On 26th June 2017 Charles Shamp records, ‘As I was praying today I was taken to Big Ben in London, England. I heard the Lord say,
“My eye is upon this land and my hand upon the nation’s time, a kairos moment is about to come! I will cause a sign to come from Big Ben that will mark the moment that I have changed the time and season for the nation of England and the city of London. Everything will stop and people will turn to see and hear. Tell my people to mark the moment when it comes to pass for it will be sign of great change in the land.”
Two months later people did indeed stop to take note of Big Ben falling silent at the start of lengthy maintenance work to the Elizabeth Tower and its clock faces; Big Ben is their famous bell. More recently, Yvonne Coombs was inspired to paint a unique picture of Big Ben. In my Prophetic Painting of Lion and Eagle, with Big Ben she explains its origin in a vision of “Jesus’ blood all over the earth – Yet, the UK was His main focus in this particular painting as I saw Big Ben alone – and He put His finger in it and it rippled out.” And so it became a process from one painting towards the final piece, and we’re privileged to see below those two different pictures of that process:

Has there been any update from those “prophets” who confidently told us that Theresa May was God’s chosen PM?
I know that God “moves in mysterious ways, his wonders to perform” but given that her time in office has been a non stop carpet of deception and seeking to undermine the DUP, her own ministers and her party’s manifesto, it does seem exceedingly “mysterious”.
Still, even if the prophetic word regarding Mrs May proves to be in error, I’m sure we all confidently await Leo Varadkar, that other shining instrument of God’s manifest will, to ride to the rescue.

Yeah know what you mean. I have found some prophetic words here have knocked my faith in what I feel God has been saying to me so I’m seriously questioning them.
Of course we are always told to weigh words not just accept them. And clearly Richard has brought up words like those you’ve mentioned to keep the people accountable.
I feel the whole process of brexit is at a very challenging time where we need to dig deep and try to keep our eyes on the Lord; not to give in to disappointment but keep praying. That’s certainly how I’m feeling anyway!

I did follow through on that. I also read one of hers from 12 Dec 2018 saying how God is in control and not in a hurry but will remove Mrs may at the right time. Reassuring!
It seems to me that the EU will give us a long extension because they don’t want us to leave; which will give time for her to leave and for God to put His leader in place. Maybe He’ll remove John Burko too!!!

Charles Shamp may well have felt a Charlie over what he’d brought in view of later removing it from his website. Charles Shamp wasn’t the only person who strongly declared that Theresa May was / is God’s chosen and anointed PM.
Dr Sharon Stone, whom I greatly respect, has also repeatedly said as much, and led her congregation in prayers that Theresa May should not be removed from office.
It is of course always possible to say that the prophecy was right, it’s just the subject of the prophecy that is wrong, but as evidence emerges that TM sought from the very beginning to deceive her own cabinet, party and country, I think that defence is less and less tenable.
We now have all sorts of “prophets” saying all sorts of different and conflicting things, and inevitably one of them will be proved right eventually. This sort of (often vague) scatter gun approach is very unsatisfactory and just brings prophecy itself into disrepute.
I would suggest that those who claim to have a prophetic gifting might try to aim for quality over quantity and refrain from making pronouncements all together unless they are so burdened by a particular word that they just have to bring it.
