Thank you to anyone who saw my note (herewith revised) and kindly provided some prayer cover for my attempt to sort out a few complicated issues with our ISP, TalkTalk.
After some digging around as they don’t show phone numbers for calling upon technical support I spoke to their customer welfare. A helpful lady offered a slight change to our contract, which I’m considering, and promised to return call at 3pm with a technician to discuss their failed emailed connections over four weeks – BUT about 2:50 pm we got a power outage for just over an hour….LOL, now if I we’re suspiciously inclined… LOL!
So I’ll chase them to speak next week.
