PS to Major ExposureS cont’d…

Note this by Jon Herod, author of Patel Patriot’s Devolution series (emphasis added):

“Wow!

This statement from Former DNI and Current Senior D..B… James Clapper is insane/hilarious.

He didn’t want a classified briefing on the Hunter Biden Laptop because he didn’t want his statement to be “tainted by . . . access to classified information.”

In other words… He didn’t want to see anything that would go against the narrative he was signing on to

Read this exchange…”

  1. Another Dereliction of Duty has been judged in a Supreme Court ruling regarding the statute applied by Biden that locked up the January 6th Protesters. See this excerpt from the article cited below:

“Friday saw some dramatic rulings from the Supreme Court: Its decision in Fisher v. United States could overturn hundreds of convictions for January 6 protesters. The 6-to-3 decision revolves around a statute that criminalizes anyone who “alters, destroys, mutilates or conceals a record, document or other object” or “otherwise obstructs, influences or impedes any official proceeding.” The law was passed after the Enron scandal to stop a business covering up accounting fraud by destroying business records. The Supreme Court ruled that Biden’s Department of Justice had applied the statute too broadly in its effort to lock up January 6 protesters. Chief Justice John Roberts wrote the majority opinion, warning that the DOJ’s interpretation “would criminalize a broad swath of prosaic conduct, exposing activists and lobbyists alike to decades in prison.”
This could eliminate two of Special Counsel Jack Smith’s four charges against Donald Trump; however, Smith has indicated he will keep pursuing the charges. He is arguing that Trump’s submission of documents to Congress claiming the 2020 election was stolen meets the court’s narrower interpretation of the law.

The more than 300 people who have been charged under this law may see their prosecutions thrown out or overturned.”
