A week ago today His Kingdom Prophecy posted the following from Veronika, which fittingly emphasises the previous post from Neil Mackereth on The Great Divide:

A Terrifying Dream

Hell could see Heaven, but Heaven could not see Hell!

I wanted to share something that I saw in a Dream I had concerning Hell, a few days ago.

Now I have never dreamt of Hell before, or had any such encounters, however as I say, I had a Dream a few days ago where I found myself standing in what seemed to be like an ‘in-between’ place. That’s really the best way I can describe where I was in the Dream.

But as I stood in this strange in-between place, I was shown an incredible thing.

I saw hundreds of thousands of Spirit beings burning in a lake of fire.

I could hear the cries and the shrieks of these tormented spirit beings. I cannot explain the sound of what I heard, as it was a sound I have never encountered before — but it is a sound I will never forget!

Now as I looked into The Lake of Fire in the Dream, suddenly my eyes were drawn to what looked like a window, but it was not a window…. it was a transparent Veil that separated the realm of Hell/ darkness from the realm of Heaven/ light.

Now as I looked through the transparent Veil, I could see into The Realm of Heaven, and I could see the beauty, the radiance, the brilliance and the majesty of Heaven before me, yet I could not access, nor enter, nor touch The Realm of Heaven from where I was standing.

As I remained watching in the Dream, it was made apparent to me by The Spirit of Revelation that those who were in The Lake of Fire, always had the sight of Heaven before their eyes, but they could never enter in.

This dynamic was just one of the eternal torments that those in Hell would be confronted with.

I saw that those in The Lake of Fire would cry out day and night for mercy, while they looked upon the peace, majesty and beauty of Heaven.

These tormented souls would always have before their eyes, those who were living in the Light and Majesty of His Glory.

These tormented souls would even see their loved ones who had chosen a different path from them, and yet there was no way of accessing nor communicating with those whom they had once loved!

Hell could see Heaven, but Heaven could not see Hell….

When I awoke, I was left trembling and weeping for those who have died and now living an eternity in The Lake of Fire and for those who continue to die without Christ.

Jesus, the Saviour of the World, has made a way of escape. He died so that none should perish and remain in torment and darkness for an eternity….

Please Pray with me if you have never asked Jesus to forgive you of your sin and to be LORD of your Life…..

LORD Jesus, for too long I’ve kept you out of my life.

I know that I am a sinner and that I cannot save myself.

No longer will I close the door when I hear you knocking.

By Faith, I repent of all my sins and ask that you would cleanse me from all unrighteousness and break the power of the curse of death over my life.

By Faith, I now gratefully receive your gift of Salvation and Eternal Life.

I am ready to trust you as my LORD and Savior.

Thank you, LORD Jesus, for coming to earth and for dying for me.

I believe you are the Son of God who died on the Cross for my sins, and rose from the dead on the third day to give me Resurrection Life and an Eternal Home in Heaven.

Thank you for bearing my sins and for giving me the gift of Salvation through Christ Jesus Your Son.

Today I believe your Words are true and I choose you Jesus as my LORD and Saviour.

Please come into my heart, LORD Jesus and be my LORD and Saviour!

Amen.

I make it appear thus: There are more terrible and dreadful doctrines scattered up and down in the New Testament than in the Old.     I had the preceding passage of scripture shown to me as I was waking up the Morning of May 31, 2010
    Subj: Luke 16:19-31
    The Lord revealed this to me as I was waking the morning of May 31, 2010. The 2 people that Jesus talks about here are actual people. One of the people is simply known as, “a certain rich man”, while the other, a beggar, is known by Jesus as Lazarus. They both suffer the same fate that is common to all men which is death. However, here is where the differences are.
    1. Lazarus is known by his name and carried by God’s angels into Abraham’s bosom.
    2. The rich man is not known by his name but by his sin and lifestyle and is buried.
    3. The rich man realizes he is in hell and why he is there.
    4. The rich man recognizes Lazarus
    5. The rich man has concern for his brothers but is powerless to do anything about their condition and knows that if they don’t change, they will end up where he is.
    6. In heaven you cannot sin and in hell, you can’t repent
    7. In heaven you have no past and in hell you have no future
    8. Those in hell can see into heaven but those in heaven cannot see into hell.

  4. It makes me so sad. I often think, are some people really irredeemable? It is frightening…I hate to think of anyone not being with God..and especially my family, relatives and my friends. How can God bear to see those people suffering? And how, even in Heaven, can people bear to know that they may have relatives who are not or won’t be there? Or perhaps they have forgotten those people? It agitates me so much, I try not to think about it, other than pray for my family and the whole world…but even that is a heavy weight to do.
    There are some Christians who say that if someone hasn’t accepted Christ in their life-time, then they will go to hell…but there must be many who simply haven’t had a proper chance..at least in the sense of someone giving them the prayer to accept Him. Remote, untouched tribes in the Amazonian jungle for example. I really do hope that God knows who is or would be ‘fit’ for heaven if they’d been given half a chance. I know that they say that those under the age of ‘understanding’ or something and those who are mentally ‘behind’ will automatically be with Him. But that kind of makes me think, wouldn’t it be better if we all died before the age of five or seven or something! But of course, then there would be no more people! I have so many questions regarding all this..and I’m not sure that anyone has the full answers.
    I do know though that God as well as being just, is merciful…so I suppose I have to trust His wisdom and goodness…but it is unbearable to me that anyone should perish.

    • It’s a topic that engenders much debate and I fully understand your position my dear reader.

      You may have read in 2 Peter 3:9 that our Father isn’t willing that any should perish and is extremely long-suffering – FAR beyond my mortal patience! I cannot provide a satisfactory resolution

      Further to the couple of keys hinted at by Tim and Tony in this thread, I’d add that Romans 1:20 provides a key regarding those who haven’t yet heard about their personal salvation through Jesus. In His great mercy the Lord would, I believe, reveal that truth direct to them in this of starting the next life.
