“Just go with the flow” was an oft-used quip of my youth. Now I’d add, “And see where I go!” for it seems the Lord has dropped me into the river of life flowing from under His throne (Ezekiel 47).
Maybe that’s a simple modern version of the scriptural truths sung in William Cowper’s hymn, God Moves In A Mysterious Way His Wonders To Perform, which I’ve mentioned now and again (eg. as in Is the Hand of God a sign…?)
Perhaps you’ve checked how the discernment and risk-taking needed to catch God’s timing, as in Prophecies for 2014, may apply in your own life? May I offer, in all humility, some encouragement by way of personal examples? Maybe the latest is a sign of what the Lord wants us to pay attention to? Regular readers are aware of my views upon the validity of serendipity as a route-map in our walk with the Lord – as though we’re not alone in completing an invisible jigsaw puzzle.
That is, various means of communication come together and we gain a glimpse of a much bigger picture. Years ago I noticed that trains of thought followed by unbidden scripture would sometimes harmonise. The latter would confirm the first, or verses on the same topic could come from individuals but rarely at once, often on consecutive days. This could often be three days in a row of separate but resonantly similar words. (Of course, it’s not rare for simultaneous confirmations in Spirit-led meetings.)
In recent years this started to include electronic communications. However, since New Year this phenomenon has accelerated to bring the ‘coincidences’ in getting email and other material of a personally relevant topic on the same day.
Also, the frequency of this has shot up dramatically in recent weeks! And this would interfere with my plans to such an extent because I could sense the matter’s priority. That is, I’d come to recognise it may be a matter on the Lord’s hand, or what He wants to draw attention to. For instance – and many thanks to everyone concerned:
- Tony emailed about Anglicans modifying baptisms, about which I’d been thinking and had already received an email from someone in that denomination but who was unknown to me (blog 16 January refers).
- The postman delivered an article about which I was writing to Daryl because he ‘liked’ a blog of short prompts I’d left in draft – but I’d not published it in that state for I’d intended completing it later! (see 8 February).
- Yesterday, Mark commented on this blog’s Library about Wales but I didn’t have any opportunity to read other than approve it. That afternoon at house group we discussed a prophecy from Arthur Burt, which I checked upon returning home. I found it related to Wales and, only after having dug into this, did I read an email from Lynne covering what we’d been talking about in group!!
Today I wanted to continue the next part on the rabbi, the ex-PM and Gabriel, but in my blog’s reading tray was an item I knew needed re-blogging with a couple of my personal suggestions. I never suspected Mark was already looking into those, as may be read in replies to this morning’s post!
SO today, it’s come in thick and fast! Also, each item has a very personal element.:
- Tucson is where Tony lives and where I visited my oldest cousin in 2008. Whilst there I learned about the Lakeland outpouring and subsequently began writing on the subject, which took me into covering End-Times material.
- I’ve been to the Bay area of California where Daryl lives, but the evening prior to his input I learned new things about a man who’d inspired me greatly – John Sanford. Not only did he have a similar non-Christian background to me but his books on healing and deliverance, as well as prophecy, encouraged my deep interest and training. Maybe that ‘opened me’ up for what was to happen in the morning? (I hope to cover the details of that evening soon.)
- Lynne’s material is connected with the seaside town in North Wales I went to as a very young boy. Also on item 3, I used to live in the same Surrey town as Mark!
Updates to Library of Prophecies
This prophetic word could be highly significant for us to appreciate and grasp. I have, therefore, inserted a brief note with link about Arthur Burt under 1934 in my Library for readers’ consideration.
In addition, I’m grateful to Tony for having sent me a link to New Covenant Ministries’ Prophetic Word For Our Nation (ie the UK). I notice, however, that the 1987 one from David Minor was delivered in northwest USA. Today’s ‘coincidence’ may indicate they are both relevant for today – as well as the fact of the 40 years difference between this and the conclusion of an earlier vision received by Smith Wigglesworth in 1947.

I hadn’t seen the The Latter Rain before but was very interested as we had a word at Bethany where I fellowship about the former and latter and was particularly encouraged and excited to read about those who had lost hope, which is an awful place to be. So thank you
‘I was also aware that many of the seeds had appeared to have been lost, gone astray, or stifled by discouragement and disappointment – but as this latter rain began to fall on the field, it did not puddle – but was soaked up by the dried out, thirsty, ground. Before my eyes I saw shoots breaking through the surface of the soil – a vast harvest was erupting, amid shouts of joy and exhilaration. Amongst the crop were folk who appeared to have lost hope and dropped by the wayside.
Then I heard the words – “Ask the LORD for rain in the time of the latter rain” (Zechariah 10:1). I felt the Lord’s instruction to us: pray, cry out, intercede at this time for the latter rain to fall for the harvest is closer than you think – this is your season of latter rain, I am faithful and I will perform it…

Arthur Burt is still going; he’s recently come home from hospital; now aged 102! Bob Jones has gone to be with the Lord last week, who prophesied a few years ago that Arthur would live to see that word (Floods, floods etc) being fulfilled. This has been a season of floods in the natural; let’s pray for a spiritual version to hit Britain soon….

Words For 2014 and Beyond!
1. It Is a Time of Fire – A Fresh Baptism of Fire
(Matthew 3:1; Acts 2:2-4; Leviticus 6:9-13)
Recently the voice of the Holy Spirit came to me, stating, “I am releasing renewed weapons of spiritual warfare: Fire, the Catapult, and the Battering Ram.” The fire of the Holy Spirit will fall, resulting in conviction of sin and fresh power encounters. Some will be catapulted into the future to bring back treasures into their now. At the same time, the old-time battering ram used to break down the enemy’s resistance, resulting in what was closed doors – in this year of the door – will be bashed open.
Bob and Bonnie JonesThis past Day of Atonement, Prophet Bob Jones saw an egg being given to him (to read the word on The Elijah List, click here). As the egg broke open, fire was contained in the egg. We have had the wine of the Spirit, and now we will begin to experience the fire of the Lord. Live coals of fire from the altar of the Lord will be released in Jesus’ name, purging our lips and commissioning people to take the Gospel of the Kingdom to unreached people groups.
2. Call To All Watchmen:
Attention, Be On the Alert
(Isaiah 62:6-7; Matthew 26:40)
Watchman by Robert BartowThe first night I moved into my new house in Franklin, Tennessee, a warrior angel I had not seen for 25 years came and appeared at the end of my bed and energetically declared, “Attention! Be on the alert!” It is a fresh call to “watchmen on the walls” to take their place, especially in protection for Israel, Syria, and the Golan Heights.
There will also be a renewed, local-Church prayer movement centered around the words of Jesus, “Could you not tarry one hour?” The three streams of the Global Prayer Movement are: the local Church, Houses of Prayer, and Networks of Prayer. They will learn to cooperate together in a greater measure.
3. Increased Detail In the Word of Knowledge.
(1 Corinthians 12:8)
Recently the presence of the Lord came upon me, and the Lord stated, “The seeds sown by the seers and prophets into a young generation decades ago have now come into fruition. A detailed word of knowledge will be released again, creating an atmosphere of the fear of the Lord, and awe, and wonder.”
Watch for and welcome the revelatory gifts of the Spirit of a word of knowledge, word of wisdom, and discerning of spirits.
4. Redemptive Interpreters – Hope Ambassadors Released!
(1 Thessalonians 5:8; Colossians 1:27; Titus 2:13)
His Joy (by Jennifer Page) A work of cleansing is coming to the Global Prophetic Movement, bringing us from being “Problem-Focused Prophets” into “Solution-Focused Prophets.”
The Lord has a remedy for misery-based Christianity, using modern day Daniels who will walk in redemptive understandings. These hope-filled interpreters will honor the earlier waves of the Holy Spirit and the pioneering work of the former prophetic movements while reaching into the heart of God for His redemptive ways for future generations. It is time for the “Redemptive Interpreters” to emerge!
5. I Will Restore
(Acts 3:19-21)
Last year, one of the major words I released was, “The Holy Spirit is ‘Pushing the Reset Button.'” In a similar manner, my heart beats with the word, “I will restore!”
According to Acts 3:19-21, Jesus will be retained in Heaven until the restoration of all things, spoken by the holy prophets of old. This includes the restoration of the Message, the Messengers, and the Method.
This work of “restoration of all things” includes: The restoration of Israel, the restoration of fire on the altar (the global worship and prayer movement), the full restoration of the supernatural, the restoration of compassion that acts, the synergy of the generations, the Kingdom mandate, and the Church’s original commission: the harvest of souls to win for the Lamb the reward of His sufferings.
This is part of what I have been hearing, sensing, seeing, and knowing that the Holy Spirit is doing in this hour. We each only see in part, and even the best only prophesy in part. But when we each bring our piece of the puzzle to the table we will see with greater clarity the vision of things to come.
