If you’re a regular subscriber to daily ‘Lion Bites’ from Glasgow Prophetic Centre maybe you’ve noticed their team picks up specific themes from the Lord?  Often they’re at the top of my email’s in-tray listing and so it’s first in my attention. Occasionally an individual word harmonises with other email. Often, I notice the thread of a theme in a tapestry the Lord is weaving through the Glasgow team.

Their vision of circling eagles in Gathering of Eagles hit me direct in view of its personal importance, as revealed in footnote links. The exhortation to focus our prophetical eyes motivated me to tackle outstanding commentaries upon prophetic words and messages Charlie Shamp and Neville Johnson had delivered.

Through different insights those two teachers are united in focusing upon the new era that’s now opening up in connection with the Age to Come. In telling about the personal relevance of that future time it may have opened up a series of serendipitous scriptures and events as confirmations for me from the Lord.

For example, Lion Bites email received on Tuesday 29th Sept (maybe brought 1st day of Tabernacles?) ‘Invite My Fire’, complemented not only what I’d blogged but also was preparing about the associated supermoon and blood moon.

Also, last Thursday’s Lion Bites (not republished here) was astonishingly on-target just before I went to the Quiet Day, the first focus of which was on being seated in heavenly places; as recounted here.  That prophetic word opens,

‘The King desires your presence. Today the King is summoning you. He sends out his royal message, beckoning that you come into His presence and spend time with Him…’

Entitled Realigned With Heavenly Royalty, its appropriate for all believers AND lines up with what I’d have blogged about that day from Neville Johnson.

Consider if they may present a theme from the Lord, or harmonise at all with what those teachers (and others) say, as in recent blogs. They’re certainly well-worth prayerful weighing and contemplation.:

‘Fix your gaze on heaven. It is time to renew your sight and to focus on Jesus. For so long your view has been fixed on the surrounding circumstances and prevailing storms and, as a result, these issues have appeared to increase. They have grown to such magnitude that you cannot avoid or see around them. But it is time for a change. It is time to renew your focus, to renew where you are looking and what you are choosing to fix your gaze on.

‘And He says to you now,

“Look to where I am moving. As you give me all your attention, a capacity to deal with the surrounding circumstances and prevailing storms will be released to you. This is because you are operating now from eye contact with me, the one who overcame, and so you will not be overwhelmed by what happens on the earth. Align your eyes; focus and turn your face toward me”.‘

Daniel 3:4
But at the end of that period, I, Nebuchadnezzar, raised my eyes toward heaven and my reason returned to me, and I blessed the Most High and honoured Him who lives forever; For His dominion is an everlasting dominion. And His kingdom endures from generation to generation.
