Hebrews 6 is always a pertinent reminder of our peril – here’s BibleGateway.com NKJV, emphasis mine:
The Peril of Not Progressing

Richard I really look forward to reading the posts on your blog which I access via these emails I get from you. I agree with those you’ve posted that the tyranny of the last 2 years was allowed by God to wake up people but especially those who say they’re His, but show no proof of it due to several factors. First He told me several years ago to adopt 4 scriptures in my daily walk with Him which were
“My people are destroyed or perish, for their lack of knowledge” from Hosea “Brethren I would not have you ignorant ” (Romans) “Study to show yourself approve” “That you may have an answer ready for anyone that asks” (the last 2 being from Timothy) He’d been awakening me and exposing much both in me and in the world for a decade before that but those 4 verses were impressed upon me about a decade into my journey of awakening. I”ve tried to comment on blog posts but not being on Fakebook and trying to do by other means has not worked. Thus this email, I’m not sure if you’ve seen this word from Emma but it nails it so to speak ie goes to the heart of the present times and God is telling us what is required for Him to execute that which He wants today https://youtu.be/mBqqfhgILG0
