Here is my response (Tim):
Daniel 4:14 is talking about Nebuchadnezzar. Your dream is talking about someone very powerful. I don’t think it is about “Biden”, because the fake president is merely an actor and really has no power. Maybe your dream is about someone like George Soros or one of the Rothschilds (Jacob Rothschild?).

4 months ago I had a dream where I saw a fir tree that was taller than all the surrounding fir trees. The above scripture is what came to me then as it has again this time. In my current dream there was a very tall tree that cast a large shadow upon the ground as its branches spread out very wide. The shadow here is indicative of influence. Like in the other tree dream it was cut down without hands. I do remember in this dream special attention was given to the band that was put around the tree. The roots are where the tree got its start as any tree grows roots first before anything appears. The “roots”,if you will of America as a nation are found, I believe, in the Mayflower Compact which reads as follows:
In the name of God, Amen. We, whose names are underwritten, the loyal subjects of our dread Sovereign Lord King James, by the Grace of God, of Great Britain, France, and Ireland, King, defender of the Faith, etc.

The original first colony was founded for the glory of God and the furtherance of the Christian faith, i.e. the roots of this nation.
The metal band placed around the tree from what I have read was to keep it from splitting and thus rotting. I believe, however, that the band represents being bound until such time as this nation acknowledges and returns to the Lord.
As for the stump itself, I have seen new sprouts emerge from trees that have been cut down. New growth from old roots.
An excerpt from George Washington’s first inaugural address reads as follows:
Since we ought to be no less persuaded that the propitious smiles of heaven can never be expected on a nation that disregards the eternal rules of order and right which heaven itself has ordained.
We as a nation need to repent, seek the face of God and ask His forgiveness and return to the roots from which this country was founded.

I had a dream early this morning before waking. In the dream I saw a forest of very old trees. Unlike a weed one would pull from a garden, old trees roots are very deep as was the case in my dream. I saw a hand from heaven reach down and take hold of the trees and begin to pull them out of the ground one by one. When I first saw this I was thinking it has reference to people, i.e., those in government. After praying this morning I was shown that these trees were in fact demonic principalities i.e., territorial spirits. The enormity of the trees meant that they had been there for a long time and were therefore left undeterred and allowed to grow and sink their roots deep. Thus it would take divine intervention to uproot such a tree. Trees cast shade thus they help block out the light of the sun. The uprooting meant that the sun could shine in once shaded places.
We need to pray and fast as the Lord would lead to see break through and that revival would come
