More than a Happy New Year, may every reader and visitor have a thoroughly blessed 2014; one that starts by setting and keeping our sights on the proper ‘target’ – the Lord Jesus Christ. (This isn’t such a sacrilegious or irreverent remark as it may seem. Its Hebraic relevance will be explained shortly.)

In my humble opinion, when we invite Jesus into His entitled place as Lord of our life then everything falls into its proper place. So I’d suggest a starting point to begin 2014 is in recognising and contemplating His many titles, as prophesied and fulfilled in the holy scriptures:
