Actually Biden’s foreign policy is characterised by one thing, bribery. He told the Taliban they could keep all the US military equipment if they allowed their soldiers to get out peacefully. Unfortunately ISIS wasn’t in on the deal. He paid Iran $6bn to release 5 hostages which made taking hostages very lucrative and is why no American hostages have been released by Hamas. Every where he goes he promises money to his enemies but gives his friends nothing. That’s why he’s hated and despised by so many.
