Great Britain remains No 1 for global business!

Further to my previous post at the EU’s financial instability, the internationally famous business magazine Forbes has once again rated the UK as number 1 in its ranking of Best Countries for Business out of 161 nations – despite Brexit and the Remain brigade’s whinging and whining!

According to Westmonster’s coverage of this news, the criteria of assessment includes taxes, technology, political risk, workforce and freedom. As Forbes explains:

“The United Kingdom ranked first for the second straight year on the strength of its workforce, innovation and lack of red tape”.  A huge vote of confidence in the country moving forward as the country gets set to depart from the European Union.

  1. Nevertheless, there is much for us to tackle financially and economically. A Christian government arising off the back of revival would, I trust, put the requirements of righteousness into action for our fiscal laws as well as our social ones. The separation of investment and retail banking is a move in the right direction, but more needs to be done.
