Amen. Sounds like Ezekiel 21:27:
“I will overturn, overturn, overturn, it: and it shall be no more, until he come whose right it is; and I will give it him.” (King James Version)
“A ruin, ruin, ruin I will make it. This also shall not be, until he comes, the one to whom judgment belongs, and I will give it to him.” (English Standard Version)
“Destruction! Destruction! I will surely destroy the kingdom. And it will not be restored until the one appears who has the right to judge it. Then I will hand it over to him.” (New Living Translation)
A companion verse to Ezekiel 21:27 would be Genesis 49:10:
“The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be.”
