Fulfilled Prophecy #23.2 – PM pledges to “release the lion”

I note in the weekend press another reference directly relating to prophecy about the British lion (see #23.1 and #44 for details – and next post):

  1. Tena Koe Richard,
How fitting the words of the song sung by Token .”In the jungle the quiet jungle the lion sleeps tonight, in the peaceful villages the lion sleeps tonight”
How accurately it describes Britain but no more the “lion is being released from its cage” as Boris says..
The GREAT in a Britain is being released as prophets here have said.
The KING is pointing his sceptre at Britain.

  2. All sound good but the deal Boris says will release us is still 95% of Theresa May’s remain deal written by the EU, to be so bad that staying in the EU would be a better choice. This deal must not pass. It gives away our military, is forever binding, keeps us tied legally, means three more years at least of further negotiations where we will probably give away our fishing seas, stay tied to the single market and not be able to trade freely outside the EU etc etc. We can only get a true Brexit by going for a no deal which the Brexit party should help attain.

  3. Alex, Linda, trust God. If God says we’re coming out, we’re coming out, as dear old veronika said, some time ago, lock stock and barrel. God doesn’t do things by half, he didn’t leave the Israelites half in and half out of Egypt, they came totally out. So don’t worry we are coming out because God wants to free us from the Babyonian spirit that is operating over this nation. Keep your chins up and just watch God rescue us, it’ll not be long now.

    • Jose thanks for that encouraging word. I remember before Trumps election that people who had university political degrees telling me that Hilary was going to win.No doubting it.
It turned out different didn’t it through the prophets. It’s almost the same situation with Brexit. Does Brexit mean Brexit? Get Brexit done what does that actually mean?
The Gordian knot comes into play once again.
Praise the living God today and forever.

  4. Alex, I’m going to let you into a little secret, before the vote in 2016, my friend and myself went to Luxembourg Christmas market and we stopped in a hotel next door to the EU parliament building. I got peace about going to Luxembourg and we were given a word before we went which was we were going to throw a javelin at the enemy. We prayed all round the outside of the EU parliament building and round Europa statue that’s inside. When the results came in, in June they didn’t surprise me. So God will have his way.

    • Jose this game of thrones is reaching its conclusion I hope.
I hate to report on the big, bad and the ugly, and it grieves me to say it. I only say it reluctantly, but when I posed the question here “Get Brexit Done” what does it mean?
      The HS answered categorically “Lies”
Is the Lord late coming to the party? No he will let you know beforehand as mentioned in Amos.

  5. I am also concerned as Linda Oxford is that we will not be out of the EU in January (possibly?) The exhortations and reminders from Alex & Jose do lift the spirits, but wouldn’t that have been true of the Balfour declaration too a hundred years ago?
So I see a major dilemma insofar as ‘God says we will win’ so we don’t have worry or pray anymore; which many must have also thought 100 years ago. Then post WW2, UK troops were impeding Jews entering Israel! Extraordinary!
I think then that when your football team goes a goal behind THAT’S when the supporters should be shouting not when we equalise!
Be encouraged by the good reports, and but let’s pray LOUDER!?

  6. Alex it is coming to it’s end. Yes there has been a lot of lies told but God has exposed them and keeps exposing them. Your question get Brexit done means to leave the EU and to regain our independence, sovereignty, laws and freedom to make decisions without a foreign power interfering. But we’ll not get into politics, we’ll just trust God for his will to be done, he’s got the best for his children and I know once we leave that’s when things will start to change for the better.

  7. Wenthen, you still need to pray, God wants you to. He does tell us when we worry to bring all our problems to him. But we have to believe and trust God in what he says. I’ve seen the Holy Spirit do marvellous things, and the reason we don’t see miracles in the church is control, unbelief and unrepentant and hidden sin. God wants the best for his kids and wants the callings he’s put on your lives to come to fruition. What we think is impossible is not impossible to him, but what plan you have may not be the plan he has for you. But it will be a good plan he has for you. So try not to get discouraged, I know it’s hard but as I say to my adult children it’ll come out in the wash, and my daughter loves that saying. Just keep praying and trusting and God will not let you, talking from 30 years as a Christian.

    • Jose and Wenthen,
The HS is marvellous. Whenever I have posed a question on here an answer comes shortly.
About Brexit the Lord says “NOT YET”.
Wenthen has backed this up. The Israels did not have an easy ride into Jerusalem, the UK blocked them at every turn after initial success with the Balfour declaration.
But who owns Jerusalem now except for the Temple Mount.
      Our God reigns! Alleluia!

    • Jose, agreed, indeed we do need to pray, my reference to Balfour was to hint that perhaps there was a presumption it was a ‘done deal’ so no further action required – wrong I think! Keep praying, keep asking, keep fighting – it is far from over!

      • Jose and Wenthen,
Newspaper headlines in Independent are confirming the “lies” word.
Boris has been accused of misleading the voters by saying there is “zero chance” of a no deal Brexit by end of 2020.
But Michael Gove has also said that the “no deal” brexit is still on the table.
This could be the “cunning”plan that Richard referred to or is that the “Cummings” plan?
        Our God reigns!!
