of disobedience, not one of simple unbelief:
⁸“I tell you, whoever publicly acknowledges me before others, the Son of Man will also acknowledge before the angels of God.⁹But whoever disowns me before others will be disowned before the angels of God.¹⁰And everyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven.” (Luke 12 NIV)

The 2nd corner-piece: A new wind, time to separate wheat and tares – Chris G Bennett

Further to three corner-pieces post’s reference to hearing in 2008 of the Bible “This is ALL about to be fulfilled”, I was ever so pleased to read what the Lord says about it this week to my friend in Rotherham (click image for link to Chris’ Facebook):

There is a New Wind about to start blowing — it is a New Wind of The Holy Spirit that will bring many new things into focus for us.

This “New Ruach” will blow away many things too, the main thing being the veils of deception that are prevailing in The Church today.

There will be a new clarity in our view of world and end-time events, and we will find ourselves saying, “Thank you for the revelation, but I wonder why we didn’t see that before?”

This new clarity will shake us and all our preconceived ideas of how The LORD is going to move in these coming days.

It will also cause our rooms and buildings to shake as we comprehend the mighty purposes of our God.

This new wind will blow away all our cobwebs that we have been clinging on to for so long. The Holy Spirit is coming as a Wind to bring us anointing, ministry gifts, prophecies, and much more.

Does not His Word say, “Behold, I am beginning a new thing. Do you not see it springing up?” (Isaiah 43:19)

This Wind is blowing the false away, as He brings this new clarity and anointing to bear in our everyday lives.

Prepare yourselves for this Wind to manifest these coming days and weeks. This is a literal Wind, and it will blow in your meetings whether large or small; whether two or three, or several hundred.

“I AM coming to you soon,” says The LORD.

“It is time to separate wheat and tares, and to anoint those prepared to carry the whirlwind of My presence into the world.

It is time to begin the new work I have for those committed to My Cause.

The Wind of My Spirit is coming to you today.”
