WARN MY PEOPLE: FALSE PROPHET COMING
I had a dream where I was standing in the back of I’m guessing was a church. I saw at the pulpit an individual introducing a figure who was supposed to be Jesus but wasn’t! I saw the words, “false prophet”, written across the forehead of the man standing at the pulpit. Remember that this was my observation from the back of the building. Then, I was standing behind the false prophet and was shown those seated in the pews. What I saw was people who looked as though they’d been hypnotized or under a trance. The Word says that the elect cannot be deceived.: Matthew 24:24“For false Christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.”The elect, as I read it, are those who remain faithful to the end. Matthew 24:11-13
“Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. But he who endures to the end shall be saved.”Deception is a scarey place to be being that one who is deceived doesn’t realize it even though one shows him/her through the word that they are in error. Prayer is the only thing that can break this. As to why I was shown this and not the people seated is because the Lord opened my eyes and not because I’m anything special. In these last days it would be foolish to rely on any anointing and/or gifting one thinks that they may have and not on the Lord. The scripture passage from Matthew i quote above follows an extremely important passage that I will post below Matthew 24:10
“And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another.”Notice the steps: offence – betrayal – hatred An offense not dealt with festers and then betrayal and hatred follow it afterwards. In verse 11 it says then false prophets will arise and deceive many. Offence, unforgiveness make one vulnerable to hearing the words of the false prophet(s). Remember what Jesus said about forgiveness. If you want to be forgiven you must forgive! In the dream I heard, “Warn My people!”, which is the reason for the dream. I had a thought Richard that perhaps you might want to ponder on. You seem to have quite the connections in the prophetic community. That being the case; have you ever given much thought to organizing such individuals into a group?

That;s quite a long story my dear blogging buddy, even led a course for a New Frontiers church 15 years ago. IN FACT only 5 hours ago I was talking about it with our house group leader who also has the gifting.

On that note……Another dream from 2017 came to mind.
Wolves in Sheep’s Clothing
I had a dream where I was standing on a platform overlooking a crowd of people. The platform in the dream was not for the purpose of exultation but rather observation as it enabled me to see above and into the crowd. What I saw was a group of pastors and/or church leaders wearing sheep skins but they were not covered completely as I could make out who they were in the dream. I believe this to be the case because I was being shown by the Holy Spirit who these people were and not who they purported to be. What is sad is that each of these sheep skins came from a living sheep who had to be slaughtered in order for the sheepskin to be worn by the pastor/leader disguising himself/herself as one of the sheep. I remember seeing some skins with blood still dripping from them. This could have been a pastor/leader who had just recently decided to turn to evil.
Jesus told us in Scripture to be wary of those who come in sheep’s clothing but inwardly were ravenous wolves.
Mat 7:15 — Mat 7:16
You Will Know Them by Their Fruits
“Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles?
The Apostle Paul gave a similar warning to the Ephesian elders when departing for Jerusalem.
Act 20:29 — Act 20:30
For I know this, that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock. Also from among yourselves men will rise up, speaking perverse things, to draw away the disciples after themselves.
Note that one of the characteristics that Paul points out is that these wolves speak perverse things in order to draw disciples after themselves.
Paul also said the following:
1 Corinthians 11:1
11 Imitate me, just as I also imitate Christ.
The goal here is for the leader to model Christ and to draw one’s attention away from himself/herself and towards Christ.
This should be the litmus test as to whether or not a leader is godly or a wolf. Is he/she pointing you to Christ or to themselves
